Abstract:

ABSTRAK Jumlah kendaraan bermotor di Kota Bandung pada tahun 2017 semakin meningkat dengan pertumbuhan kendaraan yang mencapai 11% untuk kendaraan roda empat dan sekitar 70% untuk kendaraan roda dua, sedangkan pertumbuhan infrastruktur baik panjang maupun dimensi volume lebarnya sekitar 1,29%. Hal tersebut berdampak pada permasalahan kemacetan, salah satunya karena ketidakseimbangan pertumbuhan pengendara kendaraan bermotor dengan perkembangan infrastruktur yang ada. Kapasitas jaringan jalan di Metropolitan Bandung Raya saat ini sudah hampir mencapai titik jenuh, ditandai dengan nilai perbandingan volume dan kapasitas yang hampir mendekati 1. Hal inilah yang mengakibatkan kemacetan di beberapa ruas jalan pada waktu puncak. Jika hal ini dibiarkan, maka sistem transportasi di Metropolitan Bandung Raya akan lumpuh. Untuk merespon permasalahan yang ada Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat berencana membangun transportasi publik berbasis rel yaitu Monorel Bandung Raya yang memungkinkan menjadi solusi bagi kemacetan di Kawasan Metropolitan Bandung Raya. Berdasarkan rencana pembangunan monorel tersebut, perlunya melihat bagaimana kemungkinan peralihan moda pengguna mobil ke monorel. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengidentifkasi probabilitas peralihan pengguna moda mobil ke monorel Bandung Raya yang dilihat berdasarkan atribut pelayanan transportasi. Metode yang digunakan untuk melihat probabilitas peralihan pengguna moda dengan metode logit binomial. Sebagian besar pengguna mobil di Metropolitan Bandung Raya ingin beralih ke monorel dan sebagian kecilnya tidak ingin beralih. Faktor ketepatan waktu perjalanan dan kepuasan terhadap biaya yang dikeluarkan sangat penting bagi pengguna mobil untuk beralih moda ke monorel, sedangkan kenyamanan, keamanan dan keselamatan, dan kemudahan menjangkau moda cukup penting bagi pengguna monorel. Pemakaian kendaraan pribadi di Surabaya mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya, hal ini dikarenakan adanya peningkatan penggunaan kendaraan pribadi dibandingkan dengan penggunaan angkutan umum. Hal ini mengakibatkan kemacetan serta meningkatkan derajat kejenuhan lalu lintas. Untuk menanggulangi keadaan tersebut Pemerintah Kota Surabaya memberikan solusi dengan mambangun Angkutan Massal Cepat (AMC). AMC di bedakan menjadi dua koridor wilayah yaitu koridor Utara-Selatan menggunakan Tram dan koridor Timur – Barat menggunakan Monorel. Pada penilitian ini akan diteliti persepsi rencana Kualiatas Pelayanan Terhadap Niat Menggunakan Monorel di Surabaya (kawasan Timur – Barat). Kuisioner yang akan digunakan menggunkan teknik stated preference. Teknik analisis yang akan digunkan adalah regresi linier berganda. Pengambilan sample direncanakan sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunkan teknik accidental samply. Dalam penelitian ini lokasi penyebaran berada di kawasan Universitas Norotama yaitu Proyek One East di jalan Kertajaya no 76 Surabaya, PT Saan Saka di jalan Pucang Asri IV no 7 Surabaya dan Universitas Narotama di jalan Arif Rahman Hakim no 51 Surabaya. Sementara itu hasil dari Uji Regresi Linier Berganda adalah Y = 0.101X1 + 0.261X2 + 0.144 X3 + 0.108 X4 + 0.007 X5 + 0.175 X6 + (-0.054)X7 + 0.071 X8. Sedangkan penyataan tertinggi yang mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan terhadap niat menggunkan monorel sebagai Angkutan Massal Cepat (AMC) di Surabaya adalah Jadwal Pemberhentian dan Jenis Operasi ( X2) sebesar 0,261 dan yang terendah adalah Tarif (X7) sebesar -0,541.

Abstract:

Malaysia is a fast developing country which thrives on the growth of its population and economy. Kuala Lumpur is the capital of Malaysia with an area of 243 km2 has a population of 1.4 million [1]. From the statistics, the number of passengers using intercity train services in Malaysia in was 187,345,149 in the year 2012 [2]. Comfortability of a service is a major factor that influences the public. The research will be conducted at the City of Kuala Lumpur, PUTRA LRT (Kelana Jaya Line) and MONOREL Line is selected as the main focus of the research. The data collection will be conducted in the train coaches with two parameters. The noise and vibrations in the train coaches will be taken using the Sound Level Meter (NOR118) and Vibration Meter (Movipack 01dB-Steel) respectively. The noise data were obtained from the interior of the train coaches during operation, while the vibrations were obtained from the wall surface of the coach interior. The vibration aspect for this research is more focused on three parameters which are displacement (μm), vibration velocity (mm/s) and vibration frequency (Hz)[7]. Questionnaires were given out to the train passengers in order to obtain public opinions and satisfaction feedbacks relating their experiences on the train coaches. In this paper it also discusses on the outcomes of the field research work conducted and it was found that PUTRA LRT has a lower vibration value when compared to the MONOREL. The public opinion has also showed unanimous agreement to the field observations conducted by the researchers. However, MONOREL records lower noise levels compared to PUTRA LRT which means quieter journey experience to the commuters. It is hoped that this study will enable the operators to enhance their service weaknesses with the public playing a part in improving the urban rail transit in the City of Kuala Lumpur. Abstract:

During the operation of the mine suspension monorail track and traction device form a mechanical system experiencing high dynamic loads associated with implementation of traction and braking forces. Emerging dynamic loads lead to formation of elastic deformations and oscillations that cause vibrations, which leads to displacement of drive wheels and reduces the implementation of traction. The study of the dynamics of traction device is an important step in improving safety and reliability of monorail transport. The aim of the work is to study dynamics of a friction-type traction device moving along a suspended monorail to assess influence of parameters of the elements of device on the vibrations and nature of interaction of drive wheels with monorail. Research methods. Mathematical modeling of the oscillatory processes resulting from interaction of the running gear of the traction device with the monorail is used. Stages of research include drawing up a design diagram oscillations of drive wheels of the traction device interacting with the monorail, developing a mathematical model for the analysis of vibrations caused by moving loads, also assessing the influence of structural parameters of mechanical system under consideration on nature of oscillations. Research results. The developed mathematical model of friction-type traction device movement allows us to establish relationship between parameters of structural elements of its running gear and pressure mechanism, as well as nature of vibrations that arise. As a result, frequencies of the mechanical system under consideration and maximum deviations were found, which allows you to set optimal device parameters to increase traction and increase lifespan of monorail suspended roads. Findings. It was determined that the frequency range of vibration of drive wheels mainly corresponds to the mid-frequency local vibrations of 16–36 Hz. Increasing length of lever for fixing axles of wheels and reducing their radius leads to formation of low-frequency vibrations with a frequency of less than 15 Hz. When length of lever of drive wheels is more than 0.5 m, shoulder of the spring is more than 0.6 m and radius of drive wheels is less than 0.25 m, vibrations with frequencies below 5 Hz can occur. It was found that increasing the length of lever for securing spring increases the oscillation frequency of one drive wheel and reduces frequency of the other. The difference between these frequencies significantly affects changes in the pressure of the wheels against monorail. When difference between frequencies is more than 10–12 Hz, direction of load changes pulsed, with a maximum swing of 0.02 rad, which reduces formation of fatigue fractures of tire wheels, and moments of decrease and increase in pressing force have a negative effect on traction, leading to slippage of drive wheels. When difference between frequencies is less than 10–12 Hz, direction of the load changes sharply, with a maximum swing of 0.03 rad, which increases deformation and formation of fatigue fractures of tire wheels, and short moments of weakening and increase of pressing force, constituting 0.1–0.3 s does not have a significant negative effect on traction.

Abstract:

This paper describes a new expert system denominated MONOREG for structural determination of monoterpenes. This system is composed of five programs capable of performing 13C NMR spectra data analyses and analyses of systematic data from living organisms. At the end of this procedure, it shows the likely skeletons of the compound in question as well as the substructures compatible with the 13C NMR data. The system was tested on the skeleton elucidation of 40 monoterpenes from a wide variety of structure types and exhibited excellent results in the skeleton prediction process.

Pertumbuhan ekonomi perkotaan berdampak pada peningkatan aktivitas penduduk yang menimbulkan mobilitas yang semakin tinggi. Di sisi lain, ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana transportasi di Indonesia masih belum memadai dilihat dari kuantitas dan kualitasnya. Pada akhirnya persoalan lalu lintas akan timbul seiring dengan kebutuhan pergerakan masyarakat perkotaan, tidak terkecuali di wilayah Mamminasata (Makassar, Maros, Sungguminasa dan Takalar). Melihat kondisi tersebut, diperlukan solusi guna mengantisipasi dampak yang lebih besar. Penelitian ini mencoba mencari solusi terkait kondisi angkutan umum perkotaan yang kinerjanya dinilai semakin hari semakin memprihatinkan.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) menilai kinerja pelayanan angkutan umum yang ada (pete-pete) di wilayah Mamminasata, dan 2) menentukan model sistem angkutan umum yang efisien untuk mendukung pergerakan masyarakat di wilayah Mamminasata. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian deskriptif, komparatif dan bersifat studi kasus yang secara garis besar merupakan rangkaian proses identifikasi dan analisis. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah 1) analisis pertumbuhan penduduk dan perkembangan wilayah Mamminasata, 2) analisis Costumer Satisfaction Indeks (CSI) dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), 3) Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 14 indikator sistranas, indikator yang dinilai rendah dan menjadi prioritas untuk ditingkatkan antara lain aksesibilitas, keterpaduan, tepat waktu, nyaman, kapasitas, efisien. Sedangkan jika dilihat dari kinerja tiap aspeknya, bobot kinerja yang tertinggi adalah aspek sosial sebesar 3,869, aspek lingkungan sebesar 3,724 dan yang paling rendah adalah aspek ekonomi sebesar 3,431. Model sistem angkutan umum kereta api komuter dinilai sebagai alternatif yang paling efisien dibandingkan monorel, BRT dan pete-pete, walaupun demikian, sinergitas/keterpaduan keempat moda tersebut merupakan model yang paling baik. Sistem keterpaduan diwujudkan dengan mengembangkan kereta api komuter sebagai main line ditunjang oleh monorel dan BRT sebagai midle feeder sedangkan pete-pete sebagai small feeder.

Abstract:

Descripción del caso clínico: Presentamos el caso de un paciente masculino de 38 años que inicia su padecimiento con un cuadro de anuria secundario a monorreno derecho y presencia de lito ureteral en el tercio inferior, mismo que queda resuelto mediante ureterolitotricia láser. Durante protocolo de evaluación, se realizan estudios de extensión que documentan la presencia de quiste de vesícula seminal izquierda. Relevancia: Debido a los orígenes embriológicos mutuos de la vesícula seminal, el conducto deferente y la yema ureteral, las alteraciones del desarrollo del conducto mesonéfrico (Wolff) y la ausencia de yema ureteral durante el primer trimestre de gestación, se asocian a agenesia renal ipsilateral y atresia del conducto eyaculador, que posteriormente progresará a la dilatación quística de la vesícula seminal. Conclusiones: El síndrome de Zinner fue descrito por primera vez en 1914 y hasta la fecha, sigue siendo una condición poco común a nivel mundial. De hecho, solamente alrededor de 200 casos han sido reportados en la literatura.

Abstract:

Abstract A single recombinant immunoglobulin G1 (IgG1) anti-RhD antibody (MonoRho) was compared with a currently used polyclonal anti-RhD product (Rhophylac) in a phase 1 study for safety, efficacy of Rhesus D (RhD)–positive red blood cell (RBC) clearance, and prevention of RhD immunization in RhD-negative men challenged with 15 mL RhD-positive RBCs. Both the polyclonal product and recombinant anti-RhD effectively cleared RhD-positive RBCs after intravenous and intramuscular injection. The recombinant anti-RhD demonstrated a slower clearance rate compared with the polyclonal anti-RhD. There was no dose response, and there was considerable variation among subjects who received the same dose of recombinant anti-RhD. Interestingly, RhD-positive RBC clearance rates were strongly associated with Fcγ receptor IIA (FcγRIIA) and FcγIIIA but not with FcγIIIB polymorphisms. Subjects homozygous for FcγRIIA-131H or FcγRIIIA-158V allotypes showed a faster clearance rate compared with both the heterozygote and the corresponding alternative homozygote allotypes. A similar but less marked trend was seen for the polyclonal anti-RhD. Despite the variation in clearance rates there was no evidence of anti-RhD alloantibodies in any of the subjects at +6 months after the RBC challenge.

Cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM) is becoming the imaging method of choice for determining protein structures. Many atomic structures have been resolved based on an exponentially growing number of published three-dimensional (3D) high resolution cryo-EM density maps. However, the resolution value claimed for the reconstructed 3D density map has been the topic of scientific debate for many years. The Fourier Shell Correlation (FSC) is the currently accepted cryo-EM resolution measure, but it can be subjective, manipulated, and has its own limitations. In this study, we first propose supervised deep learning methods to extract representative 3D features at high, medium and low resolutions from simulated protein density maps and build classification models that objectively validate resolutions of experimental 3D cryo-EM maps. Specifically, we build classification models based on dense artificial neural network (DNN) and 3D convolutional neural network (3D CNN) architectures. The trained models can classify a given 3D cryo-EM density map into one of three resolution levels: high, medium, low. The preliminary DNN and 3D CNN models achieved 92.73% accuracy and 99.75% accuracy on simulated test maps, respectively. Applying the DNN and 3D CNN models to thirty experimental cryo-EM maps achieved an agreement of 60.0% and 56.7%, respectively, with the author published resolution value of the density maps. We further augment these previous techniques and present preliminary results of a 3D U-Net model for local resolution classification. The model was trained to perform voxel-wise classification of 3D cryo-EM density maps into one of ten resolution classes, instead of a single global resolution value. The U-Net model achieved 88.3% and 94.7% accuracy when evaluated on experimental maps with local resolutions determined by MonoRes and ResMap methods, respectively. Our results suggest deep learning can potentially improve the resolution evaluation process of experimental cryo-EM maps.

Abstract:

ANTECEDENTES: la estenosis de la unión ureteropiélica es la causa más frecuente de hidronefrosis en pacientes pediátricos y en adultos jóvenes. Esta alteración se caracteriza por obstrucción anatómica o funcional del flujo de orina, de la pelvis renal al uréter, la falta de tratamiento se refleja en deterioro de la función renal.CASO CLÍNICO: paciente femenina de 22 años de edad, que inició con infección urinaria de repetición y mala reacción al tratamiento dos años antes de efectuar el procedimiento quirúrgico, seguido de dolor lumbar izquierdo en los últimos 6 meses. La tomografía computada reportó hipoplasia renal derecha e hidronefrosis izquierda, por lo que se colocó catéter JJ izquierdo; se realizó pieloplastia laparoscópica asistida por robot, sin complicaciones ni incidentes adicionales. La paciente tuvo adecuada evolución y egresó dos días después del posoperatorio. CONCLUSIONES: la cirugía robótica disminuye la mayor parte de las complicaciones provocadas por la laparoscopia convencional, debido a la precisión de los movimientos, facilidad en la sutura y visualización en tercera dimensión; además, es efectiva cuando la pieloplastia desmembrada convencional no es óptima o se torna técnicamente complicada.PALABRAS CLAVE: pielopastia laparoscópica, robot, estenosis ureteral.
