Le mythe de Médée est un des mythes les plus anciens que la tradition nous a transmis, mais, paradoxalement, c'est peut-être le plus “moderne” et scabreux entre les mythes connus. La thèse s'occupera d'abord de l'œuvre de Christine de Pizan, “La Cité des Dames” et l'image de Médée qui émerge: la terrible reine devient dans les pages de Christine un symbole du savoir et de la loyauté féminine par rapport à l'autre, qui n'est pas seulement fidélité amoureuse mais c'est l'abandon total du corps et de l'âme. On mettra en relation la “Cité” de Christine avec le “De mulieribus claris” de Boccace et on cherchera à démontrer que l'œuvre de Christine n'est pas une traduction, un plagiat de la plus célèbre œuvre de notre écrivain et poète. Dans la deuxième partie de la thèse, je vais analyser la version d'une autre femme spéciale; démontrant que les visages de Médée sont nombreux et variés: la Midea de Irina Possamai. Irina, est, en effet, une des premières librettistes italiennes et a choisi – comme Christine - de raconter dans un opéra lyrique sa Médée qui, ce n’est pas par hasard , qu’elle l’a appelé Midea
The Medea myth is one of the most ancient that tradition has handed to us, but paradoxically, is perhaps the most 'modern' and scabrous among those ever known.For her mysterious character and, in some aspects, demonic, Medea has enjoyed vast fortune in ancient times as well as in modern and contemporary art.We will focus the dissertation on Christine de Pizan’s text, La Cité des Dames and the figure of Medea that emerges: the terrible Medea becomes, in the writing of Christine, the symbol of knowledge and female loyalty towards others, which is not only faithfulness in love, but total availability of body and soul. We will link the Christine’s Cité with Boccaccio’s De mulieribus claris and we will argue that Christine’s work is not a translation, a plagiarism, of the most famous work of our writer and poet. In the second part of the thesis, I will analyze the version of another special woman; showing that the faces of Medea are numerous and diverse: the Midea of Irina Possamai. La tesi è frutto di una ricerca di tipo etnografico, guidata da alcuni interrogativi in merito alle modalità attraverso cui vengono organizzate le Cure Palliative in contesti di azione. Impiegando dati statistici secondari, traccia un profilo generale di questo fenomeno in Italia e in Europa. Il costrutto concettuale di “dolore totale” è stato identificato come uno degli elementi alla base delle successive elaborazioni teoriche fatte proprie dal mondo delle Cure Palliative. Il lavoro si concentra sullo studio etnografico dei principali contesti che compongono una Rete Locale di Cure Palliative: il processo di cura, che coinvolge operatori, familiari e malati, è stato compreso nei termini di una ri-organizzazione del morire e di produzione di “nuovi modi corretti” per stare accanto al malato, una produzione e riproduzione dei legami sociali nel contesto di una marginal situation, in una fase di crisi delle routine quotidiane. Le Cure Palliative, considerate come disciplina, sviluppano dispositivi di controllo delle azioni e delle relazioni tra esseri umani e gruppi sociali. Considerando il morire alla stregua di un’istituzione e le strutture studiate come parte di campo organizzativo, la ricerca ha richiesto la partecipazione ad alcune delle attività della società scientifica di riferimento (Società Italiana di Cure Palliative), lo studio di una parte della letteratura prodotta in questo campo, nonché il coinvolgimento in tre ampi progetti di ricerca in ambito organizzativo.

Abstract:
Il lavoro si propone di analizzare il fine vita e l'universo delle cure palliative al fine di delineare un quadro realistico e attuale riguardo la situazione italiana in materia. Questo tema, di recente sviluppo, ha stimolato l'incognita riguardo la presenza dell'assistente sociale all'interno dell'équipe multidisciplinare di cure palliative. La medicina palliativa mira a trattare il "dolore totale", ovvero quella condizione non solo fisica bensì psico-sociale che assale il malato nel corso della malattia, al fine di garantire una migliore qualità della vita. L'interesse mostrato in queste circostanze viene riservato anche ai familiari rivelando un ambito che comprende un importante aspetto sanitario ma riserva anche delle necessità puramente "sociali". La prima parte del lavoro verrà dedicata all'analisi del fine vita e all'esplorazione del significato che ha assunto all'interno delle società contemporanee con alcuni riferimenti storici. Successivamente si concentrerà l’attenzione sulle implicazioni che la malattia terminale comporta per il malato e i familiari, esaminando inoltre il tema della comunicazione nel fine vita al giorno d'oggi. In seguito, verranno affrontate le cure palliative, descrivendone origini, funzionalità, setting di cura, lavoro integrato e d'équipe, ripercorrendo anche le tappe della legislazione italiana a riguardo. Infine verrà dedicata una parte al servizio sociale, alla figura dell'assistente sociale, al suo ruolo come operatore e al contributo che potrebbe dare nell'ambito delle cure palliative.

Abstract:
In questo elaborato, dopo aver presentato in un primo momento i principali elementi storico-politici della guerra in Algeria e in Afghanistan, mi soffermerò sulla funzione degli harkis algerini e dei tarjuman afghani. In particolare, mi attarderò sulle difficoltà incontrate da queste figure al termine del loro servizio, e dell’indifferenza dello Stato francese di fronte alle richieste di protezione e di asilo. I pochi fortunati dovranno infatti aspettare anni prima di poter iniziare una nuova vita in Francia, mentre la maggior parte dei loro colleghi rimarrà bloccata in un vortice di violenza, nella totale incomprensione e delusione, profondamente rammaricata di aver servito la bandiera francese. Infine, analizzerò l’importante ruolo dell’interprete militare, figura spesso nell’ombra, che tuttavia svolge un lavoro arduo e rischioso, con molte complessità e altrettante difficoltà, sia dal punto di vista umano che linguistico. Concluderò, in seguito, con un approfondimento sullo status giuridico dell’interprete di guerra e delle leggi, ancora vaghe, che lo tutelano.

L’obiettivo di questo elaborato consiste nell'analizzare i fenomeni karōshi e karōjisatsu (rispettivamente morte e suicidio da troppo lavoro), riconosciute ad oggi come due delle piaghe sociali più logoranti della società giapponese. Verranno innanzitutto argomentate alcune delle principali cause scatenanti dei fenomeni, nonché il loro sviluppo a partire dal dopoguerra fino agli anni correnti attraverso la valutazione di dati rilasciati dal Ministero della Salute, del Lavoro e del Welfare giapponese. Successivamente verrà analizzata e valutata l’evoluzione delle normative a tutela dei lavoratori attualmente vigenti in Giappone, in particolar modo in relazione agli standard internazionali. Per concludere, verranno riportati alcuni casi giudiziari esemplari per determinare l’approccio della magistratura al problema karōshi.

Abstract:
L’obiettivo di questa analisi è di coniugare la ricostruzione dei processi di assoggettamento che producono i copioni entro cui prende forma la soggettività dei profughi siriani, con la ricostruzione delle problematizzazioni alla base dei sistemi di controllo e gestione della circolazione regolare. Secondo l’UNHCR, tra il 2012 e il 2016 quasi un milione e mezzo di profughi siriani si è stabilita in Libano nel tentativo di sottrarsi all’intensificarsi del conflitto tra il regime di Assad e il fronte variegato di milizie ribelli. Questa popolazione in esilio si è confrontata con le politiche di amministrazione e controllo della loro presenza dispiegate dall’assemblaggio tra istituzioni locali e internazionali: in particolare, i governi libanesi che si sono avvicendati dal 2013 hanno progressivamente implementato interventi di inclusione differenziale della popolazione di profughi, relegandone la maggioranza in uno stato di marginalità e precarietà esistenziale. Di conseguenza, per molti di loro provare ad accedere a forme di mobilità regolare si impone come uno dei pochi percorsi possibili per ottenere il riconoscimento di un livello minimo di esistenza legittima. L’analisi sviluppata in questo elaborato si basa su una ricerca etnografica condotta in Libano nella regione dell’Akkar tra il 2019 e il 2020, a cui è stata associato uno studio dell’infrastruttura tecnico-politica dei Corridoi Umanitari, un programma per la mobilità dei profughi avviato nel biennio 2016-2017, grazie alla collaborazione tra autorità italiane e una serie di associazioni religiose attive in Italia.
The aim of this analysis is to combine the reconstruction of the subjugation processes that produce the scripts within which the subjectivity of Syrian refugees takes shape, with the reconstruction of the problems underlying the control and management systems of regular circulation. According to the UNHCR, between 2012 and 2016 nearly 1.5 million Syrian refugees settled in Lebanon to escape the escalating conflict between the Assad regime and the varied front of rebel militias. This population in exile has been confronted with the policies of administration and control of their presence deployed by the assemblage of local and international institutions: in particular, since 2013 the Lebanese governments have progressively implemented interventions for the differential inclusion of the refugee population, relegating the majority to a state of marginality and existential precariousness. Consequently, for many of them, trying to access regular forms of mobility is one of the few possible paths to obtain recognition of a minimum level of legitimate existence. The analysis is based on ethnographic research conducted in Lebanon in the Akkar region between 2019 and 2020, associated with a study of the technical-political infrastructure of the Humanitarian Corridors, a program for refugee mobility launched in 2016-2017, by the collaboration of Italian authorities and a series of religious associations active in Italy.

Abstract:
Compiuta un'ampia digressione di carattere interdisciplinare in tema di suicidio tale da abbracciare considerazioni di natura sociologica, letteraria, filosofica, storica e giuridica, si è proceduto ad una valutazione delle forme di repressione concepite in passato per rispondere a condotte agevolatrici di tale gesto, giungendosi da ultimo a ponderare il dibattito sorto in seno alle scuole penalistiche dell'epoca, le soluzioni adottate dai Codici Zanardelli e Rocco nonché i rilievi dottrinali da esse immediatamente stimolati. Tale premessa si è rivelata imprescindibile per un'approfondita analisi del procedimento a carico di Marco Cappato, attingendo da esso interessanti spunti di riflessione riguardanti, prima ancora che le disposizioni penali in materia di fine vita, i principi costituzionali e i valori tatti da simili scelte terminali. La riflessione sulla dignità, così come quella inerente i confini dell'autodeterminazione in materia sanitaria, ha condotto a soppesare la possibilità di disciplinare trattamenti di eutanasia attiva diretta, confrontandosi con i numerosi ostacoli opposti e chiamando in causa la nozione di “diritto a morire”. Il terzo capitolo, riservando alcune considerazioni preliminari al rapporto fra Diritto e morale e alle funzioni tradizionalmente assolte dalla sanzione penale, propone l'elaborazione di una scriminante procedurale tale da riconoscere il carattere di liceità di pratiche di “aiuto medico a morire”. L'analisi dei suoi requisiti operativi è affiancata ad alcune riflessioni in tema di omicidio pietatis causa, seguite dall'annosa questione relativa all'esercizio dell'obiezione di coscienza da parte del personale sanitario e da alcuni profili di responsabilità del medico coinvolto in procedure di nuova concezione. Infine, l'esigenza di un'indagine attenta al metodo comparatistico ha reso ineludibile il riferimento a due recenti stimoli legislativo e giurisprudenziale, rispettivamente rappresentati dalla proposta di Ley Orgánica presentata al Congreso spagnolo (approvata in via definitiva il 18 marzo 2021) e dalla sentenza con cui il Bundesverfassungsgericht ha dichiarato l'illegittimità costituzionale del § 217 StGB in materia di agevolazione al suicidio prestata in forma commerciale.

Abstract:
La Sindrome di Brugada (BrS) è una patologia caratterizzata da disfunzioni del sistema di conduzione cardiaco, che aumenta il rischio di morte cardiaca improvvisa dovuta ad aritmie ventricolari, in assenza di alterazioni strutturali del cuore. La diagnosi si basa sull'analisi del tracciato ECG, infatti, i pazienti affetti dalla sindrome presentano anomalie in comune. Il tipico pattern ECG, tuttavia, può rimanere latente e i pazienti asintomatici: il primo sintomo spesso coincide con la morte. Le mutazioni del gene SCN5A, codificante il canale cardiaco del sodio, sono considerate la causa più comune dello sviluppo della sindrome, quando non ereditaria. Recentemente, è stata identificata una nuova mutazione (S805L) associata alla BrS. Dalla sua caratterizzazione su cellule HEK 293 e da esperimenti di current-clamp su cellule ventricolari di guinea pig, è stata formulata una nuova ipotesi sull'insorgenza del fenotipo patologico della BrS: la riduzione della corrente di sodio è enfatizzata a potenziali di riposo più negativi rispetto a quelli fisiologici e questo può provocare fenomeni aritmici. Lo scopo della tesi è quello di analizzare, tramite simulazione numerica di modelli matematici di potenziale d’azione ventricolare, come alcuni fattori influenzino il potenziale di riposo cellulare. Allo stesso tempo si vuole verificare come un’eventuale iperpolarizzazione del resting amplifichi l’effetto della mutazione sulla corrente di sodio. Per fare questo, sono state attuate delle modifiche ai modelli Luo-Rudy e O’Hara-Rudy e sono stati definiti dei set di parametri per riprodurre sia la condizione in Wild-type che mutata. Da questa analisi è stato ipotizzato che il fattore incisivo, per quanto riguarda gli aspetti già citati, sia il calo della concentrazione di potassio extracellulare. Infatti, è simulando una condizione di ipokaliemia che si è misurata la maggior perdita di funzione del canale del sodio, che potrebbe causare eventi aritmici letali nel paziente.

Perché disprezziamo colui che si toglie la vita da sé, ma proviamo compassione per coloro che dopo anni trascorsi su di un letto di ospedale non riescono a morire in maniera dignitosa? Perché concediamo la morte solo sotto determinate condizioni? E quali sono queste condizioni che rendono dignitosa e legittima la dipartita? Poter morire è una condizione insita nell'essere umano come in ciascun essere vivente di questo mondo, ma voler morire no: il desiderio di morte, ed in particolare quello di una morte dignitosa, appartiene solamente all'uomo... Nel nostro percorso cercheremo di rispondere a questa domanda: la legge italiana tutela questa controversa concessione della natura?

“Morir (un instante antes de morir)” es una obra del autor, director, traductor teatral catalán Sergi Belbel i Coslado. Publicada en catalán en 1994 y en español en 1996 la obra teatral recibió diferente premios entre los cuales destacan el Premio Borne de Teatro (1994) y el Premio Nacional de Literatura Dramática (1996). El presente trabajo pretende investigar en su primer capítulo la estructura, los temas, los personajes de la obra, en su segundo capítulo las características del texto teatral, en su tercer capítulo las técnicas empleadas en la traducción de la obra y los problemas afrontados. En su cuarto y último capítulo se encuentra mi propuesta de traducción del español al italiano de la pieza teatral.

Challenging an archetypal relationship between collective memory and a multitude of traditional memorials, "[ME]morial" presents a new concept in memorial architecture based on the reinterpretation of Freud's and Bergson's ideas of memory. [ME]morial emphasizes a new relationship between individual memory and the individual to offer a new way of experiencing memorial space. Contemporary architecture's focus on communal memory has led to the primacy of a single image or rendering. Thus memorial architecture tends to miss opportunities for deeper exploration and individualized experiences beyond simplistic representations of memorialized events or figures. This thesis project proposes a memorial architecture for victims of the 3.11 earthquake and tsunami in Sendai, Japan. Three spatially different [ME]morials are the starting point for this open-ended project. The goal of the project is to create a new relationship between individual memory and the individuals, such that each individual will have personalized experiences in each [ME]morial. [ME]morial will serve as a space not only for soothing victims' wounded hearts, but also for letting people memorialize their individual memories. The project seeks to challenge and extend traditional architectural definitions of memorial architecture.

Et puis la tradition de la demythologization est une desacralisation de la nature et de l'histoire. Ni arche, ni telos, dieu nous invite a un monde autre. Ni juif, ni grec, l'identite chretienne detruit l'identite sacree ontologique et s'arrache a l'enracinement, aux superstitions du lieu. C'est la que l'homme est la condition de dieu. Le seul espoir de l'homme est l'humain. A cette esprit de la desacralisation joint la technique. Plus qu'outil ou machine, la technique apporte la possibilite d'etre autrement, la culture. Au-dela de l'horizon soteriologique, la technique est une technique de l'humain qui humanise ce qui est etranger a l'homme, en vertu de la conjonction eschatologique du "autrem:ent qu'etre" (novum) et du referentiel eschatique (eschaton)

This research establishes methodology to measure morale as a function of productivity. Relationships between morale, ability, training, and experience are linked to productivity so that managers can incentivize employee productivity more precisely. The data from this survey are effective at the individual level, but are more useful on an aggregate scale, using a theoretical regression. The survey and regression are theoretical, and provide managers valuable information about employees’ productivity and factors that affect it over time. Follow-on research should test the survey’s viability, adjust data collection procedures and the regression equation, and examine the cost-benefit analysis of modeling morale.

El objetivo de esta Tesis ha consistido en estudiar diversos aspectos de la biología de los macrófagos, células clave en el desarrollo de la respuesta inmunitaria. Los macrófagos se caracterizan por ser células que en los tejidos se encuentran proliferando y manteniendo su viabilidad gracias a la presencia de factores de crecimiento. Sin embargo, cuando reciben un estímulo activador, ya sea el IFN-gamma, principal activador endógeno de los macrófagos o bien el LPS, componente de las bacterias Gram negativas, dejan de proliferar y pasan a activarse y a desarrollar sus funciones características, como son la expresión de citocinas proinflamatorias (como el TNF-alfa Il-1beta, IL-6), la producción de NO o bien la expresión de las moléculas del MHC II. En algunos casos, por ejemplo en ausencia de factores de crecimiento o bien estimulados con LPS, los macrófagos experimentan apoptosis o muerte celular. Este trabajo se ha centrado en estudiar las diferentes vías de señalización que participan en las distintas respuestas de los macrófagos (como proliferación, activación, supervivencia y apoptosis). En este sentido se ha demostrado que la vía de señalización de MEK/ERK es esencial para los procesos de proliferación y activación, aunque lo hace con una cinética distinta. Mientras que estímulos proliferativos generan un pico corto y rápido de activación, estímulos que inducen la activación de los macrófagos como por ejemplo el LPS, la cinética de activación de estas quinasas es más tardía. Esta cinética de activación de ERK diferencial nos permite discernir entre estímulos proliferativos y activadores. Además se ha demostrado que el IFN-gamma, aunque no activa a las quinasas ERK, induce un alargamiento en el tiempo de la activación de estas quinasas a través de la inhibición de la expresión de MKP-1 inducida por factores de crecimiento. El alargamiento de actividad de ERK, inhibe la expresión de c-myc, proteína indispensable para la progresión del ciclo celular y por tanto inhibe la proliferación de los macrófagos. Por otro lado, hemos demostrado que la vía de señalización de PI-3K/AKT es la responsable de la expresión de p21Waf1 y responsable de la respuesta de supervivencia de los macrófagos debida a factores de crecimiento y otros agentes. También hemos visto que la ciclosporina, un inmunosupresor ampliamente utilizado para evitar el rechazo de los transplantes, inhibe la actividad de ERK inducida por el M-CSF lo que produce un bloqueo de la proliferación. Este efecto es independiente de la fosfatasa Calcineurina, principal diana de la ciclosporina.
Además, también se ha analizado como el entorno celular puede afectar a las respuestas de proliferación y activación de los macrófagos. Se ha demostrado que un aumento de adhesión producido por la decorina y fibronectina inhibe la proliferación de los macrófagos a través de la expresión de p27Kip1 y la prolongación de la actividad ERK. La decorina aumenta la activación de los macrófagos a través del secuestro del TGF-beta? producido de forma endógena por estas células.
Por ultimo el LPS, aunque es un buen activador de los macrófagos, induce apoptosis en determinadas situaciones, por ejemplo cuando dicha estimulación se produce de forma incorrecta, es decir, en ausencia de IFN-gamma o bien debido a dosis elevadas de LPS, responsables del shock séptico. La apoptosis inducida por el LPS se produce a través de dos vías de señalización independientes. Una primera vía mas temprana debida a la secreción autocrina de TNF-alfa y una segunda vía mas tardía, basada en la producción de NO. La apoptosis de los macrófagos inducida por el LPS se da principalmente a través de la producción de TNF-alfa que esta regulada mayoritariamente por PKC-epsilon a través de la modulación de la actividad JNK.

A la renaissance, le genre bref se définit comme un récit fictif qui s'inspire de la réalité et se donne pour authentique. Il s'agit le plus souvent de récits où figurent différents groupes sociaux, où on retrouve tous les types d'humanité. Dans notre analyse de quelques recueils de nouvelles du XVIe siècle, on a remarqué qu’une grande importance est accordée aux structures sociales (couple, famille, groupe social, lieux…), représentant le cadre essentiel de la vie collective. Cependant, ces œuvres qui semblent au premier abord chargées d’implications idéologiques mettent souvent en scène des personnages qui, pour différents motifs et différents plans, sont amenés à choisir des voies particulières. Ainsi, tous les débats et polémiques soulevés dans ces récits ont un rapport avec deux types de morale ; l’une individuelle, l’autre collective. Le but de cette étude est donc de s’interroger sur les différentes représentations de ces deux morales, dans le genre de la nouvelle, et de déterminer leur interférence. L’examen des différents codes sociaux, religieux, politiques et culturels nous a permis de dégager la présence de cette interférence, de même que son impact dans la trame du texte littéraire. En esquissant des tableaux de la vie en France au XVIe siècle, les conteurs ont mis en place une nouvelle manière de concevoir l’homme et son rapport à la société et au monde. Ils ont pu, de ce fait, créer une nouvelle morale, changeant la perception même de l’individu
In the Renaissance, short fiction is defined by fictional narratives inspired from reality and claiming to be truthful. These are often narratives staging different social groups and representing all human types. In my analysis of a number of collected sixteenth-century novellas, I noted that great emphasis was laid on social structures (couple, family, social group, location) that represent the basic framework of communal life. However, these works, which at first sight seem pregnant with ideological implications, often stage characters that, for various reasons and at different levels, are made to choose particular paths. Thus, all the debates and polemics raised in these narratives relate to two kinds of morality, one individual and the other communal. The objective of this study is therefore to look into the different representations, and determine the interference, of these two moralities in the novella genre. Scrutiny of the different social, religious, political and cultural codes enabled me to establish the existence of this interference and its impact on the fabric of literary texts. In depicting life in sixteenth-century France, the story-tellers developed a new way of viewing men in their relation to society and the world. As a result, they were able to invent a new morality, thus changing the very perception of the individual

Elle affecte également l'extinction des garanties, qu'elles accompagnent les dettes présentes ou les dettes à venir.

Intimement lié au libéralisme politique, le libéralisme moral consiste à tenter de définir les principes d’une morale publique minimale rendant possible la garantie des désaccords moraux sur les conceptions du Bien. Il ne peut avoir de sens que de façon radicalement anti-perfectionniste, c’est-à-dire en refusant de comporter lui-même le moindre élément apparenté à une conception quelconque du Bien. Les fondations anciennes du libéralisme à partir des concepts d’autonomie et d’individualisme sont donc devenues impropres à justifier la neutralité axiologique idéale de la sphère publique. Ni l’autonomie ni l’individualisme ne font en effet partie des valeurs non-controversées que recherchent les libéraux anti-perfectionnistes contemporains. La justification et l’application des deux principes fondamentaux du libéralisme anti-perfectionniste, celui de la « non-nuisance » à autrui et celui de la « considération égale » apportée à chaque être humain, supposent d’une part un enracinement dans la culture politique démocratique et libérale qui s’est développée depuis environ deux siècles et d’autre part une reconnaissance de l’hétérogénéité des sources de nos délibérations morales qui sont définitivement faillibles dès qu’elles sortent de la tâche de fondation de ces mêmes principes par auto-compréhension de la communauté libérale. Moral liberalism, which is intimately linked to political liberalism, consists in trying to define the principles of a minimal public morality which makes moral disagreements on conceptions of Good possible. The only way it can have any meaning is by being radically anti-perfectionist, that is, by refusing to contain in itself the least element akin to any conception of Good. The former foundations of liberalism based on the concepts of autonomy and individualism have therefore become inappropriate in justifying the ideal moral neutrality of the public sphere. Neither autonomy nor individualism belong to the uncontroversial values sought after by contemporary anti-perfectionist liberals. The justification and application of the two fundamental principles of anti-perfectionist liberalism, that of to do no harm to others and that of equal respect for each human being, depend, on the one hand, on our moral beliefs being rooted in the liberal and democratic political culture that has developed over the past two centuries and, on the other, on the recognition of the heterogeneity of the sources of our moral deliberations which are completely fallible as soon as they abandon their fucntion of founding those same principles through the understanding internal to the liberal community. Anti-perfectionist moral liberalism is thus opposed to all moral relativism while, at the same time, rejecting the idea that an absolute and infallible moral principle capable of solving all our moral dilemmas could be discovered. All it has to offer is a public morality which does not seek to answer all the questionings which haunt our personal moral experience

En réalité, il n'est devenu "économiste" que pour des raisons philosophiques. Il y a un devenir-économie de l philosophie : le marche autorégulateur est l’énigme enfin résolue, la solution enfin trouvée au problème du fondement d'un lien social durable et optimal. Toutes les thèses économiques de Smith sont solidaires d'une herméneutique philosophique du marche. Pour le démontrer, on déchiffrera les vertus du marché autorégulateur en prenant comme fil conducteur l’omniprésence du concept de nature dans la richesse des nations. La société commerçante est l'actualisation du naturel anthropologique, en demeurant conforme à la version smithhienne du droit naturel. Elle incarne l’émergence d'une légalité économique "naturelle" (au sens d'un mécanisme engendrant un résultat inintentionnel qui se révèle inconsciemment ordonne au bien public). Mais les analyses de la richesse des nations semblent contredire les résultats de la philosophie morale. D'où "le problème d’Adam Smith". L'examen de la théorie des sentiments moraux montre qu'y coexistent deux modèles : celui de la fondation morale du lien social, par pleine actualisation du dispositif de la moralité naturelle et celui du retrait. La richesse des nations n'est que le devenir "économie" du retrait, comme articulation à minima de l'ordre de la coexistence morale et de l'ordre économique. Adam smith has all too frequently been made the founder of politiqual economy, in a hidden kind of way since he considered his moral work (theory of moral sentiments) as more important than the wealth of nations and since the economy is, for him, always grounded in moral philosophy. In realty, he only became an "economist" for philosophical reasons. There is an evolving process of the transformation from philosophy to economics : the enigma of the self regulating market is finally resolved, the solution is finally found in wich the fundamental problem of a long term social link is optimal. All economic theses are based on a paricular philosophical hermeneutic of the market. In order to demonstrate this thesis, it is intended to uncover the virtues of the self regulationg market, taking as the guideline the ever espace present concept of nature in the wealth of nations. The "commercial society" is the historical manifestation of human nature, with de smith's version of natural law. It embodies the emergence of a system of "natural" economic laws (in the sense of a mechanism tending toward an unintentional state wich reveals itself unconciously orientated towards the public good). But the analysis of wealth of nations seem to contradict the results of the moral philosophy. Hence the "adam smith problem". An examination of the theory of moral sentiments shows that two models exist: one wich links the moral to the social, by fully developing natural morality; and the other by withdrawal. The weath of nations is only the "becoming" part of this withdrawal, a minimal articulation of the order of moral coexistence and the economic order. A realistic solution is one of the lesser evil, which brings about the apparently denied moral ends by other means. It is here that lies the philosophical dignity of the market as the semi dialectic inheritance of natural morality

Morale is a commonly used term both in business and society but the concept of morale is relatively poorly defined and understood. In a recent paper Liefooghe et al. (2004) expressed surprise that "when reviewing the literature, no strong theory to explain morale as such is in evidence, nor are there many empirical studies that offer solid ground to advise organisations"(p 1). This thesis aims to provide these theories and this empirical evidence in order to produce a better understanding of morale. This research identifies a number of deficiencies in the current understanding of morale. These range from elision with other concepts to disagreement about whether it is an individual or group phenomenon. In this study, four principal domains are examined: (i) what morale is; (ii) how it differs from other concepts; (iii) the antecedents of morale and (iv) its consequences. A mixed methods approach was adopted combining idiographic and nomothetic research. The idiographic phase of the research adopted a Straussian (1998) grounded theory approach, involving data collection from seven different organisations. The data was accrued from a combination of site visits, informal contacts, external research, and 203 semi-structured interviews which were supplemented with psychometric instruments. The data were then coded and analysed. Morale could be readily differentiated from other concepts and emerged as a phenomenon with three dimensions: affective, future/goal and interpersonal. It was also viewed as a single phenomenon which was generalisable across situations and rooted in the individual although perceived members of the group exerted considerable influence. The antecedents of morale impacted on the three dimensions outlined above. Its consequences were the zeal with which tasks are undertaken, creativity and engagement. The nomothetic element of the research developed a number of measurement scales, grounded in the qualitative phase. These allowed morale to be differentiated from other phenomena and offered insights into individual and group perceptions of morale and the influence of personality variables. Further quantitative research confirmed the three dimensional structure of the concept. The results of these two phases were then integrated to provide a picture of the phenomenon of morale, differentiate it from other concepts and elucidate its antecedents and consequences. An appraisal of the limitations of the research is also made. Finally the implications of this research for both academic researchers and practitioners are discussed along with suggestions for future research.

La souffrance morale au travail a déjà été évoquée par le docteur Villermé au 19ème siècle, elle renaît de ses cendres à chaque fois que les périodes difficiles de l’économie ou de la politique se présentent. La compréhension des mécanismes psychologiques sont nécessaires pour que le droit puisse attribuer une qualification juridique la plus adaptée. Le dommage qui est causé au travailleur doit, alors, trouver une indemnisation correspondant aux préjudices. La création d’un poste de préjudice spécifique dédié aux troubles psychologiques est une démarche que je me suis efforcé de mettre en place pour que sa reconnaissance en tant que lésion soit appréciée au même titre qu’une blessure physique. Le « psychomètre » (échelles d’évaluations des troubles psychologiques) est reposé sur un ensemble éprouvé de méthodes et de techniques scientifiques. A l’heure actuelle, ces méthodes nous permettent d’apprécier et d’évaluer avec une grande précision la souffrance psychologique du travailleur au travail. La détermination du degré de la souffrance, de l’intensité et de l’incapacité du salarié par un expert nous autorise à affecter une indemnisation correspondant à la lésion en se fondant sur un barème spécifique que j’ai développé pour les troubles psychologiques.Mais, la prévention des risques doit être la démarche de toutes les entreprises et les partenaires sociaux pour supprimer ou diminuer les risques psychosociaux. De ce fait, les compétences des spécialistes du monde médical, de l'ergonomie, du droit, etc. doivent être rassemblées pour atteindre les objectifs. Le rôle de l’employeur, du CHSCT et de l’Institution Représentative du Personnel est essentiel dans la démarche de la prévention des risques professionnels
The moral suffering in the workplace has already been mentioned by Dr. Villermé in the 19th century, it rises from the ashes whenever difficult times in the economy or politics arise. Understanding the psychological mechanisms are required for the law to assign the most appropriate legal qualification. The damage that is caused to the worker must then find a compensation corresponding to the damage. The creation of a specific prejudice station dedicated to psychological disorders is an approach that I have tried to put in place for its recognition as a lesion is appreciated just as a physical wound. The "psychometer" (scales of assessments of psychological disorders) rested on a proven set of methods and scientific technics. At present, these methods allow us to assess and evaluate with great precision the psychological suffering of the worker at work. The degree of pain, intensity and disability of the employee by an expert allows us to assign a compensation for the damage based on a specific schedule that I developed for psychological disorders. Thus , the prevention of risks should be the approach of all social enterprises and the partnerships (Unions and employers). As a result, the skills of experts from the medical world, ergonomics, law, etc. must be collected to achieve the objectives. The role of the employer, the CHSCT and the Institution Staff Representative is essential in the process of prevention of occupational hazards

La statuaire morale de Platon est l'activité "modelant par la parole" (République, IX, 588 b 10) de "multiples statues de l'excellence" (Banquet, 222 a 3-4) et consistant aussi à "se façonner soi-même" (République, VI, 500 d 6) d'après elles. Elle implique donc un double cheminement: l'un va des images contenues dans les Dialogues, aux valeurs qu'elles désignent, tandis que l'autre conduit à envisager l'éthique platonicienne comme une forme particulière d'art de l'existence. Sur ce second point, la thèse soutenue se situe ainsi dans l'optique de la pensée de Michel Foucault. Sur le premier point en revanche, elle a consisté à interroger le statut du langage platonicien, la nature des procédés rhétoriques mis en œuvre, ainsi que celle des figures utilisées. Ce double examen permet d'affirmer que la définition de l'éthique platonicienne comme statuaire morale n'est pas une simple métaphore: c'est une image, mais qu'il faut situer parmi les multiples images forgées par Platon. Elle se révèle alors apte à orienter la lecture et la compréhension des Dialogues.

Jugeant de l'apport considérable de cette institution <>, tant au plan de la cohésion nationale, que de l'intégration des différentes régions du royaume, dans le développement du concept républicain de l'état-nation a la française, nous proposons la restauration d'une garde nationale moderne. Les objectifs assignes a celle-ci devraient contribuer a résoudre les deux problèmes d'intégration et de défense que nous évoquions plus haut. Le plan de la thèse comporte quatre parties. - la première analyse le comportement de la garde nationale au cours des premiers mois de la révolution. - la seconde étudie le phénomène de l'exclusion, puis de la ségrégation dont souffrent les jeunes générations, et tout particulièrement celles d'origine maghrébine. - la troisième partie fait le point sur l'attitude de ces jeunes vis a vis de l'armée, elle même en pleine évolution pour s'adapter au nouveau contexte géostratégique.

Plus particulièrement, nous défendons la thèse selon laquelle une compréhension adéquate de notre psychologie morale requiert de distinguer entre au moins trois différents types de jugements moraux : des jugements moraux portant sur ce qui arrive (bon ou mauvais), des jugements moraux portant sur les dispositions des agents (dispositions louables ou blâmables) et des jugements sur la responsabilité des agents vis-à-vis d'un événement donné. Nous décrivons les mécanismes qui correspondent à chacun de ces types de jugement, ainsi que leurs interactions, avant de tirer les conséquences de cette distinction pour la psychologie et la philosophie morale
In this thesis, our general aim is to describe the general organization of moral cognition, i. E. The set of psychological mechanisms involved in the formation of moral judgments. More precisely, we claim that, to achieve a full understanding of our moral psychology, we need to distinguish between three different kinds of moral judgments: moral judgments about what happens (good or bad), moral judgments about agents' dispositions (praiseworthy or blameworthy) and judgments about agents' responsibility for a given event. For each kind of moral judgment, we describe the underlying mechanism, and the way it interacts with the others. Finally, we draw some conclusions for moral psychology and philosophy

A presente pesquisa tem por objetivo comparar dois personagens da literatura gauchesca argentina, Juan Moreira, do romance homônimo de Eduardo Gutiérrez, e Don Segundo Sombra, do romance também homônimo de Ricardo Güiraldes, obras fundamentais do fim do século XIX a primeira, e inicio do século XX a segunda. Neste estudo procura-se realizar reflexões sobre as semelhanças, diferenças ou aproximações das personagens, bem como ressaltar a importância delas para a representação literária do gaúcho na sociedade pampiana da época. Para fortalecer a análise comparativa, desenvolve-se uma exposição sobre os conceitos e matizes das personagens e apresenta-se um panorama sobre o modo de vida do gaúcho e como ele é retratado na ficção.

Particularmente, lo que siempre nos llamó la atención en la carrera, no fue tal vez la construcción de grandes edificaciones o la realización de detallados diseños de interiores en un espacio, sino, lo que realmente nos motiva a aprender y tomar cierto interés a la arquitectura, es a la que con gran afecto llamamos “Arquitectura Libre”, la cual, en términos técnicos, se asemeja en gran medida a la Arquitectura Paisajista. En otras palabras, el típico contenedor desaparece para dar mayor libertad al espacio, ofreciendo una alternativa a los tradicionales muros que nos limitan, los cuales dependen de vanos y aberturas para la visual al exterior. Dando cabida al diseño de espacios abiertos, donde la naturaleza es la protagonista de cada espacio y las visuales son el ingreso a cada escenario que se ha desarrollado con un previo estudio del lugar y sus características. Otra motivación, para esta investigación académica, es poner a prueba y profundizar los conocimientos de interés adquiridos en la carrera universitaria, poniendo un hincapié a la arquitectura paramétrica y cómo la programación evolutiva se aplica en ésta. Ya que, la tecnología sigue avanzando cada día, brindándonos la oportunidad de utilizar herramientas que nos permiten resolver de manera más eficaz y eficiente las incógnitas en el desarrollo del diseño. Este territorio es nuevo, por la tanto, aún se siguen investigaciones y es, en su mayoría, experimental. Siendo un tema poco explorado en nuestro país por la limitación de información e investigación.En aquel momento, todo fue dando sentido y poco a poco se fue originado el tema. Empezó a tomar nuestros sentidos e incluso a tenerle una cierta pasión y entusiasmo a nuestra ocurrencia. La necesidad de un espacio que vaya acorde a la realidad de la ciudad en cuanto a dimensión, además, que genere un impacto positivo para los usuarios. Que no se vuelvan un contraste entre la metrópolis y Necrópolis. Sino, todo lo contrario, que se unifiquen y genere una interrelación. Tomando este concepto de gran fuerza que se refiere a: Vida y muerte interactuando.

Como se ha adelantado en la introducción, el objeto a estudiar será la novela “Al morir Don Quijote” del español Andrés Trapiello. Esta obra se publicó el año 2004 y atrajo el interés de gran parte de la crítica especializada. Si bien su difusión no ha sido tan alta, remeció de cierta manera el piso del lector culto, generando un amplio horizonte de expectativas dado su título, el cual nos adelanta que de una u otra forma el hidalgo de lanza en ristre que tanto ha entregado a la humanidad volvería, paradójicamente, a la vida en palabras de otro autor. Sin embargo, este mismo lector preparado, debía estar en conocimiento que no era el primer intento por hacer renacer los ideales entregados por Cervantes, antes ya muchos habían intentado (cada cual con menos fortuna que el anterior) continuar tan magna obra.

Este trabalho procurou pensar o lugar (Tom) de Tom Zé na música popular brasileira; um lugar nem sempre fácil de detectar, talvez um "entre-lugar" que, permitiu olhar para Tom Zé a partir da idéia de híbrido que se acomoda neste terceiro espaço do qual nos fala Bhabha a partir de Derrida. Para tanto, fazem parte (desta dissertação) quatro capítulos nos quais procurei posicionar Tom Zé e apresentá-lo dialogando com a linha teórica na qual trabalhei - Bhabha, Derrida, Foucault, Barthes, Delleuze, Bataille -, mas, antes de qualquer coisa, apresentar Tom Zé dialogando com o próprio Tom Zé e com os diálogos que fazem parte do universo deste sertanejo de Irará-BA que adotou São Paulo para morar This paper tried to think Tom Zé#s place (Tom ) in Brazilian popular music; a place not always easy to define, maybe a #in-between place#, that, however, allowed us to look at Tom Zé from the hybrid idea that accomodates in this third space that is referred by Bhabba, from Derrida. With this objective, there are four chapters in this dissertation in which I tried to locate Tom Zé and put him dialoguing with the theoretic line in which I worked with - Bhabha, Derrida, Foucault, Barthes, Delleuze, Bataille, etc -, but, before anything, to present Tom Zé dialoguing with Tom Zé himself and with the dialogues that are part of the universe of this simple man from Irará #BA that adopted São Paulo to live.
