Abstract:
The monograph examines various aspects of the institutions of amnesty, pardon, criminal record: the concept, the history of formation, foreign legislative practice. The features of the personality of the amnestied and pardoned are analyzed. A comparative analysis with related institutions was carried out: parole, rehabilitation. In contrast to the previous edition, new legal realities related to the amendments made to legislative acts, Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 1500 of December 28, 2001 "On Pardon commissions in the Territories of the Subjects of the Russian Federation" are taken into account. It is intended for employees of justice bodies, courts, law enforcement agencies, members of pardon commissions in the territories of the subjects of the Russian Federation. It can be used in the educational process during training, advanced training and retraining of personnel in the direction (specialty) "Jurisprudence". Will provide assistance to researchers, applicants, graduate students (adjuncts).
