Master's thesis on Intercultural Training in Business Practice deals with the intercultural communication, opportunities for its improvement through intercultural training and actual practices in czech companies when using it. The theoretical part defines the concepts of culture, intercultural communication and intercultural training. The practical part includes research in firms in the czech market through a survey and case study in a chosen company. Based on the findings, the last part of the thesis includes proposals, how should companies use intercultural training and what are their options including a summary of their main advantages and limitations.

The thesis observes an education system of this company from two perspectives -- the company point of view as well as the employee point of view. The main aspects and weaknesses are pointed out. Based on these facts recommendations that would lead to a systematic approach improving effectiveness of corporate education are given.

The theme of this diploma thesis is employee training and developement in the company Mondi Štětí PLC. The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze the system of the employee training and developement, the evaluation of the conducted analysis and to design potential recommendations which causes to improve the whole system of the employee training and developement. The theoretical part defines basic terms in the field of the employee training and developement. It describes the process of the systematic employee training and developement, commonly used training methods, the process of the managers development and it mentions some modern trends of training. The practical part contains the brief description of the company, the analysis of present system of the employee training and developement and the evaluation results of the conducted analysis. The final part contains designs and recommendations to improve the process of the employee training and developement and to contribute to prosperity of the whole company.

The theme of master thesis is employee education and development in the company Atlas Copco Inc. The main aim of this thesis is to evaluate established processes from area of employee education and development in terms of a particular company and in case of deficiencies or finding areas with potential for improvement to propose appropriate solutions to the current situation. The introductory theoretical part is focused on characteristic features, explanation of the basic terminology and conjunction principle of employee education and development which is necessary for the practical part. The practical part contains the brief description of the company, the analysis of present system of the employee education and development, questionnaire survey focused on the current employees and the evaluation of the results. The final part formulates proposals for improving the current state of education and development in the company that have the ambition to streamline the entire process.

The goal of my master's thesis is a description of the Moodle learning management system, and demonstration of its usability in human resources supporting the whole process of systematical approach in training and further development of employees. In order to confirm its applicability I describe the real system implementation. My master's thesis also includes supporting objectives to support the main objectives. The purpose of their use is to introduce the reader to the problematic of training and further development. Supporting objectives are: to introduce the issue of training and further development of employees in organizations, introduction of systematical approach to training of employees in organizations, introduction of methods and forms of education with a focus on e-learning and blended learning and introduction of learning management systems and learning content management systems.

This Diploma Thesis deals with the education system in the company. The aim of this thesis is to characterize the system of employee's education in a company called ŠKODA PRAHA Invest s.r.o. and to propose improvements based on the theoretical knowledge. The sub-aim, established after consulting the HR Department of the company, is to propose improvements of the system of technical education. To reach this aim a questionnaire for the employees was used. This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. Theoretical part summarizes knowledge regarding the education system in the company and its parts - analysis of training needs, projecting the education, realization of the training activities and evaluation of the education. Practical part of this thesis deals with the analysis of the system of employee's education in ŠKODA PRAHA Invest s.r.o. and with the results of the questionnaire. Proposed improvements follow.

Abstract:
My work is focused on the analysis of the talent education systém in GE Money in the Czech republic. In the first part I tried to explain the basis for the education of talented employees, which are obviously based on the foundations of business education. An important part was the explanation of the evaluation of education, which I determine the methodology by which I will proceed in their work. Methodology - the methods of data collection, data sources and types of research, which I looked, I describe in the second part of the work. The third part was the practical part - here I describe the organization in which I wrote the work, its organizational structure, training in business generally, and of course the various educational programs for talented staff. I here describe the results of my empirical research. This was aimed primarily at finding weaknesses and strengths of individual programs and the testing of hypotheses and determine whether the difference between the variance between the sample and control in their own self-efficacy.
