Abstract:
Anchor dragging threatens vessel anchoring security directly, so how to find and predict anchor drgging is an important issue of navigation fields. Most existing judgement methods depend on distinguishing feature of dragging vessel from normal anchoring, so vessels usually have moved a certain distance when duty officers find anchor dragging. Thus it is necessary to develop a practical anchor dragging early warning techonology. Based on the special change of anchor cables. Vibration frequency while anchor dragging, a new anchor dragging early warning system (ADEWS) was designed. The system was composed of two main facilities: acceleration sensor and teminal unit. The acceleration sensor was fixed on anchor cables to monitor its vibration frequency, and the teminal unit in the bridge was designed to analyze change characteristic of frequency and release early warnning. For facilitis of this new ADEWS is simple, it is easy to be equipped on vessels. Furthermore, the system can automatically analyze vibration frequency and release early warning, so it has advantages of high feasibility and reliability. These advantages can lessen duty officers work burden and reduce the dependece on duty officers individual experience. Therefore, ADEWS based on Vibration frequency analysis possesses a good application prospect in practical engineering.

Abstract:
Teachers experiences might restrict their utilization of technology in the classroom, making learning challenging. Teachers must improve learning performance and motivation to overcome learning obstacles, especially when online learning has supplanted traditional teaching method following Covid-19. Therefore, online learning models should be implemented as a new learning style. This research aims to examine this topic, namely the use of Google Classroom to enhance English learning achievement and motivation. The investigation was qualitative and case-based which include observing and documenting the behaviors of students at SMP Negeri 1 Limboto, Gorontalo, Indonesia, in particular eighth-grade students who learn using Google Classroom. The data will be collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings of this research indicated that the use of Google Classroom increases the intrinsic motivation of students, since all of the assessment indicators are over 60 percent. Therefore, this finding indicated that students prefer to learn English by integrating techonology – in this case Google Classroom. This findings then lead to another finding, in which the integrating of Google Classroom during teaching and learning English may increase students learning performance. In this way, online learning has a positive effect on students learning motivations. By the findings of this research, it has also been confirmed that there is a very closed connection between the intrinsic and extrinsic motivations of the students, which is in line with the theories provided (Gonzalez-DeHass, Willems, & Holbein, 2005; Yuan, Wu, Hu, & Lin, 2019)

Abstract:
Artificial neural networks application in science and techonology begun during 20th century. This biophysical and biomimetic phenomena is based on extensive research which have led to understanding how neural as a living organism nerve system basic element processes signals by a simple algorithm. The input signals are massively parallel processed, and the output presents the superposition of all parallel processed signals. Artificial neural networks which are based on these principles are useful for solving various problems as pattern recognition, clustering, functional optimization. This research analyzed thermophysical parameters at samples based on Murata powders and consolidated by sintering process. Among different physical properties we applied out neural network approach on grain sizes distribution as a function of sintering temperature, T, (from 1190-1370?C). In this paper, we continue to apply neural networks to prognose structural and thermophysical parameters. For consolidation sintering process is very important to prognose and design many parameters but especially thermal like temperature, to avoid long and even wrong experiments which are wasting the time and materials and energy as well. By this artificial neural networks method we indeed provide the most efficient procedure in projecting the mentioned parameters and provide successful ceramics samples production. This is very helpful in prediction and designing the micro-structure parameters important for advance microelectronic further miniaturization development. This is a quite original novelty for real micro-structure projecting especially on the phenomena within the thin films coating around the grains what opens new prospective in advance fractal microelectronics.

Abstract:
In 2013, the Singapore government announced a plan to build the Cross Island Line (CRL), the country’s eighth Mass Rapid Transit train line. Since its release, the proposal has caused ongoing heated debate as it involves going underneath Singapore’s largest remaining reserve: the Central Catchment Nature Reserve. Following extended discussions with environmental groups, the transport authority later stated that they would now consider two route options: a direct alignment running underneath the Central Reserve, and an alternative route that skirts the reserve boundary. The authority warned that the skirting option could increase the construction cost significantly and cost commuters an extra few minutes of travel time. Intriguingly, in contrast to the underground rail project that threatens to further fragment the Central Reserve, another, more visible, repair work is taking place at the edge of the same reserve, aiming to reconnect fragmented habitat through an eco-bridge. Through these two seemingly contrasting yet intimately related case studies in a highly developed city-state, this article explores the complexity and ambivalence of urban movement and its entanglement with development, techonology and urban natures. How are the discourses of urban mobility directed by the desire for ‘velocity’, the politics of invisibility, and a fixation on certainty? What might it mean to reconfigure contemporary practices and ethics towards multispecies movements in an increasingly urbanised environment? Amid the growing expansions of infrastructure and public transportation in Singapore and around the world, often in the name of sustainability and liveability, this article unsettles some taken-for-granted, velocity-charged and human-centred approaches to urban movement and explores the serious need to craft new possibilities for a more inclusive and flourishing urban movement.

Abstract:
Abstract Background : FLT3-ITD mutation remains a great challenge in treating acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients, for the high incidence of early relapse and drug-resistant mutations to tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs). The FLT3-ITD mutation results in a significant and sustained activation of downstream signaling pathways. However, the physiological negative regulators of those aberrantly activated pathways have not been fully elucidated. In this study, we aim to identify and exploit a key molecule directly interacting with FLT3 receptor and down-regulating FLT3 associated pathways. Methods: The potential proteins interacting with FLT3 were immunoprecipitated (IP) and screened by mass spectrometry. The binding of phosphatase SHP-1 and FLT3 was verified using co-IP and in situ proximity ligation assay (PLA) in cell lines and primary samples. The phosphatase activity and phosphorylation level of SHP-1 was determined by pNPP phosphatase activity assay and western blot. Biological effects of overexpressed SHP-1 by lentiviral vectors in AML cell-lines were assessed using proliferation, apoptosis and clonal formation assays in vitro and xenografts models in vivo. Plasmids of truncated or mutated structure of SHP-1 were constructed and overexpressed in cells to identify the key domain responsible for binding with FLT3 receptor. An artificial trans-membrane peptide was designed to activate SHP-1 activity and promote apoptosis in AML cells. Results: The researchers performed immunoprecipitations (IP) followed by LC-MS/MS based screen in human leukemia cell line MV4-11 for three times, and found that the phosphatase SHP-1 binds to FLT3. In addition, the interaction between SHP-1 and FLT3-WT or FLT3-ITD was verified by co-IP and in situ proximity ligation assay (PLA) in AML cell lines, primary samples and overexpression model of 293-FT.Partial results are showed in Figure A. Furthermore, in heterozygous cell line molm13 and engineered FLT3-ITD knock-in cell line SKM-1 by crispr/cas9 techonology, combined with PLA, pNPP phosphatase activity assay and western blot, we found that SHP-1 may bind with p-FLT3 and acquired phosphatase activity(Figure B-D). In turn, p-FLT3 itself and some important proteins in the downstream pathway would be dephosphorylated and the signal transmission would be terminated. In FLT3-ITD cells, the phosphorylation level of SHP-1 significantly reduced. By using lentivirus to overexpress or knockdown shp-1 protein in FLT3-WT and FLT3-ITD cells, the biological effects were studied. Experiments on cell apoptosis, proliferation and clonal formation have shown that overexpression of SHP-1 in AML cells may promote apoptosis, inhibit proliferation and clone formation, especially in FLT3-ITD cells. On the contrary, inhibition of shp-1 could promote proliferation and increase the ability of clone formation. Furthermore, DOX-inducible overexpression cell line of SHP-1 was obtained by tet-on virus system and the western blots showed that SHP-1 may inhibit p-ERK and p-STAT5 activity. In vivo experiments of NCG mice showed that, the degree of leukemia infiltration in peripheral blood was decreased in AML transplantation mice induced by DOX to express SHP-1 when compared to control group. Next, according to the analysis of protein structure by computer simulation, we constructed truncated and mutated plasmids and overexpressed in cells, then using PLA to verify the binding , we found that FLT3 interact with N-SH2 domain of SHP-1,exactly the R30 site(Figure E). Therefore, by using specific trans-membrane peptide, the researchers found that it could activate SHP-1 and promote apoptosis in AML cells, especially FLT3-ITD ones, inhibit cell proliferation and the downstream signal pathway of FLT3.Lastly,injection of peptide in subcutaneous tumor model of nude mouse showed that the tumor was significantly smaller than that of the control group(Figure F). Conclusion: We identify a negative regulator, namely phosphatase SHP-1, which directly interacts with FLT3 receptor through the N-SH2 domain and down-regulates FLT3 downstream signaling pathways. Overexpression of SHP-1 promotes apoptosis and inhibits proliferation in cells with FLT3-ITD mutation. Artificial trans-membrane peptides activating SHP-1 can reverse FLT3 associated aberrant signaling, thus providing a new potential strategy to target FLT3-ITD in AML. The possible mechanism is showed in figure G. Disclosures No relevant conflicts of interest to declare.

Abstract:
Millennials is a generation that’s gifted with techonology, they were born surrounded by technology. But as the time goes bye, using all the technologies such as mobile devices and internet would bring a negative effects. With all the easiness to access all information, many people (millennials) find it difficult to differentiate the negative and the positive ones, since the internet would provide all kind of information including the negatives such as pornography. A group of people who spent more time on the internet (more than four hours per-day) would have a higher tendency to premarital sexual behavior (Indrijati, 2017). As a result now, bunch of millennials are exposed to a sexually transmitted disease (STDs). Due to lack of sex education, preventing and controlling the disease has become a difficult task. Sex education still categorized as a ‘taboo’ thing to be discussed on public, even more to be educated. This becomes the main reason for many millennials to seek out the information by themselves through the internet, and eventually got exposed by the negative contents such as pornography. By analyzing various elements of sex education as the basis and providing a decent information that’s suitable for the community especially millennials, while also noticing modern entertainment’s development as a catalyst to introduce the program. The idea is to emerge an incorporate elements of sex education and modern entertainment technology into a museum. 3d mapping technology used to provide a whole new experience on public education. The chosen site is on Mangga Besar area which known as the “Eden Garden” at night, because of the culinary center and the nightlife in West Jakarta. This project would also interacts with its surroundings, as an open space for the communities around. This project consisted of some programs which is, supported by 3d mapping room, café, gallery, and seminar room. This project aim to amend people’s perception of sex as a taboo thing to become something that must be educated to all the community.

Abstract Background From 2000 to today, the use of information technology in the medical field is increasingly widespread, reaching a new milestone following the COVID 19 syndemia. It is increasingly evident that wireless monitoring allows patients to be followed more easily, detecting complications early at home and allowing to limit the contagion of healthcare personnel by reducing the interaction with patients in hospital rooms Methods A pilot Multicenter Open-label Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT) was performing comparing wearable wireless vital parameters continuous monitoring (WVPCM) system and regular monitoring. Data were collected to provide a clinical-economic impact (costs, program effectiveness and QALY gains) of complex patients (CPs) discharged from Internal Medicine Units. Cost were estimated by mean of the identification, measuring and valorisation of the resources uptake. Results 143 patients (37 M/38 F, mean age: 78.7 years). Major complications: respiratory failure detection (6,5 vs 3,8); reduction of sudden deaths (9.3% vs 16% experimental); care-related infections (6,5 vs 7,5), glycemic decompensation (4,3 vs 1,9). Hospital readmission within 21 days were 7% vs 11%. Relevant cost driver was time spent by nurses: 58 minutes/day/patient (vs 132) allow to save €54-90/patient. One way and multiway sensitivity analyses confirmed the robustness of our results with nearly 99% of the replications involved Conclusions WVPCM, detecting early complication during the post-discharge CPs monitoring, may facilitate a timely response ensuring a more appropriate management of complex patients seen (>25% of total admissions), reduce the time to diagnosis, improve efficiency/efficacy of disease management and reduce unnecessary clinic visits and hospital (re)admissions. The miniaturized technologies can improve patient adherence and assure better quality of life. WVPCM allows patients to be sent home safely and to effectively integrate Hospital and Community services. Key messages Wearable wireless vital parameters continuous monitoring (WVPCM) system reduce time and cost of nursing. Wearable wireless vital parameters continuous monitoring (WVPCM) system can detect early complication improve patient adherence and assure better quality of life.

Abstract:
Since the foundation of the first modern university in Berlin in 1809 as a realization of Immanuel Kant’s idea, this special institution has gone through many changes in terms of its functions and operational models. The most significant trend today is probably Uberization involving all aspects of higher heducation. Uberization, in our opinion, will lead to the non-campus higher education model and perhaps the death of the traditional university. Abstract:
It is no surprise that just like the previous years, this year as well China has expanded its military budget, put another ship to sea, demonstrated new weaponary at the military parade, etc. For the last two decades, all the combat arms of the Chinese army has been developing at a high rate. Many authors claim very specific reasons for the Chinese armaments especially highlighting the conflicts with its immediate neighbors. From a geopolitical point of view, an interesting balance of power is being formed in the East. It’s been several years now that there are some precise problems in China-Japan conflict related to the power over some islands. China actively builds artificial islands which can serve as military bases far away from its shores approximately at an operative depth. And this matter deeply concerns the Philippines and Vietnam. In this light, it would be very interesting to study the balance of forces in the region and to analyze the American military doctrine on the one hand and the Chinese specific military and military-political attempts to appose it on the other hand. It is common knowledge that in political and professional circles in the USA are concerned about the actions and capabilities of China and Russia, which can considerably restrict the US access to key regions of Eurasia: Today, China and Russia have great potential to influence on the traditional American Net-platform weaponary, Air Forces, Navy, command and control networks, and even the orbital groupings. The two countries mentioned above, which are perceived as potential adversaries in the USA, strive to reach the level of the American military by all possible means and develop powerful techonologies. Russia and especially China are designing powerful satellite systems, various long-range missiles, fighter jets, UAVs, etc. New Electronic Warfare (EW) systems are being developed, to suppress or weaken the command and management systems of the US or its allies. The People’s Liberation Army (PLA) of China also has the capacity to destroy settelites, disrupt extraterrestrial intelligence, wreck command and control networks, etc. According to experts, there is no guarantee that the armed forces of the USA can ensure reliable and secure communication and conncetion during conflicts on the theater of military operations, in particular on operational and strategic levels.
