Based on recently published works, this paper draws a comparison between the human and intellectual life of Valentino Dell’ANTONIO Monech and that of Er-manno ZANONER Gabana, beginning with the years of the poetic-literary com-munity that emerged in the post-war period and ending with the divergences that arose in the early 1960s around the “spelling question”. The analysis of the texts available today, supported by a series of still unpublished documents, provides an insight into the dynamics that distinguished the cultural development of the Ladin community in the second half of the 20th century. The result is an inter-pretation that allows us to fully understand and appreciate the importance of the contributions of two authors who both shared the commitment to elevate their mother tongue to the status of “literary language”, and who – despite their differences – contributed decisively to the rebirth of the Ladin consciousness in Val di Fassa.

Murray Bowen, psichiatra americano, è uno dei pionieri della terapia familiare e relazionale americana. La sua terapia è centrata sulla comprensione dei meccanismi operanti all'interno del sistema familiare e sul processo di differenziazione del sé dal sistema, attraverso la tecnica della detriangolazione. A partire dai principi fondamentali del-la teoria boweniana, attraverso il caso letterario del libro "Il gabbia-no Jonathan Livingston" di Richard Bach, passando per la fisiologia del sistema albero nell'organizzazione delle sue radici, l'autrice tente-rà di illustrare la teoria familiare di Murray Bowen nel caso di una psicoterapia familiare con un solo membro della famiglia. Esordendo con la tecnica del genogramma, per giungere alla completa differenziazione del sé, dalla massa dell'Io familiare, si attraver-seranno le fasi di un processo terapeutico sistemico.

Lo conoscevo già dinome, per avere letto parecchi lavori Suoi e, soprattutto, la Sua trascrizione del TractatusParticularis De Computis et Scripturis di Luca Pacioli nell’italiano moderno. L’articolo offre una visione d’insieme della vita e dell’opera di Diego de Pantoja (1571-1618), uno dei pionieri della missione gesuitica in Cina. Seguendo la strada aperta da Francesco Saverio, Diego de Pantoja raggiunse Pechino al seguito di Matteo Ricci, entrando in contatto con i letterati cinesi attivi nella corte imperiale e riuscendo così a dare alla missione la necessaria stabilità. Partendo dagli anni di formazione giovanile per giungere, attraverso l’epoca di attività missionaria svolta a Pechino come collaboratore prima e successore poi del padre Matteo Ricci, sino alla persecuzione di Nanchino, l’esilio e la morte avvenuta a Macao, il testo prende in esame i principali contributi offerti da Diego di Pantoja alla causa missionaria, tra cui la stesura della Relación de la entrada de algunos padres de la Compañia de Jesús en la China e de Le sette vittorie sui sette peccati capitali (Qikedaquan) e la riforma del calendario.

Il saggio ripercorre alcune tappe dell’evoluzione del principio di immediatezza nella procedura penale italiana, entro l’arco cronologico compreso tra la fine del secolo XVIII e il codice Finocchiaro-Aprile del 1913. Dopo una breve rassegna delle diverse definizioni del lemma e un cenno diacronico alla demarcazione dal concetto di oralità, la ricerca muove dagli spunti offerti da ‘pionieri’ quali Francesco Mario Pagano e Niccola Nicolini; esamina la letteratura europea (francese e, soprattutto, tedesca) che permeò la riflessione dei giuristi italiani; quindi si addentra nella stagione post-unitaria. Quest’ultima fu connotata dal contrasto tra un codice di rito (1865) ancora prettamente inquisitorio e una dottrina tutt’altro che compatta: se i primi commentari e, ancor piú, la scuola carrariana classificavano l’immediatezza tra i canoni inderogabili della giustizia liberale, la scuola positiva vi scorgeva un indebito cedimento alle interferenze popolari ed emotive nel dibattimento. La lunga elaborazione del codice Finocchiaro-Aprile non solo stimolò un serrato confronto dottrinale ma partecipò a quel movimento per l’oralità grazie al quale Chiovenda confidava di modernizzare il rito civile e penale.

Nel 2021, le celebrazioni per il 100° anniversario della scoperta dell’insulina sono state numerose, sottolineando, in particolare, il ruolo di Banting e Best. A seguito di una revisione sull’organoterapia del diabete mellito sperimentale ed umano abbiamo concluso che le ricerche effettuate in Europa tra il 1889 e il 1921 sono state decisive per la scoperta dell’ormone antidiabetico. Conformemente alle premesse della “regola di priorità”, tre ricercatori europei furono i pionieri nella scoperta: E. Gley (Parigi, 1905), G. Zülzer (Berlino, acomatol, 1908) e N. Paulescu (Bucarest, pancreina, 1920). Le circostanze socioeconomiche e politiche della Prima Guerra Mondiale e del periodo interbellico hanno influenzato in modo critico il ritardo della ricerca europea nel processo di purificazione degli estratti pancreatici. I ricercatori dell’Università di Toronto non hanno scoperto l’ormone antidiabetico. Il loro risultato principale è stato la purificazione dell’estratto pancreatico, che ha reso possibile l’introduzione dell’insulina nella pratica clinica nel 1922. Grazie alle ricerche di storici della medicina (soprattutto M. Bliss) è stato possibile smontare il mito di Banting e Best, ancora accettato da molte istituzioni e associazioni di diabete. Zusammenfassung Einleitung und Hintergrund Der Wunsch der Menschen nach besserem Aussehen zieht sich durch die gesamte Geschichte und erreichte Anfang des 20. Jahrhunderts auch die Plastische Chirurgie. Insbesondere ging es dabei um die Facelift-Chirurgie und die beiden deutschen Pioniere in diesem Feld: Eugen Holländer und Erich Lexer. Ziel der Arbeit Bei der Entwicklung der Facelift-Techniken wirkten die beiden Chirurgen Eugen Holländer und Erich Lexer entscheidend mit. Die Arbeit untersucht wie sich diese beiden Chirurgen mit dem Thema beschäftigten und welche Erkenntnisse sich daraus für die weitere Entwicklung der Facelift-Chirurgie ergaben. Methodik Anhand der alten Fachliteratur und Kongresszitaten werden die Lebensläufe von Eugen Holländer sowie Erich Lexer dargestellt, sowie ihre beruflichen Karrieren und ihre für die Facelift-Chirurgie entscheidenden Pionierarbeiten und Unterschiede dargestellt. Schlussfolgerung Sowohl Eugen Holländer als auch Erich Lexer führten unabhängig voneinander die ersten Facelifts in Deutschland durch (Eugen Holländer 1901). Dabei unterschieden Sie sich klar durch das operative Vorgehen. Im Gegensatz zu Holländer, der lediglich Hautresektionen zur verbesserten Gesichtsspannung durchführte, unterminierte Lexer die Haut auf mehrere Zentimeter. Auch bei der Naht-Technik unterschieden sich beide klar voneinander. So führte Lexer bereits tiefgreifende die Fascia temporalis superficialis miteinbeziehende Nähte zur langfristigen Spannungsentlastung durch. Lexer gilt somit zurecht als der eigentliche Pionier der modernen Faceliftchirurgie.

Pirmosios vaikų komunistinės Spartako vardo grupės pradėjo buržuazinėje Lietuvoje pradėjo formuotis jau 1923 metais. 1923 gruodžio 20 dieną Lietuvos komjaunimo Centro biuras aptarė šių grupių veiklą. Dėl to, kad šioms grupėms priklausė tiek vaikai, tiek jaunimas CB nusprendė išskirti vaikišką grupę – į ją pateko paaugliai iki 14 metų. Todėl 1923 metų gruodžio 20 diena laikytina pionierių organizacijos įkūrimo Lietuvos TSR data. Nuo 1924 metų pionierių organizacija ėmė naudoti visus legalios veiklos būdus. 1926 metų rugpjūtį įvyko pirmoji visuotinė Lietuvos pionierių konferencija, kurioje buvo išrinkta centrinė vadovybė. Po fašistinio perversmo pionierių organizacija turėjo tapti pogrindine. 1932 metų Lietuvos KP CK plenumas rekomendavo komjaunimo organizacijoms naudoti visus įmanomus legalius darbo su vaikais būdus. Vykdydami partijos nurodymus, komjaunuolių organizacijos pagerino darbą su vaikais, todėl jau 1937 metais komjaunuolių rengiamose veiklose dalyvavo 600 – 700 vaikų.

Abstract:
AbstractStudying the inner regions of protoplanetary disks (1-10 AU) is of importance to understand the formation of planets and the accretion process feeding the forming central star. Herbig AeBe stars are bright enough to be routinely observed by Near IR interferometers. The data for the fainter T Tauri stars is much more sparse. In this contribution we present the results of our ongoing survey at the VLTI. We used the PIONIER combiner that allows the simultaneous use of 4 telescopes, yielding 6 baselines and 3 independent closure phases at once. PIONIER's integrated optics technology makes it a sensitive instrument. We have observed 22 T Tauri stars so far, the largest survey for T Tauri stars to this date.Our results demonstrate the very significant contribution of an extended component to the interferometric signal. The extended component is different from source to source and the data, with several baselines, offer a way to improve our knowledge of the disk geometry and/or composition. These results validate an earlier study by Pinte et al. 2008 and show that the dust inner radii of T Tauri disks now appear to be in better agreement with the expected position of the dust sublimation radius, contrary to previous claims.

Magda Donato occupies an important position within the frame of feminine joumalism in the first decades of XX century, but she deserves to be rescued from an unjust oblivion. This article studies Dona to' s collaboration with one of the most prestigious magazines of the time, España, founded and directed by the philosopher José Ortega y Gasset. Next to the most pre-eminent signatures of the culture of the time, Magda Donato' s arti.cles do not belong to an occasional collaboration; on the contrary, they constitute a column that faces the controversia! themes of feminism, women's emandpati.on and family law. The joumalist distinguishes herself by discoursive strategies which involve the reader and, at the same time, she produces a fragmentation of the point of view thanks to the use of a first person that doesn't always express her voice and her real ideas: sometimes it represents the prejudices that Donato wants to fight. By this tecnique, the writer pushes the reader (espedally women) to think independently and critically about the themes that animated the debate of that time.

Abstract:
Niniejszy artykuł relacjonuje wycinek szerszych badań terenowych, prowadzonych na potrzeby rozprawy habilitacyjnej. W ramach badań nad poradziecką tożsamością religijną w dużych miastach syberyjskich przeprowadzono wywiady z osobami deklarującymi znaczące przeżycia religijne będącymi przedstawicielami wielkomiejskich parafii katolickich i z reprezentantami innych grup wchodzących z tymi osobami w kontakt. Skupiono się przy tym na wywiadach biograficznych respondentów z „pokolenia przełomu” (roczniki lat siedemdziesiątych i osiemdziesiątych). Na potrzeby niniejszego tekstu analizę zawężono do wątku socjalizacji w ramach struktur październiczątek (oktiabriata) / pionierów / Komsomołu. Opisy socjalizacji radzieckiej w szkole były bardzo często zawężane do pasowania na pioniera. Inicjacja mogła być przez samego rozmówcę interpretowana jako: 1. wydarzenie konstytuujące uniwersum i jako pierwsze zapamiętane duchowe wzruszenie (porównywane nawet do wzruszenia religijnego); 2. jako naturalny etap życia, typowy element biografii, opisywany jednak w części przypadków jako doświadczenie zwiastujące rozpad, bankructwo ideologii; 3. jako nie do końca uświadomiony akt opresji lub też 4. jako wydarzenie odrzucane, wprowadzające do świata, wobec którego rozmówca się buntuje, i inicjujące sprzeciw i alternatywne działania/poszukiwania. W żadnym z czterech wymienionych wariantów nie następowała retrospektywna rewaloryzacja negatywna. Działo się tak również w przypadku respondentów duchownych. Co ciekawe, opisy „nowej socjalistycznej obrzędowości” były rozbudowane tylko u mężczyzn i nie występowały prawie wcale w Ułan Ude. To z kolei pokazuje, że po pierwsze, socjalizacja ateistyczna okazała się mniej skuteczna w wypadku kobiet oraz, po drugie, była mniej efektywna w wypadku tych obszarów, dla których nie opracowano wariantów zaadaptowanych do obrzędowości innej niż protestancka, prawosławna oraz katolicka.
