Abstract:

The author traces and analyzes the career and activity of Academician Nodari Aleksandrovich Simoniyа (1932–2019), a prominent orientalist and expert in international relations who headed the Institute of World Economy and International Relations of the Russian Academy of Sciences in 2000–2006. The article reveals the formation of the general worldview and academic views of N. Simoniа, assesses his contribution to the study of the East after the collapse of the colonial system and the formation of young independent states. The author acquaints the reader with the views of the Academician on the European, Asian and Russian revolutions, with his approach to understanding the processes of contemporary world development, explains his civil position, both under the Soviet regime and in post-Soviet Russia. N. Simonia combined a detailed knowledge of realities in the Eastern regions he studied – primarily Southeast Asia – with a deep theoretical approach to the study of complex processes in the East after the end of World War II. Over time, the interests of the Academician went beyond the East, to which he devoted several decades of research. At the turn of the 1990s‑2000s, his attention was attracted by the problems of global world development, as well as the development of post-Soviet Russia. All the works of N. Simonia – he published 18 books and dozens of articles in Russian and foreign academic journals – were written by him, as he himself admitted, on the basis of the Marxist methodology. But Simonia’s Marxism had nothing in common with vulgar ideas in Bolsheviks’ teachings of Marx and their “theory of Marxism-Leninism”. At the same time, the Academician criticized not only Stalin and Lenin, but also Marx himself, who succeeded only in deep analysis of contemporary pre-monopoly capitalism. N. Simonia criticized the Soviet model of socialism as well, believing that there has never been any real socialism in the USSR. He was equally critical of the “liberal” turn of the Russian intellectual elite after 1991, blaming its radical faction, which influenced President Boris Yeltsin, for instilling in Russia a model of the “worst”, as he wrote, “the most parasitic version of bureaucratic capitalism”. For Simonia, the latter was associated with Indonesia under Sukarno. But even there, not to mention Japan and South Korea, the business elite has never been antipatriotic, as it happened in modern Russia. In his opinion, the Russian model of capitalism turned out to be unlike either the Western or the Eastern model, and the modernization, which Russia urgently needs, is inseparable from genuine democratization, but should not represent an imitation of democracy, as is the case.

Abstract:

Com este artigo, desenvolvo uma discussão sobre o eu e o outro nos hinos da religião brasileira Santo Daime. Esse debate é trazido tendo como enfoque o eu pesquisador e as questões epistemológicas que o estudo da poética suscita. Para tanto, em um primeiro momento, apresento a concepção de eu na doutrina daimista (REHEN, 2007), destacando a rede de agentes formada em seus rituais e cosmovisão. Após, trago as contribuições dos Estudos da performance, para refletir sobre como este eu se constitui através de uma prática incorporada – que é, justamente, os rituais, nos quais os hinos são entoados. Por fim, procuro entrecruzar essa discussão com a pesquisa no campo dos Estudos literários, pensando como o jogo enunciativo proposto pela poética daimista se imbrica a problemática ontológica da enunciação, recorrendo, para tanto, às contribuições de Nodari (2015; 2019) sobre obliquação e experiência literária.

Abstract:

O silêncio, fundamental Ã criação artística que vai do modernismo ao período contemporâneo, é investigado, neste artigo, fora de seu paradigma citadino, a fim de se repensar o que é e o que pode ser tradução. Para tanto, mobiliza-se ideias de Paul Celan, Davi Kopenawa, Walter Benjamin, Alexandre Nodari e Emanuele Coccia, dentreoutros, tendo como objetivo cruzar ideias como memória, antropologia especulativa, biofonia, poética e xamanismo no delineamento do que seja uma translatio de mundos: a metamorfose. O silêncio ligado Ã ideia da biofonia se manifesta como vida, o que abre novas margens Ã “tarefa do tradutor”, dentre as quais o contato com o foris, como a floresta. Nessa chave, um poema de Paul Celan é traduzido como decorrência de uma “arqueologia especulativa”, ou seja, de uma nova perspectiva sobre a atenção dada ao poema e ao ambiente que o cercou e o cerca.

Situado entre os cinco maiores esportes de prestígio no mundo, o voleibol é um esporte que exige potência, agilidade, bem como alta velocidade de seus atletas, principalmente quando praticado em alto nível de competição. Seguindo esse contexto, torna-se importante o surgimento de ferramentas que possam servir de subsidio para a orientação de novos talentos na modalidade em questão. A dermatoglífia surge como um método possível para a busca e orientação de atletas no desporto de alto rendimento. Desta forma, o objetivo do presente estudo foi comparar as impressões digitais de atletas femininas de alto rendimento de Voleibol da Copa da Rainha da Espanha e de um grupo controle composto por mulheres não atletas. A amostra do estudo foi composta por 162 indivíduos do sexo feminino divididos em dois grupos. O primeiro composto por 81 atletas profissionais de equipes femininas de voleibol, participantes da Copa da Rainha de Voleibol da Espanha, que foram comparadas ao Grupo Controle, composto por 81 mulheres não atletas. A análise dermatoglífica seguiu o protocolo proposto por Cummins e Midlo, por intermédio do Leitor Dermatoglífico® validado por Nodari. Os resultados encontrados demonstraram que na comparação das variáveis numéricas, a quantidade de linhas do dedo médio da mão direita (MDSQL3) é menor no grupo das atletas profissionais de voleibol, quando comparados ao grupo controle. Os resultados encontrados neste estudo demonstraram que o perfil dermatoglífico das atletas de Voleibol feminino de alto rendimento difere significativamente do perfil da população não atleta. Recomendam-se novos estudos com populações de amostra maiores, com grupos étnicos variados, e pertencentes a diferentes competições e níveis competitivos do voleibol.

Abstract:

Krasnodar region is one of the most dynamically developing regions of Russia. Its unique natural and climatic conditions and resources, numerous nature reserves, traditions and rich historical and cultural heritage create great potential for the development of a tourist and recreational complex, which has a network of various enterprises specialising in vari-ous types of recreation. The paper contains the re-sults of a sociological study conducted with the help of an expert survey within the framework of assessing the state and prospects for the develop-ment of the tourist complex of Krasnodar region in the context of the implementation of national pro-jects. The authors identify a number of factors that hinder the effective development of the tourism in-dustry in Krasnodar region. Despite the problems identified in the course of the sociological study, the authors propose ways to solve them and outline further steps to improve the tourism sector in Kras-nodar region. In light of the successful implementa-tion of national programs, the authors of the work predict an increase in the number of objects of the tourist complex, the infusion of additional invest-ments, and in this regard, an increase in the reve-nues of the budget and in the competitiveness of the region, the creation of new additional jobs and an increase in the well-being of the rural population, a decrease in costs from the resort tourist organisa-tions, reconstruction of the internal infrastructure of rural settlements.

Abstract:

Georgian postmodernist miniature is an important artistic space of the latest Georgian writing (alongside the novel, short story, novel, sketch and other prose (as well as poetic) narratives. Miniature as a literary genre has a long history in Georgia (although, at the same time, much shorter than other genres). As indicated in the anthology published at the beginning of the nineties of the last century, Vazha-Pshavela's short prose works are considered to be the first samples of miniatures. The genre was raised to a special height by modernist authors – Niko Lortkifanidze and Sandro Tsirekidze. Also, Terenti Granelli, Konstantine Gamsakhurdia, Titsian Tabidze, Paolo Yashvili created some excellent examples. In the transition period between modernism and postmodernism, artistic texts of Guram Rcheulishvili, Rezo Inanishvili, Nodar Dumbadze, as well as Givi Margvelashvili, an excellent German-speaking Georgian author working in Germany, are perceived as interesting examples of the genre. At the beginning of the era of postmodernism, excellent miniatures were created by the above-mentioned Rezo Inanishvili («from desk notebooks»), Nugzar Shataidze, Otar Chkheidze... Leila Beroshvili, Olesia Tavadze, Naira Gelashvili, Rostom Chkheidze, Zaal Samadashvili are the main creators of Georgian miniatures in recent years... In this letter, we will focus on the arc of miniatures of the famous Georgian literary scholar and writer – Maya Jaliashvili «TaoKlarjeti Diary», in which the author (simultaneously, the narrator and the lyrical character) tells us about the five great temples of Tao-Klarjeti: Bana, Khakhuli, Oshk, Khandzta, Doliskhana. The Temple Enigma combines all five miniatures of the arc.

Abstract:

Este trabalho analisa a fanfic como prática literária de experimentação em que os valores, questões e identidades dos autores são refletidas e refratadas para suas narrativas. Para tanto, compreende a fanfiction como produção escriturística realizada por sujeitos fãs, em fandoms, motivada pela relação emotivo-volitiva de afetividade desses sujeitos com um texto matriz. Para alcançar nossos objetivos, fazemos uso dos postulados advindos de Bakhtin (2015a; 2015b; 2015c), sobretudo referente à discussão de signo, ideologia, gêneros discursivos, carnavalização, coroação-destronamento e reelaboração. Na tentativa de aprofundar o debate, discussões acerca de cultura da convergência e da antropologia especulativa apontadas por Jenkins (2009) e Nodari (2015) juntam-se ao arcabouço teórico. Por fim, a pesquisa demonstrou elementos estilísticos que caracterizam e diferenciam a fanfic de outros gêneros romanescos e como sua prática é vetor de experimentação identitária para aqueles que a produzem. Abstract:

Since there are no pre-emergence herbicides in “The State Catalogue of pesticides and agrochemicals” approved for use in the Russian Federation on oil flax, in 2018–2020, we studied the pre-emergence herbicides on crop sowings in the zone of unstable moistening on leached chernozem (VNIIMK, Kras-nodar) and in the zone of insufficient moistening on ordinary chernozem (Don experimental station of VNIIMK, Rostov region). We observed the decrease in weed infestation in oil flax sowings when we ap-plied pre-emergence herbicides. The highest biological effectiveness was observed in the zone of unstable moistening, when the plants were sprayed with Tifi, WDG (0.025 kg/ha) at the stage of true leaves development of flax on the background of pre-emergence application with Frontier Optima, EC (1.2 l/ha) – 63.2%; in the zone of insufficient moistening – at pre-emergence application with the tank mixture Dual Gold, EC (1.6 l/ha) + Gezagard, SC (3.5 l/ha) – 67.8%. However, we recorded the phytotoxic effect on oil flax at application of the tank mixture Dual Gold, EC (1.6 l/ha) + Gezagard, SC (3.5 l/ha) in the amount of 23.7–35.7% on the EWRC scale (Europe-an Weed Research Council). We established the positive effect of pre-emergence soil herbicides Frontier Optima, EC (1.2 l/ha) and Dual Gold, EC (1.6 l/ha) on the oil flax seed yield and economic indicators of its production. Herbicides Frontier Optima, EC (1.2 l/ha) and Dual Gold, EC (1.6 l/ha) are recommended for inclusion into the list of preparations approved for use on oil flax in the Russian Federation. Crop foliar treatment with herbicide Tifi, WDG (0.025 kg/ha) on the background of pre-emergence application of the preparation Frontier Optima, EC (1.2 l/ha) or Dual Gold, EC (1.6 l/ha) in the zone of unstable moistening led to yield decrease by 0.29 and 0.23 t/ha, respec-tively, it did not affect the oil flax yield in the zone of insufficient moistening.

Abstract:

In 2017–2020, we studied the yield formation, its structure and quality in early-maturing self-pollinated lines – maternal forms of sunflower hybrids VK 101, VK 678, VK 905, VA 760, and ED 765 bred at V.S. Pustovoit All-Russian Research Institute of Oil Crops. The research was carried out on leached chernozem in the central natural and climatic zone of the Kras-nodar region under free flowering cultivation with plant population of 40, 50, 60, and 70 thousand plants/ha. We established the negative dependence of seed yield from the sieve with oblong holes of 2.5 × 20 mm in size on increasing the plant density. The maximum yield of this seed fraction was obtained when growing maternal lines VK 101 and ED 765 with a population of 50 thousand plants/ha (1.18 and 1.12 t/ha), VA 760 and VK 678 – 60 thousand plants/ha (1.16 and 1.33 t/ha), VK 905 – 70 thousand plants/ha (1.50 t/ha). With the thickening of sowings of maternal lines by 10 thousand plants/ha, the yield of seeds from the sieve with a hole size of 2.5 × 20 mm on average decrease in VK 905 by 1.9%, VK 101, VK 678, and VA 760 – by 4.9–5.0%, and ED 765 – by 5.9%. With increasing the plant population from 40 to 70 thousand plants/ha, the oil content of seeds increased from 0.6% for VK 101 to 3.0% for VK 678, and on average for the maternal lines of hybrids – by 1.7%. We established the negative dependence of the head diameter, size of productive area of a head, thousand-seed weight, and num-ber of filled seeds in a head on increase in the plant density. The increase of plant population by 10 thou-sand plants/ha resulted in decrease of a head diameter by 0.64–1.02 cm, productive area of a head by 14.4–27.2 cm2, thousand-seed weight by 1.4–3.5 g, a number of filled seeds in a head by 37–125 seeds, depending on the maternal line of a hybrid.

Abstract:

The article is dedicated to the events in IMEMO in the first half of the 2000s, associated with the activities of the Academician Nodari Simoniya, the new director of the Institute. In 2002, Simoniya added Gennadii Chufrin to his team as one of his deputy directors. In 2002, the editor-in-chief of the “World Economy and International Relations” journal was replaced. After the death of German Diligenskii, who had been heading the journal since 1988, the well-known political scientist Andrei Ryabov became the new editor-in-chief. He managed to preserve the best traditions laid down by his predecessor. The article also traces the main measures for the partial reorganization of the Institute’s structure, carried out by the Academician Simoniya in 2001–2006. The author reveals the substance of this reorganization aimed at concentrating the efforts of the IMEMO research team on the study of the most pressing and important problems of the contemporary world. One of the important decisions was the creation of the Center for Energy Problems headed by the Director of the Institute. The emergence of this research unit was the result of numerous requests received by the Institute from government agencies and economic structures, which wanted to have qualified expert assessments in this area. Therefore, it was decided to concentrate research on energy problems in one Center. Several previously existing research subdivisions also underwent reorganization: the Department of Developing Countries, which studied the Third world, was transformed into the Center for Development and Modernization Problems, where, among other things, Russia’s problems were addressed; the Department studying the internal political processes in Western countries was transformed into the Center for Socio-Economic and Socio-Political Studies of Western Countries and Russia. The Department of North American Studies, the Department of International Political Problems, the Department of Global Economic Problems and Foreign Economic Policy, and the Center for Asia-Pacific Studies were reorganized as well in order to actualize their studies. The measures for the partial reorganization of IMEMO were explained not only by considerations of research expediency, but also by the increasingly insistent demands of the government to reduce the number of employees of academic institutes in the system of the Russian Academy of Sciences. By the end of 2006, there was a slight decrease in the number of doctors of sciences at the Institute in comparison with 2001. This was largely due to objective reasons – retirement or death of senior researchers. But at the same time, there was a significant influx of young people into the postgraduate school. In general, the management of IMEMO succeeded in preserving human resources and academic potential of the Institute.

AbstractThe descriptions of pupae of three Western Palaearctic species of Erebidae (subfamily Herminiinae), namely Idia calvaria (Denis et Schiffermüller, 1775), Pechipogo flavicrinalis (Andreas, 1910), and Nodaria nodosalis (Herrich-Schäffer, 1851), and three species of Noctuidae (subfamilies Acronictinae and Bryophilinae), namely Oxicesta geographica (F., 1787), Simyra dentinosa (Freyer, 1839), and Cryphia ochsi Boursin, 1940 are given. The main morphological features are described, compared with those of the related taxa and also illustrated in 57 line drawings. The systematic status and position of the described species present in the current systems are also discussed from the point of view of morphology of their pupae.

O Brasil possui reconhecimento mundial por ser um país megadiverso, e esta grande diversidade proporciona uma ótima estratégia de pesquisa em relação aos princípios bioativos (Guerra & Nodari, 2010). Uma das representantes frugívora brasileira, bastante estudada é a Myrtaceae, por possuir um perfil químico bastante rico, contando com a presença de flavonoídes, sesquiterpenos, monoterpenos, dentre outros (Cruz & Kaplan, 2004), garantindo esta família, através destes compostos químicos um alto potencial bioativo.Embora a família Myrtaceae possua estudos sobre o potencial para fins medicinais, pouco são as pesquisas realizadas com espécies do Nordeste Brasileiro. E segundo Carlixto (2005) muitas espécies nativas do Brasil com fins medicinais ainda precisam ser estudadas e aproveitadas. Desta maneira, a pesquisa desenvolvida buscou fazer uma triagem farmacológica do extrato etanólico de frutos de Myrcia alagoensis de ocorrência no estado da Bahia, a fim de verificar o potencial biológico por meio dos estudos de toxicidade aguda e efeitos analgésicos.

A proposta foi elaborada no formato de oficina[1] e contou com a participação de alunos e da professora supervisora da escola, os quais fizeram uso da ferramenta Facebook®como meio de interação. A proposta se pautou primordialmente nos pressupostos do letramento crítico (JORDÃO, 2007), na noção de pós-método (KUMARAVADIVELU, 2001; 2006), e na compreensão de inglês como língua internacional (MCKAY, 2003; SHARIFIAN, 2009). Contou, ainda, com pressupostos fornecidos por diferentes estudiosos acerca da utilidade do uso do texto literário como ferramenta pedagógica e cultural na aula de Língua Inglesa. Observou-se que uma das grandes contribuições da oficina foi colocar a teoria em prática ao lidar com os desafios da articulação entre literatura e tecnologia, e com a desconstrução da ideia de que literatura e língua inglesa são difíceis e inacessíveis.[1] Salientamos que a proposta foi elaborada pelos bolsistas em 2013. Abstract:

Este artigo propõe uma leitura do filme longa metragem O animal cordial (2018), da roteirista e diretora Gabriela Amaral Almeida. A ideia foi percorrer o enredo contemplando as personagens e descrevendo como a roteirista e diretora brasileira colocou em cheque a validez e a pertinência da noção de “homem cordial”, descrita por Sérgio Buarque de Holanda (1995) em sua obra sociológica Raízes do Brasil. A proposta é observar (1) como esse significante persiste na contemporaneidade a despeito de seus envios anacrônicos e (2) de que forma o filme é, para além de uma leitura de homenagem ou denúncia desse anacronismo, uma possibilidade de reescrita do conceito pela sua rasura. Almeida filma uma noite em um restaurante brasileiro frequentado por pessoas pertencentes a uma classe social média-alta, ou economicamente ascendente. Nessa noite, o que se assiste é ao processo de ruína do “homem” que dá lugar ao “animal” e promove, com isso, uma sobrescrita não apenas do homem como do humano. É essa reescrita violenta e manchada de sangue o que me interessa no filme. É isso o que apresento neste texto amparada pelo pensamento de Hélène Cixous (1995), Alexandre Nodari (2017) e Achille Mbembe (2018), pois, a meu ver, é esse processo que o longa brasileiro expõe tão linda e visceralmente encetando devires.

Abstract:

Para muitos povos tradicionais, a floresta não é apenas a materialidade formada pelo conjunto de árvores que a compõem: ela inclui também a essência viva dos seres que a habitam. Cada um desses seres (humanos, animais, plantas e, eventualmente, outros) possui sua própria perspectiva sobre a floresta e, por consequência, seu próprio espaço existencial. A proposta deste ensaio é a elaboração de um conceito de floresta segundo o qual a floresta não é apenas um objeto material, mas refere-se ao fora do próprio mundo, com o qual uma outra dinâmica que não a da predação possa ser estabelecida. Com esse objetivo em vista, em primeiro lugar, investiga-se o conceito de inimigo proposto por Eduardo Viveiros de Castro como contrapartida ao conceito de sujeito ocidental. Em seguida, analisa-se o conceito de limite, proposto por Alexandre Nodari, como contraposição ao conceito de espaço ocidental. Ao tensionar-se os conceitos de inimigo e limite, propõe-se o termo floresta para referir-se a outro modo de relação possível com a sociodiversidade de mundos humanos e a biodiversidade. Por fim, são apresentados os traços gerais da experiência de floresta, na floresta dos yanomani, a partir dos trabalhos de Bruce Albert, François-Michel Le Tourneau e Julia Verdum. Nas considerações finais discute-sea floresta como uma disposição espacial e modo de convívio capaz de “adiar o fim do mundo”.

Orthophytum mucugense é uma espécie endêmica da Chapada Diamantina – Ba, ocorre em rochas próximas a rios e cachoeiras, e por ter um endemismo restrito, ocorrendo apenas no município de Mucugê, e apresentar populações pequenas, é considerada ameaçada (LOUZADA; WANDERLEY, 2010).A cultura de tecidos vegetais é uma alternativa viável para a propagação de O. mucugense, visto que há relatos de trabalhos de micropropagação desta espécie. A multiplicação in vitro tem como principal objetivo a produção de grande número de plantas em menor tempo possível, considerando os aspectos qualitativos das estruturas originadas (CHAVES, SCHUCH; ERIG, 2005). Esta etapa pode ser desenvolvida através da organogênese ou embriogênese, as quais ocorrem por duas vias distintas: a direta e a indireta.Na organogênese indireta há a necessidade de desdiferenciação do explante, originando calo antes do estabelecimento das células competentes (BERTOZZO; MACHADO, 2010), portanto, por serem massa celulares indiferenciadas, os calos têm facilidade na regeneração in vitro (KERBAUY, 1997), e permitem a obtenção de elevada taxa de multiplicação.Neste processo é importante o balanço entre auxina e citocinina. O 2,4 diclorofenoxiacético (2,4-D) é a auxina mais utilizada para calogênese (NOGUEIRA et al., 2007), pois tem como importante característica seu elevado efeito na indução da divisão celular e na formação de calos (HUANG et al., 2011). Já as citocininas induzem, na presença de auxinas, a divisão celular em calos (TAIZ; ZEIGER, 2013), sendo a benzilaminopurina (BAP) umas das mais utilizadas (GUERRA; NODARI, 2006).Há relatos da multiplicação in vitro via organogênese direta de O. mucugense (BELLINTANI et al., 2008; LIMA et., al 2012), contudo os autores sugerem que sejam realizados outros estudos para obtenção de uma maior taxa proliferativa. Isto pode ser feito por estudos de organogênese indireta, que ainda não foram relatados para esta espécie, visto que em geral esta via potencializa a regeneração de brotos. Além disso, deve-se testar diferentes tipos de explantes oriundos de uma única planta para maximizar a taxa de multiplicação in vitro. Portanto, o objetivo geral deste trabalho foi promover a indução de calos organogênicos com a utilização do 2,4-D, BAP, e diferentes explantes de Orthophytum mucugense.

DIREITO JURISPRUDENCIAL E AUTONOMIA DO DIREITO NAS ESTRATÉGIAS DISCURSIVAS DA CIÊNCIA JURÍDICA ENTRE OS OITOCENTOS E OS NOVECENTOS* CASE LAW AND AUTONOMY OF THE LAW ON THE DISCURSIVE STRATEGIES OF JURISPRUDENCE BETWEEN THE NINETEENTH AND TWENTIETH CENTURIES DIRITTO GIURISPRUDENZIALE E AUTONOMIA DEL DIRITTO NELLE STRATEGIE DISCORSIVE DELLA SCIENZA GIURIDICA TRA OTTO E NOVECENTO Massimo Meccarelli** RESUMO: No curso dos dois séculos nos quais os regimes jurídicos da legalidade encontraram desenvolvimento, frequentemente ressurgiam questões relativas às relações entre direito e sociedade, ao grau de ancoramento às opções do legislador e ao valor sistemático a se reconhecer ao fator jurisprudencial. O advento do primado da lei colocou o problema de sua sustentabilidade. O objetivo destas páginas é seguir alguns itinerários teóricos oitocentistas e novecentistas sobre como conceber, por meio da jurisprudência, dinâmicas de manifestação do direito autônomas da mediação do poder político. O tema tem uma sua relevância também para uma compreensão da fase atual; nessa, de fato, como se procurará demonstrar, parece se delinear um horizonte diverso de sentido para a autonomia do direito em respeito aquele passado recente. Proceder-se-á considerando as percepções doutrinais de duas questões correlatas: as características da interpretação do direito por um lado e os perfis sistemáticos da jurisdição do outro. RIASSUNTO: Nel corso dei due secoli in cui i regimi giuridici della legalità hanno trovato svolgimento sono spesso tornate a proporsi le questioni relative al rapporto tra diritto e società, al grado di ancoraggio alle opzioni del legislatore e al valore sistematico da riconoscere al fattore giurisprudenziale. L’avvento del primato della legge ha posto il problema della sua sostenibilità. Intento di queste pagine è seguire alcuni itinerari teorici otto-novecenteschi sul come concepire, tramite la giurisprudenza, dinamiche di manifestazione del diritto autonome dalla mediazione del potere politico. Il tema ha una sua rilevanza anche per una comprensione della fase attuale; in essa infatti, come si cercherà di mostrare, sembra delinearsi un diverso orizzonte di senso per l’autonomia del diritto rispetto a quel passato recente. Si procederà considerando le percezioni dottrinali di due questioni correlate: i caratteri dell’interpretazione del diritto da un lato e i profili sistematici della giurisdizione dall’altro. ABSTRACT: In the span of the two centuries in which the legal regimes of legality found development, it often resurfaced the issues related to the relations between law and society, to the degree of anchorage to the lawmaker choices, and to the systematic value to be recognized to the case law factor. The advent of the primacy of law has placed the issue of its sustainability. The purpose of these pages is to follow some theoretical itineraries from the Nineteenth and Twentieth Centuries about how to conceive, through case law, a dynamics of law’s manifestation autonomous from political power mediation. The subject has its own relevance for an understanding of the current phase; on this, in fact, as I will seek to demonstrate, it seems to draw a diverse horizon of sense to the Law's autonomy compared to the recent past. I shall proceed by considering the doctrinal perceptions of two correlate questions: the characteristics of law's interpretation on the one hand, and the systematic profiles of jurisdiction on the other. Abstract:

This paper falls within the scope of investigations on the fundamentals and educational practices and it is related to the development of a master's research carried out in Uberaba, Minas Gerais, Brazil. In this text, we propose to contextualize and characterize the senses and challenges pointed out by philosophy teachers to the teaching of this subject at the high school. We take a qualitative perspective, taking into account the use of a mixed questionnaire for data production (GIL, 2010) and the thematic content analysis technique (BARDIN, 2010). Our theoretical framework was supported by Deleuze (1992, 2006), Deleuze e Guattari (1995, 1997a, 1997b, 2005), Nietzsche (2003) e Foucault (1987, 2006, 2007). The senses and challenges attributed by the researched teachers reveals a complexity scenario: if on the one hand the limits imposed by the different bureaucratic aspects of the educational system and the devaluation of philosophy as a thought subject expose the fragility of philosophical practice in high school; on the other hand, the aspects that have been particularized between philosophy and its teaching express the conditions of a provocative philosophical practice of ruptures and movements capable of enunciating, within the own thinking, the cultivation of criticism, autonomy and creativity.ResumoEste artigo se insere no âmbito das pesquisas sobre os fundamentos e práticas educacionais e se relaciona com o desenvolvimento de uma pesquisa de mestrado realizada em Uberaba, Minas Gerais. Neste texto, propomos contextualizar e caracterizar os sentidos e os desafios apontados pelos professores de filosofia ao ensino desta disciplina em nível médio. Pautamo-nos em perspectiva qualitativa, tendo em conta o emprego de questionário misto para a produção de dados (GIL, 2010) e a opção pela técnica da análise temática de conteúdo (BARDIN, 2010). Nosso referencial teórico encontra sustentação no entretecimento das ideias de Deleuze (1992, 2006), Deleuze e Guattari (1995, 1997a, 1997b, 2005), Nietzsche (2003) e Foucault (1987, 2006, 2007). Os sentidos e os desafios atribuídos pelos professores pesquisados evidenciam um cenário de complexidade: se de um lado os limites impostos pelos diferentes aspectos burocráticos do sistema de ensino e a desvalorização da filosofia como disciplina do pensamento expõem a fragilidade do fazer filosófico no ensino médio; por outro lado, os aspectos que se circunstanciam entre a filosofia e o seu ensino exprimem as condições de um fazer provocativo das rupturas e dos movimentos capazes de enunciar, no interior do próprio pensamento, o cultivo da crítica, da autonomia e da criatividade.Palavras-chave: Ensino da filosofia, Ensino médio, Sentidos, Desafios.Keywords: Philosophy teaching, High School, Senses, Challenges.ReferencesBARDIN, Laurence.
