Abstract:
Antenna microstrip merupakan salah satu antenna yang saat ini diterapkan pada teknologi 4G LTE dengan rancangan multi input multi output (MIMO). Untuk mencapai peningkatkan nilai parameter gain (penguatan) agar jangkauan jaringan 4G LTE lebih luas maka dalam penelitian ini dirancang antenna MIMO 2X1 dan 4x1 rectanguler patch dengan digunakan metode array dengan frekuensi kerja 2,3 GHz – 2,4 GHz.Hasil simulasi untuk antenna MIMO 2x1 terdiri dari gain 5,13 dB, return loss -18,913 dB, VSWR 1,2555. Hasil simulasi untuk antenna MIMO 4x1 terdiri dari gain 7,322 dB, return loss -15,59 dB, VSWR 1,3985. Untuk pengukuran perfomansi antenna 2x1 outdoor memiliki rata-rata ping test 119,6 ms, download test 20.12 Mbps, upload test 8,5 Mbps. . Untuk pengukuran perfomansi antenna 2x1 indoor memiliki rata-rata ping test 85,91 ms, download test 20.06 Mbps, upload test 7 Mbps. Abstract:
A double Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory controller based on ping-pong operation as the data buffer is designed to meet the requirement of large data amount and high transmission speed for multibus ground-based test equipment of a certain missile system. The design scheme which use FPGA as the main controller is presented in detail, including the internal interface of SDRAM, processings of data transmission and realization of ping-pong operation. The function of this controller is validated through the picked images from image generator, and the result shows that it can write and read data at the steady rate of 125Mbit/s, which indicate this SDRAM controller is feasible for the multibus ground-based test equipment

Abstract:
Based on the developed low permeability test instrument, gas transport properties of typical Jin-Ping marbles are studied under steady flow of nitrogen. A low permeability test instrument and its tri-axial cell structure were introduced in detail, and this test instrument was used to study transport properties of dense rocks under different temperatures and stress conditions, the Test results showed that intrinsic permeability of Jin-Ping marble is about 10-20 m2. Comparisons are made between test results and an exact method which considers Klinkenberg effect in gas flow equation. Fitting results using the exact method show better agreement with laboratory testing results and the transport parameters gained are more convincible.

Abstract:
Abstract. In this article, a method for the extrinsic calibration of a 2D laser range finder and a camera is presented. This technique produces a 3D point cloud from the test field by connecting a laser range finder to a servomotor. In this study, ping balls and standard photogrammetric targets were employed as a test field. Ping pong balls are used because they can be easily recognized in data from laser range finder and camera. To calculate extrinsic calibration parameters between a camera and laser range finder, these balls are employed as control points in the data. The extrinsic calibration of the Laser range finder and camera is carried out using the point cloud created from the test field and the photos captured from the test field. In this method, a sphere is fitted to each ping pong ball's points in the 3D point cloud, and the coordinates of that sphere's center are taken to be the coordinates of that ball. By measuring the distances between various targets in the test field, the scale can be resolved. This approach was compared with another state-of-the-art method. The proposed method is more accurate and stable than the alternative way, taking into account the average inaccuracy of check points.

Abstract:
We have developed a new test to differentiate between ping-pong and simultaneous mechanisms for tightly coupled anion exchange. This test requires the use of a dead-end reversible noncompetitive inhibitor. As an example, we have applied the test to the anion exchanger of the HL60 cell using the salicylic acid derivative 3,5-diiodosalicylic acid (DIS), which reversibly inhibits HL60 cell Cl/Cl exchange. The concentration of DIS that causes 50% inhibition (ID50) increased only slightly as either intra- or extracellular chloride was increased, indicating that DIS inhibits HL60 anion exchange in a noncompetitive manner. In agreement with this observation, plots of the slope of the Dixon plot as a function of 1/[Clo] or 1/[Cli] were fit with straight lines with nonzero intercepts, indicating that DIS does not compete with either of the substrates ([Clo] and [Cli]). The secondary Dixon slope test is based on the fact that, for a dead-end inhibitor such as DIS, the slope of the Dixon plot slope vs. 1/[Cli] (secondary Dixon slope or SDS) is independent of extracellular Cl when the exchange mechanism follows ping-pong kinetics. Similarly, the SDS calculated from a plot as a function of 1/[Clo] is also independent of intracellular Cl for a ping-pong exchanger. In contrast to this prediction, we found that for DIS inhibition of Cl/Cl exchange in HL60 cells the slope of the Dixon plot slope vs. 1/[Cli] decreased by a factor of 2.5-fold when [Clo] was increased from 1 to 11 mM (P < 0.0001). This change in the SDS rules out ping-pong kinetics, but is consistent with a simultaneous model of Cl/Cl exchange in which there are extra- and intracellular anion binding sites, both of which must be occupied by suitable anions in order to allow simultaneous exchange of the ions.

This paper addresses forest height estimation for boreal forests at the test site of Edson in Alberta, Canada, using dual-baseline PolInSAR dataset measured by Intermap’s single-pass system. This particular dataset is acquired by using both ping-pong and non-ping-pong modes, which permit forming a dual-baseline TomoSAR configuration, i.e., an extreme configuration for tomographic processing. A tomographic approach, based on polarimetric Capon and MUSIC estimators, is proposed to estimate the elevation of tree top and of underlying ground, and hence forest height is estimated. The resulting forest DTM and DSM over the test site are validated against LiDAR-derived estimates, demonstrating the undeniable capability of the single-pass L-band PolInSAR system for forest monitoring.

Because of the overwhelming characteristics of computer vision technology, the trend of intelligent upgrading in sports industry is obvious. Video technical and tactical data extraction, big data analysis, and match assistance systems have caused profound changes to all aspects of the sports industry. One of the important applications is the playback and analysis of sports videos. People can observe the videos and summarize the experience of sports matches, and in this process, people prefer the computers to also interpret and analyze sports matches, which can not only help coaches in postmatch analysis but also design robots to assist in teaching and training. In this paper, we have examined and designed an automatic detection system for ping pong balls, in which the motion trajectory and rotation information of ping pong balls are mainly detected. To achieve this goal, the detection and tracking algorithm of ping pong balls based on deep neural network is used, and better results are achieved on the data set established by ourselves and the actual system test. After obtaining the position of the ping pong ball in the image, the rotation direction and speed of the ping pong ball are calculated next, and the Fourier transform-based speed measurement method and the CNN-based rotation direction detection method are implemented, which achieve better results in the testing of lower speed datasets. Finally, this paper proposes an LSTM-based trajectory prediction algorithm to lay the foundation for the design of table tennis robot by predicting the trajectory of table tennis. Experimental tests show that the proposed system can better handle the ping pong ball tracking and rotation measurement problems.

The method used in analyzing and designing the Detail Engineering Design is using the Gap Analysis Method (GAP). The proposed recommendations include network topology based on an analysis of existing needs and DED results for the computer network of X City Y Hospital. The topology testing parameters consider QOS (Quality of Service), which consists of ping testing on all devices, Traffic Block Firewall, and web server access. The test results were carried out using three parameters, namely the ping test, traffic block, and web server access, where all tests have been successful and are by the steps in carrying out the test.

Since the last decade of the twentieth century, internet access has become a sine qua non for businesses. IT as well as online commerce have been growing fast over the past decades, and many other sectors also depend more and more on internet access; even industrial services such as design and warehousing, to name but two examples, rely on and benefit from cooperation at a distance. The global boost in teleworking and particularly teleconferencing following the Covid-19 pandemic has shown how important reliable connections are. Governments have over the past decade invested in improving their connections to the worldwide internet. Yet it is not clear whether economic clustering in fact is attracted to well-connected locations. We therefore test empirically whether the level of connectedness to the global IT infrastructure has a correlation with subsequent economic growth in sectors that use such infrastructure, or even depend on it. We do this using a panel of US cities, in which we zoom in on a few sectors that can use the infrastructure and compare them against the background of other sectors in the same cities. As a measure for the quality of local connections, we employ a unique method: we use the latency (ping times), a network metric usually spurned in favour of the more common bandwidth.

Abstract:
The results of finite element modeling and experimental evaluation of dynamic characteristics (vibration modes and frequencies) of the composite element of aircraft power plant structures are presented. The aim of the work is to develop effective design and technological schemes for thin-walled complex-geometry composite parts, taking into account the peculiarities of mechanical behavior of polymer composite materials to the fullest extent possible. A method for determining the parameters of natural oscillations of composite parts in a free state using a ping test is developed, which allows excluding the influence of kinematic boundary conditions and obtaining frequency characteristics that depend only on the local characteristics of the material which are primarily determined by the manufacturing technology. According to the results of measurements of the amplitude-frequency parameters of the dynamic response, spectrograms of damped oscillations are obtained the peak values of which correspond to the experimental evaluation of the natural frequencies of the composite part. Verification of the design model was carried out according to the results of the ping test and a method for assessing the quality of technological processes of manufacturing thin-walled carbon fiber structures was proposed.

Mobile broadband (MBB) is one of the critical goals in fifth-generation (5G) networks due to rising data demand. MBB provides very high-speed internet access with seamless connections. Existing MBB, including third-generation (3G) and fourth-generation (4G) networks, also requires monitoring to ensure good network performance. Thus, performing analysis of existing MBB assists mobile network operators (MNOs) in further improving their MBB networks’ capabilities to meet user satisfaction. In this paper, we analyzed and evaluated the multidimensional performance of existing MBB in Oman. Drive test measurements were carried out in four urban and suburban cities: Muscat, Ibra, Sur and Bahla. This study aimed to analyze and understand the MBB performance, but it did not benchmark the performance of MNOs. The data measurements were collected through drive tests from two MNOs supporting 3G and 4G technologies: Omantel and Ooredoo. Several performance metrics were measured during the drive tests, such as signal quality, throughput (downlink and unlink), ping and handover. The measurement results demonstrate that 4G technologies were the dominant networks in most of the tested cities during the drive test. The average downlink and uplink data rates were 18 Mbps and 13 Mbps, respectively, whereas the average ping and pong loss were 53 ms and 0.9, respectively, for all MNOs.

Keyboard, mouse, dan joystick merupakan perangkat keras yang sering digunakan untuk interaksi antara manusia dan komputer yang bersifat mekanis. Meskipun akurat, tetapi model interaksi yang dilakukan tidak bersifat alami sebagaimana manusia berinteraksi dengan sesamanya. Penggunaan peralatan-peralatan tersebut untuk mengoperasikannya membutuhkan adanya kontak langsung antara user dengan komputer. Dengan menggunakan visi komputer tidak membutuhkan kontak langsung pengguna dengan peralatan input, melainkan komputer menangkap gerakan pengguna melalui kamera video dan menginterpretasikannya. Gerakan yang diteliti disini adalah gerakan tangan. Kamera (webcam) merupakan alat yang digunakan untuk melakukan pengenalan tangan. Kamera ini digunakan sebagai sensor untuk mendeteksi pergerakan tangan. Pendeteksian gerakan tangan diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan library emguCV dan algoritma optical flow. Penerapan dari keakuratan aplikasi yang dibuat adalah dengan memainkan game pingpong. Uji coba menggunakan game pingpong sederhana dimana gerakannya kiri kanan atas bawah. Ketika kursor keatas otomatis bat pingpong keatas, dan seterusnya. Dari ujicoba penelitian dengan pencahayaan terang dimana resolusi webcame yang diuji coba 3 MP dan 1 MP, game pingpong lancar dimainkan sedangkan dengan pencahayaan redup, cursor lambat bergerak otomatis bat pingpong juga ikut lambat.Keyboard, mouse, and joystick are hardware devices that are often used for the interaction between humans and computers being mechanical. Although accurate, but the model of interactions is not naturally as humans interact with each other. The use of such equipment to operate it requires direct contact between user and computer. By using a computer vision does not require direct contact with the user input device, but a motion capture computer user via a video camera and interpreting them. Movements studied here is the movement of the hand. The camera (webcam) is a tool used to perform the introduction of the hand. These cameras are used as sensors to detect hand movements. The detection of hand movements implemented using emguCV library and optical flow algorithm. Implementation of the accuracy of the application is made is by playing Ping-Pong game. Test using a simple ping pong game in which the movement left top right bottom. When the cursor upwards automatically ping pong bat up, and so on. From research trials with bright lighting where webcam tested resolution of 3 MP and 1 MP, a Ping-Pong game played smoothly while the dim lighting, the slow-moving cursor automatically Ping-Pong bat also slow.

The progress of science and technology from time to time is growing rapidly. Iftraced back, first all activities are done manually. Along with technologicaldevelopments, some activities have been converted into an automated system.Like to open a door that requires human labor, now has many doors that can beautomatically opened when there is someone who will enter. But there are fewobstacles, whereas when someone is running quickly it must wait for the door toopen automatically which causes the person to stop first and wait for the door toopen. In this Final Project, ultrasonic sensor (PING) is used to measure visitordistance. Dc motor is used to set the speed of opening the door. The prototype ofautomatic sliding door is controlled using arduino microcontroller. Test resultsshow that the door will open when visitors are in front of the door measured withultrasonic sensor (PING). After the tool testing, the maximum load of the doorthat can be moved by the tool is less than 15 kg. The time it takes the automaticsliding door to close with the maximum load is 3.12 seconds.

The study aims to analyze the Quality of Service (QoS) of Long Term Evolution Frequency Division Duplexing (LTE FDD) telecommunication network in urban and sub-urban in Semarang city. This study observed the quality of the LTE FDD in terms of network responsiveness or ping, packet loss, delay, and throughput on upload and download from the user's experience based on eNodeB length variation. Quality observations were carried out on the QoS of the LTE FDD telecommunications network in the Semarang using the Axence NetTools and Oakla Speed Test applications during busy hours at each eNodeB. The results were presented based on variations in distance and showed the quality of packet loss and delay classified as very good based on ITU-T G.114, which is respectively less than 3% and 150 milliseconds. Ping testing was classified as good based on the LTE control plane, which is less than 50 milliseconds at each point. Service throughput was between 16.98-19.01 Mbps for uploads and 17.34 - 23.29 Mbps for uploads.

To determine its actual dynamic responses under the wind loads, modal identification from the field tests was carried out for the Kao Ping Hsi cable-stayed bridge in southern Taiwan. The dynamic characteristics of the bridge identified by a continuous wavelet transform algorithm are compared with those obtained by the finite element analysis. The finite element model was then modified and refined based on the field test results. The results obtained from the updated finite element model were shown to agree well with the field identified results for the first few modes in the vertical, transverse, and torsional directions. This has the indication that a rational finite element model has been established for the bridge. With the refined finite element model, a nonlinear analysis in time domain is employed to determine the buffeting response of the bridge. Through validation of the results against those obtained by the frequency domain approach, it is confirmed that the time domain approach adopted herein is applicable for the buffeting analysis of cable-stayed bridges.

Probe vehicle trajectory data has the potential to transform the current practice of traffic signal optimization. Current scalable trajectory data is limited in both the penetration rate and the ping frequency, or the length of time between vehicle waypoints. This paper introduces a methodology to create binary vehicle trajectories which can be used in a neural network to predict when vehicles will arrive at a virtual detector. The methodology allows for vehicles with ping frequencies of up to 60 s to be utilized for the optimization of offsets at signalized intersections. A nine-signal corridor in west Michigan was used to test the proposed methodology. The neural network was compared to traditional linear interpolation strategies and found to improve the root mean squared error of the arrival times by up to 6.18 s. Using the virtual detector data stacked over time to optimize the offsets of the corridor resulted in 77% of the benefit of an offset optimization performed with continuously collected high resolution signal controller data. In the era of big data, this alternative approach can assist with the large-scale implementation of traffic signal performance measures for improved operations.

In view of the problem that the traditional motor test system cannot directly test the transient parameters of the motor and the dynamic arbitrary load loading requirements during motor loading, as well as the high cost of implementation, this research uses STM32+FPGA as the core to form the main control of the motor test system unit, combining the superior control performance of the ARM processor and the high-speed data processing advantages of FPGA. FPGA and STM32 are controlled by the FSMC bus communication and data ping-pong algorithm. Using this method, a small-size control core board in the motor test system is manufactured. It can be embedded in the existing traditional dynamometer system to improve the dynamometer transient parameter test and the dynamic motor loading performance. The experimental results show that the system can basically meet the requirements of the motor transient test and dynamic loading, and can achieve the fastest data refresh rate of 1 ms when measuring the motor’s speed and torque, as well as arbitrary waveform loading within a 100 M sampling frequency, with a loading error of 0.8%. It satisfies the motor transient test and dynamic loading requirements.

In view of the high filling height and large amount of soil and rock in the high-filled embankment, the variation law of the displacement field, stress field, and plastic zone of embankment body reinforced by dynamic compaction with different energy levels and the optimal compaction energy were analyzed by means of numerical simulations and field tests. Taking the embankment section of the Ping-Zan highway as an example, the construction scheme of dynamic compaction was designed, and the optimum tamping times and effective dynamic compaction depth of the embankment filled with soil-rock were obtained through the field test. The study showed that the displacement field and the stress field are redistributed after applying single-point compaction, and the volume of the shear plastic zone increases. The optimal number of slams for high-filled granular soil is 7 times, and the effective depth of dynamic compaction is 4.5 m. The result corresponds with that by the field test, which indicates that dynamic compaction is reasonable and has a significant effect on the high embankment filled with granular soil.

2500 meters below Baka block appears extremely thick coal seam and distributed long, unconsolidated and mixed up with carbonaceous mudstone between beds. The relieved stress after a new borehole is drilled will lead to the wellbore caving and peeling and finally form an approximate elliptic borehole, causing vicious accidents such as bit bouncing, bit freezing while tripping and even borehole discarding. The anti-sloughing capability of Amine Polymeric Alcohol (AP-1) was evaluated by tertiary recovery test and core immersing test, the formula of Amine Polymeric Alcohol drilling fluid system was also optimized. Indoor research shows that the drilling fluid is of strong inhibition and pollution resistance. Its plastic viscosity is 24 mPa•s, shear force is 11 Pa and permeability recovery value reached(81.9-89.6)%. The successful test in Ke 21 Ping 1 well indicates that Amine Polymeric Alcohol drilling fluid system with powerful inhibition can effectively solve the collapse of Jurassic coal seam and carbonaceous mudstone, present high lubricity and can improve the drilling speed effectively, meanwhile, it performances well in gaining reservoir protection, controlling drilling fluid rheological properties, enhancing pollution resistance and reducing the occurrence of complex accidents downhole. Thus it can provide reference for future drilling operation in sloughing formations.

Yard long bean (<em>Vigna sesquipedalis</em> L. Fruw) is one of the most popular vegetables in many countries of Southeast Asia. Especially in Thailand, it has given high productivities for export in both fresh and frozen types. Yard long bean is considered as relatively low pod yield productivity and stability because it is quite sensitive to unfavorably environmental conditions, particularly for humid tropical regions with turmoil weather. The effect of varieties on growth and yield of yard long bean was conducted at Department of Plant Science, Faculty of Natural Resources, Prince of Songkla University, Hat Yai campus, Thailand to test for yield and other horticultural characteristics of seven varieties of yard long bean. All varieties of yard long bean were well grown under Songkhla’s conditions. Randomized complete block design (RCBD) was used with four replications. The experiment was taken from February to April, 2014. The results showed that the Mae Ping, Euro, Green Arrow, Kheow Dok, and Saifa varieties exhibited good growth and high yield. The Mae Ping variety gave the highest marketable yield of 12.25 t<sup>.</sup>ha<sup>-1</sup> not significantly different (p≤0.05) from the Euro, Green Arrow, Kheow Dok, and Saifa varieties which gave the marketable yield of 15.16, 14.13, 13.51, and 13.34 t<sup>.</sup>ha<sup>-1</sup>, respectively. The Negro and Taiwan varieties were the second high yielding varieties which gave the marketable yield of 11.90 and 11.92 t<sup>.</sup>ha<sup>-1</sup>, respectively. The Euro, Kheow Dok, Saifa, and Taiwan were interesting varieties because they had pod length longer than 60 cm to meet the needs of the consumers in Songkhla province and around this area. It is concluded that the Mae Ping, Euro, Green Arrow, Kheow Dok, and Saifa varieties were the most suitable for growing under Songkhla conditions, southern Thailand due to its high growth and yield.

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of DJP Model based module to student learning result of class XI. The research used experimental method with pretest-posttest control group design. The research population is all of the XI MIA class of SMA Negeri 1 Geger with a total number of 192 students scattered into six classes. The sample which is taken by using simple random sampling technique resulted in two classes, namely XI MIA 3 class (experimental class using DJP Model module) which consist of 34 students and XI MIA 6 (control class using teaching material in school) which consist of 34 students. Data collection techniques are done through test (measuring cognitive learning outcomes) and non-tests (measuring affective and psychomotor learning outcomes). The research instruments used in this research were multiple choice questions, observation sheets, and documentation. The data were analyzed using SPSS 18 t-test with significance level of 0.05. The result of the analysis showed the experimental cognitive learning result of experimental class is higher (75,29 with 76,47% completeness) than control class (59,12 with 8,82% completeness) with significance level 0,000. The affective learning outcomes of experimental class were higher (89.78) than the control class (23.43) with significance level of 0.000. The experimental psychomotor learning outcomes of experimental class were higher (90.72) than control class (9,84) with a significance level of 0.000. Based on the results of the research can be concluded that the DJP Model-based Module gives positive effect on student learning outcomes of XI graders.

Yu-Ping-Feng-Powder (YP), a traditional Chinese medicine prescription, is widely applied in China for the cure and prevention of diseases related to immunodeficiency. To test whether the fractioned polysaccharides (YPF-P) isolated from YP have immunomodulating activities, the effects of YPF-P on cyclophosphamide (Cy)-treated mice were studied in relation to phagocytosis of macrophage, splenocyte proliferation, and humoral, and cellular immunity parameters. It was found that YPF-P enhances phagocytic activity, augments ConA- or LPS-stimulated T cell proliferation, increases the quantitative haemolysis of SRBC (QHS) and delayed-type hypersensitivity reaction (DTH) to dinitrofluorobenzene. Hence, YPF-P restored the immuno-competence suppressed by Cy. YPF-P also augmented IL-2 and IFN-γ production, but failed to increase IL-4 production, which indicates that there is high probability that it enhance Th1 function. These results suggested that YPF-P has immunomodulating effects and that the polysaccharides constitute one of the active components of YP.

Quality of Service (QoS) on Live Streaming has the main parameters, namely bandwidth, jitter, loss and delay, which are measured on the implementation of Wireless IP Camera based on Android Smartphone. The test tools used iperf and ping software, to capture data packets. The network design in this study uses Xonz Wireless IP Camera, wifi router, Server/Laptop and Android Smartphone to monitor or access the services provided. Surveillance/reconnaissance or surveillance by accessing live streaming can be done from anywhere as long as there is still an intranet network. wifi router provides DHCP service, Server/Laptop provides a Virtual Machine using MS Windows Server 2003 Operating System. Web Server is not installed on Real Machine but on Virtual Machine. The smartphone used has the Android Operating System version 4.4.2. IP Camera Xonz model XZ-12Z-HR/W has one major drawback that it can only be accessed via Internet Explorer Browser which can only run on MS Windows Operating System. Some applications that are already available on Google Play and installed on Android Smartphones cannot detect the Wireless IP Camera. The outcome or impact of this research is the creation of a simple Live Streaming application that can be accessed by all browsers on all platforms including Android Smartphones. Measurements were made using iperf and ping. The results showed that the Xonz IP Camera can still be used for mobile room monitoring as far as a maximum of about 20 m from the wifi router and still meets the standard QoS values ​​set by TIPHON and ITU-T G.114.

The research phase begins with the design of an experimental scenario which is often carried out daily where users access the internet network. The next stage is an attack in the form of ping flood on the target computer connected to the internet network, the final stage of data retrieval which will be analyzed later. Testing research using UAT (User Acceptance Test), to prove that the analysis has been received by the user. The results of research conducted to obtain data in the form of an attacker's IP (Internet Protocol), target IP, protocol type, the port used and the time of the attack. In the UAT test results, the obtained value of 18% of students disagrees, 58% of students agree, and 24% of students strongly agree. This research has conducted an analysis of random data attacks using Wireshark applications received by users.

The vibration strength check of the acoustic panels installed inside the gas-air duct of the aviation engine was performed by computation of frequencies and natural modes of vibration, endurance strength and the amplification factor. The amplification factor characterizing the dynamic properties of vibration transmission was calculated in the laboratory conditions as a ratio of the vibration level on the examined panel installed on the vibration test rig similar to attachment on the engine to the vibration level on the vibration rig table. The natural frequency search was performed with the help of the ping-test and vibration mapping of the acoustic panels. Identification of the resonance frequencies was performed by means of strain-gaging. The amplification factor and the vibration acceleration on the engine casing enable to assess vibration acceleration of the panel under the resonant conditions during the panel operation on the engine. The panel performance under resonance was assessed by comparison of the actual vibration acceleration of the panel with the limit value obtained based on 107 cycles. In the process of design-experimental work the proposed approach enabled bringing the acoustic panels of the fifth-generation aircraft engine to compliance with the airworthiness requirements.

According to the architecture characteristics of the mass data acquisition system in marine seismic exploration, this paper designed a real-time data processing algorithm which can convert the collected time-sequence data to channel-sequence data. A hardware implementation of the algorithm based on FPGA+DDR SDRAM is developed to complete the whole conversion process. Here, FPGA is used to achieve time sequence data receiving, analyzing, preliminary processing and the interface to DDR SDRAM. Two DDR SDRAM’s are used in ping-pang mode to store time-sequence data and to cooperate with FPGA in realizing time-to-channel sequence data conversion. Test results showed that, after applying the algorithm to the FCI in high-precision marine seismic data acquisition and recording system, this arithmetic could realize caching collected data without redundancy and converting data from time sequence to channel sequence without dead time, besides, this algorithm also greatly improved the efficiency and reliability of data processing.

Pre-steady state Cl- efflux experiments have been performed to test directly the idea that the transport inhibitor H2DIDS (4,4'-diisothiocyanatodihydrostilbene-2,2'-disulfonate) binds preferentially to the outward-facing state of the transporter. Cells were equilibrated with a medium consisting of 150 mM sodium phosphate, pH 6.2, N2 atmosphere, and 80-250 µM 36Cl-. Addition of H2DIDS (10-fold molar excess compared with band 3) induces a transient efflux of Cl-, as expected if H2DIDS binds more tightly to outward-facing than to inward-facing states. The size of the H2DIDS-induced efflux depends on the Cl- concentration and is about 700 000 ions per cell at the highest concentrations tested. The size of the transient efflux is larger than would be expected if the catalytic cycle for anion exchange involved one pair of exchanging anions per band 3 dimer. The loosening seal of stay cables, damaged anchors, and tendon corrosion due to damaged protection sleeve at the root will undermine dramatically the life of cable-stayed bridge and even its safety. In this paper, the field test used to determine dynamic responses for stayed cable of the bridge in civil engineering. The practice formula is used to determine the cable forces of the Kao Ping Hsi cable-stayed bridge (the largest cable-stayed bridge in Taiwan). The results obtained herein indicate that such analysis is valid and rational, and may be used to monitor the safety of cable-stayed bridge.

Network is a communication between two devices to communicate with each other either using wire or wireless media. The LAN network topology used at Tanri Abeng Unversity still uses a static routing topology, where the routing process is still done manually, so that if there is an addition of a new network, it will be difficult to configure the routing table. In this research, a network topology with dynamic routing methods will be built that will help improve network performance at Tanri Abeng University. The purpose of this research is to analyze the comparison of network performance at Tanri Abeng Unversity in sending data packets using static routing protocols, OSPF, and BGP based on the parameters used. In this research also, the ping process was carried out using the cisco packet tracer 100 times with the size of the data packet sent of 32 bytes for each routing method to be compared. Then in this research, the test scenario was carried out eight times on each parameter of throughput, packet loss, delay, and jitter in the hope of determining which routing method is more optimal among static routing, OSPF, and BGP at Tanri Abeng University. The test results show that BGP routing for throughput and packet loss parameters is superior to other routing methods, while OSPF routing for delay and jitter parameters is superior to other routing methods.

The rapid development of the Internet requires a counterweight in maintaining connectivity and network stability. connectivity becomes one of the aspects that take priority in a network, and therefore the Internet connection on demand to always be stable and interference free, but not always a connection running smoothly and stable. Usually there are a variety of disorders within a network, hence the need for bakcup management of the network that are running so that if one impaired then there will be a backup. One that can be done is by using load balancing. Subyek taken in this study to focus on the implementation of the source network backup or backup Internet from the dependence of the internet service provider or ISP provider. Load balancing method using Equal Cost Multi-Path, research methods that used are library research, observation and interviews network of PT.Nipindo. As for the design begins with installing mikrotik here in after may be applied load balancing. Technical test carried out by using a ping test is performed to determine whether the connection is running well or not. The result of applying load balancing method shows ECMP load balancing goes well. Load balancing does not change the physical structure of an existing network, so it can produce optimal connections when an increase in traffic due to the balanced distribution of bandwidth.

The phenomenon of breaking the bond between the aggregates and the bitumen is known as stripping. Strip-ping of asphalt films from the surface of aggregate particles results in premature failure of asphalt pavement. This causes weakening of pavement resistance to rutting and fatigue. Furthermore, moisture damage increases the susceptibility of pavement to reveling, a distress that causes the loss of skid resistance on surface of the road and deterioration of pavement. Surfactant additive or adhesive agent is a surface-active agent that changes (lowers) the surface tension of rock materials. Introduction of surfactant additive results in increased strength of adhesive bond between bitumen and the rock materials surface preventing stripping throughout the service life of the asphalt concrete. Polyaminoamide is an organic water soluble compound that allows waterproofing mineral aggregate surfaces and acts as a bonding agent to bitumen. The objective of this research is to study the effect of polyaminoamide based and pholiphosphoric acid based liquid additives on stripping, moisture susceptibility, rutting and fatigue performance of asphalt concrete. In this paper, boiling water test was used to determine the percentage of stripped aggregates after boiling. The moisture susceptibility of asphalt mixtures was investigated by means of testing the retained indirect tensile strength after water immersion using Marshal stability test method. Wheel tracking test was also conducted on asphalt slabs prepared in the laboratory to determine rut resistance. Asphalt concrete with commonly used mineral filler was chosen as a control mixture. It was found that the adhesion additive not only improves stripping resistance, but also slightly improves asphalt rut resistance.

Typical studies of FFO behavior use self-reported survey data. FFOs across the United States collectively own more forested land than any other ownership category, and their actions will impact the public goods these forests provide. Thus, better measures of FFO actions are critical to understanding how these public goods may be affected. Background and Objectives: In this pilot study, we evaluated the potential of ecological momentary assessments to understand family forest owner (FFO) engagement with their woods. We sought to test recruitment, attrition, and participant reaction to the method. Materials and Methods: FFOs belong to woodland owner associations were sent the same questions weekly for a month, asking about woodland engagement. Results: Nearly 90% of participants completed all four surveys and the majority found the method reasonable. Most participants thought about their woods weekly, but a longer time period is needed to measure temporal management trends. Conclusions: This approach may yield real-time and useful information about natural resource engagement to inform conservation-based programming and outreach.

These large file sizes obtained from recording the full water column backscatter make remote transmission difficult if not prohibitive with current technology and bandwidth limitations. In this paper, we propose an algorithm to decorrelate water column and bathymetry data, focusing on the KMALL format released by Kongsberg Maritime in 2019. The pre-processing stage is integrated into FAPEC, a data compressor originally designed for space missions. Here, we test the algorithm with three different datasets: two of them provided by Kongsberg Maritime and one dataset from the Gulf of Mexico provided by Fugro USA Marine. We show that FAPEC achieves good compression ratios at high speeds using the pre-processing stage proposed in this paper. We also show the advantages of FAPEC over other lossless compressors as well as the quality of the reconstructed water column image after lossy compression at different levels. Lastly, we test the performance of the pre-processing stage, without the constraint of an entropy encoder, by means of the histograms of the original samples and the prediction errors.

This paper presents a low-power low-noise instrumentation amplifier (IA) intended for biopotential signal recordings. The IA is designed based on a capacitively-coupled topology, which achieves wide input common-mode range, high common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) and low power consumption. To reduce low-frequency noise and output ripple at the same time, a combination of chopping and ping-pong auto-zeroing techniques, which is normally used in current-feedback IAs, is introduced for the capacitively-coupled topology in this paper. An intrinsic adverse effect of the proposed structure which causes additional ripple is analyzed. The DC electrode offset voltage is suppressed and the input impedance is boosted through feedback techniques. An improved switched-capacitor common mode feedback (SC CMFB) circuit is also presented. Test results show that the IA achieves an equivalent input-referred noise power spectrum density of 60 nV/sqrtHz and a noise efficiency factor (NEF) of 5.58. The bandwidth is 0.5 Hz to 10 kHz, covering most biopotential recording applications. The IA was implemented in 0.18-μm CMOS process. It occupies 0.27 mm2 core area and consumes 3.6 μA from a 1 V supply.

Abstract We report on tests of a general-purpose, coherent, Doppler sonar system undertaken to explore its capabilities when applied to detecting discrete fish targets. This 250-kHz, 30 kHz bandwidth instrument provides for phase coding of the transmit pulses and coherent sampling of successive acoustic returns. Towtank tests were used to determine the basic operating capabilities of the system. Under these ideal conditions a single-ping velocity accuracy of between 3 and 8 cm s−1 can be achieved approaching the theoretical limit for this instrument. Field trials were undertaken on the Fraser River in British Columbia near the Pacific Salmon Commission's field site, allowing comparisons with conventional fisheries sonar systems. While the long-term goal is to apply the Doppler sonar system in a larger-scale marine environment, the passage of migrating salmon provides an ideal test opportunity with fish of predictable and well defined swimming behaviour. Individual fish-swimming speed can be measured with an accuracy of between 5 and 10 cm s−1. By comparison, water velocity measurements made with the same instrument can only achieve a theoretical accuracy of 60 cm s−1.

Network security is designed to protect the integrity, confidentiality and accessibility of computer networks and data using both software and hardware technologies. Every person, including organization requires a degree of network security solutions in place to protect it from the ever-growing landscape of cyber threats in the wild today. This paper aims to design and implement TorVPN as an access point using Raspberry Pi in enhancing security and privacy in Local Area Network (LAN). This access point was implemented by using the combination of The Onion Router (Tor) and Virtual Private Network (VPN) services. Then, the graphical user interface application was developed to assist and facilitate the user to access the network securely without having the difficulties to configure and install any software. To determine the effectiveness of the proposed work, there were two experiments involved in this study. Firstly, the confidentiality test which to verify its privacy in keeping the information securely. Secondly, the performance test of the Internet connectivity in terms of ping, download and upload speed. The encourage results was expected as the confidentiality tested on the TorVPN access point network has shown the positive outcome by securing client’s Internet data packet. While, the Internet connectivity is not stable enough, when the client’s IP address changed in the network. Hence, the combination VPN and Tor service using Raspberry Pi as an access point inside the LAN is suitable and secure the information in the network, but do not suggest for user who wants a good Internet connectivity.

This study aims to produce a product in the form of high school physics teaching aids for collision materials. The aids developed consist of Arduino as the central controller, photodiode sensor, and infrared sensor as ball motion detector mounted on the side of the tube track as high as 100 cm. The aids can record the time and altitude automatically on the bouncing ball. The research method used is R&D development research with the ADDIE model, which includes five stages, analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The variables used are variations in the type of ball and the pedestal type. Three types of balls are used: ping pong, golf, and tennis. The base types are ceramic floor, stainless steel, and acrylic. The ball bounce is an elastic collision partly because it has a restitution coefficient value of 0 < e < 1. This experiment is done by ignoring air resistance and tracking friction. Students can make observations with the help of worksheets, which were also developed into the one-unit package. Through the validation test phase, the product has the worksheets get a value of 91% and the teaching aids 81%, which means that the worksheets and teaching aids are suitable for teaching materials to support learning physics.

Compared with optical sensors, wearable inertial sensors have many advantages such as low cost, small size, more comprehensive application range, no space restrictions and occlusion, better protection of user privacy, and more suitable for sports applications. This article aims to solve irregular actions that table tennis enthusiasts do not know in actual situations. We use wearable inertial sensors to obtain human table tennis action data of professional table tennis players and non-professional table tennis players, and extract the features from them. Finally, we propose a new method based on multi-dimensional feature fusion convolutional neural network and fine-grained evaluation of human table tennis actions. Realize ping-pong action recognition and evaluation, and then achieve the purpose of auxiliary training. The experimental results prove that our proposed multi-dimensional feature fusion convolutional neural network has an average recognition rate that is 0.17 and 0.16 higher than that of CNN and Inception-CNN on the nine-axis non-professional test set, which proves that we can better distinguish different human table tennis actions and have a more robust generalization performance. Therefore, on this basis, we have better realized the enthusiast of table tennis the purpose of the action for auxiliary training.
