Abstract:
Penyuluhan dan motivasi untuk menumbuhkan minat ibu-ibu didesa Ombe Baru dengan mengoptimalkan Facebook Marketpace sangat dibutuhkkan untuk meingkatkan minat berwirausaha. Dari hasil kegiatan didapat kesimpulan bahwa keingian ibu-ibu untuk berwirausaha sangat tinggi namun adanya ketakutan mengenai modal dan cara promosi yang masih minim dilakukan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan antusiasme peserta penyuluhan dan tim penyuluh juga memberikan beberapa pertanyaan diskusi dengan tujuan dan memastikan bahwa peserta memahami apa yang telah disampaikan, selain diskusi juga ada sharing pengalaman dari ibu-ibu yang memiliki usaha dan bagaimana mempertahankan usahanya. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa ibu-ibu peserta penyuluhan telah memiliki pengetahuan mengenai bagaimana memulai sebuah usaha dan melakukan promosi terhadap produk yang akan diual dengan memanfaatkan media sosial yang selama sangat dikenal dan sering digunakan oleh ibu-ibu, tentunya diharapkan dengan bekal pengetahuan akan tumbuh minat berwirausaha di benak ibu-ibu di Desa Ombe Baru Kecamatan Kediri Lombok Barat.

In the recent debate over minority contract set-asides, many policy-makers have forgotten this program's origins. Richard Nixon, moved by philosophical, practical, and political considerations, made minority business enterprise a theme of his 1968 presidential campaign and his first administration. By using set-asides, the Nixon administration overcame its meager funding of the Office of Minority Business Enterprise (OMBE) and encouraged minority entrepreneurship. Nixon's actions influenced federal policy toward minority owned businesses for two decades.

Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian berbagai pupuk organik terhadap sifat fisik tanah, kimia tanah, dan produksi pada tanaman kacang tanah. penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode ekperimental di lapangan (lahan petani Dusun Dasan Tebu, Desa Ombe Baru, Kecamatan Kediri, Lombok Barat). Perlakuan yang digunakan meliputi tanpa perlakuan, biochar, pupuk kandang, kompos, POC limbah tahu, dan slurry biogas. Parameter yang diukur adalah berat volume tanah, berat jenis tanah, porositas tanah, bahan organik tanah, pH tanah, dan produksi kacang tanah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan berpengaruh terhadap berat volume, porositas, bahan organik, pH tanah, dan produksi kacang tanah, akan tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap berat jenis tanah. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian pupuk organik baik terhadap sifat fisik tanah, kimia tanah dan produksi kacang tanah. Penelitian lebih lanjut pemberian dengan berbagai dosis yang berbeda pada tanaman kacang tanah.

Abstract:
Coffee served in a coffee shop does not only sell the taste and type of coffee because in a coffee shop there are other attributes. Attributes of coffee shops such as location, facilities, and infrastructure, the atmosphere of the coffee shop are also thought to influence coffee consumers' preferences for visiting and consuming coffee. Consumer preferences will influence the purchasing decisions of coffee consumers. Knowing consumer preferences is one of the strengths of each coffee shop to be able to face competition in the long term. The purpose of this study is to determine consumer preferences in buying iced milk coffee and also want to find out from the preferences that exist, which preference factors are most considered by consumers in deciding to buy the product. This research is a quantitative study using descriptive methods and survey techniques. For the sampling method used in this study is the purposive sampling method. The data collection method used a questionnaire distributed to 91 respondents, which will be analyzed using the chi-square test and also multi-attribute fishbein. Attributes of consumer preferences in this study which refer to several previous studies have been determined by the author, the attributes of taste, price, brand, and packaging. Chi-square test results if X2 count > X2 table, then the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, that with the results of X2 count all items of consumer preference attributes are greater than X2 tables, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. By multiplying the confidence number (bi) and also the evaluation (ei), the consumer attitude index (Ao) is obtained, where the results can be sorted from the most considered are taste, price, packaging, and brand.

Abstract:
In this thesis, organic thin films of oligothiophenes are grown on various substrates using organic molecular beam epitaxy (OMBE). In the first part of the thesis, crystalline thin films of α-quaterthiophene are grown on various organic single crystals like potassium hydrogen phthalate and pentaerythritol. The optical, structural and morphological properties of the crystalline thin films are studied and the epitaxial relation between the substrate and the overlayer has been deduced. We show how epitactic interactions, characteristic of the surface of organic crystals, can drive the orientation of the crystalline overlayer and the selection of specific polymorphs and new pseudomorphic phases. In the second part α- sexithiophene thin films are grown on amorphous substrates like glass and ITO. Here along with structural and morphological characterizations, the nanoscale electrical properties of these films were studied using conductive atomic force microscopy. Charge transport mechanisms through the α- sexithiophene films, when conductive AFM is used in different configurations is also discussed along with the investigations on various microscopic and macroscopic properties of organic thin films that can be useful in view of organic devices.

HIV support groups have been widely adopted as part of care and support interventions in Zambia, yet there is very little research on the effectiveness of these groups in meeting the needs of the PLWHIV from the perspective of those who join them. This case study looks at a selected support group for People Living with HIV and AIDS (PLWHIV) facilitated by the Flying Angels, a faith based non-governmental organization established in 2007 by the Living Assemblies of God Church, in Ng‟ombe Township, Lusaka. The Support Group brings together around eighty young and old, married and single, men and women living with HIV and AIDS, to share experiences and find ways of coping with their situation. The qualitative case study sought to obtain a rich understanding of the experiences of members with a view to understanding the support they needed, the aspects of the support group that are relevant and effective to their situation, and which are not. In-depth interviews and focus group discussions methods were used to collect data. Discussion and interviews were audio-taped. Audio-recordings were translated during transcription, data organized, coded and thematically analysed.

Abstract:
The topic of this work is the structural characterization and theoretical modeling of organic single and heterolayers. The growth of sub-monolayers and monolayers (ML) of the two polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons quaterrylene (QT) and hexa-peri-hexabenzocoronene (HBC) on Ag(111) and Au(111) was investigated. A transition from a disordered, isotropic phase to an ordered phase with increasing coverage was found. The lattice of the ordered phase turned out to be coverage dependent. The intermolecular potential was modeled including Coulomb and van der Waals interaction by a force-field approach. The postulated repulsive character of the potential could be connected to the non-uniform intramolecular charge distribution and to a screening of the van der Waals forces. Furthermore, the influence of the variable lattice constant on the epitaxial growth of HBC was studied. The second part of this work deals with a ML of 3,4,9,10-perylenetetracarboxylic dianhydride (PTCDA) on a ML of HBC. In dependency on the initial lattice constant of HBC, a total of three line-on-line (LOL) and point-on-line coincident phases of PTCDA (with respect to HBC) was found. Following an analysis of the general properties of LOL coincident systems via force-field calculations, a new method to predict the structure of such systems is introduced
Thema dieser Arbeit ist die strukturelle Charakterisierung von organischen Einfach- und Heterolagen sowie deren theoretische Beschreibung und Modellierung. Es wurden Submonolagen und Monolagen (ML) der polyzyklischen Kohlenwasserstoffe Quaterrylen (QT) und Hexa-peri-hexabenzocoronen (HBC) auf Ag(111) und Au(111) Einkristallen untersucht und ein Übergang von einer ungeordneten, isotropen Phase zu einer geordneten Phase mit steigender Bedeckung beobachtet. Die geordnete Phase wies dabei bedeckungsabhängige Gitterkonstanten auf. Das intermolekulare Potential wurde unter Berücksichtigung von Coulomb und van der Waals Anteilen mittels Kraftfeldmethoden modelliert. Der postulierte repulsive Charakter des Potentials konnte auf die Ladungsverteilung im Molekül und eine Abschwächung des van der Waals Potentials zurückgeführt werden. Weiterhin wurde der Einfluss der variablen HBC Gitterkonstante auf die epitaktische Relation des Gitters zum Metallsubstrat untersucht. Der zweite Teil der Arbeit widmet sich der Untersuchung einer ML 3,4,9,10-Perylenetetracarboxylic dianhydrid (PTCDA) auf einer ML HBC. Dabei wurden, in Abhängigkeit von der HBC Gitterkonstante, insgesamt drei verschiedene Typen von line-on-line bzw. point-on-line Epitaxie nachgewiesen. Im Anschluss an eine Analyse der generellen Eigenschaften solcher epitaktischer Lagen mittels Kraftfeldrechnungen wird eine neue Methode zur Vorhersage der Struktur konkreter Systeme vorgestellt

Abstract:
La empresa OME Industrial S.A.C. está orientada a la elaboración, envasado y comercialización de Hipoclorito de Sodio (lejía) al 5% de concentración, para uso doméstico. La unidad de venta es una bolsa de 100 cojines de Lejía, cada cojín contiene 130 gr. y es envasado en cojines de PVC. La empresa inició sus actividades de comercializadora de Lejía frente a la gran demanda anual del producto en Piura, equivalente a 1’546,276 unidades (bolsas de 100 cojínes), de las cuales se pretende capturar el 0.30%, para esto se ha contratado una planta (Outsourcing) para la producción de 3,040 unidades, con la finalidad de satisfacer una venta anual que va desde 122 unidades durante el primer año, hasta alcanzar la capacidad máxima a partir del décimo año. Para esto es necesaria una inversión total de S/. 3 000, siendo el capital de trabajo de S/. 800. El producto esta compuesto en un 95% de agua, las otras dos materias primas básicas son el Cloro gaseoso al 100% y la Sosa Cáustica en solución al 50%, otros materiales utilizados son las mangas de PVC y las bolsas de polietileno que corresponden al envasado del producto. El proceso se puede dividir en 7 partes: Desmineralizado, mezcla, enfriamiento, cloración, inspección, envasado (Llenado de Mangas y Sellado), cortado y empacado. Después de haber fijado un valor de venta unitario de S/. 21 y haber definido el costo total para el año 2005, se determinó el punto de equilibrio equivalente a 147 (147.27 = 147) unidades mensuales, con un ingreso mensual de S/. 3 093. El ingreso es generado por la venta de Lejía con un total que va desde el primer año con S/. 7 671 hasta el décimo año con S/. 98 636; además se tiene un gasto ó egreso total para el primer año equivalente a S/. 7 981 hasta el décimo año con S/. 77 227. Con respecto a la evaluación económica se obtuvo un VAN de S/. 3 230, una TIR de 44.87%, con una relación beneficio - costo de 2,1. Por otro lado, en la evaluación financiera se logró un VAN de S/. 2 677, una TIR de 39.17% y una relación beneficio – costo de 1,9.

L'objet de cette étude portera sur le rapport qu'entretient mon activité de plasticien avec la présence des traces retrouvées dans mes réalisations. Il est en effet question de traces d'objets, principalement issues du monde artificiel ingénieriste, prenant part à la construction de ma recherche. En tant qu'elles sont impliquées dans la détermination de chaque réalisation qu'elle soit peinte, vidéographique, installée ou inscrite dans le cyberespace. Il devrait s'y placer une dialectique entre ce qui est mis en lumière et ce qui est demeuré dans l'ombre quand la peinture blanche (qui est la couleur la plus fréquente dans ma démarche) est pulvérisée sur la surface à traiter en traverse aussitôt des significations renvoyant au corps, au biographique et encore à la question contemporaine interrogeant les utopies techniciennes appliquées au corps et à la société: désir tout puissant, féerique, entrevu dans les films d'inspiration futurologique. Par le biais d'exemples puisés dans la création occidentale et asiatique, mon discours va s'attacher à rendre finalement sensible que les traces d'objets mécaniques peintes ou installées dans mon travail quittent leur domaine premier pour devenir des signes en suspension.

Abstract:
Studies on molecular beam epitaxial growth for organic molecules (OMBE) have been attracting attentions as a new fabrication method for preparation of ultra-thin films of organic molecules. Molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) has been developed as a deposition technique for the controlled growth of atomically flat multilayer structures. Recently, this method has been applied to organic materials, while the mechanism of the growth has not been thoroughly understood compared to that of semiconductor. In this report, the growth mechanism of Lead Phthalocyanine (PbPc) thin films onto highly oriented pyrolytic graphite (HOPG) substrate by OMBE method was investigated using in situ refraction high energy electron diffraction (RHEED). RHEED has been widely used for in situ monitoring of the thin film MBE growth. The intensity of the RHEED specular beam spot oscillates according to the layer-by-layer growth[1]. In 1981, Joyce et.al. observed an oscillated phenomena of RHEED intensity with growth of semiconductor for the first time[2]. After that, a lot of work in the semiconductor field have been reported and developed. Although application for organic materials is expected, so far RHEED oscillation studies have only been reported for Copper Phthalocyanine (CuPc) on MoS2 substrate[3]. Therefore, we explored the possibilities of using in situ RHEED observations to investigate the OMBE growth mechanism of PbPc on HOPG system.

Abstract:
A new beam-to-column joint with high rotational as well as shear deformation capacity was devised. This high rotational ‘capacity’ is required to fulfill the great ‘demand’ for rotation arising during earthquakes, severe waves and current loads, etc. Due to its ability to contain damage during an overload, it leaves the connected elements intact. This, together with its replaceability can reduce the cost of post-event repair substantially. Its bending as well as shear performance under “monotonic” loading had already been assessed experimentally (OMAE’02-28864, OMAE’03-37292, OMAE’04-51494 & OMAE’05-67361) and proved well superior to that of conventional joints. In order to study its performance under “cyclic” flexural loading experimentally, new bending tests were conducted on mild steel specimens of the connection. These tests clearly showed the ability of the devised joint to withstand adequate number of cycles in bending and dissipate energy through well-shaped hysteresis loops. This would result in large amount of energy being dissipated in each cycle. Such very ductile response of this connection in bending is expected to be exploited in various circumstances in offshore as well as onshore structures to give rise to a ductile overall behavior of the structure. In particular, it can be utilized for the repair and retrofitting of the aging offshore platforms which need to be treated in a non-destructive manner.

In FY 2021, the 22 federal agencies that reported did not add or rescind any GUS in lieu of VCS, therefore there remains a total of 80 previously reported GUS in lieu of VCS still in use. This analysis does not reflect the use of standards by the Department of Defense (DoD) or the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) as they report their use of GUS on a categorical basis via a different reporting mechanism. Agencies demonstrate the effectiveness of the NTTAA and Circular A-119 by their continuous review of opportunities to rescind GUS in favor of using VCS, and their involvement with the private sector through the VCS process. These activities suggest that federal agencies are cognizant of the benefits of meeting their mission needs by actively seeking to use VCS developed by the private sector. In accordance with its coordination role as defined in the NTTAA and OMB A-119, NIST continues to assist federal agencies and their stakeholders with standards and conformity assessment information, program support, guidance, and policy concerns. NIST hosts http://standards.gov, which offers ongoing practical guidance and information needed by agencies to implement the NTTAA successfully and report standards activities as required by the NTTAA and OMB Circular A-119. This report fulfills the annual reporting requirements of both the NTTAA and OMB Circular A-119.
