Abstract:
Picture fuzzy relation is an important and powerful concept which is suitable for describing correspondences between objects. It represents the strength of association of the elements of picture fuzzy sets. In this paper we have defined min-max composition for picture fuzzy relations and some properties are explored based on this definition. Also we have discussed some properties of max-min composition for picture fuzzy relations. Finally, an application is discussed as illustration to show how the picture fuzzy relation are applied in decision making.

Abstract:
In this paper, we define q-rung picture fuzzy hypergraphs and illustrate the formation of granular structures using q-rung picture fuzzy hypergraphs and level hypergraphs. Further, we define the q-rung picture fuzzy equivalence relation and q-rung picture fuzzy hierarchical quotient space structures. In particular, a q-rung picture fuzzy hypergraph and hypergraph combine a set of granules, and a hierarchical structure is formed corresponding to the series of hypergraphs. The mappings between the q-rung picture fuzzy hypergraphs depict the relationships among granules occurring at different levels. The consequences reveal that the representation of the partition of the universal set is more efficient through q-rung picture fuzzy hypergraphs and the q-rung picture fuzzy equivalence relation. We also present an arithmetic example and comparison analysis to signify the superiority and validity of our proposed model.

Abstract:
The picture fuzzy set is an efficient mathematical model to deal with uncertain real life problems, in which a intuitionistic fuzzy set may fail to reveal satisfactory results. Picture fuzzy set is an extension of the classical fuzzy set and intuitionistic fuzzy set. It can work very efficiently in uncertain scenarios which involve more answers to these type: yes, no, abstain and refusal. In this paper, we introduce the idea of the picture fuzzy graph based on the picture fuzzy relation. Some types of picture fuzzy graph such as a regular picture fuzzy graph, strong picture fuzzy graph, complete picture fuzzy graph, and complement picture fuzzy graph are introduced and some properties are also described. The idea of an isomorphic picture fuzzy graph is also introduced in this paper. We also define six operations such as Cartesian product, composition, join, direct product, lexicographic and strong product on picture fuzzy graph. Finally, we describe the utility of the picture fuzzy graph and its application in a social network.

Abstract:
Picture fuzzy set (2013) is a generalization of the Zadeh‟ fuzzy set (1965) and the Antanassov‟intuitionistic fuzzy set. The new concept could be useful for many computational intelligentproblems. Basic operators of the picture fuzzy logic were studied by Cuong, Ngan [10,11 ].Newconcept –Pythagorean picture fuzzy set ( PPFS) is a combination of Picture fuzzy set with theYager‟s Pythagorean fuzzy set [12-14].First, in the Part 1 of this paper, we consider basic notionson PPFS as set operators of PPFS‟s , Pythagorean picture relation, Pythagorean picture fuzzy softset. Next, the Part 2 of the paper is devoted to main operators in fuzzy logic on PPFS: picturenegation operator, picture t-norm, picture t-conorm, picture implication operators on PPFS.As aresult we will have a new branch of the picture fuzzy set theory.

Abstract:
In this paper, we acquaint new kinds of ideals of BCK-algebras built on tripolar picture fuzzy structures. In fact, the notions of tripolar picture fuzzy ideal, tripolar picture fuzzy implicative ideal (commutative ideal) of BCK-algebra are introduced, and related properties are studied. Also, a relation among tripolar picture fuzzy ideal, and tripolar picture fuzzy implicative ideal is well-known. Furthermore, it is shown that a tripolar picture fuzzy implicative ideal of BCK-algebra may be a tripolar picture fuzzy ideal, but the converse is not correct in common. Further, it is obtained that in an implicative BCK-algebra, the converse of aforementioned statement is true. Finally, the opinion of tripolar picture fuzzy commutative ideal is given, and some useful properties are explored. Many examples are constructed to sport our study.

Abstract:
A computer vision model known as a generative adversarial network (GAN) creates all the visuals, including images, movies, and sounds. One of the most well-known subfields of deep learning and machine learning is generative adversarial networks. It is employed for text-to-image translations, as well as image-to-image and conceptual image-to-image translations. Different techniques are used in the processing and generation of visual data, which can lead to confusion and uncertainty. With this in mind, we define some solid mathematical concepts to model and solve the aforementioned problem. Complex picture fuzzy soft relations are defined in this study by taking the Cartesian product of two complex picture fuzzy soft sets. Furthermore, the types of complex picture fuzzy soft relations are explained, and their results are also discussed. The complex picture fuzzy soft relation has an extensive structure comprising membership, abstinence, and non-membership degrees with multidimensional variables. Therefore, this paper provides modeling methodologies based on complex picture fuzzy soft relations, which are used for the analysis of generative adversarial networks. In the process, the score functions are also formulated. Finally, a comparative analysis of existing techniques was performed to show the validity of the proposed work.

Abstract:
The major concern of this article is to propose the notion of picture fuzzy rough sets (PFRSs) over two different universes which depend on δ , ζ , ϑ -cut of picture fuzzy relation ℛ on two different universes (i.e., by combining picture fuzzy sets (PFSs) with rough sets (RSs)). Then, we discuss several interesting properties and related results on the PFRSs. Furthermore, we define some notions related to PFRSs such as (Type-I/Type-II) graded PFRSs, the degree α and β with respect to ℛ δ , ζ , ϑ on PFRSs, and (Type-I/Type-II) generalized PFRSs based on the degree α and β with respect to ℛ δ , ζ , ϑ and investigate the basic properties of above notions. Finally, an approach based on the rough picture fuzzy approximation operators on two different universes in decision-making problem is introduced, and we give an example to show the validity of this approach.

Abstract:
As a generalization of Pythagorean fuzzy sets and picture fuzzy sets, spherical fuzzy sets provide decision makers more flexible space in expressing their opinions. Preference relations have received widespread acceptance as an efficient tool in representing decision makers’ preference over alternatives in the decision-making process. In this paper, some new preference relations are investigated based on the spherical fuzzy sets. Firstly, the deficiency of the existing operating laws is elaborated in detail and three cases are described to identify the accuracy of the proposed operating laws in the context of t-spherical fuzzy environment. Also, a novel score function is proposed to obtain the consistent value in ranking of the alternatives. The backbone of this research, t-spherical fuzzy preference relation, consistent t-spherical fuzzy preference relations, incomplete t-spherical fuzzy preference relations, consistent incomplete t-spherical fuzzy preference relations, and acceptable incomplete t-spherical fuzzy preference relations are established. Additionally, some ranking and selection algorithms are established using the proposed novel score function and preference relations to tackle the uncertainty in real-life decision-making problems. Finally, evaluation of the product quality of the online shopping platform problem is demonstrated to show the applicability and reliability of proposed technique.

Abstract:
Artificial intelligence (AI) has made the life more efficient and powered many programs and services. AI is progressing rapidly, and the future is arriving faster than the predictions. Soon, AI will be more proficient as compared to humans in all aspects. Many industries are using AI for the analysis of data to find the best methods for investments. In this article, we developed the impacts of AI on different industries through the new concepts of complex bipolar picture fuzzy set (CBPFS) proposed in the current study. The CBPFS has an extensive structure that includes membership, abstinence, and nonmembership degrees with the ability to deal with multivariable problems. These degrees are fuzzy numbers between 0 and 1 inclusive; 0 being the lowest and 1 being the highest value for each degree, which reflect different meaning for membership, nonmembership, and abstinence. Furthermore, the paper explains the Cartesian product between CBPFSs and complex bipolar picture fuzzy relation (CBPFR) and its types with suitable example. Furthermore, through a comparison test with preexisting fuzzy set frameworks, some benefits of CBPFS are presented in this article.

Abstract:
In our lives, we cannot avoid the uncertainty. Randomness, rough knowledge, and vagueness lead us to uncertainty. In mathematics, the fuzzy set (FS) theory and logics are used to model uncertain events. This article defines a new concept of complex picture fuzzy relation (CPFR) in the field of FS theory. In addition, the types of CPFRs are also discussed to make the paper more fruitful. Today’s complex network architecture faces the ever-changing threats. The cyber-attackers are always trying to discover, catch, and exploit the weaknesses in the networks. So, the security measures are essential to avoid and dismantle such threats. The CPFR has a vast structure composed of levels of membership, abstinence, and nonmembership which models uncertainty better than any other structures in the theory. Moreover, a CPFR has the ability to cope with multivariable problems. Therefore, this article proposes modeling techniques based on the complex picture fuzzy information which are used to study the effectiveness and ineffectiveness of different network securities against several threats and cyber-attack practices. Moreover, the strength and preeminence of the proposed methods are verified by studying their comparison with the existing methods.

Abstract:
The paper aims to find the (𝛼̃,𝛽̃𝛾̃) - cuts of picture fuzzy relation and apply it to find its hierarchical clustering. we studied the previous results of Intuitionistic fuzzy relation and its (𝛼̃,𝛽̃,𝛾̃) - cuts. We propose a technique of finding 𝛼̃ - cuts of picture fuzzy sets using results of intuitionistic fuzzy set. Membership of PFS mainly deals with positive, negative and neutral membership while IFS only deals with positive and negative membership. In this paper, we attempt to study picture fuzzy set more deeply and providing the more results in picture fuzzy relation that contains 𝛼̃ - cuts of picture fuzzy set. Further we studied about the various applications of Intuitionistic fuzzy relation and picture fuzzy relation. Intuitionistic fuzzy relation deals with the application on the comparision of distant measures using normalised hamming distance measure. The two applications of picture fuzzy relation is discussed. First application deals with the determination of higher study area selection on the basis of composition of picture fuzzy relations. We found picture fuzzy relation on topic knowledge, study area and the skills. Then, we applied picture fuzzy transformation to obtain new picture fuzzy relation. After defuzzifying the PFR matrix we found the suitable study areas for students to continue higher studies. Second application picture-fuzzy medical diagnosis deals with the medical diagnosis of an illness and patients suffering from a particular disease is identified with the help of composition of picture fuzzy relation.

Abstract:
Money objects, from coins to bitcoins, are used in economic exchange as a way to put a number on the fuzzy concept of worth or value. They are inherently dualistic in that they combine the properties of abstract numbers with the properties of owned objects. As a result of this duality at its core, the money system exhibits the properties of a macroscopic quantum system, including entanglement, indeterminacy, and interference, with money objects playing a special role as a measurement device. This chapter argues that, by virtue of its dualistic nature, money acts as a vector of transmission, which scales up the properties of quantum mind to the global level. By bringing money back into the picture and providing an alternative to the mechanistic vision of mainstream economics, quantum social science promises to change the way we see and treat the economy, with implications for International Relations and security.

Abstract:
Abstract In this paper, a relative index method is proposed to analyze the nonlinear Von Karman strain effects on the piezoceramic sensored rotor blades. Although other qualitative and quantitative methods are available for nonlinear strain analysis, these methods have inherent drawbacks. For qualitative method the fuzzy terms such as severe, negligible influence, etc., are usually used to describe the effect. The main disadvantage of using these terms is that to different people the same fuzzy word can be interpreted differently. This causes inconsistency which may lead to inaccurate analysis. For quantitative methods, the major disadvantage is that they are unable to delineate the whole picture of the nonlinear effects. However, the proposed relative index method circumvents the drawbacks of both qualitative and quantitative methods. Firstly, it measures the nonlinear effect and converts it into a numerical value. The value is in the range of zero to one in which zero is corresponding to negligible effects and one indicates the highest severity of the nonlinear effects. In addition, to generate the index value this method takes the whole picture of nonlinear effect response into consideration. The results of using the relative index method show that at any given mode of vibration the nonlinear effect on sensor is relatively negligible at high rate of rotation than that on lower ones. The results also indicate that the nonlinear effect is increasing at lower modes of vibration but its effect on sensor almost levels off at higher modes. Moreover, if comparing index value of a given modes of vibration with the index value of its preceding modes, the effect of nonlinearity is decreasing. In addition, the results also suggest that at any given instantaneous speed of rotation the level of the nonlinear effect is diminishing with the higher acceleration/deceleration rate of operation of the blade.
