Abstract:
“Dale un pez a un hombre hambriento y lo alimentarás durante un día, enséñale a pescar y lo alimentarás para toda su vida” (proverbio chino). Esta frase encaja perfectamente en uno de los modelos de aprendizaje más utilizados en los distintos niveles de la formación médica: el autoaprendizaje. Es principalmente en los estudios de posgrado donde se convierte en la principal estrategia didáctica para lograr los objetivos de aprendizaje. Se ha mencionado que no resolver una interrogante de nuestros estudiantes es invitarlos a la revisión y a la reflexión; y, por consecuencia, al aprendizaje. Pues parece que lo que realmente hacemos es lanzar a nuestros estudiantes hambrientos al mar a ver si pescan algo, y, además del riesgo de no pescar nada, existe el riesgo de que se ahoguen en el intento. Entonces, ¿qué hacer? Es una interrogante que trataremos de responder en este artículo.

Abstract:
Rashi is well recognized for his exegetical innovation of the peshat approach. He appears to claim to focus on peshat, but his reliance on the midrash is undeniable. In an attempt to better understand this problem, rather than focus simply on his definition of peshat, I suggest directing attention to the readerly involvement in constructing what is plain. Among the elements that are commonly thought to construct plain sense, I stress the variables inherent in the notion of context. To set the scope of a text constitutes a basis for what feels plain. If so, the disparity between Rashi’s peshat and the modern plain sense may be put in terms of the divergent scope of text set in action. I also suggest the gradual development of peshat can be situated in the broader cultural movement in 11th- and 12th-century Europe in which literate culture began to emerge.

Abstract:
In the course of the ninth century ce Jewish intellectuals in the Babylonian cultural sphere began to interpret the Bible literally, on the basis of language, syntax, and context. This hermeneutic method, called peshat exegesis spread from the East to the West and reached its apex in the twelfth century in northern France. However, the peshat method of interpretation flourished for a short time only and then declined, first in lands under the rule of Islam and afterwards also in Christian Europe. The question of the causes that led to the development of this hermeneutical method, its waxing and its waning, is one of the most basic questions in the study of medieval biblical exegesis. Nonetheless, no study devoted to a comprehensive explanation of the factors leading to the rise and fall of the peshat method has been undertaken, and most academic attention to the subject has focused on particular aspects, specifically the question of the factors that led to the flourishing of the peshat method in northern France. In this study, I fill this gap. As will be made clear, my results differ in various points from the views presented in previous research.

Abstract:
In the study of medieval biblical interpretation, the tension between commentators' fidelity to rabbinic midrash and their independent quest for peshat continues to command serious attention. The place of the important Provençal exegete R. David Kimhִi (Radak, ca. 1160–ca. 1235) in the history of peshat commentary is of particular interest, influenced as he was by an especially wide range of traditions. On one hand, Radak's family, which was of Spanish origin, produced grammatical works and commentaries that exemplify the strict text-based approach of the Andalusian exegetes. Indeed, R. Abraham Ibn Ezra, the most prominent representative of this school, influenced Radak considerably. Furthermore, Radak's dedication to Maimonidean rationalism, which has been amply demonstrated by scholars, would only have sharpened his resistance to fanciful midrashic speculation.

Abstract:
Abstract Wax, a hydrophobic structure that provides an effective waterproof barrier to the leaves, is an important drought adaptation trait for preventing water loss. However, limited knowledge exists regarding the molecular mechanisms underlying wax biosynthesis in trees. Here, PeSHN1, an AP2/ethylene response factor transcription factor, was isolated from a fast-growing poplar Populus × euramericana cv. ‘Neva’ clone. To study the potential biological functions of PeSHN1, transgenic 84K poplar (Populus alba × Populus glandulosa) plants overexpressing PeSHN1 were generated. PeSHN1 overexpression resulted in decreased transpiration, increased water-use efficiency (WUE) and increased drought tolerance. The transgenic poplar plants exhibited increased wax accumulation and altered wax composition, mainly because of a substantial increase in long-chain (>C30) fatty acids, aldehydes and alkanes. Gene expression analyses revealed that many genes involved in wax biosynthesis were induced in the PeSHN1 overexpression plants. In addition, chromatin immunoprecipitation-PCR assays and dual luciferase assays revealed that at least one of those genes, LACS2, is likely targeted by PeSHN1. Moreover, the PeSHN1 overexpression plants maintained higher photosynthetic activity and accumulated more biomass under drought stress conditions. Taken together, these results suggest that PeSHN1 regulates both WUE and drought tolerance in poplar by modulating wax biosynthesis and that altered PeSHN1 expression could represent a novel approach (altering the wax trait on leaf surfaces to increase WUE) for breeding drought-tolerant plants.

Abstract:
Artikel ini menjelaskan fenomena bekerja di kapal pesiar di kalangan kaum muda di Indonesia, khususnya Bali. Subjek penelitian adalah 35 orang yang terbagi menjadi 3 kelompok yaitu: calon pekerja, pekerja, dan pensiunan pekerja kapal pesiar untuk men dapat gambaran yang lengkap tentang motivasi, pengalaman dan harapan generasi muda Bali bekerja di kapal pesiar. Data menunjukkan bahwa calon pekerja memiliki motivasi tinggi untuk bekerja di kapal pesiar untuk memperbaiki ekonomi keluarga dan menggapai masa depan yang cerah. Kelompok pekerja menggambarkan beratnya bekerja di kapal pesiar yang tidak sejalan dengan apa yang dibayangkan oleh calon pekerja. Sementara pensiunan yang telah memiliki modal usaha dari bekerja selama 10-12 tahun di kapal pesiar mempunyai harapan untuk memulai sebuah usaha yang memiliki prospek yang bagus. Namun dengan kurangnya pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan ketrampilan mengelola usaha, mereka memiliki keragu-raguan dan bahkan harus mengalami kegagalan. Pe nelitian ini bisa dijadikan acuan bagi instansi terkait di Indonesia untuk mendesain bentuk pelatihan kewirausahaan yang bisa membangun investasi modal manusia dan dapat menjadi terobosan pemerataan ekonomi di kabupaten-kabupaten yang memiliki tingkat kesejahtraan kurang.Kata kunci: pekerja kapal pesiar, pelatihan kewirausahaan, pemerataan ekonomi

Abstract:
Sebagai negara kepulauan, Indonesia memiliki potensial sangat besar menjadi destinasi wisata bahari, termasuk wisata kapal pesiar. Wisata kapal pesiar merupakan wisata yang sangat segmented dan telah berkembang menjadi usaha wisata yang lengkap, kompleks sekaligus mampu memberikan kontribusi yang cukup signifikan dan menjanjikan dalam industry pariwisata global. Penelitian ini berusaha mengkaji kesiapan pelabuhan Belawan dalam memberikan dukungan layanan kepada wisata kapal pesiar yang kompleks tersebut. Sebagai alat analisa, digunakan pendekatan dari Manzano (2014). Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Belawan telah memiliki cukup kesiapan dalam mendukung wisata kapal pesiar, namun juga menghadapi tantangan besar agar layanan yang diberikan dapat berjalan secara berkesinambungan.Kata kunci : wisata kapal pesiar, manajemen pelabuhan, lalulintas pelayaran, cruise Indonesia

Abstract:
La actividad de la pesca artesanal es una de las más importantes del Perú, emplea a más de 44.000 personas que abastecen de pescado a los hogares de todo el país. La importancia de esta actividad y el recurso explotado está en que son bases para una mejor alimentación y desarrollo económico de la población de bajos recursos. Sin embargo, a pesar de las intervenciones por parte de las instituciones públicas relacionadas, la problemática de este sector se mantiene y en algunos casos se agrava. El Gobierno, mediante instituciones como PRODUCE, FONDEPES, IMARPE, ITP, SANIPES, DICAPI, GORE y autoridades municipales, intentan mitigar la problemática sin éxito, principalmente por la desarticulación de dichas instituciones y por la falta de inclusión y participación de los principales actores, que son los pescadores, en la toma de decisiones. Por ello, es necesario modificar la metodología tradicional e incluir la innovación en la formulación de propuestas. El presente trabajo de investigación consiste en el diseño para la implementación de un laboratorio de innovación en la Dirección General de Pesca Artesanal del Ministerio de la Producción. El objetivo principal se concentra en dirigir los esfuerzos para encontrar otras alternativas de solución, bajo el modelo de gobernanza colaborativa, a la problemática que se ha mantenido a lo largo de los años en la pesca artesanal.

Anthropology Fisheries is a social science research subfield born in a context has put in question the guidelines of their own Social Anthropology, acquiring the discipline status or scientific research field only from the 1980s. Discipline built elements epistemological that allow us to uderstand the existing social relations among fishermen, putting into play important data for analysis and knowledge of the peculiarities of life of these social groups whose way of life is related to the fishing resources. Artisanal fishing in the mucipality of Penalva, in Maranhão Lowlands, presents itself as one of the main economic activities and livelihoods of families who depend on fishing activity to stay. This thesis aims to make a study on the daily life and practice of fishing activity carried out by a group of penalvenses fisherfolk, analyzing how these socially organized in practical and symbolic terms. Thus, from the report and the fishermen's social memory, I try to analyze how is constructed and reconstructed the way of life of this group. The Work in Fishing gives fisherfolk Penalva construction, over the years, knowledge which are inherent to the craft, which are acquired and passed on orally from one generation to another, offering subsidies to interact fishermen with the environment in which they live in the development to the fishing activity. Fishing favors the relationship established between the various actors involved in the production of fish, allowing a set of actions that are resignified by the group in a sociability marked by the marketing of fish.
A Antropologia da Pesca é um subcampo de investigação das ciências sociais que nasceu em um contexto que colocou em questão as orientações da própria Antropologia Social, adquirindo o status de disciplina ou campo de investigação científica somente a partir da década de 1980. A disciplina construiu elementos epistemológicos que permitem entender as relações sociais existentes entre os pescadores, colocando em cena importantes dados para análise e conhecimento das particularidades da vida desses grupos sociais, cujo modo de vida está relacionado com os recursos pesqueiros. A pesca artesanal no município de Penalva, na Baixada Maranhense, apresenta-se como uma das principais atividades econômica e de sustento das famílias que dependem da atividade pesqueira para se manter. Esta Tese visa fazer um estudo sobre o cotidiano e prática da atividade da pesca desenvolvida por um grupo de pescadores e pescadoras artesanais penalvenses, analisando como estes se organizam socialmente em termos práticos e simbólicos. Dessa forma, a partir do relato e da memória social dos pescadores, busco analisar como é construído e reconstruído o modo de vida deste grupo. O trabalho na pesca confere aos pescadores e pescadoras artesanais de Penalva a construção, ao longo dos anos, de conhecimentos que são inerentes ao ofício, os quais são adquiridos e repassados oralmente de uma geração à outra, oferecendo subsídios para os pescadores interagirem com o meio em que vivem no desenvolvimento da atividade da pesca. A pesca favorece as relações que se estabelecem entre os diversos agentes envolvidos na produção do pescado, viabilizando um conjunto de ações que são ressignificadas pelo grupo em uma sociabilidade marcada pela comercialização do pescado.

Trabalho de Projecto de Mestrado em Sociologia – Território Cidade e Ambiente
Neste trabalho expõem-se algumas preocupações inerentes à tradução do conceito de governança ao longo do tempo e de como através delas se pode reflectir para uma procura das pessoas nos locais. Tomam-se como exemplo imagens de diferentes sociedades, focam-se primordialmente os finais do Século XIX e a segunda metade do Século XX até à actualidade, tentando assim perceber, numa visão de longa duração, possibilidades de futuras traduções de governança na comunidade piscatória da Murtosa, aqui tomada como caso de estudo. O trabalho está dividido em duas partes. Na primeira, tendo como inspiração os olhares de três cientistas que têm influenciado as formas de observação do ambiente marinho e das pescas – Thomas Huxley, Harriet Hardin e Svein Jentoft, – interpretam-se os contextos vividos por estes autores. Abordam-se, em seguida, algumas definições e propósitos do conceito de governança segundo as perspectivas de cientistas de análise política e de entidades internacionais. Na segunda parte, tendo como apoio o Relatório de Sustentabilidade da Governança Portuguesa, aproxima-se o olhar da realidade nacional, tendo como base diferentes visões de autores portugueses. Percebendo diferentes períodos do tempo e do espaço em Portugal, em Aveiro e na Murtosa, problematizam-se desigualdades sociais e formas de sociedade-providência de diferentes grupos nos locais onde interagem.

Cabo Verde é um país muito rico em diversidade de peixes, conseguindo reunir espécies características das zonas temperadas da África e das Caraíbas, que dificilmente se encontram noutros locais sendo, no entanto, a abundância relativamente baixa. Contudo, a pesca é considerado um importante recurso económico, embora se faça essencialmente por processos artesanais. Assim dado ao relevo da pesca artesanal linha-de-mão na actividade pesqueira de Cabo Verde com a consequente importância para a sociedade e economia regional, e tendo em atenção a ausência de estudos compreensivos sobre este contexto, este trabalho tem como objectivo conhecer as principais espécies pescadas pela linha-de-mão; avaliar a diversidade do arquipélago e determinar a correlação que existe entre as ilhas de acordo com a presença e a variação das espécies. Durante o período em análise, foram capturados 29.742.789 exemplares de um total de 38 espécies pertencentes a 19 famílias de Teleósteos. A riqueza específica foi praticamente idêntica para todas as ilhas, sendo Sal e Boa Vista as que apresentaram valores mais baixos. Em termos de diversidade, a nível global, o número de espécies muito abundantes foi relativamente baixo comparando com o número de espécies capturadas. Ao nível das ilhas, a diversidade variou significativamente, apresentando valores mais elevados as ilhas de Santo Antão, Boa Vista e Santiago, enquanto a ilha do Sal apresentou um valor mais baixo. Os tunídeos foram o grupo de espécies mais pescados com a arte de pesca linha-de-mão, seguido dos demersais e de pequenos pelágicos. Quatro espécies, a albacora, o serra, o chicharro e a garoupa representaram, 71% da densidade total em todo arquipélago. A espécie mais importante para todas as ilhas, foi a albacora (Thunnus albacares) excepto para a ilha do Fogo, em que foi a espécie serra (Acanthocybium solandri). Pode-se concluir que Cabo Verde é um país com fracos recursos naturais, sendo o sector das pescas de grande importância, tanto no reforço ao abastecimento da proteína animal como no equilíbrio da balança comercial através das exportações. ABSTRACT: Cape Verde is a country rich in diversity of fish one of the richest countries in fish diversity, getting together characteristic species of the temperate zones of Africa and the Caribbean, which are rarely found elsewhere is, however, the relatively low abundance. Still, fishing is considered an important economic resource, but is made primarily by craft processes. Considering the importance of fishing line-of-hand at fishing in Cape Verde and the consequent relevance to society and regional economy and the lack of concise and complete studies on this issue, this study aims to identify the principal species caught by line-of-hand, to evaluate the diversity of the archipelago and to determine the correlation between the islands according to the presence and variation of species. During the period under review a total of 29,742,789 specimens of 38 species belonging to 19 families of teleosts were captured. The species richness was almost identical for all the islands, and Sal and Boa Vista that had the lowest values. In terms of diversity at a global level, the number of abundant species was relatively low compared with the number of species caught. In the islands of Cape Verde, the diversity varies significantly, with higher values in the islands of Santo Antao, Boa Vista and Santiago, while Sal had a lower value. The tuna were the group of most fish species with fishing gear line-of-hand, followed by demersal and small pelagic species. Four species: the yellowfin, the mountains, the mackerel and grouper, accounted for 71% of the total density for the entire archipelago. The most important species for the archipelago was the yellowfin tuna (Thunnus albacares) except for the island of Fogo, who was the mountain (Acanthocybium solandri). It can be concluded that Cape Verde is a country with few natural resources, and a fishing industry of great importance, both to reinforce the supply of animal protein as the balance of trade through exports.

Al?m do benef?cio para seguran?a alimentar, a pesca de ?gua doce gera uma importante contribui??o para a economia tanto em esfera local, regional e internacional. Desta forma, este trabalho teve o objetivo de investigar as quantidades pescadas e os valores gerados por diferentes modalidades de pesca de ?gua doce no mundo e testar a hip?tese de que a contribui??o econ?mica da pesca continental de pequena escala ? maior em pa?ses em desenvolvimento do que das outras modalidades de pesca de ?gua doce em pa?ses desenvolvidos. Para tanto, foi feita uma revis?o sistem?tica da literatura e s?ntese de informa??es. Assim, p?de-se observar que no per?odo de 2004 a 2015, a produ??o de pesca de ?gua doce acumulou perda de 775 milh?es de toneladas. A produ??o da pesca de ?gua doce diminuiu acentuadamente a partir de 2010. A pesca de subsist?ncia foi registrada principalmente em ?frica e a pesca em pequena escala prevaleceu na ?sia. A maior produ??o de pesca foi registrada nos EUA (principalmente recreativa) e no Mali, na ?frica Ocidental. The benefits of small-scale freshwater fisheries In addition to consumption for food security, they make an important contribution to an economy both locally and regionally, as well as on an international scale, in this way, with the objective of investigating how the Quantities, hake and the values generated by different modes of freshwater fishing in the world and test a hypothesis of an economic contribution of small-scale continental fisheries is higher in developing countries than other forms of freshwater fishing in developed countries. For this, a systematic review of the literature and synthesis of information was made. Thus, it could be observed that in the period 2004-2015 the freshwater fisheries production, accumulated a loss of 775 millions of ton. Freshwater fishery production abruptly decreased markedly from 2010 onwards. Subsistence fishery was chiefly recorded in Africa and the small-scale fishery was prevalent in Asia. The highest fishing production was recorded in USA (mostly recreational) and in Mali, in western Africa. The development of FWF is still encouraged in those areas were inland water bodies are under-utilized and poor managed, but data gathered here suggested otherwise; freshwater environments should be indeed monitored and conserved aiming management since fishery has been intensively performed in these areas through the world.

O alimento é tratado neste estudo como um condutor para se entender o ser humano em seu ambiente e nas suas relações sociais. Tais relações articulam-se quando se compreende o alimento a partir de sistemas alimentares e das culturas humanas, ou seja, quando se percebe que sociais. Este trabalho aborda tais relações a partir de um grupo social específico - os moradores antigos do bairro Campeche (Florianópolis, SC # Brasil), cognominados "nativos", com os quais se buscou compreender as relações entre as formas de obter os alimentos e a sua representação/significação dentro do cotidiano alimentar. Realizou-se uma pesquisa qualitativa, cujos dados principais se obteve por meio de entrevistas semi-estruturadas e do levantamento de documentos sobre a história da comunidade e do município. Os resultados mostraram que, até meados do século XX, as famílias de nativos ainda tinham como prática alimentar a variedade oferecida pelos alimentos locais - mandioca, feijão, batata-doce, amendoim, melancia, peixes e aves -, os quais representavam os períodos de plantio, colheita e extração (caso do peixe e dos frutos do mar), assim como lançavam mão das estratégias de circulação de alimentos (escambo ou venda) para complementação da dieta alimentar. Na tomada de decisão sobre o que, como e onde plantar, agiam diversos fatores pautados no conhecimento sobre os agroecossistemas e as necessidades de consumo alimentar das famílias, os quais se articulavam e garantiam a identidade do grupo. A partir de 1970, verificou-se que tanto as formas de obtenção como as práticas alimentares sofreram transformações decorrentes, sobretudo, do processo de avanço da urbanização na região. Como conseqüência, houve a redução de espaços agricultáveis, e os alimentos passaram então a ser ofertados por uma nova e crescente rede de mercados, muitas vezes não condizentes com aquela antiga produção local. O resultado final pôde ser constatado nas alterações em torno do ato alimentar, na incorporação de novos alimentos e preparações, bem como nas mudanças na comensalidade entre as gerações. O estudo indica para a importância de trabalhos, políticas públicas e ações efetivas direcionadas à valorização dos alimentos, das comidas e das antigas práticas construídas culturalmente por este grupo dentro de um novo contexto onde predomina um modo de vida urbano.

En el siguiente plan de negocio se analiza la factibilidad de la instalación de Lodge de pesca deportiva en la región de Aysen, aprovechando las oportunidades que presenta el mercado y la industria, donde existe una evidente brecha entre oferta (días camas) y cantidad demandada (según las proyecciones de crecimiento realizadas por Sernatur). El objetivo es entregar un servicio de alta calidad, con alto valor agregado, orientado a la demanda nacional y extranjera. Se determinó que el proyecto se posicionará ocupando aproximadamente el 10% del mercado al décimo año en curso, según información existente otorgada principalmente por organismos públicos como Sernatur y el INE así como de algunos organismos privados (Universidad Austral), vinculados a la actividad. Además se pronostica que la demanda satisfecha por el proyecto se incrementará de acuerdo a las proyecciones realizadas en estos estudios, con lo cual, el plan contempla alcanzar su máxima capacidad de atención al término del horizonte del proyecto en el año 2025. La localización en la XI región de Aysén, específicamente en el sector de Lago Bertrand, se debe a la disponibilidad del terreno propio y a las inmejorables condiciones naturales que posee esta localidad, especialmente privilegiada para la pesca deportiva con mosca. Además, esta área posee diferentes vías de acceso aéreas, terrestres y marítimas conservando las características de paisaje que posee la Patagonia. La inversión requerida para la implementación del plan es de CLP $ 345.805.850.- lo que fue evaluado con un horizonte de 10 años. Para el desarrollo de este proyecto se buscó la mejor alternativa de financiamiento que resultara más rentable para el inversionista, encontrándose al Banco Chile como la mejor fuente de financiamiento, el cual otorgó una tasa del 8,94% anual de interés a 10 años plazo utilizándose el 75% del monto inicial requerido arrogando un VAN de CLP $ 6.118.531.922,53.- con una tasa interna de retorno del 50%, recuperándose la inversión inicial en el cuarto periodo de desarrollo del plan.

La caracterización de las prioridades presupuestarias en la pesca y acuicultura son importantes para optimizar la asignación y ejecución de sus recursos presupuestarios en Perú en beneficio de sus actores. Con base en la metodología del Estimado del Apoyo a la Pesca (FSE, por sus siglas en inglés), este documento caracteriza las prioridades de inversión y gasto público y analiza su consistencia con los instrumentos de gestión en el sector. Se identificó que el valor del apoyo a este sector se incrementó de PEN 235,2 millones en 2016 a PEN 376,4 millones en 2020. Además, a pesar de la volatilidad en la inversión pública, se destacó los esfuerzos orientados a investigación y desarrollo, ordenamiento pesquero e infraestructura. No obstante, todavía persisten varios problemas en el sector, a pesar de que el apoyo de Perú en relación con su PBI no es bajo en comparación a otros países que son potencias pesqueras. Ante estos hallazgos, parece ser que hay un problema respecto al uso poco eficiente de los recursos presupuestarios.
