Abstract:

The aim of this research is to find out the effect of physhical workplace, training, satisfaction of work in partial and simultaneously also to find out which variable that give the most effect to employees peformance at PT. Andalas Agrolestari. Total of samples that will be use in this research are 71 employees that working on field. The analysis of Data that we will use in this research is the regression of double linear. Base on the result of partial test it is known that pyhsical workplace and satisfiaction of work affecting employees peformance meanwhile, training not affecting employees peformance at PT. Andalas Agrolestari. Between the three independent variable satisfication of work have a dominant influential the most. Meanwhile, three of the independent variable simultaneously affecting employees peformance together at PT. Andalas Agrolestari therefore, this hypothesis get accepted. Base on the research result it is known physical workplace and satisfaction of work give an influent towards employees peformance at PT. Andalas Agrolestari.Therefore it will be more wisely for the company to be able to control the problem from physical workplace and satisfaction of work from the employees so their peformance will stay high. Abstract:

Focusing on some key metrics of bank performance, such as revenues and loan charge-off rates, we estimate the fraction of the observed variation in these metrics that can be attributed to changes in economic conditions. Macroeconomic factors can explain the preponderance of the fluctuations in charge-off rates. By contrast, bank-specific, idiosyncratic factors account for a sizable share of the variation in bank revenues. These results point to importance of bank-specific business models as a driver of performance.

Abstract:

The study was conducted to explore the relationship of Motivation, Organizational Commitment and Supervision on Employee Peformance on PT. Kalimantan Prima Persada (KPP). Abstract:

<p><em>This searched aims to determine how much influence of service peformance (X) and satisfaction (Z), simultaneously and partially to customer loyalty (Y) at PT. BPR Labuh Gunung Peyakumbuh, using data collection method that is in the form of questionnaire counted 98 respondents. In the data analysis using validity test, reliability. And the classic asaumsi test is the test of normality, multicoliniarity, heteroskedastisitas. The analysis method used is linear regression analysis of moderator variable, f test, t test, determinant coefficient R2 by using SPSS tool. The result of the research shows that service quality variable has no significant effect on customer loyalty, satisfaction as moderating variable in this research has influence on customer loyalty partially or simultaneously and moderation from satisfaction strengthening influence of service peformance towards customer loyalty partially or simultaneously.</em></p><p> </p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh <em>service peformance</em> (X) dan kepuasan (Z), secara simultan dan parsial terhadap loyalitas nasabah (Y) pada PT. BPR Labuh Gunung Peyakumbuh, dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data yaitu berupa kuesioner sebanyak 98 responden. Pada analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan uji asaumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas, multikoliniaritas, heteroskedastisitas. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier variabel moderator, uji f, uji t, koefisien determinan R<sup>2 </sup>dengan menggunakan alat bantu SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, variabel kualitas layanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah, kepuasan sebagai variabel moderating dalam penelitian ini memiliki pengaruh terhadap loyalitas nasabah secara parsial maupun simultan dan moderasi dari kepuasan memperkuat pengaruh <em>service peformance</em> terhadap loyalitas nasabah secara parsial maupun simultan.</p>

Abstract:

<p>Firms need ambidextrous marketing functions which is being capable of exploitation and exploration of markets. In this research, impact of ambidextrous marketing on market performance and financial peformance is revealed using Structural Equation Model (SEM). Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) operating in information technology have been selected. For this reason, sample of the study was collected via questionnaire through 392 SME’s managers and owners. According to the results of the model; marketing exploitation has significant and positive direct effect on market performance while marketing exploration has significant and positive effects on market and financial performance. When dependent variables are examined, it is revealed that market performance has significant and positive direct effect on financial performance. As a result, it is demonstrated that ambidextrous marketing has impact on market and financial peformance.</p>

Abstract:

This study investigates the impact of the board of directors, and firm size on financial performance with capital structure as intervening variable in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the Covid-19 pandemic specifically in the period 2020-2021. The sample in this study was 114 companies determined by using purposive sampling. The board of directors in this study was measured using the number of the board of directors, company size using Ln Total Assets, capital structure using DER, and financial performance using ROA. We find that the board of directors has no effect on financial performance and capital structure, company size has a positif significant influence to financial performence and capital structure, and capital structure has a negative significant influence to financial performence. In addition, capital stucture is able to mediate the relationship of firm size on financial peformance, but fails to mediate the relationship of the board of directors on financial peformance

Abstract:

Pelaksanaan tridharma perguruan tinggi dan pemenuhan unsur penunjang merupakan kewajiban yang harus dilaksanakan dosen di perguruan tinggi sebagai bentuk cerminan kinerja yang dimilikinya. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja tersebut, salah satunya adalah kesadaran metakognitif. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh kesadaran metakognitif terhadap kinerja dosen di perguruan tinggi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah ex-post facto. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua dosen di UNW Mataram dengan sampel semua dosen di FKIP UNW Mataram. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah stratified random sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi (R Square, uji F, dan uji t). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh informasi bahwa kesadaran metakognitif berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dosen di perguruan tinggi. Adapun nilai R Square yang diperoleh sebesar 70,7%; nilai F sebesar 77,177 dengan signifikansi 0,000; dan nilai t yang diperoleh sebesar 8,785 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000.

Abstract:

Corona Virus Disease or COVID 19 is a new virus disease that originated in 2019 [6], Indonesia has reported first COVID-19 In 2nd March 2020. Various attempts have been made by the government, such as taking strict measures by temporal lockdown or cordoning off the areas that were suspected of having risks of community spread. As a source of information, the internet has changed substantially,. for example, social media. social media is a communication tool that is very popular among internet users today, From social media, users can update status, send messages, even, become a platform for exchanging socio-economic opinions and political views both in their place of residence or their country. This paper deals with the sentiment analysis of Indonesian after the peformance of Indonesian Ministry Of Health. We used the social media platform Twitter for our analysis. Tweets were studied to gauge the opinion of Indonesian towards peformance of Indonesian Ministry Of Health. Tweets were extracted using the two prominent keywords used namely: “terawan ”and “menkes” from June 15th to September 19th 2020. A total of 200 tweets were considered for the analysis. This study has successfully implemented the SVM algorithm for sentiment analysis on tweet data about peformance of Indonesian Ministry Of Health during COVID-19 Crisis. This is shown by the accuracy of using tweet data as much as 200 data, which is 172 data are training data and 28 are testing data. Besides the amount of data that affects accuracy, there are also other factors, namely the use of the kernel and the number of classes used. The results show that the Linear Kernel has the best accuracy, precision and recall rate compared to other kernels, respectively 75% for accuracy, 78.4% for precision and a recall value of 75%. for polynomial kernels, Gaussian and Sigmoid have the same accuracy, precision, and recall rates, namely, respectively. 60.71% for accuracy, 36.86% for precision and 60.71% recall value.

Abstract:

Permasalahan terkait kepuasan pasien masih terjadi dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan kesehatan. Salah satu institusi yang menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan adalah klinik. Klinik dr. M. Suherman merupakan klinik pratama yang bekerja sama dengan BPJS Kesehatan dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada pasien. Data laporan bulanan jumlah kunjungan pasien BPJS yang mendapatkan pelayanan rawat jalan di Klinik dr. M. Suherman tahun 2015 secara garis besar mengalami peningkatan dari 40,73% pada bulan Januari menjadi 62,52% pada bulan Desember. Akan tetapi, peningkatan angka kunjungan pasien tidak selalu disertai dengan peningkatan kepuasan pasien. Observasi awal terhadap 14 pasien BPJS yang mendapatkan pelayanan rawat jalan menunjukkan bahwa 9 diantaranya menyatakan bahwa pelayanan kurang memuaskan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi persepsi dan harapan berdasarkan lima dimensi mutu, mengukur serta menganalisis tingkat kepuasan pasien BPJS terhadap pelayanan rawat jalan. Metode pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode SERVQUAL dan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pasien. Metode Importance Peformance Analysis (IPA) digunakan untuk menganalisis prioritas masalah demi perbaikan kualitas layanan. Hasil pengukuran dengan metode SERVQUAL diperoleh bahwa gap tertinggi berada pada dimensi Daya Tanggap (Responsiveness). Metode Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) menyatakan bahwa persentase kepuasan pasien adalah 79,958%. Abstract:

This research aims to find out and analyze the influence of the peformance islamic capital market on inflation, exchange rates, interest rates and foreign direct investment in Indonesia. The type of research used is descriptive and associative research. The data in this study are secondary data from 2007-2016 Q1-Q4 with the quarter one to quarter four documentation and library data collection techniques.. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis and inductive analysis. In inductive analysis using the Ordinary least squares approach, there are several tests, namely: (1) Multicollinearity Test; (2) Autocorrelation Test; (3) Determination of heteroscedasticity; (4) Normality Test; (5) Multiple Leinear Analysis;Research results show that: (1) There is no significant effect of inflation on the islamic capital market; (2) There is an influence between the exchange rates that affect the islamic capital market; (3) There is no influence between interest rates (SBI) on the islamic capital market; (4) there is ian influence of foreign direct investment that affect the islamic capital market. Based on the results of this study it is suggested that the government should pay more attention to the condition of stock price movements in Indonesia Keywords: The peformance islamic capital market, inflasi, niliai tukar, suku bunga,, Foreign Direct Investment, Ordinary Least Squares (OLS).
