The certified thesis is available in the Institute Archives and Special Collections.<br>This thesis project involves the architecture, implementation, and verification of a high bandwidth, low cost ASIC digital logic core that is compliant with the PCI Express to PCIX Bridge Specification. The core supports PCI Express and PCIX transactions, x16 PCI Express link widths, 32 and 64-bit PCIX link widths, all PCI Express and PCIX packet sizes, transaction ordering and queuing, relaxed ordering, flow control, and buffer management. Performance and area are optimized at the architectural and logic levels. The core is approximately 27K gate count, runs at a maximum of 250 MHz, and is synthesized to a current standard technology. This thesis explores PCI Express, PCIX, and PCI technologies, architectural design, development of Verilog and Vera models, thorough module-level verification, the development of a PCI Express/PCIX system verification environment, synthesis, static timing analysis, and performance and area evaluations. Background- Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) is one of the leading causes of death and disability worldwide. Revascularisation of the coronary arteries using Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) has become the treatment of choice for most of the patients with CHD. Despite significant advances in angioplasty technique and introduction of anti-proliferative medications in drug eluting stents, myocardial injury during PCI is still significant. In this thesis we hypothesised whether Remote Ischaemic Preconditioning (RIPC) can reduce PCI-related myocardial injury. Methods- Eighty-eight patients awaiting elective complex PCI were randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to receive either the RIPC (intermittent arm ischaemia and reperfusion through four cycles of 5-minutes inflation and 5-minutes deflation of a blood-pressure cuff placed on the upper arm) or control (un-inflated cuff placed on upper-arm for 40 minutes) prior to PCI. The primary endpoint was reduction of the incidence and extent of PCI-related myocardial injury, assessed by serum cardiac biomarkers, 24 hours post PCI. Results- The Troponin T level at 24 hours post PCI was 48 ng/l in the control group vs 32.5 ng/l in the RIPC group, P = 0.39. There was no significant reduction in the total area under the curve (AUC) in the RIPC group, P= 0.43. Regarding the incidence of PCI-related myocardial injury, significant elevation of Troponin level post PCI (> 5 x baseline), was observed in 46.9% of patients in the control group and in 26.7 % of patients in the RIPC group, p =0.12. Conclusion- In the ERIC-PCI study, RIPC did not demonstrate a statistically significant attenuation of serum Troponin release post PCI. The results however showed a positive trend towards efficacy of RIPC in reducing PCI-related myocardial injury.

Furthermore, the board is also equiped with one FPGA for the possibility of signal processing. The thesis also include a study for investigation what is needed for a total solution for data aqcusition, represention and managing the sampled data with LabView.</p>

International Telemetering Conference Proceedings / October 26-29, 1998 / Town & Country Resort Hotel and Convention Center, San Diego, California<br>The Space Sensing & Vehicle Control Branch of the Air Force Research Laboratory and Voss Scientific, Albuquerque, NM, are developing an advanced PC and COTS-based satellite telemetry processing, analysis and display system known as the PC-Satellite Telemetry Server (PC-STS). This program grew out of a need to develop less expensive, more capable, more flexible, and expandable solutions to the satellite telemetry analysis requirements of the Air Force. Any new system must employ industry standard, open architecture, network and database protocols allowing for easy growth and migration to new technologies, as they become available. Thus, the PC-STS will run on standard personal computers and the Windows NT operating system. The focus of this work and this paper is the Telemetry Server component, and in particular, the custom-built decommutation board. The decommution board will be capable of processing frame formatted and CCSDS packet telemetry. It will be capable of fully decommutating telemetry data, converting raw data to engineering units, and providing this data to the Telemetry Server host. Time tagged engineering units or minor frames of telemetry will be transmitted to the Telemetry Server processor via on-board memory buffers. The decom board uses the PCI bus, programmable DSPs, considerable on-board memory, and a SCSI bus for local archiving. This paper presents the general architecture of the PC-STS, and discusses specific design considerations. These include trade-offs made during the design of the board’s hardware and software, operational specifications, and graphical user interfaces to program, monitor, and control the board.

The introduction shows the functionality and structure of FPGA circuits, followed by description of the principle of communication through the PCI bus. After an analysis of the PCI the thesis describes a design of controllers for a target card and lets the reader get acquainted with its different parts. In the process of implementation carefully examines the structure and operation of individual blocks of PCI controller. In the following part the thesis shows the process of implementation and testing of the final solution using the educational card with FPGA circuit.

<p>Syftet med den här litteraturstudien var att beskriva män och kvinnors förändrade livskvalitet efter en PCI behandling. Litteratursökningen genomfördes i databaserna Academic search elite, Chinal och Pubmed. Nitton artiklar som motsvarade urvalskriterierna valdes ut och granskades. Samtliga artiklar var kvantitativa. Resultatet visade att den stora fördelen med PCI behandling är att patienterna fick en minskad frekvens av angina vilket gjorde att både den fysiska och psykiska hälsan ökade. PCI behandlingen gav en ökad överlevnad och minskade lidandet hos hjärtsjuka patienter. Även äldre som genomgick en PCI behandling fick en signifikant bättre livskvalitet och därför är ålder inget hinder för behandling. Det fanns en skillnad i mäns och kvinnors upplevda livskvalitet efter PCI behandlingen där män hade kvarstående besvär i form av rastlöshet, nervositet var lättirriterade. Kvinnor hade oftare sämre fysisk funktion och mer somatiska symtom än män. Kvinnor upplevde det sociala stödet lägre och hade mer hälsorelaterade problem gällande hushållet medan män upplevde mer hälsorelaterade problem gällande sexlivet. De som genomgick och fullföljde hjärt- rehabiliteringsprogrammet fick sjukdomskunskap, självkontroll och förstod vikten av egenvård och höjde sin livskvalitet signifikant och minskade därmed risken för ytterligare hjärtkomplikationer. Livsstilsförändringar som var viktigast var rökstopp då det visade sig att rökare fick en signifikant sämre livskvalitet efter PCI behandlingen.</p>

The aim of this thesis was to design and implement PCI Express Bridge. The main purpose of this unit is to help application engineers who develop various FPGA based accelerators. The implemented unit transforms complex PCI Express based system bus interface to more common and scalable interface of internal bus for on-chip components interconnection. This allows engineers to focus on the development of their target applications, not on a complicated communication protocol. The unit was implemented in the VHDL language, synthesized for Virtex-5 based FPGAs as well as completely tested on ML555 and COMBOv2 cards. The acquired results show that the component reaches the throughput of 7 Gb/s, which is the theoretical limitation of underlying protocols.

En litteraturstudie. Examensarbete i omvårdnad 15 högskolepoäng. Malmö högskola: Hälsa och Samhälle, enheten för omvårdnad, 2009.För att diagnostisera ischemisk hjärtsjukdom är kranskärlsröntgen ett alternativ. Kranskärlsröntgen/ PCI kan genomföras via a. femoralis och a. radialis. Som sjuksköterska måste man vara väl insatt i ingreppsrelaterade komplikationer för att kunna förebygga, förutse och fort kunna sätta in omvårdnadsåtgärder. Komplikationer och oro är sådana faktorer som kan påverka patienters livskvalité och välbefinnande negativt. Syftet med denna litteraturstudie baserad på 11 artiklar var dels att beskriva patienternas välbefinnande, dels förekomsten av blödning och smärta/oro hos patienter vid olika kärlförslutningar vid kranskärlsröntgen/PCI. Vårt resultat visade att genomgången kranskärlsröntgen och PCI höjde patienternas fysiska och psykiska välmående. Patienterna hade dock olika förutsättningar att hantera situationen beroende på socialt stöd från sin omgivning. Det framkom att kvinnor ofta hade en högre oro och ett lägre välbefinnande. Av de patienter som genomgått kranskärlsröntgen genom både a. radialis och a. femoralis var det 80 % som föredrog a. radialis. Det var av betydelse för patienternas välbefinnande med en snabb mobilisering. I flera av studierna sågs en lägre kostnad för analgetika, mindre förekomst av komplikationer samt en kortare vårdtid hos dessa patienter. As a registered nurse one must be well-grounded in procedure related complications to predict, foresee, and to rapidly begin nursing intervention. Complications and anxiety are factors that can influence patients in a negative way concerning quality of life and well-being. The aim of this study based on 11 article´s, is to describe patients’ well-being as well as occurrence of bleeding and pain/anxiety in patients` over different ways to seal the vessels inangiography/PCI. Our study shows that a completed angiography/PCI increases patients’ physical and mental well-being. Patients have different social presumptions to handle the situation depending on their environment. It appears that women often have more anxiety and a lower well-being. 80% of patients who undergo angiography prefer the radial artery procedure as opposed to the femoral artery procedure. It is important for the patients’ well-being with a rapid ambulation. A lower cost for anaesthetics, lower prevalence of complications, and a shorter hospital stay for these patients is appreciated. The thesis of this dissertation is that, despite widespread belief in the security community, systems are still vulnerable to attacks from malicious peripherals delivered over the PCI Express (PCIe) protocol. Malicious peripherals can be plugged directly into internal PCIe slots, or connected via an external Thunderbolt connection. To prove this thesis, we designed and built a new PCIe attack platform. We discovered that a simple platform was insufficient to carry out complex attacks, so created the first PCIe attack platform that runs a full, conventional OS. To allows us to conduct attacks against higher-level OS functionality built on PCIe, we made the attack platform emulate in detail the behaviour of an Intel 82574L Network Interface Controller (NIC), by using a device model extracted from the QEMU emulator. We discovered a number of vulnerabilities in the PCIe protocol itself, and with the way that the defence mechanisms it provides are used by modern OSs. The principal defence mechanism provided is the Input/Output Memory Management Unit (IOMMU). The remaps the address space used by peripherals in 4KiB chunks, and can prevent access to areas of address space that a peripheral should not be able to access. We found that, contrary to belief in the security community, the IOMMUs in modern systems were not designed to protect against attacks from malicious peripherals, but to allow virtual machines direct access to real hardware. We discovered that use of the IOMMU is patchy even in modern operating systems. Windows effectively does not use the IOMMU at all; macOS opens windows that are shared by all devices; Linux and FreeBSD map windows into host memory separately for each device, but only if poorly documented boot flags are used. These OSs make no effort to ensure that only data that should be visible to the devices is in the mapped windows. We created novel attacks that subverted control flow and read private data against systems running macOS, Linux and FreeBSD with the highest level of relevant protection enabled. These represent the first use of the relevant exploits in each case. In the final part of this thesis, we evaluate the suitability of a number of proposed general purpose and specific mitigations against DMA attacks, and make a number of recommendations about future directions in IOMMU software and hardware.

In Italia e Portogallo, lo stabilimento della democrazia faceva parte della strategia dei due PC, i quali avevano ampie basi nelle classi lavoratrici. La tenuta della autoorganizzazione delle classi lavoratrici e la fine dei processi di agitazione sociale portarono alla normalità democratica e alla internazionalizzazione economica, liberale. Il PCI, promuovendo la sua particolare via italiana al socialismo, ha collaborato con la formazione della Comunità Economica Europea (CEE), il PCP che inizialmente la rifiutava, ha iniziato a prenderla come fonte di benefici in difesa dalla democrazia. Lo sviluppo sociale della CEE è stato disuguale e combinato, grazie al quale i paesi sono diventati parte del mercato comune mentre la frammentazione devastava il mondo del lavoro. L'isolamento è stata una prima sconfitta per i due PC nei governi nazionali, e un'altra è stata la impossibilità di andare avanti con la strategia delle riforme in direzione al socialismo. Al fallimento pratico e ideologico si è aggiunto quello politico al momento della conclusione della UE e della crisi finale della sinistra comunista internazionale, quando il PCI ha deciso per lo scioglimento e il PCP per la continuità ortodossa.<br>Esta dissertação tem o objetivo de compreender as relações entre o Partido Comunista Italiano (PCI) e o Partido Comunista Português (PCP) a respeito do processo de integração europeu que culminou na União Europeia (EU), destacando a conexão entre a política interna e externa nas estratégias dos partidos. Na Itália e em Portugal, a instauração do regime democrático fazia parte da estratégia dos dois PCs, os quais possuíam amplas bases nas classes trabalhadoras. O estancamento das auto-organizações das classes trabalhadoras e o fim dos processos de efervescência social levaram à normalidade democrática e à internacionalização das economias, liberalizando-as. O PCI, promovendo sua particular via italiana ao socialismo, colaborou com a formação da Comunidade Econômica Europeia (CEE), o PCP que inicialmente a recusava, passou a tomá-la como fonte de benefícios em defesa da democracia. O desenvolvimento social da CEE foi desigual e combinado, no qual os países passaram a fazer parte do mercado comum ao mesmo tempo em que a fragmentação assolava o mundo do trabalho. In Italy and Portugal, the establishment of the democratic system was part of the strategy of the two PCs, which had broad-based in the working class. The stagnation of the selforganization of the working classes and the end of social unrest processes have led to democratic normality and the internationalization of economies, liberalizing them. The PCI, promoting their particular Italian via to socialism, collaborated with the formation of the European Economic Community (EEC), the PCP that initially refused, began to take it as a source of benefits in defense of democracy. The EEC's social development was uneven and combined, in which countries became part of the common market at the same time the fragmentation ravaged the world of work. The isolation was a first defeat of the two PCs in national governments, and the other was the impossibility to move forward with the strategy of reforms toward socialism. In Italia e Portogallo, lo stabilimento della democrazia faceva parte della strategia dei due PC, i quali avevano ampie basi nelle classi lavoratrici. La tenuta della autoorganizzazione delle classi lavoratrici e la fine dei processi di agitazione sociale portarono alla normalità democratica e alla internazionalizzazione economica, liberale. Il PCI, promuovendo la sua particolare via italiana al socialismo, ha collaborato con la formazione della Comunità Economica Europea (CEE), il PCP che inizialmente la rifiutava, ha iniziato a prenderla come fonte di benefici in difesa dalla democrazia. Lo sviluppo sociale della CEE è stato disuguale e combinato, grazie al quale i paesi sono diventati parte del mercato comune mentre la frammentazione devastava il mondo del lavoro. L'isolamento è stata una prima sconfitta per i due PC nei governi nazionali, e un'altra è stata la impossibilità di andare avanti con la strategia delle riforme in direzione al socialismo. Na Itália e em Portugal, a instauração do regime democrático fazia parte da estratégia dos dois PCs, os quais possuíam amplas bases nas classes trabalhadoras. O estancamento das auto-organizações das classes trabalhadoras e o fim dos processos de efervescência social levaram à normalidade democrática e à internacionalização das economias, liberalizando-as. Les objectifs du projet de recherche ont leur fondement dans la tentative de répondre à quelques questions essentielles concernant l'identité du Parti Communiste italien et du Parti Communiste français en tant que sujets politiques complexes, multiformes et dynamiques.On a d'abord crée deux laboratoires d'analyse, l'un en Italie, le deuxième en France, en tant que lieux d'observation, d'étude et de dénouement des thèmes les plus significatifs liés à l'identité, la stratégie et la culture communiste.En ce qui concerne l'Italie, on a tout naturellement choisi le Triangle Industriel qui constitue une macro zone aux caractères sociaux et économiques communs où le PCI a joué un rôle important et tout à fait différent par rapport aux autres zones sub-culturelles de la péninsule dans les années de l'après-guerre.Il m'a paru de plus en plus évident que la région Rhône-Alpes se caractérisait par des aspects économiques, sociaux, géographiques et anthropiques intéressants qui la rapprochaient au Triangle Industriel avec lequel, d'ailleurs, il existait une proximité territoriale.D'après un regard plus attentif au tissu socio-économique de la région, on s'aperçoit que les trois plus importantes villes - Grenoble, Lyon, Saint Etienne- se caractérisent par le même mélange d' « ingrédients » sur lesquels se fonde le caractère particulier des chefs-lieux du Triangle Italien. Il s'agit d'une très forte vocation industrielle, d'une société hétérogène, d'un équilibre parmi les forces politiques protagonistes du débat local (ou, au moins, pas de supériorité nette et durable de l'une par rapport aux autres), de Fédérations à même de marquer, d'une manière nette et durable, l'histoire, l'identité, la mentalité des inscrits et des électeurs, enfin d'une partie considérable de la société.Après les domaines, les temps de la recherche. La Libération, ou mieux encore, l'année 1946 s'est imposée d'une manière tout à fait naturelle comme « incipit ». Il s'agissait d'une césure chronologique évidente pour le début d'un parcours ; une date naturelle mais pas infranchissable, plutôt osmotique avec le passé des militants et des cadres qui, par leur mémoire personnelle, reviennent à la période précédant la naissance du parti.C'est un parcours long, sinueux, complexe dont on a repéré la fin, d'une manière tout à fait subjective mais bien motivée, en 1976, en ce qui concerne l'Italie et en 1978, en ce qui concerne la France. Les deux dates sont très représentatives des deux Pays et des deux partis communistes.On est bien dans les années de l'apogée après lequel va commencer la chute.Deux évènements vont caractériser ce moment : le doublement raté en Italie et la débâcle électorale en France. Il s'agit d'une histoire différente mais de là on va assister à un déclin lent et inexorable. C'est une conjoncture qui nous implique tous et qui change, irrémédiablement, la destinée de nos microcosmes.Les sources utilisées pour ce travail de recherche se divisent en trois groupes différents. Appartiennent au premier groupe les données quantitatives concernant la base militante et les Comités Fédéraux de chacune des Fédération faisant l'objet de la recherche.Un deuxième groupe de sources se compose, par contre, de la documentation officielle concernant les débats intérieurs au parti. Il s'agit de congrès, de réunions du Comité Fédéral, de rapports préparatoires, une masse de documents produits par les Fédérations qui a été tout à fait indispensable dans la reconstruction des stratégies politiques poursuivies sur les territoires.Le troisième et tout dernier groupe de sources est sans doute celui qui m'a fascinée davantage par sa richesse et par ses infinies possibilités d'interprétation et par le passage du plan quantitatif au qualitatif aussi. Il s'agit de biographies rédigées par les cadres au moment de l'inscription au parti ou bien pendant la participation à l'une de ses écoles<br>The aim of the research project is the attempt to answer some basic questions about the identity of the Italian and French Communist parties, considered as complex and dynamic political subjects.The first step was to select two case studies, one in Italy and one in France, as places where to observe and deal with the most meaningful themes linked to the identity, the strategies and the political communist cultures.As far as Italy is concerned, I chose the so-called Triangolo Industriale. It represents a macro-area with economic and social common features and where the Pci played an important role, different from the other sub- cultural areas of Italy in the second post-war period.I realized that the Rhône-Alpes had the economic, social, geographical and anthropic features approaching it to the Triangolo Industriale, with which also as a geographical proximity.Going deeper into the social and the economic texture of the three most important cities – Grenoble, Lyon, Saint Étienne - I discovered that they have the same mixture of “ingredients” compared to Milan, Turin and Genua: well-rooted industrial vocation, heterogeneous society, a good balance among the political forces, local communist Federations able to mark the identity, the history and the cultural of their members and the electors.The research has as starting point the year 1946. Natural chronological caesura but overcome by the memories of the militants and political leaders, which date back until the previous period to the birth of the party.It is a long and complex process lasting until 1976 for Italy and 1978 for France. These dates are extremely representative for both communist parties because they constitute the apogee moment, before the beginning of the decline. Two events characterize this moment: the failed “sorpasso” in Italy and the electoral defeat in France. It is a crucial point implying a radical change also in our two micro-cosmos.The sources used in this research can be divided in three groups: the first group is represented by the statistic data about militants and political local structures. The second is represented by the official documents of the internal party debates, useful to reconstruct the political strategies pursued in every territory.The third and last source is the one that has struck me more for the infinite interpretative possibilities and for the passage from the quantitative to the qualitative level. They are the biographies written by the communist leaders at the moment of their adhesion to the party or when they attended the political schools of the party.STAR

This thesis deals with design and implementation of interconnection bus system for chips with FPGA technology. The system ensures both communication between internal components on a chip and their communication with other computer elements which are mapped to the host system memory. The buses are high-speed, full duplex and packet-oriented and their architecture is based on tree topology. The data width is configurable, individually for every bus part. Due to this feature, it is possible to build uniform hierarchical system of internal buses with different speed that interconnects differently fast components. Proposed interconnection system was implemented in VHDL language and it is utilized in the Liberouter project which is the part of CESNET research intention Programable Hardware.

<p>För att behandla förträngningar i hjärtats kranskärl kan både PCI och CABG användas. CABG ger en bättre symtomlindring och färre återfall jämfört med PCI men utgör en större risk för patienten. Mortaliteten i dessa grupper minskar och vikten av god hälsorelaterad livskvalitet har blivit mer betydande faktor. En sämre hälsorelaterad livskvalitet påverkar behandlingens resultat negativt. Långa väntetider har negativ påverkan på den hälsorelaterade livskvaliteten, sjuksköterskans ansvar är här att ge stöd åt patienten och deras närstående samt informera patienten om vad som skall hända och varför. Den hälsorelaterade livskvaliteten är relaterad till fysisk funktion, psykisk funktion, stöd från närstående, symtom och dess konsekvenser och patientens tillgång till coopingstrategier. Syftet med litteraturstudien var att belysa och jämföra kranskärlssjuka patienters skattning av hälsorelaterad livskvalitet före och efter behandling med PCI och CABG. Information visade sig vara en påverkande faktor på den hälsorelaterade livskvaliteten. CABG patienter drabbades av fler komplikationer efter operationen och PCI patienterna fick mer restenoser och fick göra om behandlingen. Båda behandlingsmetoderna ökade den hälsorelaterade livskvaliteten. CABG patienterna upplevde sig ha bättre fysisk funktion än PCI patienterna. I den psykiska hälsan sågs inga skillnader mellan grupperna.</p>

dispositivos de alta velocidade que requerem uma alta vazão de dados (throughput), tais
como, controladores de vídeo e de rede de computadores. O protocolo PCI é um protocolo
síncrono e possui várias versões com diferentes larguras de barramento e freqüência. Esta
dissertação, em particular, trata da implementação do protocolo PCI para dispositivos do
tipo escravos targets, versão 2.2, com 32 bits de dados e endereços multiplexados, a 33
MHz, e uma vazão de 132 MB/s. O protocolo foi implementado em VHDL 93, com a
funcionalidade validada através de testbenches. O core PCI foi implementado, visando sua
validação, na plataforma de prototipação HOT I, da Virtual Computer Corporation, em um
FPGA Xilinx, componente XC4013E-PQ240. Um conjunto de rotinas utilizando
interrupções da BIOS e device drivers foram desenvolvidas para dar suporte a futuros testes
de implementação do core PCI na plataforma HOT I. Um estudo de caso, visando validar a

L’histoire du Parti communiste italien (Pci) en Sardaigne, de la fondation en 1921 jusqu’à la dissolution en 1991, n’a pas encore été écrite. Cette thèse vise à combler cette lacune, tout en y ajoutant un aspect inédit : la rédaction croisée avec l’histoire du Parti communiste français (Pcf) en Corse. L’étude, structurée en trois périodes en fonction des grandes ruptures historiques (1920-1943 ; 1944-1962 ; 1963-1991) se focalise sur trois aspects : l’implantation territoriale, l’histoire électorale et l’identité insulaire. La première partie est caractérisée par la faiblesse des deux organisations politiques. La Résistance marque un tournant, notamment pour le Pcf corse, qui dans les années 1945-1947 est à son apogée militante et électorale, mais à partir de 1947 entame son déclin. Le tassement est dû aux conséquences de la guerre froide, à l’émigration des cadres du parti, à la ligne du Pcf sur la décolonisation et notamment sur la guerre en Algérie. L’érosion se stabilise après 1958, avec la participation des communistes corses aux principaux mouvements revendicatifs.Le Parti communiste italien en Sardaigne accroît son influence suite au choix d’une ligne politique autonomiste en 1947. Le Pci sarde, conduit par le secrétaire régional Velio Spano (1947-1957), puis par Renzo Laconi (1957-1963), atteint le pic des effectifs en 1954.À partir des années 1960, les deux îles traversent une phase caractérisée par l’urbanisation et le dépeuplement de l’intérieur, une rapide poussée démographique et un développement économique inégal, centré sur l’agriculture intensive et le tourisme de masse en Corse, et en Sardaigne s’ajoute la création des pôles industriels du secteur pétrochimique. Dans cette phase (1962-1991), le Pcf corse maintient son influence à travers l’implantation municipale, dans les bastions rouges de l’île. À Sartène, de 1959 à 2001, on retrouve la présence d’un maire communiste, tandis qu’à Bastia, de 1968 à 2014, les communistes occupent le siège de premier adjoint au maire radical. Au même moment en Sardaigne, le Parti communiste est à son apogée électorale, pendant la période du secrétariat national d’Enrico Berlinguer, entre la moitié des années 1970 et des années 1980. Aux élections politiques de 1976, le Pci sarde atteint 35,54% des suffrages, alors que le Pcf corse arrive tout juste à 16,20% aux législatives de 1978. De plus, les communistes de Sardaigne participent à l’exécutif régional de 1980 à 1982, et de 1984 à 1989. Il faut souligner néanmoins que si la région autonome sarde est constituée en 1948, le premier statut particulier de la Corse n’est approuvé qu’en 1982. Dans ce sens, le programme commun des communistes et des socialistes en 1972 marque un changement de ligne au sein du Pcf, avec le rôle joué par Félix Damette, théoricien français de la stratégie du socialisme autogestionnaire. Damette encourage le développement dans l’île du mot d’ordre favorable à un pouvoir régional démocratique. La Fédération de la Corse-du-Sud, née en 1976, se montre plus réceptive aux changements par rapport à la Fédération de la Haute-Corse, qui demeure plus centraliste et jacobine.En ce qui concerne l’identité insulaire, de 1947 à 1991, le Pci sarde est engagé dans l’application et l’actualisation de la ligne politique autonomiste. The thesis aims to fill this gap, while adding a new aspect: its intertwining with the history of the French Communist Party (Pcf) in Corsica. The study, structured in three periods corresponding to the great historical ruptures (1920-1943; 1944-1962; 1963-1991), focuses on three aspects: territorial implantation, electoral history and island identity. The first part is characterized by the weakness of the two political organizations. The Resistance marked a turning point, especially for the Corsican Party, which was at its militant and electoral peak between 1945 and 1947, but which, from 1947 onwards, began its decline. The decline was due to the consequences of the Cold War, the emigration of the party’s cadres, the Party’s agenda on decolonization and particularly because of the war in Algeria. The erosion stabilized after 1958, with the participation of Corsican communists in the main revendication movements.The Italian Communist Party in Sardinia increased its influence following the choice of an autonomist political line in 1947. The Sardinian Communist Party, led by the regional secretary Velio Spano (1947-1957), then by Renzo Laconi (1957-1963), reached its membership peak in 1954.From the 1960s onwards, the two islands went through a phase characterized by urbanization, depopulation of the inland, a rapid demographic growth and uneven economic development, based on intensive agriculture and mass tourism in Corsica, and on the creation of industrial poles in the petrochemical sector in Sardinia. During this phase (1962-1991), the Corsican Communist Party maintained its influence through the municipal establishment in the red bastions of the island. From 1959 to 2001, there was a communist mayor in Sartène, while in Bastia, from 1968 to 2014, the communists occupied the seat of the first deputy mayor with a mayor belonging to the Radical party. At the same time in Sardinia, the Communist Party was at its electoral peak, during the period of Enrico Berlinguer’s national secretariat, between the mid-1970s and the mid-1980s. During the 1976 elections, the Sardinian Communist Party received 35.54% of the vote, while the Corsican Communist Party only scored 16.20% of the vote during the 1978 legislative elections. Moreover, the Sardinian communists participated in the regional executive committee from 1980 to 1982, and from 1984 to 1989. It should be noted, however, that while the autonomous region of Sardinia was established in 1948, the first special status for Corsica was only approved in 1982. In this sense, the common programme of the communists and socialists in 1972 marked a change of agenda within the French Communist Party. Félix Damette, a French theorist of the strategy of self-management socialism, encouraged the development in the island of the law that favors a democratic regional power. The Fédération de la Corse-du-Sud, born in 1976, was more receptive to change than the Fédération de la Haute-Corse, which remained more centralist.As regards island identity, from 1947 to 1991, the Sardinian Communist Party was committed to the implementing and updating the autonomist political agenda. Distributed Multimedia Plays (DMP) is a virtual collaboration system intended to provide real time audiovisual communication between multiple users. The system will produce near-natural picture and sound quality.This report explores the requirements of a camera interface unit forDMP. This device interfaces with several image sensors and allows them to communicate on a common serial communications channel based on the PCI Express standard. The noteworthy features of PCI Express are outlined, and the standard is compared to the alternative Aurora communications protocol. A functional prototype of a camera interface system has been implemented in VHDLand synthesised for an FPGA. The theoretical performance of this system is analysed and its suitability for use with DMP is evaluated. The results show that real time performance is possible with this architecture using a single PCI Express lane.As PCI Express is originally an internal computer bus, a simple test has been performed in order to determine whether it can be employed as an external communications interface. The results show that reliable communication is possible across distances of 1.5 meters or more.

Syfte: Syftet med föreliggande studie är att studera smärtupplevelser, smärtfrekvens och smärtintensitet hos patienter med akut kranskärlssjukdom, som genomgår PCI-behandling med punktion av a. radialis, vid ett universitetssjukhus i mellansverige. Syftet är även att studera skillnaden i smärtfrekvens mellan män och kvinnor som genomgår PCI-behandling. Metod: Deskriptiv, komparativ tvärsnittstudie med kvantitativ ansats. Totalt 31 deltagare tillfrågades varav 20 medverkade i studien, bortfallet uppgick till 11. Datainsamling skedde med enkätfrågor rörande smärtfrekvens, -intensitet, -lokalisation och skede. Visuell analog skala (VAS) användes för att mäta smärtintensitet. Data sammanställdes i stapeldiagram i Microsoft Word samt Statistical Packages for the Social Sciences. Resultat: I studien upplevde 5 (n=20) deltagare smärta, lokalbedövning samt kateter införande var de skeden där flest deltagare upplevde smärta, den vanligaste lokalisationen var i underarmen oberoende av skede. Högst skattade smärtintensitet var 9 (0-10) på VAS-skalan och upplevdes i annan kroppsdel. Av de kvinnliga deltagarna (n=5) upplevde 60% smärta och av de manliga (n=15) upplevde 20% smärta. Det var ingen signifikant skillnad i smärtfrekvens mellan könen, p=0,371. Slutsats: Resultatet visar att 25% av deltagarna upplevde smärta i samband med PCI-behandling. Det vanligaste skedet där smärta upplevdes var lokalbedövning. Smärtans lokalisation var vanligast förlagd till underarmen. Ingen signifikant skillnad mellan män och kvinnors smärtfrekvenser har påvisats.<br>Aim: The aim with this study was to measure the sensation of pain, pain frequency and the intensity of pain in patients with acute coronary heart disease, whom experienced PCI-treatment with catheterization, through a. radialis, at a university hospital in central Sweden. The aim was also to study differences in pain frequency between men and women who experienced PCI-treatment. Method: Descriptive, comparative cross-sectional study with a quantitative approach. A total of 31 participants where asked of which 20 chose to partake in the study, the non-respons was counted to 11. The data was collected with a survey regarding pain frequency, -intensity, -localization and phase. Visual analog scale (VAS) was used to estimate intensity of pain. Data was compiled into bar charts in Microsoft Word and Statistical Packages for the Social Sciences. Result: Five (n=20) of the participants experienced pain, local anesthesia and catheterization where the most common phase to experience pain. The most common localization to experience pain in was the forearm, disregarding any particular phase of the treatment. The highest intensity of pain where estimated to 9 (0-10) on the VAS-scale and was located to other limb. Among the female participants (n=5) 60% experienced pain and among the male participants (n=15) 20% experienced pain. There was no significant difference pain intensity between genders, p=0,371. Conclusion: The results show that 25% of the participants experienced pain during PCI-treatment. The most common phase to experience pain was during local anesthesia. The most common pain localization was the forearm. No significant differences in pain frequencies between men and women could be measured.

Evaluation of modern day datacenter performance has showed that datacenter servers are severely underutilized, resulting in inefficient use of physical and software resources. In order to alleviate these concerns, datacenters must improve their resiliency, flexibility and scalability. CPU and memory virtualization are approaches that are becoming increasingly prevalent, but a major bottleneck still exists in I/O connectivity due to the physical constraints of I/O devices in a clustered system. One solution lies with the recently developed PCI Express multi-root partitionable switch. The partitionable switch is highly configurable and provides a means of altering the allocation of I/O devices amongst multiple hosts. This offers a range of unexplored possibilities to improve system flexibility. In the thesis, we investigate the feasibility of integrating and reconfiguring a PCI Express multi-root switch in a multi-host environment on a FreeBSD platform in a live system. We study modifications required of the PCI bus and system resources. ABSTRACT Introduction: When it comes to choosing treatment for patients with coronary artery disease the prevailing opinions are split between PCI and CABG. A review of comparative researches that has been done in the subject can help bring clarity in the question of which treatment has the best results. The modern healthcare system plays a major role in the future care of the patient, and efforts to reduce the number of repeated revascularizations depends on which method is the supreme for the patient’s well-being as well for the international healthcare’s cost savings. Purpose: The objective of this study is to find out how the results after PCI and CABG differences in the hope of emphasizing which treatment gives the best results for future patients. Method: Systematic literature study that compiles relevant articles for the subject. Result: CABG is the treatment that has given the best results in studies comparing CABG and PCI when comparing aspects such as cardio and cerebrovascular events, mortality, long-term quality of life and the need for repeated revascularization. Studies done on patients with kidney disease and diabetes show similar results. Conclusion: This comperative systematic literature study shows that CABG is the better option when choosing between CABG and PCI since it reduces the risk of cardio- and cerebrovascular events, mortality and the need for repeated revascularization while providing better long-term quality of life compared to PCI.<br>SAMMANFATTNING Inledning: Idag råder det delade meningar om vilken revaskulariseringmetod som bör användas utav PCI och CABG vid kranskärlssjukdomar. En sammanställning av jämförande forskning som gjorts i ämnet kan bidra till att skapa klarhet om vilken behandling som ger bäst resultat. Den moderna hälso- och sjukvården spelar därmed stor roll för den framtida patientens vård samt strävan efter att minska antalet upprepade undersökningar, detta för patientens välmående men även för hälso- och sjukvårdens internationella kostnadsbesparingar. Syfte: Syftet med denna studie är att ta reda på hur patientresultat för PCI behandling och för bypass-operation skiljer sig för att kunna framträda vilken behandling som ger bästa möjliga resultat för framtida patienter. Metod: Systematisk litteraturstudie som sammanställer för ämnet relevanta artiklar. Resultat: CABG är den behandling som givit bäst resultat i studier där CABG och PCI har jämförts när aspekter som kardio- och cerebrovaskulära händelser, mortalitet, långsiktig livskvalitet och behov av upprepad revaskularisering sammanställs. De studier som gjorts med patienter som har njursjukdom och diabetes visar liknande resultat. Slutsats: Denna litteraturstudie visar på att CABG är den bästa behandlingen för patienter som står i valet mellan PCI och CABG eftersom att det minskar risken för kardio-och cerebrovaskulära händelser, mortalitet och behov av upprepad revaskularisering samtidigt som det ger bättre långsiktig livskvalitet i jämförelse med PCI.

Regulatory compliance is an important and growing topic that requires companies to adapt to rules and regulations. All organizations that want to be active in the business market must follow and adapt to these rules regardless of company size and capital. The consequences of not following the regulations are to a large extent fines or increased transaction costs. This study focuses on the usefulness of agile approaches in compliance and specifically PCI DSS regulations. PCI DSS is a framework that regulates the credit card payment system used by an organization. All security involving customer data during a card payment is also included in this ruleset. To execute the research on how agile methods function within compliance, a qualitative research strategy has been implemented. Empirical material has been collected through interviews with the company CGI. The respondents in this inquiry work in the compliance sector and have great knowledge of the subject. The result of the study show that respondents view agile methods within compliance projects in a positive light. That the obstacles experienced in these projects can be alleviated with the help of agile tools such as morning meetings and structured responsibilities.<br>Regulatorisk efterlevnad är ett växande och viktigt ämne i den moderna affärsvärlden. Eftersom företag behöver anpassa sig efter regler och ramverk i sitt dagliga arbete. Alla organisationer som vill samverka på arbetsmarknaden måste följa och anpassa sig efter regler oberoende på företagsstorlek och kapital. Konsekvenserna av att inte följa de uppsatta ramverken är till stor del böter eller förhöjda kostnader. Denna studie fokuserar på användbarheten av agila tankesätt inom compliance och specifikt compliance inom regelverket PCI DSS. PCI DSS är ett ramverk som reglerar kortbetalning system som används av en organisation. All säkerhet som involverar kunders data under en kortbetalning inkluderas också under detta verk. För att utföra denna studie över hur agila metoder fungerar inom compliance har en kvalitativ forskningsstrategi genomförts. Empiriskt material har samlats in genom intervjuer med företaget CGI. Respondenterna i studien arbetar inom compliance sektorn och besitter stor kunskap om ämnet. Resultatet av studien visar att respondenterna ser ljust på agila metoder inom compliance projekt. Att de hinder som upplevs i dessa projekt kan lindras med hjälp av agila verktyg som morgonmöten och strukturerade ansvarsområden.

BAKGRUND: En av de vanligaste orsakerna till akut sjukhusvård i Sverige är kranskärlssjukdomar. Cirka 90% av denna patientgrupp behandlas med en PCI (Percutan Coronar Intervention). Mycket få studier visar patienternas upplevelser av denna sjukdom. SYFTE: Syftet med denna litteraturbaserade studie är att beskriva patienters upplevelser av hjärtinfarkt behandlad med PCI. METOD: En litteraturbaserad studie enligt Fribergs (2006) modell med 11 stycken kvalitativa artiklar. RESULTAT: I studien framkom tre olika huvudkategorier: Kommunikationsbehovet, Lidande och Hälsokonsekvenser. Resultatet i denna studie visar att i samband med en hjärtinfarkt upplever patienterna mycket oro och ångest. De upplever att en god kommunikation före, under och efter sjukdomsförloppet med vårdpersonalen som viktig för en ökad förståelse och en fortsatt lyckad rehabilitering.

The PCI technology is well established for reducing the consumption of economic and environmentally expensive coke in blast furnace iron-making. Often, coal blends show unexpected combustion performance which cannot be explained on the basis of individual coal properties particularly coal rank and volatile matter. Several coals were combusted in this study under controlled conditions in a drop tube furnace. Fixed bed reactor, XRD, SEM and BET analyses were used to understand the mechanism of combustion of coal blends. Burnout of the coal blends did not change linearly with volatile matter of blends. The study demonstrated that combustion behaviour of coal blends was influenced by several properties of individual coals and cannot be estimated by using any single coal parameter. Carbon structure of coal as well as the interaction of volatile matter of individual coals was found to have a strong influence on the burnout of coal blends. Pet-cokes were generally found to burn with a greater difficulty. Carbon structure of pet-cokes was found to have a significant effect on the burnout such that coal blends with highly ordered pet-coke indicated lower burnout. The study shows that up to 10% of pet coke did not change the burnout of PCI blends significantly. As far as combustion is concerned, the drop tube furnace test provides a reasonable distinction of the effect of coal properties for PCI application.

Introduction: Treating breast cancer is based on a combination of therapies: surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, as well as hormonal and biological agents. The full impact of the disease and its treatment at a human level is often underestimated, and the benefits of holistic cancer care are increasingly recognised. Furthermore, patients often face a frightening and uncertain journey that presents a variety of needs. Moreover, recovery is not necessarily the end-point of the cancer experience. The many complexities and challenges in the identification of patient issues along this journey can lead to unmet needs. This can be particularly difficult in the confines of a busy clinic, where time constraints, together with an over-reliance on verbal communication, can pose significant barriers to effective consultations. A novel tool, known as the patient concerns inventory (PCI), has been successfully developed and introduced for use in patients with head and neck cancer. In this setting, it has helped to formulate an individualized record of patient concerns, needs, and priorities, thereby structuring outpatient consultations, and promoting and facilitating a multidisciplinary approach. This study aimed to develop and assess a PCI specific to breast cancer and to evaluate its impact on patient care; that is, to provide a “proof of concept” for a breast cancer PCI. Methods: This was a four-phase study, as follows. (1) Item generation through a literature review, input from clinicians (n = 10), four patient focus groups (n = 24), and national breast cancer charities (n = 3). (2) A survey of breast cancer patients (n = 200) for cross-sectional validation, to compare the PCI with an established quality of life tool and to look at the relative frequency of items and any associations. (3) A pilot, before and after study, assessing the PCI in a clinical setting with breast cancer patients (n = 53). (4) Semi-structured interviews with a breast surgeon (n = 1) and specialist nurses (n = 2) who used the PCI during clinics, to identify the perceived benefits of using the PCI. Results: In total 277 patients responded and participated in this work. The literature review identified 164 items; following input from clinicians, focus groups, and national charities, 56 items remained. The cross sectional study (phase 2; n=200, 80 % response rate) revealed that patients wanted to discuss the following: breast sensitivity or pain (46 %), fatigue (46 %), hot flushes (44 %), sleep (34 %); breast appearance (30 %), unable to control weight (28 %), mastectomy appearance (19 %), overall physical appearance (17 %); fear of recurrence (62 %), fear of cancer spreading (39 %), fear about the future (32 %), or one or more of these (72 %); ‘mood’ (15 %), ‘anxiety’ (21 %), ‘depression’ (17 %), or one or more of these (35 %); Phase 3 found that the PCI resulted in a focused consultation and no increase in consultation time. All the patients from phase 3 wanted to see a breast surgeon. Phase 4 revealed that clinicians involved with the PCI supported its use, and stated several advantages. In its final format, the breast cancer specific PCI had 57 items over several domains, with 16 referral options. Conclusions: The PCI could identify issues that patients would like to discuss in the breast oncology clinic. The routine use of the PCI in follow-up clinics could ultimately improve care for women with breast cancer; however, the clinical environment continues to make it difficult to screen for issues related to intimacy, relationship, and sex. Further research is essential to evaluate the breast cancer specific PCI. A larger patient cohort, a longitudinal approach, qualitative input, and a link to possible interventions, would each improve our understanding of the issues faced by breast cancer patients.

This master thesis will cover the prestudy, hardware selection, design and implementation of a PCI Express bridge in the M.2 form factor. The thesis subject was proposed by WISI Norden who wished to extend the functionality of their hardware using an M.2 module. The bridge fits an M-Key M.2 slot and has the dimensions 80x22 mm. It is able to communicate at speeds up to 8 Gb/s over PCI Express and 200 Mbit/s on any of the 20 LVDS/CMOS pins. The prestudy determined that an FPGA should be used and a Xilinx Artix-7 device was chosen. A PCB was designed that hosts the FPGA as well as any power, debugging and other required systems. Associated proof-of-concept software was designed to verify that the bridge operated as expected. The software proves that the bridge works but requires improvement before the bridge can be used to translate sophisticated protocols. The bridge works, with minor hardware modifications, as expected. It fulfills all design requirements set in the master thesis and the FPGA firmware uses a well-established protocol, making further development easier.

Since faster and faster data rates are more desirable, PCIe Gen 3.0 attempts to transmit data at 8GT/s. As part of the thesis work, an existing model of a PCIe channel which connects two controller boards over a backplane, was simulated and measured under PCIe Gen 2.0 speeds (5GT/s). The resulting data from these tests were used to provide the basis for improving the model to make it function under PCIe Gen 3.0 specifications. This was achieved by exploring new receiver equalization techniques and transmitter de-emphasis and board characteristics. An integrated circuit manufacturer's model was used as the base model for PCIe Gen 2.0. This model was further developed to simulate Gen 3.0 speeds. Simulation software tools such as HSPICE, Ansoft HFSS, Ansoft Via Wizard 3.0 and MATLAB were utilized. When it comes to cloud services, security has many a times been the hot topic. This has been especially relevant within the payment card industry and the secure handling of payment card data. The Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council (the council) was formed in order to ensure a global enhancement of payment card data. The council has issued requirements that all companies that handle payment card data are obliged to follow. However, the council has become much more strict as of recently, creating an urgency to become compliant. Thus, cloud service providers (CSP) have constructed standardized, PCI DSS compliant products so as to relief such customers. Since this emerging market is somewhat new, this thesis has researched how CSPs should relate to products within that market and the potential customer base. The case study for this research was conducted at Tieto, an IT service company, and its standardized, PCI DSS compliant product TiCC. The study collected empirical data in the form of qualitative interviews as well as quantitative telephone interviews with companies within the payment card industry. The study came to the conclusion that there is a demand that is not being met within the payment card industry related to products that aid organizations to become PCI DSS compliant. Standardized products have been constructed so as to fit financial customers while overlooking the demand of another large customer base, retail. Additionally, the products are being tweaked and features are being added, thus providing customization. CSPs are striving for both standardization as well as customization, something that has been considered counterproductive. The existing demand is thus not met with the current supply in the market, which has both multiple competitors and heterogeneity in market demand. The above mentioned thus leaves room for market seizure, to create own rules and thus making all competitors irrelevant. A potential way of doing that is through mass customization by standardizing higher levels of cloud computing.

ISIS es una placa madre industrial desarrollada en Chile por Continental Lensa S.A orientada al soporte de SoPCs (Systems on a Programmable Chip) sobre un dispositivo FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array), integrado con una serie de periféricos on-board. La capacidad de soportar SoPCs basados en el procesador Nios II y el sistema operativo uClinux, en conjunto con diversos núcleos de hardware de propiedad intelectual o IP cores, abre un universo de aplicaciones que abarca desde el control de sistemas, procesamiento digital de señales, y sistemas de radio y televisión digital.
ISIS incorpora un conector PMC (PCI Mezzanine Card), que corresponde a una especificación mecánica para sistemas PCI de montaje paralelo y tamaño pequeño, contrario al estándar PCI convencional donde las tarjetas se montan en forma perpendicular. Sin embargo, no es posible controlar dispositivos PCI con la plataforma ISIS sin un adecuado soporte de hardware y software que provea una interfaz de bus acorde a los requerimientos del estándar PCI.
El presente trabajo otorga a la plataforma ISIS soporte para conectividad con dispositivos PCI 3.3V 32 bit @ 33 MHz. El trabajo aporta la implementación de un chipset PCI embebido en el dispositivo FPGA, el soporte de software para operación con el sistema operativo uClinux, y una aplicación para control y diagnóstico del hardware. Además, se aporta un nuevo hardware que brinda una solución a la incompatibilidad entre los complejos estándares mecánicos PCI Mezzanine Card y PCI convencional de PC.
Uno de los aportes es la implementación del IP core de libre distribución PCI Bridge de Opencores con interfaz de bus Wishbone, en un SoPC con arquitectura de comunicación nativa Avalon System Interconnect Fabric, lo que requiere implementar lógica de adaptación entre dos estándares de interconexión SoC incompatibles. Además, los requerimientos del sistema exigen que el IP core PCI Bridge sea implementado en modo Host, estando disponible solamente con pruebas de operación en modo Guest, lo que implica el desafío de implementar funcionalidades que no cuentan con un proceso de validación. También se desarrolla una capa de software que comunica el hardware PCI con el kernel de Linux, y un programa que permite el control y diagnóstico de los dispositivos presentes en el bus.
El presente trabajo se integra como parte fundamental del equipo de radiodifusión digital de tercera generación GSD-21 Exgine. El núcleo de hardware del equipo lo constituye la plataforma ISIS integrada con el dispositivo PCI DUC-II (Next Generation Digital Up Converter), por medio de los sistemas de hardware y software desarrollados. Se obtiene una tasa de transferencia promedio de 14,5 MByte/s para transferencias PCI usando DMA, y una tasa de error de bus igual a cero para 24 horas de operación sin interrupciones del equipo GSD-21.

En la actualidad, debido al aumento del parque automotor en Lima, los pavimentos se someten a más y mayores solicitaciones. Por lo cual es de gran importancia que los pavimentos presenten características mínimas como, ser resistente a las cargas durante su vida útil, proporcionarnos una circulación cómoda, eficiente y económica, tener un drenaje adecuado de tal forma que la transitabilidad sea permanente y segura, de tal modo que no afecte la durabilidad.
Sin embargo, existen diferentes factores que producen fallas en el pavimento antes de cumplir su tiempo de vida útil, tales como, defectos constructivos, volúmenes de transito no esperados, malos y/o nulos mantenimientos, cargas excesivas, etc. Por ello, la presente tesis aplicará la metodología del Índice de Condición de Pavimento (PCI) con el cual se permite calificar al pavimento en un rango de valores que van de 0 a 100, mediante una inspección visual del tipo de daños, identificándolos, cuantificándolos y evaluando su nivel de incidencia sobre el pavimento.

Erkrankungen der Herzkranzgefäße sind die häufigste Todesursache in den Industrieländern. Chirurgische und interventionelle Verfahren spielen eine wichtige Rolle in ihrer Behandlung. Die Anzahl perkutaner koronarer Interventionen (PCI) nimmt seit ihrer Einführung stetig zu. Bislang ist unklar, welchen Einfluss diese Entwicklung auf das Ergebnis einer späteren chirurgischen Revaskularisierung hat.
Für die vorliegende Arbeit wurden 815 Patienten untersucht, die sich im Jahr 2008 am Herzzentrum Leipzig einer koronaren Bypassoperation unterzogen. Davon wiesen 181 Patienten präoperativ eine oder mehrere PCI auf. Die retrospektiv erhobenen Daten wurden mithilfe von χ²-Test, t-Test und Mann-Whitney-U-Test ausgewertet. Die gewonnenen Follow-up Daten wurden mittels logistischer Regressionsanalyse, Cox-Regressionsanalyse und dem Kaplan-Meier-Überlebensmodell ausgewertet. Es wurde untersucht, inwieweit präoperativ durchgeführte PCIs das Ergebnis der chirurgischen Revaskularisierung beeinflussten.
Eine vorausgegangene PCI konnte nicht als negativer Prädiktor für die Krankenhausmortalität (OR 0,87; CI 0,24–3,13; p = 0,836) oder für das Auftreten von MACCE (OR 0,55; CI 0,26–1,19; p = 0,129) nachgewiesen werden. Das Risiko für MACCE im Follow-up erhöhte sich abhängig von der Anzahl der präoperativ stattgehabten PCIs (HR 1,07; CI 1,01–1,14; p = 0,017) und der Anzahl implantierter Stents (HR 1,14; CI 1,05–1,22; p = 0,001). Dies zeigte sich speziell bei der Verwendung von bare-metal stents (HR 1,18; CI 1,08–1,29; p ≤ 0,001). Die genannten Variablen konnten jedoch nicht als unabhängige Einflussgrößen bestätigt werden. Die Patienten der PCI-Gruppe litten im Langzeitverlauf signifikant häufiger an Dyspnoe (p = 0,023) und an pectanginösen Ruhebeschwerden (p = 0,009).

Hoy en día es posibleobtener compu_estos como fosfinas primarias, secundarias o terciarias, aminofosfinas, estanilfosfinas, bifosfinas, ciclotetrafosfinas, sales de fosfonio, óxidos de fosfinas secundarias o terciarias, haluros fosfonosos y fosfinosos, haluros de fosfonilo y fosfinilo, ácidos fosfónicos, difosfónicos o fosfínicos, fosfitos, tiofosfitos, tiofosfonitos, fosfatos y polihidroxifosfatos [1]. Si se tratara de hacer una lista de compuestos de fósforo, la extensión de la misma sería considerable.

Neste sentido, os esforços se baseiam em maximizar o fluxo de calor para determinar a configuração mais eficaz, quanto possível, para a distribuição gradiente dentro da PCI. O Método dos Elementos de Contorno (MEC) foi empregado para resolver a equação diferencial governante para problemas potenciais. O algoritmo genético (AG) foi utilizado como método de busca da solução ótima para determinar o caminho otimizado de transferência de calor, quando se considera inclusões retangulares rotacionáveis com baixa condução dentro da matriz. Alguns exemplos numéricos são estudados a fim de validar a metodologia apresentada.<br>This works presents a study regarding to the development of an optimization procedure in order to control the thermal heat flux of a printed circuit board for isotropic and anisotropic medium. In this sense, the efforts are based on maximizing the heat flux for determining the best configuration, as possible as, for the inside gradient distribution of the (PCB). The boundary element method (BEM) was employed for solving the governing differential equation for potential problems. The genetic algorithm (GA) was chosen as a search method of the optimal solution for determining the heat transfer optimized path, when rotational rectangular inclusions with low conductive are considered inside the matrix. Some numerical examples are studied in order to validate the proposed methodology.
