2011/2012
La sindrome di Hermansky-Pudlak definisce un gruppo di immunodeficienze primarie rare caratterizzate da albinismo parziale, di tipo autosomico recessivo che si presentano con un quadro di infezioni ricorrenti e predisposizione ad emorragie. I geni causativi di queste patologie codificano proteine coinvolte nella biogenesi e nel trasporto di organelli intracellulari correlati a endosomi e lisosomi. Il caso giunto alla nostra attenzione presentava solo alcuni dei sintomi caratteristici di queste immunodeficienze. Escluse le malattie genetiche più note tramite sequenziamento diretto si è ricorso ad exome sequencing in modo da poter rilevare anche nuove variazioni non note. E' stata infatti riscontrata una mutazione in omozigosi sul gene PLDN (BLOC1S6), codificante una proteina chiamata Pallidina, una componente del complesso BLOC-1. La condizione risultante è stata identificata con il nome di “sindrome di Hermansky-Pudlak di tipo 9” (HPS-9). In questo studio dimostriamo che tale mutazione è associata alla patologia e che compromette la funzionalità del reparto immunitario sia citotossico (linfociti Natual Killer e CD8+) sia presentante l'antigene (cellule dendritiche).

The aim of this work is to develop such a business plan which would serve as a suitable basis for further negotiations with banks, suppliers, etc., and also as a springboard to launch own business. Another aim of this work is an evaluation of whether such a project has a chance to survive in the competitive environment. The work includes theoretical background of the company establishment and development of a business plan. The following is a description of the company, situational analysis and analysis of competitors and customers. The next part deals with marketing and production plan. The last part contains financial plan with prediction of future development, risk analysis and final assessment.

The diploma thesis describes the creation of a business plan for an existing company, which specializes in the manufacture of windows and doors, located in Slovakia. Its business objective is to establish, together with other shareholders, the new company abroad. The main objective of this thesis is to develop a detailed entrepreneurial plan for the activities of a limited liability company specialised on providing the services of accommodation and wine tasting in a wine cellar in Znojmo. The first part of this work is concerned with the entrepreneurial activity of small companies, with their position on the market and their contribution to the economy. Furthermore, this work is written in the format of an entrepreneurial plan and contains all the requirements in order for it to serve to internal and external users. A business plan which includes a thorough analysis of the competition on the market, a marketing and a financial plan, a description of the company, the company's key personnel and a list of the offered services, allows a company to gain a broad overview of the viability and potential success of its activities. Three distinct scenarios of development are used for the estimate of the future revenues. All the aforementioned points are summarised in a numerical form in the financial plan, which includes expected incomes and expenses, balance sheets, expected statements of cash flow and the rate of return.

The goal of this Master's Thesis is to create business plan including draft of company strategy and financial plan and to assess viability of the business plan. The Thesis is divided in two parts: theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part maps legislation framework of company establishment in the Czech Republic with regard to limited liability companies, practical activities related to company establishment as creation of business plan, establishment budget and assessment of business activities. Last part is focused on company strategy. The practical part is focused on business plan of fictive company BEZLEPO CHLÉB s.r.o., which is involved in producing mainly gluten-free bakery products. The last part shows financial plan for the next five years including three options. Lately there is assessed the feasibility of the project.

The goal of this master's thesis is to elaborate a business plan of a newly established limited liability company - Reclu s.r.o. that plans to carry on an Italian restaurant, La Bisteccheria, located in Prague 10. The business plan should serve for verification of this project's feasibility. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part introduces the definition and types of small and middle enterprises and also explains the terms that generally relate to business activities. Further, the final section of the theoretical part includes a detailed description, purpose, implication and structure of the business plan. The practical part of this thesis focuses on the business plan of Reclu s.r.o. itself including all the essential sections. The fundamental components of the business plan of Reclu s.r.o. comprise a description of the company, its key representatives and the product. The business plan further contains environment analysis, marketing, sale and HR strategy. An estimated financial plan for the first five years of the business activities constitutes the final section of the thesis and is elaborated for three different scenarios of potential enterprise's development: realistic, optimistic and pessimistic option.

Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is the creation of a business plan in order to set up a business. The business is specialised in the breeding of goats and direct distribution of products made from goat's milk. A fundamental part of the plan is constituted by the conducted strategic analysis. The basis of the analysis compilation were data from prominent Czech organizations, an analysis of the market, and communication with competitors and experts. There were also similarities in other important parts of the plan. This is represented by a marketing, production and financial plan. The marketing plan provides information about used marketing strategies. The production plan informs about technologies and the volume of production. In order to validate the viability of the existent aim, the research was conducted on the basis of the financial plan. One of the benefits of this paper is the identification and elaboration of all important aspect influencing the initiation and subsequent functioning of a particular business, as well as the proposition of solutions for problematic areas.

This final thesis was created with the aim to search the author's business plan, to explore its feasibility, reality and viability. Main goal of this thesis shoul bet he complex evaluation of the overall business plan. In the first part we can find a theoretical basis of thesis, there are key words and con-cepts and their thorough clarification. Complete and complex theory of business plan is not fully explained in this thesis, there are only parts, which are necessary as a relevant basis for this particular thesis are mentioned. The second part is based on the processing of the business plan itselves, it's detailed elaboration, analysis of individual parts, the processing of the results and findings of these revenues and, finally, clear and comprehensive business plan on the chosen topic. The conclusion provides an overall assessment of the project, evaluation of feasibility and reality and there is also the author's opinion on the entire project and its other options or possible opportunities.

This diploma thesis has two goals: to conceive a business plan of an existing company Symbio Design s.r.o. and to find out whether the plan is viable or not. Symbio Design company deals with manufacturing of high-end audio-design products (loudspeakers and acustic-light objects) intended to be bought by sophisticated clients looking for non-standard equipment. That may be the company's problem as there are not many people falling within this segment. Also, even the associates-themselves do not have enough time to develop the business. In theoretical part of this thesis the concept of a business plan is explained -- its goals, who conceives it and who is it for. In the following practical part the business plan itself is introduced with all its proper parts: introduction of the company, analysis of the external and internal environment, SWOT analysis, company short-term and long-term goals, business strategy, financial analysis and sales-forecast. It is this part that is the most crucial. Not until here the reader will have the opportunity to find out the truth about viability of the business plan. The graduation thesis is engaged in the description of CHI Czech s. r. o. which operates on the Czech coffee market under the name Coffeeheaven. The thesis consists of the theoretical part which was made according to literature mentioned in the 5th part. The practical part was made according to the documents received from the company and it is also based on the personal research. In this document you will find information about the establishment of the company, the main facts about its key employees and the founder of Coffeeheaven, analysis of the company surroundings, financial analysis, financial plan for the next year, information about the production and operating. The study presents a business plan for agriculture company Výkrm Tagrea s.r.o. The plan should ideally confirm that the company's prospectus is viable and should also assist a potential strategic partner in assessing the company. The study consists of two parts. The theoretical section is divided into several chapters, which describe the structure of the prospectus, its users and the reasons for its creation. The practical section focuses on the prospectus in a company that was set up in order to enter the business of building poultry farms. It also analyzes the background of the investment, the current situation in the field and the various processes in the company. The conclusion presents evaluation of the prospectus' effectiveness, including potential risks and proposals aimed at minimizing such risks.
