Abstract:
The article addresses the issue of single motherhood for women in individual, social and pedagogical aspects. The personality and social conditions of single motherhood were analysed. Two main contexts of experiencing motherhood by contemporary women were pointed out, which are social norms and cultural patterns as well as individual, intrapsychic conditions of perceiving oneself as a mother. Social references and pedagogical conditions of single motherhood were shown. It was pointed out that the way women experience motherhood depends to a large extent on family, professional, colleague situations and random events. While discussing the issues of loneliness and solitude, the pedagogical aspect of this phenomenon and the multitude of possible attitudes and references to motherhood experienced were pointed out. The article indicates that social expectations for single mothers imply how women perceive their motherhood and how it affects the pedagogical dimension of its implementation. Motherhood as a conscious decision of a woman and as an undesirable state, as a consequence of events over which the woman-mother has no influence – these are other versions of motherhood described and analysed in the article. The article ends with considerations on the pedagogical dimension of the implementation of motherhood, and therefore on the role and place of children and family as the closest environment of women-mothers. The final part also indicates the need for institutional support for single mothers and their families.

Abstract:
The study aimed to identify personal and social factors having impact on teacher burnout in Georgia. The survey was conducted on 373 Georgian school teachers. Teacher burnout phenomena was studied in connection with psychological factor such as locus of control and social factors - school climate dimensions: Principals' attitude to teachers, teachers' attitude to colleagues and to students. Qualitative and quantitative methods were used for the research. The highest teacher burnout was identified on Emotional Exhaustion subscale of burnout. Correlatios were confirmed between burnout and locus of control, school climate variables and burnout, teacher burnout and number of students. The research findings are important as teacher burnout identification and its prevention is closely connected to teacher well-being and health ultimately having impact on teaching quality. The subject of this paper is the influence of social networks on the personal branding of athletes. The goal is to point out the importance of social networks in the process of personal branding of athletes. A responsible personality marketing management enables athletes to continue their successful careers even after the end of their engagement in sport. Social networks have an increasingly important role in this because they are also a measure of the influence of athletes, which can be quantified by the number of followers on social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. Some athletes earn more from their sponsorship agreements and activities on social network sin which they promote a certain brand than from professional contracts and salaries in their clubs. In the context of the topic of this paper, social networks can be viewed in two ways, as a means of improving the image of athletes, and as a tool that athletes use to promote brands. In the first case, the basic outcome is their higher commercial value, while in the second, the commercial effects are reflected in the earnings from brand promotion. This paper shows the connection between social networks, famous athletes, marketing tools applied in personal branding and commercial effects on that basis. The basic assumption that the commercial effects of personal branding of athletes can be successfully realized in the environment of social networks is confirmed.

Abstract:
Rapidly rising levels of car ownership in newly developed economies and increasing travel demand worldwide over the past several decades have intensified the negative externalities of transportation, such as traffic congestion and air pollution. To develop policies that mitigate these problems through managing and controlling travel demand, it is important to have a comprehensive understanding of the determinants of individuals’ activity-travel behavior. A considerable amount of research has been conducted around the impact of the built environment on travel behavior. As well, over the past decade, the social contexts of travel have gradually been recognized as important explanatory factors of activity-travel behavior. Thus, the link between social contexts and activity-travel behavior has become a much discussed research topic recently. This study aims to contribute to this growing literature by investigating three important but under-explored areas related to the connection between social contexts and activity-travel behavior: 1) how social network attributes influence the choice of companions for conducting daily activities and travel; 2) how personal social networks and neighborhood social environments influence activity location choices and time use; and 3) how the dynamics of social networks and changes in residential social environments induce activity-travel behavior changes as a result of home relocation. This study adopts a longitudinal design and uses both cross-sectional data and longitudinal panel data. Multivariate modelling approaches including Structure Equation Modelling (SEM), multilevel logistic regression and a doubly censored Tobit model are employed. Findings from this study show that social network variables are significant determinants in explaining individuals’ engagements in joint/solo activities/travel and choices of companions for joint activities. Social network attributes and neighborhood social environments are also found to significantly influence individuals’ choices between in- and out-of-neighborhood locations for activities and time use. The study also demonstrates that changes in travel after residential relocation are induced by changes both in the built and social environments as well as the geography of social networks. These findings contribute to the knowledge about the social contexts of activity-travel behavior.

Abstract:
This thesis presents the results of a multi-method exploration of the effects of collective dysphoric rituals on self-identification, group affiliation, and prosocial behaviour. Findings are presented from a worldwide sample of martial artists, student participants in artificial ritual experiments, and observers and performers of Shinto firewalking festivals in Japan. The thesis tests recent predictions of the Modes of Religiosity theory in regards to the psychological processes that underpin shared dysphoric rituals and various costly signalling theories concerning the group orientated consequences of participating in extreme ritual events. The results from the studies raise questions with the broader generalisability of recent findings linking collective dysphoric rituals and inclusive self- identification and urge for a more nuanced appraisal of associations with prosocial behaviour. Furthermore, the role of subjective positive assessment of dysphoric experiences is shown to be a topic that has been unduly overlooked and preliminary evidence is provided for a potential relationship with identity fusion. Methodologically the thesis presents a series of novel artificial ritual studies that offer initial evidence in support of shared dysphoria's ability to enhance cooperation and promote positive ingroup association.

This work, on the "Social and Literary Aspects of Zulu Personal Names", may be divided into three sections: Firstly, A Comparative Analysis where both the concept and use of Zulu names are compared to those of other societies, particularly the black societies of Africa. Emphasis is given to use of names in witchcraft, name-avoidance, and the underlying reasons for name-giving in such societies. Secondly, Zulu Personal Names: a series of interviews provide data on: a) the social reasons for the giving of personal names (a major part of this thesis); b) various forms of name-avoidance, including use of kinship terms, clan names, and personal praises (and for the latter, a fifteen page analysis of the content and style of originally-collected praises); c) An analysis of an original collection of dog- and ox-names, with reference to comparative material. Thirdly, The Literary Aspect of Zulu Personal Names: a) An analysis of the concept "praise" - from personal names to the praise-poems of the Zulu kings; b) An analysis of the literary concepts expressed in Zulu personal names, suggesting that 'the oral literary tradition is alive in every name-giving parent'; c) An analysis of the use of names, of various kinds, in both Zulu and Southern-Bantu praise-poetry.

O uso das redes sociais vem sendo reportado como uma prática que atravessa o campo profissional, muitas vezes ocasionando prejuízos para seus usuários nesta esfera de suas vidas. Dentre os inúmeros membros que fazem parte delas, estão os psicanalistas, que, em seus pressupostos teóricos e técnicos originais, recebem a instrução para que mantenham partes de suas individualidades reservadas de pacientes, ao mesmo tempo em que fazem parte desta prática social cuja dinâmica de uso envolve uma voluntária exposição de aspectos pessoais em redes de relacionamento on-line. Diante desta realidade, como se posicionam os psicanalistas? Eles publicam dados pessoais? De que tipo? Seus pacientes fazem parte das suas redes de relacionamento on-line? Há alguma consideração clínica no uso que fazem delas? Partindo de tais questionamentos, o presente trabalho procura refletir sobre as questões postas inicialmente, assim como tornar mais clara a dinâmica de uso das redes sociais, por parte destes profissionais. Para alcançar estes objetivos, foram realizadas entrevistas com psicanalistas que usam redes sociais há, no mínimo, três meses. Os dados coletados foram analisados a partir do Método da Explicitação do Discurso Subjacente (MEDS) e os resultados apontaram para um panorama inicial em que três vertentes se destacam: imagem profissional, desejos pessoais e implicações clínicas.
The use of social networks has recently been reported as interfering in the professional field, what may cause some damages for the users in this part of their lifes. Among the users, some are psychoanalysts, who in their s original theorical and technical recomendations, receive instructions to preserve parts of their selves from patients. On the other hand, at the same time, they are part of this social practice, which dynamics includes voluntary revelation of personal information s in on-line social networks. As part of this reality, how do psychoanalysts place theirselves? Do they publish personal informations? Of which kind? Their patients are part of their contacts on social networks? Is there any clinical aspect that is being considerated in their use? From all these questions, the present study intent to discuss these initial issues, as well to clarify how is the dynamics of use of social networks by these professionals. To aim these goals, some interviews were maid with psychoanalysts that use social networks for, at least, tree months. The data were analyzed by the use of MEDS and the results aim at an initial landscape that announces tree dimensions: professional image, personal desires and clinical aspects.

Most adult smokers begin smoking during adolescence; nicotine dependence can develop relatively quickly and, once established, most smokers smoke for approximately 40 years. For adolescents dependent upon nicotine, cessation interventions are not well established. It is, therefore, essential that public health interventions focus on preventing initiation and maintenance and decreasing the prevalence of youth smoking. In spite of legislation to protect New Zealand adolescents, a large proportion continues to use tobacco at least weekly. Recent surveys have shown a slight decrease in cigarette smoking prevalence, overall, but, no reduction and marked increases have been reported within some subgroups. The overall aim of this research was to identify school and personal factors associated with secondary school students smoking. The specific research objectives included: a) identifying factors at the personal, family, peer, school and 'tobacco-genic' environment levels which were associated with regular and established cigarette smoking; b) describing the extent of smoke-free policy and health education programmes in secondary schools; and, c) evaluating the relations between cigarette smoking among students and potential protective factors, smoke-free policies and practices and health education programmes. The research was based on data from 3,434 secondary school students from 82 schools. The multi-stage sampling procedures and data analyses ensured that the results were able to be generalised to the New Zealand secondary school student population. Smoking was more prevalent amongst girls for all measures of smoking frequency and significant differences were found for smoking prevalence between ethnic groups and school decile. In terms of family influences, the smoking behaviours of parents were not associated with increased odds of smoking nor were perceived relationships between students and their parents, or exposure to SHS. In contrast, the smoking behaviour of siblings was associated with increased odds of smoking but it is likely that both student and sibling smoking are both influenced by the same processes within the family. Similarly, low levels of self-concept were not associated with increased odds for daily smoking. The smoking behaviour of a best friend was a pervasive risk factor as was a high level of disposable income, frequent episodes of unsupervised activities, and 'pro-smoking' knowledge. Being male, visiting a place of worship, and the intention to stay at school until after Year 13 reduced the odds of daily smoking among students. Multilevel models were used to identify school level effects. After adjusting for student, family and school characteristics significant between-school variance in smoking prevalence remained and this suggests that there are factors, arguably beyond the immediate control of the student or family that may influence a student�s smoking behaviour. The presence of a school effect also supports the WHO concept of 'health promoting schools' in that schools can make a difference to health outcomes. Understanding how the health promoting schools model has been interpreted and implemented in NZ schools, along with critique of the implementation of the amended legislation making all schools smoke-free, would be a pertinent 'next-step' in identifying characteristics of schools which are associated with decreased tobacco use.

One hundred and fifty undergraduate students at a Southwestern university rated the attractiveness of the face, body and full, face and body of 5 male and 5 female stimuli. The subjects also rated the full, face and body stimuli on 6 social and relationship variables. These ratings were used to determine the relative influence of facial attractiveness versus body attractiveness on overall assessments of attractiveness and social and relationship variables. Both facial and body attractiveness were predictive of all the overall assessments, but face was a more powerful predictor. A second analysis related perceived similarity of attractiveness and liking. Perceived similarity of attractiveness was not a significant factor in how much the subjects indicated they liked the stimuli.

This thesis considers radical and reactionary political strategies for questioning systems of gender/sexuality categorisation and finds both wanting in terms of the cultural insularity and mainstream assimilation each respectively engenders. An alternative is posited in the form of radical assimilation, a theory borrowing the best elements from both approaches. The remainder of the study is focussed on the search for personal and iconographic strategies to pursue a politic of radical assimilation in my creative production. These strategies are finally exemplified and manifested via discussions of the practical corpus of artworks that aided in the formation of this politic. The discursive framework in which this theorization occurs includes considerations of queer theory and photography (especially domestic photography and portraiture) and subjective contextualization (invoking the domestic uses of images), and all should be seen as constituting a personal discursive framework: an attempt to counter the reductive scope an uncontextualised analysis of my work allows. This study is accordingly an explication of the processes that turn the personal into the political; a critical affirmation of difference; and an attempt to narrow the distances between us.

This thesis examines some of the implications for social policy of an account of human nature frequently associated with liberal political theory. Taking as its starting point the claim that the objectives of social policy are contested, it seeks to develop an account of autonomy that will serve as a neutral 'organizational principle' around which to construct social policy. A particular version of personal autonomy is developed and defended against both abstract Kantian moral autonomy, and the individualism often associated with liberal theories. This project is pursued first through a discussion of the relationship of autonomous persons to 'social forms', and then through a critique of libertarian and 'intellectualist' accounts of autonomy. It is argued that, since autonomy is not only employed in the making of choices, but also in the implementing of those choices, it follows that the autonomous person must, of necessity, be viewed 'holistically' for the body is the primary means of implementing the choices autonomous persons make. The health of the body, as well as that of the mind, therefore assumes importance for any social policy that takes autonomy to be a fundamental objective. The implications for such an account of social policy are then explored in two ways. First, through a discussion of the phenomenon of 'medicalization'. Second, through a discussion of the Prevention and Health campaign. In the first instance, it is argued that the assumption that medicalization systematically undermines autonomy is ill-founded because theories of medicalization misunderstand what it is to be autonomous. In the second instance, the discussion of preventive health-care policy serves to illustrate the fundamentally erroneous assumptions of individually-focussed health-care programmes. In conclusion, it is argued that a unified account of autonomous persons must inevitably lead to a more integrated social policy.

Abstract:
This study explores the defining moments in six men’s lives. The empirical dimension of the research is built around the personal narratives these men tell of their lives across a series of four interviews. The central research theme is the notion of the defining moment as a key element in the processes of establishing how men understand and interpret the events and incidents that have shaped their lives. In the context of this study, the defining moment is seen as the moment or period in time when an individual gives definition to a specific event or experience, as a transition point with (potentially) life-altering consequences. Some of the thematic structures presented include relationships with significant adults (parents, teachers), masculinity, self-harm, schooling, mental illness, isolation, loneliness, stress and relationships with peers. In my pursuit of a methodology that could accommodate the aims of this study, I explored the process of meaning through the qualitative paradigm. Drawing on the principles of qualitative research, as applied through narrative inquiry, I deployed a semi-structured interview format to collect the lived experiences of participants. By privileging the stories that individuals tell of their experiences, the narrative method recognises that data are inexorably located in the contextual and contingent. The experiences and narratives that are presented in this thesis are built around the authentic voices of participants. The study presents a warrant for working with men’s defining moments to disrupt, alter and redefine their attitudes and behaviours in order to improve their lives. Based on the insights gleaned through this study, I argue that there are defining times/points in people’s lives where their experiences can be life altering. When these experiences involve uncertainty, anxiety, stress and other pernicious effects, their longer-term consequences can be devastating. The study confirms existing research, that men are reluctant to seek help or reveal their insecurities during such times, therefore making them particularly vulnerable to defining moments. The conclusion of this thesis establishes some broad recommendations pertaining to working effectively with men and their defining moments. I focus particular attention on the place of schooling and education in helping individuals recognise and respond to the early symptoms of what is potentially a life-altering experience. Schools and, by association, teachers need to be actively and strategically involved in this process. To this end, I argue the need for targeted interventions that are both sensitive and timely. In their engagements with young males, parents, teachers, coaches and mentors need to be particularly attuned to their silent screams for help.

Abstract: This article explores the personal garments present in the probate inventories of 83 individuals that lived in the city of Valencia and its hinterland during the long fourteenth century. The paper explores the differences between both groups of individuals, the urban and the rural one, in aspects such as the typologies of the pieces of clothing, the colours, finishes, complements and fabrics employed in their design. It also tracks the spread of particular pieces of clothing across both groups of deceased before and after the Black Death, and discusses how far these changes were guided by emulative motivations.

AbstractIt is common to interpret transitions as individual experiences that are largely the result of personal choices and behaviors or that are being worked out through individual processes. A foundational tenet of a Doing Transitions framework is that transitions are shaped and produced through social practices and are therefore not individual but relational – constantly co-produced or shared with, conditioned by, or otherwise involving multiple others. As such, a Doing Transitions framework makes visible the ways in which social interactions and processes create or reify individual and group differences, including how transition processes and outcomes are entangled in dynamics of power and empowerment, inequalities, politics and the welfare state. Instead of being seen as fixed entities, transitions are viewed as processual, dynamic, situated, and interwoven. This chapter makes an innovative contribution to the literature by systematizing this shift in observing and analyzing transitions. It recalls some core aspects of the theoretical turn offered by relational approaches and, against this backdrop, offers five distinct patterns of relationality and draws upon chapters of this book to illustrate how the science and practice of transitions can be advanced by leveraging these patterns of relationality.

Particularly on social media, both tangible and intangible aspects of our lives can be datafied, which in turn affect and shape our feelings and experiences.In order to explore this dynamic, I interviewed a selected target group of young media professionals who are used to promoting themselves and their work on social media, through the so-called practice of self-branding.From the qualitative analysis of 20 in-depth interviews, this chapter investigates traces derived from implicit self-branding practices, which can take the form of controlling what is not to be shared, measuring the online reactions, and hiding relevant information. All these non-activities are also strategic in building and managing the users’ online branded personas.Thus, through the management of the visible and invisible traces on social media profiles, users convey a branded and polished version of themselves.

Интерес вызывают как мотивы, побуждающие заниматься данным видом деятельности, так и социальные основания предпринимательства как социальной практики. В частности, значительное количество исследований посвящено проблеме профессиональных и личностных качеств предпринимателя и их врожденного характера. Речь также идет о возможности и необходимости массового обучения предпринимательству и условиях его результативности. Авторами проведен анализ социально-гуманитарной составляющей предпринимательской деятельности, роли социально-культурного контекста в этом процессе. Указанные факторы проанализированы с позиции социальных установок, сложившихся в представлениях предпринимателей. Проведен анализ взаимосвязи самовосприятия предпринимателей и мотивации к занятию предпринимательством, а также природы неформального (социального) инвестирования как феномена в условиях социально-ориентированный рыночной экономики. entrepreneurship as a specific type of social practice, existing for quite a long time, naturally becomes the object of the scientific interest of the modern society social problems researchers. Both the motivations for engaging in this activity and the social foundations of entrepreneurship as a social practice are of interest. A considerable number of studies are devoted to the problem of professional and personal qualities of the entrepreneur and their innate nature. At the same time, it is about the possibility and necessity of mass training of entrepreneurship, as well as about the conditions of its performance. The authors have analyzed the social and humanitarian component of entrepreneurship and its role of the social and cultural context in this process. These factors have analyzed as the social attitudes established in the perceptions of entrepreneurs. An analysis of the relationship between self-perception of entrepreneurs and motivation to engage in entrepreneurship, as well as the nature of informal (social) investment as a phenomenon in a socially oriented market economy were carried out.

Transparency seeks to provide information on how personal data are collected, used and shared between systems and thus enable the individual producer to be knowledgeable and able to act within this process. The research was carried out with traditional users who evaluated the applications policies and answered a questionnaire with 8 questions about aspects that should provide transparency. The results showed that some elements were considered transparent, but others, usually related to computational infrastructure, still require improvements.

This paper poses a different lens on informal social protection (ISP). ISP is generally understood as practices of livelihood support among individuals. While studies have explored the social dynamics of such, they rarely do so beyond the conceptual space of informalities and poverty. For instance, they discuss aspects of inclusion, incentives and disincentives, efficiency and adequacy. This provides important insights on whether and to what extent these practices provide livelihood support and for whom. However, doing so in part disregards the socio-political context within which support practices take place. This paper therefore introduces the lens of between-group inequality through the Black Tax narrative. It draws on unique mixed method data of 205 personal support networks of Namibian adults. The results show how understanding these practices beyond the lens of informal social protection can provide important insights on how economic inequality resonates in support relationships, which in turn can play a part in reproducing the inequalities to which they respond.

The systematic, activity-based and axiological approaches were used as methodological principles in the work. The research methods were analysis and synthesis, movement from the general to the particular, comparison and analogy, movement from the abstract to the concrete, complex generalization and classification. Results. The main results of the study include the concretization of the concept of «social responsibility of civil servants», the identification of the essential properties of social responsibility, the determination of the features of its functioning, the formulation of urgent problems for further research in this aspect. Scope of the results. The scientific results of the article can be applied when conducting psychological and pedagogical research and organizing classes in educational institutions of higher education.

The work is devoted to a comprehensive study of medical support, incl. sanatorium-resort treatment of employees of the military prosecutor’s office and members of their families (persons who are dependent on them). It is noted that health care is structurally included in services that, in addition to cash payments and benefits in kind, represent the entire social security system. The main attention in the article is focused on the analysis of the normative legal regulation of the health protection of employees of the military prosecutor’s office, as well as the provision of medical assistance to them (prophylactic medical examination, medical examination, military medical examination, medical and psychological rehabilitation, sanatorium treatment, reimbursement of expenses for drugs and treatment) of proper quality and in the required volume. The key scientific results of the study are the generalization of legal information and scientific knowledge about the procedure for providing medical assistance to employees of the military prosecutor’s office. The main scientific results of the article can be applied to organize training in the discipline «Military law and military legislation». The article will be of interest to persons conducting scientific research on the problems of social protection of servicemen and their families.

The article deals with the ways in which social networks and the blogosphere influence the formation and implementation of a PR campaign. Examples from the political sphere (election campaigns, initiatives), business (TV brands, traditional and online media) have revealed the opportunities that Facebook, Telegram, Twitter, YouTube and blogs promote in promoting advertising, ideas, campaigns, thoughts, or products. Author blogs created on special websites or online media may not be as much of a tool in PR as an additional tool on social media. It is noted that choosing a blog as the main tool of PR campaign has both positive and negative points. Social networks intervene in the sphere of human life, become a means of communication, promotion, branding. The effectiveness of social networks has been evidenced by such historically significant events as Brexit, the Arab Spring, and the Revolution of Dignity. Special attention was paid to the 2019 presidential election. Based on the analysis of individual PR campaigns, the reasons for successful and unsuccessful campaigns from the point of view of network communication, which provide unlimited multimedia and interactive tools for PR, are highlighted. In fact, these concepts significantly affect the effectiveness of the implementation of PR-campaign, its final effectiveness, which is determined by the achievement of goals. Attention is drawn to the culture of communication during the PR campaign, as well as the concepts of “trolls”, “trolling”, “bots”, “botoin industry”. The social communication component of these concepts is unconditional. Choosing a blog as the main tool of a marketing campaign has both positive and negative aspects. Only a person with great creative potential can run and create a blog. In addition, it takes a long time. In fact, these two points are losing compared to other internet marketing tools. Further research is interesting in two respects. First, a comparison of the dynamics of the effectiveness of PR-campaign tools in Ukraine in 2020 and in the past, in particular, at the dawn of state independence. Secondly, to investigate how/or the concept of PR-campaigns in social networks and blogs is constantly changing.

Este documento da cuenta del acompañamiento psicosocial con víctimas del conflicto armado, realizado desde el Centro Integral de Promoción de Derechos (CIPD), ejecutado por la Facultad de Psicología de la Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, Seccional Cali, en la comuna 15, en el periodo febrero-noviembre de 2020, en el marco del proceso de apropiación social del conocimiento del proyecto de investigación “Significados de solidaridad en víctimas de violencia sociopolítica de la comuna 15 y 18 de la ciudad de Cali y su relación con las prácticas de fortalecimiento del tejido social” (julio de 2019 a enero de 2021), así como desde las prácticas formativas de los estudiantes de Psicología con la Fundación Peñas Vive. El proyecto se constituyó en una oportunidad para proponer una comprensión sobre el acompañamiento psicosocial. Una de las reflexiones más importantes en este ejercicio fue la dimensión ético-política que todo proceso de acompañamiento trae consigo, pues es fundamental dar cabida y lugar a las visiones, creencias, sentires y prácticas de los colectivos. En este sentido, debe partirse de una interacción o vínculo con las personas a quienes se acompaña, centrada en el dar. Un segundo aspecto relevante es el de proponer metodologías que promuevan procesos de transformación de realidades. Ambos asuntos permiten hacer una apuesta por ese “otro”, que en este caso han estado en lugares de vulnerabilidad, exclusión, victimización e invisibilización, pero no por eso han perdido su capacidad de actuar y soñar, de denunciar y exigir.

Colombia es de los países con más fecundidad adolescente en el mundo. Una tercera parte de los embarazos son de jóvenes menores de 18 años, aproximadamente un 20% de 15 años. Existen pocos estudios sobre intervenciones educativas de lactancia materna en el contexto universitario. Que la población se eduque prolonga los conocimientos en las familias a las que pertenece y probablemente sean replicadores de conocimientos científicos y se disminuyan los mitos sobre la lactancia materna en el interior de su círculo social. El objetivo de este estudio es realizar una intervención educativa sobre lactancia materna en estudiantes de quinto semestre de facultades administrativas de la Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, sede Santa Marta, en el 2022. Se planteó un cuestionario previamente validado que evaluó conocimientos previos sobre lactancia materna. A partir de allí, se pretendió enfocar la intervención educativa con los aspectos por mejorar o fortalecer. La mayoría conoce las complicaciones que puede presentar un niño si no se alimenta con leche materna. El 38% reconoce solo una ventaja de la lactancia. Solo el 37,5 % sabe a quién pedirle ayuda en caso de desconocimiento de la lactancia. El 12 % de las personas encuestadas posee desconocimiento con respecto a la frecuencia con la que se debe amamantar a un bebé. Actualmente, la fase de intervención y evaluación posintervención se encuentra en planeación.

Abstract:
The article talks about the philosophical foundations that characterize the mechanism of internal inducement to action. As an academic, constitutional, and socio-ideological concept, the boundaries of freedom are outlined, which are displayed in the field of modern media space. The term «freedom» is considered as several philosophical concepts that formed the basis of the modern interpretation of this concept. The totality of its meanings is generalized into one that is adapted for the modern system. Parallels are drawn between the interaction of the concept of user freedom with the plane of domestic mass media because despite, the fact that consciousness is knowledge, the incoming information directly affects the individual and collective consciousness. Using the example of the most popular digital platforms, the components of the impact on users and the legal aspect of their implementation are analyzed. When considering the issues of freedom of choice and freedom of action on the Internet, special attention is paid to methods of collecting and processing information, in particular, the limitations and possibilities of digital programs-algorithms of the popular search engine Google. The types of personal information collected by Google about the user are classified and the possible mechanisms of influence on personal choice and access to information on the Internet are characterized. The article analyzes the constitutional guarantees of freedom and the impact of digital technologies on them. Particular attention is paid to ethics, in particular journalistic, which nominally regulates the limits of the humane, permissible, a / moral (unacceptable/acceptable) in the implementation of professional information activities in the media. Thus, the issue of freedom of choice and freedom of action in the plane of domestic mass media is subject to an objective examination of its components, they are analyzed for a proper constitutionally suitable phenomenon, which must be investigated from the point of view of compliance with human rights and freedoms and professional standards within the media.

Abstract:
India has a unique and complex religious history, with faith and spirituality playing an important role in everyday life. Hinduism is the majority religion, and there are many minority religions. India also has a complicated class system and entrenched gender structures. Disability is another important identity. Many of these factors determine people’s experiences of social inclusion or exclusion. This paper explores how these intersecting identities influence the experience of inequality and marginalisation, with a particular focus on people with disabilities from minority religious backgrounds. A participatory qualitative methodology was employed in Chennai, to gather case studies that describe in-depth experiences of participants. Our findings show that many factors that make up a person’s identity intersect in India and impact how someone is included or excluded by society, with religious minority affiliation, caste, disability status, and gender all having the potential to add layers of marginalisation. These various identity factors, and how individuals and society react to them, impact on how people experience their social existence. Identity factors that form the basis for discrimination can be either visible or invisible, and discrimination may be explicit or implicit. Despite various legal and human rights frameworks at the national and international level that aim to prevent marginalisation, discrimination based on these factors is still prevalent in India. While some tokenistic interventions and schemes are in place to overcome marginalisation, such initiatives often only focus on one factor of identity, rather than considering intersecting factors. People with disabilities continue to experience exclusion in all aspects of their lives. Discrimination can exist both between, as well as within, religious communities, and is particularly prevalent in formal environments. Caste-based exclusion continues to be a major problem in India. The current socioeconomic environment and political climate can be seen to perpetuate marginalisation based on these factors. However, when people are included in society, regardless of belonging to a religious minority, having a disability, or being a certain caste, the impact on their life can be very positive.
