The thesis examines physical activities in a primary school both inside and outside of the classroom. In several randomly selected schools, I watched how many hours a day the pupils spend time moving while learning and taking breaks. Research has shown that pupils keep the activity at a minimum in school, mostly only to scheduled moves. My endeavour was to propose ways to enrich the school day by physical activity. Based on this finding, in a selected school, I conducted an experiment that was supposed to bring more physical activity into classes and during school breaks. Whether the active time spent in the school environment managed to increase through the new proposition, shows the results of the experiment. Part of this work are practical ideas for implementation of physical activities into the classroom, and tips for classrooms and school corridors equipment.

Abstract:
Breeding of cattle is one of the most important industry of animal production in the Czech republic. These animals are used mainly for production of meat and milk. The aim of this diploma thesis was to gather basic datas about etological expressions of breeding dairy cows in the relationship to the used technologies of milking by using detectors of automatical scanning of movements and to formulate conclusions coming from these surveys. I monitored in three agricultural companies etological expressions of chosen dairy cows to the focus on their movement activities connected to the different technologies of milking. Etological monitoring helped to specify the scanning system of movements, which was installed in the companies. There were chosen total of 18 dairy cows of Holstein Friesian dairy cows, reproduction condition was various. The cows were in all phases of gravidity, some were just after birth. The observation was going on constantly for 24 hours, in various temperature conditions and different milking technique. The results were compared with literature and the aim was to find, by which system of milking are the animals happiest and how the welfare is accomplished.

Abstract:
1 Abstract The purpose of this study was to describe the degree of bilateral asymmetry of lower limbs' muscle activity in the dance movement Cha-cha-cha and to determine the cause of bilateral asymmetries of lower limbs' muscle activity. Differences in muscle activity of contralateral lower limbs might be caused by the factor of bilaterally asymmetrical movement patterns, the factor of neural pathways or the factor of training. We hypotetize that comparing the direction of bilateral asymmetry in muscle activity between asymmetrical dance movement and its mirror alternative can determine the cause of bilateral asymmetry in muscle activity of lower limbs within the movement. We studied 14 volunteers (7 men, 7 women), all were actively dancing at competitive level. We tested the muscle activity of musculus vastus lateralis (VL), musculus biceps femoris (BF), musculus tibialis anterior (TA) a musculus gastrocnemius lateralis (GL) using surface electromyography. The dance movement Cha-cha-cha was bilaterally asymmetrical in the muscle activity of VL, TA and GL. Direction of lower limbs' muscle activity indicates, that TA, being a muscle responsible for foot movement, might be affected by the factor of neural pathways and brain laterality, while VL and GL might be more affected by the factor of training. Research of children's participation in sport clubs, individual sports and children's interest in various physical activities. The thesis maps the specific sport activities of children in various sport clubs, individual sport activities in their free time and interest of children in various sport activities. It determinates the range of available sport activities (hobby groups, sport teams, clubs, etc.) in the area of interest and it compares it with interest of children. It sets conditions for the functional, ideal sport club and it sets its content based on the interest of children in concrete activities, realizing these activities in experimental sport club and its verification.

Thesis title: Kinesiophobia in patients on renal dialysis therapy - questionnaire study. The aims of the thesis: To characterise the term kinesiophobia and to evaluate the dependence of the measure of fear of movement on sociodemographic and clinical variables with the use of the Tampa Scale for Kinesiophobia questionnaire (TSK-CZ) in a group of respondents on renal dialysis therapy and a group of healthy respondents. Methods: To determine the dependence of the measure of kinesiophobia on selected variables, the TSK-CZ questionnaire was used in Fresenius Medical Care dialysis centres across towns in the Czech Republic. The reference group of individuals with no renal disease - healthy respondents - was addressed by means of the Survio.cz website. The research comprised a group of respondents on renal dialysis therapy (n = 135) and a group of healthy respondents (n = 135). The collected data was processed using statistical methods - descriptive statistics and data analysis (t-test, Chi-squared test, ANOVA, Spearman's correlation coefficient). After that, the data was transferred to tables and charts and was evaluated. Results: On the basis of the TSK-CZ questionnaire, a significant difference in the measure of fear of movement was found between the respondents on renal dialysis and the healthy ones...

Abstract:
The Master Thesis is focused on summarizing of theoretical pieces of knowledge in the process of learning and teaching in an elementary school (the second stage according to Czech educational system). The thesis is also concerned about the role of locomotion in this process as well as the usage of movement activities in a foreign language teaching process. Theoretical resources were verified by the research investigation and a pedagogical experiment which proved a positive influence of a motion to the effectiveness of teaching in a particular research group. In compliance with the gathered information there was a file of various activities created, which offers methodical and didactic description of those activities and game. These are suitable for the usage of movement activities during the teaching of German language on the elementary schools. This activity file should inspire all German language teachers.

Title: Kinesiophobia, her predictors and consequences in selected chronic diseases - theoretical review Objectives: To review the issue of the occurrence of kinesophobia in various chronic diseases and to identify its predictors. Methods: The diploma thesis was prepared in the form of a literature search using electronic resources of the National Medical Library, the Central Physical Education Library and professional databases Pubmed, EBSCO, SCORPUS, Medline, Web of Science. The first half of the work summarized all the theoretical background and knowledge of kinesophobia and selected chronic diseases. The second half was focused on the processing of the issue of kinesophobia in selected chronic diseases and on the mapping of their predictors. Results: Based on the processing of available resources dealing with the issue of kinesophobia in selected chronic diseases, a comprehensive overview was created. In patients with chronic low back pain, high levels of kinesophobia were most often associated with chronic pain, functional impairment associated with the disease, obesity, low levels of education, and emotional states (anxiety, depression). In coronary heart disease, high levels of kinesophobia were associated with a lack of understanding of the need for physical activity, social support,...
