Abstract:
Abstract: Transient liquid phase (TLP) bonding is a joining process in which a liquid-forming interlayer is placed between the substrates to be joined. At the bonding temperature, the interlayer initially liquates. Subsequently, interdiffusion between the liquid interlayer and the adjacent substrates results in a change in the overall composition of the joint, such that isothermal resolidification of the joint takes place. Standard models of the TLP process assume the sequential occurrence of discrete dissolution, isothermal solidification, and homogenization processes. This study uses edge-on transmission electron microscopy investigations to challenge the general applicability of such standard models to the TLP bonding of a variety of systems involving the B2 type intermetallic compound NiAl as a substrate material. This article considers the formation of boride phases apparently at the bonding temperature in NiAl/Ni-Si-B/Ni bonds. The precipitation of repeating sequences of phases in NiAl/Cu/Ni joints and the reliquation of the NiTi substrate in NiAl/Cu/NiTi bonds after the completion of isothermal solidification are examined.

Abstract:
Classical molecular dynamics (MD) simulations were used to investigate how free surfaces, as well as supporting substrates, affect phase separation in a NiAg alloy. Bulk samples, droplets, and droplets deposited on a graphene substrate were investigated at temperatures that spanned regions of interest in the bulk NiAg phase diagram, i.e., miscible and immiscible liquid, liquid-crystal, and crystal-crystal regions. Using MD simulations to cool down a bulk sample from 3000 K to 800 K, it was found that phase separation below 2400 K takes place in agreement with the phase diagram. When free surface effects were introduced, phase separation was accompanied by a core-shell transformation: spherical droplets created from the bulk samples became core-shell nanoparticles with a shell made mostly of Ag atoms and a core made of Ni atoms. When such droplets were deposited on a graphene substrate, the phase separation was accompanied by Ni layering at the graphene interface and Ag at the vacuum interface. Thus, it should be possible to create NiAg core-shell and layer-like nanostructures by quenching liquid NiAg samples on tailored substrates. Furthermore, interesting bimetallic nanoparticle morphologies might be tuned via control of the surface and interface energies and chemical instabilities of the system.

Abstract:
The oxidation in air of NiAl(110) was investigated in the temperature range from 870 °C–1200 °C by in situ x-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. Oxidation at 870 °C and 1 bar oxygen leads to the formation of an epitaxial layer of γ-alumina showing an R30° orientation relationship with respect to the underlying substrate. At oxidation temperatures between 950 °C and 1025 °C, we observed a coexistence of epitaxial γ- and polycrystalline δ-Al2O3. The α-Al2O3 starts to form at 1025 °C and the complete transformation of metastable phases to the stable α-alumina phase takes place at 1100 °C. The fcc-hcp martensitic-like transformation of the initial γ-Al2O3 to epitaxial α-Al2O3 was observed. X-ray diffraction and cross-section transmission electron microscopy proved the existence of a continuous epitaxial α-Al2O3 layer between the substrate and the polycrystalline oxide scale, having a thickness of about 150 nm. The relative orientation relationship between the epitaxial alumina and the underlying substrate was found to be NiAl(110) || α-Al2O3 (0001) and [110] NiAl || [1120].

Abstract:
Sexual assaults on children and adolescents occur mainly in environments of trust. These events are denounced and little reported (1 in 10). Even so, between 2014 and 2020, in Spain, the number of known victimizations among people under the age of 0 to 13 was 20,707. In 2021, at the Bizkaia Medical-Forensic Clinic, a total of 238 sexual assault procedures were assessed, of which 42% were against minors under 18 years of age. The physical assessment is usually unremarkable or shows minimal injuries, the expert’s being supported by the psychological assessment (traces of memory and/or psychological damage). Although we currently conceive of girls and boys as subjects of rights, this notion is relatively recent, which also does not facilitate detection, notification and adequate action in cases in which this occurs. This article takes a tour of the main legislation for the protection of children and adolescents and analyzes the current incidence and prevalence data. Showing that, despite the fact that sexual assaults are a serious current problem, which affects 1 in 5 girls, boys or adolescents, the steps taken towards systematized training that improves the current low detection rates and promotes are still incipient. the obligatory multidisciplinary action based on the best interests of the minor.

Abstract:
Gen Niao is a short story crafted by Cao Wenxuan, a distinguished contemporary writer in the realm of children’s literature. This story chronicles the maturation journey of a young protagonist named Gen Niao. Currently, there is no published translated edition of this book. This paper takes Gen Niao as an example to primarily explore the English translation of Chinese children’s literature. As international cultural exchanges deepen, English translation of contemporary Chinese children’s literature assumes paramount significance in facilitating cultural outreach. Due to the cultural and linguistic disparities between Chinese and English, translators often find it challenging to accurately and vividly convey the precise connotations of the source text, especially when the target audience is children. Hence, in order to convey the meaning of the source language as faithfully as possible, the author tackles the translation process from two aspects: lexical choices and syntactic structures. Based on the strategies of domestication and foreignization proposed by Venuti, the author primarily employs a strategy of domestication, supplemented by occasional foreignization to translate the selected passages, aiming to maintain fidelity to the original while ensuring readability for the target audience. By exploring strategies for translating Chinese children’s literature into English, this research encapsulates reflections and analyses concerning the practice of translating children’s literature, aiming to discover methods that can enhance the international impact of translated works and propel Chinese children’s literature towards global recognition.

Abstract:
The microstructure and mechanical properties of several Ni–Al–Hf alloys in the composition range between NiAl (β) and Ni2AlHf (Heusler phase) have been studied. The volume fraction of Heusler phase, Vf, in these alloys varies from about 15 to 96%. The lattice misfit between the β and Heusler phases in two-phase alloys is larger than 5%, indicating no coherency between them. The yield strength increases with increasing Vf at all temperatures to 1000°C. Compressive ductilities of 4 and 7% were obtained for the alloy with Vf of 15% at room temperature and 500°C, respectively, but they decreased to 0% with increasing Vf to 96%. The corresponding fracture mode is basically transgranular cleavage. However, all the alloys can be deformed extensively without fracture at 1000°C. The hardness of the Heusler alloy is very high (8.3 GPa) at room temperature, and it decreases gently with temperature to 600°C, followed by a rapid decrease to 1000°C. The brittleness and high hardness of the Ni2AlHf Heusler phase at low temperatures are interpreted in terms of internal lattice distortion resulting from its crystal structure. The thermally activated process of deformation takes place above 600°C, which is responsible for the rapid drop of the hardness of the alloys.

Abstract:
Since pig vocalization is an important indicator of monitoring pig conditions, pig vocalization detection and recognition using deep learning play a crucial role in the management and welfare of modern pig livestock farming. However, collecting pig sound data for deep learning model training takes time and effort. Acknowledging the challenges of collecting pig sound data for model training, this study introduces a deep convolutional neural network (DCNN) architecture for pig vocalization and non-vocalization classification with a real pig farm dataset. Various audio feature extraction methods were evaluated individually to compare the performance differences, including Mel-frequency cepstral coefficients (MFCC), Mel-spectrogram, Chroma, and Tonnetz. This study proposes a novel feature extraction method called Mixed-MMCT to improve the classification accuracy by integrating MFCC, Mel-spectrogram, Chroma, and Tonnetz features. These feature extraction methods were applied to extract relevant features from the pig sound dataset for input into a deep learning network. For the experiment, three datasets were collected from three actual pig farms: Nias, Gimje, and Jeongeup. Each dataset consists of 4000 WAV files (2000 pig vocalization and 2000 pig non-vocalization) with a duration of three seconds. Various audio data augmentation techniques are utilized in the training set to improve the model performance and generalization, including pitch-shifting, time-shifting, time-stretching, and background-noising. In this study, the performance of the predictive deep learning model was assessed using the k-fold cross-validation (k = 5) technique on each dataset. By conducting rigorous experiments, Mixed-MMCT showed superior accuracy on Nias, Gimje, and Jeongeup, with rates of 99.50%, 99.56%, and 99.67%, respectively. Robustness experiments were performed to prove the effectiveness of the model by using two farm datasets as a training set and a farm as a testing set. The average performance of the Mixed-MMCT in terms of accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score reached rates of 95.67%, 96.25%, 95.68%, and 95.96%, respectively. All results demonstrate that the proposed Mixed-MMCT feature extraction method outperforms other methods regarding pig vocalization and non-vocalization classification in real pig livestock farming.

Abstract:
The fiqh rule regarding intention is the basic rule that is agreed upon as the first order. The formula is al-umūr bi maqāsidihā (the law of each case depends on its purpose/purpose/intention). The contents explain the purpose or intention as the basis for the assessment. This well-established rule has sufficient strength to become an argument for a fatwa for the permissibility of Muslims wishing Christians a Merry Christmas. This qualitative research takes data from literatures. The first step in content analysis in this research is mapping the arguments including fiqh principles what are involved in reasoning the fatwas about saying 'Merry Christmas' as a Christian holiday. Furthermore, the research will analize the results of the mapping based on the intention rule.

Abstract:
After lying dormant for about a thousand years, sudden slippage of a 1600-km long section of the Sunda megathrust fault caused uplift of the seafloor between Aceh and Myanmar, resulting in a great earthquake and the horrific Indian Ocean tsunami of 2004. Three months later and just to the south, sudden slippage of a 350-km length of the megathrust beneath Simeulue and Nias islands caused another destructive great earthquake and lesser tsunami. Because it takes centuries for tectonic strains to build up again after such big earthquakes, these two events are unlikely to recur within the next hundred years. Farther south, however, offshore West Sumatra and Bengkulu provinces, another great earthquake and tsunami will likely occur within the next few decades. We are trying to characterize that future earthquake and tsunami, to encourage and to focus preparations for and mitigation of the coming disaster. Similar efforts need to be initiated throughout much of south and southeast Asia, if the disastrous effects of future large earthquakes and tsunamis are to be mitigated.

Red onions and garlics are one of the most usual spices that is used in Indonesian food. One of the content inside the onions is sulfur, which can react chemically and form sulfenic acid. Sulfenic acid is one of the chemical compound which can cause sore to redness on human’s eyes. Production process that include pre-harvest to post-harvest requires support of effective facilities, suitable equipment and agricultural machinery so that productivity could be increased. Red onions and garlics peeling in mass number will cost a lot of time and can cause irritation on human’s eyes. Therefore, an onion peeler which can peel a lot of red onions and garlics without human intervention is needed to increase productivity. Bhakti Kasih Orphanage at Bogor provides a home for 55 children from around Indonesia such as Papua, Ambon, Nias, Jakarta and even Timor Leste. Furthermore, there are also 4 caretakers and 7 alumni from Bhakti Kasih Orphanage living with them. Foods that are provided there often use red onions and garlic as base spices, which usually takes 20 minutes per kilogram garlics or red onions to peel the skin off.

Abstract:
Based on the Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) in 2018, there were about 96 percent of pregnant women who had their health checked at the health facilities. However, only 79 percent gave birth at the puskesmas or hospital. According to a report by the World Health Organization (WHO), the direct cause of maternal death that occurs during and after childbirth. 75% of deaths are caused by bleeding, infection, or high blood pressure during pregnancy. Every woman has her own birth experience that can be shared with others. Most women in labor experience psychological changes in response to what is felt in the labor process. Maternal mortality as much as 70% occurs in the delivery process, this is related to the place where the delivery takes place. The purpose of this study was to analyze factors related to the choice of place of delivery in the working area of the Namohalu Esiwa Public Health Center in 2021. This type of research used quantitative methods which were carried out by analytical survey with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all mothers who gave birth in January-March 2021 as many as 86 people with the sampling technique using total sampling so that the total sample was 86 people. Data analysis in this study used univariate analysis, bivariate and multivariate analysis with multiple logistic regression. The results of the study with the chi-square test obtained p-value on the knowledge variable of 0.001 <0.05, family support of 0.005 <0.05, education of 0.000 <0.05, distance of 0.000 <0.05, sources of information 0.40>0.05, employment 0.33>0.05, parity 0.84>0.05. The results of the multiple logistic regression test show that the distance variable has the largest PR value = 11.24. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between knowledge, family support, education, and distance to the choice of place of delivery in the working area of the Namohalu Esiwa Public Health Center in 2021. The most dominant variable related to the choice of place of delivery is distance. Abstract:
While assessing the legality of the US drone strikes in Pakistan, this article takes into account the nature of armed conflict which has potential to be converted into an international armed conflict (IAC) from a non-international armed conflict (NIAC). The growing trust-deficit between Pakistan and the US is catalyst for determination of nature of armed conflict. The arguments based on tacit consent of Pakistan no longer stands valid after a clear protest by Pakistani officials at national, bilateral and international level. It also examines the observance of the rules of International Humanitarian Law (IHL) in comparison with official US statements. Continued drone strikes are now being considered as counter-productive and resulting in increased suicide bombing in various cities of Pakistan. The author suggests a collaborative effort by considering other social, political and economic factors to minimize the violation of IHL for desired results.

Abstract:
Background: Prostatitis-like symptoms (PLS) lead to severe discomfort in males in their daily lives. Diet has been established as affecting PLS in our prior study, but the effect of nutrients, particularly for micronutrients remains largely unclear. Methods: This study enrolled 1284 participants from August 2020 to March 2021. The National Institute of Health–Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index was used to assess PLS. The diet composition was evaluated by the Chinese Food Composition Tables. Results: Participants were separated into PLS (n = 216), control (n = 432), and noninflammatory-abnormal symptoms (NIANS) (n = 608) groups. We observed higher levels of carotene, vitamin C, vitamin E-(β+γ) and subclass, zinc, magnesium, selenium, potassium, sodium, iron and manganese in the PLS group than in the control group. After adjustment for the potential confounders, the elevated risk from IQR2 to IQR4 of fat (P for trend = 0.011), vitamin E-(β+γ) (P for trend = 0.003), magnesium (P for trend = 0.004), sodium (P for trend = 0.001) and copper (P for trend < 0.001) was identified. Conclusions: This is the first study to evaluate the nutrient distribution in PLS patients and reveal that the higher intake of fat, vitamin E-(β+γ), magnesium, sodium, and copper is associated with a risk of PLS.

Abstract:
Exclusive rights on trademark also cover the right to give permission to others to use the mark. Rights licensing is a licensing agreement. It takes two main principles of contract law, namely freedom of contract and good faith to enforce the contract. Strengthening the principles as the basis for the creation and implementation of a mark license agreement is required given the continuity of the implementation of a mark licensing agreement is highly dependent on the goodwill of the parties to implement the agreement. Strengthening of the principles can be achieved when the parties are honest and fully undertake to honour the agreement which they had agreed together.

Abstract:
Based on the research background of China 's important agricultural cultural heritage perspective (China-NIAHS), this paper takes the landscape of the ancient jujube forest in Lingbao City, Henan Province as the research object, and uses the landscape pattern index analysis method in landscape ecology to analyze spatial pattern characteristics of the ancient jujube forest in Lingbao City. The results show that: (1) Jujube forest accounts for the largest proportion of all landscape types. Jujube forest, as the dominant landscape type in the study area, plays a supporting role in the study of landscape pattern characteristics in the whole area. (2) The spatial distribution of jujube forest is closely related to the distribution of roads and settlements in the study area. The jujube forest accounts for a large proportion of the total landscape area in the study area. From the characteristics of the number of patches, it can be seen that the jujube forest has low fragmentation and the landscape distribution is concentrated. (3) From the landscape shape index, it can be seen that the complexity of jujube forest patches is low, the artificial effect is obvious, and the shape is regular; in addition, from the analysis of the spatial adjacency characteristics of the landscape, the correlation between the distribution of jujube forest landscape and other landscape elements can also be proved again. The research results have certain guiding and reference significance for the protection and development of agricultural cultural heritage, the development and utilization of agricultural landscape resources and rural revitalization.

Samples made from three different metal-diamond mixtures were investigated: 1) 70 wt % of DND and 30 wt % of Al, 2) 50 wt % of DND and 50 wt % of mixture of nickel and aluminum in NiAl stoichiometry, 3) 70 wt % of DND and 30 wt % of mixture of nickel and aluminum in Ni3Al stoichiometry. The heating of samples of nanodiamonds in a vacuum volume (VUP-5) is accompanied by thermal desorption of volatile compounds. Analysis of the samples using differential scanning calorimetry and mass-spectrometry (DSC - on STA 409 PC Luxx NETZSCH, MS - on QMS 403 D Aeolos NETZSCH) allowed us to study the kinetics of desorption and the molecular composition of volatile compounds desorbed by heating nanodiamonds. Annealing of the charge with aluminum is accompanied by a nonmonotonic change in the weight of the sample during heating. Heating mixtures of nanodiamond with nickel and aluminum is accompanied by an almost monotonic decrease in weight. Weight loss at up to 950 °C annealing can reach 20%. When samples are heated to 950 °C, H2O (up to 200 °С), O2 (up to 60 °С), H2S (up to 700 °С), CO2 (up to 600 °С), SO2 (up to 450 °С), N2 (up to 60 °С) evaporate from the surface of the samples. Endo- and exo-effects indicate the occurrence of chemical reactions between impurities and metals. The cleaning process most actively takes place during the annealing of the metal-diamond mixture containing Ni and Al in Ni3Al stoichiometry.

Abstract:
Kata Kunci: Stunting, Gizi ABSTRACT Stunting is a problem that occurs in the growth and development of children due to malnutrition and can have an impact on the physical and functional body of the child which is influenced by the economic order, mother's education and knowledge about nutrition, as well as social society. Furthermore, proximal factors such as exclusive breastfeeding, child age and LBW stunting can be prevented by several things such as exclusive breastfeeding, providing nutritious food according to the body's needs, getting used to clean living habits, doing physical activity, to balance energy expenditure and nutrient intake. into the body and monitor the growth and development of children regularly. A significant increase in stunting cases will add to the burden on society and the government, because it requires a large amount of money to handle it. It takes a joint commitment to reduce morbidity, mortality and disability due to stunting through adequate prevention and control. One of the efforts to increase community participation is community empowerment by providing knowledge through counseling. With this counseling activity, it is hoped that the public can understand their own role as a trigger for self-awareness to change, transforming the stages of intention into concrete action. Shcherbak, Vitalii. "ROMANTIC VISION OF THE UKRAINIAN PAST IN THE WORK OF TOMASH PADURA." Polish Studies of Kyiv, no. 38 (2022): 353–67. http://dx.doi.org/10.17721/psk.2022.38.353-367.

Abstract:
The article highlights the romantic image of Cossack Ukraine of the XVI—XVIII c. in the creative heritage of the Polish poet and writer Tomash Padura, a native of the family of Bratslav nobleman. It was noted that in his young years the main source for him was oral folk art - storytelling, legends, Ukrainian songs and historical dumas. A few decades after the fall of the Hetm- anate, they reflected the realities of the Cossack era, the character and activities of its leaders. The complex of sources for Padura also included Polish literary and historical narratives with relevant assessments of the Ukrainian past. In Pa- dura’s works, Ukraine appears before the reader as a mysterious and exotic land that has been associated with freedom and freedom-loving people for centuries. Therefore, the main character of his works was the Cossacks, the chivalrous spirit of the Cossacks, victories over external enemies Moscovites, Tatars and Otto- mans were celebrated. At the same time, Padura proclaimed the idea of Polish- Ukrainian unity, bypassing the conflict pages in their past, sought, first of all, to involve the Ukrainian people into the struggle for the Polish cause - liberation from Russian imperial oppression. The leading figure in the poet’s poem is Kosh Ataman Ivan Sirko, who was distinguished for his courage and fostered a sense of independence and freedom in the hearts of his comrades. At the same time, Padura keeps silent about Sirko’s confrontation with Hetman Petro Doroshenko, who continued Bohdan Khmelnytsky’s policy of uniting Ukraine within ethnic boundaries. The figure of Hetman Ivan Mazepa as a fighter against Russian des- potism is also positively assessed. Padura strongly protests against the anath- ema imposed by the Moscovites on the “native hetman” and its proclamation in Ukrainian churches. Padura’s assessment of the Cossack era takes a completely different tone when it comes to the Ukrainian cause itself, the people’s desire to gain independence. In particular, he gives the most negative traits to Hetman Bohdan Khmelnytsky, who revived the Ukrainian state in the middle of the XVII century. Thus, the ethnic origin of Tomash Padura influenced the objective per- ception and coverage of the past of Ukraine. However, his work had a positive impact on the formation of historical themes as an integral factor of the Ukrai- nian national revival.
