Mes tyrėme, kaip pakinta stimulo spalvos suvokimas, kai stimulas matomas regimojo lauko centre ir kai periferijoje. Lygindami L-M ir S-(L+M) oponentinių sistemų, gaunančių signalus iš centrinės ir periferinės tinklainės dalies, aktyvumą, nustatėme, kad spalvų suvokimo pokyčiai atspindi L-M oponentinės sistemos aktyvumo silpnėjimą periferijoje. S kūgelių įtaka oponentinės sistemos aktyvumui kinta mažiau negu L-M kūgelių. Taigi, dviejų oponentinių sistemų santykinė įtaka spalvos suvokimui periferijoje ir centre pakinta. Straipsnyje tiriama, kokią reikšmę šiems pokyčiams turi tinklainėje ir smegenų žievėje vykstantys procesai. Parry, Ian J. Murray, Athanasios Panorgias SummaryWe have studied the changes that occur in human colour perception in the peripheral retina. By modelling the magnitude of activation produced in the L-M and S-(L+M) cone-opponent systems for matched para-foveal and peripheral chromatic stimuli, we have found that variations in perceived appearance are mirrored by a reduction in function of the L-M opponent system. The operation of the S-cone opponent system is affected to a much lesser degree, implying that there is a changing pattern of predominance between the two cone-opponent mechanisms in the peripheral retina. We will explore possible retinal and cortical bases for these changes.Key words: color, perception, opponent processes, central and peripheral retina.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penentuan lokasi Tempat Pemrosesan Akhir (TPA) sampah di Kabupaten Klaten dengan mempertimbangkan beberapa kriteria yang relevan sehingga didapatkan lokasi yang sesuai dan optimal berdasarkan peraturan dan kebijakan pemerintah setempat. Peneliti menggunakan metode Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) dengan mempertimbangkan kriteria berdasarkan peraturan SNI 03-3241-1994 dalam pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini mendapatkan enam calon lokasi alternatif yaitu Desa Dukuh Kecamatan Bayat, Desa Pakisan Kecamatan Cawas, Desa Troketon Kecamatan Pedan, Desa Ngolodono Kecamatan Karangdowo, Desa Kenaiban Kecamatan Juwiring, dan Desa Gunting Kecamatan Wonosari. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, Desa Troketon Kecamatan Pedan menempati peringkat tertinggi sebagai lokasi TPA sampah di Kabupaten Klaten. Penelitian yang sama juga menemukan bahwa Desa Pakisan di Kecamatan Cawas merupakan alternatif lokasi yang menempati peringkat terbawah sebagai alternatif lokasi TPA sampah di Kabupaten Klaten.

W artykule zawarto informacje dotyczące dokumentów związanych z IV Pakietem Kolejowym, zmian w dyrektywach i rozporządzeniach oraz zagrożeń związanych z wdrożeniem pakietu. Niniejszy artykuł jest częścią opracowania zawierającego opis zmian, które wprowadzi pakiet. W pierwszej części artykułu został opisany czwarty pakiet kolejowy wraz z krótką charakterystyką założeń trzech poprzednich pakietów. W kolejnej części zostały opisane dokumenty powiązane z pakietem wraz ze zmianami wynikającymi z wdrożenia czwartego pakietu kolejowego. W ostatniej części artykułu zwrócono uwagę na zagrożenia, a także przedstawiono zasady dopuszczania do eksploatacji, zwyczajowo zwanego homologacją oraz certyfikacji.

Abstract:
Straipsnyje svarstoma apie laiko sampratas. Autorius pristato dvi skirtingas laiko sampratas. Pirmąją laiko sampratą išreiškia graikų žodis Chronos. Chronos yra tam tikras laikas, judėjimo trukmės matas. Chronos apibrėžia laiko atkarpą, susitikimo datą kalendoriuje, išreiškiamą valanda, diena, savaite, mėnesiu, metų laiku ir metų skaičiumi. Šioje laiko sampratoje laiko skaičiavimas remiasi įvykiais per laiką. Antroji laiko samprata yra išreikšta graikų kalbos žodžiu – Kairos. Žodis vartojamas apibūdinti lemiamą akimirksnį, susitikimų kalendoriuje nenumatytą momentą, kai įvyksta kažkas nauja, pakinta iš pagrindų. Straipsnyje taip pat apmąstomos ir savo laiko ir socialinio laiko sąvokos. Savas laikas yra mūsų asmeninis laikas. Socialinis laikas yra su kitais praleistas laikas.

Abstract:
The focus of the mentoring activities carried out by the team is to revive religious activities in the Pakisan Village mosque with the hope that there are other functions for the mosque besides just a place of worship. This program was carried out because we saw the condition of the mosque and prayer room in Pakisan Village, which apart from experiencing a decrease in the quantity of worshipers, also experienced a decrease in the intensity of other activities. The result of the implementation is that mosque-based POSDAYA brings several benefits such as strengthening religious activities and the emergence of public awareness that mosques are not just places of worship but can also carry out beneficial community activities. UMKM development and health improvement can also be carried out in the mosque environment to help economic growth and awareness of healthy lifestyles.

Abstract:
Celem niniejszej pracy jest zbadanie możliwości efektywnego modelowania procesów transportu w złożonych systemach z zakresu dynamiki płynów za pomocą metody siatkowej Boltzmanna (LBM). Złożoność systemu została potraktowana wieloaspektowo i konkretne układy, które poddano analizie pokrywały szeroki zakres zagadnień fizycznych, m.in. przepływy wielofazowe, hemodynamikę oraz turbulencje. We wszystkich przypadkach szczególna uwaga została zwrócona na aspekty numeryczne — dokładność używanych modeli, jak również szybkość z jaką pozwalają one uzyskać zadowalające rozwiązanie. W ramach pracy rozwinięty został pakiet oprogramowania Sailfish, będący otwarta implementacja metody siatkowej Boltzmanna na procesory kart graficznych (GPU). Po analizie szybkości jego działania, walidacji oraz omówieniu założeń projektowych, pakiet ten został użyty do symulacji trzech typów przepływów. Pierwszym z nich były przepływy typu Brethertona/Taylora w dwu- i trójwymiarowych geometriach, do symulacji których zastosowano model energii swobodnej. Analiza otrzymanych wyników pokazała dobra zgodność z danymi dostępnymi w literaturze, zarówno eksperymentalnymi, jak i otrzymanymi za pomocą innych metod numerycznych. Drugim badanym problemem były przepływy krwi w realistycznych geometriach tętnic dostarczających krew do ludzkiego mózgu. Wyniki symulacji zostały dokładnie porównane z rozwiązaniem otrzymanym metoda objętości skończonych z wykorzystaniem pakietu OpenFOAM, przyspieszonego komercyjna biblioteka pozwalająca na wykonywanie obliczeń na GPU. Otrzymano dobra zgodność między badanymi metodami oraz pokazano, że metoda siatkowa Boltzmanna pozwala na wykonywanie symulacji do ok. 20 razy szybciej. Trzecim przeanalizowanym zagadnieniem były turbulentne przepływy w prostych geometriach. Po zwalidowaniu wszystkich zaimplementowanych modeli relaksacji na przypadku wiru Kidy, zbadano przepływy w pustym kanale oraz w obecności przeszkód. Do symulacji wykorzystano zarówno siatki zapewniające pełną rozdzielczość aż do skal Kolmogorova, jak i siatki o mniejszej rozdzielczości. Również w tym kontekście pokazano dobrą zgodność wyników otrzymanych metodą siatkową Boltzmanna z wynikami innych symulacji oraz badaniami eksperymentalnymi. Pokazano również, że implementacja LBM w pakiecie Sailfish zapewnia większą stabilność obliczeń niż ta opisana w literaturze dla tych samych przepływów i modeli relaksacji.

The object of the research in this thesis was semiconductor industry downstream process ~ IC Packing industry. Taiwan’s IC Packing capacity has been on the top of worldwide, production technical ability also developed continuously caused by new entrants. New entrants not only bring cluster effects of capacity but also bring more pressure of competition between the IC Packing domain. But in this domain, companies seem to be similar to each other through imitation. When companies become alike it also mean that profit become more lean than before, that will impact seriously on Taiwan’s IC Packing industry whose main capacity are used for no brand consignment. In this thesis, it trying to study objectively of competitive advantages and strategies with some aspects from domain industry, customers, competitor and the objected company in this study. Through the thesis with systematic and mathematical process, studied by documents, questionnaire and inquire of the person in charge to get a simplified mathematics model ~ Innovation Matrix, it can use for getting an objective and comparable strategy analysis. Besides that, in order to study forwards about the Innovation Matrix, this research identified the dynamic of causal relationship by “System Thinking” about cause-effect-feedback of variances in the Innovation Matrix. Finally, to make this mathematics model ~ Innovation Matrix to become a dynamic model ~ “The dynamics of competitive strategy analysis model”. “S Company” was the object in this research, trying to find out the interaction of “S company” and its inner operation process even its hidden structure, in order to create a dynamic of causal relationship model. It’s looking at “S Company” from a systematic thinking to instead of linear thinking at event. Finally, to prove this “The dynamics of competitive strategy analysis model” with actual performance figures between “S Company” and its competitor, then submitted the leverage solution of “S Company”.

The European Semester procedure currently plays an important role in monitoring these initiatives, as it allows Member States to discuss their policies, exchange best practices and agree on joint actions for the future to tackle the effects of COVID-19. This study aims to present the recommendations for Poland that were formulated as part of the 2020 spring European semester.

Abstract:
Akustinės žaliuzės yra skirtos įrenginių, kuriems reikalingas vėdinimas bei oro įtraukimas-išmetimas, triukšmui slopinti. Iš įrenginių išeinantis oro srautas pereina per konstrukcijos plokštes, kurios sugeria iš įrenginių sklindantį triukšmą. Tačiau konstrukcijos plokštės pratekančiam orui sukelia aerodinaminį pasipriešinimą, dėl kurio gali atsirasti neigiamas efektas: susidaro per dideli slėgiai, oras negali laisvai judėti ir tai trukdo įrenginių veikimui. Todėl norint išspręsti šį uždavinį, buvo pasitelkta modeliavimo programa SimScale, kuria, naudojant tarptautinį kodą CFD, skirtą fluidų dinamikos modeliavimui, buvo sumodeliuotas aerodinaminis konstrukcijos pasipriešinimas, plokštes pakreipiant skirtingais kampais. Modeliavimo metu buvo nustatyta, kuriose vietose susidaro didžiausi slėgiai, taip pat kur atsiranda turbulentinis oro judėjimas. Modeliavimo metu buvo nustatyta, jog didinant konstrukcijos plokščių pasvirimo kampą, slėgis prie konstrukcijos padidėja nuo 45 Pa iki 9 kPa, oro greitis, praėjęs pro konstrukciją, pakinta nuo 13 m/s iki 70 m/s.

Abstract:
Hatch cover jenis hidraulik (hydraulic type hatch cover) terdiri dari beberapa panel yang terbuat dari bahan pelat baja yang terpasang melintang diatas lubang palka. Hatch cover jenis ini memiliki paking diantara panel ataupun terhadap ambang palka kapal. Jenis ini untuk membuka dan menutupnya dilakukan secara mekanis dan hidraulik, pada panel ujung palka memiliki lengan yang terhubung dengan sistem hidraulik. Panel ujung akan terbuka dan menarik panel didepannya. Setiap palka memiliki empat panel yang terbagi dua, bagian depan dan belakang. Sehingga pada saat terbuka panel akan tegak terlipat diujung palka. Disini penulis mencoba untuk mengangkat permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan pengangkutan muatan di MV. Wooyang Victory pada saat melakukan proses bongkar ataupun muat di pelabuhan. Kendala-kendala atau permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan bongkar muat yang menyangkut dengan hatch cover tipe hidraulik yaitu sering pecahnya pipa hidraulik pada saat awak kapal membuka hatch cover yang mengakibatkan tidak berputarnya roda hatch cover, tidak terlaksananya perawatan sesuai dengan planned maintenance system dan juga tidak terangkatnya piston hydraulic jack pada roda hatch cover sehingga terjadi keterlambatan dalam proses bongkar muat. Dikarenakan tidak terlaksananya perawatan Jika pipa hidraulik pecah dan piston hydraulic jack tidak terangkat pada saat proses bongkar muat, maka hatch cover tidak berfungsi. Palka tidak bisa ditutup ataupun dibuka.
