Abstract:

The goal of the Master´s Thesis is to make a business plan which would reflect the business intention of its author for an online food delivery service, to be able to asses its viability and possibly its feasebility. The first part is theoretical and it is dealing with the necessities of such plan. Special attention is put on the structure of a business plan. Practical part of the thesis is dedicated to the individual parts of the plan. Firstly the business opportunity and the form of personnel is introduced. Secondly the analysis of the market, competition, suppliers and marketing strategy. The financial plan is than testing the feasibility of the idea form the economic perspective.

Abstract:

Předkládaná diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. První část je teoretická, která se zaměřuje na popis jednotlivých oblastí webu 2.0 a na popis vybraných aplikací a služeb. Druhá, praktická část se zaměřuje na srovnání vybraných aplikací webu 2.0, konkrétně na srovnání blogovacích systémů, online textových editorů a online map. V příloze je uvedeno vlastní šetření formou dotazníku. Hlavním cílem práce je poskytnout celkový přehled o této problematice. Kromě vymezení samotného termínu web 2.0 tedy především přehled aplikací a služeb, které splňují charakteristiky webu 2.0. Vedlejšími cíli je potom pomocí srovnání umožnit uživatelům výběr optimálního blogovacího systému, online textového editoru, nebo online mapy s ohledem na jejich požadavky.

Abstract:

Woher kommen unsere Sammlungen, welche Zusammenhänge werden in der Überlieferung erkennbar und welche Schlüsse lassen sich aus dieser Kenntnis ableiten? Aus der Forschung, von Erben enteigneter Sammlungen und aus staatlichen Ämtern erreichen diese Fragen Bibliotheken, Museen und Archive schon seit langer Zeit. Die SLUB stellte sich ihrer Verantwortung mit der Erschließung der Herkunft ihrer Bestände in bisher zwei Projekten und veröffentlichte nun im November 2014 die ersten 3.800 Exlibris, Stempel, Autogramme und Etiketten in der Bilddatenbank der Deutschen Fotothek. Damit ist ein entscheidender Schritt zur Sichtbarkeit der Ergebnisse von Provenienzrecherchen vollzogen; sukzessive werden weitere Daten qualifiziert und ergänzt.

Abstract:

Das Sammeln von Handschriften hat in Dresden eine lange Tradition. Seit dem 16. Jahrhundert werden handschriftliche Dokumente, insbesondere mit Bezug zu Sachsen, in Form von Chroniken, Kollektaneen zur Regionalgeschichte, Werkmanuskripten, biographischen und genealogischen Niederschriften, Schrifttum des sächsischen Hofes und Adels sowie Briefsammlungen aufbewahrt. Neben den besonders wertvollen Sonderbeständen der rund 700 mittelalterlichen Handschriften und knapp 1.000 orientalischen Handschriften bildet die etwa 375 Stücke umfassende Stammbuchsammlung eine der bedeutendsten dieser Art in Deutschland. Eine nicht gesondert aufgestellte Teilsammlung der Handschriftensammlung ist die Autographensammlung.

This thesis titled Effective Use PPC to promote products services on the Internet is focused on traditional systems AdWords from Google, Sklik from Seznam and attribution models in Google analytics. The theoretical part of the history of the Internet, the development of online marketing individual marketing tools forms of advertising. The practical part is divided according to the strategic focus of the campaign. Acquisition, performance and remarketing campaigns. The last part is the comparison of measurement conversions in these systems with Google Analytics. The aim is to propose suitable metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns, banner ad and according to their strategic focus right perspective on measurement conversions.

Im Zuge des Ausbaus der SLUB als Digitalisierungszentrum mit dem Portal Sachsen.digital wurde das Portal Wissenschaftskultur geschaffen, das wissenschaftliche Zeitschriften und Schriftenreihen gelehrter Gesellschaften und Vereine im digitalen Volltext anbietet.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the barriers of e-government in Ethiopia. The main goal of this thesis is to identify the problems associated with Passport application/registration and tries to provide an appropriate solution. The thesis discusses the current situation of e-government in Ethiopia and analyzes the extent of coverage of such services in the country. Once the drawbacks are found out, the author proposes an online service portal. This portal will be based on the literature, personal experience and sample surveys conducted. In the practical part, a web application was created using HTML5, CSS3 and PHP. The application includes details information about the user (passport applicant), such as full name, date of birth, address and other attributes. This data is inserted into a SQL database, which will feed the data to the web application.

The thesis analyses and evaluates a marketing strategy of the Grandhotel Pupp in comparison with its direct competitor, the Ambassador Grandhotel Narodni dum. The thesis focuses mainly on evaluating the online atributes of the marketing strategy including the online presentation of the hotel on all distribution channels the hotel uses. The main emphasis is put on current trends, because in marketing, these play the crucial role. First part of the thesis defines accommodation services, hospitality business specifics and specifics of marketing in hospitality. Second part evaluates the marketing techniques used on hotel s various distribution chanels. The second part then also compares all the activities used in marketing strategy of both above mentioned hotels.

Abstract:

The purpose of this thesis is to highlight the importance of graphic design and its visual effects in day-to-day life, notice new methods, justify relevant investments to advertisement as well as mention continuously rising demands made on professional graphic designers. The theoretical part of the thesis is based on the research article, which subject is the extent of consumers' product understanding of products being sold online. The research concludes that it is possible to choose the appropriate presentation format according to task complexity (product features) in terms of graphical and multimedia means of online presentation, such as static pictures with text captions, videos with or without narration and Virtual Product Experiences (VPE ). This is followed by the definitions of communication process and relevant standards related to web design, concluding with the description and interpretation of the most interesting and useful theoretical foundations. The main body is about implementing the theoretical findings in the real world business case including advertising campaign in a project having the purpose to give a real economic/business value. All the project phases are described from finding the business partner to the launch of brand new web service and its propagation. The new web page and other propagation materials were made in order to attract selected companies.

The content of the master’s thesis is the elaboration of a real business plan, which deals with the creation of a digital space for the professional self-realization of customer segments. The theoretical part describes the specification and verification of the initial idea of the plan using the Lean Canvas tool, qualitative research among the first customers and other analytical methods to define key factors from the general and market environment and internal sources. The analytical part focuses on the application and results of selected analytical-research methods, including evaluation for the subsequent selection of a suitable market entry strategy. The proposition part contains the final business and market strategy and business model, which is developed into individual parts of the business plan.

The submitted diploma thesis deals with a study of business development of AZ KLIMA a.s. focusing on marketing and services. The theoretical part defines basic concepts related to business and marketing. Information is taken from scientific literature that discusses given problematics. This information is then used to create a practical part that deals with a comprehensive analysis of the current state of the above-mentioned company. It includes SWOT analysis, PESTE analysis and McKinsey 7S model. A specific business development strategy is defined based on individual analyses. The solution proposal then defines specific steps leading to a business development. The aim of this work is to create a development strategy that will be effective and beneficial for the company in the long term.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with discount portals. The offer of terms that appear on the discount portal is very large,that´s why it has been narrowed down to only the restaurants. The main objective is to define common and differing requirements (expectations) of discounts from customers who purchased discount vouchers and discounts from providers, which are, in the context of this thesis, restaurants. The thesis includes first introduction to the concepts of marketing to customers online. Next, the central issue is the concept of discount portals. The practical part is an analysis of questionnaires from customers' discount portals and interviews with providers of discount offers. This is focused on restaurants that offer discounts compared to customers who buy the discount vouchers. Finally, a comparison and contrast is made for the requirements of both parties. These results can serve in particular, to help new restaurateurs decide whether to offer discount portals and realize what to expect from it. This thesis can also serve permanent restaurant operators who are already on discount portals and act in their best interests to better satisfy customer expectations.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis deals with the influence of technologies on the music industry in terms of music distribution. In the first part the two major issues are discussed for deeper understanding of the topic. The change of perception and creation of music over certain period of time and the development of technologies related to music in historical context. Following chapters are mainly focused on current technologies, digitalization and the internet, and global turnovers which have had impact on distribution of music as a consequence of technological spread. In addition to this, the issue of legal aspects related to sharing and downloading music via internet is described. The strategies have been created and adopted by the music industry representatives as a response to the situation of increasing intensity of infringing copyright law by unauthorized sharing and decreasing number of physical media sales. The goal of these strategies has been aimed at support expansion of online music services and raising of public copyright awareness. The work analyses and assesses above mentioned strategies and estimates the possible future development of music industry. Assumptions are created on the basis of historical background and current situation. The partial objective is to evaluate whether the sales of physical media have future as a main source of income for music industry or not.

Abstract:

Das internationale Quellenlexikon RISM (Répertoire International des Sources Musicales) weist die weltweit verstreuten Quellen zur Musik detailliert nach. DIE RISM-Arbeitsgruppe besteht seit 1991 aus zwei Arbeitsstellen. Zuständig für das Gebiet der alten Bundesländer ist die Arbeitsstelle in München. Für das Einzugsgebiet der neuen Bundesländer ist die Arbeitsstelle in Dresden zuständig, die sich seit 1985 in der SLUB Dresden befindet. Im Juni 2010 wurde der kostenlos nutzbare RISM-Opac freigeschaltet, der damit die lizenzpflichtige Datenbank ablöste. Somit haben Musikwissenschaftler, Musiker und Musikliebhaber Zugang zu ca. 700.00 Nachweisen, die sich auf Musikhandschriften aus Hunderten von Bibliotheken und Archiven beziehen.

Ensuring security of online payment services Abstract The thesis is devoted to the topic of ensuring security of online payment services, especially in the context of identification and authentication of the client in the Internet when performing acts related to the provision of payment services. The issue of the customer identity is described especially in the context of know your customer principle governed by legal regulation in the area of combating money laundering and financing of terrorism, and in the context of the obligation to carry out a strong customer authentication (SCA) brought by the PSD2 directive and related RTS. The aim of the thesis is to describe and critically evaluate the legislation in the area of ensuring security of online payment services, meaning the binding legislation, soft law and rules created by entities operating on the payment services market. In this context, the thesis also deals with the question of proportionality of legislation in connection to the positive user experience and the possibility of implementing innovative FinTech solutions. Abstract:

This thesis aims to introduce the basic problems of social status and internet consulting services to the reader. Here the service is seen in the ethical and psychological context because an internet counselor cannot do without these points of view when he tries to provide a customer service in the highest possible quality. I focus on the e-mail form of providing online advice as it is the most commonly used type of e-communication between a client and an advisor. Psychological and ethical determinants of the whole process are complementary, intersect, there are no single boundaries between them, whether from the point of view of ethics they are values on which to build human rights or the Code of Ethics for social workers, hence iKodex valid for social services in the online environment or from psychology perspective it is a virtual communication process between a counselor and a client, in which the art of communication, the changing identity of a man, manifested aggression, transference and countertransference and the actual on-line environment play role. This dissertation thesis is focusing on the optimization of online marketing tools within small and medium sized business operating in the service sector managed predominantly online. Most attention of the work is paid to the segment of Czech transportation services from intermediariers' point of view. Based on the ques-tionnaire and experiment conducted, contemporary attitudes, preferences and opinions of Czech citizens on the available transporation services are identified. Gathered data are further confirmed through a case study. The closing part of the dissertation offers a conclusion of attained results and forms suggestions for online marketing practices commonly used among transportation services' pro-viders.
