Abstract:
But: Le but est d'analyser les résultats de la chirurgie colo-rectale laparoscopique appliquée aux cancers en terme de faisabilité avec une sécurité suffisante et en terme de survie. Méthode: De mars 1993 à décembre 2000, 103 patients porteurs d'un cancer colo-rectal ont été opérés par laparoscopie. Leurs données ont été relevées prospectivement sur une banque de donnée. Résultats: Quarante-deux femmes et 61 hommes d'un âge moyen de 66.7 ans ont été opérés. Il s'agissait de 9 hémicolectomies droite, 6 hémicolectomies gauche, 35 sigmoïdectomies, 41 résections antérieures basses et 12 amputations abdomino-périnéales. Le taux de conversion était de 14.5%. Des complications postopératoires sont survenues chez 21 patients (20.3%) et ont diminuées avec l'expérience. La mortalité du premier mois était de 0.9%. Tous les cancers (31% stade UICC I, 28% stade II , 37% stade III et 3% stade IV) ont été réséqués en tissu sain avec 19.8 ganglions lymphatiques en moyenne par pièce opératoire. 53.3% des patients sont réalimentés à partir du 2ème jour postopératoire et ils ont quittés l'hôpital en moyenne 12.6 jours après l'intervention. Trois métastases des orifices de trocart, 4 récidives locales et 10 métastases à distance sont survenues après un suivi moyen de 34.5 mois (12-92). Conclusion: La chirurgie laparoscopique du cancer colo-rectal permet une résection oncologique adéquate avec une morbidité acceptable et une mortalité faible. Pour démontrer que le taux de récidive et la survie sont équivalents à ceux de la chirurgie ouverte, des études prospectives randomisées sont encore nécessaires.

Abstract:
Mobile banking applications have been actively used in the financial sector for several years. Such applications significantly facilitate the use of banking services for their users. At the time of active digitalisation, the financial sector also needed reforms and active changes, that is why developers have been actively working on creating first home banking and then mobile banking applications since the end of the last century. Mobile banking applications have come a long way in evolution, so that users can now perform not only simple banking operations, but also many new additional functions making life easier. The development of the technologies used has also led to the emergence of new vulnerabilities, which required the improvement of security systems in such applications. The development path and experience of Ukrainian applications is somewhat different from that of foreign ones, but no less valuable. The development of foreign applications is more standardised and controlled by the government. Such solutions allow for better verification of compliance with security requirements. However, it should not be forgotten that mobile banking was created to facilitate financial transactions remotely, and therefore it should be easy to use by the average user. The article provides a comparative analysis of Ukrainian and foreign banking applications, including: Stanford FCU, Fideuram, N26, Banque populaire du nord, Sparkasse, Monobank, Privat24, Ukrsib-online, Oschadbank, and PUMB. The applications were compared by two groups of criteria, namely security and convenience criteria. The article focuses not only on the aspects in which Ukrainian applications should develop, but also on those in which they have an advantage over foreign apps.

Abstract:
The study is about risks management tools on financial performance of commercial banks in Rwanda, the case study of BPR Plc. The general objective of this research was to assess the contribution of risks management tools on financial performance of commercial banks in Rwanda, taking a case study of BPR. Specific objectives includes to ascertain risks management tools used by BPR in managing its asset; to analyze the financial performance of BPR in Rwanda since 2015 to 2018 and to find the link amid risks management tools and financial performance of commercial banks in Rwanda. The results of this research are useful for academic purpose as reference, to institutions, which will access the findings to address risk issues and improve their control measures against risk. The main theory applied in this research is Agency theory. This research adopted descriptive and correlation research designs and is both qualitative and quantitative research. Forty-two (42) is target population used; census was applied in this research as the sampling technique since the target population is small and data were analyzed using SPSS version 20 to generate frequency tables, charts, and regression analysis. The research revealed that at BPR Plc, use of risk management tools has a great positive relationship with the financial performance of BPR as it is being indicated by the respondents about standard and reports, position limit and rules, investment guideline and strategies whether help in financial performance in BPR, many respondents were in agreement with this statement as it is indicated by a high means and homogeneity in responses as the standard deviations obtained for all items of independent variables were less than one (SD<1). for objective two, it was seen that BPR Plc financial performance increased considerably since 2015 to 2018 as results of risk management tools; for relationship, the results found that risk management tools greatly influence BPR financial performance as justified by P-values which are positive and statistically significant respectively for position limit and rules (p=0.003), standard and reports (p=0.034), investment guideline and strategies (p=0.023) which are less than the significance level (P<0.05) from multiple regression analysis. The conclusion is that risk management tools greatly influence banks financial performance. So far, much is already done by the Bank to overcome and mitigate risk in all BPR operations but there is need to emphasize on new strategies to improve on standards, rules and regulation to enforce risk mitigation. In today’s BPR daily business; technology is increasing, process and procedures are tightened, account manipulation are restricted. This has greatly reduced reputation and financial risk leading to increase in financial performance. The further studies should be carried out on implementation of risk management strategies and financial performance in banking industry.

The outbreak of a new type of coronavirus pneumonia significantly influenced the world’s economy. Small micro-enterprises, as the main mode of operation of the catering enterprises, have experienced four months of winter. They are faced with less income online operation, the effect not beautiful, supply chain difficulties, and many problems such as shortage of cash flow. Hence, If catering businesses don't actively work to strengthen their crisis management skills, they'll suffer substantial losses that could even disrupt their regular business operations. So it is a very important topic to study the current situation of the catering industry.

Abstract This paper examines in the framework of the asset pricing theory how the internationalization of banking operations has influenced the returns and the risk of Canadian chartered banks. Banking statistics reveal that in the last decade the Canadian banks have greatly increased their foreign operations. These statistics also indicate that the development of international banking operations has been more remarkable than that of domestic banking operations. Contrary to some banks' claims, our evidence reveals that average returns on foreign operations have been inferior to those obtained on purely Canadian operations. Moreover, in conformity with the asset pricing theory we have found that the systematic risk of international operations is smaller than that of domestic operations. Our results suggest that Canadian chartered banks have reduced their overall risk in internationalizing their operations.

The stability of each country's monetary system depends on the quality of operations of its Central Bank, as one of the most important institutions. Due to their great importance, central banks hold a special place in scientific analysis. For a Central Bank to successfully achieve its objectives, it has to operate independently of the executive and legislative powers. Through content analysis and the comparative method, this paper analyzes and compares different parameters and indices measuring the independence of the central banks of the Republic of Croatia and the Republic of North Macedonia. Considering that the independence of a Central Bank is inextricably linked with its credibility, this paper conducts research that answers the question - what is the level of legal independence of the Croatian National Bank and the National Bank of the Republic of North Macedonia? It can be said that, in the last decade, both the legal and actual independence of these central banks has reached its peak, but a certain degree of political dependence is still noticeable. There are certain differences in terms of political influence from country to country, but in any case, the syndrome of political dependence in former Yugoslav countries when compared to developed countries is extremely recognizable. The Republic of Croatia, as a member of the European Union, had to harmonize its laws on this issue, so it can be said that there are certain differences compared to other countries in this region. Central banks in countries that once belonged to the same Communist bloc, and which today have different statuses in relation to the European Union, are excellent examples for analyzing the degree of operational independence in relation to state power. The status of the Central Bank in a certain national and economic system depends on the legislation of that country, i.e., the constitutional norms and laws governing the Central Bank.

The application of this method to the European Central Bank, and a comparison with the British and French banks leads to a democratie deficit being identifiable within the European institution. The shipping industry faces challenges in reducing environmental impact and increasing operational efficiency. Among them are the expansion tanks on ship engines which play an important role in maintaining the pressure and water quality of the engine cooling system, which is still run manually on some ships. This can result in the risk of engine damage due to overheating or unstable pressure. Manual water filling that requires crew supervision can cause operational instability. This research designed a prototype of an automatic water filling system for expansion tanks, using microcontroller-based automation technology and an Internet of things system to make monitoring easier. This system aims to increase efficiency and reduce the risk of engine damage, thereby supporting the sustainability of ship operations in the future. In the trials that have been carried out, this tool is able to operate the expansion tank filling automatically and efficiently. The distance sensor used has high accuracy with a largest error of 1.6%, and an average error of 0.01%. Integration with the Internet of Things system can run well and reliably with 100% success and latency of 0.5 – 1 second. The system's overall success rate is 80%. So the system can be used in real working conditions

MJM is a leading workshop in Malang that focuses on car repairs and is known for its reliable reputation and quality service on Jl. Lake Tondano Raya F5/A26, Sawojajar. These workshops offer a variety of services, from engine to car body repairs, which makes manual transactions difficult and time-consuming due to increased service and cost complexity. This research aims to simplify transaction and operational processes in MJM workshops by developing supporting applications that include recording customer transactions, spare parts stock management, monitoring employee attendance, and mechanic payroll. The information technology provided can improve service quality, optimize operations, strengthen competitiveness, enable a sustainable approach, increase data accuracy, and support more timely decisions. The methodology used is waterfall, which follows a certain flow process starting from requirements analysis, planning, design, software development, testing, to the maintenance stage. The research focus is on the initial development of the system to ensure that the system functions well in the maintenance phase. The Operational Management Information System designed for MJM workshops includes important features such as recording spare parts, purchase and sale transactions for spare parts, service and car wash transactions, stock taking records, management of damaged or lost goods, stock cards, cash flow, and reports. transaction. This system is expected to reduce manual errors, provide better service, and improve overall operational performance.

Abstract:
This research aims to design and developing a hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) leak monitoring system in the cold storage cooling system on the Anchor Handling Tug Supply (AHTS) ship by utilizing Internet of Things (IoT) technology. HFC leaks in cooling systems can cause environmental hazards and operational inefficiencies. The proposed system integrates sensors and IoT devices to continuously monitor HFC levels, detect leaks in real-time, and provide instant alerts to crew and management. The system architecture includes sensors for HFC detection, a microcontroller for data processing, and a communication module for data transmission to a central monitoring platform. Real-time data can be accessed through a user-friendly interface, enabling timely intervention and maintenance. Initial testing shows that the system is effective in identifying and reporting HFC leaks, potentially reducing environmental impacts and improving the safety and efficiency of cold storage operations on AHTS vessels. Further development and extensive field testing are planned to refine the system and validate its performance across a wide range of operational conditions.

Abstract:
This research aims to design and build a web-based broadcast equipment inventory information system at TVRI North Sumatra. This information system was developed to overcome existing inventory management problems, such as tracking, managing and maintaining broadcast equipment. The development method used includes requirements stages, system design analysis, implementation, and testing using the black box method. This system was built using PHP as the programming language, MySQL as the database, and CSS and JavaScript for the user interface. Test results show that this system can manage equipment inventory effectively, including the functions of borrowing, returning and maintaining equipment. This system also allows integration with other existing systems at TVRI and provides long-term benefits such as increasing data accuracy and operational efficiency. The implementation of this information system is expected to support smooth operations and improve the quality of inventory management at TVRI North Sumatra.

When retrieving data from the repair history, we always experience difficulties because the data is incomplete and not integrated between several parts at PT. ALTRAK 1978 Samarinda and until now, if there are complaints about damage to operational vehicles, vehicle users still experience problems when they want to report damage to these vehicles because there is no administration system in every vehicle repair administration process. Abstract:
<p><strong>Design of axialflow thresherfor pepper</strong></p><p><strong></strong>The pepper threshing practice has been carried out using traditional method in which the pepper berries are usually trampled. This method is neither efficient nor higienic, and it also causes high losses of the berries. To overcome those problems, an experiment was carried out to make an axial flow thresher. The experiment was conducted at Research Institute for Spice and Medicinal Crops from April to December 1999. The experiment consisted of three steps, namely designing, constructing and testing. The objective of testing was to determine the optimum operation condition of the thresher. The testing was designed as a completely randomized complete design with three replications. The raw material for testing was pepper berries (Lampung Daun Lebar variety) of 8 - 9 month old. The result showed that the optimum condition for threshing process was 300 rpm cylinder rotation, with the spike separation process using 7.5° sieve angle. The performance of pepper thresher on that condition was : threshing eficiency 98.55%, spikes separation eficiency 89.22%, berries on spikes outlet 5.20% and berries damage 6.30%. The existence of a central bank in one country is of a great importance, because the central bank controls the functioning of the financial market and its participants (banks, insurance companies, financial leasing companies, payment institutions, voluntary pension fund management companies and exchange offices), striving to comply with the law on the National Bank of Serbia in achieving the goals that are clearly and precisely defined. It achieves its goals by performing the intended functions. One of the functions performed by the NBS is reflected in the control of banks, which is the topic of this paper. The control function of the NBS is defined by both the Law on the National Bank of Serbia and the Law on Banks. The NBS performs the function of controlling banks in the process of establishing a bank, but also in the course of its operations. The process of establishing a bank, as the most important financial institution, is far more complex. The complexity of this procedure is reflected in the fact that the legislator has forseen the procedure of obtaining preliminary approval and then obtaining a work permit. After holding the founding assembly of the bank and obtaining the obligatory consent, the bank can be registered. The control function is also represented in the fact that the bank has the obligation to submit regular and extraordinary reports to the National Bank. In this way, the NBS protects the financial market of Republic of Serbia from instability and crises that can cause illiquid, uncertain and illegal operations of banks.

Operational vehicles that are poorly maintained can cause problems with the vehicle at any time, causing large losses for the company. Operational vehicle maintenance must be carried out regularly so that the company's operational activities are not disrupted and to keep the vehicle in good condition and primed for traveling to distribute the company's products. The author develops an operational vehicle data collection application using the prototype method, namely rapid software development to present an overview of existing ideas and problems and then obtain feedback from users so that prototypes can be repaired immediately. The application design uses DFD and ERD and the results obtained from this research are applications that can provide information about the history of operational vehicle repairs, remind operational vehicle data management staff to carry out periodic maintenance.

Evaluation is carried out to determine the effectiveness of the training. Evaluations that are still carried out manually/conventionally by collecting data through filling in instruments, have constraints including; Speed of submission of evaluation results report; delay in submitting the issuance of a certificate because the results of the report are used as a requirement for filing; limited storage space for files/report archives; risk of damage, loss of data either caused by viruses, dysfunction of device operations or accidental factors in deleting files. For this reason, a system is needed that can help and facilitate the evaluation process starting from recording, storing and reporting. System development was carried out using qualitative research methods and input-process-output system development methods using the steps of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method of the prototype model. The PIECES Framework is used to analyze system requirements to produce user satisfaction levels. The results of the research are the design of a system consisting of Context Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), Table Relational Diagrams (TRD), Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) Flow Diagrams and Data Flow Diagrams (DFD). Users of this system are Admin (program person in charge), Assessors, Organizers and Leaders. This information system is able to facilitate the process of implementing and reporting the results of evaluation implementation, ease of accessing and presenting reports, providing data storage space and better data management compared to conventional methods.

Tan Dun, a representative composer of modern Chinese music, has been producing the most notable achievements in the field of Chinese film music by working on “Three Trilogy of Martial Arts” such as “Crouching tiger Hidden Dragon”, “The Heroes” and “The Banquet”. He is famous for his characteristics of actively giving traditional Chinese ideas by exquisitely converging Chinese and Western music elements. These works need to be emphasized in that they can explore strategies to communicate with the international community through Chinese culture. Tandun, who composed three film music, represents consistency in creative style in terms of composition technique, while showing some difference in specific music arrangement depending on the content and form of the film narrative. Therefore, this research focuses on the music theme design of “Crouching tiger Hidden Dragon”, “The Heroes” and “The Banquet”, which are referred to as “Musical Movie Trilogy”, analyzes and compares the film's narrative and music harmony firstly, then discusses how Western music was fused and embodied with the elements of traditional Chinese music.

This research aims to design, manufacture and test a parallel type smoker which has an output that can be controlled and has uniform temperature in each smoker cabinet. In this research, design, assembly, testing and temperature regulation were carried out. This parallel type smoker has 3 main parts, namely the combustion stove, inlet pipe, and smoking cupboard. In the inlet pipe there is a faucet which functions as a control for the smoke output and temperature from the combustion stove to the smoking cupboard. In terms of testing, this tool was tested in several stages, namely trial 1, trial 2, and performance test. After the test is complete, the final stage is carried out, namely equalizing the temperature in each cupboard. The trial phase 1 was carried out with treatment on the operation of the smoke cupboard. Where the stages of operation of all cupboards are carried out simultaneously, then operation of 2 cupboards is carried out and one path is closed alternately. The results showed that the tool experienced problems in the form of unstable temperatures and leaks in the smoker cupboard, so it required patching with silicon. After design improvements have been made, trial 2 and performance testing are continued. Trial 2 was carried out to find out whether the tool still had problems or not before carrying out a performance test. The treatment for trial 2 was the same as that given during trial 1. As a result, the device had no leaks and the temperature was stable and the device was ready to operate at the 15th minute. After that, a performance test was carried out which had the same stages as trials 1 and 2. This is intended to see whether the tool is in accordance with the results during testing or not. After the performance test is carried out, the final stage is to equalize the temperature in each cupboard to produce the same and stable temperature. This equalization is done by adjusting the opening of the faucet valve on the inlet pipe. The results obtained were a parallel type smoker which had 3 smoking cabinets with the same temperature around 37oC. ✓ In spite of the recent introduction of craniotomes in neurosurgical practice, the simple but brilliant wire saw invented by Leonardo Gigli still holds an important place in neurosurgical instrumentation. Born in Florence in 1863, Gigli was forced by circumstances to leave Italy soon after getting his medical degree. He first spent 2 years attending the most celebrated obstetrical clinics in Paris and London and then, in 1892, moved to Breslau where he worked with Fritsch and Mikulicz. During this successful and rewarding period, Gigli proposed the lateralized pubiotomy (Gigli's operation) for safe delivery in cases of maternal pelvic deformities and, inspired by the sight of a jagged knife during a country banquet, conceived his wire saw to simplify the procedure. In 1894, at Professor Obalinski's suggestion, he successfully tested a modified saw type with a whalebone guide for the preparation of osteoplastic cranial flaps. In spite of his great popularity and the high esteem in which he was held abroad, Gigli's aims were systematically belittled in Italy, where he never qualified for a university teaching position. He died in 1908, at age 44. Although the once celebrated Gigli's operation has merely historical interest today, the favorable features of his wire saw make it a safe and efficient tool in the hands of twentieth-century neurosurgeons worldwide.

As in one of the largest liquefaction natural gas processing company in Indonesia which involves highly extensive production processes, the existence of electronic instruments is unquestionably essential to ensure the progression of the production process while avoiding risks.To increase the speed, accuracy and quality of data over the electrical instrument in the company, it is necessary to build an electronic instrument data processing application system, called the Electronic Instrument Database System (ELIDA), so that it can provide convenience for the users in managing and monitoring the data of electronic instrument. Agar diperoleh kinerja yang baik, frekuensi pulsa PWM harus disesuaikan dengan jenis dan parameter konverter. Pada penelitian ini, pulsa PWM yang dihasilkan adalah unipolar PWM. Pulsa tersebut diperoleh dengan menggunakan tiga rangkaian utama, yaitu pembangkit gelombang segitiga, tegangan kontrol dan rangkaian pembanding. Komponen utama yang digunakan adalah Operational Amplifier (Op-Amp). Rangkaian yang dihasilkan dapat membangkitkan pulsa unipolar PWM dengan rentang frekuensi 30 Hz sampai dengan 5 kHz.

Simulation of frame strength using Solidwork 2018. The simulation value of von Mises stress on the frame is with a maximum stress of 10,550,430.00 N/m2 and a minimum of 90,629 N/m2 with a yield strength of 250,000,000.00 N/m2. Displacement in the simulation of displacement is with a maximum value of 0.154 mm and a minimum of 0.000 mm. The value of the safety factor from the simulation results is 24. Static simulation results of the strength of the meatball printing machine frame using ASTM A36 Steel L 30 mm x 30 mm 3 mm thick with a load of 25 kg, the frame is able to withstand engine performance during operation.

Based on the research, students’ misconceptions in solving surface area and volume of beam and cube problems are misconceptions on the concept of a beam, misconceptions on the concept of the cube, misconceptions on the concept of prerequisite material, misconceptions on unit comprehension, misconceptions on the understanding of meaning, and misconceptions on sign and number operations. While the causal factors of misconception are students’ assumptions about the lack of importance of concepts so students only memorize formulas, students are not able to associate one concept with other concepts, lack of understanding concepts in prerequisite material, misunderstanding the meaning of words in a problem, students have difficulty understanding pictures., misunderstanding the difference in the size of area and length.

The benefits provided to consumers are in the form of convenience in transactions that can be made online with e-money, a list of items that can be monitored without having to come to the cooperative. The phenomenon of slamming is often the critical design load for high-performance marine craft. Slamming involves the solid-fluid impact of a hull structure, resulting in large forces acting on the structure from the large volume of water displaced in a very short time frame. Due to its importance in the design and operation of marine craft, the impact of ship forms into water has been the focus of a significant body of literature. These studies have primarily focused on rigid shapes, so the effects of hydroelasticity have not been examined in detail. This paper presents a robust and practical methodology for simulating water impacts involving overset meshing and the Volume of Fluid (VOF) method using the Ansys Fluent 2021 R1 Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) solver. The framework involves a high resolution dynamic overset mesh attached to the body in a coarse static Cartesian background mesh. Results for a simple 2D wedge impact are compared to experimental and analytical results and a good agreement to the validation material is observed. A 2D transverse section based on the IMOCA60 racing yacht Banque Populaire VIII is then analysed to obtain impact force and pressures. Results capture the peaked pressure distributions characteristic of slamming, with possible effects of air entrapment. The methodology presented is applicable for designers of high-performance sailing craft to improve the prediction of hydrodynamic loading on their hull-form designs. The overset method can quickly and easily be applied to a number of different geometries and impact events with minor changes between models.

The Internet of Things (IoT)-based automatic bell system is designed to enhance the efficiency of bell operations in educational institutions by utilizing modern technology. This research aims to develop a system that can control the bell automatically according to the class schedule, while also enabling remote control via a mobile application using the Blynk platform. The system is built using an ESP8266 as the main microcontroller, a DFPlayer Mini module for audio playback, and an RTC DS1307 for time management. The results show that the system functions as expected, both in automatic mode based on the schedule and in manual mode through the mobile application. Testing and debugging demonstrated that integration with WiFi networks allows for flexible and effective bell control. For further development, it is recommended to add a power backup feature, web interface, and push notifications to improve system reliability and flexibility. This system provides an efficient and practical IoT solution for automating bell operations in educational environments.

To support airport operations, the Transportation Department also prepares supporting transportation modes, such as airport trains, Damri Buses and, Shuttle Bus to get to the Airport. This mode of transportation connects cities around the airport, such as Purworejo, Magelang, Yogyakarta City, and even Surakarta City. However, because the airport is still relatively new, the information obtained by the public is still minimal. Therefore an informative application is needed for prospective passengers to go to or leave the airport. The application is made based on mobile, by utilizing GPS technology to monitor the position of the vehicle in real-time. This application will make it easier for visitors to travel to areas around YIA Airport.

Salah satunya pengembangan robot tempur yang akan digunakan sebagai alat untuk membantu tugas operasi jarak jauh pada satuan tempur TNI AD. Pada robot tempur tersebut akan ditanamkan sistem komunikasi data berupa perintah kendali laju robot, perintah kendali senjata serang, dan sistem visualisasi yang dapat digunakan untuk mendukung pergerakan robot hingga mencapai sasaran yang ditentukan, serta sebagai sistem penginderaan jarak jauh robot tempur untuk memonitor area musuh yang akan ditinjau. Operator menggunakan sebuah joystick untuk mengendalikan robot tempur dan tablet Android untuk memantau dan mendeteksi arah sasaran. Penelitian ini membahas tentang perancangan pendeteksian sasaran tembak yang dapat dikendalikan dari jarak jauh. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen berbasis PID. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pendeteksian sasaran tembak yang nantinya akan terhubung dengan Raspberry Pi 3, sehingga senjata dapat mendeteksi adanya sasaran tembak yang ada di dalam jangkauan sensor posisi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa robot dapat dikendalikan dengan mudah menggunakan joystick dan secara real-time terlihat pada layar Android yang terpasang pada kontrol joystick tersebut. Selain itu, sistem juga dapat membedakan antara sasaran tembak dan objek yang bukan sasaran tembak. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mendukung tugas operasi personel TNI dalam menjalankan misinya dengan memanfaatkan robot tempur. Along with the development of communication and automation technology, the implementation of military duties can be assisted by developing military defense equipment. One of them is the development of a combat robot that will be used as a tool to assist the task of long-distance operations on the Army combat unit. In the combat robot, a data communication system will be implanted in the form of a robot rate control command, an attack weapon control command, and a visualization system that is used to support the robot's movement to reach the target specified as a combat robot's remote sensing system for monitoring enemy areas to be reviewed. The operator has used a joystick to control the combat robot and to detect the direction of the target can be monitored with an android tablet. This research discusses the design of the detection of target fire that can be controlled remotely. The method used is experimental based on PID. This research focused on detecting firing targets that will be connected with Raspberry Pi 3 so that the weapon can detect the presence of firing targets within the position sensor. The results of the research show that the robot can be easily controlled using a Joystick and in real-time visible on the Android screen mounted on the Joystick control, the system can distinguish between target shooting and non-target objects. This research is expected to support the operational duties of army personnel in carrying out their missions by utilizing combat robots.

The large number of travel document transactions, credit cards, and invoice payments is a problem that complicates the finance department. In actual work, many travel documents are printed more than once, which burdens printing costs, loads the capacity of archive space which must be stored for five years, and requires destroying documents whose expired shelf life. The verification and validation process carried out by officers experienced problems because the system had not been integrated, so travel documents became past due and caused delays in supplier payments. The design and construction of operational applications for the finance department aim to digitize and integrate operational and financial processes to become combined, especially in managing travel documents, debt cards, and bill payments. The software development method used in this study is the waterfall which consists of the stages of analysis, design, implementation, and testing. Based on the testing results, the application shows that the application can assist in the operational process of the financial section, especially the data collection of travel documents into debt cards, then processing and paying bills based on invoices.

The availability of clean water has been sought to be fulfilled in various ways. One of them is by making a clean water treatment plant that can process water that is not yet suitable for consumption to be more feasible and ready to be consumed for everyday life. The operation of water treatment plant is still manually operated such as in the Iron Removal Filter (IRF) control system so that the processing is not easy to operate. To facilitate the operation of a clean water treatment unit, a control system based on a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is created on the Iron Removal Filter (IRF) processing unit. Control system consisting of PLC, relay circuit, power supply and Human Machine Interface (HMI), works to control the clean water processing unit including controlling the process on the IRF automatically. Also made a prototype of a water treatment plant consisting of an aerator unit, an IRF unit, a storage tank, several pumps and several control valves to be controlled by the control system in operation. The control system uses PLC as a control center because PLC is a controller that is simple, easy to program and very reliable as already widely used in the industrial world. The PLC brand used is Omron because it is cheap, reliable and has software named CX-Programmer which is easy in programming. The control system uses laptop computer as an HMI in the operation. HMI uses VTScada software and is connected to a PLC using OPC CX-Server software. The control system that is made can control the clean water processing unit in the form of a prototype. Operation on HMI is so easy and has a very attractive appearance. So it is highly recommended to be used in the actual clean water treatment unit

Poor air quality is a serious health and environmental issue. Microscopic particles such as PM1, PM2.5, and PM10 cause respiratory disorders and other health problems. Therefore, accurate and continuous air quality monitoring is crucial to mitigate the impacts of air pollution. This research aims to design an Internet of Things (IoT)--based particle counter capable of real-time air quality monitoring and reporting via an online platform. The system utilizes a PMS5003 sensor to measure PM1, PM2.5, and PM10 concentrations precisely. Data from the sensor is processed by an ESP8266 microcontroller connected to the internet, enabling direct data transmission to an online platform for further analysis and visualization. Testing is done by creating a 1x1x1 meter testing chamber to simulate various environmental conditions and validate the device's performance. Results show that the particle counter provides accurate data, with an error rate of less than 10% compared to standard devices. The device demonstrates reliable operation across different environmental conditions, showcasing its robustness in practical applications. This IoT-based particle counter offers an innovative solution for effective and efficient air quality monitoring. It is expected to significantly contribute to human health protection efforts and minimize the adverse environmental impacts of air pollution.

Suction Pump is a medical device that functions to suck fluids that are not needed by the body during the operation process, such as blood, stomach contents, and so on. Then the sucked liquid is accommodated in a container. Suction mostly still uses a manometer to read the results of the pressure sucked by the motor so that the user has difficulty reading it, the author makes modifications to the suction pump which is equipped with a pressure sensor. This sensor will change the results of the suction pressure on the vacuum motor into digital which will be displayed on the LCD. This research will be conducted at the Sari Mutiara University lab. The type of research method is experimental research, namely conducting direct experiments on tools designed to build. The measurement results of the suction pressure will be displayed on the LCD, with measurements according to the standard of the suction pump suction in general.
