Full textThe thesis tests a general model of the entrepreneurial process in a developing country, and proposes specific models allowing a better understanding of how to assist an entrepreneur. First, the influences of the malagasy context on entrepreneurs are assessed. Second, theories on entrepreneurship and business creation are developed. Informal sector and ex nihilo creation are given special considerations. Concerning the field study, it deals, first, with organizations that help entrepreneurs. Some improvements are suggested. Then, the malagasy entrepreneurs process during business creation is studied, showing that the 3e model is valid, wherever the context of the creation. About malagasy specifics, an assisting expert should, at least, master the financial and legal systems

Full textFrom 2001 to 2020, China set the goal of "achieving harmonious and socialist societies" (社会主义和谐社会). As of 2016, the governance of Chinese State-Owned-Enterprises (SOEs) has been profoundly reformed by the State Council Committee of China (SASAC), allowing them access to external markets (BRI) following the diplomacy of "neighboring countries" ( Yīquān "一圏"). This expansion of the "socialist markets of China" particularly affects the countries of Southeast Asia; the networks drawn by China in Malaysia and Cambodia are the demonstration. From the identification of the Chinese public companies according to the activities by the "Made in China 2025"policy, we describe the establishment, practices and networks established by companies specialized in the renewable energies. Energy transition policies in ASEAN serve the strategies of China and Chinese SOEs, opening the territories to the development of interconnectivity in ASEAN, according to the concepts of Chinese society (Shèhuì社会)

Full textThe instrumental mix of French food policy induces a responsibility to the players in the food industry . However, this share issue is crossed by conflicting logics. In this study , we propose to analyze to what extent the instruments of public policy related to food interact with the business strategies of the French food industry. To achieve this, we rely particularly on the approach by stakeholders . We analyze , using the method of the single case study , embedded , strategic reactions of a plurality of actors around food policy. This study contributes to the analysis of public policies, an organizational perspective by applying it to the field of nutrition. This research also identified renewal terms of public policy , with a state figure is increasing. The State, through intelligent engagement of these stakeholders , increases its influence on some sections of society and daily life of citizens. Finally , it seems that the disengagement of the state is observed in some areas relative. Behind an apparent deletion, the state continues to play its role, but in a manner renewed, probably more suited to the current context

Full textThe core concept of this work, the "feed-back effect" of international tecjhnology transfer (or fbe), is defined as the set of the effects occuring within the transmiting firm. The thesis amounts to the aspect of the "compectitiveness factor" for the firm, inherent in this phenomenon, parly unknown but, nevertheless, active and a potential object of management. By managing the fbe in the best way, the firm can amplify its positive effects and minilmize the negative ones. The firm has to take an interest in the fbe and to integrate it into its strategic reflection, because mastering it brings about a source of competitive advantages that should not be disregarded. The demonstration, grounded on two disconnected poles (on the one hand, theoretical thinking, on the other hand, a case study on electricite de france, with one hundred qualitrative interviews) brings to light the pre-eminence of socio-organizational fbe (which happen to be especially humain, cultural and structural ones) and of more comprehensive fbe, such as evolution of the internal and the external corporate images, the development of its activites. The usefulness of this phenomenon for the firm appears through the improvement of its present functioning, its self questioning through its contribution to goals set by the managers and to the preparation of its future internationa corporale stralegy. This work mainly propounds a conceptual contribution to the fbe, about which little has been written yet and which remaons vague in the firm members' minds. Evenrtually, the fbe turns out to be a set of exploring categories and questioning fields, useful to be well acquainted with the working mechanisms wich lead to this phenomenon
Smida, Ali. "Prospective des metamorphoses du systeme technique et management des ruptures technologiques." Caen, 1992. http://www.theses.fr/1992CAEN0540.
Full textOur inability to see new technologies coming is due to our trouble in understanding the dynamics of the technical system, in considering interdepdnedences betweenthis system and its environment, and in integrating the actors motivations in the analysis. The actual prospective approach, although avoiding the errors of the classical forecazsting, still focuses its efforts on objectivity and consensus between experts (by using the delphi technique). The study of more than one thousand people, involved in the technical change during the last three centuries, proves that the behavior of these men and women condition the technological metamorphoses. Our model, called minest, allows to canalize qualitative information, considers the actors opinions, their wishes and their conflictual relationships. Thus, by managing the richness of divergences between the system actors, it allows to improve the apprehension of the technological evolution and to generate various scenarios of continuity and rupture. Thus, the decisio-maker can promote his desirable future or at least get ready to face unchoosed futures. This approach turns the technical system complexity and turbulence into opportunities and insert them into technology based strategies. We have applied ourmodel to the pharmaceutical component of biotechnology
QUEINNEC, PAUL ERWAN. "La notion d'efficacite appliquee aux organisations humanitaires : signification, criteres, determinants." Toulouse 1, 1998. http://www.theses.fr/1998TOU10015.
Full textFrench humanitarian organizations such as doctors without borders (medecins sans frontieres) and doctors of the world (medecins du monde) may be defined as "teleologic hybrids". Indeed, the effectiveness of their operational action is partly autonomous in relation to their institutional prosperity. Conformably to the organization's theory (h. A. Simon and j. G. March above all) and at the means of a reasoning's epistemology (constructivism), this work explores the way humanitarian action is related to the institutional management of the organizations. If the latter are relatively free "to do what they want" (which does not prevent the action to be assessable in "rational" terms of public health) that is because they are effective in selling their legitimate ambiguity to a widespread institutional network. As doing so, humanitarian organizations give an example of corporate strategy devoted to the purpose of social legitimacy
