Abstract:
Modern legal education began in China late in the Qing dynasty (1644–1911), and then expanded during the period of the Republic of China from 1912. With the establishment of the People's Republic of China in 1949, legal education entered a new and difficult period. The compilation of English language materials offered here includes a few materials relating to the Qing and Republican periods, but after 1949 only materials relating to the People's Republic of China (mainland China). Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan all have separate legal education systems and structures, and are excluded from this compilation.

Abstract:
In the spring of 1985, a party of psychiatrists from Great Britain and Ireland visited four major Chinese cities—Beijing (Peking), Shanghai, Nanjing (Nanking) and Guangzhou (Canton), as a study tour of the Royal College of Psychiatrists, under the auspices of the Chinese Medical Association. A number of psychiatric hospitals were visited and there was opportunity for many discussions with psychiatrists and other professional staff. This paper records some impressions of the psychiatric services and practices that were observed, together with material obtained in discussions. It is hoped that it will update and complement previous reports by Western visitors to China, and thus increase understanding of mental health in China.

Abstract:
In this paper, apart from reviewing the existing intelligence structure of the intelligence community of the People's Republic of China, the author critically analyzes its historical development through different epochs, and also the organization, strategic guidelines and scope of its work. The fact that intelligence and security activities in the observed country existed in 2000 BC is emphasized. Their role in the security system of the People's Republic of China, faced with modern security challenges and threats, both on the domestic and foreign policy level is pointed out. At the domestic level, the biggest security challenges are reflected in the separatist aspirations of national minorities, while at the foreign policy level, it is the international position of the People's Republic of China, as the most important challenger for the US global domination. The People's Republic of China is responding to these challenges by increasing its allocations for strengthening and modernizing the national security system, where, in addition to the armed forces, the intelligence and security services also play a major role. It is also pointed out that the study of the intelligence and security community of the People's Republic of China is important for the Republic of Serbia, because our geopolitical position is such that it "connects" the Silk Road Economic Belt and the port of Piraeus, as the most important European point of the Silk Road.

Abstract:
To date, international trade has reached unprecedented peaks, in other words, in 2020, the volume of exports amounted to 16.9 trillion. дollars (US), and imports amounted to 17.1 trillion. дollars (USA). This article discusses the trade battle that began in 2016 between two major players in international trade. Major players in international trade are the People's Republic of China and the United States of America. The development of international trade directly depends on the relationship between the People's Republic of China and the United States of America, since the People's Republic of China ranks first in terms of exports and second in terms of imports. At the same time, the United States of America ranks first in terms of imports and second in terms of exports. The trade battle between the People's Republic of China and the United States of America opens up opportunities for the development of international trade to third parties, as the Kyrgyz Republic took advantage of this opportunity.

Abstract:
The study is aimed at analyzing the current state of teacher training in the People's Republic of China. In the course of scientific research, various types and approaches to teacher training in the educational environment of the People's Republic of China were analyzed. It was determined that today the Chinese teacher training system is undergoing transformation and reform to find the most optimal models and approaches in the work on providing relevant knowledge and qualifications to future teachers. The system of training in the People's Republic of China has gone through a number of stages, namely “shifan” (“teacher model”), post-shifan and the modern stage of professionalization of teaching staff. The system of teacher training in the People's Republic of China includes several links depending on the direction and professional orientation of the future teacher. These include both specialized and classical higher education institutions (pedagogical universities and colleges and faculties in classical universities) and teacher training schools. In the course of the study, a number of standard teaching models were identified, which are inherent in the Chinese teacher training system. A number of problematic features have been identified that inhibit educational reforms in the People's Republic of China and this especially affects the training of teachers. For example, a great overload of students with theoretical materials and secondary practical skills, low social significance of the teaching profession and its insufficient material security. However, selection into the teacher training system in the People's Republic of China is quite specific and has a number of peculiarities.
