The goal of the diploma thesis is the reconstruction of the Namest nad Oslavou railway station in aim to fulfill the requirements for the movement of persons with reduced mobility. It was necessary to design five platform edges with a height of the platform edge 550 mm above rail level in that context. Furthermore increased speed was designed in the main tracks. There was also included the design of reconstruction of drainage system of railway tracks.

The assignment of diploma thesis was the design of a sustainable urban structure based on a medieval city in Náměšť nad Oslavou. As part of the work, I tried to find the best solution for this solved area, which is isolated by a railway corridor and suggest a new city district based on the principle of a medieval city, which will be linked to the existing city. The proposed development of city blocks is built on a system of platforms that level the terrain within the blocks and enable optimal parking spaces and the use of commercials. This development is complemented by several blocks with villa houses and a city SPA complex. The proposal supports the construction of cycle paths that connect parts of the solved area with the Rathan recreation pond. The design also includes a large park with a lookout tower and a sports ground on the city horizon ner the SPA complex. The accent was also placed on the public area near the new railway station, which serves to gather people for cultural and entertainment opportunities. This public space should not compete with an existing Masaryk square, which fulfills a representative and administration function.

The diploma thesis deals with a new development on the outskirts of Náměšť nad Oslavou in a locality behind the railway. The proposal addresses the possibility of connecting the area to the city, both road and pedestrian. The new development is located in a sloping terrain and complements the missing amenities in the area and adds new public spaces. in the area are designed houses, terraced houses and villa houses. The design respects the character of the place and the existing buildings in Náměšť nad Oslavou.

This diploma thesis is focused on project of sustainable urban structure in Náměšť nad Oslavou. Specifically, in southeast area of the city between pond Rathan and dam Vícenický žleb. This urban-planning study endeavours to create a suitable structure for city area behind railways. There are relevant factors which influence the proposal, such as connection of the parcel to traffic network of the city and breaking down barrier of the railway. Other factors are slope of the terrain and significant nature and historical character of the city. The concept is based on perception of the city area behind the railway, as separated district of the city which must be connected to current structure. Conception of the area uses historical legacy of path. This path copy axis, which connects castle, statue on main historical square and Cristian cross on forest horizon in designed area. It is important to support natural character and genius loci of the whole city. The urban study emphasizes the effectivity of the land use, traffic connection, scale of the city, permeability of the new designed area, importance of pedestrian’s movement and cancelation of residential monofunction by creating of central public space. Placement of dominants is important due to view of the city.

The main aim of the thesis is an appraisal of the stream Oslava which belongs to the Náměšť nad Oslavou region with the focus on flood control of the town. The thesis asseses current state of the stream with respect to the state of riverbed, bulwark of the stream and evaluation of the capacity of the stream channel. Calculation water surface profiles have been made by usage of the 1D mathematical model HEC-RAS for selected N-year flows. The capacity of flows and objects in the given period has been detected. There is also a map of the water runoffs included and possible solutions of how to protect the area surrounding the stream are proposed. The thesis was complemented with hydroecological monitoring of the stream channel - the HEM analysis 2014.

The topic of this master‘s thesis was to create a settlement structure on the territory of the cadastral territory of the town of Náměšť nad Oslavou. Specifically in the southwestern part of the town, in the places of today's agricultural areas. The main goal of the thesis is to create a quality residential structure for the entire area, which will connect to the surrounding development, to create a center with urban amenities for this newly designed neighborhood. A key aspect of the design is the transport connection to the existing road network of the city and overcoming the barrier formed by the railway line. The proposed development responds to the current and future anticipated needs of the city. Taking into account the size, the proposed area is divided into three parts with regard to the time sequence and the nature of the development. From an urban point of view, the first phase builds on the existing network of streets and creates a transition between the original and the proposed development and proposes transport connections to the area. In the second and third phase, the remaining area of the proposed area is resolved, by a system of regular streets designed in places with a small slope of the terrain, connected by short streets with a higher slope. The master‘s thesis addresses the connection between the city and greenery, increases the attractiveness of the area by designing public facilities and services and works with visual axes from the existing housing and commercial development to the proposed location.

The diploma thesis deals with the design of a sustainable urban structure of the 21st century based on a medieval town in Náměšť nad Oslavou in the Vysočina region. It is a relatively large location defined by a zoning plan for the future development of the town. The area is specific because it is located entirely on the northern slope and is directly adjacent to the railway track, which is a physical as well as noise barrier for potential construction. The aim of the thesis is to design a solution that uses the potential of the place, offers a modern and economical way of living and creates appropriate public spaces based on medieval towns. The intention is to connect the new location with the existing structure of the town and thus prevent it from becoming the city periphery.

The thesis deals with the design of a sustainable urban structure, based on a medieval city, in the 21st century. The main idea of the proposal is the creation of a new part of the town Náměšť nad Oslavou with the aim of connecting it with the existing urban structure and at the same time extending it to the missing elements of the developing city. The newly built area is designed with an emphasis on the construction of new residential housing with civil facilities services, while designing and creating public spaces and private parts of courtyards and villas. The aim of the thesis was to design a growing territory so that it adapts to the needs of today's society and at the same time became part of the existing city. From an urban point of view, based on the theme of the thesis, the aim is to combine elements of a medieval city with elements of a city built in the 21st century. The concept is based on a planned network of streets with multifunctional buildings designed for trade and production in the ground floor and housing on other floors, which originated in the medieval city. The emblem of the medieval city was the emotional perception of the connection of strict lines and strange shapes into one whole, and therefore buildings were designed in a new part of the city for living with almost clean geometric lines, while the objects of civil facilities are organic shapes.

The aim of the design was to create a functional urban structure in Náměšť nad Oslavou, which works on the principles of a modern city of the 21st century, but is also inspired by elements of a medieval city. So it is a marriage of the old with the new. On this basis, a compact functional structure was designed, which functions as a complement to the existing development and does not serve as a separate unit. In the new development, therefore, elements were designed to help improve the quality of life throughout the city. Emphasis was placed on the unique character of the development, a car-free center, plenty of green space and work with natural resources. The design has a lifespan of tens to hundreds of years. The proposed development can later be extended to the space, but also to the height.

The diploma thesis "Strategies of Preparation for a Concert Performance" deals with select psycho-physiological aspects of instrumental practising, that should serve as impulses to searching and creating the individual learning style. First of all, the history and contents of the branch of music physiology and performing arts medicine are introduced. Furthermore, the thesis discusses the practising in the relation to our health, introduces the spheres of the most often causes of playing-related health problems and shows some examples of procedures how to prevent these problems. In addition to this, the thesis explains the instrumental practising from the view of the brain physiology and mentions such practising strategies that represent the optimum from this point of view. In conclusion, select psychological strategies are mentioned as well as methods of mental training.

Diploma thesis describes the design and processing of project documentation of the multifunctional building. The multifunctional building is located in the central part of the town Náměšť nad Oslavou. The building has 4 floors. It is partly cellared building with flat roof and walkable terraces. This building is consisted of 2 functional parts, the first part is designed for living and the second one is designed for contact with the customer. There are shops and offices. The first floor is wheelchair accessible. In the basement there is a technical background of the building and cellars for housing units. In this multifunctional building we can find 13 residential units and five offices. All of the floors are connected with staircase and lift. The Carpark and the private garden with playground are also part of this residential area. This building is based on concrete blocks. Load-bearing, peripheral walls and connecting walls are made of ceramic blocks. A monolitic ceiling construction is the combination of the iron and the concrete. Two types of insulation are used in peripheral walls. The first one is called ETICS, external thermal insulation composite system, made of polystyrene. The second type of insulation is facade cladding system where the main insulation layer is made of mineral wool. The insulation layer is replaced by XPS polystyrene where facade is in contact with the ground. Facade cladding panels are made of cement and wood fibers called Cembrit.

This dissertation offers a commented translation into Czech language of works written by two most important choreographers of the 18th century, Italian Gasparo Angiolini and French Jean-Georges Noverre. It is a selection of their most important texts where they develop an inovative aesthetics of the dramatic ballet – ballet en action. An introductory chapter about theatre aesthetics of the first half of the 18th century is included in the beginning of the work where I summarize the most important discussions of the period and topics that inspired the choreographers to their reform in the art of dance. Futhermore, a chapter refering to the sources for this work is attached to each commented translation.

The aim of the diploma thesis was to find out the state and the evaluation of the growth of cultures and stands based on plowed and cryopreserved seedlings on LS Náměšť nad Oslavou. The results show the current state of cultures and stands at selected habitats. The results should contribute to improving the quality and success of the artificial restoration of the forest. For the research and the final evaluation, research areas were selected, which in each pair had the same year of founding (differing by half a year of spring / autumn planting), were found on the same set of forest types. Comparison of research areas differed with the type of planting material used (cryopreserved, flattened). The research areas were on these forest types: 4S (5x), 4K (4x), 4O (2x), 3S (4x), 3H (2x), 3K (2x), 2K (1x). On each research area the parameters were measured on 60 specimens of the tree. The main measured parameters included above ground height, growth, root neck thickness, length and width of the assimilation apparatus, and other parameters needed to refine and to compare objectively. The measured values were evaluated using the statistical method and were compared for each variant of planting material and wood species. The results showed that there is a difference in the growth and development of the cultures and stands based on the cryopreserved and trimmed planting material, in favor of the cryopreservation planting material.

This diploma thesis deals with transformation of the cultural landscape in the cadastral areas of Jihlava and Náměšť nad Oslavou. The theoretical part, referring to the cultural landscape of the Czech Republic, is described in depth and in the form of a literature research. Subsequently, the characteristics of the sites are explored, focusing on physical-geographical, historical, demographic, ethnographic and cultural issues, including identification of the specifics and their comparison. In the practical part, transformation of the landscape of both locations is recorded within the last 60 years, using a questionnaire survey, SWOT analysis and aerial photography. The results have proved the transformation of the cultural landscape to be evident, especially an extensive decrease of agricultural land in Jihlava and an increase of other areas in Náměšť nad Oslavou. Both defined hypotheses were confirmed.

The diploma thesis “The assessment of the phytotoxicity of sludge from selected sewage treatment plants“ deals with the current situation of the sludge treatment and disposal and the assessment of phytotoxicity of sewage treatment sludge. The sewage treatment sludge comes into existence during the process of sewage treatment. Nowadays is sludge landfilling from the point of view of nature protection and according to the legislation on the last place in a way of handling. Additionally, the thesis pays attention to the legislation related to the sewage treatment sludge and also statistical data concerning the production and the way of handling of the sewage treatment sludge. The practical part of the diploma thesis is focused on the description of two sewage treatment plants, namely Třebíč and Náměšť nad Oslavou. Subsequently were made several laboratory experiments with the sewage treatment sludge samples from the mentioned sewage treatment plants. At the sewage treatment sludge samples were assessed the phytotoxicity level by the testing set Phytotoxkit. Specifically was determined an inhibitive/stimulative effect on the growth of the root. The testing plant was a white mustard (Sinapis alba L.).

The diploma thesis describes four less known mathematical topics, which could be part of mathematical seminars at the secondary schools or mathematical camps, 1 Hippocrates lunes, Golden section, tangram and Columbus egg. Each topic is elaborated into a didactic material, which should function as a source of information for teachers. Two of the topics were trialled with secondary school students, which is dealt with in one of the chapters. The main part of the thesis focuses on the preparation and description of worksheets, which consist of a set of solved and commented upon tasks. The thesis also contains the results of a questionnaire aimed at finding out the content of mathematical seminars at some secondary schools in the Czech Republic.

Kdykoliv otevřete jakoukoliv publikaci věnovanou problematice židovského národanebo vyhledáváte ve slovníku heslo "holocaust", narazíte na statistiku, která obecně zní: přibližně 6 miliónů Židů v Evropě bylo v období 2. světové války pronásledováno a nakonec systematicky vyvražděno nacistickým terorem v rozmezí let 1933 - 1945. Tyto informace jsou samozřejmě pravdivé, ale mám obavu, že jsou až příliš obecné na to, aby si jednotlivec, který je ve výchovně - vzdělávacím procesu uvědomil fakt, co to holocaust vlastně byl. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate certain artistic pieces with motives of Italian Theatre of Renaissance. Further, this work discusses the literature dedicated to this topic in the framework of Czech and foreign history of art and theatre. In this regard, attention is drawn to analysis and the interpretation of particular pieces of an art from the formal and iconographic perspectives. The introduction is concerned with the key historical aspects and personalities of the Commedia dell'arte in connection with chosen pieces of art. Based on provided facts, this thesis comes to an acquired evaluation and comparisons of motives with the character of theatre performance.

The thesis focuses on the possibilities of using the history of mathematics in its teaching. It is divided into two parts. The theoretical part describes some opinions on the use of the history of mathematics in mathematical teaching. So called genetic principle which strives for the inclusion of historical elements in teaching is elaborated in detail. Next, some textbooks for primary and secondary schools are analysed from the point of view of included historical notes and problems. The goal of the practical part was to make proposals for the teaching of mathematics with historical elements and their realisation in teaching practice. It was organised during so called project days at a Faculty Primary School. The course of work in two project days is described in detail and analysed and based on the results of analysis, two proposals connecting mathematics, history and geography are made, namely "India and Indian multiplication" and "Pythagoras, the Brotherhood of Pythagoreans and figural numbers". Original worksheets for pupils and presentation for teachers are included in the appendix.

The thesis "The Evaluation of the Effectiveness of the Sewage Disposal Plant in Náměšt nad Oslavou" compares the effectiveness of two wastewater treatment technologies, the first and the current one. The practical part deals with the importance of treatment of sewage and the overview of the legislation dealing with water. It also describes the types of wastewater, some indicators of pollution of water from sewage and particular possibilities for wastewater treatment. The practical part contains a description of wastewater management in the town. It also describes of the historically first and the current wastewater treatment technologies and contains the survey of the water permits intended for water management. The chapters "Evaluation of Results" include graphs of the results of the analytical control of wastewater and the defined flow rates. The results show that the first-ever sewage disposal plant was insufficient for the needs of the city, which led to the construction of a new wastewater treatment plant. The existing wastewater treatment technology is adapted to the current needs of the city and is also taking into account its future development. The existing wastewater treatment plant fulfills the minimum requirement values of the wastewater treatment efficiency. The concentration of the pollution of wastewater at the wastewater treatment plant does not exceed the prescribed emission standards. The hydraulic and substance demand on the technology achieves the mean value.

It monitors the whole choral and vocal- instrumental works from the beginning to the last period of his compositional work, it presents the last information about the lately composer's life and focuses on choral works, written on the ancient Greek text. The first chapter offers a brief description of the author's life, essential genealogy, his teachers and the first steps in the field of music. Furthermore there is a reference to musical education and family of the composer and also to his sojourns abroad. Another part is devoted to Eben's sources of inspiration, which the author himself finds in Christianity, antiquity, Gregorian chant, folk songs, classical and living languages, poetry, organ as a royal instrument or in the relationship to children. The thesis will provide suggestion for cooperation of a kindergarten and a family in contemporary life conditions by the means of authorial musical dramatic script. The diplomate will partially utilise results of her bachelor's thesis that she will elaborate theoretically, methodically and practically. She will carry out the pedagogical-psychological characteristics of a preschool age child from the point of view of his or her ethical profile and aesthetic feeling creation especially through the medium of project teaching. The practical part will consist of authorial script that the student will design as an integration of musical, dramatic and artistic activities in a creative cooperation of preschool age children, parents, grandparents and other contributors. The results of this thesis will be realised artistically and publicly. The diplomate will examine the efficacy of this artistic aesthetic aim by the means of analysis authorial script, surveys and interviews with actors and the audience.

This thesis focuses on excursions in the subject for Practical Activities in Primary School and presents a number of possible destinations. The theoretical part focuses on the developement of independant thinking in pupils, theory of teaching with a focus on constructivism and the explanation of key terms: technical thinking, technical skills, creativity in general, and technical creativity. Further, the current modus operandi of subjects focussed on technical developement in the Framework Educational Programme for Elementary Education, using excursions as a form of teaching and including activating methods aplicable in excursions, is described. The pracital part presents fifteen possible excursions with follow-up lessons. The efficacy and functionality of these was tested using questionaires filled out by practitioning teachers in elementary education. Additionally, two of the presented excursions were realized in third grade classes.

The objective of this diploma thesis was to create suggestions of biological excursions for the pupils of the second grade of elementary schools in Ústí nad Labem region. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, excursion as the organisational form of education with the focus on the specifics of biological excursion including the educational goals and methods, is shortly introduced. In the following part, there is the characteristic of scientific disciplines and particular types of biological excursions. The practical part presents suggestions for three biological excursions. Each of the suggested subjects contains detailed manual for preparation and the process of excursion itself including the final part. Materials including the description of the route, information about the locality, worksheets including answers and additional information to each of the questions are also incorporated. Taking into the consideration the subject theme the rules of healthy foods and healthy lifestyle were justified. Next, the results of non-observation were limited and the illnesses, relating to this topic, were characterized. The theoretic summary was worked up in such a manner to be used by teachers as hard base for possible explanation of this theme in chemistry and biology education. The analysis of final works of the same theme was made according to criterions which were stated in advance. Next, the experiments were proposed. These experiments are for students of primary and secondary schools. The templates to the experiments are the part of the diploma thesis. The questionnaire research was worked up in the secondary school. This research shows the relation of young people to the healthy lifestyle.

The thesis concentrates on a plan proposal for the common facilities in the cadastral area of the village Sedlec. The paper analyses the current status and shortcomings in the areas of road network, vegetation in landscape and threat of erosion. It also deals with the elimination of natural processes, which have an influence on the function of the landscape. This paper also focuses on the extension of common facilities for better land management and total permeability of the landscape. The thesis could be used as a support or an addition in implementation of complex landscaping in the future.

The thesis deals with creation of worksheets for high school students who have attended the iQlandia science centre. There are the types of worksheets and tasks described in the first part of the thesis. Principles which should be held in the process of the worksheet creation are mentioned, too. The second part is dedicated to six worksheets created under the terms of the thesis assignment. There are didactic notes and comments added to all explanatory paragraphs and tasks contained in worksheets. All worksheets were tested at three high schools and were filled by stu-dents aged from 15 to 17 years. The percentage success of students in each task is mentioned in its description, too. A questionnaire was a part of the testing phase. Results coming from this small search are analysed in the thesis. This thesis deals with the problem of handicapped individual in children's literature as a subject for drama education. The diploma thesis has two parts. In the first theoretical part, I dealt with the issue of handicap, the relation of literature and dramatic education with a focus on literature with handicapped hero and assessed the possibilities of using such literature in the process of dramatic education. The practical part was based on action research, which took place in 5 literary and drama lessons, which were created on the basis of a literary masterpiece. During the evaluation, I focused mainly on changing the relationship between handicapped and disabled people based on the experience of dramatic education. In addition, questions have been examined if this topic is not difficult for pupils of primary school and what pitfalls it can bring.

The themes of the suggested subject matters are the influence of the environment on quality of life of people, difference in quality of life in rural and urban areas, comprehension of the concept of quality of life and quality of life of the elderly. The concept of quality of life is situated into the context of the Framework Education Programme for Basic Education and the chosen curriculum of Základní Škola pod Svatou Horou in Příbram. Didactic evaluation of the given topic in chosen textbooks of geography for the second stage of primary schools is a part of the thesis. The theoretical concept based on expertise literature is connected with themes of Didactics, cross-curricular approaches, key competences, methods and forms of teaching. The research surveying pupil's problem-solving competence focused on the topic of quality of life is realized among 28 pupils and 11 teachers by way of questionnaire survey.

The main objective of my diploma paper is to create a set of botanical, zoological and environmental topics to be touched upon during practical activities in biology classes, as well as during various extracurricular activities. The thesis is divided up into several parts. The first is concerned with elaborating the various subject matters for educational programs and the relevant first-academic-level* textbooks. Simultaneously, it also assesses the achieved level of practical activities and environmentalism of the two The part focused on research pursues to determine the educational methods of discovering nature, as applied in the biology classes. This part also pays attention to the general interest and encouragement towards practical activities on the pedagogues' part. The survey results are then charted into graphs. In the practical part I mean to focus on establishing the biology topics relevant for the first-academic-leveľ pedagogues, which should enable them to variegate the biology classes so that the students could enjoy the immediate quality experience of their very own observations.
