Dažniausiai literatūroje apžvelgiamos žarnyno mikrobiotos ir depresijos, autizmo, obsesinio kompulsinio sindromo, šizofrenijos sąsajos, stebimos bakterijų translokacijos, kurios koreliuoja su psichiatrinių sutrikimų simptomų atsiradimu ar jų sustiprėjimu.

Mes tyrėme, kaip pakinta stimulo spalvos suvokimas, kai stimulas matomas regimojo lauko centre ir kai periferijoje. Lygindami L-M ir S-(L+M) oponentinių sistemų, gaunančių signalus iš centrinės ir periferinės tinklainės dalies, aktyvumą, nustatėme, kad spalvų suvokimo pokyčiai atspindi L-M oponentinės sistemos aktyvumo silpnėjimą periferijoje. S kūgelių įtaka oponentinės sistemos aktyvumui kinta mažiau negu L-M kūgelių. Taigi, dviejų oponentinių sistemų santykinė įtaka spalvos suvokimui periferijoje ir centre pakinta. Straipsnyje tiriama, kokią reikšmę šiems pokyčiams turi tinklainėje ir smegenų žievėje vykstantys procesai. Pagrindiniai žodžiai: spalva, suvokimas, oponentinės ląstelės, centrinė ir periferinė tinklainė.The Perception of Chromatic Stimuli in the Peripheral Human RetinaDeclan J. McKeefry, Neil R. A. Parry, Ian J. Murray, Athanasios Panorgias SummaryWe have studied the changes that occur in human colour perception in the peripheral retina. By modelling the magnitude of activation produced in the L-M and S-(L+M) cone-opponent systems for matched para-foveal and peripheral chromatic stimuli, we have found that variations in perceived appearance are mirrored by a reduction in function of the L-M opponent system. The operation of the S-cone opponent system is affected to a much lesser degree, implying that there is a changing pattern of predominance between the two cone-opponent mechanisms in the peripheral retina. We will explore possible retinal and cortical bases for these changes.Key words: color, perception, opponent processes, central and peripheral retina.

Abstract:

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penentuan lokasi Tempat Pemrosesan Akhir (TPA) sampah di Kabupaten Klaten dengan mempertimbangkan beberapa kriteria yang relevan sehingga didapatkan lokasi yang sesuai dan optimal berdasarkan peraturan dan kebijakan pemerintah setempat. Peneliti menggunakan metode Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) dengan mempertimbangkan kriteria berdasarkan peraturan SNI 03-3241-1994 dalam pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini mendapatkan enam calon lokasi alternatif yaitu Desa Dukuh Kecamatan Bayat, Desa Pakisan Kecamatan Cawas, Desa Troketon Kecamatan Pedan, Desa Ngolodono Kecamatan Karangdowo, Desa Kenaiban Kecamatan Juwiring, dan Desa Gunting Kecamatan Wonosari. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, Desa Troketon Kecamatan Pedan menempati peringkat tertinggi sebagai lokasi TPA sampah di Kabupaten Klaten. Penelitian yang sama juga menemukan bahwa Desa Pakisan di Kecamatan Cawas merupakan alternatif lokasi yang menempati peringkat terbawah sebagai alternatif lokasi TPA sampah di Kabupaten Klaten.

W artykule zawarto informacje dotyczące dokumentów związanych z IV Pakietem Kolejowym, zmian w dyrektywach i rozporządzeniach oraz zagrożeń związanych z wdrożeniem pakietu. Niniejszy artykuł jest częścią opracowania zawierającego opis zmian, które wprowadzi pakiet. W pierwszej części artykułu został opisany czwarty pakiet kolejowy wraz z krótką charakterystyką założeń trzech poprzednich pakietów. W kolejnej części zostały opisane dokumenty powiązane z pakietem wraz ze zmianami wynikającymi z wdrożenia czwartego pakietu kolejowego. W ostatniej części artykułu zwrócono uwagę na zagrożenia, a także przedstawiono zasady dopuszczania do eksploatacji, zwyczajowo zwanego homologacją oraz certyfikacji.

Abstract:

Straipsnyje svarstoma apie laiko sampratas. Autorius pristato dvi skirtingas laiko sampratas. Pirmąją laiko sampratą išreiškia graikų žodis Chronos. Chronos yra tam tikras laikas, judėjimo trukmės matas. Chronos apibrėžia laiko atkarpą, susitikimo datą kalendoriuje, išreiškiamą valanda, diena, savaite, mėnesiu, metų laiku ir metų skaičiumi. Šioje laiko sampratoje laiko skaičiavimas remiasi įvykiais per laiką. Antroji laiko samprata yra išreikšta graikų kalbos žodžiu – Kairos. Žodis vartojamas apibūdinti lemiamą akimirksnį, susitikimų kalendoriuje nenumatytą momentą, kai įvyksta kažkas nauja, pakinta iš pagrindų. Straipsnyje taip pat apmąstomos ir savo laiko ir socialinio laiko sąvokos. Savas laikas yra mūsų asmeninis laikas. Socialinis laikas yra su kitais praleistas laikas.

Abstract:

The focus of the mentoring activities carried out by the team is to revive religious activities in the Pakisan Village mosque with the hope that there are other functions for the mosque besides just a place of worship. This program was carried out because we saw the condition of the mosque and prayer room in Pakisan Village, which apart from experiencing a decrease in the quantity of worshipers, also experienced a decrease in the intensity of other activities. The result of the implementation is that mosque-based POSDAYA brings several benefits such as strengthening religious activities and the emergence of public awareness that mosques are not just places of worship but can also carry out beneficial community activities. UMKM development and health improvement can also be carried out in the mosque environment to help economic growth and awareness of healthy lifestyles.

Guru-guru Sekolah Dasar (SD) sekolah mitra, yang tergabung dalam gugus VIII Kecamatan Kubutambahan Kabupaten Buleleng yang terdiri dari lima SD, yaitu: SD 1 Pakisan 1, SD 2 Kelandis, SD 3 Pakisan 3, SD 4 Pakisan 2 dan SD 5 Mengandang mengalami permasalahan dalam pembelajaran IPA berbasis eksperimen sesuai dengan tuntutan stándar proses dan kurikulum. Berdasarkan hasil refleksi dan kajian mendalam terhadap permasalahan dan akar permasalahan bersama dengan guru mitra dan kepala sekolah, maka disepakati pemecahan masalah berupa kegiatan pelatihan dengan tujuan: (1) mengembangkan media pembelajaran IPA berbasis eksperimen yang dilengkapi perangkat pembelajaran seperti Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS), pembuatan media pembelajan dan pedoman cara menggunakan media pembelajaran IPA SD yang dibuat, (2) meningkatkan keterampilan guru membuat media IPA berbasis eksperimen dan mengimplementasikannyadalam pembelajaran IPA. Target luaran pada kegiatan ini adalah: (1) Perangkat pendukung pembelajaran (RPP dan LKS) yang dilengkapi dengan media pembelajaran IPA SD berbasis eksperimen serta pedomannya untuk mendukung pembelajaran IPA SD, (3) Artikel pengembangan media pembelajaran IPA berbasis eksperimen.Untuk mencapai tujuan dan target tersebut, pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan. Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan keterampilan guru mitra dalam merancang dan membuat media pembelajaran IPA SD berbasis eksperimen. Kegiatan pendampingan dilakukan untuk membantu guru menyelesaikan produk yang menjadi target kegiatan ini dan dapat mengimplementasikannya di kelas. Kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan dilakukan secara bertahap dan terintegrasi.Produkutama dari kegiatan P2M ini adalah media pembelajaran IPA SD berupa LKS eksperimen sederhana berbasis pertanyaan. Hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan P2M ini menunjukkan bahwa P2M ini bermanfaat untuk menunjang proses pembelajaran IPA di SD.

Abstract:

Proposals are not a condition of marriage. However, the prevailing practice in the community shows that the proposal is a preliminary step that is almost certainly done in the community. It is customary in Pakisan village, that to carry out a marriage, the Bhekalan process is preceded. Bhekalan in Indonesian is the same as engagement. Bhekalan bond occurs after the man proposes to the woman either by himself or through an intermediary, and the proposal is accepted by the woman. The period between the receipt of the application and the holding of the marriage is called the Bhekalan period. Bhekalan bond not only changes the status between a man and a woman as a married couple (engaged), but also changes the views and attitudes of parents and society. Parents will make allowances for the association of abhekalan couples, which previously were very strict on the association of their children. They are given the freedom to go alone, together, stay at Bhekalnya's house, especially during Eid and other events. It became a normal thing for them. Seeing the condition of the Pakisan people who incidentally have sufficient religious knowledge, both formal education, madrasah diniyah or Islamic boarding schools, the author feels the need to raise this issue into a scientific work by looking at the association during the Bhekalan period in Pakisan village from the point of view of Islamic law and customary law, Of course, it cannot be separated from today's social context. Therefore, it must refer to the principle of the levels that occur in society (social stratification).

Straipsnis yra įvadinis šiame „Teisės“ numeryje publikuojamų straipsnių, parašytų vykdant tyrimą „Ekonominės krizės (recesijos) iššūkiai teisės viešpatavimui ir žmogaus teisėms“, atžvilgiu. Jame aptariamas 2008 m. Lietuvą užklupusios pasaulinės ekonominės krizės ir jos įveikimo priemonių poveikis Lietuvos teisinei sistemai. Keliama hipotezė, kad krizės ir jos įveikimo priemonių poveikis teisinei sistemai yra platesnis nei intervencija į pozityviąją teisę (tam tikras teisinio reguliavimo sritis), nes pakinta demokratinio režimo teisiniai standartai: teisinei sistemai nepajėgiant užtikrinti tam tikrų subjektinių teisių gynimo, susiklostę teisės viešpatavimo ir žmogaus teisių apsaugos standartai pažeminami. Išskiriami trys matmenys, pagal kuriuos turėtų būti plėtojamos atskiros tyrimo dalys, – įtampos laukai, kuriuose reiškiasi krizės veikiamos teisės ir kitų fenomenų priešstata: (i) teisė v. ekonominė tikrovė; (ii) teisė v. politika; (iii) teisė v. visuomenė.

Didalam tabung poros dibagian ujung depan dan ujung belakang dipasang bantalan poros, seal dan paking, hal ini bertujuan agar bekerjanya sistim pelumasan dan kekedapan poros baling-baling dapat bekerja dengan baik. Karena tabung poros digunakan sebagai media pelumasan dengan bahan pelumas yang berbeda, maka bahan bantalan, paking dan seal terbuat dari bahan yang berbeda sehinggamampu mendukung kinerja sistim pelumasan dan kekedapannya.Masing-masing komponen tersebut tidak dapat saling dipisahkan karena selalu erat berhubungan satu sama lain.

Straipsnyje analizuojama dieviškojo teisingumo samprata I. Kanto filosofijoje (veikale „Religija vien tik proto ribose“). Skiriamas absoliutaus dieviškojo teisingumo ir žmogiškojo teisingumo pasaulis. Kalbėdamas apie dieviškojo teisingumo apraiškas, kurias galima rasti žmoguje, I. Kantas kaip aiškiausią jo požymį nurodo kentėjimą, kuris yra žmogiško malonumo išgyvenimo priešybė ir dažniausiai suprantamas kaip bausmė. Dieviškąjį teisingumą I. Kantas supranta kaip baudžiamąjį. Jis aptinkamas žmogaus moralinės istorijos vyksme. Iš žmogaus istoriškumo perspektyvos dieviškasis teisingumas pasirodo kaip universalus žmogaus veiksmus vertinantis matas, kaip žmogiškąjį tobulėjimą moralumo link kreipiantis matas. Tik Dievo malone žmogus gali būti išteisintas prieš dieviškąjį teisingumą. Vienintelė išteisinimo sąlyga yra moralės nuostatos įgijimas, širdies nuostatos pasikeitimas. Pasaulis, įsigalėjus aukščiausiajam teisingumui, nesikeičia, pakinta tik nuostata kentėjimo atžvilgiu – jis nebetraktuojamas kaip bausmė. Pats išteisinimo faktas yra paslaptis žmogui, kaip ir jo išraiška – žmogaus moralumas, kyląs iš malonės. Keliamas klausimas, ar gali būti išteisintas politinis darinys.

Straipsnyje nagrinėjama laisvalaikio tipologizavimo problema. Straipsno pirmoji dalis buvo skirta aptarti statinei laisvalaikio būklei, o antroji dalis – dinaminei, kuri kelia daugiau metodologinio pobūdžio klausimų ir problemų. Tipologijos sudarymas pirmiausia susijęs su teorija, bet svarbus vaidmuo tenka ir empiriniams tyrimams. Teigiama, kad yra dviejų tipų pastovumai – dinaminis ir statinis; juos nustatyti būtina tam, kad esamomis vienodomis sąlygomis jie nekistų. Autorius siekia atskleisti, kokie veiksniai labiausiai sąlygoja skirtingą laisvalaikio leidimą ir nuo ko priklauso vienodas laisvalaikis. Išskiriami ir aptariami trijų tipų veiksnių kompleksai: išorinių, objektyvių veiksnių (gyvenamoji vieta, tradicijos); patiems individams bei jų grupėms būdingų objektyvių veiksnių (demografinės sąlygos, klasinė bei profesinė padėtis, darbo pobūdis ir kt.); subjektyvių veiksnių (vertybinės orientacijos, individualios psichinės savybės). Dėl elementarių priežasčių, susijusių su kartų kaita, socialinėmis gyvenimo sąlygomis, ekonominių priežasčių, darbo pobūdžio, vieni laisvalaikio leidimo tipai išnyksta, kiti atsiranda, todėl laisvalaikio leidimas per tam tikrą laiką pakinta, nors kartais ir visai nežymiai.

Abstract:

Most Minangkabau manuscripts are collections of traditional mosques called "Surau Tarekat" in West Sumatra. Some of them are always crowded with congregations for pilgrimage. One of them is Surau Simaung, Nagari Sijunjung, Sijunjung Regency, and West Sumatra. The development of ancient manuscripts in Surau Simaung's collection can be relevant to present and future life. The development of ancient manuscripts as a source of value is not meant to go backwards but rather to pick up existing ones to be pushed forward as a source of creative economic development. This manuscript, it is hoped that it will support the development of religious pilgrimage tourism in West Sumatra, which has not been appropriately managed and maximally until now. This program was designed to find and explore the potential of Minangkabau manuscripts which can be developed as a creative industry. Implementing community service was training for students studying at Surau Simaung called "Pakiah" to produce unique souvenirs from the manuscripts. Producing text editions of manuscripts containing biographies of Tarekat scholars and their teachings can revive the creative industry, especially the publishing sector and the engineering of Batik motif illumination. In conclusion, Pakiah has the skills in making Batik and screen printing with illuminated motifs of ancient manuscripts in the Surau Simaung collection and can promote them.

Abstract:

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem pengendalian internal dan efektivitas sistem pengendalian internal dengan proteksi banjar dinas dalam mencegah kredit macet pada BUMDes Karya Sari desa Pakisan. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pengendalian internal pada BUMDes Karya Sari cukup baik. Hal ini dilihat dari analisis kelima unsur sistem pengendalian internal dimulai dari lingkungan pengendalian, aktivitas pengendalian, penaksiran risiko, informasi dan komunikasi, dan pengawasan kinerja. Sedangkan efektivitas sistem pengendalian internal dengan proteksi banjar dinas dalam mencegah kredit macet cukup efektif dengan rata-rata persentase sebesar 86,83%.

Ion-acoustic solitary waves in a weakly relativistic warm plasma at the critical phase velocity are investigated using reductive perturbation theory. The basic set of fluid equations describing the system is reduced to a renormalized warmion modified Korteweg—de Vries (mKdV) equation for the first-order perturbed potential and a renormalized linear inhomogeneous equation for the second-order perturbed potential. The stationary solution of the coupled equations is obtained. The cold-plasma limit is considered in order to rule comparisons with work of Pakira et al.

W pracy przedstawiono wyniki symulacji strumieniowej transmisji obrazu ruchomego przez sieć DiffServ. Zaprezentowano także metodykę badania sekwencji wizyjnych wykorzystującą pakiet EvalVid oraz przedstawiono możliwość symulacji sieci z różnicowaniem jakości usług za pomocą symulatora sieciowego NS-2. Otrzymane wyniki pozwoliły obliczyć podstawowe parametry jakości obrazu ruchomego odebranego poprzez sieć, takie jak PSNR, MOS, straty, opóźnienie oraz fluktuację opóźnienia pakietów. Efekty końcowe badań pokazują, iż zastosowanie proponowanej koncepcji polegającej na ustawianiu priorytetu pakietów w sposób dynamiczny prowadzi do poprawy jakości przesyłanego obrazu w porównaniu z tradycyjnym podejściem statycznym.

Pengolahan citra digital dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai cara diantaranya adalah representasi dan pemodelan citra, peningkatan kualitas citra, restorasi citra, analisis citra, rekonstruksi citra dan kompresi citra. Metode Euclidean distance yaitu metode klasifikasi tetangga terdekatnya dengan menghitung jarak antara dua buah objek, perbandingan ini dapat dilakukan dengan cara menghitung jarak Euclidean (Euclidean distance). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisa deskriptif, dengan mengumpulkan sampel daun gulma sebanyak 400 daun gulma, yang terdiri dari 100 sampel daun gulma berdaun lebar, 100 sampel daun gulma berdaun sempit, 100 sampel daun gulma teki-tekian, 100 sampel daun gulma pakis-pakisan yang diolah menggunakan software image-j. Bentuk dan struktur ciri daun dari masing-masing jenis gulma memiliki struktur ciri daun yang berbeda-beda.

An antibacterial agent (ZPU) was prepared by surface modification of nanoZnO with aliphatic aqueous polyurethane (WPU) and polyacrylates sodium of lower molecular weight (LPAA). Then two kinds of cotton fabrics were dipped in ZPU and finally finished by paking-baking process. ZPU and the finished cotton fabrics were characterized by SEM, TEM and DLS. The antimicrobial properties of the cotton fabrics were investigated. The results indicated that ZnO retained nanosize with little aggregation on the fabric surface. The finished cotton fabrics showed obviously antibacterial activity againstS. aureusandE. coliwith the 24 h antibacterial rate of 99%.

W opracowaniu przeprowadzono analizę zasobów czynników wytwórczych i wyników ekonomicznych gospodarstw rolnych realizujących program rolnośrodowiskowy w regionie południowo-wschodniej Polski. Z badań wynika, że gospodarstwa realizujące program rolnośrodowiskowy dysponowały znacznie większymi zasobami ziemi rolniczej niż typowe w tym regionie gospodarstwa rolne, a ponadto charakteryzowały się relatywnie dużą siłą ekonomiczną, mierzoną wielkością ESU. Ponadto gospodarstwa te są dość mocno zróżnicowane w zależności od rodzaju realizowanego pakietu rolnośrodowiskowego. Najsilniejsze związki z rynkiem miały gospodarstwa realizujące pakiet z zakresu ochrony gleb i wód, najsłabsze zaś gospodarstwa z ekstensywną uprawą łąk i pastwisk.
