Abstract:
The satire style was chosen to express satire and criticism explicitly. In the style of communicating on social media, satire is also used in making memes. The problem with this research is how is satire language in meme culture on social media? The focus of this research is to reveal how political satire is discussed in memes on social media. The purpose of this study is to examine more deeply how the satire discourse is contained in pictorial texts or purely texts in social media memes. This research is interesting because the satire humor style contained in memes becomes an effective, absurd political, economic, educational, cultural, and other response that is able to shift, eliminate, then reverse and bring up new discourses. This study uses a critical discourse analysis by Norman Fairclough which has an identification that the discourse can be a series of verbal and written words or a series of speech acts. With this knife of analysis, it was found that satire in memes on social media is used in the form of satire and criticism of things that are being viral and how these issues affect social media to the real world. Memes are not seen as silent, passive, and finished texts as they are produced. Memes, on the other hand, are dynamic and moving strategies, through comedy-satire.

Robert Entmant's framing scheme isused to describe the reality of reporting on government policies related to handling of Covid-19 inonline media. The data collection techniques is through observation, documentation, and literaturestudy. The research process is carried out by interpreting the stage of defining the problem, estimating problems, making moral decisions and emphasizing the solution. As a result, the newsframing of the handling of Covid-19 was built in line with the policies conveyed by the government inthe mass media. Public communication carried out by the government can determine the direction ofthe news narrative in the media. The policies taken by the government always have a political, economic, and health narrative. These three things become a narrative that can not be separated inthe news. The media often criticize government policies which are often inappropriate anduncoordinated so they are fed up with those informations sooner. The media should be able to givehope to the public to be optimistic and enthusiastic in dealing with the pandemic situation. Keywords: Covid-19, Coronavirus, Media, Framing

Abstract:
The financial crisis has not changed the economic structure of capitalism and critics of capitalism have increasingly turned to Marx for solutions. It is argued here that Hegel provides a better theoretical framework than Marx when it comes to understanding current alternatives. Hegel envisioned a society that transcends its capitalistic basis and reactivates communal energies. Thus Hegel can be considered to restore the Platonic ideal of koinonía which refers to the idea of a society organised around the needs of communities rather than individuals. The term has been used in the analysis of early Christianity and has been taken up by the Catholic Church; it is useful now because it has both a deeply metaphysical sense and a political and social reference which gives rise to ideas of right and justice. With this in mind, alternatives to capitalism are discussed which are based on the concept of ‘the collaborative commons’. Three recent examples are considered which underpin current activist movements: the peer-to-peer movement of Michel Bauwens, the convivialist movement of Alain Caillé and the common-good movement of Christian Felber. For Hegel and for the modern collaborative commons a community-based society marks the end of capitalism.O FIM DO CAPITALISMO E O RETORNO DA KOINONIAResumoA crise financeira não mudou a estrutura econômica do capitalismo e críticos do capitalismo têm cada vez mais se voltado para Marx buscando soluções.

However, only the security sector of order has a significant effect, while the other four sectors have no significant effect. This result differs from previously conclusions, where their overall conclusion of the government development spending sector has a significant effect, the effect being positive. Abstract:
Besakih is one of the biggest Hindu temple in Bali and the temple of Sukuh and Cetho are the Hindu temple that still existing in Central Java. These temples have their similarity and differences in the context of how to develop the sustainable tourist development in Indonesia. However, there are not many experts who understand about the cultural relation between the temple of Besakih in Bali, Sukuh and Cetho in Central Java. This becomes important since the indigenization process that took place in the past of history in the two islands are significant to be understood in terms of social cultural, economic and political development in which their influences can be seen at the modern and postmodern Balinese culture. The development of Balinese temple of Besakih can be considered in the 11th century, while for Sukuh and Cetho temple after the fall of Majapahit kingdom in the 15th century. Therefore, it can be said that Hindu did not only develop in Bali, but also in Central Java, in which the development of Hindu for the beginning already took place indeed in the 7th to 8th in the context of Hindu Mataram namely in the era of king Sanjaya. The main questions that are need to be addressed in this paper are how was the process of the end of Majapahit culture that caused the cultural indigenization in the central Java such as shown in the temple of Sukuh and Cetho? Secondly, in which cultural context that occurred since the Javanese kingdoms did not influence the strength of the Hindu culture in the later period? Thirdly, how can it be compared the similarity and the difference between the indigenization in Bali and in Central Java?and lastly how the Balinese and the Javanese interprete their own culture in terms of local wisdom? By addressing these questions, it is expected to have a better understanding on how both communities can strengthen their own culture in the context of their prosperity.

Abstract:
The bargaining power of children has long been neglected in the literature since children have been considered as public or private goods for their parents. Given that they do not enter households by choice and generally bring little to household resources, children could be the most vulnerable to intrahousehold inequality although they may benefit from parental altruism. Recent collective household consumption models help recover the sharing rules of children using observation of some exclusive, privately-assigned expenditure and distribution factors. The sharing rules of children can then be used to analyze their monetary poverty. As well-being is multidimensional, it is also imperative to look at deprivations in other dimensions including health, nutrition, education and living standards. From a policy perspective as well, the role of social protection in affecting children's decisions and well-being is worth researching since understanding the responses to a program in terms of those outcomes provides com
