Abstract:
In 2002, Munk defined an important enigma of 20th century global mean sea-level (GMSL) rise that has yet to be resolved. First, he listed three canonical observations related to Earth’s rotation [(i) the slowing of Earth’s rotation rate over the last three millennia inferred from ancient eclipse observations, and changes in the (ii) amplitude and (iii) orientation of Earth’s rotation vector over the last century estimated from geodetic and astronomic measurements] and argued that they could all be fit by a model of ongoing glacial isostatic adjustment (GIA) associated with the last ice age. Second, he demonstrated that prevailing estimates of the 20th century GMSL rise (~1.5 to 2.0 mm/year), after correction for the maximum signal from ocean thermal expansion, implied mass flux from ice sheets and glaciers at a level that would grossly misfit the residual GIA-corrected observations of Earth’s rotation. We demonstrate that the combination of lower estimates of the 20th century GMSL rise (up to 1990) improved modeling of the GIA process and that the correction of the eclipse record for a signal due to angular momentum exchange between the fluid outer core and the mantle reconciles all three Earth rotation observations. This resolution adds confidence to recent estimates of individual contributions to 20th century sea-level change and to projections of GMSL rise to the end of the 21st century based on them.

Abstract:
This artide addressesThai Buddhist nuns' agency in creating religious space and authority, and raises questions about how the position of Thai Buddhist nuns outside the formål institution of Buddhist monks and novices affects their religious legitimacy. It gives a background to the troublesome situation for Buddhist nuns in Thailand and includes a summary of the rise, fall and recent restoration of theTheravada female monks' order. Religion has traditionally played a central role in Thai society and Buddhism is still intertwined in the daily life of Thai people. Religion also plays an important role in establishing gender boundaries. Men's ordination is highly respected and uplifts their social position. Women's choice to leave the lay world and seek ordination is commonly not appreciated and not in line with the Thai gender order. The Buddhist nuns' long history in Thailand has not granted them formål religious legitimacy and their secondary standing in the Buddhist temples is further confirmed by their lack of support from the Thai government. The recent decades' growth of nunneries governed by the nuns themselves and the Thai women's increasing interest in Buddhist monastic life are notable changes in women's performance in the religious field. Some nuns have through their own agency and capacity started to enhance their position and create better circumstances for themselves, which also have been beneficial for the lay community. At nunneries, the role of the Thai nuns has been broadened and become more analogous to that of the monks. Moral conduct, religious performances, education and Buddhist knowledge have proved to be requirements for achieving religious legitimacy.

Abstract:
The Internet of Vehicles (IoV) is the extension of the Internet of Things (IoT) technology in the field of transportation systems. Ride-sharing is one of intelligent travel applications in IoV. Ride-sharing is aimed at taking passengers with similar itineraries and time arrangements to travel in the same car according to a certain matching rule. To effectively integrate transport capacity resources and reduce the number of cars on the road, ride-sharing has become a popular and economical way of travel. The matching and optimizing of drivers and passengers are the core contents of a ride-sharing application system. This paper mainly studies the dynamic real-time matching of passengers and drivers in IoV, considering the main factors such as travel cost, car capacity, and utility. The matching problem is formulated in a ride-sharing system as a Role-Based Collaboration (RBC). A new utility method for the matching optimization of ride-sharing is present. In this paper, we establish a model for simulating the assignment of ride-sharing with the help of the Environments-Classes, Agents, Roles, Groups, and Objects (E-CARGO) model. The objective function and formal definitions are proposed. The utility and time of optimal matching are obtained by using the Kuhn-Munkres algorithm on the revenue matrix. The experimental results show that the proposed formal method based on the E-CARGO model and utility theory can be applied in the ride-sharing problem. Numerical experiments show that the matching time cost increases with the increase of the number of drivers and passengers participating in the ride-sharing system. When the number of drivers and passengers is different, one-to-many matching takes the least time, and one-to-one matching takes more time. When the number of drivers and passengers is the same, the time cost of one-to-one matching increases sharply with a certain value (bigger than 800). Compared with other matching methods, the time spent by the one-to-many method is reduced by 30%. The results show that the proposed solution can be applied to the matching and pricing in a ride-sharing system.

Abstract:
Da'wah is transcendental communication in doing good. Prophetic communication in da'wah communication shows that later a communicator or what is commonly called a preacher in da'wah communication will convey divine messages to the honeymooners/congregations or communicants. The three pillars as the characteristics of prophetic social science are amar ma'ruf (humanization), nahi munkar (liberation), and faith in Allah (transcendence). Hermeneutics has a foundation for understanding the birth of a text in a certain context or how a context gives rise to certain texts. In this study using qualitative methods with literature studies using paul ricoeur's hermeneutic analysis. The result of this research is that in Rabiah Al-Adawiyah's Mahabbah love poem, everyone's life will experience suffering. Rabiah's poem contains the prophetic values of amar ma'ruf (humanization), nahi munkar (liberation), and faith in Allah (transcendence). In the context of da'wah communication, Rabiah Al Adawiyah is a communicator. The source of communication that Rabiah took was from the upbringing she received. The communication messages conveyed by Rabiah aim for us to always worship and prioritize Allah. The da'wah medium used is the poetry delivered by Rabih in the book Mahabbah Cinta Rabiah Al Adawiyah, Jamaah or honey or communicants who receive the message are us, the readers of this book. The purpose of the activities carried out is to invite people like Rabiah who they are devoted to worship and really love Allah as their Lord. The feedback generated in this communication process is in a positive direction where no reader has expressed dissatisfaction with the writing in this book.

Abstract:
Sexual harassment is a bad act that can reduce human dignity, both women and men. The rise of the problem of sexual harassment can occur among teenagers. Victims of sexual harassment will usually experience mental wounds that can affect their mental and psychological states that take time to heal, such as experiencing trauma. The sense of trauma that exists in adolescents will make them into shock, and it needs to be handled through Islamic therapy. This study aims to overcome the trauma of adolescents who are victims of sexual harassment. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The result of this study has shown that the application of individual counseling services by applying Islamic therapy can overcome trauma in one of the teenage boys who became victims of sexual harassment. The application of Islamic therapy has been carried out using faith therapy so that the teenager will get peace and inner peace and become a person who always increases faith or draws closer to Allah Swt. by enjoining ma'ruf nahi munkar.

Abstract:
This study aims to determine the value of local wisdom and how da'wah through local wisdom affects social harmony in the Kalang Obong ceremony. This research is qualitative. Data collection techniques used in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The results showed that: First, the description of the reality of the Kalang community, which is a Javanese sub-ethnicity that has the same life as the Javanese community; the difference is related to identity so that it gives rise to the lonjong tradition as part of local wisdom. Second, the local wisdom values in this ceremony include religious values, Birul Walidain values (respect and obedience towards parents), tolerance, social, discipline, economic, and moral values. Third, the form of da'wah through local wisdom values in realizing community harmony includes da'wah bi al-Hikmah (da'wah carried out with wisdom), where da'wah al-hikmah in this ceremony contains the form of da'wah bil hal (da'wah through concrete actions and daily behavior), amar ma'ruf nahi munkar (commanding goodness and preventing evil), da'wah theology (da'wah that focuses on theological aspects), tazkiyah (self-purification), and tausiyah (advice).

Abstract:
The Kuhn-Munkres (KM) algorithm is a classical combinatorial optimization algorithm that is widely used for minimum cost bipartite matching in many real-world applications, such as transportation. For example, a ride-hailing service may use it to find the optimal assignment of drivers to passengers to minimize the overall wait time. Typically, given two bipartite sets, this process involves computing the edge costs between all bipartite pairs and finding an optimal matching. However, existing works overlook the impact of edge cost computation on the overall running time. In reality, edge computation often significantly outweighs the computation of the optimal assignment itself, as in the case of assigning drivers to passengers which involves computation of expensive graph shortest paths. Following on from this observation, we observe common real-world settings exhibit a useful property that allows us to incrementally compute edge costs only as required using an inexpensive lower-bound heuristic. This technique significantly reduces the overall cost of assignment compared to the original KM algorithm, as we demonstrate experimentally on multiple real-world data sets, workloads, and problems. Moreover, our algorithm is not limited to this domain and is potentially applicable in other settings where lower-bounding heuristics are available.

Abstract:

This study offers Muhammad Abduh's ideas about awakening and advancing the backwardness of Islamic social communities which, left behind from western civilization from the perspective of the Koran. Abduh is a contemporary commentator and also a reformer of Islamic thought in the 19th century AD. This research is a library research using the maudhu'i interpretation research model. Based on Muhammad Abduh's interpretation of the verses of social community, it was found: 1). The concept of ummatan wasathan (middle society) is the best profile of society that should be applied by Muslims; 2). Ummah wahidah is an affirmation that humans are social creatures to live together and need each other; 3). Khairu ummah, is a guide to become the best and superior society by doing: al-amru bi al-ma''ruf, al-nahi 'an al-munkar, believing in Allah SWT and sticking to Islamic law; 4). The progress and decline of the Islamic community are greatly influenced by the efforts and awareness of the Islamic community to rise up and change their own destiny; and 5). Islam is present as the religion of rahmatan lil'alamin shalihun li kulli era wa al-makan. Several factors cause the backwardness and decline of the Islamic social community in various fields of life from other communities: 1). Abandoning the teachings of the Qur'an and Sunnah; 2). There is no unity and integrity of the people; and 3). Widespread understanding of jumud and taklid in religious matters.

Meninggalkan ajaran al-Qur’an dan Sunnah; 2).
