Abstract:
Data retrieved from airborne laser scanning represents a new source of forest data. Today, the technology has matured so that it can function in an operational environment. The aim of this study was to compile areas of application of laserdata in forestry. Moreover to analyze costs and accessibility of laserdata. The goal was to provide private forest owners information to support assessments of possible benefits of laserdata. Data produced by Skogsstyrelsen and SLU seems to be useful for private forest owners. These data i.e. includes maps of digital terrain models, tree heights, stand volumes, tree diameters, basal areas and biomass. Today, the costs for airborne laser scanning are high for the private forest owners. Perhaps co- ordinations between forest owner organizations and other timber buying companies could solve this problem.

Abstract:
Denna studie har med hjälp av den nya nationella höjdmodellen (NNH), som bygger på LiDAR-teknik, försökt att i västra Gästrikland hitta och analysera de landskaps- och terrängformer som kallas för högsta kustlinjen (HK). Dessa forna strandlinjer efter den senaste istiden har undersökts tidigare i studieområdet med hjälp av avvägningsinstrument och genom jordprover på 11 lokaler åren 1925-1930 och på 8 lokaler åren 1954-1960. I studien har det undersökts hur väl det går att identifiera nya som äldre HK-lokaler, jämföra de äldre undersökningarna med resultatet från dagens moderna datorteknik. Genom att i ett GIS-program skapa en terrängskuggning av NNH, som innan leverans har särskilt mark- och vattenytan från vegetation och antropogena objekt, har höjder kunnat mätas längs HK-linjer med cirka 50 meters avstånd. På grund av den snabba landhöjningen de första 500 åren efter avsmältningen är de högst belägna spåren av stranderosion svårare att hitta än de lägre. Av de 25 lokaler som hittades och analyserades var 11 lokaler på platser som inte tidigare undersökts eller där HK tidigare inte har kunnat fastställas. Av de undersökta lokalerna klassades 10 som osäkra, 11 som halvskarpa, 3 som skarpa och 1 som ett HK-delta. Från söder mot norr i västra Gästrikland stiger HK med cirka 27 meter från 194 meter över havet till 221 meter över havet. Skillnaderna jämfört med de tidigare undersökningarna är cirka ±2 meter, med undantag för 4 lokaler med skillnader från cirka 4 meter över till cirka 10 meter under. Förutom de 25 lokalerna hittades 6 mycket osäkra lokaler där HK inte gick att fastställa. Av dessa ligger 5 i ett område nordost och öster om Hofors. LiDAR-tekniken ger kvantitativt fler lokaler i områden som eventuellt tidigare inte har kunnat besökas och är en mer tidseffektiv metod.

Abstract:
Lantmäteriet har fått i uppdrag att ta fram en Ny Nationell Höjdmodell (NNH) över Sverige. Höjddata samlas in med flygburen laserskanning (FLS) och osäkerheten i höjd ligger generellt sett under 0,1 m på hårda plana ytor, dock kan osäkerheten öka avsevärt i terrängtyper med tät vegetation eller i områden med starkt sluttande terräng. Syftet med detta examensarbete är att kontrollera hur osäkerheten påverkas av olika vegetationstyper samt olika lutningsgrader. Provningen utfördes i delar av Avesta och Hedemora kommun i april 2012, där nio olika provytor kontrollerades enligt den tekniska specifikationen SIS-TS 21145:2007 ”Byggmätning – Statistisk provning av digital terrängmodell”. Kontrollprofiler mättes in i provytorna med Nätverks Real Time Kinematic Global Navigation Satellite System (NRTK-GNSS) för de provytor detta var möjligt, övriga provytor inmättes med totalstation. Analysen genomfördes i programvaran TerraScan där triangulerat laserdata jämfördes mot inmätta kontrollprofiler. Resultatet visar att laserdata ligger högre än markytan för alla provytor. Medelavvikelsen för de olika vegetationstyperna ligger mellan 0,105 och 0,593 m där systematiska avvikelser upptäcktes i flera provytor. För de olika lutningsgraderna ligger medelavvikelsen mellan 0,024 och 0,122 m, där en tydlig ökning sker vid 40 graders lutning. Troliga orsaker till de medelavvikelser som erhållits för vegetationstyperna är att punkter felaktigt klassificerats som mark, samt att det i vissa fall helt saknas punkter på markytan. För provytan med 40 graders lutning beror medelavvikelsen troligen på att det horisontella felet har inverkat på det vertikala. Tät vegetation påverkar osäkerheten i höjd men något tydligt samband mellan lutningsgrad och osäkerhet kan inte ses.
Lantmäteriet – the Swedish mapping, cadastral and land registration authority, has been commissioned to develop a new national elevation model of Sweden and the data is collected by airborne laser scanning. The uncertainty in height is generally less than 0,1 m on hard, flat surfaces but in terrain with dense vegetation and areas with high inclination the uncertainty can increase significantly. The purpose of this study is to check how the uncertainty is affected by different vegetation types and different degrees of inclination. The control was performed in parts of Avesta and Hedemora municipality in April 2012, where nine different plots were checked according to the technical specification SIS-TS 21145:2007 “Engineering survey for construction works – Statistical test of digital terrain model”. Profiles were measured with Network Real Time Kinematic Global Navigation Satellite System (NRTK-GNSS) where possible, and otherwise a total station was used. The analysis was performed in the software TerraScan in which triangulated laser data were compared with the control profiles. The result shows that laser measured heights are higher than the actual surface. The average deviation of the different vegetation types range from 0,150 to 0,593 m and a systematic deviation was detected in some sample surfaces. For the different slope rates the average deviation ranged from 0,024 to 0,122 m where a clear increase could be seen at 40 degrees inclination. Likely reasons for the deviations obtained for different vegetation types are that points incorrectly has been classified as ground, and that in some cases points on the ground are completely missing. The mean deviation for the sample surface with 40 degrees inclination is probably due to the influence of a horizontal error on the vertical error. Dense vegetation affects the uncertainty in height, but no apparent relationship between inclination and uncertainty can be seen.

Abstract:
The New National Elevation Model (NNH) is a new high-resolution digital elevation model (DEM) of Sweden from airborne laser scanning. It creates many new opportunities, particularly in the area of flood mapping. NNH is provided by Lantmäteriet in two formats, both in raw LIDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) data and in grid format with two meter resolution. These alternatives have advantages and disadvantages and the aim of this thesis research is to identify these. One of the focuses of the study is data storage and thus data structure analysis, resolution and storage facilities. The research questions are: Why and in what context the different NNH-products from the National Land Survey are used (DEM 2+ or point cloud)? What constraints and opportunities are created by the different options, mainly in terms of different software, resolution, and data storage? The study area is Kärsön in Ekerö municipality located in Stockholms län and has an approximate area of 25 square kilometers. The study is divided into two parts. The first objective is to identify the consequences of using different software to create DEM from pointcloud compared to the DEM2+ model. Height models with a two meter resolution are created in FME and ArcGIS. The models are then compared with the grid from Lantmäteriet, created in TerraScan. The second objective is to examine the impact of the change in resolution, both the storage aspect and both the accuracy aspect. Inverse Distance Weighted (IDW) is an interpolation method which in previous studies proved to have the best results on high resolution LIDAR data. This model was tested and compared with a model from FMEs built-in function and the model from Lantmäteriet wich are based on triangulation (also proved a good method in previous studies).  The grid created in TerraScan has good properties such as accuracy. The results show that the built-in ArcGIS model is not sufficient for the purposes of the model. Flood mapping requires continuous surfaces and the model lacks large areas of data. However, there are other aspects such as the break lines, these cannot be added to the TerraScan model or in the IDW but in the FME-modeler it is possible. In addition, it is not possible to edit the model that is delivered from Lantmäteriet. If there are outliers in the data, they will have much impact on the result. With a model created from the point cloud it is easy to remove these outliers. Increased resolution gives a quadratic increase in storage space so it is considered important not to use a resolution that is not really necessary.  If the purpose of the analysis requires higher resolution than two meters it is possible to achieve higher accuracy for areas with high point density. The raw data format also provides opportunities to create additional models with other uses, building models or forest inventory application can for example be extracted from the data. If the purpose is that the finished grid model is adequate, there is no direct reason to spend time creating a new model. But for a user with knowledge of laser data structure and processing, creating elevation models from raw LIDAR data could give advantages.

Abstract:
This article is an attempt to put forward the use of new digital techniques and data for understanding prehistoric landscapes. The starting point is that the specific characteristics of the landscape and of the sites included affect the interpretation. One character is the contemporary landscape and its topographies. Ancient landscapes can be successfully recreated digitally using GIS. By applying GIS methodology, a regression equation and new data, we reinvestigated an hypothesis proposed by Welinder in 1978 concerning the acculturation of the Pitted Ware Culture. The results indicate that a reconstruction of the landscape may alter the understanding of the Neolithic land use and the question of the relocation and termination of the Pitted Ware Culture at the end of Middle Neolithic B.

Abstract:
A la suite des premiers travaux de kresge et coll. Sur les mesoporeux, si-mcm-41, obtenus par effet template de molecules amphiphiles, nous avons choisi, dans une premiere partie, de preparer des mesoporeux type mcm-41 modifies par le vanadium et le fer pour leur interet potentiel en catalyse d'oxydation heterogene. Les phases ont ete preparees in-situ et par impregnation. De nombreuses techniques de caracterisation : diffraction rx sur poudre, mesures de surface specifique b. E. T. Et de porosite ; spectroscopies ir, raman, rmn (#5#1v, #2#9si, #1h) et mossbauer (#5#7fe) ont permis de preciser le degre d'oxydation du fer et du vanadium, leur geometrie de site et leur repartition au sein du mesoporeux. Des tests catalytiques d'oxydation du toluene par l'eau oxygenee en milieu aqueux sur les phases au fer et d'oxydation deshydrogenante du propane en propene, a faible taux de conversion, effectues a 400c sur les phases au vanadium ont permis de preciser l'effet de dispersion des especes. Dans une seconde partie, des oxydes bronze de vanadium textures par les diamino-hexane et -octane ont ete prepares par voie hydrothermale et caracterises. La structure est formee de clusters v#1#5o#3#6(cl) stabilises par interactions avec les cations alkyldiammonium avec lesquels ils partagent des liaisons hydrogene. L'anion cl est encapsule au centre d'une cage polyoxovanadique. Deux oxydes de molybdene, un bronze et un oxyde non reduit ont ete egalement textures respectivement par l'ethylenediamine et le diaminopropane. Le double role d'agent reducteur et d'espece texturant des diamines a fait l'objet d'une discussion pour les deux systemes hybrides au vanadium et au molybdene.

This thesis is concerned with a range of chemical problems which are amenable to theoretical investigation via the application of current methods of computational quantum chemistry. These problems include the calculation of accurate thermochemical data, the prediction of reaction kinetics, the study of molecular potential energy surfaces, and the investigation of molecular structures and binding. The heats of formation (from both atomisation energies and isodesmic schemes) of a set of approximately 120 C1 and C2 fluorocarbons and oxidised fluorocarbons (along with C3F6 and CF3CHFCF2) were calculated with the Gaussian-3 (G3) method (along with several approximations thereto). These molecules are of importance in the flame chemistry of 2-H-heptafluoropropane, which has been proposed as a potential fire retardant with which to replace chloro- and bromofluorocarbons (CFC�s and BFC�s). The calculation of the data reported here was carried out in parallel with the modelling studies of Hynes et al.1-3 of shock tube experiments on CF3CHFCF3 and on C3F6 with either hydrogen or oxygen atoms. G3 calculations were also employed in conjunction with the experimental work of Owens et al.4 to describe the pyrolysis of CFClBr2 (giving CFCl) at a radiation wavelength of 265 nm. The theoretical prediction of the dissociation energy of the two C-Br bonds was found to be consistent with the energy at which carbene production was first observed, thus supporting the hypothesis that the pyrolysis releases two bromine radicals (rather than a Br2 molecule). On the basis of this interpretation of the experiments, the heat of formation of CFClBr2 is predicted to be 184 � 5 kJ mol-1, in good agreement with the G3 value of 188 � 5 kJ mol-1. Accurate thermochemical data was computed for 18 small phosphorus containing molecules (P2, P4, PH, PH2, PH3, P2H2, P2H4, PO, PO2, PO3, P2O, P2O2, HPO, HPOH, H2POH, H3PO, HOPO and HOPO2), most of which are important in the reaction model introduced by Twarowski5 for the combustion of H2 and O2 in the presence of phosphine. Twarowski reported that the H + OH recombination reaction is catalysed by the combustion products of PH3 and proposed two catalytic cycles, involving PO2, HOPO and HOPO2, to explain this observation. Using our thermochemical data we computed the rate coefficients of the most important reactions in these cycles (using transition state and RRKM theories) and confirmed that at 2000K both cycles have comparable rates and are significantly faster than the uncatalysed H + OH recombination. The heats of formation used in this work on phosphorus compounds were calculated using the G2, G3, G3X and G3X2 methods along with the far more extensive CCSD(T)/CBS type scheme. The latter is based on the evaluation of coupled cluster energies using the correlation consistent triple-, quadruple- and pentuple-zeta basis sets and extrapolation to the complete basis set (CBS) limit along with core-valence correlation corrections (with counterpoise corrections for phosphorus atoms), scalar relativistic corrections and spin-orbit coupling effects. The CCSD(T)/CBS results are consistent with the available experimental data and therefore constitute a convenient set of benchmark values with which to compare the more approximate Gaussian-n results. The G2 and G3 methods were found to be of comparable accuracy, however both schemes consistently underestimated the benchmark atomisation energies. The performance of G3X is significantly better, having a mean absolute deviation (MAD) from the CBS results of 1.8 kcal mol-1, although the predicted atomisation energies are still consistently too low. G3X2 (including counterpoise corrections to the core-valence correlation energy for phosphorus) was found to give a slight improvement over G3X, resulting in a MAD of 1.5 kcal mol-1. Several molecules were also identified for which the approximations underlying the Gaussian-n methodologies appear to be unreliable; these include molecules with multiple or strained P-P bonds. The potential energy surface of the NNH + O system was investigated using density functional theory (B3LYP/6-31G(2df,p)) with the aim of determining the importance of this route in the production of NO in combustion reactions. In addition to the standard reaction channels, namely decomposition into NO + NH, N2 + OH and H + N2O via the ONNH intermediate, several new reaction pathways were also investigated. These include the direct abstraction of H by O and three product channels via the intermediate ONHN, giving N2 + OH, H + N2O and HNO + N. For each of the species corresponding to stationary points on the B3LYP surface, valence correlated CCSD(T) calculations were performed with the aug-cc-pVxZ (x = Q, 5) basis sets and the results extrapolated to the complete basis set limit. Core-valence correlation corrections, scalar relativistic corrections and spin orbit effects were also included in the resulting energetics and the subsequent calculation of thermochemical data. Heats of formation were also calculated using the G3X method. Variational transition state theory was used to determine the critical points for the barrierless reactions and the resulting B3LYP energetics were scaled to be compatible with the G3X and CCSD(T)/CBS values. As the results of modelling studies are critically dependent on the heat of formation of NNH, more extensive CCSD(T)/CBS calculations were performed for this molecule, predicting the heat of formation to be 60.6 � 0.5 kcal mol-1. Rate coefficients for the overall reaction processes were obtained by the application of multi-well RRKM theory. The thermochemical and kinetic results thus obtained were subsequently used in conjunction with the GRIMech 3.0 reaction data set in modelling studies of combustion systems, including methane / air and CO / H2 / air mixtures in completely stirred reactors. This study revealed that, contrary to common belief, the NNH + O channel is a relatively minor route for the production of NO. The structure of the inhibitor Nd-(N'-Sulfodiaminophosphinyl)-L-ornithine, PSOrn, and the nature of its binding to the OTCase enzyme was investigated using density functional (B3LYP) theory. The B3LYP/6-31G(d) calculations on the model compound, PSO, revealed that, while this molecule could be expected to exist in an amino form in the gas phase, on complexation in the active site of the enzyme it would be expected to lose two protons to form a dinegative imino tautomer. This species is shown to bind strongly to two H3CNHC(NH2)2+ moieties (model compounds for arginine residues), indicating that the strong binding observed between inhibitor and enzyme is partially due to electrostatic interactions as well as extensive hydrogen bonding (both model Arg+ residues form hydrogen bonds to two different sites on PSO). Population analysis and hydrogen bonding studies have revealed that the intramolecular bonding in this species consists of either single or semipolar bonds (that is, S and P are not hypervalent) and that terminal oxygens (which, being involved in semipolar bonds, carry negative charges) can be expected to form up to 4 hydrogen bonds with residues in the active site. In the course of this work several new G3 type methods were proposed, including G3MP4(SDQ) and G3[MP2(Full)], which are less expensive approximations to G3, and G3X2, which is an extension of G3X designed to incorporate additional electron correlation. As noted earlier, G3X2 shows a small improvement on G3X; G3MP4(SDQ) and G3[MP2(Full)], in turn, show good agreement with G3 results, with MAD�s of ~ 0.4 and ~ 0.5 kcal mol-1 respectively. 1. R. G. The performance of G3X is significantly better, having a mean absolute deviation (MAD) from the CBS results of 1.8 kcal mol-1, although the predicted atomisation energies are still consistently too low. G3X2 (including counterpoise corrections to the core-valence correlation energy for phosphorus) was found to give a slight improvement over G3X, resulting in a MAD of 1.5 kcal mol-1. Several molecules were also identified for which the approximations underlying the Gaussian-n methodologies appear to be unreliable; these include molecules with multiple or strained P-P bonds. The potential energy surface of the NNH + O system was investigated using density functional theory (B3LYP/6-31G(2df,p)) with the aim of determining the importance of this route in the production of NO in combustion reactions. In addition to the standard reaction channels, namely decomposition into NO + NH, N2 + OH and H + N2O via the ONNH intermediate, several new reaction pathways were also investigated. These include the direct abstraction of H by O and three product channels via the intermediate ONHN, giving N2 + OH, H + N2O and HNO + N. For each of the species corresponding to stationary points on the B3LYP surface, valence correlated CCSD(T) calculations were performed with the aug-cc-pVxZ (x = Q, 5) basis sets and the results extrapolated to the complete basis set limit. Core-valence correlation corrections, scalar relativistic corrections and spin orbit effects were also included in the resulting energetics and the subsequent calculation of thermochemical data. Heats of formation were also calculated using the G3X method. Variational transition state theory was used to determine the critical points for the barrierless reactions and the resulting B3LYP energetics were scaled to be compatible with the G3X and CCSD(T)/CBS values. As the results of modelling studies are critically dependent on the heat of formation of NNH, more extensive CCSD(T)/CBS calculations were performed for this molecule, predicting the heat of formation to be 60.6 � 0.5 kcal mol-1. Rate coefficients for the overall reaction processes were obtained by the application of multi-well RRKM theory. The thermochemical and kinetic results thus obtained were subsequently used in conjunction with the GRIMech 3.0 reaction data set in modelling studies of combustion systems, including methane / air and CO / H2 / air mixtures in completely stirred reactors. This study revealed that, contrary to common belief, the NNH + O channel is a relatively minor route for the production of NO. The structure of the inhibitor Nd-(N'-Sulfodiaminophosphinyl)-L-ornithine, PSOrn, and the nature of its binding to the OTCase enzyme was investigated using density functional (B3LYP) theory. The B3LYP/6-31G(d) calculations on the model compound, PSO, revealed that, while this molecule could be expected to exist in an amino form in the gas phase, on complexation in the active site of the enzyme it would be expected to lose two protons to form a dinegative imino tautomer. This species is shown to bind strongly to two H3CNHC(NH2)2+ moieties (model compounds for arginine residues), indicating that the strong binding observed between inhibitor and enzyme is partially due to electrostatic interactions as well as extensive hydrogen bonding (both model Arg+ residues form hydrogen bonds to two different sites on PSO). Population analysis and hydrogen bonding studies have revealed that the intramolecular bonding in this species consists of either single or semipolar bonds (that is, S and P are not hypervalent) and that terminal oxygens (which, being involved in semipolar bonds, carry negative charges) can be expected to form up to 4 hydrogen bonds with residues in the active site. In the course of this work several new G3 type methods were proposed, including G3MP4(SDQ) and G3[MP2(Full)], which are less expensive approximations to G3, and G3X2, which is an extension of G3X designed to incorporate additional electron correlation. As noted earlier, G3X2 shows a small improvement on G3X; G3MP4(SDQ) and G3[MP2(Full)], in turn, show good agreement with G3 results, with MAD�s of ~ 0.4 and ~ 0.5 kcal mol-1 respectively. 1. R. G. El carácter adictivo del tabaco se debe fundamentalmente a la nicotina, mientras que su toxicidad se debe a una serie de sustancias tales como el monóxido de carbono, 1,3-butadieno, hidrocarburos policíclicos aromáticos (PAH) y las nitrosaminas específicas del tabaco (TSNAs), entre otros. La reducción de la toxicidad del humo del tabaco a través de la reducción de la emisión de los productos más problemáticos o la modificación de su composición en conjunto resultan alternativas muy interesantes, mientras se consigue la eliminación de este hábito. Se han localizado trabajos en la literatura encaminados a este fin. Con este objetivo, nuestro grupo de investigación lleva más de quince años estudiando el efecto que ciertos materiales micro y mesoporosos mezclados con el tabaco producen sobre la composición del humo obtenido en el proceso de fumado. En este sentido, en los últimos años se ha puesto de manifiesto la eficacia que presentan algunos silicatos mesoporosos, tales como SBA-15 y MCM-41 en la reducción de los alquitranes y la mayoría de los compuestos presentes en el humo del tabaco. Es por ello que se ha considerado que conocer el comportamiento de determinados compuestos específicos presentes en el humo de tabaco, como son la nicotina y dos nitrosaminas específicas del tabaco (NNK y NNN), los productos que se generan en su pirólisis y combustión, así como el efecto de los materiales mesoporosos mencionados en los procesos que tienen lugar durante el fumado del tabaco, sería de gran interés, y permitiría ayudar a diseñar productos de toxicidad reducida y menor carácter adictivo. A este respecto se han localizado muy escasos artículos en la bibliografía. Por todo ello, en el presente trabajo se aborda esta problemática y se plantea el estudio de la pirólisis de las dos nitrosaminas específicas del tabaco más cancerígenas, como son la 4-(N-metilnitrosoamino)-1-(3-piridinil)-butanona (NNK) y la N-nitrosonornicotina (NNN) mediante dos técnicas, TGA/FTIR y EGA/PY-GC/MS que son capaces de realizar experimentos a las velocidades de calefacción tan dispares que se dan en el proceso de fumado y tanto atmósfera inerte como atmósfera oxidante. También se estudia el comportamiento de la nicotina en EGA/PY-GC/MS, con objeto de completar el ya realizado por nuestro grupo de investigación la técnica de TGA/FTIR. Se estudia el efecto que producen tres silicatos mesoporosos (dos SBA-15 y un MCM-41) que presentan propiedades texturales y morfológicas diferentes, en la pirólisis catalítica de los tres compuestos anteriormente mencionados. Además, se analiza el efecto de la temperatura y la atmósfera (inerte y oxidante), en la degradación de la nicotina y las dos nitrosaminas mencionadas, y en la composición de los gases generados tras su descomposición. Se ha comprobado que en atmósfera oxidante los procesos de descomposición suceden a temperaturas más bajas, siendo especialmente notable este efecto en el caso de la nicotina. Así mismo, la presencia de los tres catalizadores favorece los procesos de descomposición de estos compuestos en ambas atmósferas, modifican la distribución de productos y favorecen la formación de residuo carbonoso. Los principales productos de descomposición de la nicotina en atmósfera inerte son la 3-etil-piridina, la miosmina y, especialmente la 3-vinilpiridina, que aumentan su contribución al aumentar la temperatura. Algunos compuestos como la miosmina presentan un máximo en su evolución, lo que indica que experimentan procesos de craqueo. En atmósfera oxidante se produce un cambio muy significativo en la distribución de productos, además de la mayor reactividad ya mencionada. Los productos mayoritarios pasan a ser la 3-cianopiridina, la nicotirina, la miosmina, el dióxido de carbono y el agua. La 3-cianopiridina y la 3-hidroxipiridina, muestran una tendencia creciente con la temperatura, mientras que el resto de los compuestos presentan evidencias de reacciones secundarias, poniendo de manifiesto que la presencia de oxígeno en el medio favorece las reacciones de descomposición de la nicotina y de muchos de los productos generados. La nicotina genera cianuro de hidrógeno en ambas atmósferas. Los tres catalizadores estudiados aceleran el proceso de descomposición de la nicotina y conducen a una mayor formación de residuo carbonoso, siendo el MCM-41 el material que ocasiona un mayor efecto, probablemente debido a su mayor superficie específica y buena accesibilidad de su porosidad debida a su morfología (aunque presente un menor tamaño de poro que los otros catalizadores). En atmósfera inerte la presencia de SBA-15f (SBA-15 fibras), apenas modifica el comportamiento de la nicotina, mientras que tanto MCM-41 como SBA-15p (SBA-15 platelet) se reduce la formación de algunos compuestos como la 3-vinilpiridina, incrementándose la formación de otros como quinolina e isoquinolina. En atmósfera oxidante los cambios son más significativos, ya que todos los catalizadores favorecen las reacciones de oxidación y descarboxilación, incrementando la generación de dióxido de carbono y disminuyendo la formación de agua, especialmente MCM-41 y SBA15p. MCM-41 reduce notablemente la formación de 3-cianopiridina y de nicotirina al aumentar la temperatura, a diferencia de lo observado en la nicotina, tanto sola como en presencia de los dos SBA-15. Ambas nitrosaminas han presentado unos resultados en la línea de los comentados para la nicotina. Se ha observado que la degradación completa de ambos compuestos sucede a temperaturas ligeramente inferiores para atmósfera oxidante, y presenta variaciones en la composición de los gases generados. Se ha podido comprobar cómo, de los tres materiales estudiados, el MCM-41 es el que provoca mayor modificación de la degradación térmica de ambas nitrosaminas, favoreciendo la generación de residuo en atmósfera inerte. En cuanto a la composición de los productos generados tras la pirólisis de NNK, ambos SBA-15 han mostrado una modificación clara de la distribución de los mismos. También se ha podido observar como en el caso de la NNN, algunos de sus productos de descomposición reducen su contribución a máxima temperatura, observándose tendencias decrecientes y algún máximo en función de la temperatura. Por otro lado, los resultados de termogravimetría para ambas nitrosaminas se han ajustado a un sencillo modelo cinético que permite estimar las áreas de cada uno de los procesos de pérdida de peso observados, pudiéndose realizar de esta forma un análisis más claro del efecto de los catalizadores utilizados basado en las distintas fracciones asociadas a cada uno de los procesos. El caso de la NNK presenta tres procesos de pérdida de peso a 194, 299 y 368 ºC en atmósfera inerte y tres procesos a 208, 299 y 648 ºC en atmósfera oxidante, siendo el principal el que tiene lugar a 299 ºC con un 81.8 y 66.4 % de contribución relativa para atmósfera inerte y oxidante, respectivamente. La NNN ha mostrado dos procesos de pérdida de peso, a 190 y 218 ºC en atmósfera inerte y a 180 y 207 ºC en oxidante. Los tres materiales mesoporosos estudiados han mostrado, para ambas nitrosaminas, modificaciones en la temperatura e intensidad de los procesos observados. Este efecto se hace más notable en aire donde se observa un nuevo proceso térmico a altas temperaturas, siendo especialmente notable este efecto con MCM-41. El experimento con este material para la NNK ha presentado cuatro procesos de pérdida de peso a 197, 232, 281, 414 ºC para atmósfera inerte y oxidante, variando la contribución relativa entre ellos. En el caso de la NNN, el experimento con MCM-41 ha mostrado tres procesos a 190, 218 y 260 ºC para atmósfera inerte y a 180, 207 y a 610 ºC en atmósfera oxidante. Para ambas nitrosaminas en atmósfera oxidante, los gases analizados para los tres materiales han mostrado un aumento considerable (principalmente por el MCM-41) de las bandas de CO2 y CO a temperaturas elevadas, respecto al experimento sin catalizador. Este aumento se ha debido a la degradación oxidativa del residuo carbonoso generado.

Purpose – The purpose of this study is to understand How Corporate Innovation Hubs (CIHs) can Mitigate NIH and NSH Problems in Knowledge Transfer. To fulfill this purpose, the following research questions were derived: RQ1: What are the causes of NIH & NSH problems among actors collaborating through a CIH? RQ2: What are the consequences of NIH & NSH problems among actors collaborating through a CIH? RQ3: What mechanisms can a CIH use to mitigate NIH & NSH problems among collaborating actors? Method – The study is an explorative inductive multiple case-study, investigating five CIHs situated in either Silicon Valley, US or Gothenburg, Sweden. In total, 39 interviews were conducted in three waves, and results were derived using a Gioia analysis. Findings – This study resulted in a framework illustrating connections of causes and consequences of NIH and NSH problems with corresponding mitigating mechanisms. The most critical causes are Obsessive control (NIH), Internal antagonism (NIH) and Low confidential awareness (NSH). The most severe consequences are Use of irrelevant knowledge (NIH), Suffocation of external ideas (NIH) and Restrained problem-solving (NSH). The most important mitigating mechanisms are Translate relevance of ideas (NIH) and Create mutual confidential understanding (NSH). Theoretical and Practical Implications – This study contributes to the scarce literature on NIH and NSH problems among multiple actors collaborating through CIHs. By identifying causes, consequences and mitigating mechanisms of NIH and NSH problems, CIHs will be able to detect NIH and NSH tendencies among its collaborating actors, to mitigate its causes and prevent its consequences. Limitations and Future Research – The study is limited by the investigated CIHs focus on exploring future transportation solutions, indicating that future studies can investigate CIHs in other industry settings and among other actors collaborating through CIHs. Noh is often described as a drama of the exploration of the soul. This focus on the human soul is largely attributed to Zeami Motokiyo ä (c. 1363-c. 1443), the greatest playwright in the history of noh drama. This thesis, however, attempts a more comprehensive examination of the characteristics of noh plays by including works by Kanze Nobumitsu (1435-1516). Zeami and Nobumitsu wrote several demon noh plays, which are plays whose primary characters are demons. There are significant differences in characterization and dramaturgy between Zeami's demon noh in the early Muromachi period, the era of noh's founding, and Nobumitsu's onitaiji-mono noh (demon killing noh) in the late Muromachi period, two generations later. In this thesis, I analyze three works by each of those two eminent noh playwrights in order to identify similarities and differences among their works and to compare their styles, structure, theatrical conventions, and use of literary sources. Each of these playwrights represents his era in Japanese literary and political history. By examining socio-cultural aspects of these plays, this thesis will illuminate the changes in Japan's core values over a span of two generations. Nobumitsu's demon noh plays represent these shifting core values among his patrons who were, like Zeami's, comprised of samurai elites. The social ethos of unification and inclusion in the cultural circle of shogun Ashikaga Yoshimitsu (1358-1408) significantly impacted Zeami's plays. For his patrons like Yoshimitsu, the integration of the aristocratic aesthetics into his plays was essential. Zeami emphasized aristocratic beauty, mysterious gracefulness (yugen), spiritual salvation, and the Zen Buddhist tenets of non-duality, creating complex, humanized demon characters. However, the warrior elite changed significantly in two generations. Nobumitsu's major patrons were powerful warlords during the period when private ambition and revenge prevailed among the samurai and political and military authority was much more fluid than in Zeami's era. For Nobumitsu's patrons, samurai's bravery and resourcefulness were crucial. His waki warrior heroes engage in spectacular combat on stage, fighting and killing powerful, evil demons and kill them. Regional warlords presented these plays to impress their allies, rivals, and their own retainers to expand their prestige in the age of chaos. New developments in Nobumitsu's noh, make his plays more kabuki-like than Zeami's noh had been. Later forms of theater, kabuki and puppet theater (ningyo joruri) assimilated noh's aesthetics by adapting some noh and kyogen plays throughout its history. Noh drama provided compelling characters and fictional worlds for a variety of plays in kabuki and puppet theater. As early as the mid-Muromachi period, Zeami created humanized demon characters which later playwrights of later genres appropriated for their plays. Nobumitsu created spectacular stage which re-shaped theater and prepared the way for later developments of kabuki and puppet theater in Edo period (1600-1868).

This study is a partial replication of Pica et al’s study (1989) of comprehensible output, and investigates comprehensible output in NNS-NNS interaction in Japanese as a Foreign Language. Data were collected using two different types of tasks (information gap and jigsaw tasks) in three sub-groups of different proficiency levels (High-High, Low-Low, and High-Low) in order to find out (1) to what extent the tasks provide opportunities for learners to modify their initial output in response to requests for clarification and confirmation, and (2) the extent to which learners actually modify their output in response to interlocutor requests.
The results show that comprehensible output is an important phenomenon in NNS-NNS interaction. Unlike the result of Pica et al, task types had more effect on opportunities for comprehensible output and actual production of comprehensible output than request types. Not much difference was found among different proficiency groups.

Les diamines et diaminoalcools ont été synthétisés par des méthodes de couplage peptidique. Nous avons ensuite optimisé l'ouverture régiosélective et stéréospécifique du S-thiiranyltrityléther par la benzylamine que nous avons étendue à d'autres amines afin d'obtenir une famille d'aminothiols chiraux. Dans un deuxième temps, nous avons synthétisé des aminothiophénols à partir de l'acide thiosalycilique à l'aide de deux voies de synthèse différentes. Ces ligands ont été testés pour la réduction de cétones aromatiques par hydrogénation ou par transfert d'hydrure. Une étude spécifique effectuée avec le benzoylformate de méthyle a été réalisée, mettant à jour la transformation de ce substrat en mandélate d'isopropyle grâce au tert-butylate de potassium

Tiivistelmä. Idiopaattinen normaalipaineinen hydrocephalus (iNPH) on vanhuusiällä alkava, etenevä neurodegeneratiivinen tauti, jonka hoito on kirurginen. Tutkimuksen tavoitteena oli määrittää ja karakterisoida familiaalinen iNPH:n taudinkuva suntattujen potilaiden kansallisessa kohortissa (n=375). Potilaiden sukuanamneesia, toimintakykyä, elintapoja ja muita sairauksia selvitettiin kyselylomakkeilla sekä täydentävillä puhelinhaastatteluilla. Potentiaalisista tautisuvuista piirrettiin sukupuut ja lisäksi sukulaisilta kerättiin laskimoverinäytteet mahdollisia geneettisiä analyysejä varten. Yhteensä 18 iNPH-potilaalla (4,8 %) 12 suvusta oli ainakin yksi suntattu sukulainen ja 42 potilaalla (11 %) ainakin yksi sukulainen, jolla on vähintään kaksi iNPH:n tyyppioiretta. Monivariaattianalyysin perusteella dementian riksi oli kolminkertainen familiaalisilla iNPH-potilailla. Riski oli riippumaton Alzheimerin taudista tai APOE ε4-alleelin kantajuudesta. Tutkimus kuvaa iNPH:n familiaalisen taudinkuvan tarjoten uusia lähestymistapoja iNPH:n potentiaalisten geneettisten tekijöiden ja prekliinisten oireiden kartoittamiseen.Abstract. Idiopathic normal pressure hydrocephalus (iNPH) is senile-onset, surgically treated, progressive neurodegenerative disease. The aim of this study was to define and characterize familial subgroup of iNPH in a national cohort (n=375). Patients’ family history, performance, life-style and comorbidities were assessed with a structured questionnaire and in-depth phone interviews. Potential pedigrees with multiple affected individuals were graphically illustrated. Venous blood samples were collected from relatives for further genetic analyses. Overall 18 patients (4.8 %) had at least one shunt-operated relative and 42 patients (11 %) at least one relative with iNPH-symptomatology. Based on multivariate analysis the risk of clinical dementia was 3-fold among familial iNPH-patients. The risk was independent of diagnosed Alzheimer’s disease or the occurrence of APOE epsilon 4. The study describes familial subgroup of iNPH providing new approaches to further study genetic factors and preclinical manifestations of iNPH.

This master thesis is focused on the diagnostics of vibrations and noise of an internal combustion engine. The work also includes a summary of the current state of knowledge in which the quantities used, transmission paths, measuring devices and the possibilities of performing frequency analysis are analysed. As part of the technical experiment on which this work is based, vibrations and noise on the tractor engine are measured. The obtained data are then further processed using the BK Connect program. Subsequently, a frequency analysis is performed, specifically an order analysis. The conclusion of the analysis consists of an evaluation of individual orders that cause excitation that occur in the investigated motor.

In Abhängigkeit von Stagnationsdruck, Düsentemperatur, und Düsenabstand werden neben Lachgas tert-Butylalkohol und n-Pentan hinsichtlich ihrer Partikelbildung charakterisiert. Die Ergebnisse bilden eine Grundlage für die Expansion nahkritischer Lösungen.

Abstract:
Many real-world electrical and mechanical systems have velocity-dependent constraints in their dynamic models. For example, car-like robots, unmanned aerial vehicles, autonomous underwater vehicles and hopping robots, etc. Most of these systems can be transformed into a chained form, which is considered as a canonical form of these nonholonomic systems. Hence, study of chained systems ensure their wide applicability. This thesis studied the problem of continuous feed-back control of the chained systems while pursuing inverse optimality and exponential convergence rates, as well as the feed-back stabilization problem under input saturation constraints. These studies are based on global singularity-free state transformations and controls are synthesized from resulting linear systems. Then, the application of optimal motion planning and dynamic tracking control of nonholonomic autonomous underwater vehicles is considered. The obtained trajectories satisfy the boundary conditions and the vehicles' kinematic model, hence it is smooth and feasible. A collision avoidance criteria is set up to handle the dynamic environments. The resulting controls are in closed forms and suitable for real-time implementations. Further, dynamic tracking controls are developed through the Lyapunov second method and back-stepping technique based on a NPS AUV II model. In what follows, the application of cooperative surveillance and formation control of a group of nonholonomic robots is investigated. A designing scheme is proposed to achieves a rigid formation along a circular trajectory or any arbitrary trajectories. The controllers are decentralized and are able to avoid internal and external collisions. Computer simulations are provided to verify the effectiveness of these designs.

This master’s thesis deals with determination of NVH parameters of the gearbox housing for electric vehicle. The introduction part is focused on the theoretical knowledge of this issue. Subsequently, the deviations of geometry on the gearbox were measure by 3D scan method. The next part of thesis is focused on the modal analysis, which is solved by numerical approach and followed by experimental verification. During the numerical calculation solving, the influence of the screw preloading on the modal properties of the structure, was also taken into account. Numerical harmonic analysis was then performed and the results were compared with the experimental approach. The conclusion is devoted to material damping and comparison of the individual results.

Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with financial self-sufficiency of non-profit and non-governmental organisations operating in the cultural sector. The theoretical part describes all methods of financing. Emphasis is placed on the cooperation with donors and on fundraising through social networks. To make the comparison of financing easier, different legal forms of non-profit organisations with examples are mentioned. The practical part of the thesis presents five different Czech cultural non-profit organizations. The structures of their financial resources are described, financial analyses are performed, and the percentages of self-sufficiency are determined. The analyses show that none of the organizations is self-sufficient. The thesis presents recommendations on how to increase the percentage of self-sufficiency. The thesis explores importance of the crowdfunding in the Czech republic and describes the cooperation with donors in observed organisations.

The master's thesis focuses on self-sufficiency of NGOs in culture, especially on NGOs in performing arts. The thesis aims to analyze the current status of self-sufficiency of NGOs doing performing arts in the Czech Republic. The research was conducted by means of electronic questionnaires sent to NGOs managers or financial employees. The research has shown that NGOs doing performing arts generate a relatively high level of own funds and they diversify their sources successfully. NGOs do not draw much money from the private sector but they use foreign funds a lot. There is still room for improvement in strategic planning of NGOs fundraising and marketing activities.

In the case of the computational approach, analysis of the influence of bolt pretension on the modal properties is also involved. The thesis continues with the harmonic analysis with the computational and experimental approach, including their mutual comparison. Based on these analyses, design modifications for improvement of the NVH parameters are designed at the end of the thesis, which are being compared to each other and to the original geometry, using the computational approach.

Bakgrund Idag är LCHF (Low-carbohydrate High-fat) en populär diet. Forskningen som finns inom området fokuserar mycket på viktnedgång. Därför är det intressant att undersöka kosten genom att analysera dess sammansättning och jämföra med rekommendationerna enligt Nordiska näringsrekommendationer (NNR). Syfte Utveckla fyra-veckors menyer för LCHF-kost samt en blandkost enligt NNR inför en RCT-studie. Undersöka om det finns risk för lågt intag av vitaminer, mineraler och kostfibrer enligt NNR:s rekommendationer för unga kvinnor (18-30 år) vid en LCHF-kost. Undersöka möjligheterna att uppnå rekommenderade nivåer av vitaminer, mineraler och kostfibrer med en blandkost enligt NNR:s rekommendationer för unga kvinnor. Undersöka om unga kvinnor provat att minska sitt kolhydratintag i relation till önskan om viktnedgång samt om de provat någon diet. Metod Menyer för LCHF- och NNR-koster komponerades och näringsberäknades i DietistNet. LCHF-menyerna togs fram utifrån riktlinjer om <25 g kolhydrater/dag. En enkät skapades och spreds via Facebook. Materialet analyserades i IBM SPSS 21 med ANOVA- och Chi 2-test. Resultat Nivån av vitamin D var lägre än rekommendationen enligt NNR i de planerade kosthållningarna. I LCHF-kosten var nivåerna av järn och kostfibrer låga samt innehållet av mättat fett högt. I NNR-kosten var det svårt att uppnå rekommenderat intag av järn för kvinnor i fertil ålder. Enkäten visade ett samband mellan att ha provat att minska sitt kolhydraintag och önskan om viktnedgång. Den visade även att lågkolhydratdieter är den mest testade diettypen. Slutsats Den planerade LCHF-kosten innehöll lite kostfibrer och mycket mättat fett i förhållande till NNR. Varken LCHF- eller NNR-kosten uppnådde NNR:s nya rekommendation för Vitamin D. LCHF var den diet som flest enkätdeltagare hade testat. Detta visar att LCHF är en populär diet och att dess eventuella konsekvenser bör uppmärksammas

Abstract:
The Master's Thesis focuses on resource self-sufficiency analysis of four chosen NGOs in culture. Those are theatres Činoherní klub, Semafor, Archa and Dejvické divadlo. All of the organizations underwent the Prague theatre transformation process and became the Public Service Companies. The Thesis investigates, whether the change into to private subject and the rising independence have led also to the increase of resource self-sufficiency and extension of financial resource portfolio. For this purpose the financial statements of the theatres were analysed. The resource self-sufficiency index was put in the context of other financial analysis indices. The Thesis has shown, that although the theatres use at least four financial resources, they are highly dependent on incomes from provided public services and especially on subsidies from the public budgets. The NGOs should improve their level of business activities and fundraising. The resource self-sufficiency of analysed theatres is between 35 and 52 %. While in three cases the self-sufficiency has been increasing, in the last case it has been decreasing continuously.

Recent studies have begun to redefine the idea of accuracy in second language acquisition to include not only grammatical correctness, but also native-like selection. This is an exploratory study aimed at identifying areas of nonnative-like selection of adverbs, such as sentence position, semantic category preferences, frequency of use and breadth of word choice. Using corpus-linguistic methods it compares the writing of nonnative English speakers at an intermediate and advanced level to both American college students’ writing and published academic writing. It also conducts in-depth case studies of three of the most commonly used adverbs. It finds that while advanced students are grammatically accurate, there are still several ways in which their use of adverbs differs from that of native speakers.

La synthèse de dérivés de 4-(méthylnitrosamino)-1-(3-pyridyl)-1-butanone (NNK) que nous décrivons se divise en deux parties. La première consiste en la synthèse de dérivés de NNK portant une chaîne alkyl oméga-fonctionnalisée sur la fonction nitrosamine. Pour cela, nous avons synthétisé la 3-[2-(3-pyridinyl)-1,3-dioxolan-2-yl]propylamine, intermédiaire clef dans notre synthèse, et qui nous offre de nombreuses possibilités quant à la fonctionnalisation de l'amine terminale. La seconde partie consiste à fonctionnaliser le cycle pyridinique de la NNK. Nous avons imaginé différentes méthodes de synthèse, utilisant des pyridines 2,5-disubstituées mono ou dihalogénées ainsi que des dérivés du type 6-chloronicotinate. Seule cette dernière méthode nous a permis d'obtenir la 1-(6-chloro-3-pyridinyl)-4-(1-méthyl-2-oxohydrazino)-1-butanone. Le chlore présent sur le cycle pourra être utilisé par la suite pour diverses fonctionnalisations, telles que l'insertion de chaînes aliphatiques oméga-fonctionnalisées
AIn this work we report the synthesis of 4-(methylnitrosamino)-1-(3-pyridyl)-1-butanone derivatives (abbreviated NNK), which was divided in two parts. The first one was about the synthesis of NNK derivatives linked with an omega-functionalized aliphatic chain on the nitrosamine function. The key intermediate in this synthesis was the 3-[2-(3-pyridinyl)-1,3-dioxolan-2-yl]propylamine. The primary aliphatic amine was monoalkylated to introduce various omega-functionalized chains. The second one used functionalization of the pyridine ring. We studied 2 ways, one using 2,5-disubstituted mono or dihalogenated pyridines which didn't afford the expected 1-(6-chloro-3-pyridinyl)-4-(1-methyl-2-oxohydrazino)-1-butanone. The other way using ethyl 6-chloronicotinate derivatives was a good alternative to synthesize the target molecule. The chlorine atom present on the molecule may be used to introduce an aliphatic omega-functionalized chain

Abstract:
This thesis presents for the first time a critical reading edition of all known poems by N. H. Brettell. It makes no claim to being definitive, nor does it attempt to establish a final text. It represents merely the best thinking of the editor. Brettell printed and circulated his poetry primarily in hand-made illustrated volumes in a process reminiscent of the scribal publication of the seventeenth century. Only 137 of his 206 extant poems were commercially published during his lifetime. In this study all known printed versions of Brettell's poetry whether in privately printed or commercially published form were examined. All variant readings were recorded and are shown. Wherever possible the relationships between texts are also noted. The poems in this edition are ordered in each case according to the version in the latest datable privately produced collection. The commentary and critical introduction were compiled with the general reader in mind. No previous familiarity with southern African fauna and flora is assumed: animals, birds and insects are described and their scientific names supplied. Expressions current in ordinary British or South African English and present in non-specialist dictionaries are not glossed, but archaic and dialectal forms felt to require explication are briefly explained. So too are less familiar South African dialectal expressions which have been assimilated into the South African English lexicon. Intertextual, Christian and mythological references, both African and Western, are annotated in an attempt to make such references accessible to readers who may not share Brettell's cultural background. The intention is to close the changing distance between the text and the audience. An essay discussing the merits, potential and limitations of electronic scholarly editing is included as part of the textual introduction. A CD-Rom containing Brettell's watercolour illustrations in his privately produced collections and audio-clips of him reading his poetry accompanies this thesis.

Este trabalho visa o desenvolvimento de um modelo em elementos finitos de elementos de dissipação vibratória de base betuminosa, chamados comumente de deadeners. O modelo baseia-se no algoritmo comercial MSC/NASTRAN e é correlacionado e verificado com base em dados experimentais de laboratório. O resultado final deste projeto é um modelo para os deadeners que pode ser utilizado em modelos de elementos finitos de veículos completos, facilitando assim a definição da melhor localização dos mesmos no veículo bem como a otimização de seu uso. O modelo tem melhor resultado em termos de amplitude para frequências abaixo de 200Hz, porém apresenta tendências de superestimar o efeito do amortecimento nos picos de ressonância
This project aims the development of a finite element model of vibration dissipating elements of bituminous base, commonly called \"deadeners. The proposed model is based on the finite element commercial algorithm MSC/NASTRAN and is correlated and verified on experimental data from laboratory. The end result of this project is a model for \"deadeners\" which can be used in finite element models of complete vehicles, thus facilitating better definition of their location in the vehicle as well as the optimization of its use. The model has a better result in terms of amplitude for frequencies below 200 Hz, but shows a tendency to overestimate the effects of damping at the resonance peaks

INTRODUÇÃO: O Diabetes Mellitus é um transtorno metabólico, caracterizado por hiperglicemia. É considerada condição sensível à Atenção Primária, tendo impacto por reduzir ou retardar as complicações da doença. A reposição de insulina para o diabete mellitus tipo 2 é indicada quando somente mudanças no estilo de vida associados a hipoglicemiante oral forem insuficientes para obter controle glicêmico. OBJETIVOS: Determinar o custo-utilidade da insulina glargina e insulina NPH para o tratamento de pacientes com diabetes mellitus tipo 2 atendidos no Sistema Único de Saúde do Município de Recife – PE. MÉTODOS: Foi realizada comparação da categoria custos médicos diretos de duas intervenções terapêuticas indicadas para o tratamento do diabete mellitus tipo 2. A avaliação de custo-utilidade foi realizada a partir da perspectiva do Sistema Único de Saúde. Foi considerado um horizonte analítico de 10 anos. Os dados coletados foram de fontes secundárias, de sistema de informação em saúde, dados dos relatórios emitidos nos sistemas de informatização das Farmácias do Recife e da Farmácia do Estado de Pernambuco e fontes da literatura. Para a análise de decisão, foram consideradas as hipoglicemias noturnas e não noturnas graves e não graves. RESULTADOS: O indivíduo médio, representante de Pernambuco, apresenta 8,7 anos de diagnóstico do DM2, recebem aproximadamente 14,4 frascos de insulina NPH ou Glargina ao ano, dados estes, utilizados na probabilidade de transição. Para o cenário das complicações agudas, o custo do usuário foi calculado para 2013: sem complicação em uso da insulina NPH foi de R$ 1.237,95 e para insulina Glargina R$ 4.935,42. Foi considerado 12 episódios de hipoglicemia noturna grave ao ano. A redução de risco de hipoglicemia para pacientes em uso da insulina Glargina é de 50,9% apresentando cinco episódios ao ano. A razão de custo incremental (RCEI) do presente estudo, indica um valor agregado adicionado de R$ 12.987,4892 por AVAQ ganho a cada ano de tratamento com a insulina glargina em relação a NPH. CONCLUSÕES: Houve redução de episódio de hipoglicemia noturna grave da insulina glargina comparado com a insulina NPH. Os dados apresentados não permite afirmar qual da intervenção é mais efetiva, apenas mostra que a insulina glargina tem um maior custo-utilidade e um custo médico direto maior. Os custos incrementais e os benefícios alcançados em anos de vidas ganhos produziu uma Razão de R$ 12.987,4892 ao ano para a insulina glargina. Diante das incertezas acerca da efetividade das insulinas analisadas, faz-se necessário a realização de estudos aprofundados entre estas intervenções terapêuticas.
INTRODUCTION: Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disorder characterized by hyperglycemia. It is considered sensitive to Primary Health Care, considering its impacting to reduce or delay complications of the disease. Replacement of insulin for diabetes mellitus type 2 is indicated only when changes in lifestyle associated with oral hypoglycemic agents are insufficient to obtain glycemic control. OBJECTIVES: To determine the cost-utility of insulin glargine and NPH insulin for the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus treated at the Unified Health System of the Municipality of Recife - Pernambuco. METHODS: We compared the direct medical costs of category two therapeutic interventions indicated for the treatment of diabetes mellitus type 2 was performed Assessment of cost-utility analysis was performed from the perspective of the Health System was considered an analytic horizon of 10 years.. The data were collected from secondary sources of health information system data reports issued in the computerization of Pharmacies and Pharmacy Recife Pernambuco State and literature sources systems. For decision analysis, were considered nocturnal hypoglycemia and nocturnal not serious and not serious. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: The average individual, representative of Pernambuco, has 8.7 years of diagnosis of T2DM, receive approximately 14.4 vials of NPH or glargine per year, these data are used in the transition probability. For the setting of acute complications, the user cost was calculated for 2013: Uncomplicated in use NPH insulin was R$ 1,237.95 and R$ 4,935.42 insulin glargine. Was considered 12 episodes of severe nocturnal hypoglycemia per year. The reduced risk of hypoglycemia for patients on insulin glargine is 50.9% with five episodes per year. The ratio of incremental cost (ICER) of this study, indicates a value added of R$ 12,987.4892 per QALY gained every year of treatment with insulin glargine compared to NPH. CONCLUSION: There was a reduction of severe nocturnal hypoglycemia episode of insulin glargine compared with NPH insulin. The data presented allows not say which intervention is most effective, just shows that insulin glargine has a higher utility cost and a direct medical cost higher. Incremental costs and benefits achieved gains in years of life produced a ratio of R$ 12.987,4892 year to insulin glargine. Given the uncertainties about the effectiveness of insulin analyzed, it is necessary to conduct in-depth studies of these therapeutic interventions.

Abstract:
Cette thèse s'appuie sur la spectroscopie de NiH établie à la fin des années 1980 et au début des années 1990, principalement par le groupe du Pr. R. W. Field au MIT. Les mesures expérimentales ont amélioré de manière significative les travaux antérieurs, tant en spectroscopie en champ nul qu'en spectroscopie Zeeman. Le radical NiH est obtenu avec une source à décharge à température ambiante (310 K). Les radicaux formés dans la décharge sont excités par un laser continu à colorant et étudiés soit en spectroscopie d'excitation laser soit en fluorescence dispersée. Un circuit magnétique à aimants permanents (NdFeB) fournit un champ magnétique statique (0.4 - 0.9 T). En champ nul, les spectres de fluorescence par transformée de Fourier ont élargi les observations de l'état électronique fondamental jusqu'à 6000 cm-1, pour 58NiH et 60NiH. Les énergies sont modélisées avec un Hamiltonien effectif obtenu à partir du formalisme du modèle du 3d9 supermultiplet développé par le groupe de Field. Les mesures Zeeman se sont principalement concentrées sur l'étude des états Ω=3/2. Les facteurs de Landé effectifs ont été déterminés pour chaque niveau ro-vibrationnel pour les états de basse énergie et les états excités de 58NiH. L'inhabituelle dépendance en J des facteurs de Landé obtenus pour les états de basse énergie est expliquée par le modèle du supermultiplet, quantifiant alors l'ampleur des mélanges spin-orbite présents dans les états inférieurs. Les transitions étudiées ont un intérêt astrophysique depuis que plusieurs transitions d'hydrure métallique ont été observées dans les spectres d'étoiles froides et les taches solaires.

Abstract:
sustainable development by reducing the energy use by EU:s directive of energy efficiency and the UN Convention. The second purpose is to present the technical solutions regarding ventilation and heating system that is being used in passive houses. This was done using 8 passive houses, 4 germany and 4 swedish passive houses. Even the international and Swedish system requirements for passive houses have been addressed in this project. The goal was also to explain how and why the mechanical system in passive houses has developed to the technology used today. Because the building and property section stands for 40% of the total energy consumption within the union, EU demands that member countries has to be more energy efficient to reduce energy consumption and therefore reduce greenhouse gases in the atmosphere. For this to be possible, all new buildings after 31 of december 2020 have to be nearly zero- energy buildings, which becomes a national law in all EU member countries, according to the EU directive of energy performance of buildings. Ventilation system with heat recovery in passive houses has developed when it comes to heat exchangers and the electric motors in the ventilation unit. Within the heating system, a development has led to compact units where ventilation, heating and domestic hot water is integrated in the ventilation system. As technical systems combines with solar collectors, the heating system will become more efficient.

Ett annat syfte var att presentera de tekniska lösningar gällande ventilation- och uppvärmningssystem som används i passivhus. Detta gjordes med hjälp av 8 passivhus, 4 tyska respektive 4 svenska passivhus. I arbetet har även de internationella och svenska kravspecifikationerna för passivhus tagits upp. Målet var också att förklara hur och varför de mekaniska systemen i passivhus har utvecklats till den teknik som används idag. Eftersom bostad- och fastighetssektorn står för 40 % av den totala energianvändningen inom Unionen kräver EU att medlemsländerna ska energieffektivitet, inom denna sektor för att på så sätt minska energianvändningen och därmed minska växthusgaser i atmosfären. För att detta ska bli möjligt ska alla nybyggda hus efter 31 december 2020 vara nära nollenergibyggnader som blir en nationell lagstiftning i alla EU:s medlemsländer, enligt EU-direktivet om byggnaders energiprestanda. Ventilationssystem med värmeåtervinning i passivhus har utvecklats när det gäller värmeväxlare och de eldrivna motorerna i ventilationsaggregatet. Inom uppvärmningssystem har en utveckling lett fram till kompakta enheter där ventilation, värme och tappvarmvatten är integrerat i ventilationsaggregatet. Då tekniska system kombineras med solfångare blir uppvärmningssystemet mycket effektivt.
