In the conditions of constant aggravation of competition the basis of competitiveness are innovations which allow the enterprises possessing innovative competitive advantages to take a worthy place in the markets and in branches. Market conditions push companies to change and companies need to know the possible impact on their competitiveness with the introduction of innovations. Connection of work with scientific programs, plans, topics. The master's dissertation for the master's degree was performed at the National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute named after Igor Sikorsky" in accordance with the research plans of the Department of Management on "Management of the development of innovative entrepreneurship in a neo-industrial economy" (№ SR 0018U100598). The role of the author is to develop theoretical and scientific and practical recommendations for innovative competitiveness of enterprise products. The purpose of the work is to study the organizational and economic aspects of the enterprise and identify ways to innovate to increase the competitiveness of products. The purpose of the study necessitated the solution of the following tasks: 1) to consider the essential characteristics of innovative increase of competitiveness of production; 2) identify methodological approaches to assessing the competitiveness of products; 3) highlight the essence of the impact of innovation on competitiveness; 4) to analyze the financial and economic activities of the enterprise; 5) to investigate investment and innovation activities of the enterprise; 6) to analyze the possibilities of innovative increase of product competitiveness; 7) provide a description and economic justification of the project to increase the competitiveness of products, as well as provide recommendations for its implementation, The object of research is the process of increasing the competitiveness of products. The subject of the research is innovative support of the process of increasing the competitiveness of Obolon PJSC products. The following research methods were used in the master's thesis: scientific generalization (in determining the essence of the impact of innovation on competitiveness), grouping method (in classifying innovations that affect the competitiveness of enterprises), system approach (in determining approaches to assessing the competitiveness of enterprises and products). enterprises), mathematical statistics (when processing statistical data for the analyzed period), comparison (when comparing economic indicators in the dynamics), mathematical forecasting (to assess the effectiveness of the project and the competitiveness of the enterprise in future years). Scientific novelty of the obtained results. Analyzed the impact of innovation on competitiveness. The analysis presented the classification of innovations and their impact on competitiveness. Presented a detailed review of the company's innovation activities, starting with the structure of Obolon PJSC and the company's management, which influences the review and implementation of innovations, the company's innovation strategy, ending with tools for innovation decisions. Based on the analysis of innovation activities of PJSC "Obolon" and adaptation of the leading experience of the beer market, practical recommendations for innovative support of the process of increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise through the introduction of new retail production, namely craft beer.
