Abstract:
Model kerja sama antar operator telekomunikasi sudah menjadi tren pada kondisi saat ini, selain menjadi bagian strategi untuk mengembangkan bisnisnya, juga menjadi solusi efisiensi pengeluaran operator. Kerja sama skema Multi Operator Core Network (MOCN) memiliki kemampuan berbagi spektrum dalam skema kerja samanya. Di beberapa negara, network sharing jenis MOCN sudah banyak diterapkan, di Malaysia dan Hongkong sejak tahun 2012 dan 2013 telah memakai jenis network sharing tersebut. Di Indonesia, pemerintah belum menetapkan regulasi yang sesuai serta memilki dampak bagi kesiapan operator bagi revenue yang akan diperoleh jika MOCN sudah memiliki regulasi.Metode Penelitian serta kajian yang dilakukan merujuk pada sistem Benchmarking pada negara yang sudah menerapkan regulasi baik MOCN maupun sistem Multi Operator Radio Access Network (MOCN). Kajian ini diperlukan untuk membandingkan apakah kondisi negara tersebut dari paramater jumah penduduk, penetration rate, hingga teknologi yang dipakai bisa juga diterapkan di negara Indonesia Dari hasil penelitian ini juga, dapat merekomendasikan MOCN pada penyelenggaraan di Indonesia dengan analisis benchmarking regulasi pada negara yang telah menerapkan MOCN, dengan keberhasilan negara yang sudah menerapkan MOCN maka akan menjadi peluang besar untuk negara Indonesia menerapkan MOCN dengan mengambil analisi terendah. Adapun analisis pangsa pasar dari data yang didapat dari operator, optimalisasi cakupan seluler dapat menjadi acuan dalam pelaksanaan MOCN demi pertumbuhan jaringan di daerah yang jarang penduduk dan mendukung pertumbuhan GDP serta pendapatan fiskal bagi negara.

Abstract:
Managing employees’ happiness and well-being as a business strategy offers positive outcomes for companies, as has been widely studied in the scientific literature. In the field of public relations, published studies address these benefits for individuals and collectively, both for the employees themselves (Pérez, 2020) and for the organisation for which they work, whether intangible or tangible (Castro-Martínez and Díaz-Morilla, 2020; Sidney et al., 2017). However, the function of promoting a good working environment is not always attended to in the workplace, nor is it always exclusive to a specific area (Bowen, 2008). In addition to a systematic documentary review, the Web of Science database is used for a bibliometric study and network mapping of the scientific literature, from which articles are extracted for analysis using different bibliographic searches. Based on the information obtained, VOSviewer software is used for the analysis of bibliometric networks by authorship, citation and co-occurrence of keywords in scientific publications. The number of articles published on the management of happiness and wellbeing in organisations as part of their public relations has increased significantly over the last decade, although there has been a notable change in this growth since 2021. According to the research, corporate social responsibility programmes are increasingly considering these aspects as part of their organisational strategy, and departments such as human resources are taking on a greater role in generating a good working environment. This study provides an overview of the international production of scientific publications on the subject of happiness management and organisational well-being from the point of view of public relations. It shows the evolution of scientific activity in terms of the number of works published by area of knowledge and the current trends in terms of authorship, subject matter and repercussion in the scientific field.

- This article shows some highlights of a network evaluation, which was part of a bigger evaluation design of 5 local projects - implemented in Lazio region - for employment insertion for persons in a serious situation of social exclusion. - Water will be a basic problem in the future of the world. At the moment in Italy the main problem lies in water reserve reductions facing a growing demand, while for drinkable water more and more administrator authorities are facing a budget deficit. The causes of this national and local situation are the administrative monopoly and the absence of planning and coordination policies, that would rationalize water use without rationing it, starting from an awareness of the costs of different involved variables. The economic quality of spring and consumption water, the oldness of the waterworks and pipe networks, the extreme fragmentation of waterworks (often of minimal dimension), their territorial localisation, the absence of a common method of charges, the scanty use of analysis of management, are some of the causes of a unique and surprising variability of costs, proceeds and tariffs. This paper analyzes the generation and the structure of the costs of drinkable water in an area representative of many national characteristics on the environmental, physic and socio-economic level. The quest for more efficient forms of management and for a more transparent determination of the tariffs has been carried on through the use of custom indexes of productivity and of production. These indexes summarise the existence of scale economies, of pipe network related diseconomies, and of economies of localisation and density of the consumers. The paper presents a synthesis of the observations gathered from about two hundred waterworks subdivided by owner and entrepreneurial typologies

Il progetto ha rappresentato un notevole sforzo organizzativo, che ha coinvolto per un anno un ampio numero di DSM/UOP, di operatori e di pazienti.La ricerca ha dimostrato che, all'interno e tra i Dipartimenti di Salute Mentale:possibile costruire un network di ricerca,che possono essere utilizzati nella routine strumenti per la valutazione della gravità e dell'esito,possibile raccogliere ampi campioni di pazienti rappresentativi della realtà clinica dei servizi,gruppi di clinici possono collaborare tra loro per raccogliere dati sull'effective-ness e sui costi dei trattamenti.La possibilità di costruire un network di ricerca nei servizi clinici richiede uno sforzo organizzativo e ha un costo. Per fare questo sono necessari una struttura centrale in grado di dare supporto formativo, epidemiologico, informatico e di analisi, un sistema strutturato di incentivi scientifici e la restituzione agli operatori “in tempo reale” delle informazioni ricavate dalla ricerca.Questa ricerca ha portato ad una estesa conoscenza sulle caratteristiche sociodemografiche e cliniche (diagnosi e gravità) dei pazienti in trattamento nei servizi di salute mentale: il campione indagato è il più ampio oggi raccolto in Italia. La ricerca è anche stata la prima esperienza nazionale di stima dei costi per 50 strutture, con analisi dei costi standard delle singole prestazioni e del pattern di trattamento annuo e relativi costi.

La ricerca, che si colloca nel filone dell’analisi del discorso mediato dal computer (Pano Alamán y Moya Muñoz, 2016) e della pragmatica, si propone l’obiettivo di analizzare l’impatto dell’epidemia scatenata dal COVID-19 nel social network Twitter, con uno sguardo qualitativo o naturalista del fenomeno. L’analisi dei tweet prende in considerazione le strategie e le pratiche discorsive degli account dei Ministeri della Salute di cinque paesi (Cile, Colombia, Messico, Perù e Spagna) durante il 2022, mettendone a fuoco creazioni ed innovazioni lessicali, oltre agli hashtag. Il caso analizzato mostra la produttività della lingua spagnola che costantemente recepisce e produce materiale lessicale. //// This research, which belongs to the field of computer-mediated discourse analysis (Pano Alamán y Moya Muñoz 2016) and pragmatics, aims at analyzing the impact of COVID-19 on the social network Twitter. The methodology used has been based on an qualitative or naturalistic approach to this phenomenon. The analysis of the tweets takes into account the strategies and discursive practices of the accounts of the Ministries of Health of five countries (Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru and Spain) during 2022, with a focus on lexical creation and innovations and hashtags. The results of our analysis point to the Spanish language productiveness which constantly receives and produces lexical material.

The massive use of social networks by adolescents is a challenging phenomenon which created, in response to a range of psychological and social problems, the development of educational interventions aimed at making adolescents more aware, competent, and responsible. The research identifies and analyzes, on the basis of appropriate documentation, 22 educational projects having the aims and scope mentioned above, which took place in the last decade in several middle and high schools in Italy. Through a set of previously established criteria, an evaluation is carried out in order to describe the most widespread methods applied by such educational interventions. Based on the results, a method of analysis is built through critical comparison, aimed at examining the strengths and weaknesses of the examined projects and at guiding teachers, educators and other specialists in evaluating and designing further projects about the relationship between social networks and adolescents, inside and outside schools.

The problem in this study is to find out the learning strategies of fifth grade teachers in the era of the covid-19 pandemic in Elementary School cluster V, Sibulue District. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research that aims to: 1) find out the strategies of fifth grade elementary school teachers in cluster V, Sibulue District, Bone Regency in learning science in the era of the covid-19 pandemic, 2). knowing the obstacles in implementing strategies in SD cluster V, Sibulue District, Bone in learning science in the era of the covid-19 pandemic. Data was collected by means of questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the strategies used by teachers in science learning are online and offline learning strategies. The teacher's obstacles during the implementation of learning strategies are not all students have cellphones, the quality of the internet network is weak, they do not have sufficient internet quota and there are differences in the character of each student.

Keraguan terhadap konsep ini pernah ditulis oleh Dowding dengan mempedebatkan policy networks sebagai Methapor atau Model. Untuk itu, artikel ditulis dengan tujuan untuk mendiskusikan perkembangan konsep policy network dan utilitas serta limitasi konsep tersebut dalam menjelaskan proses kebijakan. Policy networks pada prinsipnya merupakan sebuah studi yang berusaha menjelaskan relasi antar aktor dengan kepentingan dan sumber daya yang dimilikinya dengan tujuan untuk mempengaruhi proses kebijakan. Masing-masing aktor akan membawa kepentingan dan preferensi mereka dan terjadi tawar menawar antar aktor sehingga keterkaitan aktor tersebut membentuk tipologi policy networks. Lebih holistik lagi, utilitas policy networks diarahkan untuk agar mampu menjawab pertanyaan utama dalam studi network yakni bagaimana network itu mucul? Bagaimana network dapat tetap dan berubah? Bagaimana perubahan dalam network itu dapat terjadi? Sementara itu limitasi dari penggunaan konsep policy networks ini lebih pada tataran empirik yakni mempergunakannya dalam riset dengan kajian yang mendalam karena untuk melihat kompleksitas aktor, relasi antar aktor, dan kepentingannya tidaklah mudah dan sesederhana yang dipikirkan.

Questo articolo presenta il progetto Macchine per leggere, nato dalla collaborazione tra il Dipartimento di Studi letterari, filosofici e di storia dell’arte dell’Università di Roma “Tor Vergata” e il Centro per il Libro e la Lettura del MiC. Scopo del progetto è la realizzazione di un ambiente digitale (desktop e mobile) che introduca gli studenti della scuola secondaria di secondo grado alla conoscenza e all’utilizzo delle tecniche di analisi computazionale dei testi, qui proposte come spunto per accostarsi alla lettura dei classici della letteratura italiana (tra gli altri che saranno resi disponibili sul sito, Il piacere, I Malavoglia, Il fu Mattia Pascal…). L’approccio del distant reading e gli strumenti informatici per l’analisi e la rappresentazione dei corpora e per il text mining (word cloud, indici di frequenza di termini e sintagmi, topic modeling, sentiment e network analysis), uniti ad altre risorse come la geolocalizzazione su mappe digitali dei luoghi letterari, saranno presentati sia come metodo per simulare in ambiente virtuale reading strategies, che come modelli per integrare le prassi ermeneutiche tradizionali – close reading. Abstract:
Drug trafficking networks are formed in a number of ways. The form of the network is structured based on the situations faced by them in the field. The actors involved in the network adapt in forming their network with the main objective of the drug trafficking business which continues to grow and is dynamic. The diversity of drug trafficking networks requires law enforcers to understand the shape and structure of the network so that efforts to destroy the network can be carried out more effectively. This study aims to determine the benefits of the centrality level of actors in a drug trafficking network so that it can be used by law enforcers to damage the network. With a social network analysis approach, researchers can map the interactions of the perpetrators so that it is possible to identify individuals (or groups) who have important positions in the structure of the drug network. The research found that two groups of crime networks in West Kalimantan had a relationship with an actor who served as a bridge between the two networks. Actors with high centrality values are generally leaders in the network as in this study. In addition, even though the position in the network is considered low, for example a courier, it still has an important meaning in assessing the importance of actors in the network.

Along with the development of technology, especially computers and the internet, we can get information more easily. This also encourages the number of computer and internet users to grow. Especially in the SMK ASY-SYARIFIY IBS PANDANWANGI, the number of students and employees who use the internet is increasing from time to time. The increase in users using the network will cause the existing network infrastructure to be further improved so as not to disappoint users due to decreased network performance. VLAN is a technology that allows a LAN to be divided into several different domains. VLANs also allow the joining of networks that are separate locations, but seem to be located in the same domain. Research on the use of VLANs in the laboratory environment of SMK ASY-SYARIFY IBS PANDANWANGI provides results that VLAN is can improve network performance, share networks based on certain conditions, simplify management, minimize costs, and apply security methods.

This problem can be solved by using Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN) technology. VLANs can address scalability issues and can flexibly reset virtual LAN networks. Especially in the VLAN Trunking Protocol which can minimize the number of switches every time that passes through its VLAN path. So also on the Etherchannel membundle link between switches. In fact a computer network also requires a technology to meet the availability (availability) needs of data traffic. One technology that can meet the availability of data traffic needs is VTP and Etherchannel.

The ever-increasing internet is an ISP challenge for the future of the expected global computer network traffic and QoS needs. To maintain competitive ISPs in Indonesia with the development of internet usage, the demand for QoS must be increased. MPLS VPN networks combine layer 2 switching technology with layer 3 routing technology. MPLS VPN networks have emerged as technologies that meet VPN requirements such as private IP, and the ability to support overlapping addresses in resolving speed and QoS problems. The method used is experimental research. From the measurement results obtained by VPN and MPLS VPN network delay has a very good delay value. For throughput on VPN networks have medium quality and MPLS VPN networks have good quality. And for the packet loss value for both types of networks is 0%. This shows that MPLS VPN network throughput has better QoS while for delay and packet loss on VPN and MPLS VPN networks have the same quality value.

In the early of October 2021, the Indonesian people were busy discussing the performance of the Indonesian National Police (POLRI) through the hashtag #percumalaporpolisi on Twitter social media. The hashtag is a form of digital movement from Twitter netizens about the lack of performance of the POLRI. Users interact with each other through these hashtags to form a communication network. This study analyzes quantitatively the communication network formed through #percumalaporpolisi on Twitter. This study uses communication network theory by Barry Wellman and analyzed using communication network analysis techniques based on Big Data. This hashtag was analyzed using communication network analysis techniques through three levels, namely network level, behavior level, and content level. The devices used in this research are Gephi and Rstudio applications. This study aimed to see how the networks were formed and how the analysis is on each level. Hal ini yang menyebabkan pembelajaran di sekolah maupun di universitas berubah menjadi daring (dalam jaringan). Adapun pembelajaran ini diterapkan juga di IAIN SAS Babel. Namun pada kenyataannya pembelajaran daring menimbulkan beberapa keluhan di antara mahasiswa Pendidikan Bahasa Arab itu sendiri. Di antaranya adalah tidak semua mahasiswa bertempat tinggal di daerah yang memiliki sinyal internet yang bagus di daerah pedesaan. Adapun jenis penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif. Adapun populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa PBA 18 IAIN SAS Babel dengan sampel penelitian adalah seluruh populasi yang ada dengan jumlah 18 mahasiswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui minat belajar mahasiswa PBA 18 semasa pandemi (2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran daring terhadap minat belajar mahasiswa PBA 18. Adapun analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisi regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan minat belajar mahasiswa menurun selama proses pembelajaran daring. pembelajaran daring memberikan pengarug terhadap minat belajar mahasiswa yakni sebesar 53,1%. Abstract At the beginning of 2020, we have a guest named Covid-19, where the virus has shocked all humans in the world. This has such a broad impact. This is what causes learning in schools and universities to turn online (in the network). This learning is also applied at IAIN SAS Babel. However, in reality online learning has caused several complaints among Arabic Language Education students themselves. Among them is that not all students live in areas that have a good internet signal in rural areas. The type of this research is quantitative. The population in this study were PBA 18 IAIN SAS Babel students with the research sample being the entire population with a total of 18 students. The purpose of this study was (1) to determine the learning interest of PBA 18 students during the pandemic (2) to determine the effect of online learning on the learning interest of PBA 18 students. The data analysis used is simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that students' interest in learning decreased during the online learning process. online learning has an effect on students' interest in learning, which is 53.1%.

Wireless mesh networking provides a solution to the problem of network distribution that has been constrained by cable networks and wireless networks that are not directly related to other wireless networks. Some of the advantages of wireless mesh technology include extended coverages, robustness, self-configuration, easy maintenance, and low cost. Based on the problems described in the previous paragraph, this research will analyze the performance of two wireless mesh distribution methods using several topology scenarios which will later be considered to affect the quality of network distribution WDS Mesh distribution methods that will be compared in this study are WDS Mesh with Mesh Interface, and WDS Mesh with Bridge Interface. Evaluation of the two methods will be conducted periodically to get the results of the analysis which will be used to do re-configuring to maximize the features and advantages of mesh technology in maintaining reliable network quality.

Marketers and advertisers have been challenged to measure the effectiveness of new media, e.g. social media such as blogs/vlogs and social networks against the goal of the marketing communication campaign. Meanwhile, advertising has more robust measurements to justify its campaign. This study is performed to provide an alternative point of view to measure the effectiveness of blogs/vlogs and social networks, as well as advertising in the tourism industry. The objective of this research is to measure the influence of blogs/vlogs, social networks, and advertising campaigns on travel intention to a tourist destination in Indonesia. This research employed multilinear regression analysis to develop a model, which explains the influence of three marketing communication channels: blog/vlog, social network, and advertising on the travel intention. The research concludes that all three channels are significant and have positive influences on travel intention (F = 89.027, F-sig <0.05). Blog/vlog has a regression coefficient of 0.315, t = 6.146, and p < 0.001. The social network has a coefficient of 0.411, t = 7.650, and p < 0.001; and advertising has a coefficient of 0.113, t = 2.600, p < 0.05. These results indicate that the influences of social networks and blogs/vlogs on travel intention are far stronger than advertising. And therefore given the same message or deliverables, the effectiveness of social networks and blogs/vlogs, is higher than advertising. Para marketer dan advertiser selalu ditantang untuk mengukur efektivitas dari marketing communication channel yang digunakan, terutama untuk new media, yakni media sosial seperti blog/vlog dan social network terhadap goal dari kampanye komunikasi pemasaran. Di sisi lain, pariwara atau iklan telah menggunakan pengukuran yang lebih robust untuk menjustifikasi kampanye iklan tersebut. Studi ini diselenggarakan untuk memberikan POV (point of view) alternatif untuk mengukur efektivitas dari blog/vlog, social network, dan pariwara di industri pariwisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh blog/vlog, social network, dan pariwara terhadap minat berwisata ke destinasi wisata di Indonesia. Riset kuantitatif ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda untuk menjelaskan pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan dari tiga channel komunikasi pemasaran: blog/vlog, social network, dan pariwara terhadap minat berwisata. Kesimpulan dari studi ini adalah bahwa ketiga channel tersebut berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwisata (F = 89,027, F-sig < 0,05). Koefisien Blog/vlog = 0,315, t = 6,146, dan p < 0,001. Koefisien social network = 0,411, t = 7,650, dan p < 0,001; dan koefisien pariwara = 0,113, t = 2,600, p < 0,05. In managing a large network, it takes the ability to manage the network so that traffic is good. To connect to such a large network requires many routers, each router will connect to one another. But the best choice of any router is required for network traffic efficiency. There are two routing protocols that can be used, namely static routing and dynamic routing. EIGRP is dynamic routing which, principally between routers, can communicate directly and dynamically, so that when there is a new router in a network, routers can communicate directly because they can exchange information. EIGRP uses the Diffussing Update Algorithm (DUAL) in determining the best path. In this study, EIGRP metrics will be analyzed to try the best path on the network by sending Internet Control Message Protocol (ICMP) packets. There are two networks that will be tested with differences in the Fast Ethernet bandwidth interface of each router. This experiment resulted in different values between Fast Ethernet default bandwidth and non-default bandwidth, so that the value of the variable affects the selection of the best path of network traffic

Internet of Things (IoT) technology makes it possible to monitor and control environmental conditions and electronic devices remotely via the internet. To be used as a monitoring and control tool, the IoT must be able to be operated in realtime. IoT must be able to provide information about an environmental condition and control electronic devices in real time. In this study a remote lighting control system was built using Firebase as a database that is able to turn on/off lights in realtime. The system is built using NodeMCU ESP8266 and android applications so that it is easier to implement on smartphones. The purpose of this study is to perform a performance analysis of firebase as a database that is able to update data in real time via the internet. Testing is done using various types of network connections such as 3G networks, 4G networks, and Local Area Networks (LANs). The test results show that Firebase supports the application of IoT that is capable of updating data in realtime, but the type of network connection used provides a varied delay effect. The average delay generated on 3G networks, 4G networks and LANs is 3.57 seconds, 1.42 seconds and 1.4 seconds.

Araştırmada, TÜİK tarafından yayınlanmış olan 2015 yılına ait, iller ölçeğinde doğum yerine göre ikamet yeri verisi kullanılmıştır. Göçün kaynak ve hedef sahaları arasındaki akışını incelemek için NodeXL ile oluşturulan tek modlu, yönlü ve ağırlıklandırılmış göç ağının istatistiksel olarak tam ağ yapısına sahip olduğu görülmüştür. Ağ grafiklerinden ve istatistiklerinden göç hareketinin doğudan batıya doğru gerçekleştiği ve İstanbul’ un ülkenin tamamına hâkim bir görünüme sahip olduğu anlaşılmaktadır. The study aims to analyze the magnitude of the incoming and outgoing migration flow at the provincial scale based on the population data for place of birth according to place of residence by using directional networks. Place of residence according to place of birth at the provincial scale data for 2015 published by TÜİK was used in the study. A single mode, directional and weighted migration network created with NodeXL to examine the migration flows between the source and target has a statistically complete network structure. The network graphs and statistics show that the migrations have taken place from east to west and Istanbul has a view as dominant of the country. It can be argued that internal network structure of Turkish population has a very complex view because of internal migration in the history of the republic. The established networks have enabled the continuation of migration and have manifested as the emergence of more heterogeneous population structures in centers where migration had been directed.

The Palembang City Health Service has implemented the Wireless network as one of the services to connect to the internet, to expand the signal coverage in the City Government Service network, has been implemented wirelessly with a Wireless Distribution System (WDS) system that allows wireless interconnection in access points in the IEEE 802.11 network. This allows wireless networks to be developed using multiple APs (Access points) without having to require a network cable backbone to connect between networks. Users connected to the Hotspot at Palembang City Health Office are increasing year by year. This is seen from the number of access usage needs each year. The analysis that will be carried out on Palembang's health service wireless LAN network uses several parameters, namely Bandwidth, Throughput, Delay, and Packet Loss, where these parameters are used to see the quality of network services (QOS), so that the results of this research will be expected to provide solutions for the service the health of the city of Palembang in evaluating the quality of the network, especially wireless LAN so that it can overcome any problems that occur. Research methods using Action Research or action research is one form of research design, in action research researchers describe, interpret and explain a social situation at the same time by making changes or interventions with the aim of improvement or participation. The results of the QOS parameters are delay according to the TIPHON version, that a very good delay occurs at the Health Service from point 2, that is location 2 to location 3, with a delay of under 150 milli second (ms).

Optimized Link State Routing (OLSR)is one of the two standard for mesh networks. OLSR is a link state routing protocol, which use hallo message and topology control (TC) to determine the link state information across the mobile ad-hoc network. OLSR is widely used in the wireless mesh network. Raspberry Pi is a mini computer which can be used as a node router to replace the function of a router in a wireless mesh network. In this research, Raspberry Pi is used as a router nodes to determine the performance of routing protocol OLSR. The parameters used to measure its performance is self-configure time, self-healing and bandwidth usage. The test results showed that the use of routing protocols OLSR on the Raspberry Pi in a wireless mesh network proved able to repair itself if there is a problem on the network since it has ability to self-configure and self-healing.

The advancement of technology development makes it easier to find and share any information using computer networks. Computer networks have been widely applied in homes and offices. The ease of exchanging data on the network makes the availability of computer networks and information security are vulnerable to attacks by threats. On a computer network, the device which has the vulnerability is a router. A router is the outermost device that connects the Local Area Network (LAN) to the internet so that it can be easily attacked by irresponsible parties. The Mikrotik router is a product that is widely used as a gateway router that connects LANs and the Internet. There are so many tools that can be used to carry out attacks on Mikrotik routers such as Hping3 (DoS), Hydra (Brute-Force), and Exploitation Script (Winbox Exploitation). To find out the security loop in Mikrotik routers, this study uses penetration testing methods and attack techniques such as Winbox Exploit, Brute-force, and DoS. After knowing the security gap, the next step is to provide and implementation recommendations so that similar attacks do not occur any more in the future.

Abstract:
Indonesian Muslim universities utilize WiFi networks as a facility to support the implementation of student and academic lecture activities within the scope of Indonesian Muslim universities. However, with the number of Indonesian Muslim University students around 17,000 people, internet access to the internet network has become slow. In addition, there are several faculties on several floors that do not get wifi signals or get weak signals so students cannot enjoy the internet network. Because it is necessary to measure the signal quality on wireless devices (AP) in each faculty in the scope of UMI with action research methods and analyze the signal quality so that it is known what factors can cause the wifi signal to sometimes be weak or not even get a signal at all

The purpose of this study is to assist the hotel management in managing internet access needed by hotel guests so as to improve services for hotel guests in terms of using internet access. The method used is descriptive qualitative supported by observational data from research sites and literature related to the problem. The results of this study are expected to provide an explanation of optimizing the use of wireless networks for hotel guests who use internet access services provided by hotel management. Abstract:
DDoS attack (Distribute Denial of Service) is one of the weapons of choice from hackers because it’s proven it has become threat on the internet worlds. The frequent of DDoS attacks creates a threat to internet users or servers, so that requires the introduction of several new methods that occur, one of which can use the IDS (Intrusion Detection System) method. This study took advantage of Neural Network ability to detect DDoS attack or normal based on traffic log processed statistically using Fixed Moving Window. The DDOS attack scheme uses a network topology that has been designed based on the needs and objectives that are found in monitoring network traffic. In each DDoS data and normal consist of 27 traffic log with total numbers of dataset as much as 54 data along with each testing data as much as 10 DDoS data and normal. Data collection was performed using LOIC, HOIC, and DoSHTTP with 300 seconds of traffic monitoring. The result of the Fixed Moving Window processing is the extraction value that will be put in the Neural Networks have 6 input values, one hidden layer with 300 neurons and 2 outputs which consist of a normal dataset and a DDoS dataset. The results of this study showed that Neural Network can detect DDoS and Normal in a good way with accuracy value as much as 95%.

This study aims to find the actors or people who influence organizations through formal and informal communication networks using Social Network Analysis (SNA). Information on casual and formal communication networks can be used by the HR department to measure the level of the social relationship of all employees that can improve their performance in the company. The author researched PT. BFI Salatiga. The results showed that tissue density was below 50% so that relationships were considered weak. The most dominant actor in degree centrality, closeness centrality, and betweenness centrality is the actor id#24 and id#29 from the collection division, actor id#27 from the operation division and actor id#30 from the credit division.

The increasing number of internet users in Indonesia has an impact on increasing the number of users of streaming video. The increase in the number of users is based on technological developments with the emergence of mobile devices such as notebooks, tablets and smartphones equipped with internet access via wireless networks. Unlike networks using cables, the characteristics of using video streaming over wireless networks are limited when compared to those using cables. To access various applications on the internet, including video streaming, a stable internet service is needed. For this reason, a Quality of Service (QoS) measurement research is needed which is carried out at one of the wireless network provider points in the city of Batam, namely Taman Internet Engku Putri. QoS can be used to measure and analyze the stability and quality of a wireless network. The parameters used in the measurement and analysis of QoS are Throughput, Delay, Jitter and Pakect Loss which will be tested on video streaming services. The test will be carried out at certain times such as peak hours and low hours. Low hours usually range from 08.00 WIB - 15.00 WIB and rush hour usually ranges from 15.00 WIB - 21.00 WIB. The results of measurement and analysis using four QoS parameters show that the video streaming service using wireless networks in Taman Internet Engku Putri is in the medium category.

This study used a survey method by giving questionnaires and interviews to 75 manufacturing SMEs in the district and city of Madiun. The results of this study indicate that all entrepreneurial orientation variables, network capability, and innovation have positive and significant effects on the performance of SMEs in the international market. This study contributes to the internationalization of SME's literature by analyzing the influence of entrepreneurship orientation, networking capabilities, and innovation on SME performance in international markets, especially for manufacturing companies.

SISTER is a web-based application that runs using Virtual Box. SISTER was first initiated by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education in 2017 and must be applied by all universities in Indonesia. SISTER is used for university lecturer administration services. In the field conditions, it was found that not all universities have run the SISTER application properly with various technical problems, namely SISTER can only be accessed through the university's private network, so that Lecturers who have high mobility are difficult to access SISTER from public networks or the internet. In order for SISTER to be accessed from the internet, a Public IP is needed which is usually provided by an Internet Service Provider (ISP) or cloud service provider which requires relatively expensive costs. Campus GoPublic provides an alternative for Universities who want to make SISTER that is already running on a private university network, each of which can be accessed via the Internet by connecting via a VPN with the SSTP protocol to the GoPublic Campus VPN Server. To analyze the performance of the SSTP protocol on the KampusGoPublic service used by the Nusantara Jaya Tourism Academy, testing is needed. The method used is an experimental method. The test uses the page load time technique to find the average time required for the host to display the SISTER web server page on a private network. So that the packet on the private server will pass through the SSTP server to be accessed from the public network. Based on the results of the average Page Load Time test, the KampusGoPublic service that uses the SSTP protocol runs well with the fastest page load time of 1.75 seconds in Cache Enable mode and 3.78 in Cache Disable mode so that the SSTP method is considered ideal for bridging data between servers. on a private network and a VPN Server to be connected to a public network.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the stunting prevention program at the Air Beliti Health Center, Musi Rawas Regency. The research design used was a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods (mixed methods). The results showed that the most dominant respondent was female, namely 66.67%. Most of them are 21-30 years old, which is 46.67%, the most educated are D3/Diploma, which is 66.67%, and 40% of the work period is more than seven years. Factors related to the success of the stunting program at the Air Beliti Public Health Center, Musi Rawas Regency, are the characteristics of the institutional structure, network and communication variables, and community needs. At the same time, the factors that are not related to the success of the stunting program are organizational culture and external networks. The stunting prevention programs carried out by the Air Beliti Health Center include; 1) improving the nutritional quality of individuals, families, and communities; 2) taking joint actions or breakthroughs for stunting prevention, 3) carrying out health and nutrition education strategies through family independence; and make 1000 HPK moves. In conclusion, implementing the stunting prevention program at the Air Beliti Health Center, Musi Rawas Regency, in general, has gone well with positive community responses. Factors that can influence the success of the stunting program implementation are the characteristics of the agency structure, network and communication, and community needs. PT. Bintang Riski Abadi adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang kontraktor, perusahaan ini baru berdiri pada tahun 2021. Karena kurangnya pengalaman, penjadwalan yang digunakan pada proyek pembangunan pabrik kelapa sawit PT. Sri Ulina Ersada Karina ini masih menggunakan metode time schedule yang dikombinasikan dengan kurva S. Metode tersebut masih terdapat kekurangan seperti mengorganisasikan data atau informasi secara sistematis, penentuan urutan pekerjaan, dan dalam menentukan jakur kritis. Untuk itu diperlukan metode penjadwalan network planning yang dikombinasikan dengan CPM (Critical Path Method) dan PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Techniqu) agar pekerjaan proyek dapat diselesaikan secara efektif dan efisien. Pada penelitian ini diketahui pelaksanaan proyek Pabrik Kelapa Sawit ini dilaksanakan selama 64 minggu. Dengan menggunakan metode PERT dan CPM, proyek dapat selesai dalam waktu 62 minggu dua minggu lebih awal dari target perusahaan. Dari hasil analisi juga diketahui pekerjaan kritisnya antara lain, (C) Workshop, (J) Sterilizer Station, (P) Boiler Station, (W) Test & Inspection Quality Control, dan (X) Testing & Commicioning dan probabilitas diperoleh kemungkinan tercapainya waktu pelaksanaan sesuai target sebesar 95, 64%.Project planning helps to show the interrelationships between activities with each other, identify the relationship that should take precedence between activities, and display realistic time estimates. PT. Bintang Riski Abadi is a company active in the contracting sector, this company was founded only in 2021. Due to lack of experience, the planning has been used in the palm oil mill construction project of PT. Sri Ulina Ersada Karina still uses the timetable method in combination with the S-curve. This method still has shortcomings such as systematically organizing data or information, determining the work order and determining the critical path. To do that, we need a network scheduling method of planning combined with CPM (Critical Path Method) and PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Techniqu), so that project work can be completed effectively and efficiently. In this research it appeared that the implementation of the palm oil mill contruction project took 64 weeks. Using the PERT and CPM methods, the project can be completed in 62 weeks, two weeks ahead of the company's target. From the results of the analysis, it is also known that the critical work includes: (C) Workshop, (J) Sterilizer Station, (P) Boiler Station, (W) Test & Inspection Quality Control, and (X) Testing & Commissioning and the probability of the achieving the ability to meet implementation time against the target of 95.64%.

Analyzing the performance of MikroTik on the internet is the aim of this research. Research by configuring includes ip route, firewall filter, NAT, Mangle for packet tagging, Queue (bandwidth management), bridge wireless, DHCP and ip cloud DDNS on MikroTik. The results concluded that moving the configuration center point on the modem (giving the IP address down) to the MikroTik router can be done well, it can also translate company, institutional, school and even parent policies to the home internet when children access the internet, such as when it is allowed to access the internet can be arranged, things that may or may not be arranged in order to educate children to use the internet positively, use MikroTik to analyze internet network performance. As for the further research by looking at problems that exist after MikroTik is configured.

Media sosial pada saat ini menjadi suatu media yang sangat populer untuk menyampaikan opini oleh masyarakat di Indonesia. Melalui media sosial pengguna dapat dengan mudah mengungkapkan pengalamannya terhadap suatu produk, salah satunya adalah aplikasi New PLN Mobile dari PT PLN (Persero). Aplikasi tersebut menjadi platform digital untuk memenuhi berbagai kebutuhan pelanggan terkait pelayanan ketenagalistrikan. Salah satu metode yang dapat dipakai untuk menganalisa opini pengguna adalah menggunakan text mining dengan pendekatan word cloud, network explorer, jenis emosi, dan analisis sentimen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis word cloud memberikan frekuensi komentar terkait keberadaan aplikasi, pengalaman pelanggan, fitur baru, informasi pelanggan, hingga interaksi dan komunikasi pada media sosial. Selanjutnya analisis network explorer menunjukkan bahwa kata yang saling berkaitan adalah “aplikasi pln mobile” dan “kemudahan layanan gangguan”. Analisa jenis emosi mengekspresikan sebagian besar pelanggan terkejut (surprise) dengan adanya aplikasi aplikasi New PLN Mobile. Analisis sentimen menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar kluster pelanggan menunjukkan sentimen yang sangat positif terhadap keberadaan aplikasi New PLN Mobile.

ABSTRAKAlgoritma routing pada jaringan klasik dapat berjalan jika hubungan end-to-end selalu ada.Algoritma routing ini bekerja dengan menggunakan informasi mengenai seluruh jalur yang tersedia.Untuk itu, pada jaringan dengan kondisi ekstrim seperti ini diperlukan algoritma routing yang sesuai.Salah satu algoritma routing yang dapat dijalankan pada Delay Tolerant Network (DTN) adalah First Contact.Algoritma iniakanmelakukan penggandaan pesan yang dibawanyauntuk kemudian diberikan kepada node lainnya yang pertama kali ditemui.Dalam penelitian ini ditambahkan stationary relay node untuk meningkatkan delivery probability.Dengan penambahan stationary relay node diperoleh peningkatan delivery probability 2 hingga 6% dibandingkan dengan jaringan tanpa stationary relay node. Parameter overhead ratio meningkat sebesar 7-18% dibandingkan jaringan tanpa Stationary relay node. Algoritma First Contact dengan tambahan Stationary relay nodejuga memberikan tambahan average latency, 118 – 171 detik.Nilaiini berbanding lurus dengan jumlah mobile node DTN yang ada pada area tersebut.Kata kunci: Delay Tolerant Network, first contact,Stationaryrelaynode, routing algorithm, delivery probability, overhead ratio, average latency.ABSTRACTClassical routing algorithms only works if there is end to end connection.This algorithms uses the information about every available path, and then choose the best path related to spesific metric.. For the networks with the extreme condition, it is needed the suitable routing alorithms. One of the routing algorithms that is able to be applicated in Delay Tolerant Network (DTN) is First Contact. This algorithm will make a single copy message and then forward it to the first encountered node. In this research, the stationaryrelaynodes were added to improve delivery probability. The effect of adding stationary relay node is increasing the delivery probability about 2-6%, compared to networks without stationary relay node. The overhead ratio increased about 7-18% compared to networks without stationary relay node. First Contact algorithm with stationary relay node gives bigger average latency, 118 – 171 second. Abstract:
<p class="infAbstract">Perkembangan internet saat ini tidak lepas dari perkembangan teknologi yang semakin canggih sehingga menjadikan akses informasi semakin mudah dan cepat. Informasi yang diakses oleh pengguna disediakan oleh layanan komputer server yang bisa memberikan layanan secara <em>full time</em>. Aktivitas pengguna yang mengkases informasi pada suatu server akan dicatat kedalam sebuah file atau disebut dengan <em>Syslog</em>. <em>Syslog</em> adalah perangkat lunak untuk menghasilkan berkas log yang disebabkan adanya aktivitas dari Inetd dan aktivitas lain. Tujuan dicatatnya aktivitas dari pengguna yang mengakses sistem informasi yang tersimpan pada komputer server adalah untuk mengetahui apabila ada aktivitas yang tidak sesuai atau kejahatan cyber seperti DDoS, <em>SQL Injection</em>, Serangan <em>LFI</em>, <em>RFI</em>. <em>Network</em> <em>Forensic</em> <em>Process</em> merupakan suatu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk kegiatan investigasi dan analisa aktivitas <em>cyber</em> <em>crime</em>. Dimana bukti ditangkap dari jaringan dan diinterpretasikan berdasarkan pengamatan. Didalam melakukan investigasi terhadap <em>Syslog</em> <em>file</em> dilakukan secara manual sehingga memerlukan waktu yang sangat lama dan tidak efisien. Untuk membantu didalam melakukan analisa dan investigasi terhadap <em>Syslog</em> <em>file</em> dari kejahatan <em>cyber</em>, diperlukan aplikasi yang bisa membantu dalam hal investigasi <em>Syslog</em> <em>file</em> untuk mempercepat proses investigasi dan memberikan informasi yang diperlukan dan akurat. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi analisa serangan pada <em>file</em> <em>Syslog</em> dengan metode <em>Network Forensic</em> Proses. Untuk pengujian pada aplikasi menggunakan metode <em>Blackbox testing.</em></p>
