Abstract:
This study sought to empower ABM students of Canda NHS which covered from January - June 2021 with the use of different plaforms such as messenger, google and limited face to face. This qualitative study utilized a descriptive-evaluative design. A research population of thirteen (13) and twenty-eight (28) with the total of forty-one (41) served as the respondents. Findings of the study revealed that the Project STARS (Strategic Action towards Radiant Students) is a great help project to empower students amidst pandemic. The ten (10) activities strategic action plan of the project must be consistently conduct yearly because it increase awareness, leadership as well as empowering students. With different programs and activities of the project, ABM students are able to lead, make decision, preparation of assigned functions and organize activities. No signal or internet connection and lack of budget are some of the major problems why only 80% attained participation of ABM students and all activities of the project via different online plaforms are very important and need to add Bookkeeping webinar. Further, the researcher recommended that Project STARS (Strategic Action towards Radiant Students) must be consistently doing yearly, enhance activities, and strengthening partnership and make school wide with the different programs such as capacity development program, barkada kontra droga program and solid waste management program since it had a great impact to ABM students.

Infolge der Digitalisierung durchlaufen Arbeitsbeziehungen einen fundamentalen Wandel. Besonders ist dies im Feld der plattformvermittelten Dienstleistungen und speziell der digital koordinierten und kontrollierten Kurierarbeit der Fall. Als neue Branche sind hier noch keine Strukturen etabliert, die die Beziehungen zwischen Arbeit und Kapital anleiten. Damit erlangen Auseinandersetzungen auf der Ebene der Mikropolitik besondere Bedeutung. Der Beitrag analysiert diese mikropolitischen Konflikte zwischen Ridern und Plattformen in den zentralen Spielfeldern: Raum, Umwelt, Informationen und Kommunikation. Dabei zeigt sich, dass die Rider trotz ausgeprägter Heteronomie über Handlungsressourcen verfügen und sogar einige Betriebsräte wählen konnten. Zugleich wehren sich die Plattformen gegenüber weiteren Institutionalisierungen der Arbeitsbeziehungen und versuchen den für sie vorteilhaften Status quo beizubehalten und die ungeregelte Machtasymmetrie zu ihren Gunsten zu nutzen.

Abstract:
Limited by the matrix operation ability of normal control CPU (e.g. MCU, PLC and so on), the realization of fuzzy control always via the way of “calculate offline and inquire online”. Applications and practices have proved that such a realization method brings system steady-sate error, and limited the application range of fuzzy control. Based on the study of FC theory and the analysis of Mamdani fuzzy reasoning from geometrical meaning, a real-time fuzzy controller is designed and used in a Linear Motor XY Plaform control system based on Motion control card. The results show that the Real-time FC can avoid the steady-state error effectively and improve the controllability further.

<p>Dalam upaya mencapai target pertumbuhan industri pariwisata dan meningkatkan jumlah kedatangan wisatawan asing, Kementerian Pariwisata melakukan berbagi upaya yang salah satunya adalah dengan merambah pemasaran <em>online </em>menggunakan situs<em> </em>jejaring sosial. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memodelkan, menganalisis dan mengevaluasi proses penyebaran informasi mengenai <em>country branding</em> “Wonderful Indonesia” pada <em>top platform</em> situs jejaring sosial Google Plus, Twitter dan Facebook dengan menggunakan pendekatan <em>social network analysis</em>. Dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan visualisasi jaringan dengan menggunakan metode <em>undirected graph</em>, kemudian menghitung nilai properti jaringan dan mengukur nilai <em>centrality</em> untuk mengidentifikasi aktor-aktor berpengaruh di dalam jaringan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui pola interaksi penyebaran <em>country branding </em>“Wonderful Indonesia” pada ketiga <em>top</em> <em>platform </em>menunjukan pola yang terpecah-pecah ke dalam sub-sub jaringan (komunitas). Terdapat 37 komunitas pada <em>platform</em> Google Plus, 272 komunitas pada <em>plaform</em> Twitter dan 54 komunitas pada <em>plaform </em>facebook. Kemudian Twitter unggul dalam enam atribut properti jaringan sehingga dinilai memiliki performa penyebaran yang lebih baik dibanding dengan jaringan pada <em>platform </em>Google Plus dan Facebook. Berdasarkan hasil hitung <em>centrality </em>maka diketahui akun Tri Rini Nuringtyas pada <em>platform </em>Google Plus, akun SportourismID pada <em>platform </em>Twitter dan akun PlaneTourIndonesia pada <em>platform </em>Facebook merupakan aktor-aktor yang paling berpengaruh dan dapat diberdayakan oleh Kementerian Pariwisata Republik Indonesia untuk meningkatkan penyebaran <em>country branding </em>dan kampanye pariwisata “Wonderful Indonesia”.</p>

Abstract:
The emergece of C2C (customer to customer) community in e-commerce platform is expected to boost the number of SME moving to online plaform. Since the community could provide information and experience required by new e-commerce players. This study aims to analyse what information is shared by members in C2C community and what is the information sharing mechanism that implemented on it. Netnographic study was conducted by observing 1002 posts from the Bukalapak community for six months. As Bukalapak is one of the largest C2C platfom in Indonesia. The result shows that the information shared could be classified by keyword in to five classes, namely categories of tips and tricks, ideas and problems with third parties, ideas and problems of features, community, and question and answer. The information category that has not been covered by Bukalapak original categories is and problems with third parties which mentioned in many posts by community member. The mechanisms used to share the information are including, standard, policy, status and reward.

Abstract:
Ground penetrating radar is used to detect magnetic materials underground by transmitting an electromagnetic wave into the material and receive the reflected pulse. In this paper, we develop a new agent-based model to simulate and evaluate the behavior of the ground penetrating radar based on Maxwell’s equations. This model contains several agents that represent the electric field, the magnetic field, the transmitted wave, the simulated medium, and the object to be detected. The implementation of this model is performed in Netlogo plaform because of its simplicity of coding and robustness of simulation. In order to validate our model, we have simulated the effect of the medium characterized by a dielectric constant and a conductance on the transmitted wave to evaluate the behavior of ground penetrating radar. The results obtained are compared with the literrature. Findings demonstrate that the transmitted pulse in the form of Gaussian pulse is reflected when it interacts with the object to detect. Thus, the ground penetrating radar can be efficiently simulated on Netlogo platform.

Abstract:
L’objectif de la thèse consiste à dresser les apports théoriques récents sur les actions et réactions stratégiques autour des écosystèmes d’affaires et sous-tendent en partie notre problématique de la recherche puisque nous nous attachons à un nouveau champ organisationnel porté par les plateformes numériques. La particularité de ces plateformes est caractérisée par un modèle d’organisation reposant sur un système coopératif ou sur un système capitaliste traditionnel, conduit par la recherche du profit. Cette recherche s’inscrit sur le champs de la stratégie et consiste à étudier les jeux d’acteurs, en s’appuyant plus particulièrement sur les écosystèmes d’affaires (en abrégé ESA), concept apparu dans les travaux de Moore (1993, p.76) et définit comme un ensemble d’« acteurs entretenant des relations de coopétition » (Koenig, 2012, p. 210). L’ESA désigne une communauté économique regroupant des organisations qui interagissent entre elles afin de produire des biens et/ou des services susceptibles de créer de la valeur pour les clients et pour elles-mêmes. L’ensemble des ESA que nous étudions se regroupent autour des plateformes appelées mobil banking (nouvel entrant) et des établissements bancaires (firmes installées). La problématique qui a conduit notre travail de thèse est de comprendre comment les plateformes se sont imposées, par quelles actions stratégiques elles sont parvenues à se faire une place sur le marché et éventuellement le dominer. Notre terrain de recherche est le Tchad et notre méthodologie repose sur une analyse qualitative basée sur une étude de cas. Les données collectées nous permettront de retracer l’historique des évènements et d’étudier les discours des acteurs impliqués dans le processus à l’œuvre au moyen d’une analyse manuelle des corpus. Les propositions produites peuvent apporter un éclairage nouveau sur les actions stratégiques des acteurs
The objective of the thesis is to draw up recent theoretical contributions on strategic actions and reactions around business ecosystems and partly underpin our research problematic since we are focusing on a new organizational field carried by digital platforms. The particularity of these platforms is characterized by an organizational model based on a cooperative system or on a traditional capitalist system, driven by the search for profit. This research is part of the field of strategy and consists of studying the games of actors, relying more specifically on business ecosystems (abbreviated to ESA), a concept that appeared in the work of Moore (1993, p.76) and is defined as a set of "actors maintaining relationships of coopetition" (Koenig, 2012, p. 210). ESA refers to an economic community of organizations that interact with each other to produce goods and/or services that can create value for customers and for themselves. The ESAs we are studying are grouped around platforms called mobile banking (new entrants) and banking institutions (established firms). The problem that led to our thesis is to understand how the platforms have imposed themselves, by what strategic actions they have managed to make a place for themselves on the market and eventually dominate it. Our research field is Chad and our methodology is based on a qualitative analysis of a case study. The data collected will allow us to retrace the history of events and to study the discourses of the actors involved in the process at work by means of a manual analysis of the corpus. The proposals produced can shed new lighting on the strategic actions of the actors

Abstract:
The increasing use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) in the construction industry contributes to better communication and collaboration between actors through the building lifecycle. Even if BIM enables better communication among the actors, problems with information exchange seem to still emerge with the usage of different software in projects as one of the most commonly perceived causes. In addition to the variety of different companies and actors involved in a project. This creates a need for a shared open digital platform that provides efficient information exchange, data update, and storage. This paper aims to investigate if a common digital platform is a solution to the communication and collaboration problems in the industry, and to verify the hypothesis according to which BIM could function as a digital platform for the sector. Actors view of a common platform, i.e., if BIM can be the common platform or evolve into a digital platform ecosystem is presented and was investigated through 33 semi-structured interviews. The respondents agreed that there are issues due to the usage of different software products and platforms, which in the end affect the information exchange. Openness between actors is needed in a project, what's challenging is the question of ownership, who owns the shared information? This paper ends with an attempt to provide insight between actors in the construction industry regarding correct BIM implementation and a shared digital platform ecosystem.

Abstract:
Over the last years miRNA microarray platforms have provided great insights in the biological mechanisms underlying onset and development of several diseases such as tumours and chronic pathologies. However, only a few studies have evaluated reliability and concordance of these technologies, mostly by using improper statistical methods. In this project we have studied performance of three different miRNA microarray platforms (Affymetrix, Agilent and Illumina) in terms of their within-platform repeatability by means of a of random-effects model to assess contribution to overall variability from different technical sources, and interpret the quotas of explained variance as Intraclass Correlation Coefficients. Jointly, Concordance Correlation Coefficients between technical array replicates are estimated and assessed in a non-inferiority setting to further evaluate patterns of platform repeatability. Concordance between-platforms has been studied using a modifed version of the Bland-Altman plot which makes use of a linear measurement error to build the agreement intervals. All the analysis have been performed on unfiltered and non-normalized data, yet all results have been compared to those obtained after applying standard filtering procedures and quantile and loess normalization algorithms. In this project two biological samples were considered: one tumor cell line, A498, and a pool of healthy human tissues, hREF, with three technical replicates for each platform. Our results suggest a good degree of repeatability for all the technologies considered, whereas only Agilent and Illumina show good patterns of concordance. The proposed methods have the advantage of being very flexible, and can be useful for performance assessment of other emerging genomic platforms other than microarrays, such as RNASeq technologies.

Consider the possibility of specializing a microprocessor instruction set so as to optimize its performances for a given class of applications. Such an approach combines the time efficiency of application-specific functional units with the flexibility of programmable devices. In this thesis, we propose a reconfigurable VLIW architecture named "Practi-Tecture," which consists of a general VLIW core and a reconfigurable datapath, totally up to eleven-way issue with two ALU unit, for general arithmetic, bit-wise, saturation, compare operations, two MAC units, for multiply, multiply-accumulate operation, one BAU unit for simple arithmetic, branching and SIMD style operation, one auxiliary unit for simple arithmetic, predicate register movement and SIMD style operation, three load/store units for memory access and register movement operation, and two reconfigurable functional units(RFU) for customized datapath instructions. In the VLIW architecture, the pipeline stage design of functional units could affect the overall system performance, such as memory access latency, branch latency and other operations latency. The detailed design the of pipeline stage of each functional unit will be discussed in this thesis. We also discuss the design of our customized datapath instructions such that the reconfigurable part is not only a co-processor but also simultaneously executes operations with VLIW core. The assembly language and instruction encoding scheme will also be presented in this thesis. According to this architecture design, the resource contraints will also appear on assembly language programming. The experiment is done with hand-coded assembly on DSPStone and other DSP relative application. In our experiments, we compare the performance on execution cycles and code size with TIC6X DSP family, the experiments show average 36.6% improvement on performance and average 36.67% improvement on code size.
