Abstract:
Článek se zabývá otázkou hranic mezi vhodným a nevhodným chováním vyučujících vůči studentkám a studentům na středních školách. Na základě dotazníkového šetření s účastí 1237 respondentů/ek ukazujeme, jaké učitelské chování se znaky sexuálního obtěžování, je studujícími považováno za nepříjemné a zároveň jak četné s ním mají zkušenosti. Jedna z částí použitého dotazníku byla inspirována dotazníkem SEQ, na jehož základě je možné české výsledky orientačně porovnávat s výskytem a mírou uvědomění sexuálního obtěžování v zahraničí. Z této komparace vyplývá přibližně obdobný výskyt obtěžujícího chování na středních školách v ČR, avšak výrazně nižší citlivost vůči jeho nevhodnosti, která se projevuje v tom, že čeští studující jsou tolerantnější vůči učitelskému chování s charakteristikami obtěžování. Míra kritičnosti je výrazně vyšší v případě dívek a dále v případech, kdy studující posuzují chování zasazené do konkrétního situačního kontextu. Toto zjištění má konsekvence pro formy prevence sexuálního obtěžování na školách a zároveň otevírá metodologické otázky užívání tzv. scénářů.

Abstract:
Článek porovnává dva základní vyučovací modely z hlediska zastoupení dívek a chlapců – koedukovanou a oddělenou výuku. S využitím zahraničních studií diskutuje pozitivní a negativní stránky obou modelů. Z hlediska genderové rovnosti ve vzdělávání se nereflektovaná koedukace jeví problematická, protože v jejím rámci může snadno docházet k prohlubování genderových stereotypů. Eventuální úvahy o zavedení oddělené výuky dívek a chlapců (po vzoru zahraničních experimentů) by měly zohledňovat žákovský pohled. Článek proto přináší výsledky dotazníkového šetření s účastí 556 žáků/yň 2. stupně základních škol, které mapovalo jejich postoje a zkušenosti s pobytem ve smíšených a oddělených skupinách. Šetření ukázalo, že děti preferují smíšené třídy, avšak zároveň mají zkušenosti se vzájemným genderově motivovaným obtěžováním a genderově stereotypním zacházením ze strany vyučujících.

Abstract:
Štúdia sa zaoberá jazykovednými termínmi v slovenčine, češtine a poľštine. Opisuje a konfrontuje lingvistické termíny ako terminologicky motivované jednotky z aspektu syntaktickej motivácie, poukazuje na kooperáciu terminologickej a syntaktickej motivácie, pričom vychádza z teórie lexikálnej motivácie. Opis problematiky i závery sa zakladajú na výskume rozsiahlej materiálovej bázy Slovníka slovanské lingvistické terminologie 1, 2 (Jedlička (ed.) 1977, 1979), ale aj novších prameňov. Štúdia poukazuje na pomer, distribúciu a konkurenciu jednoslovných a viacslovných (syntakticky motivovaných) pomenovaní v oblasti lingvistiky, ako aj na medzijazykové zhody a diferencie pri pomenúvaní totožných denotátov. Na základe výskumu sú vydelené konštrukčné typy viacslovných jazykovedných termínov v slovenčine, češtine a poľštine. Poukazuje sa na najviac zastúpené konštrukčné typy, ako aj na interlingválne zhody a diferencie v konštrukčnom členení.

1 Thesis title, keywords and abstract Thesis title: Sexually motivated cybercrime Keywords: cybercrime, virtual child pornography, sexting, pornographic performances, cyber grooming, sexual solicitation of children This master thesis deals with the issue of cybercrime against persons more specifically with sexually motivated crimes. The thesis is divided into five separate chapters. The first chapter deals with cybercrime in general, its taxonomy and the necessary terminology, it also describes some of the criminogenic factors of cybercrime relevant for the issue. The second chapter presents the most important applicable international legal instruments. The third chapter describes the issue of illicit pornography especially child pornography. For the subsequent chapters the author's own taxonomy was used and they overlap in part. The fourth chapter explores the phenomenon of sexting and the use of web cameras for sexual purposes as a consensual activity. In the fifth chapter the misuse of these activities for the purposes of child grooming, extortion and commercial sexual exploitation of children is examined. This thesis summarises the author's results in representation theory of rings and schemes, obtained with several collaborators. First, we show that for a quasicompact semiseparated scheme X, the derived category of very flat quasicoherent sheaves is equivalent to the derived category of flat quasicoherent sheaves, and if X is affine, this is further equivalent to the homotopy category of projectives. Next, we prove that if R is a commutative Noetherian ring, then every countably generated flat module is quite flat, i.e., a direct summand of a transfinite extension of localizations of R in countable multiplicative subsets. Further, we investigate the relations between the geometric and categorical purity in categories of sheaves; we give a characterization of indecomposable geometric pure-injectives in both the quasicoherent and non-quasicoherent case. In partic- ular, we describe the Ziegler spectrum and its geometric part for the category of quasicoherent sheaves on the projective line over a field. Abstract:
This work presents biologically motivated neural network model which works as an auto-associative memory. Architecture of the presented model is similar to the architecture of the Hopfield network which might be similar to some parts of the hippocampal network area CA3 (Cornu Amonis). Patterns learned and retrieved are not static but they are periodically repeating sequences of sparse synchronous activities. Patterns were stored to the network using the modified Hebb rule adjusted to store cyclic sequences. Capacity of the model is analyzed together with the numerical simulations. The model is further extended with short term potentiation (STP), which is forming the essential part of the successful pattern recall process. The memory capacity of the extended version of the model is highly increased. The joint version of the model combining both approaches is discussed. The model might be able to retrieve the pattern in short time interval without STP (fast patterns) or in a longer time period utilizing STP (slow patterns). We know from our everyday life that some patterns could be recalled promptly and some may need much longer time to reveal. This thesis pursues the topic of downtrends in Czech intonation in correlation with the geographical origin of speakers. The theoretical part is devoted to the section on the suprasegmental plateaux of the language - the intonation, the intonation variability, and mainly the intonation downtrends. It also brings a selective dialectical description of three Czech regions, which this thesis deals with: Plzeňsko, Štítecko and Břeclavsko. The practical part is targeted to the intonational analysis of the speech material (74 speakers overall), acquired in the previously mentioned regions. The average caliber of the guidelines, acquired by the application of the regressive line, were − for the given groups of speakers − compared and annotated, considering the age and sex of the respondents, (ideal) number of tacts or relative presence of the finding questions. key words: intonation, intonational downtrends, region, speaker, regressive line

Its theoretical part describes the changes in education in the context of the dynamics of contemporary society within three fundamental (interrelated) dimensions of technology (the cause and/or the tool for the change), work (new models of collaboration), and economics (sustainability of free & open-source business models). Abstract:
This diploma work overviews and clarifies findings which were made in the field of psychological profiling of the offender. Presented text is based on the interdisciplinary approach that connects and summarizes conclusions which were collated in the domain of specific forensic sciences and are closely associated with offender profiling. The principal inputs included in the theoretical part of the work are primarily gathered from American sources, but there are also mentioned significant European and domestic contributions to the profiling method. Besides general theoretical thesis, methodological principals and relevant historical connections it is particularly focused on profiling of those offenders who have committed serious sexual delicts, especially sexual murders and rapes. Throughout the work the accent is put on characteristic aspects of the crime scene, on specific methods of acting, on victimology and of course on wide spectrum of offender characteristics. The theory is illustrated by two criminal cases where the practical use of profiling process is clearly demonstrated. Some concrete suggestions of further research are also involved.

1 ABSTRACT The aim of this thesis is to introduce the issue of sexual harassment from the perspective of students of Czech universities. I present a brief history of the phenomenon of sexual harassment and its definitions in the theoretical section. I deal with power aspects of harassing behavior and I present its impacts on harassed persons. I also put sexual harassment into research and legislative context and I devote to the specifics of the school and the Czech setting. The empirical part is dedicated to my research. On the basis of qualitative research I find out how students define sexual harassment, what personal and mediated experience they have with it, what strategies they choose, if they are to cope with this behavior, and how they evaluate it. I focus on the question, with whom they solve sexual harassment, and I present their suggestions of solving and prevention of sexual harassment. I also discuss how they evaluate relationships with teachers.

The aim of my thesis is to discover how prevalent the sexual harassment by teachers at Czech secondary schools is and how students perceive such described problematic behaviour. In the theoretical section, I describe the history of origin of the term sexual harassment abroad as well as in the Czech Republic. Further, I present its definitions and Czech legislation of this phenomenon. Consequently, the readers will learn about theories of sexual harassment in the academic setting and about findings of some foreign and Czech researches recently held on this topic. Finally, the last chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to specific setting of secondary schools with emphasis on the main functions of educational institutions. I also point out consequences of adolescent students' sexual harassment. The empirical part then describes a chosen method - quantitative survey research - and its practical use. After that, the findings are presented and analyzed. Besides the overall occurrence of sexual harassment at Czech secondary schools I also focus on the comparison of this phenomenon perception between boys and girls and also among different types of Czech secondary schools.

The diploma thesis analyses environmental migration, that is, the human migration as a result of environmental change. The aim of the thesis is to assess and explain this trend in the Ústí region in Czechia, a region with an extensive experience of environmentally induced migration due to the deteriorating conditions of the local environment. Special attention was paid to potential migration and the perception of the environment by young people aged 15-29 years. A questionnaire survey was used as the main research method, covering questions about the environment and migration (including the perception of the environment, migration motivation or the character and preference of potential migration). The results suggest, for example, that young people living in an area with deteriorated environment perceive it in a relatively positive way. Most importantly, environmental conditions are not the primary factor leading to the decision to migrate, but a secondary one. Economic factors are becoming more significant when choosing the ideal place to live, rather than non-economic factors.
