Abstract:
Archaeological research in the historic center of Tara in 2021 was concentrated in the southeastern part of the fortress, near one of the first churches of the city—Paraskeva Pyatnitskaya (Pyatnitskaya). It was the fourteenth season of excavations of the joint expedition of IAET SB RAS and National Research Tomsk State University in one of the first Russian cities in Western Siberia. Due to the overhaul of the district cultural center “Sever”, builders had to install fire tanks in an area of 100 m2 at a depth of five meters, so here, a layer of asphalt and gravel underlying it was opened and an excavation was laid. During the construction of the Cultural Centre, layers of the 19th-20th centuries were removed, so the study of cultural horizons began immediately in the middle of the 18th century from well-dated finds of the Chinese porcelain. We attributed the territory under study to the fortress based on the location of pavements recorded during the research, which were laid from Pyatnitskaya Church to the gate Tobolskaya and Spasskaya Towers, bypassing the fortress from the south. In the course of work, a construction horizon was discovered dated to the mid-17th century, being an intersection of the pavement from the entrance ostrog gates located in different parts of the town and the pavement from Pyatnitskaya Church to a complex of buildings of the Spassky Monastery. A housing complex consisting of a hut, household buildings and a glacier cellar with an overstructure, was directly adjacent to these roads. Its study yielded a collection of pottery, leather shoes, wooden and ceramic toys. Archaeological research of Tara conducted this year allowed us to significantly supplement the town’s planigraphy for the mid-17th century, to obtain the materials that supplement our ideas about the material and spiritual culture of the Tara residents in the late 16th-18th centuries.

Abstract:
Temporo-mandibular joint disorders represent an issue of particular importance for the health and proper functioning of the dentomaxillary systhem. Research conducted in this paper aims to analyse biomechanics and temporomandibular joint among patients who, one the one side have implants placed over a history of joint disease, emphasising developments along post-interventio. On the oder side, patients without a history of joint pathology were recieving implant prosthesis. The study includes a total of 138 subjects (N=138), age between 18 and 64 years, with lateral edentulous that have been applied to dental implants and made overdenture. All patients are clinically healthy. The research methods comprise systematic observation and clinical trial, applied to two groups: one of study and one of control. Biomechanical principles can not guarantee the avoidance in the case of biopathological response to overload (respectively outer-implant bone resorption). These will not lead to the prognostic for all types of prosthetic overstructures with implant support, because the individual variations of bone resistance can not be apropriatly measured. The present paper is an applied research which is designed to solve short term problems, in order to contribute to the development of an interdisciplinary scientific field.

Abstract:
Metal oxide nanoparticles (NPs) are regarded as good candidates for many technological applications, where their functional environment is often an aqueous solution. The correct description of metal oxide electronic structure is still a challenge for local and semilocal density functionals, whereas hybrid functional methods provide an improved description, and local atomic function-based codes such as CRYSTAL17 outperform plane wave codes when it comes to hybrid functional calculations. However, the computational cost of hybrids are still prohibitive for systems of real sizes, in a real environment. Therefore, we here present and critically assess the accuracy of our electrostatic embedding quantum mechanical/molecular mechanical (QM/MM) coupling between CRYSTAL17 and AMBER16, and demonstrate some of its capabilities via the case study of TiO2 NPs in water. First, we produced new Lennard–Jones (LJ) parameters that improve the accuracy of water–water interactions in the B3LYP/TIP3P coupling. We found that optimizing LJ parameters based on water tri- to deca-mer clusters provides a less overstructured QM/MM liquid water description than when fitting LJ parameters only based on the water dimer. Then, we applied our QM/MM coupling methodology to describe the interaction of a 1 nm wide multilayer of water surrounding a spherical TiO2 nanoparticle (NP). Optimizing the QM/MM water–water parameters was found to have little to no effect on the local NP properties, which provide insights into the range of influence that can be attributed to the LJ term in the QM/MM coupling. The effect of adding additional water in an MM fashion on the geometry optimized nanoparticle structure is small, but more evident effects are seen in its electronic properties. We also show that there is good transferability of existing QM/MM LJ parameters for organic molecules–water interactions to our QM/MM implementation, even though these parameters were obtained with a different QM code and QM/MM implementation, but with the same functional.

Abstract:
Дипломний проєкт містить 72 сторінок, 39 рисунків, 3 таблиці, 3 аркуша графічної частини. Метою даного проєкту є розробка системи автоматичного керування положенням робочого органу машини лазерного різання. Розроблена система спроєктована згідно вимог до проєкту. Під час виконання роботи було розраховано та визначено параметри двигуна постійного струму. Обрано систему керування двигуном. Проведено ряд досліджень за допомогою побудованої моделі в середовищі MatLab/Simulink. Спроєкктована система може бути використана на високотехнологічних заводах де відбувається різання або ж обробка різних матеріалів наприклад металу. За допомогою даного верстату можна заощадити велику кількість людських годин, коштів та часу, адже робота станка майже повністю автоматична, а відсоток браку мінімальний. Графічна частина включає в себе: схематичне зображення установки, схему електричну принципову, графіки перехідних процесів системи при дослідженнях в різних режимах роботи.
The diploma project contains 72 pages, 39 figures, 3 tables, 3 sheets of graphic part. The purpose of this project is to develop a system for automatic control of the position of the working body of the laser cutting machine. The developed system is designed according to the requirements of the project. During the work, the parameters of the DC motor were calculated and determined. Engine control system selected. A number of studies were conducted using the built model in the MatLab / Simulink environment. The designed system can be used in high-tech factories where cutting or processing of various materials such as metal. With this machine you can save a lot of human hours, money and time, because the machine is almost completely automatic, and the percentage of waste is minimal. The graphic part includes: a schematic representation of the installation, the electrical circuit diagram, graphs of the transients of the system during research in different modes of operation.

Abstract:
This chapter focuses on the Swiss model of oncology communication skills training (CST), which was initiated in 1998 and has been declared mandatory in 2005 for physicians specializing in medical oncology. It first discusses the development and implementation of this CST, its setting, and the specific objectives of the training—illustrated by examples from interviews videotaped during a CST session. Particular attention is then paid to trainers’ observations of communication difficulties of participants (e.g. under- or overstructured interviews, information not adapted to the patient’s needs) and to the specific features of the Swiss CST, namely: interdisciplinary training (working with physicians and nurses); individual insight-oriented supervision; and mandatory training. The final section of the chapter is devoted to the different scientific projects investigating the Swiss CST (e.g. communication and psychodynamic aspects of the training (clinicians’ defence mechanisms), impact of the training on working alliance, and linguistic strategies).

Abstract:
Gas turbine engines have been widely applied to pipeline systems to drive pumping equipment (gas compressors, oil pumps, etc) and electric generators. Thus, there are over 4000 units involved into the gas industry operation in Russia. Nearly 90% of machines of around 60 models are running as gas pumping units. E.g. eight types of gas turbine engines of power ranging 1 500 to 4 300 KW are operated at the electric stations to supply electric power for gas pipeline’s own needs (ONS). The bulk (over 30%) of the standard units were designed during the 60s of the past century and, therefore, their efficiency is rather low (23–28%) with the running time mounting to 60 000–80 000 hours. A good number of the existing units do not meet the international norms in terms of admissible toxic emissions (NOx, CO, etc). At the same time, the state of the basic hardware (casing, rotors, bearings, combustors, heat exchangers, etc) is, in fact, not bad, i.e. all these devices and systems could operate for, at least, 100 thousand hours more. This is an industrially well matured and thoroughly mastered, reparable and relatively inexpensive equipment. Therefore, it is of a real practical interest to implement an upgrade of the “old” machines which would allow provision of both using the existing hardware under standard operating conditions and their efficiency increasing (by 6–10% abs) and the NOx emissions reduction (up to 12.5–37.5 ppm) and CO emissions (up to 50 ppm). The like upgrade could be put into effect on the basis of integration of the existing turbomachines of gas pumping units or ONS and the ceramic overstructure — a high pressure unit. The Research–Engineering “Ceramic Heat Engines” Center (NIZ KTD) jointly with the JSC “Proletarsky Works” (St. Petersburg) has developed an ONS gas turbine drive on the base of the 1.5 MW gas turbine engine with a high temperature ceramic overstructure made as a high pressure turbocompressor with a lox-toxic combustor installed between its compressor and turbine. As a result of such modification, a pilot GTE was produced with the initial gas temperature of 1050°C instead of 827°C but of the same power and with the efficiency of 28% instead of 22%, the NOx emissions being 12.5 ppm instead of 50 ppm. The main design modifications of the base-line engine first and foremost were linked with the standard compressor (4 last stages are envisaged to be removed) and the combustor. The independent high pressure unit, at the same time, must be designed and manufactured anew. Given an effective small-size ceramic airheater is applied, you can increase its initial gas temperature (up to 1350°C with the GTE efficiency increased up to 42–47%.
