This thesis deals with suggestions of appropriate changes in a concept of incentive system in the particular company. Changes will be suggested based on the theoretical background and the current state in the company. The proposed solutions will be used as a concept for increasing the satisfaction and loyalty of workers, to reduce the sickness and fluctuation and on the basis of these sub-goals to improve performance throughout the organization.

Abstract:
The aim of the Master's thesis is the proposal changes in the current system of employee motivacion. The theoretical part focuses on personal management, motivation, relationships between motivation and job satisfaction. It also concern with types of employee benefits. The practical part analyzes and evaluates existing system of employee benefits. There are established employee benefits that the company provides. Based on the survey's staff assessed the current system of employee motivation in a company. In conclusion, the data are obtained for design changes in the motivation of employees.

Abstract:
The goal of this diploma thesis is design of the concept for motivational system change in the company GB-geodezie, spol. s r.o. A study of the theoretical background in human resources and motivation area was done at the beginning. Based on this study, the analysis of current situation in the company was made, including also statistical survey performed by the questionnaire. Consequently, designs of the changes in the motivation system are developed and analysis of these changes is also made and discussed.

Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout změnu motivačního systému ve firmě CRV CZ. Pozornost je věnována analýze současného motivačního systému a jeho nedostatkům. Na základě teorických východisek a dat sesbíraných z rozhovorů a dotazníkového šetření byly navrženy čtyři změny současného motivačního systému. Tyto návrhy zlepší motivaci zaměstnanců a jejich pracovní spokojenost, a tedy hospodářské výsledky celé firmy.

Abstract:
The main aim of the diploma thesis is to introduce changes in the current concept of motivation system in the company the Foundry HEUNISCH Brno s.r.o. in the fight against stress in the workplace. The work is divided into 3 parts. In the first part is the attention paid to the theoretical bases which are defined basic concepts of the issue of dealing with stress, human resources and motivation area. In the second part called analysis is analyze the current situation in the company and analyze the established motivation system in the company. Based on theoretical background and analysis of the current situation is in the last chapter drafted suggestions of motivation tools that have a positive impact on coping stress in the workplace.

Abstract:
The aim of this Master's thesis is to propose changes of motivational system in the company. Theoretical part describes motivational theory concepts including information about motivational systems efficiency. Empirical part is focused on analysis of motivational system. First there was an interview with human resources manager, who gave us information about characteristics and motivational system of this company. Second step was to find out more opinions from employees, therefore it was necessary to realize a research in form of questionnaire. Final outcome of this thesis is to recommend some changes of current motivational system. These proposals will minimize the most likely causes of labour fluctuation and it will also increase the satisfaction with particular aspects of motivational system.

1 ABSTRACT The aim of the diploma thesis is to make research on of how leadership influence the motivation of employees in the environment of the organization XY. The thesis will try to highlight the two main areas, which are the concepts of leadership and motivation, that are often forgotten to be reopened and revise after the establishment of organizations. The theoretical part will deal with motivation and other areas related to it, when it is most often related to performance. The following chapter about leadership will have a more extensive and detailed view compared to the first one, when outside the approaches we will focus on the essence of leadership work embedded partly in the organization XY and explain the difficult situations that most often occur in the lives of managers. The main purpose of the thesis will be in the empirical part to conduct qualitative research through semi-structured interviews in selected organization XY with managers and their individual members, which are employees of the organization XY. The interviews will focus on key areas based on the knowledge of the theoretical part. The work will try to find out whether it is possible to find what factors of leadership affect the motivation of employees.
