Abstract:
Abstract Accurate control parameters are the basis for analyzing the fault characteristics of PV, but due to technical confidentiality reasons, equipment manufacturers do not provide accurate parameters, so they need to be identified. This paper aims to solve the problem of poor accuracy of the integration coefficient identification of a current loop with low sensitivity by proposing a parameter identification method for a photovoltaic current loop based on parameter separation. By analyzing the current response of the fault and fault recovery stages, the scale coefficient kp and the integration coefficient ki are separated and identified separately. Finally, a simulation system was built on the PSCAD/EMTDC platform, and the validity of the method was verified by using the simulation data.

Abstract:
For biological systems one often cannot set up experiments to measure all of the state variables. If only a subset of the state variables can be measured, it is possible that some of the system parameters cannot influence the measured state variables or that they do so in combinations that do not define the parameters' effects separately. Such parameters are unidentifiable and are in theory unestimable. Given a model of the system, linear or nonlinear, and initial estimates of the values of all parameters, we exhibit a simple theory and describe a program for checking the local identifiability of the parameters at the initial estimates for given experiments on the model. The program, IDENT, is available from the authors.

 Pendidikan karakter merupakan upaya-upaya yang dirancang dan dilaksanakan secara sistematis untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai perilaku peserta didik yang berhubungan dengan Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, diri sendiri, sesama manusia, lingkungan, dan kebangsaan yang terwujud dalam pikiran, sikap, perasaan, perkataan, dan perbuatan berdasarkan norma-norma agama, hukum, tata krama, budaya, dan adat istiadat. Pendidikan Jasmani dan Olahraga (PENJASOR) pada hakikatnya adalah proses pendidikan yang memanfaatkan aktivitas fisik (gerak) untuk menghasilkan perubahan holistik dalam kualitas individu, baik dalam hal fisik, mental, serta emosional. Pendidikan jasmani memperlakukan anak sebagai sebuah kesatuan utuh, mahluk total, daripada hanya menganggapnya sebagai seseorang yang terpisah kualitas fisik dan mentalnya. Pembelajaran Penjasor merupakan media yang dipandang sangat tepat dan ampuh dalam pembentukan sistem nilai dan karakter. Abstract : This study aims to: 1) Generating a description of the graduates competence to prepare economics teacher at the International School (SBI) 2) Generating the substance of the study which relevant with the graduates competence. 3) Producing design curriculum appropriate to the needs of the economy to prepare prospective teachers in SBI. The study was designed for 2 years in the Research and Development, is based on a curriculum development manual competency-based curriculum development of higher education issued by the Directorate General of Higher Education (2008). Results of the study, among others, found that the description of the competence of Education study program consists of a) two core competences b) nine supporting competency and c) four other competencies. Core competencies consist of a) control of the structure, concepts, generalizations, theories, and scientific mindset within the scope of the global economy that consists of 18 sub-competences b) mastery of concepts, theories, and pedagogical principles consisting of 6 sub-competences. Supporting competence consists of 11 subcompetences and other competencies consist of 9 sub-competences. Main competence substance consists of 24 studies, supporting competency consists of 11 studies and other competencies substance consists of 9 substance of the study, so the total credits of students who have taken a number of 152 credits or 61 courses. 
 Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) Menghasilkan deskripsi kompetensi lulusan untuk menyiapkan guru ekonomi di Sekolah Bertaraf Internasional (SBI) 2) Menghasilkan substansi kajian yang relevan dengan kompetensi lulusan. 3) Menghasilkan desain kurikulum yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan untuk menyiapkan calon guru ekonomi di SBI. Penelitian dirancang untuk 2 tahun dengan menggunakan metode Research and Development, Pengembangan kurikulum ini dilakukan berdasarkan buku panduan pengembangan kurikulum berbasis kompetensi pendidikan tinggi yang diterbitkan oleh Direktorat Jendral Pendidikan Tinggi (2008). Hasil penelitian antara lain ditemukan bahwa deskripsi kompetensi Prodi Pendidikan terdiri dari a) dua kompetensi utama b) sembilan kompetensi pendukung dan c) empat kompetensi lainnya. Kompetensi utama terdiri dari a) penguasaan struktur, konsep, generalisasi, teori, dan pola pikir keilmuan ekonomi dalam lingkup global yang terdiri dari 18 subkompetensi b) penguasaan konsep, teori, dan prinsip pedagogik yang terdiri atas 6 subkompetensi. Kompetensi pendukung terdiri dari 11 subkompetensi dan kompetensi lainnya terdiri dari 9 subkompetensi. Kompetensi Utama terdiri dari 24 substansi kajian, kompetensi pendukung terdiri atas 11 substansi kajian dan kompetensi lainnya terdiri dari 9 substansi kajian, sehingga total SKS yang harus ditempuh mahasiswa sejumlah 152 SKS atau 61 mata kuliah.

Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode campuran yang dite-rapkan di UNJ. Abstract: This study aims to develop a learning model of Self-Care skills for mentally retarded early age children in North Sulawesi. The research was conducted in five exceptional schools in North Sulawesi which includes 10 teachers and 22 mentally retarded early age children. This study used a qualitative approach while methods of research include research and development (R&D) procedures. This Self-Building learning model were developed in four phases, which are (1) requirements analysis, (2) designing model based on the results of requirements analysis, (3) implementation of the learning model, and (4) assess the effectiveness of learning models in accordance with the teaching process. The evaluation process consist of expert matters validation, which are early age education and mentally retarded children experts, and making revision. Validation was implemented by the teachers of mentally retarded exceptional schools before making a revise, first field trials, second field trials and field tests. The trial results used to revise the product. This research resulted in RPP (Learning Implementation Plan) and a handbook for teachers. Conclusions from the study were: Implementation of the resulting learning model was effective to improve the mastery of skills to take off and put on shoes, socks, a shirt, t-shirt, short, skirt for the mentally retarded early age; The substance of the content and design flexibility of the structure of the model are included in the category of effective and the application of teaching learning model will be able to facilitate the teachers of mentally retarded exceptional School Learning Implementation Plan, carry outa learningand undertake an evaluation of learning.
 Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran keterampilan bina diri untuk keterbelakangan mandiri pada anak usia dini di Sulawesi Utara. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di sekolah luar biasa di Sulawesi Utara dengan melibatkan 10 orang guru dan 22 anak usia dini dengan keterbelakangan mental. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode Research and Development (RnD). Model pembelajaran dilakukan dalam empat asa, yaitu (1) analisis kebutuhan, (2) mendisain model pembelajaran berdasarkan hasil analisis kebutuhan, (3) menerapkan model pembelajaran, dan (4) menilai keefektifan model pembelajaran sesuai dengan proses mengajar. Proses evaluasi berisi validasi meteri oleh ahli, oleh pendidik anak usia dini dan ahli keterbelakangan mental pada anak, dan membuat revisi. Validasi diterapkan oleh guru keterbelakangan mental di sekolah luar biasa sebelum membuat perbaikan, uji coba lapangan pertama, uji coba lapangan kedua, dan uji lapangan. Uji tersebut digunakan untuk memperbaik produk. Penelitian ini menghasilkan RPP (Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran) dan handbook untuk guru. Kesimpulannya dari penelitian ini adalah: penerapan menghasilkan model pembelajaran yang efektif untuk menghasilkan keterampilan dalam melepaskan dan memakai sepatu, kaus kaki, baju, kaus, dan senda untuk anak keterbelakangan mental. Substansi dari isi dan fleksibilitas desain dari struktur model termasuk didalamnnya kategori efektivitas dan penerapan model pembelajaran dan pengajaran akan mampu memfasilitasi guru di sekolah luar biasa dalam menerapkan pembelajaran, melaksanakan pembelajaran dan melakukan evaluasi pembelajaran.

Abstract:
Abstract: This study aims to determine the influence of the media card to the students' pictures on subjects of Integrated Social Sciences (Economics). Methods of research using experimental research approach. The population in this study consists of 8 classes with the number of students as many as 304 students. Samples taken as many as 80 people by using a cluster sampling. Methods of data collection by using the tests and observations with a test data analysis techniques to find the average student test results and observation data analysis techniques using the t-test to test the hypothesis. The test results indicate a mean difference between experimental class with a grade of 8.35% of control. This means there is a picture card media influence the implementation of the increase in student learning outcomes. The results of analysis of observational data shows an increase of activity in learning. 
 Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media kartu gambar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial Terpadu (Ekonomi). Metode penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 8 kelas dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 304 orang siswa. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 80 orang dengan menggunakan cluster sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan tes dan observasi dengan teknik analisis data tes berupa mencari rata-rata hasil tes belajar siswa dan teknik analisis data observasi mengunakan uji-t untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil uji menunjukkan adanya perbedaan mean antara kelas eksperimen dengan kelas kontrol sebesar 8,35%. Hal ini berarti ada pengaruh penerapan media kartu gambar terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Hasil analisis data observasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keaktifan siswa dalam belajar.

Abstract: The objective of this Research are to discover the correlation of motor ability, potential academic, physical fitness and learning motivation of learning achievement. This research was conducted by path analysis design. 100 students of FIK UNM Makassar were selected of 200 students by using simpel random sampling. Research findings reveal that ten of research hypotheses were supported, i.e. (H.1) there was an effect of motor ability on learning motivation students; (H.2) there was an effect of potential academic on learning motivation students; (H.3) there was an effect of physical fitness on learning motivation students; (H.4) there was an effect of motor ability on learning achievement students; (H.5) there was an effect of potential academic on learning achievement students; (H.6) there was an effect of physical fitness on learning achievement students; (H.7) there was an effect of learning motivation on learning achievement students; (H.8) there was an effect of motor ability on learning achievement by learning motivation students; (H.9) there was an effect of potential academic on learning achievement by learning motivaton students; (H.10) there was an effect of physical fitness on learning achievement by learning motivation student. Unsupported hypotheses were; (H.5) there was not an effect of potential academic on learning achievement students, (H.9) there was not an effect of potential academic on learning achievement by learning motivation students. The conclusion of this Research is that the learning motivation and learning achievement can increased by improving of motor ability, potential academic and physical fitness
 Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan korelasi kemampuan motorik, potensi akademik, kebugaran fisik dan motivasi prestasi belajar. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan analisis jalur desain. 100 siswa dari FIK UNM Makassar dipilih dari 200 siswa dengan menggunakan simpel random sampling. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sepuluh hipotesis penelitian yang didukung, yaitu (H.1) ada pengaruh kemampuan motorik pada motivasi belajar siswa; (H.2) ada pengaruh dari potensi akademik terhadap motivasi belajar siswa; (H.3) ada pengaruh dari kebugaran fisik pada motivasi belajar siswa; (H.4) ada pengaruh kemampuan motorik terhadap prestasi belajar siswa; (H.5) ada pengaruh dari potensi akademik terhadap prestasi belajar siswa; (H.6) ada pengaruh dari kebugaran fisik terhadap prestasi belajar siswa; (H.7) ada pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa; (H.8) ada pengaruh kemampuan motorik terhadap prestasi belajar dengan motivasi belajar siswa; (H.9) ada pengaruh dari potensi akademik terhadap prestasi belajar siswa dengan motivasi belajar; (H.10) ada pengaruh efek kebugaran fisik terhadap prestasi belajar dengan motivasi belajar siswa. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa motivasi belajar dan prestasi belajar dapat meningkat dengan meningkatkan kemampuan motorik, potensi akademik dan kebugaran fisik.

Abstract: An analysis on psycholinguistics field has been conducted by the writer to find out the speech produced by the 5 years old ’native bilingual’ child namely Helga Claresta Raudina. Descriptive qualitative is used as the method of the research, the data required are obtained by interviewing the respondent. The lexical and grammatical types of speech produced by the respondent are analysed based on the psycholinguistics theories. This research is done to give valuable information and description of how the five years old child produces their languages. Abstrak: Analisis psikolinguistik telah dilakukan oleh penulis untuk mengetahui kemampuan berbicara bilingual anak 5 tahun, yaitu Helga Claresta Raudina. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh dengan mewawancarai responden. Jenis leksikal dan gramatikal berbicara dihasilkan oleh responden dianalisis berdasarkan teori psikolinguistik. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan informasi yang berharga dan deskripsi tentang bagaimana seorang anak berusia lima tahun memproduksi bahasa.

Abstract:
The three-parameter lognormal distribution is widely used in many areas of science. Some modifications have been proposed to improve the maximum likelihood estimator. In some cases, however, the modified maximum likelihood estimates do not exist or the procedure encounters multiple estimates. The purpose of this research is focused on estimating the threshold or location parameter , because when is known, then the other two estimated parameters are obtained from the first two MLE equations. In this research, a method for constructing confidence intervals, confidence limits, and point estimator for the threshold parameter is proposed. Monte-Carlo simulation, bisection method, and SAS/IML were used to accomplish this objective. The bias of the point estimator and mean square error (MSE) criteria were used throughout extensive simulation to evaluate the performance of the proposed method. The result shows that the proposed method can provide quite accurate estimates.

Abstract:
The Weibull distribution, an extreme value distribution, is frequently used to model survival, reliability, wind speed, and other data. One reason for this is its flexibility; it can mimic various distributions like the exponential or normal. The two-parameter Weibull has a shape (γ) and scale (β) parameter. Parameter estimation has been an ongoing search to find efficient, unbiased, and minimal variance estimators. Through data analysis and simulation studies, the following three methods of estimation will be discussed and compared: maximum likelihood estimation (MLE), method of moments estimation (MME), and median rank regression (MRR). The analysis of wind speed data from the TW Daniels Experimental Forest are used for this study to test the performance and flexibility of the Weibull distribution.

Abstract:
Identifying the parameters with the largest influence on the predicted outputs of a model revealswhich parameters need to be known more precisely to reduce the overall uncertainty on themodel output. A large improvement of such models would result when uncertainties in the keymodel parameters are reduced. To achieve this, new experiments could be very helpful,especially if the measurements are taken at the spatio-temporal locations that allow estimate the parameters in an optimal way. After evaluating the methodologies available for optimal sensor location, a few observations were drawn. The method based on the Gram determinant evolution can report results not according to what should be expected. This method is strongly dependent of the sensitivity coefficients behaviour. The approach based on the maximum angle between subspaces, in some cases, produced more that one optimal solution. It was observed that this method depends on the magnitude of outputs values and report the measurement positions where the outputs reached their extrema values. The D-optimal design method produces number and locations of the optimal measurements and it depends strongly of the sensitivity coefficients, but mostly of their behaviours. In general it was observed that the measurements should be taken at the locations where the extrema values (sensitivity coefficients, POD modes and/or outputs values) are reached. Further improvements can be obtained when a reduced model of the system is employed. This is computationally less expensive and the best estimation of the parameter is obtained, even with experimental data contaminated with noise. A new approach to calculate the time coefficients belonging to an empirical approximator based on the POD-modes derived from experimental data is introduced. Additionally, an artificial neural network can be used to calculate the derivatives but only for systems without complex nonlinear behaviour. The latter two approximations are very valuable and useful especially if the model of the system is unknown.

Abstract:
This paper is about automatizing parameter estimation of GARCH type conditional volatility models for the sake of using it in an automated risk monitoring system. Many challenges arise with this task such as guaranteeing convergence, being able to yield reasonable results regardless of the quality of the data, accuracy versus speed of the algorithm to name a few. These problems are investigated and a robust framework for an algorithm is proposed, containing dimension reducing and constraint relaxing parameter space transformations with robust initial values. The algorithm is implemented in java with two models, namely the GARCH and gjr-GARCH model. By using real market data, performance of the algorithm are tested with various in-sample and out-of-sample measures, including backtesting of the widely used risk measure Value-at-Risk. The empirical studies conclude that the more complex gjr-sGARCH model with the conditional student’s t distribution was found to yield the most accurate results. However for the purpose of this paper the GARCH orgjr-GARCH seems more appropriate.<br>Denna uppsats undersöker möjligheten att automatisera approximationen av GARCH parametrar, där syftet är att använda algoritmen till ett automatiserat riskhanteringssystem. Med detta uppstår flera utmaningar som att garantera konvergens, kunna erhålla rimliga resultat oavsett datakvalitet, avvägning mellan algoritmens snabbhet och precision för att nämna några. Uppsatsen undersöker dessa problem och föreslår ett robust ramverk för en algoritm som innehåller transformationer av parameterrymden. Där dessa transformationer reducerar dimensionen av problemet samt reducerar antalet randvillkor. Algoritmen är implementerad i java med två modeller, GARCH och gjr-GARCH. Vidare så är algoritmen testad genom att använda riktig marknadsdata, där olika metoder använts för att utvärdera algoritmen. Modellerna som används backtestas på historisk data och det empiriska resultatet av detta talar för att gjr-sGARCH modellen med student’s t fördelning levererar noggrannast resultat. Det är dock den mest komplexa modellen som används i denna uppsats och för denna uppsats ändamål anses GARCH eller gjr-GARCH modellerna mer passande.
