A cultura da macieira no Brasil ocupa cerca de 35 mil hectares com uma produção que chega, em alguns anos, a 1 milhão de toneladas. Dentre os principais vírus que infectam as plantas estão os chamados latentes Apple stem grooving virus (ASGV), Apple chlorotic leaf spot virus (ACLSV) e Apple stem pitting virus (ASPV) como também o Apple mosaic virus (ApMV). Atualmente, entre as doenças fúngicas mais importantes estão à podridão de olho de boi causadas por Cryptosporiopsis perennans e a mancha foliar da gala causada por Colletotrichum gloeosporioides. O objetivo deste trabalho foi o de avaliar a predisposição em frutos e folhas da cultivar Maxi Gala com infecções virais a C. perennans e a C. gloeosporioides, respectivamente. Em frutos as infecções virais utilizadas foram: ACLSV (C), ACLSV+ ASPV+ ApMV (C+P+M), ASGV (G), ASGV + ASPV (G+P), ASGV + ACLSV + ASPV (G+C+P), ASGV + ACLSV + ASPV + ApMV (G+C+P+M). Foram analisadas nos frutos durante a colheita e após o armazenamento as variáveis de incidência e o número de lenticelas necrosadas, teor de açúcar, firmeza, escala iodo-amido, lenticelas abertas (l.a.), atividade das enzimas peroxidases (PO) e polifenol oxidase (PPO) e teor de fenóis. Em plantas com infecção do vírus ASGV foram avaliadas a incidência, número de manchas, severidade, taxa de progresso da doença, período de incubação, a atividade de enzimas PO e PPO e teor de fenóis analisadas em ramos. Os frutos com infecções virais apresentam maior predisposição a C. perennans, pois tiveram mais incidência, exceção de C, durante a colheita e após armazenamento e número de lenticelas necrosadas após o armazenamento. Os frutos com G+C+P+M apresentaram-se mais maduros e mais l.a. na colheita e após o armazenamento. Os frutos com infecção de G e G+C+P+M apresentaram menor atividade da PO, mas sem alteração da PPO ou do teor de fenóis. As plantas com ASGV apresentaram maior predisposição à infecção de C. gloeosporioides, pois apresentaram maior incidência, número de manchas, severidade e menor tempo de incubação e PPO.Apples are grown in Brazil on approximately 35 thousand hectares with a production that reaches 1 million ton in some years. The so called latent apple viruses Apple stem grooving virus (ASGV), Apple chlorotic leaf spot virus (ACLSV) and Apple stem pitting virus (ASPV) as well as Apple mosaic virus (ApMV) stand out as the most commonly involved in apple viral infections. Bull´s eye rot caused by Cryptosporiopsis perennans and the Gala leaf spot caused by Colletotrichum gloeosporioides are among the most important fungal diseases. The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of viral infections on predisposing apple plants, cv. Maxi Gala, to subsequent infections by C. perennans and by C. gloeosporioides in fruits and leaves, respectively. In fruits the treatments ACLSV (C), ACLSV+ ASPV+ ApMV (C+P+M), ASGV (G), ASGV + ASPV (G+P), ASGV + ACLSV + ASPV (G+C+P), ASGV + ACLSV + ASPV + ApMV (G+C+P+M) were analyzed at harvest and after cold room storage period in relation to disease incidence, number of necrotic lenticels, sugar content, firmness, iodine-starch, lenticel opening (l.o.), the activity of peroxydases (PO), polyphenol oxydase (PPO) and the phenol content. In plants pre-infected with ASGV the incidence and the number of leafspots per leaf, severity and the rate of disease progress, incubation period of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, the activity of the enzymes PO and PPO and phenol content in twigs were analysed. The incidence of C. perennans in fruits pre-infected with viruses was higher, excepting C, in these fruits at harvest and after cold storage, and the number of necrotic lenticels was higher. Ripeness of fruits pre-infected with G+C+P+M was advanced and fruits had higher l.o. at harvest and after storage. Fruits pre-infected with G and G+C+P+M showed a lower PO activity, but their PPO activity and phenolics contents were unaltered. C. gloeosporioides had a higher infectivity on leaves of plants with ASGV,showed higher disease incidence, leafspots and disease severity and lower incubation period and activity of PPO.

The subject of this final thesis is the preparation of a project documentation for the building construction of a new pension with restaurant and wine cellar. The compound is located in Vážany nad Litavou. Its location falls under Velké Pavlovice area. Due to the location in this wine-growing region is in the project located, a wine cellar with a vineyard. The project is designed as a guesthouse with the restaurant designed for families with children, and for holding small social or company events. For this purpose, is in the main building designed a lounge with capacity of 20 people and a restaurant with capacity of 60 persons. The accommodation capacity provided in the pension is 43 beds. Pension offers background designed for relaxation or wellness stays thanks to the sauna and whirlpool. The building has rectangular plan on two basements and two above-ground floors with a mono-pitched roof facing south. This makes it possible to use solar power from the roof and south-facing facade. Water from the roof of the building is collected in a small pond, which serves as a storage reservoir useful in case of fire and vineyard irrigation. Near the building there are paved and parking areas.

The subject of this diploma thesis is a project for design documentation of boarding house which is oriented at south Moravia in the village Pavlov. The object is solved as four-storey with a partial recession of the first floor into the terrain. Boarding house will serve for the accommodation of 52 people. In the first floor, there is an entrance hall with reception, relaxing area and technical equipment of the building. In the second floor, there is a restaurant with a terrace and all necessary facilities for guests and restaurant staff. Two second highest floors are determined for guest accommodation. The construction of foundation is made from strip foundation. The structure is from bricks with monolith reinforced concrete frame in the first floor. It is a longitudinal wall system transversally reinforced by staircases. The perimeter walls will be insulated with ETICS system. The ceiling will be created from the prestressed reinforced concrete panels. Construction of roof is made from truss girders saddle type.

It is a new four-storey house with restaurant, situated on the outskirts of the village Bridges at Jablunkova. The building is brick, has a two-level gable and shed roof, consisting of wood roof system. Slope of the parcel on which the house is located, allows the building of the plant into the ground. Because of this it is possible to enter it, either the main entrance to the first floor or building around and over the summer terrace come directly to the restaurant on the second floor. The thesis dealt with the reconstruction of the existing farm buildings. After a complete reconstruction of the object it will serve as a guest house with training center. The equipment includes the restaurant with its own kitchen facilities and building will be completed by the wellness center, which will be located in the new part of development. Object of wellness center will probably be completely resolved in the construction phase B. The property is located in the village Býkovice, Býkovice (616524 ), house No. 30, No. 82, land parcel numbers: 120/1 , 120/2 , 121/1. That object will consist of three floors, one floor is partly underground, further aboveground floor which will be directly accessible from the northern part and attic. The total built-up area will be approximately 526 m. Ridge height is 5,250 m and 3,840 m. The building is based on the existing foundations and the new wellness center is based on the footings of plain concrete C16/20. The base concrete slabs will be made new in the entire building, reinforced with KARI networks 150x150x6. Peripheral bearing and interior bearing walls remain largely preserved (masonry, brick, stone and mixed). New structures will be designed in Porotherm and added with light rails Fermacell (SDK). The master´s thesis is focused on the design of a pension in the city of Jevišovice. The plot is actually flat. Part of the building is suited for accommodation, there are going to be 24 beds in the rooms, Restaurant is going to be available for 36 persons. The other past of the building object is for the owners personal use. Entrance is for persons with limited mobility. The structure of peripheral walls is from KVH lumber with 160/60mm cross-sectional dimensions. Internal walls are planned from KVH profiles with 100/60mm ceiling roof are from BSH profiles. The distance between the profile is 625mm. Most of the structure is designed as a diffusely-open structure, where as at places where is was required they are diffusely-close. The building is founded on strips. Roof is flat, one-layer, with gravel as stabilization. Thermal properties do all the requirements of CSN codes.

Diploma thesis solves newly built pension in the village Jestřabí v Krkonoších - Křížlice. The pension is separately standing in a sloping terrain. It has a cuboid shape with gable roof, three aboveground floors and an underground floor with partial basement. The house is designed for accomodation of persons including families with children in the summer and winter season, with possibility of conferences and corporate training courses in off-season. As a part of pension there is a flat for its owner. Structural system is transversal, wall, technology of masonry. Horizontal load-bearing structures are combined. Gable roof is made by timber truss girders with metal roofing. Staircase is straight, two-arm with landing, monolithic. Foundation structures are shallow, foundation strips are monolithic, rectangular shaped, made from plain concrete.

Minimum dropout age (MDA) laws have been touted as effective policies to bring delinquents off streets and into classrooms. These laws work mainly through incapacitating delinquents by decreasing the number of unsupervised hours available to commit crime. Given that these laws constrain delinquent juveniles, one question to better understand the costs and benefits of these laws is: to what extent do MDA laws displace crime from streets to schools? Answering this question may be valuable given that in-school crime affects education production through creating a negative and unsafe learning environment, which may lead to decreases in student achievement. This research extends the sparse research on in-school crime by studying how MDA laws affect crimes committed in U.S. public high schools. The analysis is conducted using a difference-in-difference estimator exploiting variation between state-level MDA laws over time. The results indicate that a MDA of 18 significantly increases in-school crime. Specifically, attacks without a weapon, threats without a weapon, and drug incidences. A MDA of 17 is found to have no effect on in-school crime.

This diploma thesis is dealing with the solution of four-floor mountain guesthouse with one floor underground and three floor overground on parcel 1953/16 in Low Tatras, Slovak republic. The parcel is situated in the cadastral region of Horná Lehota. The design of the mountain guesthouse is solving the architectonical, technical and building solutions of the object according to the requests of investor. Underground floor is designed from DT concrete blocks, which are waterproofed by the bitumen felts and thermally insulated by the extruded polysytrene. Overground floors are made from ceramic blocks HELUZ and thermally insulated by ETICS system from mineral wool. The roof of the object is made from pitched roof constructed from timber trusses, which are connected by gangnail steel sheets. The purpose of this project is to create modern and comfortable builidng, which provides pleasant environment mainly for fans of tourism and downhill skiing, but also for other visitors.

The diploma thesis deals with the design of a multi-storey boarding house with a restaurant and an apartment for the boarding house manager in Velké Losi-ny. The building has two floors and one underground floor. The building is intended for accommodation of persons, for recreation, catering in a restaurant and for living in one accommodation unit. There will be 15 accommodation rooms with a capacity of 38 persons, massages in 1S and a restaurant with kitchen in the 1st floor. Air-conditioning units will be designed in the kitchen and restaurant. The main entrance to the boarding house is from the north side, the entrance to the restaurant is oriented to the southeast, the entrance to the household and the housing unit on the south-east side. Apart from the entrance to the accommodation unit, all entrances are accessible by wheelchair access. The house has a regular rectangular letter shape and is behind the roof pitched gable roof. The roof construction consists of wooden trusses. Residential rooms are oriented to the southwest and southeast. The building is built of ceramic blocks on the above-ground floor and concrete blocks lost in the bed on the underground floor. The horizontal structures consist of reinforced concrete cross-reinforced and one-side reinforced ceiling slabs. The project was developed using the educational version of the computer program AutoCad and Archicad. Emphasis was placed on the layout, architectural appearance, static requirements and safety of use.

The building of penzion is free standing and it´s partially with a basement. There is one basement floor and three floors in this building. There is a facilities for restaurant, 2 conference halls and facillities for penzion on the first floor of building. The second and third floor are used for the accommodation of guests. There are 14 double rooms and one room for two immobile persons on the second floor. On the third floor, there are 12 double rooms and two double apartment. The basement of the building is used for parking and technical facilities of penzion. Roof of the building is designed two types of roofs. Three floors part of the building is covered by warm flat roof and the one floor part of the building is covered by green roof. Structural system consists of the cast – in – place concrete frame which is reinforced by masonry walls. Building envelope is insulated with contact thermal insulation. Facade of the one – floor part of the building and the back part of the building is designed from facade panels. Documentation of the diploma thesis is prepared for the building contruction. The graphical part of documentation has been processed in the Autodesk Autocad software. Thermal assesment has been processed in Svoboda software.

Global illumination is an important area of computer graphics, having direct applications in architectural visualization, lighting design and entertainment. Indirect illumination effects such as soft shadows, color bleeding, caustics and glossy reflections provide essential visual information about the interaction of different regions of the environment. Global illumination is a research area that deals with these illumination effects. Interactivity is also a desirable feature for many computer graphics applications, especially with unrestricted manipulation of the environment and lighting conditions. However, the design of methods that can handle both unrestricted interactivity and global illumination effects on environments of reasonable complexity is still an open challenge. We present a new formulation of the light transport equation, called pencil light transport, that makes progress towards this goal by exploiting graphics hardware rendering features. The proposed method performs the transport of radiance over a scene using sets of pencils. A pencil object consists of a center of projection and some associated directional data. We show that performing the radiance transport using pencils is suitable for implementation on current graphics hardware. The new algorithm exploits optimized operations available in the graphics hardware architecture, such as pinhole camera rendering of opaque triangles and texture mapping. We show how the light transport equation can be reformulated as a sequence of light transports between pencils and define a new light transport operator, called the pencil light transport operator, that is used to transfer radiance between sets of pencils.

The diploma thesis deals with a new building of retirement home. This thesis aims to elaborate a project documentation for the construction of the building. It is a self-standing object on a flat land. The retirement home has one underground floor and three above ground floors. On the underground floor there are the retirement home’s technical equipment and warehouses. On the ground floor there are public services (patisserie and café, manicure and pedicure, pharmacy and hairdresser), dining room, the retirement home’s background which includes an office and a reception. The first floor and the second floor are designed for the accommodation of seniors in single and double apartments. There are also a common room and retirement home’s equipment. The bearing construction consists of ceramic masonry of thickness 250 and 300 mm and reinforced concrete columns. The masonry and the columns are based on a concrete bases and concrete beads. The retirement home is roofed with a double-skinned sloping roof with a load-bearing structure made of truss girders. The facade of the building is partly designed as ventilated. The object is insulated by a contact thermal insulation system.

The scope of this diploma thesis is design and processing of the project documentation of the guesthouse along with coffee shop. The proposed object of this thesis is located in the village Čeladná next to the golf course Prosper Golf Resort Čeladná, in the location designated for mixed constructions. One of the double-storeyed, non-cellular object with roofed surface and steep roof. The object is based on the base stripes made of plain concrete and on the reinforced concrete flaps. Carrying, perihepral and dividing walls are designed on the Velox systém. The same systém was used to design roof constructions. In the rooms with excessive width are filled with reinforced concrete columns. Part of the guesthouse and second floor of the coffee shop is designed with ventilated facade with wood paneling ThermoWood. The object is divided in two parts with common entrance section. One part of the coffee shop has ability to handle capacity of 70 guests. Part of the double-storeyed coffee shop is hygienic facilities, kitchen, room for employees, warehouse and mechanical ventilation. Second part of the object is the guesthouse with flat of the manager of the guesthouse. The guesthouse consists of room with hygienic facilities for 18 people, including barrier-free room. The rooms are divided in the first floor on separate units, the rooms with hygienic facilities and the apartments in the second floor has two rooms, kitchen and hygienic facilities. For the next parts of the guesthouse is warehouse clean and dirty laundry and shared kitchen. The whole first floor is designed as barrier-free. In front of the object is the parking lot for 21 cars, which 3 of the parking places are for the cars of the disabled.

Ceiling structures are made of prestressed reinforced concrete panels with cavities and reinforced concrete monolithic panels. The object of the holiday house has two types of roofing. Classical sloping saddle roof and flat roof above the central part. A water surface and a recreational area are designed on the parcels concerned. The site is widely used by tourists in winter and summer. This is partly basement building, which has 2 storeys and an attic. The roof is designed as a gabled dormer with a flat roof. The building is based on the footings of plain concrete and under the reinforced concrete pillars are designed shoe. Supporting, peripheral and partition walls are designed from sand-lime bricks SENDWIX. An exception is peripheral walls of the basement, which is in contact with soil, which is designed as a lost formwork. In the dining area, which has an open reinforced concrete columns. Ceiling structure will consist of prestressed ceiling panels SPIROLL. Perimeter walls are insulated using external thermal insulation composite system using insulation from stone wool. The building is situated on parcel 649/13 - arable land, in cadastral area Ostravice-1. Guest house is primarily intended for temporary accommodation of tourists in Beskydy mountains. The part of the building is restaurant as well as wellness centre with fitness gym. The building is situated in partially urbanised section of municipality. The access from the local road to parcel n. 470/20 to the main entrance into building will be enabled by newly purpose-built road with turnaround for passenger vehicles. The design respects the local plan and does not deviate from the character of the surrounding built-up area. The building has three above-ground floors and one underground floor, which is situated only under a part of the building. Project documentation is elaborated in conformity with effective laws, public notices and standards. Building of guesthouse is designed as wall system, with brick supporting walls made out of gas-silicate blocks and sand-lime bricks. The guest house is covered by two flat roofs with different inclination and with different height of ridges.
