Abstract:
For many decades, polymorphism and its consequences have only been studied from the taxonomic point of view. Presently, interest has switched to the environmental causes of morphological variation and its consequences in the form and essence of the species. This study aimed at evaluating desmids morphological modifications of Staurastrum rotula Nordstedt during inter-annual succession patterns in two warm monomitic tropical lakes: Dom Helvécio (19°45′- 19°48′45″S, 42°33′45″W) and Carioca (19°45′20″S, 42°37′12″W). The effect of thermal stability and light and nutrients availability was based on samples collected monthly from January 2002 to December 2006 compared the morphological modifications. Results indicated that morphological variation, asexual reproduction, theratological forms, mucilaginous envelope and fungal infection were highest in Lake Dom Helvécio and coincided with the biomass increase of species with complex morphology between September and March (stratification period). The Zmix oscillation, wind and rainfall occurring at the end of the mixing period and beginning of the stratification were suggested as autochthonous and allochthonous disturbance agents, respectively, identified as inducers of asexual reproduction and consequently of the morphological variation. It was suggested that incidence of parasitism may act as a potential controlling agent for the Staurastrum rotula population size. It was concluded that morphological variation represents accidents in the original form, i.e. in the desmid species essence, promoting the existence of ecoforms, not of new infraspecific taxa.

Abstract:
In the poem “Dead Souls” Gogol reproduced the archaic polycentral structure of the space from the first cycle “Evenings on a farm near Dikanka”, where the way into the distance was transformed in its culmination into the way into deep. The radial- ray axis “Empire center - province” in “Revisor” and in “Petersburg’s novels” comes out as the intermediate space model between “Evenings…” and “Dead Souls”. But in the same works it was exposed because of the daemonic meanings of Petersburg, that came from “Evenings…”. In “Dead Souls”, however, the poles of the terrestrial-underground vertical were not the ancestor and the descendant, but the ideal essence of the world and its material shell.

Foote, Mike. "Morphological Diversity In The Evolutionary Radiation Of Paleozoic and Post-Paleozoic Crinoids." Paleobiology 25, S2 (1999): 1–115. http://dx.doi.org/10.1017/s0094837300020236.

Full text
Abstract:
The Paleozoic and post-Paleozoic radiations of crinoids present an opportunity to explore genomic and ecological explanations for patterns of morphologic diversification. Analysis of discrete-character data that cover the principal features of the crinoid skeleton shows that both Paleozoic and post-Paleozoic increases in morphological disparity were abrupt; this is consistent with rapid exploitation of open ecological opportunities in both cases. For the post-Paleozoic, this result is sensitive to some aspects of data analysis and sampling, so it cannot be regarded as unequivocal. The deceleration in morphological diversification within each radiation is consistent with an observed decline in rates of taxonomic origination as well as with the attainment of functional or structural limits. Despite these similarities in the two radiations, Paleozoic crinoids exploited a wider range of morphological designs than did their post-Paleozoic successors. Post-Paleozoic crinoids exploited a wide range of ecological strategies despite being stereotyped in many aspects of form. This difference between the radiations is consistent with an increase in the rigidity of genetic and developmental systems. The range of post-Paleozoic designs is not in essence a subset of the Paleozoic spectrum. The two radiations resulted in morphological distributions that are largely nonoverlapping, perhaps reflecting a different range of ecological strategies.

Abstract:
The research presents linguistic aspects of the process of French borrowing, its main extralinguistic reasons and key stages, and other French borrowings that were adopted into the English language in the course of its development. Particular attention is paid to the definitions of borrowing as a lexicological phenomenon offered on account of various scholars and based on several lexicographic resources. The article also focuses on numerous French borrowings in contemporary English, their grammatical and structural nature. The suggested classification of the distinguished linguistic units is given after a Spanish linguist Capuz. The article includes the general outline on the subject of borrowings, various aspects of loan classifications. The core part of the research was the typology of linguistic borrowings, like formal, morphological, semantic, lexical, syntactic, phraseological, and pragmatic borrowings. The authors analyzed the most important periods in history, like Old English, Middle English, and Modern English. All periods can be characterized through means of typical for them words. In the course of analysis, the following types of French borrowings have been established: formal, morphological, semantic, lexical, syntactic, and phraseological. The English vocabulary stock was compiled from different semantic fields and historical periods, starting from the Old up to Present Day English.

Abstract:
The purpose of the work was to analyze the current literature data on the morphology and thanatogenesis of alcoholic cardiomyopathy, as well as to determine further prospects for research on this issue. Domestic and foreign literary sources devoted to sudden death, pathomorphology of alcoholic cardiomyopathy, immunohistochemical and biochemical methods of its diagnosis were studied. As a result of the analysis, the essence of thanatogenesis in alcoholic cardiomyopathy is revealed, the prospect of immunohistochemical and morphometric methods is outlined. According to the literature data, based on the results of the studies, an approximate scheme of thanatogenesis and subsequent scientific directions for the study of investigative deaths in alcoholic cardiomyopathy, in search of other diseases, can be built. In the Australian literature, the benefits of immunohistochemical are used to elucidate the antecedent pathochemical consequences. Also, in relation to the diagnosis of death from alcoholic cardiomyopathy, thanatogenetic analysis can be provided, since the sequence of development of fatally significant events in the form of various sudden deaths is not the same. In the interpretation of the processes occurring at the end of thanatogenesis in the myocardium, polarization microscopic examination is indispensable. I would like to note a number of biochemical changes in alcoholic cardiomyopathy, which demonstrate some features of the course of metabolic processes in this pathology, especially since this method and the immunohistochemical study are more in line with the modern requirements of evidence-based medicine. As a result of the literature analysis, the essence of thanatogenesis in alcoholic cardiomyopathy was revealed, the prospect of immunohistochemical and morphometric methods was outlined.

Abstract:
Melanomas presenting in primary or metastatic sites with a poorly differentiated histology comprise dedifferentiated (DM) and undifferentiated melanomas (UM), the latter consisting purely of undifferentiated cells and totally lacking immunophenotypic features of melanoma. These entities have a wide morphological spectrum including round cell sarcoma-like features which pose a significant diagnostic challenge. Here we present a case of UM with morphological and immunohistochemical features resembling undifferentiated round cell sarcoma, whose diagnosis could only be established after proper integration of clinical and molecular data. This diagnostically challenging case, fulfilling the previously proposed diagnostic criteria by Agaimy et al, expands the clinicopathological spectrum of DM/UM, highlights the essence of molecular signature, and further emphasizes the importance of patient’s history in any morphological setting.

Abstract:
A metamorphic mechanism can be considered as a mechanism set composed by multiple kinematic chains which have the ability to be transformed sequentially from one to another following specific rules in order to meet different requirements of tasks. The process of its configuration transformation results from the variation of constraints. A special classification approach of constraints is proposed based on its characteristic of multi-configuration. The basic modes to achieve configuration transformation of metamorphic mechanisms and the design principle of metamorphic kinematic pairs are further presented. Finally, a configuration synthesis methodology of the metamorphic mechanism is proposed based on a morphological matrix. The essence of this methodology is to realize variation and coupling of mechanisms in adjacent configurations by applying metamorphic kinematic joints according to the functions, constraints, and configuration sequence. The approach is verified by developing a vehicle that can convey materials with a metamorphic driving mechanism. This study provides a fundamental theory for the design of new metamorphic mechanisms.

Abstract:
Abstract. The article considers the actual problem of preserving the traditional environment for the historical city in the conditions of active development of urban infrastructure. Based on the analytical study of previous research and morphological analysis of components, it proposes to define the historic environment as a monument protection category, which determines the space of a historical city, organized in a characteristic landscape by inherited historic planning and system of buildings and structures, characterized by historical and cultural content. The article proves that the material basis of the city's historic environment is a historically inherited spatial framework formed by traditional buildings. Accordingly, to protect the environment of the ancient city means to preserve the inherited historic spatial framework in a state that does not change its spatial structure and does not lead to identity loss. The article also raises issues of practical solutions to the protection of the historic environment of ancient cities.

Abstract:
The article aims at developing the essence of the concept of reengineering and highlighting its characteristics. Various approaches to the interpretation of this concept have been considered from a historical viewpoint. It has been found out that modern scientists consider this concept from different positions, e.g. as a conceptual and methodological approach, as philosophy of activity, as skills, as a method of business management, as a concept of change, as a method of restructuring, as a tool for business efficiency, as a process, as a type and sphere of professional activity, etc. At the same time, taking into account the instruments of morphological analysis; identifying the advantages and disadvantages of each of the approaches to understand the meaning of "reengineering"; as well as studying practical experience; and finally, drawing general conclusions from scientific research on this issue have allowed the author to substantiate the expediency of interpreting reengineering as a direction of management activities aimed at restructuring business processes at an enterprise radically to achieve the established efficiency criteria. The main business components have been identified and characterized, in relation to and in the context of which the need to use reengineering instruments can be considered. The prevailing components of reengineering in the activity of enterprises have been analyzed. To specify the essence of the "reengineering" concept, its characteristic features are highlighted, namely: the individual nature of work and services performed (provided) within it; dependence of the content and nature of reengineering on the features of business entity; significant influence of the competence of business entities responsible for reengineering on its effectiveness; coverage by reengineering of both traditional and innovative business processes; an opportunity for business entities to solve a wide range of problems through using reengineering; the difficulty of establishing clear and unambiguous criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of reengineering in the initial stages of its implementation; the temporary nature of the relationship between the parties involved in the reengineering project implementation; relative separation of reengineering from the current production and economic activities of a company; the possibility of applying reengineering to various business processes at an enterprise; the necessity to make initial investments in the performance of work (services) within an reengineering project.

Abstract:
The article deals with figurative utterances about language, particularly linguistic aphorisms that occupy an important place in popular scientific philological discourse, because with their help that the scientific vocabulary is enriched and complex concepts of the topic are simplified. Artistic means used in statements are a kind of argumentation of evidence that demonstrates the mechanism of cognition and related to memory, situational information, reflect social experience. Depending on the topic, utterances about the language of Ukrainian and foreign linguists, writers, advanced cultural workers can be divided into several groups. These are, in particular, those in which the general characteristics of language and words are given; as well as those in which phonetic, lexical, morphological, syntactic, phraseological units of the Ukrainian language are considered. Thus, the object of consideration of linguistic aphorisms is primarily the concepts of language and word, they are the center of the conceptual system of aphorisms. These concepts are interpreted as having significant potential, they are considered as a cultural heritage of the people, wealth, treasure that has been preserved for centuries. In such aphorisms comparisons, epithets, metaphors, analogies are appropriately used, less often hyperboles, allegories. On the periphery of the thematic array of linguistic aphorisms are utterances, the subject of which are units of phonetics and phonology, morphemics, word formation, grammar, syntax. We consider the analogy to be the main means of their description, which makes it possible to single out the most striking features of the analyzed concepts.

Abstract:
Currently, youth unemployment is a complex and problematic issue in all countries, including Russia. The article highlights the regions for which this problem is most relevant. In the Russian Federation, this is the North Caucasian Federal District, where unemployment is 2 times higher than the national average. Youth find it difficult to find employment in times of crisis. For this reason, about 20 percent of young people in the world have lost their jobs during the pandemic. The article discusses the features of youth entrepreneurship as a way to overcome youth unemployment. It has been established that having a high level of activity, young people often have an overestimated level of expectations and claims that prevent them from adequately assessing their capabilities. On the basis of the conducted content analysis, the triune essence of youth entrepreneurship was determined: economic (activation of economic growth), state-public (overcoming unemployment); socio-psychological (the growth of the well-being of young people and the possibility of its rapid self-realization). Two fairly independent, but over time intertwining types are identified - forced and goal-oriented entrepreneurship, which form two sets of youth enterprises discussed in the article. It is also shown that the younger generation should be considered the most important innovative part of society. The purpose of the work is to highlight the features of youth entrepreneurship as a means of solving the problem of unemployment and creating conditions for economic growth in modern conditions. To achieve the goal, methods of statistical analysis of data on unemployment, as well as comparative and morphological analysis and synthesis of factors that determine changes in the youth business environment, were used. The conclusions of the article may be of practical importance for government bodies and business associations in the North Caucasus Federal District to solve the problems of youth unemployment. The study showed that in a crisis, for the success of youth enterprises, their effective, purposeful and strategically built support is important, including support by the state and / or educational organizations and / or the business community in various options highlighted in the article.

Full text
Abstract:
The present study analyzes the semantic sphere and linguo-psychological essence of the category of predicative. As the scientific basis of the study, the theory of psychological field and the theory of Linguo-Psychological Unity (LPU) is referred to. In accordance with the theory of the psychological field, each concept or frame is in possession of its own semantic sphere. The current study is devoted to the semantic sphere consisting of 1) the nucleus, 2) the nuclear-adjacent zone and 3) the periphery. The grammatical categories of a language also possess their own semantic spheres and the article aims to scrutinize the semantic sphere of the category of predicativity in compliance with psychological nature of a language. The theory of LPU proves that the form and meaning of linguistic units are abstract concepts formulated by a man himself. Until a unit of reality is fully perceived and given a name, it undergoes threefold generalization or abstraction. While remembering any unit of reality a person makes reference to merely one of these properties or features. This research also provides the explanation of generalization or abstraction by applying various linguistic methods of investigation that will be clarified below. Thus, when information about a unit of reality is saved, it is generalized or abstracted for the first time. Remembering self-contrived features, a person believes and claims that he perceives a unit of reality. Thereby, information about the unit of reality being stored in the main memory is generalized or abstracted for the second time. The unit of reality is not understood as it exists in objective reality and secondly, the name given to it is of a completely arbitrary character. By assigning such an arbitrary name to a unit of reality, the related information stored in the main memory is abstracted for the third time. The theoretical significance of the paper is that the tendency used by us to approach morphological issues from linguo-psychological viewpoint lay the foundation for further study the this trend.

Abstract:
Tone 9 of the Jianyang dialect, for long a controversial topic, is studied across various subdialects of Jianyang in comparison with the Gospel of Matthew, Kien-yang Colloquial of 1900, the earliest extant material for this dialect. its distribution and relationship with initial consonants are carefully examined and its nature and functions described and clarified, leading to the conclusion that it is a morphologically conditioned bianyin that pertains to colloquial words and serves to convey the core meaning of "familiarity" and its derived meaning, reaffirming our assumption made in 1976. From a broad perspective, bianyin is in essence a kind of erhua 兒化 or more precisely, the last stage witnessed in the metamorphosis of a morphological device that occurs in colloquial speech with varied fonctions. It occurs infrequently with the Min dialects, but it seems to be an areal feature with dialects spoken to the west of Jianyang along the western border of Fujian and eastern Jiangxi, including some She $ dialects in this region.

Abstract:
Content creation of such components of didactic tools as paradigm, approach, principle, method, means, form, etc. is a long process, accompanied by the mutual influences of one concept to another. These mutual influences led to the identification of concepts or the differentiation of their content. In the course of the research it was found out that mutual influences were also characteristic for forming the content of the concept of "approach". On the basis of the analysis of philosophical, pedagogical, psychological and vocabulary sources, it was found that the process of isolation of the scientific approach as opposed to the extra-curricular approaches and approaches of theism and deism was revealed on the content of the concept "approach". The process of forming the content of the concept "approach" included: identification of the concepts "method" and "approach"; interpreting the latter using the words "method", "means" or based on one of them. It is proved that the interpretation of the content of the concept "approach" with the use of the concept "method" or "means" impedes the understanding of its content and hierarchical arrangement among the components of didactic tools. As a result of the research, the concepts "method" and "approach" are delineated, morphological, lexical, structural, functional and axiomatic factors that influence the hierarchy of the components of didactic instruments are defined. A hierarchical ordering of the components of the didactic instruments concerning the organizing the educational process of students is also carried out. The definition of the concept "approach" is formulated by distinguishing the general and the partial in its content. The general is constructed on the basis of the phrase "a way of setting a strategic direction", and partly based on the characteristics of a particular approach, in particular axiological, valeological, humanistic, gender, activity, diagnostic, research, differentiated, hermetic, eco-differentiative, information, individual, communicative, complex, cultural and historical, cultural, personally oriented, synergistic, environmental, technological, holistic, value and approaches "optimization of learning", "inter-activity integration", "humanitarian education", "dyadic basis". The approaches are classified according to the orientation of their use.

Abstract:
The aim of the work is to develop an algorithm for extracting local extremes of images with low computational complexity and high accuracy. The known algorithms for block search for local extrema have low computational complexity, but only strict maxima and minima are distinguished without errors. The morphological search gives accurate results, highlighting the extreme areas formed by non-severe extremes, however, it has high computational complexity. The paper proposes a block-segment search algorithm for local extremums of images based on an analysis of the brightness of adjacent pixels and regions. The essence of the algorithm is to search for single-pixel local extremes and regions of uniform brightness, comparing the values of their boundary pixels with the values of the corresponding pixels of adjacent regions: the region is a local maximum (minimum) if the values of all its boundary pixels are larger (smaller) or equal to the values of all adjacent pixels. The developed algorithm, as well as the morphological search algorithm, allows detecting all single-pixel local extremes, as well as extreme areas, which exceeds the block search algorithms. At the same time, the developed algorithm in comparison with the morphological search algorithm requires much less time and RAM.

Growth and development of a crop or even cultivars within a species of a crop respond to soil salinity since germination. A hydroponic experiment was conducted at Plant Physiology Laboratory, Department of Crop Botany, Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh, Bangladesh, during the period from December 2015 to July 2016 to investigate the effect of NaCl on morphological characters and growth of maize (Zea mays L.) seedlings. The experiment comprised two levels (0 dS m-1 and 8 dS m-1) of salinity for hydroponic experiment, designed in two factorials Complete Randomized Design (CRD) with three replications on four cultivars viz. Kaveri - 244+, BHARAT Hybrid Sultan 702, Getco seeds GP – 901, Essence –Platinum. Results indicated that root and shoot length, number of leaves plant-1, fresh and dry mass production varied with NaCl stress which indicating that some cultivars of maize seedlings are highly susceptible to concentrated NaCl. However, among tested cultivars, Essence –Platinum showed the best performance considering the seedlings growth and other parameters. BHARAT Hybrid Sultan 702, Getco seeds GP – 901 showed the highest sensitivity to NaCl stress in this experiment based on the above parameters studied.

Abstract:
The present paper tackles morphological modeling of a rare case of a re-migrating inlet to be used as the basis of a fishery port site selection study. The Tang inlet, located on the south-eastern shores of Iran, has so far been experiencing a cyclic migration with a return period of approximately a decade. In order to grasp the essence of the morphological behavior of the inlet, a two-fold site monitoring campaign was performed, consisting of a shoreline evolution study using aerial & satellite imagery for the outside of the bay as well as a sedimentation pattern comparison based on past hydrographical survey results for the inside of the bay utilizing ArcGIS software. Subsequently, numerical modeling of the inlet comprising of nearshore wave transformation, tidal regime of the bay, one-line coastline evolution and two-dimensional sediment transport within the bay was carried out utilizing MIKE 21 package. Ebb channel switching from a westerly to an easterly orientation is deemed to occur due to self-suffocation as a result of the presence of an existing offshore rock formation, as well as the salient making potential of the rock system. On the other hand, the closure of the east-facing channel is mainly attributed to diffraction currents due to Monsoon southerly waves helped by sedimentation load from inside the bay system due to floods & ebb currents.

Abstract:
The issue of the interface between linguistic components has got much interest in contemporary linguistics especially after the advancements that took place in the discipline of Conceptual Semantics. In essence, linguistics components have all been considered to be equal in terms of deriving meaning. In this article, the researcher scrutinized how the component of morpho-phonology interfaces with semantics. This aim was achieved through the analysis of intransitive verbs in Modern Standard Arabic (MSA, henceforth). It was found that intransitive verbs serve well in terms of demonstrating the interface between morpho-phonology and semantics. The morphological and phonological alternations of intransitive verbs result in changes in meaning. Cognition has a central role in generating causative verbs from intransitive ones.

This paper analysis the three floors gallery plans of the Abu-Jaber Museum that correspond to the two stages in the evolution of the Abu-Jaber House: 1880, as were originally constructed to house the families of three affluent brothers; and 2007, as rehabilitated into a local heritage museum. Using a multi-method approach of ethnographic observations, space syntax analysis, and interviews, we find that the 2009 spatial and morphological conversion constitutes a certain phenomenological departure from the spatial principles embedded in the original plans. We suggest that this is linked to a predominant approach in the process of adaptive use where the essence of the original spatial configuration is overlooked. We discuss the three way interaction between spatial structure and its architectural language, interpretations of conservation priorities and curatorial principles.

Abstract:
Abstract Coordinating different viewpoints is an essential part of human interaction. Languages have evolved conventional ways of supporting this process: many linguistic items are somehow involved in viewpoint management, ranging from morphological elements and lexical units to grammatical constructions and narrative patterns. In this paper we propose a conceptual model for analysing how particular instances (or combinations) of such linguistic items can be used to coordinate the viewpoints of signallers, addressees, and third parties involved in an interaction event. In essence, our model augments Langacker’s (1987) “viewing arrangement” through the addition of a third dimension to the existing two. We discuss the details of our model using a range of examples from spoken discourse, newspaper articles, and literary fiction, and end by placing it in broader discussions on human social cognition.

Abstract:
AbstractTelocytes (TCs) are very long, non-neuronal, somatic cells whose function is widely believed to be involved in providing connections between different cells within the body. The cellular characteristics of TCs in various organs have been studied by immunohistochemistry, double immunofluorescence and electron microscopy in different vertebrate species, and here we investigate the proposed properties of these cells in the context of the “meridian” in Chinese Traditional Medicine (CTM). The results show that TCs and their long extensions, telopodes (Tps) develop a complicated network by homo- and heterocellular junctions in the connective tissue throughout the body, which can connect the skin with distant organs. In concept, this is the analogue of ancient meridian maps connecting skin acupoints with the viscera. Various active cells and extracellular vesicles including exosomes move along Tps, which, along with developed mitochondria within the podoms of Tps, may account for the structural evidence for “Qi” (vital energy and signal communication) in CTM. Morphological associations of TCs with the nerve, vascular, endocrine, and immune systems are also compatible with previously proposed meridian theories in CTM. Close relationships exist between TCs and collagen fiber bundles and some structures in skin fascia provide the microanatomical support for acupuncture treatment based on the meridian principle. The dynamicity in the distribution and structure of TCs reflects the plasticity of the meridian at the cellular level. As the same attribute, both the meridian and the TC have been associated with various diseases. Here, we summarize structural analogues between the TC and the meridian, suggesting that TCs have the cytological characteristics of the CTM meridian. We, therefore, hypothesize that TCs are the “essence cells” of the CTM meridian, which can connect and integrate different cells and structures in the connective tissue.

Abstract The article discusses the methods of determining the longitudinal slopes of rivers, their advantages and disadvantages are noted. Various methods of determining the longitudinal slopes of rivers are analyzed. It is revealed that the weighted average slope adopted by the hydrometeorological service, determined by the graphoanalytic method, does not fully reflect the essence of the influence of slopes on the speed of water movement. It is noted that it is expedient to use the differential equation of uneven motion to determine the slopes of the water surface in the lower reaches of lowland rivers. The criterion ratio of slopes characterizing the stability of the riverbed in the longitudinal direction is revealed. The hydraulics-morphological method of determining the level and longitudinal slope of the free flow surface, as well as quantitative criteria for the movement of river flows, has been continued.

Abstract:
Modern practical psychology is rather a many-colored and, at the same time, a sad picture. A great number of empirical data (which very often tell about something they do not know), handmade, everyday in their essence theoretical schemes, which usually describe only one thing – peculiarities for mental process of their authors and somewhere quite apart – the fundamental philosophic methodological provisions about being and awareness, activity, essence and phenomenon, etc. The important motive of our higher attention to methodological bases for genesis of psychics is the desire to get moving a number of problems in psychological practice. The absence of efficient theoretical basis causes, for example, to the situation when such necessary and important work in the sphere of child developmental psychology is just absent or is based only on everyday notions of general psychologist. Our data also tell that the integrity in ontogenesis of psychics should be considered in another plane – as integrity of human life journey since birth until death. Hereby we should not abstract from anatomic morphological structures (dispositions), about which our psychology shyly kept silence for many years. So, the specificity of ontogenetic human development is that it is subject to effect of biological laws (as development of animals) and effect of social historical laws. Thus, the object of genetic psychology is personality, spiritual physical individual, born by its own subject-based practical activity, which later is transformed into its own activity in some aspects.

And for the Russian management it is rather new tendency. Due to the increasing need of formation of the complete, reliable, systematically developed knowledge of essential communications and regularities of career there were separate works of research and scientific and methodical character on this problem. Of course, they are very valuable, but the used conceptual and categorial device far isn’t worked yet; often in them contradictory interpretation of career are given. All this quite often results in distinctions in a statement of the same questions in scientific discussions, in the course of teaching economic and administrative disciplines. Disorder of terms complicates in many cases transfer and interpretation of foreign literature [7–14]. Consecutive consideration in article of research tools of career allowed to create harmonous system of knowledge of career from a heap of interpretation, to gain a complex impression about its social and economic essence and the contents. Author’s understanding of career is presented from positions of substantial, structural, functional, morphological, institutional, substantsionalny, system approaches in the article. Abstract:
Structural approach to word formation in Lithuanian is still dominant, meanwhile cognitive insights have not been applied yet. The object of this paper is the aspects of cognitive grammar to word formation. In the article, cognitive semantic notions and their application to the morphological analysis of cognitive grammar are introduced. In the cognitive theory of grammar, symbolicity plays a significant role. The essence of cognitive grammar is based on the idea that language units are bipolar language signs. A linguistic unit consists of phonological and semantic poles which are linked by a symbolic structure.A category is a network of meanings of a derivational morpheme, which, as in the case of lexical category, is structured in terms of prototype and periphery. The prototype of a category is considered to be the most typical member, whereas other senses of the prototype comprise the periphery.Morphological expressions are closely related to each other and comprise cognitive domains. A domain is perceived as knowledge in terms of which derivational morphemes can be interpreted.Compositionality is a process when the composite structure is determined by the meanings of its constituents. This process plays an integral part in understanding the senses of new morphological expressions. Full and partial compositionality types are typical of morphological expressions. In compounding, full compositionality is endocentric, meanwhile partial compositionality is exocentric.A large number of units are pertinent to each other by schema and instance relations. A schema is defined as a general model made of instances. The schema reflects the general meaning of instances. Due to further elaboration the instance becomes a basis for a new schema and its elaborating elements become new instances.

Abstract:
This article discusses lexical borrowings from German into Czech. It is a continuation of our previous paper which deals with German-Czech language contact in Central Europe (Zeman 2021). Due to the longstanding coexistence of both the Czech and German/Austrian ethnics, lots of German/Austrian loan-words became domesticated in the Czech. A significant language contact area in Central Europe is the contact area which is based on the former centre of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. From this contact area, a remarkable territory emerged in Vienna that was particularly affected by the influence of Czech on German. Although there has been a high degree of inter-national mixing at various stages in history, there was never any real harm done to the essence of either of the two languages. A fascinating aspect is the parallel changes in pronunciation in both languages, for example, in vowel sounds and diphthongs. Today it is generally accepted that, to make these sound changes, both languages had to develop similar internal expectations and that these developed in parallel. Aim is a short description of phonological and morphological adaptation of the German loan words in south Moravian variety. The paper enabled to confirm that the phonological and morphological structures of German loan words in south Moravian variety are more differentiated than those of German.

Abstract:
Thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPUs) are versatile polymers presenting a broad range of properties as a result of their countless combination of raw materials—in essence, isocyanates, polyols, and chain extenders. This study highlights the effect of two different chain extenders and their combination on the structure–property relationships of TPUs synthesized by reactive extrusion. The TPUs were obtained from 4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI), polyester diols, and the chain extenders 1,4-butanediol (BDO) and dipropylene glycol (DPG). The BDO/DPG ratios studied were 100/0, 75/25, 50/50, 25/75, and 0/100 wt.%. The TPUs were characterized by size exclusion chromatography (SEC), Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS), UV–vis spectroscopy, and physical-mechanical properties. The results indicate that DPG promotes compatibility between rigid (HS) and flexible (SS) segments of TPUs. Consequently, increasing DPG content (>75 wt.%) reduced the organization of the rigid segments and the degree of phase separation, increasing the polydispersity of the interdomain distance and the transparency in the UV–visible spectrum of the TPUs. Furthermore, increasing DPG content also reduced the amount of hydrogen bonds present in the rigid phase, reducing or extinguishing its glass transition temperature (TgHS) and melting temperature (Tm), and increasing the glass transition temperature of the flexible phase (TgSS). Therefore, increasing DPG content leads to a deterioration in mechanical properties and hydrolysis resistance.

The proposed framework depends on highlight extraction from the internet, utilizing both morphological elements and semantic data. Presently, where huge information is available on the internet, it is most important to provide improved ways to extract the information quickly and most efficiently. It is very difficult for human beings to manually extract the summary of a large document of text. There are plenty of text materials available on the internet. So, there is a problem of searching for related documents from the number of documents available and absorbing related information from it. In essence to figure out the previous issues, automatic text summarization is very much necessary. Text Summarization is the process of identifying the most important and meaningful information in an input document or set of related input documents and compressing all the inputs into a shorter version while maintaining its overall objectives.

An analytical review of the literature on the pathogenesis of disorders of the motor-evacuation function of the intestine, which underlies the enteral insufficiency syndrome (EIS), which develops in various acute intra-abdominal surgical diseases, is presented. On the basis of a multivariate analysis of literature data, various pathogenetic mechanisms of enteric dysfunctions caused by morphological and structural changes in the wall of the small intestine, violations of its local defense mechanisms are described. The essence of the modern concept of the pathogenesis of enteral insufficiency – enteral distress syndrome (EDS) according to the literature is presented. According to new views, EDS is a combination of various pathogenetic mechanisms that are formed as a result of dysregulation and destabilization of biological membranes of tissue structures of the intestinal wall (especially its mucous membrane) and a violation of the functional and metabolic status of the intestine, developing in acute surgical diseases of the abdominal organs. Recognition of the validity of the concept will allow unifying the terminology and creating more evidence-based and generally accepted teaching about the nature of EIS.

The Argane tree [Argania spinosa (L.) Skeels] is a remarkable essence by its botanical interest, ecological services, and its socio-economic value. This endemic species is known by its adaptive behavior to arid and semi-arid regions where it grows naturally in vast forests in Southwestern Morocco. Although its adaptation has been commonly attributed to various mechanisms in different organs and tissues, whose the root system has a primary role in this whole process. However, the increased aridity and desertification in the Mediterranean region appear to affect the health, growth and functioning of the root system of A. spinosa. In this review, we highlighted morphological aspects and physiological and biochemical mechanisms related to the roots and involved in the abiotic stress tolerance in the Argane tree. The mycorrhizal symbiosis in Argane tree plays a vital role in nutrient uptake and growth of this woody species, as well as in the adaptation to its environment. Despite the difficulties encountered in rooting during its in vitro propagation, this technique seems to be an attractive alternative for the regeneration of the selected Argane tree.

Abstract:
The innovative work of managerial specialists includes the organisation of the labour resilience of workers. The aim of this article is theoretical substantiation of the approach to the organisation of the innovative labour and innovation process at the modern European enterprise. Methods used in this research: morphological analysis, comparative analysis of literature sources, logical generalisation, analysis and synthesis. New interpretation of the essence of the category "organisation of the innovative labour of managerial specialists" is proposed in this article. The classification of stages and steps of the innovative labour and innovation process has been improved in presented research. The approach to the organisation of the innovative labour and innovation process at the enterprise in modern conditions has been substantiated, in particular, the content of individual stages of the innovation process. The sequence of choosing a model for organising the innovation process is determined. It has been substantiated that under the influence of high uncertainty of the environment, it is necessary to use linear form and linear feedback form of the organisation of the innovation process.

Abstract:
In the modern educational paradigm, special attention is paid to the preparation of future specialists based on the competency approach. The fundamental point of the process of professional training of students-philologists is linguistic competency as the integrated quality that includes a number of central characteristics. It is formed in the course of mastering the linguistic disciplines provided by the curriculum. Linguistic aphorisms that represent particular features of philological terms and notions in figurative form can be a significant supplement to the studied theoretical and practical material. The article deals with the essence of the notion of “linguistic competence” and its components. Taking into account the fact that linguistic competence is integral by itself, the following sub-competencies are distinguished: phonetic, orthoepic, graphic, orthographic, lexico-phraseological, lexicographic, and grammatical (its components include morphological and syntactical), punctuation and stylistic The content of each sub-competency as a linguistic subsystem has been defined in the article. Linguistic aphorisms, analyzed in the paper, represent philological notions and phenomena that are studied during the formation of every mentioned sub-competency. The interpretation of linguistic units through aphorisms is subjective, as their authors are mostly writers, scholars and philosophers. Linguistic aphorisms as individual authorial utterances cannot be treated as the ultimate source of information but rather assist in comprehending the essence of a particular linguistic phenomenon through figurative associations from the new perspective and serve as the means of its additional semantization. Having a didactic character, aphorisms can be used for educational purposes as a means of improving the linguistic knowledge of future philologists. Keywords: linguistic competency; sub-competency; linguistic aphorisms; individual authorial utterances; linguistic terms and notions; figurative associations; professional training; language personality; students-philologists.

Abstract:
The paper is devoted to the study of the nature of innovative development as a phenomenon of social life and economic system. An understanding of the concept of "development" is presented. The nature of economic development is determined. The main approaches to defining the essence of innovative development are considered. The morphological analysis of the concept of "innovative development" is carried out across such components as content, characterizing features, providing factors, and purpose. On the basis of the conducted morphological analysis, the peculiarities of innovative development at the macroeconomic level in the context of structural improvement of the national economy are determined. The paper emphasizes the crucial role of value-added growth that characterizes innovative development and provides an increase in progressive production of the recent types of technological modes. The nature of innovative development at the microeconomic level is defined as a process of continuous introduction of innovations to update products and increase the competitiveness of enterprises. The factors of providing innovative development at the microeconomic and macroeconomic levels are considered. Peculiarities of understanding innovative development in the globalization context are determined. To branch out and define the commonality between the concepts of innovative, sustainable, inclusive, and institutional development, Euler-Venn circles are built. The paper proves that economic development is the intersection of economic growth and innovative development. Inclusive development is fully within the scope of sustainable development. Sustainable development is the intersection of innovation, institutional development, and economic growth. In general, innovative development refers to the implementation of ideas, knowledge, and research results in the form of a continuous process that changes the systems in which they are implemented, creating a new level of quality.

Abstract:
Introduction. Alcohol abuse is one of major health and social problems of modern society, the essence of which is an increase in morbidity and mortality not only from alcohol misuse and its complications, but also from associated comorbid pathologies. The liver is the organ that is affected most by ethanol and its metabolites. A significant factor leading to melatonin-associated morphological manifestations in the liver is the so-called light pollution, a violation of the light–dark regime. At the same time, heavy consumption of alcohol over a short period of time (alcoholic excesses) and other forms of alcoholic illness are often associated with various sleep disorders. The aim of the study was to investigate the morphological and functional state of the liver of Wistar rats under experimental alcohol intoxication in conditions of a fixed light regime and constant illumination. Materials and methods. Male rats (n=160) were kept under a fixed light regime, constant illumination, and at a combination of both light regimes with simultaneous experimental alcohol intoxication. We performed a pathological examination of the liver and determined morphometric parameters, hepatocyte ploidy, and the proportion of binuclear hepatocytes. Results. The consumption of 15% ethanol solution as a drink ad libitum for 3 weeks at a fixed light regime causes the development of fatty degeneration in the liver of laboratory animals. Secondary to it, changing lighting from fixed to constant is accompanied by the development of alcoholic hepatitis in about half of the animals. The results of micromorphometry indicate significant changes in the studied parameters of hepatocytes, which are expressed least of all in the case of ethanol consumption under fixed lighting condi-tions and affect most the cells of the liver parenchyma of rats with chronic alcohol intoxication secondary to constant lighting. Conclusion. Alcohol intoxication that occurs secondary to a melatonin deficiency caused by constant lighting is accompanied by a much greater severity, prevalence, and intensity of inflammatory tissue reactions and a variety of manifestations of liver pathology. Keywords: hepatocyte, alcohol, lighting regime, stress, fatty degeneration

Abstract:
Postpositions in many languages have evolved from significant words through grammaticalization. In the Udmurt language, as in many other Finno-Ugric languages of Russia, they are divided, separated into two groups: serial and non-serial postpositions. In the Kazakh language, function words are divided into two groups: function words and postpositions. The subject of our study was serial postpositions of the Udmurt language and function words of the Kazakh language, since in the essence of these categories of words there are similar features. The conclusion suggests itself - these two categories of words, although they are denoted by different terms, clearly show a striking typological similarity. In both languages, these categories of words occupy a middle position between nominals (mostly nouns) and postpositions. Nouns have their own independent lexical meaning, have the ability to decline, take possessive suffixes, and the postpositions have lost their original (lexical) meaning, so they perform only grammatical functions, just like case affixes, only, unlike the latter, they are a separate word and do not adjoin nominal basis. This circumstance can be explained from the point of view of the morphological (typological) classification of languages - both languages belong to agglutinative languages.

Abstract:
An experimental culture system was devised that provided a reliable means for conducting quantitative studies on interrelationships between embryos and megagametophytes of Pinus strobus L. during germination and early seedling development. By controlling imbibition rates, it was possible to synchronize germination of intact megagametophytes and obtain cultures with uniform morphological characteristics for use in biochemical studies. Early seedling development was affected by time of removal of the megamametophytes from the embryos; organs were larger if magagametophytes were left intact for longer periods of time. By using a nitrate reductase semimicro assay, enzyme activity was detected in embryos and shoots of intact megagametophytes, but activity declined as the seedlings aged. Activity within roots increased as seedlings matured and may be localized in the root tip. Nitrate was produced within the megagametophyte; however enzyme activity was dependent upon sustained, direct access to the inducing substrate, nitrate, in the culture medium. When megagametophytes remained intact for the initial 8 days of germination, seedlings developed epicotyls, and nitrate reductase activity within the roots was significantly greater than in 6-day cultures; in essence, by 8 days these seedlings appeared to have passed a threshold and were autotrophic.

Abstract:
Boveri's visionary monograph ‘Ueber die Natur der Centrosomen’ (On the nature of centrosomes) in 1900 was founded primarily on microscopic observations of cleaving eggs of sea urchins and the roundworm parasite Ascaris . As Boveri wrote in the introductory paragraph, his interests were less about morphological aspects of centrosomes, but rather aimed at an understanding of their physiological role during cell division. The remarkable transition from observations of tiny dot-like structures in fixed and sectioned material to a unified theory of centrosome function (which in essence still holds true today) cannot be fully appreciated without examining Boveri's starting material, the histological specimens. It was generally assumed that the microscope slides were lost during the bombing of the Zoological Institute in Würzburg at the end of WWII. Here, I describe the discovery of a number of Boveri's original microscope slides with serial sections of early sea urchin and Ascaris embryos, stained by Heidenhain's iron haematoxylin method. Some slides bear handwritten notes and sketches by Boveri. Evidence is presented that the newly discovered slides are part of the original material used by Boveri for his seminal centrosome monograph.

Abstract:
The mechanism of illicit behavior of minors in administrative offenses has a complex morphological footprint. In its essence, it involves not only the administrative action itself, but also its direct causes, that are the necessary attributes of the offense, that are presented in the form of administrative representation, that is the subject to administrative responsibility. It goes without saying that in this case, it should be remembered that in the case of administrative law, there are alternative measures to minimize administrative incentives by juvenile delinquents in terms of administrative responsibility. Thus, it is obvious that no external act of conscious behavior will be by itself or spontaneously; it is almost always ready for a long-term period of motivation, action planning and decision-making on action that arises sooner or later. As a rule, before this kind of act, the complex functioning of the mental function of the subject gradually forms the direction of action and its actual implementation. At the same time, the environment of the juvenile as well as the circumstances in which he or she lives are of great importance.
