Abstract:
Based on recently published works, this paper draws a comparison between the human and intellectual life of Valentino Dell’ANTONIO Monech and that of Er-manno ZANONER Gabana, beginning with the years of the poetic-literary com-munity that emerged in the post-war period and ending with the divergences that arose in the early 1960s around the “spelling question”. The analysis of the texts available today, supported by a series of still unpublished documents, provides an insight into the dynamics that distinguished the cultural development of the Ladin community in the second half of the 20th century. The result is an inter-pretation that allows us to fully understand and appreciate the importance of the contributions of two authors who both shared the commitment to elevate their mother tongue to the status of “literary language”, and who – despite their differences – contributed decisively to the rebirth of the Ladin consciousness in Val di Fassa.

Murray Bowen, psichiatra americano, è uno dei pionieri della terapia familiare e relazionale americana. La sua terapia è centrata sulla comprensione dei meccanismi operanti all'interno del sistema familiare e sul processo di differenziazione del sé dal sistema, attraverso la tecnica della detriangolazione. A partire dai principi fondamentali del-la teoria boweniana, attraverso il caso letterario del libro "Il gabbia-no Jonathan Livingston" di Richard Bach, passando per la fisiologia del sistema albero nell'organizzazione delle sue radici, l'autrice tente-rà di illustrare la teoria familiare di Murray Bowen nel caso di una psicoterapia familiare con un solo membro della famiglia. Esordendo con la tecnica del genogramma, per giungere alla completa differenziazione del sé, dalla massa dell'Io familiare, si attraver-seranno le fasi di un processo terapeutico sistemico.

Io ho perso un grande amico, un amico di quelli raramentese ne possono incontrare più de tre o quattro lungo tutta una vita; la Storia della Ragioneria haperso un grande uomo di scienza, un gran ricercatore, un vero patriarca che ha contribuito aconvertirla nella disciplina che è oggi, conosciuta e apprezzata in tutto il mondo.Incontrai personalmente il professor Carlo Antinori a Londra nell’estate del 1980, inoccasione del “III Convegno Mondiale degli Storici della Ragioneria”. Lo conoscevo già dinome, per avere letto parecchi lavori Suoi e, soprattutto, la Sua trascrizione del TractatusParticularis De Computis et Scripturis di Luca Pacioli nell’italiano moderno. L’articolo offre una visione d’insieme della vita e dell’opera di Diego de Pantoja (1571-1618), uno dei pionieri della missione gesuitica in Cina. Seguendo la strada aperta da Francesco Saverio, Diego de Pantoja raggiunse Pechino al seguito di Matteo Ricci, entrando in contatto con i letterati cinesi attivi nella corte imperiale e riuscendo così a dare alla missione la necessaria stabilità. Partendo dagli anni di formazione giovanile per giungere, attraverso l’epoca di attività missionaria svolta a Pechino come collaboratore prima e successore poi del padre Matteo Ricci, sino alla persecuzione di Nanchino, l’esilio e la morte avvenuta a Macao, il testo prende in esame i principali contributi offerti da Diego di Pantoja alla causa missionaria, tra cui la stesura della Relación de la entrada de algunos padres de la Compañia de Jesús en la China e de Le sette vittorie sui sette peccati capitali (Qikedaquan) e la riforma del calendario.

Abstract:
Con questa tesi si intende ricostruire la recente storia del restauro nella città di Treviso, attraverso il recupero di alcuni episodi significativi, nel quadro legislativo e teorico in ambito di tutela e restauro dei Beni Culturali di riferimento. In primo luogo si analizza la figura dell’abate Luigi Bailo (Treviso 1835 – 1932), attivo protagonista della scena culturale di Treviso, il quale concorse all'istituzione di enti che ancora oggi permettono la conservazione e la tutela di alcuni edifici storici della città. Fondamentale fu il ruolo svolto nella salvaguardia di alcune opere rilevanti e nella diffusione di una sensibilità nell’ambito della tutela del patrimonio. Importante fu il coinvolgimento di nuove leve. Tra queste, ad esempio, spiccò Girolamo Botter (Treviso, 1855 – 1929) che diede il via a quattro generazioni di restauratori e di artisti: di grande interesse furono i lavori di restauro realizzati dal figlio, Mario (Treviso, 1896 – 1978) che assieme al nipote Girolamo (Treviso 1930 – 2010), compirono fortuiti ritrovamenti e interessanti restauri tra cui la scoperta degli affreschi nell’ex chiesa di Santa Caterina, danneggiati in seguito ai bombardamenti del 7 aprile 1944. La terza sezione della tesi è a sua volta suddivisa in due parti. Da un lato consiste nell’analisi di alcuni esempi significativi di restauro, realizzati a partire dal secondo dopoguerra ad oggi che sono: il restauro di Casa dei Carraresi e Ca' dei Brittoni del 1987 promosso da Fondazione Cassamarca; il restauro della chiesa di San Teonisto del 2017 ad opera di Fondazione Benetton Studi Ricerche. Dall’altro lato nella presentazione di un progetto di valorizzazione dei Beni Culturali che sfrutta le nuove tecnologie per la digitalizzazione, la catalogazione e la fruizione: Treviso Urbs Picta. Progetto di catalogazione e fruizione digitale delle occorrenze iconografiche di affreschi sulle facciate degli edifici della città.

Questo lavoro di ricerca ha come obbiettivo dimostrare in che modo l’approccio critico di Walter Benjamin possa essere considerato pioneristico rispetto ai Material Studies, ampia categoria di indagini contemporanee che hanno il comune obbiettivo di costruire il proprio oggetto epistemico a partire dalla datità, tenendo da conto tanto l’aspetto espressivo quanto quello culturale della materia. Senza distinguere tra i corpi della natura e i corpi della cultura, queste ricerche applicano la “delicata empiria” di memoria goetheana. Per questa ragione, la lettura antesignana di Benjamin può essere compresa alla luce della morfologia, intesa come paradigma epistemico che pone in analogia gli organismi viventi e gli artefatti alla luce della valenza euristica che il dato assume nelle ricerche materialistiche di oggi.
The aim of this research is to demonstrate how Benjamin’s critical approach to Material Studies could be considered pioneering. It is referred to all kind of contemporary researches in which epistemic object is constructed from data considering its material as well as its expressive value. Without differing between natural and cultural bodies, these researches use the Goethe’s “delicate empiricism”. Therefore the precursor Benjamin’s method could be understood in the light of morphology in which organisms and artefacts are in analogy because they have the same heuristic value as the data in materialistic current studies.

Abstract:
Abstract In 2020, the CFD analyses have been performed on a whole reactor vessel model. The action of accumulators during the PTS transient was considered. Using these data, an attempt to the efficient use of sub-modelling is carried out in order to obtain a strong reduction in the computational costs compared to a full 3D analysis. The analyses were given a probabilistic view by using the Master Curve approach for determining the material(s) fracture toughness. In parallel with these activities, a literature review work was carried out at NRG. The single temperature dependence of the Master Curve was incorporated into characterizations of fracture toughness for all RPV steels of interest such as SA 508 Grade 3 and Grade 4N for both forging and weld material. The literature review helps to prove that the Master Curve approach models the temperature dependence of fracture toughness for a generic pressure vessel before and after irradiation. This is because all of these steels have a BCC matrix phase lattice structure. Based on ASTM E1921, the types of microstructure falling under a BBC matrix, such as bainite, tempered bainite, tempered martensite, ferrite and pearlite, could also be evaluated using the Master Curve model. Furthermore, it is found that the chemical composition is one of parameter to look for as driving force in embrittlement RPV due to irradiation. For the very high nickel steels examined (SA508 Grade 4N), when not combined with copper and moderate manganese, irradiation is not a serious embrittling agent. This paper describes the work performed at NRG in the years 2017–2020 in investigting the Pressurized Thermal Shock (PTS) phenomenon, summarizes the achievements and gives a general judgement of the lessons learned. Moreover, this paper aims to illustrate the scope of planned research on PTS and its role in the new NRG research program PIONIER 2021–2024. An overview of NRG’s effort to align itself with the international community is given. Particular attention is given to the probabilistic problematic related to PTS. In order to better understand this problematic and improve the current state of knowledge NRG will create a PFM tool. The tool aims to use the best practices from existing PFM software to try to answer to questions requiring attention (e.g. thermal-hydraulic uncertainty). The experience accumulated during the previous activities will be included in the tool.

Abstract:
Der Mietspiegel ist ein Instrument im deutschen Vergleichsmietensystem, mit dem die Mietpreise auf dem privaten Wohnungsmarkt reguliert werden sollen. Frankfurt am Main war Pionier bei der Durchsetzung des Mietspiegels in der Bundesrepublik: Bereits in den 1960er Jahren wurden Mietprognosen von der Vereinigung der Haus-, Grund- und Wohnungseigentümer (Haus & Grund) veröffentlicht, die bei Rechtsstreitigkeiten schlichtende Funktion erfüllen sollten; 1974 kam es zur Bildung einer Kommission, in der neben der Stadt Frankfurt u.a. Repräsentant_innen der beiden Mietparteien vertreten waren und die den ersten Mietspiegel herausgab (vgl. Lammel 2007: 4); 1990 kam es schließlich zur bundesweit ersten Erstellung eines Mietspiegels mittels der Regressionsanalyse – einer Methode, die damals von Seiten der Vermieter_innenverbände heftig angefeindet wurde (vgl. ebd.: 6ff., Hummel 1993), mittlerweile jedoch allgemein als anerkannt gilt (vgl. BMVBW 2002: 39). In Frankfurt kommt diese Methode bis heute zur Anwendung, obwohl sie nach wie vor in der Kritik der Vermieter_innenverbände steht (vgl. exemplarisch Ridinger 2011). Entsprechend lehnten diese bspw. den Mietspiegel 2008 geschlossen ab, während die Mieter_innenverbände ihm durchweg zustimmten (vgl. Amt für Wohnungswesen 2008: 4). Haus & Grund äußerte sich damals in Vertretung der Kleineigentümer_innen wie folgt: „Der einseitig von der Stadt aufgezwungene Mietspiegel kann seinen Hauptzweck, nämlich für eine Befriedung zwischen Mietern und Vermietern zu sorgen, nicht erfüllen“ (Haus & Grund 2009). 2010 wendete sich das Bild: Während die Vermieter_innenverbände dem neuen Mietspiegel mehrheitlich zustimmten, stimmte ein Mieter_innenverband dagegen und zwei enthielten sich der Stimme. Beispielhaft auch hier die Erklärung von Haus & Grund: „Frankfurter Vermieter können aufatmen. Der neue Frankfurter Mietspiegel 2010 ermöglicht Mietsteigerungen um durchschnittlich 4,4 Prozent. (...) Die Innenstadt wurde durch die Einführung von zwei neuen Wohnlage-Kategorien stark aufgewertet, die Liste der Durchgangsstraßen wurde merklich reduziert, und der restaurierte Stilaltbau erhält endlich die Zuschläge, die ihm gebühren. Freuen dürfte viele Vermieter zudem, dass auch Balkone, Terrassen, Loggien und Rollläden wieder Zuschläge erhalten, ebenso wie modernisierte Bäder“ (Haus & Grund 2011a). In der Folge kam es zu teilweise drastischen Mieterhöhungen, die zum Protest verschiedener Stadtteilinitiativen führten (FR 2011b, 2011c). In der Diskussion um die Fortschreibung des Mietspiegels 2010 wurde von der IG BAU seine Abschaffung gefordert (vgl. FR 2012d).
