İnformasiya ehtiyatlarının təsnifatı, keyfiyyət göstəriciləri göstərilmiş, e-elm mühitində elmin idarə olunması üçün vahid İS-in yaradılmasının zəruriliyi vurğulanmışdır. Elmi tədqiqat nəticələrinin inteqrasiyası əsasında qurulmuş Cari Tədqiqat İS-in (ing. Current Research Information Systems, CRIS) əsas iş prinsipləri, funksional imkanları, arxitekturası haqqında məlumat verilmiş, bu tipli sistemlərin yaradılmasında Norveç, Böyük Britaniya və Rusiya təcrübəsi araşdırılmışdır. Layihələrin oxşar və fərqli xüsusiyyətləri, yaradılması üçün görülmüş işlər haqqında məlumat verilmişdir. Beynəlxalq təcrübənin araşdırılması nəticəsində ölkəmizdə analoji sistemin yaradılmasının zəruriliyi vurğulanmış, təklif olunan sistemin konseptual modeli işlənmişdir. Sistemdə informasiya axınları, məlumatların əlaqələndirilməsi sxemi və yaradılmasında mövcud problemlər diqqətə çatdırılmışdır. Göstərilmişdir ki, sistem elmi fəaliyyətin qiymətləndirilməsi və elmin idarə olunması məsələlərinin həllinə dəstək verəcək, idarəetmədə operativliyi, dəqiqliyi, şəffaflığı artıracaq, mütərəqqi və keyfiyyətli idarəçiliyə səbəb olacaqdır.

Yıldız Güven, Ebru Ayvaz ve İlkay Göktaş tarafından yapılan bir diğer araştırmada “Okul öncesi dönem çocuklarının zihin kuramı ve sosyal problem çözme becerileri arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi” başlığı bizi karşılamaktadır. Şenay Özen Altınkaynak tarafından kaleme alınan son makalede “Annelerin okuma yazmaya hazırlık sürecine ilişkin görüşleri” başlığı dikkati çekmektedir. Abstract:
In this study, relationship of human development index, economic development and nutrition was evaluated. Data of Turkey, Norway, Korea, Italy, Greece, Bulgaria, Iran and the United States was compared. General situation in Turkey is evaluated and Solution proposals was presented. In the study, economic size and geographical proximity and similar features with Turkey, high Human Development Indexed countries was selected to compare with many parameters. Comparisons of the countries in terms of human development index and nutritional deficiency, showed similar characteristics with Iran, however, Turkey is dissociated from European countries, Korea and the US. As a result, the economic development level of countries have not seen that much more accurate results in the comparison of the human development index. ÖzetBu çalışmada insani gelişme endeksi, ekonomik gelişmişlik ve beslenme ilişkisi değerlendirilmiştir. Türkiye, Norveç, Kore, İtalya, Yunanistan, Bulgaristan, İran ve Amerika’ya ait veriler karşılaştırılmıştır. Türkiye’nin genel durumu değerlendirilmiş ve çözüm önerileri sunulmuştur. Çalışmada, Türkiye ile ekonomik büyüklük ve coğrafi yakınlık gibi özellikleri benzer ülkeler ve insani gelişmişlik endeksi yüksek olan ülkeler birçok parametre için karşılaştırılmıştır. Karşılaştırmalar, ülkemizin insani gelişmişlik endeksi ve beslenme yetersizliği açısından, İran ile benzer özellikler gösterdiğini ancak Avrupa ülkeleri, Kore ve ABD’den ayrıştığını göstermiştir. Sonuç olarak, ekonomik kalkınmışlık seviyesinin değil ülkeleri karşılaştırmada insani gelişmişlik endeksinin çok daha doğru sonuçlar verdiği görülmüştür.

Abstract:
Norges tilslutning til Atlanterhavspakten i 1949 markerte et vendepunkt i norsk sikkerhetspolitikk. Norsk sikkerhet kom til å hvile på NATO, med USA som fremste støttemakt. I den senere tid er det transatlantiske samarbeidet kommet under press, og det stilles spørsmål ved den amerikanske garantien. Det kan medføre en alvorlig utfordring for norsk sikkerhet. På lang sikt vil det kunne vokse frem et strategisk partnerskap i Nord-Europa og Norden, som kan bli en bærebjelke for norsk sikkerhetspolitikk og markere et nytt vendepunkt. Norges strategiske omgivelser er omskiftelige. Samtidig finnes noen bestandige trekk i norsk sikkerhetspolitisk tenkning, som kan betegnes som småstatsrealisme. Viktigst er betydningen av å bli beskyttet av større makter, men også å holde dem på avstand, samt folkeretten og den globale orden som sikkerhetsnett, der rett går foran makt.

Abstract:
This paper examines the development cooperation policies of the Scandinavian countries, namely Denmark, Norway and Sweden. It aims to provide a more detailed understanding of the similarities and differences between the three countries in conducting development cooperation. The term of development cooperation is almost synonymous with aid programs or more specifically with Official Development Assistance / ODA while also being a broader concept covering many support mechanisms. Thus, a central concern in this study is to investigate the aid volume, focus areas, geographic allocations, institutional structure and objectives of the Scandinavian countries as well as explore the policy reasons from theoretical perspectives and models. The research is conducted according to John Mill's method of difference as the researched countries are highly similar in development level and aid provision. Possible theories of the thesis are neorealism and sociological institutionalism which are proven effective in analyzing the foreign policies and understanding state behaviors in International Relations. The political culture and models of foreign policy analysis branch are also involved for providing a broader scope. The research results show that although these three countries are very similar in many aspects, they have also some differences in their policy objectives and strategies. The reasons are various, be it power aspirations, cultural differences or simply the values.

Tezis, inkişaf naminə əməkdaşlıq sahəsində bu ölkələr arasındakı oxşar və fərqli cəhətlərin ətraflı araşdırılaraq, daha yaxşı anlaşılmasını hədəfləyir. Bir çox dəstək mexanizmini özündə ehtiva edən “İnkişaf naminə əməkdaşlıq” konsepsiyası, termin olaraq, yardım proqramları, daha dəqiq ifadə etsək, İnkişaf üçün Rəsmi Yardım / ODA ilə oxşar mənaları ifadə edir. Tezisin əsas məğzi, Skandinaviya ölkələri tərəfindən ayrılan yardımların həcmini, maraq dairələrini, coğrafi təyinatlarını, institusional quruluş və hədəflərini araşdırmaq, həmçinin, bu yardımların siyasi səbəblərini nəzəri baxımdan və modellər nöqteyi-nəzərindən tədqiq etməkdir. Abstract:
Notre travail cherche a interroger le rapport philosophique construit par canguilhem entre le vital et le social. Il s'agit de comprendre comment une creation interne a la vie, designee par canguilhem sous le terme de "normativite" conduit a une certaine elaboration des rapports du vital et du social par laquelle est pensee l'histoire de l'homme a partir d'une analyse de l'individualisation vitale et de la subjectivite humaine. La nouveaute de canguilhem reside, selon nous, dans sa tentative de rendre immanente la norme a la vie, induisant une inscription de l'histoire humaine dans l'histoire de la vie. Des lors que la vie est definie comme creation de normes, tout vivant affirme ses propres normes, les cree le cas echeant, entre en conflit avec les vivants createurs d'autres normes. Il en resulte une reforme de l'anthropologie a partir de la question de la vie. Selon notre hypothese, le sens de l'experience anthropologique ne reside pas tant dans une fermeture de l'homme sur ses propres caracteristiques que dans une circulation des comportements qui conjoignent vitalite et socialite, activite et subjectivite. La determination des normes humaines n'a de valeur que soutenue par descapacites normatives puisees dans le registre de la vie. L'intervention du vital dans la constitution sociale de l'homme fait surgir des elements exterieurs a l'humaine condition, puises dans l'ordre de la nature, souvent tenus pour etrangers au projet anthropologique. Une reflexion sur la valeur creatrice de la vie permet de comprendre la maniere dont l'homme est considere comme un vivant normatif, engageant ses valeurs de vie dans des valorisations culturelles et sociales. Cette valorisation est dictee par la possibilite d'une devalorisation engendree par le pathologique, pris pour valeur normative moindre. Le pathologique, qui n'est pas absence de normes mais restriction de leur fonctionnement, oriente le vivant humain vers la conscience subjective de sa propre individualite.

Abstract:
Bakgrunden till denna studie är att det finns inte finns någon direkt forskning kring unga flickors (7-9 år) socialisering in i den manliga normen inom idrotten. Syftet med studien är att beskriva och förstå fotbollens betydelse för unga flickors socialisering in i en idrott styrd av manliga normer. Utifrån teorierna könssocialisation, Bourdieus symboliskt våld och Habitus samt Connells maskulinitetsteori, genomfördes studien på två stycken flickfotbollslag och deras ledare. Det genomfördes sammanlagt fem observationer och sex stycken gruppintervjuer. Resultatet har bearbetats utifrån Hermeneutiken. I studien framkommer det att flickorna socialiseras inom förenings och tävlingsfostran. Det framkommer också att den manliga normen inte är så tydlig för dessa unga flickor. Däremot socialiseras de in i en könsbestämning som är mer åt den manliga normen än den kvinnliga normen utifrån samhällets perspektiv. Inom fotbollens värld socialiseras de i en norm där de har mer fria tyglar och därmed utvidgar gränserna för den manliga normen.

Abstract:
Ce mémoire de thèse porte sur la conception, la validation et l'application du codage canal en mode relais dans le cadre de système WiFI. A cette fin, le modèle de transmission coopératif est introduit dans le chapitre 1 et le chapitre 2 se consacre à l'étude du décodeur MIMO intégrré dans le système coopératif. Le chapitre 3 se consacre à l'étude du protocole baptisé Relais-SISO et sa mise en œuvre dans le standard IEEE802. 11a à 5 GHz. De nouvelles structures de trame sont proposées en ajoutant des préambules destinée à être exploités par le mode coopératif. Des résultatss de simulation démontrent l'avantage de la technologie coopérative. A notre connaissance, ces travaux sont les premiers à proposer une application du codage relais au WiFi. Le chapitre 4, une stratégie hybride basée sur la solution Relais-SISO est présentée car elle améliore les performances du système Relais-SISO. Le mode hybride proposé s'appuie sur l'évaulation de la qualité du lien coopératif pour activer ce mode. Dans le chapitre 5, l'optimisation du mode coopératif de la couche physique est réalisé en mettant en œuvre la chaîne de partitionnement du Golden Code. On met en évidentce le fait qu'une simple combinaison de ce dernier et d'un code convolutif, fournit un gain de codage grâce au gain du déterminant du Golden code. Le travail serait incomplet sans tenir compte du nouveau standard WiFi IEEE802. 11n ratifié en Octobre 2009. C'est l'objet du chapitre 6, qui propose un protocol coopératif, baptisé Relay-MIMO, qui exploite d'une manière conjointe la diversité MIMO et la diversité de coopération
In this thesis, we show the realization and application of relay coding in the current WiFi system. For this purpose, the cooperative transmission model is introduced in Chapter 1 and we study the MIMO decoder technique for cooperative system in Chapter 2. Chapter 3 is dedicated to the study of the cooperative protocol, named Relay-SISO and its implementation in 5 GHz IEEE802. 11a standard. New frame structures are proposed by introducing new preamble fields that are essential to realize the cooperative mode. The simulation results show the advantage of this cooperative method to improve 802. 11a system's performance. As far as we know, this is the first works concerning the applications of cooperation in WiFi system. In Chapter 4, a Relay-SISO based hyubird strategy is presented and it can improve the Relay-SISO performance. This hybrid mode operates by evaluating the cooperative link quality. In Chapter 5, we propose another physical layer optimization method that takes advantage of the partition chaine of Golden code. By simulations, a simple combinaison of this method and convolutional code can provide a coding gain thanks to the derterminant gain of Golden code. In Chapter 6, we propose a new cooperative protocol Relay-MIMO. This cooperation mode is derived from the IEEE 802. 11n based Wifi standard which is ratified in October 2009. In this protocol, we exploit jointly the MIMO diversity with the cooperative diversity

Une part importante de la recherche en réseaux étudie le protocole Wi-Fi. Une des techniques pour mieux le comprendre est le sniffing (c. -à-d. L'écoute passive du trafic radio). Mais cela soulève des questions. Cette technique génère des traces de paquets, et il n'existe pas de logiciel générique pour les manipuler. Il en résulte une mauvaise interopérabilité, des efforts dupliqués et des performances décevantes. Ces problèmes sont critiques pour la fusion de traces. Des questions de plus haut niveau se posent aussi. D'abord, la précision du sniffing est incertaine. Ensuite, les études se concentrent souvent sur des problèmes de protocole. Le Wi-Fi équipe de nouveaux types d'appareils (p. Ex. Des appareils mobiles) et il serait intéressant d'étudier ces usages. Enfin, on a peu d'informations en dehors des environnements académiques. Dans cette thèse nous proposons WiPal, un logiciel pour traiter les traces de paquets Wi-Fi. Il inclue une bibliothèque et un ensemble de programmes. Abstract:
This bachelor’s thesis is based on the charred archaeobotanical material from a settlement at Eikebakken, Norway dated to the end of Bronze Age. The study focuses on determining the potential use of weeds and the oil plant flax (Linum usitatissimum). The archaeobotanical samples contained large amounts of charred flax seeds, and to determine whether it was used for oil or textile production a morphometric study of the material was undertaken and compared to other morphometric studies from Northern Europe. An experiment on modern flax seeds, carbonised at different temperatures, was used to expand current knowledge about how flax seeds change through the carbonisation process and why flax seeds are so rarely preserved in prehistoric contexts. The experiment results compared to the carbonized flax seeds from Eikebakken are shown with different diagrams and visualisations. The morphometric analysis together with the experiment provides new knowledge about the flax seeds complications with preservation and that flax in Norway's earliest stages was most likely grown for textile fibres, a contradiction to earlier assumptions.

Abstract:
Syftet med denna litteraturstudie är att jämföra Sveriges respektive Norges läsförståelseundervisning. Vi har analyserat material från olika publikationstyper för att återspegla vad tidigare forskning säger om ämnet. De frågeställningar arbetet utgår ifrån är: Hur ser läsförståelseundervisningen ut i respektive land? Vilka satsningar har gjorts i respektive land för att öka läsförståelsen? Vilka bakomliggande faktorer påverkar resultaten? Källorna i studien uppgår till 20 och består av olika publikationstyper i form av doktorsavhandlingar, artiklar, olika undersökningar och läroplaner. Utifrån materialet har vi gjort en grundlig jämförelse mellan Sverige och Norge. Resultatet av studien visar att Norges satsningar på läsförståelseundervisning de senaste 15 åren har varit mer genomtänkta och innehållit en tydligare struktur än de svenska. Norge har tagit lärdom av sina tidigare brister och systematiskt arbetat fram ett kunskapscenter som baseras på vetenskap och utgår från universitet. Norge har även lagt stora satsningar på att öka motivationen till att läsa. Genomgående för den svenska läsförståelseundervisningen är att det lagts för stort ansvar på elever i för tidig ålder. Sverige startade ett nationellt centrum för språk-, läs- och skrivutveckling som ligger under Skolverket och som inte är forskningsbaserat till skillnad från Norges kunskapscenter. Studien påvisar flertalet bakomliggande faktorer som påverkar resultaten och som vi i vår framtida profession kommer dra nytta av. Dessa bakomliggande faktorer pekar på hur migrationen, hemförhållanden och andra omständigheter påverkar resultaten.

Detta examensarbete undersöker möjligheter att bjuda in vuxna elever att medverka mera i skolans kvalitetsarbete. Många vuxna som utbildar sig mot ett yrke har lång och värdefull livs och yrkeserfarenhet som borde tas tillvara. Det har varit mycket diskussioner genom tiderna om elevinflytande och medverkan men är detta är något som passar extra bra för vuxna. Jag har med en enkät mätt hur eleverna upplever förutsättningar för medverkande i lärandet. Enkäten ger några svar på hur elever från tre nordiska länder upplever lärandet i olika arbete- och undervisningsformer. Det finns några nyckelpunkter i verksamheten där både elevinflytande och lärandet står i fokus, frågor som ställs är: Hur kan elever vara med att bestämma och utforma innehåll i olika kurser med tonvikt på inlärningsmetoder och arbetsformer och hur är verkligheten i dag i den skolan där jag arbetar. Resultaten visar att eleverna är positivt inställda till att vara med att utforma sin egen inlärning och att många använder denna möjlighet i viss mån. Jag menar att det är fullt möjligt att inludera alla, även de som inte känner så stort deltagande i dag men da är det viktigt att lärarna är med och vägledar och tar det slutliga ansvaret.

De l'endogène à l'exogène, l'institution judiciaire est tiraillée entre la crise de ses membres les plus éminents et la perte de confiance des citoyens à son égard. Mais s'il y a trois siècles, La Bruyère écrivait que " le devoir des juges est de rendre la justice ; leur métier est la différer ", les temps modernes ne permettent plus à la magistrature de différer. Au contraire, ils la somment de se hâter et de se transformer On s'interroge alors pour savoir si le réveil de l'institution ne pourrait pas venir de l'acceptation de notions mercantiles telles que le concept de qualité. Peut-être, est-il temps d'ouvrir la justice à des préceptes économiques issus des entreprises privées ? Pour lutter contre la crise de la justice ne s'impose-t-il pas aujourd'hui d'ouvrir le monde de l'institution judiciaire aux techniques de management ? Mais ces dernières et l'idéal de " qualité totale " qu'elles véhiculent viennent du secteur privé. Sont-elles transposables tels quels à l'institution judiciaire ? Jusqu'où les logiques managériales et les techniques qu'elles proposent sont-elles compatibles avec une justice respectueuse du citoyen, de ses droits et de ses garanties en justice ?

Dans les milieux populaires le bizness renvoie à l'échange marchand et illégal des biens domestiques. Aux pieds des H. L. M. , circulent ainsi des produits de consommation de toutes sortes : des vêtements, de l'électroménager, des cosmétiques, etc. . . J'ai voulu connaître ce marché et ces marchands souterrains, et comprendre le sens qu'ils donnent à leur engagement dans l'illégalité. Loin de correspondre à une délinquance économique, que la marginalité sociale et le mythe de l'argent facile légitimeraient, à tort ou à raison selon les points de vue, les huit receleurs et vendeurs à la sauvette que j'ai observés pendant quatre années ne portent pas les stygmates du naufragé social. A l'inverse, ils veulent s'en écarter, et rejettent le projets de s'inscrire dans un cadre de vie sociale fortement influencé par des normes morales qu'il puisent dans la diversité des milieux culturels auxquels ils se rattachent - la famille, le système scolaire, le milieu professionnel, la sociabilité des pairs. C'est ainsi qu'ils investissent dans le marché noir les ressources humaines issues de ces univers de la norme. La frontière entre la norme et la déviance est poreuse. Si les stratégies de légitimation de la pratique illégale des acteurs sont diverses, elles s'orientent malgré tout vers une même objectif : celui de faire du bizness l'une des conditions sociales de possibilité de s'inscrire définitivement dans la norme et l'expérience de la légalité
In the working class, "bizness" amounts to an illegal market exchange of goods. A lot of consumer products are available - clothes, kitchen appliances, cosmetics etc. . . , on the street level of high rise housing projects. I strove to get acquainted with this mùarket and its underground merchants, and to understand the meaning of their commitment to illegality. Far from economic delinquency legitimized by poverty and easy money, the eight street peddlers whom I observed for four years do not hold the stygma of social outcast. On the contrary,thy reject and try to avoid a career of delinquency. Their experience of illegality has to do with a social lifestyle strongly influenced by moral norms which they draw from their various cultural universes - family, school, work, peers. That is why they invest their human resources in these sources of norms. The frontier between norm and deviance is porous. However diverse are their strategies of legitimation, the street peddlers all have the same goal : to consider "bizness" as a possible way to live according to norm and legality
