Abstract:
Manufacturing product and providing service in a quick and economic way is the common goal of enterprises under the impact of globalization automation. In the methods of lowering cost and increasing productivity, facilities layout is of the most important. How to arrange, distribute and integrate the facilities of an enterprise in order to maximize the performance is particularly important. It is costly and time consuming to rearrange facilities layout after mass production, and largely impact the operation of enterprise negatively. Thus, this study applying Hilbert space filling layout method to reach better space utilization by considering department placement direction, geometry, size, and the order of placement. The proposed model also contemplate material flow factor cost (MFFC), shape ratio factor (SRF), area utilization factor of overall layout, and even the quantified adjacency of departments to derive minimal total layout cost by genetic algorithm. By introduce the model to a real case, we find it suitable for the complex and tedious production and material flow, especially in the small and medium enterprises.

Abstract:
The problems of functioning of the service enterprises, whose main point is the underutilization of production facilities due to the lack of customers, are identified. An increase in the utilization capacity of a service enterprise is associated with the need to select criteria for evaluating the enterprise's production activity. Special attention is paid to the principles of design and construction of the service enterprise, optimization of placement, estimation methods and indicators of production and technical base, feasibility study of the size and capacity of service enterprises, as well as planning issues. New approaches have been developed in the design of the production and technical base of automobile service, which are related to the certification of work posts, licensing, rational choice and placement of communication systems of modern service enterprises. The priorities of the service enterprise are to evaluate the degree of consumer satisfaction with the goods and services of the firm, to increase the commitment among clients. The importance of production factors of service enterprises is determined using a cause and effect diagram. It is established that the magnitude of the utilization factor of the car service production capacity depends on the factors: location of the service, closeness of competitors and their quantity, structure of demand for services with seasonal changes and level of service. A customer who has requested services for a service company more than 3 times is a permanent customer. A customer who has applied less than 3 times for the service, is in the category of new. Service companies, through a system of discounts, stimulate repeat customer appeal. The reserve of increasing the utilization capacity of a service enterprise from improving the quality of services in the i – production zone depends on the indicators of increasing the complexity of work from the introduction of additional services, the increase in the number of customers due to retention and involvement, the increase in the complexity of ordering regular customers compared to new regularities regular customers services compared to new ones. The scheme of technological process of service enterprise is made according to which the car is first directed to the site of acceptance for repair, and then to any of the production areas of the car service (areas of diagnosis, maintenance, repair and repair stations). The choice of low-quality service (work) of the surveyed production area (site) is carried out according to the normalized ranking of importance, taking about the specific weight of orders. The analysis of production activity of the service enterprise is carried out in which at different stages the dispatcher, the master - the receiver, the foreman, the engineer of engineering and technical service take part. The graphical interpretation of the services quality at the engine diagnostics department based on the generalized customer questionnaire data and data on the production activity of the station is given. To improve the quality of maintenance work on fuel systems is the technological equipment of the workplace in accordance with the typical requirements and bringing in the necessary technical condition of the main technological equipent.

Abstract:
The work noted the relevance of the development of the military-industrial complex of Russia. An analysis of sales volumes of a number of the largest enterprises of the military-industrial complex of the Russian Federation was carried out, as a result of which two leading organizations were identified. The value of the sales indicator for one analyzed enterprise was evaluated, indicating the reasons for the high results in three enterprises. Based on the analysis of data on the number, conclusions were made about the priority of large enterprises in the structure of the military-industrial complex of the Russian Federation and about the rather serious attention paid by the state to the development of the military economy in modern conditions. When considering the territorial location of the analyzed enterprises, the employment of employees of large organizations of the MIC industries in various regions of Russia is clearly shown, which serves as one of the main factors in the development of the regional economy throughout the country. It was noted the place of the largest enterprises of the military-industrial complex in the ranking of the 100 largest military-industrial companies in the world, based on income from sales of military products by world manufacturers in 2020. The build-up of the country's military power directly depends on the potential of military-industrial complex enterprises and the directions of their development. In the ranking of the analytical company GlobalFirepower for 2020, Russia was ahead of China, but lost to the United States. There are different opinions about the objectivity of this and similar ratings. However, it is impossible not to pay attention to the values of those factors in the GlobalFirepower rating, which indicate insufficient attention to them from the military-industrial complex of the Russian Federation at the present time.

Abstract:
The author examines the extent to which university–enterprise cooperation is part of a very complex set of operations for education and economic systems. He looks at the ways in which such cooperation developed significantly in the 1980s under the impulse of national and EU programmes, which led to a whole range of institutional instruments coming into being – such as liaison centres, science parks, incubators, teaching and research staff exchange, student placement schemes, joint training programmes and continuing education centres. He further examines the extent to which the 1990s have seen a decrease in this type of partnership and lists possible reasons from the point of view of both universities and enterprises. Finally, the author provides various scenarios for the future and argues that universities will need to review the basis of their organization and redefine their own mission and partnership with enterprises.

Abstract:
Introduction. In modern economic environment, obtaining financial stability in the long run is one of the conditions for competitive advantages. The condition for achieving stability is the improvement of the risk management program, which is based on a balanced system of formation and use of available resources. Aim and tasks. The aim of this paper is to explore the trends of risk management of modern investors in the selection of objects for placement of capital and formation a strategy of marketing management for the diversified businesses. The tasks of the paper are to research the theoretical aspects of risk management and planning; to analyze the risk management on the diversified companies; to develop solutions to improve the system of marketing management on the diversified companies in the context of risk management. Results. Investment marketing activities are one of the main ways to develop and increase the competitiveness of the economy and the individual companies operating in it. Marketing activities allow you to attract investments that support the implementation of the company's development strategy, increase its assets, develop innovative products, enter promising markets, ensure development in a highly competitive environment and stimulate the company's capitalization in the future. The dynamic growth of a diversified company is largely possible through diversification of investment capital and raising investment funds through the placement of shares in the financial market. An increase in the investment efficiency of a diversified company is possible only if there is a system of control over the economic activities of its individual business lines, otherwise it is highly likely that irrational investment decisions will be made and investment capital eroded due to the lack of proper control over its planning, placement and subsequent management. Conclusions. Modern diversified enterprises have to show investors that firms are in the sphere of financial management. This will help with the main risk of diversification – undervaluing by fund market. Modern conglomerates on the one hand should be present in the most popular industries among investors like technologies or bioengineering but on the other hand they have to concentrate its activity on the principles of private equity or leveraged buyout firms. It means that firms have to actively use loan capital after the recession and use their equity as more conservative as possible. It will allow getting financial results as good as private equity funds but for the public conglomerates it will allow to keep present investors and to attract new ones with conservative strategy.

Abstract:
There are enterprises of different types of economic activity at the market, which should be classified into tangible and intangible enterprises. The first group includes enterprises in industry, agriculture, forestry and fisheries and construction. The second group consists of companies engaged in trade and providing various services to market participants. In general, 128.9 thousand enterprises operated at the market at the beginning of 2021. With a share of 35.5% of the total number of enterprises, they produced products worth UAH 3.9 trillion, which is almost a third of the market. We consider the financial support of the material sphere enterprise through the prism of planning the needs of production in financial resources directed to its resource provision. If the company lacks its own financial resources, it is forced to look for external sources to cover costs. An important role is played by the imbalance in revenue and expenditure growth, which amounted to -6.4%, the growth of receivables (in industry and construction). The reduction of enterprises' own cash by this amount is caused by a constant increase in energy tariffs, a decrease in the purchasing power of the population, an increase in tax pressure, and other factors. The management of enterprises compensates the shortage of financial resources by attracting bank loans and borrowings (long-term and short-term), issues of shares and bonds. Thus, long-term liabilities and collateral increased (+ 23.2%), especially due to an increase in bond issues (4.8 times). At the same time, the amount of funds raised from the placement of shares decreased significantly (almost 6 times)against the background of uncertainty and instability of the stock market. Even in the conditions of economic instability in 2020, enterprises make capital investments in tangible and intangible assets, although to a much lesser extent than in 2016 (almost a quarter less). The financial results of enterprises are the lowest in 2016-2020, especially in industry and construction, where there is a loss of 43.1%. The situation that arises requires a detailed in-depth study and the formation of appropriate recommendations for enterprises, depending on the type of economic activity.

This paper outlines an action research project developed to investigate the gap in teaching and learning placement materials available to students, academics and practitioners in the art, design and media sector, particularly with respect to micro-businesses. Previous research, funded by the UK's Higher Education Subject Centre for Art Design Media (ADM-HEA) and the Centre for Excellence in Professional Placement Learning (Ceppl) has shown that the creative industries are becoming strongly characterized by ‘portfolio’ employment: sole practitioners, freelancers and the self-employed who have established innovative micro-businesses and small to medium-sized enterprises. Engagement between educators and this industrial sector plays a crucial role in maximizing the placement opportunities available to learners and connecting students with the entrepreneurial options available to them following graduation.

Cattle feeding enterprises operate amid variability originating in prices and production. This research explicitly models yield risks related to cattle feeding by relating the mean and variance of yield performance factors to observable conditioning variables. The results demonstrate that pen characteristics, such as entry weight, gender, placement season, and location influence the mean and variability of yield factors, defined as dry matter feed conversion, average daily gain, mortality, and animal health costs.Ex anteprofit distributions, conditional on cattle placement characteristics, are derived through simulation methods to evaluate the effects of price or yield shocks on the distributional characteristics of expected profits.

Abstract:
The article discusses the problem of a discrepancy between University programs of production managers training for industrial enterprises and the modern requirements to such specialists. The result is an acute shortage of qualified top managers and middle managers, whereas university graduates can’t find specialty related occupation. To assess the needs of machine-building industry in production managers and various professionals a study was conducted at Novocherkassk Electric Locomotive Plant, which is the largest machine-building enterprise in Russia for production of mainline freight and passenger electric locomotives. Based on the survey using a direct regression, the conclusion was drawn about the current need in specialists of the main and auxiliary shops of the plant. The study showed that approximately 65% of the required specialists with higher education are production managers. To solve the problem of production managers shortage, the authors have developed a training program for production managers who will be able to manage human resources and at the same time effectively use technical tools to perform production process. The implementation of this program will enhance productivity, competitive advantages of domestic manufacturing and graduates’ job placement.

International Equity Placement Strategic Alliance (IEPSA) is a strategic alliance of shared ownership between different nationality of partners. In 1998, the Indonesian Government initiated the IEPSA to privatise the State-Owned Enterprises (SOE). The problems were due to the lack of Stakeholder Support although the implementation was able to improve the performances. Variables within Stakeholder Support and the relationship were keys to bring IEPSA into prevalence. They comprise transparency, share price, a degree of internal relationship, fulfilment of the budget deficit, company restructuring, single moment, restricted shares in the market, the existence of the floor price, and plan for IEPSA. The research reveals that the dimensions of share price and degree of internal relations are the required bases for the government to formulate and implement the strategy to secure stakeholder support (involvement) using the matrix of a general strategy to secure stakeholder support (involvement)

The prerequisites for a high-quality solution of architectural and artistic problems in the design of industrial enterprises are determined. The planning system provides a systematic placement in space of the main structural elements of the composition (main roads and communications, individual zones and objects), and the preservation of the adopted structure during the development of the enterprise. Despite the further change in the building system as new capacities increase. General methods of organizing space are formed by various elements of building up industrial enterprises. The compositional solutions of industrial buildings can be classified depending on the methods of placing the standing equipment: buildings with an open facade; buildings with equipment; "bbuilding-installations". The improvement of the architectural and artistic qualities of the production environment is achieved through landscaping and landscaping of the territory, the color scheme of objects and complexes. The correct choice of the volume of buildings allows to reduce the area of the enclosing structures, which in turn reduces the energy loss of the building, to have a versatile orientation, better insolation and ventilation. Since here, technological, techno-economic and social factors are closely interconnected.

Abstract:
The article seeks to explore the concepts of building strategy and strategic guidelines for industrial enterprises to ensure their economic security. It should be noted that in modern business settings, company strategy is of long-term character and is affected by a wide range of economic activity factors. Operating in industrial sector of the economy is associated with multicomponent production arrangements that challenge the need for high-quality technical support. In this regard, investment activity is of critical importance to industrial enterprises. Its key strategic priority is to promote research and development, technological and technical modernization of production. Within the scope of this study, the two issues of the industrial enterprise investment plan have been addressed, i.e. investment funds attracting and their placement. Investment generation to upgrade the production process, along with gaining additional benefits triggers certain risks inherent to such type of financial instruments. In the context of setting strategic guidelines for industrial enterprises, it is suggested to consider investment security as a subsystem and critical element in the economic security system. It is argued that investment security policy should be developed within the framework of tactical planning, since investment security is only part of the overall economic security paradigm. However, the outcomes of such activities should be anticipated at the stage of designing strategic guidelines for efficient enterprise functioning. While implementing the company strategy, it is proposed to divide the total range of tactical actions into two contingent groups: horizontal and vertical. Horizontal activities are targeted on enhancing the enterprise capacity building which in turn will make a resource base for facilitating the transition to the next stage of approaching the desired effect or a final goal. It is also argued that selecting strategic priorities and developing pathways to implement them is a complex and multifaceted process that requires a thorough approach for setting strategic objectives as well as elaborating interim stages in total enterprise development plan.

Abstract:
The study allows us to present the historical conditions for the emergence and development of enterprises of a rigid technological structure in the context of the socio-political processes of the post-war era in Ukraine, as well as to identify the potential opportunities for their modernization in modern conditions. A special place in the historical and architectural study of the formation of enterprises with a strict technological regime and a pronounced large-scale engineering infrastructure is occupied by metallurgical, petrochemical, coke-chemical, as well as heat and hydropower enterprises, and the like. It should be determined that today they for the most part do not meet the environmental requirements, run counter to the idea of consistency in the urban planning environment and generally need comprehensive modernization. The architecture of industrial enterprises was formed on the basis of typology, unification and modular coordination, as well as the open placement of a powerful engineering infrastructure, which ultimately formed a new aesthetics of industrial culture. Cooling towers, gas holders, chimneys, overhead pipelines, distribution blocks and power lines became the embodiment of the iconic system of aesthetics of the industrial period, an integral part of the image of an industrial enterprise and the industrial landscape of the then cities. In the aesthetics of the modern, we see that the romanticization of production in the 20th century (before the war and post-war times), which was reflected in the artistic images of painting, cinema and, thanks to the poeticization and heroization of the images of the working profession, a talented artistic interpretation of the production environment, and contributed to the formation of a positive attitude towards the new industrial aesthetics.

The economic sanctions of the United States, Canada, Australia, the EU in banking and technological sectors jeopardized Russia's national security. Moreover, the break of traditional technological chains of industrial enterprises in Russia and Ukraine set the task of accelerated import substitution. The economic situation inside the country is depressed, since internal reserves are insufficient for quick solution of the import substitution problem. An important condition to increase the efficiency of industrial production is the search for internal reserves at the local level, as well as ensuring sustainable operation of enterprises. The concept of sustainable operation of an enterprise includes its economic security, determined both by internal and external factors. In this paper a number of specific features of industrial production such as strict regulation and control by the state, a high level of specialization, technical complexity, the need for highly qualified specialists, and complexity of spatial placement is defined. Features of industrial production determine threats to the enterprise economic security. A high degree of regulation and control by the state creates the following threats: pressure of public authorities in order to obtain benefits, use of administrative resources in trade wars and raidership, frequent and drastic changes of laws, the risk of falling into dependence on officials, shareholders and partners. The focused narrow specialization of production negatively affects the ability of an enterprise to react quickly to market changes, and, first of all, the market conjuncture. This feature forms the following threats: falling demand for manufactured products, stiffening competition in a certain territory, aggravation of competition with enterprises producing similar goods, monopolization of the market, unfair competition. Due to technical complexity of the production process, the following threats arise: high degree of wear and tear of equipment, industrial injuries and manufacturing defects. A significant need for highly qualified specialists is conditioned by the complexity of the technological process and forms the following threats: labour shortage, low personnel qualifications, flow of highly qualified specialists to competitors, and the risky investments in personnel. The location of a number of industrial productions is bound to the locations of resources and markets. Metallurgical production is heavily dependent on the location of deposits of iron ore and coal. A number of industries gravitates to the market channels. Relationship of business owners and local authorities also influences enterprise location. Depending on the form of relationship, the enterprise is provided with the most comfortable or complicated business conditions. The considered specific features of ensuring economic security of industrial enterprises determined the arising threats. If security threats are known, they can be quantified, which will facilitate continuous monitoring of the situation. Abstract:
The subject of study is theoretical and methodological principles of pricing at domestic enterprises. In the course of investigations general scientific and special methods of scientific knowledge were used, including generalization and systematization, induction and deduction, system approach, analogy. Economic nature of price was studied and offered to be considered as a monetary equivalent of a product unit (works and services), which shows the product’s value of utility and amount of money spent on buying or selling it. We also determined the factors that affect pricing and distinguished them by the following groups: internal and external factors, factors that are partially or totally controlled by the enterprise, factors that are out of control or the enterprise and factors reducing or increasing the price. The internal factors that are fully controlled by the enterprise include the cost of production (works, services), accounting policy of the enterprise, after-sales service and the use of limited resources, product quality, the brand and territorial placement. The external factors include demand for products, amounts of sales on the market, quality and price of the same products charged by the competitors, buyer’s focus on a high quality and low price, seasonality of demand, tax system, interest rate, price type, solvency of the population, state of country’s economy. The stages of the pricing process include certain internal and external impact factors, study of the state price policy, calculation of minimal and initial price of products by means of the return method based on the information formed within the accounting system. They also provide for calculating the product price by a variety of methods, setting price and analysis of the range of its change, control over the validity of the price and compliance with the law. We also determined the procedure for the costing methods to be implied. And finally, we outlined the basic problems leading to distortion of cost of products (works and services). They include a wrongly selected accounting policy, imperfectness and contradiction of normative legal acts, incorrect allocation of indirect costs, shadow costs available and unjustified overcharge.

Abstract:
In the Soviet Union, with the beginning of the first five-year plan (1928-1932), it was planned to carry out on a large scale the reconstruction and construction of forest industry enterprises, bringing them closer to the sources of raw materials. Large production facilities in the fields of mechanical processing and deep processing of wood were to appear in different regions of the country, but primarily in the European North and the Ural. Active industrial development of the northern and eastern regions of the country led to increased interest of researchers, including on issues of capital investments and new construction in the forest industry. However, many aspects have been unaffected or considered superficially. This updates the appeal to the problems of financing and placement of enterprises in the forest industry. The basic theory is the concept of modernization. The novelty of the study is that for the first time an analysis of the indicators of the first five-year plan and statistical data on the forest industry has been undertaken, and the peculiarities of the placement of enterprises of the industry have been summarized. Conclusions were drawn about the plans of the party-state bodies of the Soviet Union to develop the spheres of mechanical processing and deep processing of wood, including the combination of enterprises, the approach of new industries to forest areas and waterways in the northern, north-eastern and eastern regions of the country. However, due to economic, technological, natural and resource reasons, during the first five-year plan, the emphasis on financing of the forest industry shifted to the development of forests and the construction of mechanical wood processing plants. Many indicators of the plan have not been implemented, a number of large projects, especially in the pulp and paper industry, have not been implemented.

One of the features of modern mining is its focus on the development of human resources. The high level of labor productivity, as the main factor in the efficiency of mining enterprises in the context of heightened competition in the mineral resources market, brings to the fore the assessment of the state of human potential and its use with maximum efficiency. Consequently, the successful operations of a mining enterprise largely depend on how effectively its human potential is used. To achieve high results of work, a competently built personnel policy is required, one of the key tasks of which is the selection and placement of personnel. As practice shows, the shortage of qualified mining engineers and the growth of their cost in the labor market can become one of the key factors hindering the development of business in the field of mining.

There are whole areas of the modern market in which the emotional aspect of economic behavior initially plays a paramount role. These are the areas of manufacture and distribution of luxury goods, show-business and the so-called the market of cultural values – cinema, theatre, music and so on. The emotions of pleasure, pride and interest are most demanded in the markets. However, not smaller demand exists for the emotions which can be perceived as negative – fear, uneasiness, gloating, anger. The market of emotions is out of control in terms of harm that some emotions can cause to the consumer. The system of protection of consumer rights is not working in this market segment. As a result, “goods filled with emotions” can freely transmit pathogenic (neurotic) images. The main type of enterprises that produce the emotions are the media. The spatial structure of location of such enterprises is poorly investigated. However, it is obvious that most of the emotional contented images are produced in large cities and metropolitan areas – megapolises and megalopolises. The images contain the emotions that are characteristic for the lifestyle of inhabitants living in a large and mega-urban agglomerations. We have developed a special technique of frequency content analysis for measuring the emotional essence of the texts. The method is to measure the relative frequency of lemmas, signifying the emotions of different types and varying intensity. The emotional spectrum of some media outlets in years 2007–2010 were studied. The total input array was of about 250,000 words.

The purpose of the article is to introduce modern cleaning technologies in hotels by reducing the harmful effects of chemicals on human health and the environment. Method. The research is based on scientific methods of analysis and comparison of information. Results. The negative impact of modern detergents used by hotel companies on the human body and the environment has been determined. The most aggressive components of chemistry and their harmful effects when used on humans are listed. The comparison of the most popular professional cleaners with the green type of cleaning products and their neutral effect on the environment and efficiency during use. Scientific novelty. One of the innovative areas in the field of professional cleaning in hotel enterprises is green cleaning, which uses solutions and technologies aimed at minimizing the harmful effects on the human body and the environment. This includes the use of cleaners based on natural components, the reduction of water consumption and the amount of chemicals used through the use of pre-treatment methods, the use of innovative materials and equipment, improving the energy efficiency of apparatus and machines and more. The principle of work of environmental cleaners is shown, which is based not on removal of contaminants by their dissolution (alkaline purifiers) or chemical reaction (acid purifiers), but on the removal of dirt from the surface by means of water base and organic compounds. Practical importance. The European experience in the use of environmentally friendly solutions proves that the use of green-series means can optimize the cost of maintaining facilities. Thanks to the "green" type of cleaning, protective films and coatings are formed on surfaces that are washable and cleanable. This allows them to extend their service life, which is very important in our economic environment. Eco-friendly goods or products are valued much higher and hotel services are no exception. Positioning the hotel as an eco-hotel gives the owner a number of competitive advantages, for example, the ability to use the new status for advertising purposes, create a favorable microclimate for guests and increase the rate of loading of the room.

The author makes an attempt to generalize (combining, integrating) three linear programming problems known to the theory and practice of managing enterprises in the real sector of the economy. This refers to the «classic» production task, as well as the «organization of employment of means of production» and «placement of centers». The solution to the first problem is a vector of the number of final products produced, which is found taking into account resource constraints and the need to maximize profits. The second task is related to the placement of workers in pairs of different specialties on production lines, provided that none of the lines have duplicate profiles of workers. The third task is to select production points from a previously defined list of possible locations. An integrated goal setting that combines the three specified tasks (problems) into one complex production and transport task (problem) is relevant for any production organizations that intend to develop new markets and must optimize their production plans (for example, for enterprises of the timber processing industry that open new production facilities). According to the author, the generalizing linear mixed-integer model can provide a solution to this complex problem and the optimization in question.

Abstract:
Abstract In traditional prefabricated component manufacturing enterprises, there are often problems such as low utilization rate of the platform surface due to poor production plans of the enterprise, resulting in waste of production resources and low production capacity of the enterprise. In order to solve the problem of mold platform combination allocation in the production process of prefabricated component manufacturers, a mold platform combination allocation method based on the combination of machine learning and backtracking is proposed. The backtracking method is used to search for the theoretical best fit combination result, and the improved BL is used. The positioning algorithm simulates the placement process of the mold on the platform, and uses the Apriori algorithm to train the obtained data set to obtain the association rules contained in the frequent item set. When the enterprise re-produces, the prefabricated components are combined according to the association rules for production, and the utilization rate of the platform is improved. The simulation test is carried out with the example data of the prefabricated component manufacturing enterprise, which verifies the effectiveness of the combination allocation method of mold and platform combined with the backtracking method and the Apriori algorithm to solve the problem.

Abstract:
Coke production is a high-tech process, which at the same time has all kinds of negative environmental impacts (emissions of pollutants into the air, wastewater discharge, placement of production and consumption waste). To improve environmental safety, it is necessary to study local ecological-economic system and its main elements in order to improve management efficiency. The article analyzes known approaches to definition and features of functioning of ecological-economic systems of industrial enterprises and their modifications. As a result of the analysis, system of correlated environmental and economic indicators is presented, reflecting specifics of ecological and economic system of coking enterprise with a monodirectional production program. The most important are the considered dependencies “current expenses for environment protection/risk level”, “current expenses for environment protection/payment for negative impact on environment”, “current expenses for environment protection/ economic damage compensation factor” and “capacity utilization/risk level”. Enterprise has identified implementation of non-stationary environmental policy, differentiated by time intervals: from 2004 to 2010 and from 2010 to 2016. Based on synthesis of theoretical studies of domestic and international researchers and analysis of graphical dependencies of actual data, directions for management efficiency improvement of local ecological-economic system of a coking plant were formed. From this point of view, it is of great importance to increase effectiveness of current expenditures provision for environment protection through development of mechanism for redistributing total amount between individual unified items of expenditures, as well as developing an algorithm for managing waste generated in the enterprise in terms of their further use to produce marketable products and minimizing potential charges for waste disposal. The work is of practical importance for large industrial enterprises with diversified negative environmental impact in order to prepare for adoption of effective environmental safety management decisions.

Abstract:
Background: A large number of communities and enterprises deploy numerous scientific workflow applications on cloud service. Aims: The main aim of the cloud service provider is to execute the workflows with a minimal budget and makespan. Most of the existing techniques for budget and makespan are employed for the traditional platform of computing and are not applicable to cloud computing platforms with unique resource management methods and pricing strategies based on service. Methods: In this paper, we studied the joint optimization of cost and makespan of scheduling workflows in IaaS clouds, and proposed a novel workflow scheduling scheme. Also, data placement is included in the proposed algorithm. Results: In this scheme, DPO-HEFT (Data Placement Oriented HEFT) algorithm is developed which closely integrates the data placement mechanism with the list scheduling heuristic HEFT. Extensive experiments using the real-world and synthetic workflow demonstrate the efficacy of our scheme. Conclusion: Our scheme can achieve significantly better cost and makespan trade-off fronts with remarkably higher hypervolume and can run up to hundreds times faster than the state-of-the-art algorithms.

Abstract:
The article deals with the theoretical and practical aspects of estimating accounting cash flows that directly generate cash flow, influence and are managed by various actors in the agribusiness and the entire agro-industrial environment. After all, in the country where the agribusiness is concentrated, there are a number of unresolved issues in the field of research of agro-industrial enterprises, which led to the need for generalization and development of accounting and analytical support for the assessment of data of agricultural enterprises within accounting approaches to analytical evaluation. An analytical evaluation of the effectiveness of financial flow management is provided, which assures the enterprises in the process of its strategic and current development. The processes of agribusiness financial flows management and decision-making processes that should ensure a smooth process are considered. The liquid cash flow characterizing the absolute value of cash is investigated. The conceptual model of accounting and analytical support of financial recovery was used, as well as the analysis of the results of the activity of agribusiness entities. The results of the study showed that financial flow as an accounting category is divided over time into a series of payments with positive and negative value – that is, cash flows and their equivalents. Therefore, it is necessary to have an adequate system of accounting information, which will allow to use all available resources with maximum efficiency for effective development of agribusiness in Ukraine. Therefore, analytical valuation is an integral part of today, because there is such a situation that many domestic enterprises are not able to provide effective cash flow management without properly organized accounting and analytical assessment of financial flows of agribusiness entities. Optimization of valuation will allow to determine the most effective forms and conditions of implementation of current operations, as well as rational directions of assets and profit placement. Only a comprehensive approach will allow to ensure transparency of the estimation process of financial flows of enterprises and will facilitate timely decision-making in the process of its activity. Key words: accounting and analytical support, agricultural enterprise, accounting approaches, cash flows, liquid cash flow, accounting system.

Abstract:
Introduction. In order to maintain a stable financial development of the enterprise and increase its competitiveness, it is necessary to promptly respond to changes occurring in the economy of the country and the world. The logistics approach to industrial enterprise management, based on the principle of organizing production with total lower costs, contributes to improving its competitiveness Theory. The implementation of the logistics approach is based on the development and implementation of optimization mathematical methods and models. When creating such models, a number of problems arise related to the mathematical formulation of the problem, the choice of optimization criteria, methods and solutions. Therefore, the development of adequate economic and mathematical models and methods is an important link in theoretical and applied research Data and methods. When solving the problem of optimal placement of production facilities in the region, the "center of gravity" method is usually used, but this method does not provide optimal placement of objects. It proceeds from the condition of equality of total costs to the left and right of the "center of gravity" on the X axis, and below and above it - on the y axis. Therefore, in this paper, the solution of the problem is reduced to optimizing the breakdown of all consumers into service groups G (k=1, … , m) and determining the location of production facilities and warehouses Model. The article offers a fundamentally new mathematical model for optimizing the regional placement of production facilities and warehouses, which was used to optimize the placement of workshops of the light industry enterprise "Tuva-style» Results. The result of the developed method is the formation of clusters on the territory under consideration. The centers of the formed clusters are the optimal locations of production facilities and warehouses of the enterprise, from which the transport costs of distributing products to all participants in each cluster are minimal Conclusion. Further development of optimization models should be directed towards the study of methods for predicting random variables, in particular, the volume of demand for enterprise products

Abstract:
The article discusses the role of human resources in the efficiency of an organization. Employees influence the result of the company’s activities and make the company competitive in the market. The authors consider incentives as part of the HR management system and analyze the relationships between an incentive scheme and labor productivity, an incentive scheme and staff turnover, an incentive scheme and competitiveness. The authors note the importance of the electric power industry in the economy of the Russian Federation, investigate the labor market in electrical engineering in St. Petersburg, and determine a range of problems. Incentives are classified into types. The incentive system of the enterprise includes material incentives and non-material incentives. Material incentives are divided into material monetary incentives and material non-monetary incentives. Material monetary incentives consist of basic wages and additional wages. Material non-monetary incentives are material benefits and rights, as well as non-monetary forms of remuneration. Features of material incentives in the industry are noted. Enterprises in the industry use a lot of material incentives. The study shows that the majority of workers in the electric power industry are satisfied with the material incentives. Non-material incentives consist of moral incentives, organizational incentives, and work time incentives. Systematic informing of staff, organization of corporate events, official recognition of achievements, and regulation of relationships in the team are moral incentives. Improving the quality of employees’ working life, managing an employee’s career, involving the team in the management process, and organizing labor competitions are organizational incentives. Provision of additional rest time, establishment of flexible working hours, and use of flexible forms of employment are work time incentives. Features of non-material incentives for personnel in the electric power industry are analyzed. Leading enterprises of the electric power industry use company websites to inform staff. Organization of corporate events is a common incentivization method at Russian enterprises. Sports activities are most effective for increasing productivity. Enterprises of the industry do not organize creative competitions, but such competitions are necessary for satisfying the need in the implementation of employees’ creative abilities. Official recognition of merit in the power industry is manifested in the placement of the best employees’ photos on the honor board and in the granting of awards. Relationships in the team are regulated by codes of corporate ethics. The results of a special assessment of jobs at enterprises of the industry demonstrate that there are no optimal working conditions in the electric power industry. Practice shows that the opportunity of career advancement depends on the scale of the enterprise: the larger the number of staff, the more ramified the management structure and the more opportunities for career advancement. Involvement of teams in the management is difficult due the large number of enterprises in the industry. Labor competitions for teams are organized, and they are very efficient for the industry. Enterprises do not give work time incentives. The authors make recommendations on how to use various incentives at enterprises of the energy industry and name the factors influencing the incentive system.
