Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui variabilitas Suhu Permukaan Laut (SPL) dan konsentrasi klorofil-a (Chl-a) di perairan Palabuhanratu dan sekitarnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan gabungan data citra satelit NOAA-AVHRR dan MODIS untuk SPL, SeaWiFS dan MODIS untuk Chl-a, data angin permukaan bulanan dari European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF). Data pendukung berupa indeks El Nino Southern Oscillation (ENSO) dan indeks dipole mode (DMI) bulanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SPL di daerah penelitian selama 21 tahun (1997-2018) berada pada kisaran 23,14-33,45°C dimana SPL tertinggi terjadi saat akhir Musim Peralihan-1 (Mei), sementara nilai paling rendah ditemui pada saat awal Musim Peralihan-2 (September). Konsentrasi klorofil-a selama 21 tahun berkisar 0,063-13,363 mg/m3 dimana nilai Chl-a paling tinggi terjadi saat awal Musim Peralihan-2 (September), sementara nilai yang paing redah ditemui pada saat akhir Musim Peralihan-1 (Mei). Saat ENSO dan IOD positif terjadi bersamaan menyebabkan kecepatan angin Tengara meningkat sehinga mengakibatkan peningkatan intensitas upwelling di Perairan Palabuhanratu dan sekitarnya yang mengakibatkan nilai SPL yang lebih rendah dan konsentrasi Chl-a yang lebih tinggi dari biasanya. Variabilitas nilai SPL dan Chl-a dipengaruhi oleh pola angin musiman, intensitas radiasi matahari, fenomena anomali iklim ENSO, dan Indian Ocean Dipole Mode (IODM). Tingginya konsentrasi klorofil-a pada sekitar bulan Agustus-Oktober bersamaan dengan rendahnya SPL pada bulan yang sama diduga akibat terjadinya fenomena upwelling.

Kandungan harmonisa pada sistem kelistrikan jika melebihi batas yang diizinkan akan menyebabkan beberapa masalah, salah satunya menimbulkan rugi-rugi jaringan distribusi tenaga listrik. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh harmonisa terhadap rugi-rugi daya di Penyulang Menjangan, dilakukan penelitian dengan metode pengukuran harmonisa pada masing-masing gardu distribusi di Penyulang Menjangan dengan bantuan perangkat lunak untuk selanjutnya dilakukan simulasi. Dari hasil identifikasi pola kurva gelombang dan spectrum kandungan harmonisa pada transformator di Penyulang Menjangan, identik dengan beban komersial seperti beban rumah tangga serta peralatan elektronik yang umumnya disuplai dari single-phase Switch Mode Power Supplies. Dari hasil pengukuran harmonisa, kandungan tertinggi terdapat pada gardu distribusi di bagian pangkal yaitu GR088 dan GR079. Hasil perhitungan selisih antara rugi-rugi daya pada kondisi tanpa kandungan harmonisa dan rugi-rugi daya pada kondisi dengan kandungan hamonisa adalah 1,7991 kW. DOI: 10.24843/MITE.1601.17

Variabilitas suhu permukaan laut (SPL) dan konsentrasi klorofil-a (Chl-a) di Samudera Hindia bagian Timur Laut sebelah barat Sumatera diteliti menggunakan data satelit selama kurun waktu 22 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan gabungan data citra NOAA-AVHRR dan MODIS untuk SPL, data citra SeaWiFS dan MODIS untuk Chl-a, data angin permukaan bulanan diperoleh dari European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF). Data pendukung berupa indeks El Nino Southern Oscillation (ENSO) bulanan diperoleh dari laman https://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/teleconnections/enso/ indicators/soi/ dan Dipole Mode Index (DMI) bulanan diperoleh dari laman https://www.jamstec.go.jp/ virtualearth/general/en/index.html. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SPL di daerah penelitian selama 22 tahun (1997-2019) berada pada kisaran 27,57°C-34,41°C. Nilai SPL yang lebih tinggi terjadi saat Musim Barat sampai Musim Peralihan-1, sementara nilai yang lebih rendah pada Musim Timur sampai Musim Peralihan-2. Variabilitas nilai SPL dipengaruhi oleh pola angin musiman, intensitas radiasi matahari, dan Indian Ocean Dipole Mode (IODM). Saat IOD Negatif menyebabkan nilai SPL yang lebih tinggi dan konsentrasi Chl-a lebih rendah dari biasanya. Konsentrasi klorofil-a selama 22 tahun berkisar antara 0,0757 mg/m3-1,3006 mg/m3, konsentrasi klorofil-a yang lebih tinggi terjadi saat akhir Musim Timur (Agustus) dan awal Musim Barat (Desember), sementara nilai yang lebih rendah saat Musim Peralihan-1. Tingginya SPL pada Musim Peralihan-1 (Maret-Mei) bersamaan dengan rendahnya Chl-a pada musim yang sama diduga akibat terjadinya fenomena IOD negatif. Variabilitas Chl-a dipengaruhi oleh pola angin musiman, pergerakan massa air, dan IOD.

Fishing ground atau zona penangkapan ikan adalah suatu kawasan perairan yang menjadi sasaran dalam usaha penangkapan ikan. Ikan teri merupakan hasil tangkapan ikan yang populer di Karimunjawa. Penelitian ini bertujuan memprediksi zona tangkapan ikan di Perairan Karimunjawa berdasarkan sebaran klorofil-a dan suhu permukaan laut dengan memanfaatkan data citra satelit Aqua Modis level-3. Sebaran klorofil-a yang tinggi terlihat pada bulan Mei sampai Juli. Nilai korelasi antara klorofil-a dengan tangkapan ikan di lapangan sebesar r=0,869 yang berarti berhubungan sangat erat. Sedangkan nilai korelasi Suhu Permukaan Laut (SPL) dengan tangkapan ikan hanya sebesar r=0,387. Hal ini berarti hasil tangkapan ikan teri di Kepulauan Karimunjawa lebih dipengaruhi oleh sebaran klorofil-a dari pada SPL. Oleh karena itu dalam penentuan potensi fishing ground dengan menggunakan data MODI klimatologi bulanan, kami hanya menggunakan parameter klorofil-a. Perairan Karimunjawa memiliki kandungan klorofil-a rata rata sebesar 0,29 mg/m3. Berdasarkan analisa sebaran klorofil-a klimatologi bulanan, lokasi potensi fishing ground berada pada barat dan tenggara dari perairan Pulau Nyamuk, Barat Pulau Kemujan termasuk Pulau Cemara Besar dan Kecil, dan di perairan sekitar Pulau Parang yang dapat ditemukan disetiap bulannya. Anchovy Ground Fishing Identification (Stolephorus sp) Using Fashionable Images in the Waters of Karimunjawa, Jepara Fishing ground or fishing zone is an area in the ocean which becomes a target for fishing activities. Common target for fishing activity in Karimunjawa is anchovy. The aim of this study is to predict fishing zone on the waters of Karimunjawa based on the chlorophyll distribution and sea surface temperature by utilizing level 3 Aqua MODIS data. The high chlorophyll-a distribution is observed from May to July. The correlation value between chlorophyll-a and fish catch based on insitu data is strong with r = 0.869. Conversely, the correlation between insitu SPL correlation and fish catch is weak with r = 0.38. Therefore, we only used chlorophyll-a parameter to determine the potential fishing ground in Karimun Jawa. Karimunjawa waters have an average chlorophyll-a conscentration of 0.29 mg/m3, Based on monthly climatology of MODIS chlorophyll data, the location of potential fishing ground is west and southeast from the waters of the island of Nyamuk, the west of Kemujan Island including Pulau Cemara Besar and Kecil, and in the waters around Parang Island which can be found every month.

ABSTRAK Penangkapan udang P. merguiensis yang dilakukan secara terus menerus dan tidak sesuai kaidah yang baik dapat mengancam keberlangsungan hidup udang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengkaji aspek-aspek biologi udang P. merguiensis seperti komposisi hasil tangkapan, struktur ukuran, nisbah kelamin, tingkat kematangan gonad (TKG), sifat pertumbuhan, faktor kondisi, dan ukuran pertama kali udang tertangkap (Lc50%). Selain itu, membuat konsep pengelolaan sumberdaya perikanan udang P. merguiensis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode survei. Pengambilan sampel udang P. merguiensis dilakukan di TPI Bandengan dan TPI Tawang Kabupaten Kendal, pada bulan Mei sampai Agustus 2016. Setiap bulan dilakukan satu kali pengambilan sampel. Sampel udang diambil dari total hasil tangkapan salah satu perahu pada setiap TPI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan modus panjang karapas 20 mm pada bulan Juni dan Juli 2016, sedangkan pada bulan Mei dan Agustus 2016 modus panjang karapas 22 mm dan 24 mm. Perbandingan nisbah kelamin P. merguiensis jantan betina 1:0,95. Udang P. merguiensis jantan dan betina memiliki sifat pertumbuhan allometrik positif karena nilai b jantan dan betina sebesar 3,29 dan 3,23. Faktor kondisi udang P. merguiensis jantan dan betina sebesar 1,094 dan 1,096. Tingkat kematangan gonad udang P. merguiensis belum ada yang matang. Ukuran Lc50% udang P. merguiensis jantan dan betina pada ukuran karapas 28 mm dan 27 mm. Konsep pengelolaan udang P. merguiensis di perairan Kendal yaitu mengganti alat tangkap arad menjadi trammel net, dan pengaturan daerah pengoperasian jauh dari pantai agar ukuran udang yang tertangkap adalah udang berukuran layak tangkap. Kata kunci : Penaeus merguiensis, Aspek Biologi, Perairan Kendal ABSTRACT Continuous fishing can threat the sustainability and not according to the rules of P. merguiensis shrimp resources. The objectives of this research were to know biological aspect such as composition of the catch, size of structure, sex ratio, gonad maturities (TKG), growth, condition factor, and first of length capture (Lc50%). In addition, was made management fisheries P. merguiensis shrimp resource. The method used in this research was survei method. Sampling was conducted in shrimp P. merguiensis Bandengan TPI and TPI Tawang Kendal, from Mei to Agustus 2016. Each month one-time sampling. Shrimp samples were taken is about of the total fishing catch one of the boats at each TPI. The results showed that the mode carapace length of 20 mm in Juni and Juli 2016, while in Mei and Agustus 2016 the mode carapace length of 22 mm and 24 mm. Sex ratio of P. merguiensis shrimp male and female was 1:0,95. Growth of P. merguiensis male and female was positive allometric, because b value male and female was 3,29 and 3,23. Condition factor of P. merguiensis male and female was 1,094 and 1,096. Gonad maturities of P. merguiensis shrimp yet mature. Size Lc50% P. merguiensis shrimp male and female carapas length 28 mm and 27 mm.the concept of management of shrimp P.merguiensis in Kendal water replace the capture tool arad became a trammel net mesh size, and setting the operating areas away from the coast so that the size of the shrimp that are caught are decent-sized shrimp size. Suhu permukaan laut merupakan salah satu parameter oseanografi yang sangat penting bagi kehidupan organisme di lautan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sebaran suhu permukaan laut dengan menggunakan citra satelit Aqua MODIS pada perairan Teluk Bone secara spasial dan temporal. Data yang digunakan yaitu data suhu permukaan laut bulanan April 2018-Maret 2019 yang diperoleh dari sensor satelit Aqua MODIS level-3 yang diunduh dari NASA (OCEAN COLOR atau link http://modis.gfsc.nasa.gov/data kemudian pengolahan data citra dilakukan menggunakan software SeaDas. Hasil dari data citra sebaran suhu permukaan laut tertinggi pada Mei 2018 berkisar antara 29,13-32,00oC terletak di perairan Palopo dan suhu permukaan laut terendah berada pada bulan Maret 2019 berkisar antara 27,10-30,60oC. terletak di perairan Bulukumba.Kata kunci: Teluk Bone, satelit Aqua MODIS, suhu permukaan laut.

IntroduzioneCommentare, nella mia qualità di storico e da tale punto di vista, il saggio di Modino sullo svolgimento della scienza politica in Italia dal dopoguerra ad oggi, è un compito facile per una parte, piuttosto arduo per l'altra. Facile per ciò che riguarda la verifica di quanto sia veritiero ed esauriente il quadro che Morlino traccia di tale svolgimento, delle sue tappe, dei suoi difetti, dei suoi successi, e, piò in generale, del clima culturale in cui si è prodotto e che ha concorso a formare. Arduo, invece, per quanto riguarda gli scambi possibili fra scienza politica e storiografia. Tale secondo compito obbliga infatti ad indagare in reciprocità gli statuti essenziali dei due modi di conoscenza, la compatibilità dei loro strumenti, e via dicendo: un'opera che non mi risulta sia stata ancora mai tentata in Italia, in modo capace di trascendere i fastidi, le presunzioni e le gelosie di mestiere e di corporazione.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis preferensi parameter oseanografi (SPL dan klorofil-a) terhadap hasil tangkapan ikan cakalang di perairan Pulau Misool dan Fakfak. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Maret – Mei 2015 di Perairan Pulau Misool dan Fakfak, data berupa hasil tangkapan Maret – Mei 2015, SPL dan klorofil-a diperoleh dari citra satelit MODIS-Terra. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Softwere ArcGis 10.2, ENVI 5.1. dan softwere ORIGIN Versi 8.5.1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa preferensi SPL dan konsentrasi klorofil-a terhadap ikan cakalang pada bulan Maret – Mei 2015 berada pada kisaran 29,50 – 30,50°C dan konsentrasi klorofil-a sekitar 0,10 – 0,20 mg/m3 .

Indian Ocean Dipole (IOD) merupakan suatu pola variabilitas di Samudera Hindia dengan perubahan Suhu Permukaan Laut (SPL) yang lebih rendah daripada biasanya. Secara umum perubahan variabilitas suhu permukaan laut dan persebaran klorofil-a di laut sangat dipengaruhi oleh adanya fenomena Indian Ocean Dipole (IOD). Adanya fenomena IOD ini berpengaruh pada terjadinya upwelling pada perairan selatan Jawa Barat.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik dan hubungan Indian Ocean Dipole (IOD) dengan upwelling di perairan selatan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif, metode ilmiah yang dianalisis menggunakan kaidah-kaidah ilmiah yang empiris, rasional dan sistematis. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan data satelit tahun 2008 sampai dengan 2017 . Materi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data Suhu Permukaan Laut (SPL) dan klorofil-a hasil perekaman satelit Aqua MODIS, data Dipole Mode Index (DMI). Data dari satelit diolah menggunakan SeaDas kemudian menggunakan software ArcGIS. Setelah data didapatkan kemudian diolah menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabilitas IOD mempengaruhi karakteristik upwelling yang terjadi di perairan selatan Jawa Barat. Ketika nilai DMI meningkat maka upwelling menguat yang ditunjukkan indikator SPL menurun dan klorofil-a meningkat. Sebaliknya ketika DMI menurun maka upwelling akan menurun yang ditunjukkan indikator SPL meningkat dan klorofil-a menurun. Upwelling dengan katagori lemah sudah mulai terjadi bulan Mei. Upwelling medium terjadi bulan Juni-Juli dan upwelling kuat umunya terjadi pada bulan Agustus-September.Bulan Oktober-November umumnya upwelling melemah lagi.

Kelimpahan klorofil-a dapat digunakan sebagai indikator kesuburan perairan dan kejadian biakan massal fitoplankton atau Harmfull Algal Blooms (HAB) di suatu perairan. Kemajuan teknologi satelit telah mampu menampilkan data digital yang memainkan peran penting dalam memberikan hasil pola sebaran horizontal klorofil-a di perairan laut secara cepat dan akurat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk pemantauan distribusi konsentrasi klorofil-a dengan teknologi penginderaan jauh menggunakan satelit Terra-Aqua MODIS. Pemantauan konsentrasi klorofil-a di perairan Teluk Jakarta dilakukan dalam periode April sampai September 2010. Analisis citra untuk memetakan sebaran konsentrasi klorofil-a dilakukan dengan algoritma menggunakan software ENVI dan ArcGIS. Dengan analisis citra di laboratorium, dihasilkan peta-peta sebaran konsentrasi klorofil-a di perairan Teluk jakarta. Pada peta spasial dan temporal sebaran konsentrasi klorofil-a ditunjukkan nilai konsentrasi klorofil-a tinggi (>10 mg/m3)di selatan perairan Teluk Jakarta, dengan luas sebarannya mencapai sepertiga dari luas teluk terjadi pada 22 Mei – 22 September 2010. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa di perairan telah terjadi peningkatan kelimpahan fitoplankton dan sebagian menunjukkan ada dugaan terjadi Harmful Algal Blooms (HAB), sehingga mengakibatkan kematian ikan yang terdapat di pantai Ancol Teluk Jakarta.

Salah satu moda transportasi massal terbaru yang hadir sejak bulan Mei tahun 2019 yaitu Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Banjarbakula yang dikelola oleh Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan Namun pada perjalanannya masih belum bisa menarik minat pengguna kendaraan pribadi untuk beralih moda. Disamping itu, pertumbuhan kepemilikan kendaraan pribadi berupa sepeda motor dan mobil penumpang di Banjarmasin dan Banjarbaru sendiri menjadi masalah sendiri dimana akhirnya muncul masalah baru kemacetan, dan tundaan pada beberapa ruas jalan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh pada pemilihan moda antara kendaraan pribadi (sepeda motor dan mobil pribadi) di kota Banjarmasin dan Banjarbaru sehingga akan didapatkan probabilitas pemilihan moda kendaraan pribadi dan BRT Banjarbakula. Menggunakan metode Stated preference untuk menggambarkan preferensi pemilihan moda kendaran pribadi dan BRT mengumpulkan data primer dengan bantuan kuisioner yang terdiri dari 8 (delapan) skenario pelayanan dengan kombinasi atribut jarak berjalan kaki waktu tempuh, tarif/biaya dan waktu tunggu/headway kepada 200 pengguna kendaraan pribadi berupa sepeda motor dan mobil pribadi. Kemudian dimodelkan dengan model logit biner untuk mendapatkan probabilitas kesediaan pengguna kendaraan pribadi untuk menggunakan BRT banjarbakula. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa atribut jarak berjalan kaki dan tarif/biaya tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan skenario terbaik mencapai probabilitas 70,3% pada skenario 4 jika jarak berjalan kaki 300-400 meter (jarak eksisting), tarif 6000 Rupiah (tarif eksisting), Waktu tempuh 45 menit (15 menit lebih cepat), dan waktu tunggu 15 menit (45 menit lebih cepat).

Hal ini karena bandara tersebut baru sebatas melayani penerbangan domestik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi kegiatan MICE di Kota Malang dan peran Bandar Udara Abdul Rachman Saleh dalam membuat strategi pengembangan kegiatan MICE berdasarkan faktor pendorong dan penghambatnya. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode analisis deskripsi dan analisis medan kekuatan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, Bandar Udara Abdul Rachman Saleh berpengaruh kuat terhadap pengembangan kegiatan MICE. Hal tersebut sejalan dengan faktor pendorong lain yang juga berpengaruh kuat, yaitu peningkatan kegiatan yang bersifat internasional dan kegiatan MICE yang terintegrasi. Findings show that Abdul Rachman Saleh Airport has a strong influence on the development of MICE activities, which is consistent with other strong driving factors, namely increasing international activities and integrated MICE activities. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan April-Mei 2016 di Loka Penelitian Perikanan Tuna Pelabuhan Benoa, Denpasar, Bali. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Sementara data panjang ikan tuna sirip biru selatan tahun 2013-2014 kemudian diolah dengan perangkat lunak FISAT II. The coral triangle is a region with the highest hotspot of fish biodiversity in the world. Factors to explain biodiversity in the coral triangle are varied widely. Factors as well as biogeography and speciation in evolutionary processes would explain the richness of fish species. The species formation theory in fish (speciation) is divided into allopatric, sympatric, and parapatric speciations. Biogeographically, the reason of what causes high biodiversity in the coral triangle area is divided into several models, namely: the center of origin, the center of overlap, the center of accumulation, the center of survival/refugia, and the mid domain effect/null model. This article will discuss the role and contribution of each mode/hypothesis in explaining coral triangle areas' biodiversity hotspots to provide information for biodiversity conservation of reef fishes in the future.

Variabilitas iklim dapat mempengaruhi sifat sedimen yang terendapkan di dasar laut. Salah satu sifat sedimen yang dipengaruhi oleh iklim adalah besar butir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara besar butir dengan variabilitas iklim menggunakan sampel core GM01-2010-TJ22 dari Muara Gembong, Teluk Jakarta, muara sungai Citarum. Sampel core diambil pada tahun 2010 dengan menggunakan Kapal Riset Geomarin I oleh Pusat Penelitian dan Pengembangan Geologi Kelautan (P3GL). Pengukuran besar butir dilakukan dengan menggunakan Mastersizer 2000. Hasil pengukuran ditampilkan dalam seri waktu dari tahun 2001 sampai 2010. Hasil analisis besar butir sampel sedimen dikorelasikan secara statistik dengan fenomena musiman (monsun), tahunan dan antar tahun (El Niño/La Niña dan Dipole Mode). Verifikasi data dilakukan dengan menggunakan data sekunder temperatur permukaan laut dari citra satelit di sekitar lokasi sampel dan data curah hujan di Bekasi. Hasil verifikasi menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan curah hujan di sekitar daerah hilir Sungai Citarum diikuti dengan penurunan temperatur permukaan laut dan peningkatan ukuran rata-rata besar butir. Hasil yang didapat dalam uji statistika menunjukkan bahwa perubahan ukuran besar butir sampel sedimen di Muara Gembong memiliki korelasi signifikan dengan Multivariate ENSO (El Niño Southern Oscillation) Index (MEI), Ocean Niño Index (ONI), Dipole Mode Index (DMI) dan Australian Monsoon Index (AUSMI). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa besar butir sedimen dasar laut potensial digunakan untuk mengetahui variabilitas iklim di sekitar Teluk Jakarta.

Selama kegiatan tersebut fenomena ENSO dan IOD dalam kondisi normal. MJO menunjukkan aktifitas konvektif netral di wilayah Indonesia pada pertengahan Januari hingga pertengahan Februari 2014. Temperatur permukaan laut di perairan Jawa bagian barat sekitar 28-290C. Kelembagan udara pada level 850 mb sekitar 70-80%. Pertumbuhan awan umumnya berada di sebelah barat daya, barat dan barat laut Jakarta. Indeks Monsoon Australia positif berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan pembentukan awan hujan di Jawa.Abstract Application of weather modification has carried out to reduce precipitation over Jakarta on 11 January to 14 February 2013. During this period, El Nino Southern Oscillation and Indian Ocean Dipole Mode were normal condition. The Madden Julian Oscillation shows that the convection over Indonesia region was netral condition. The sea surface temperature over west part of Java waters was 29-30 290C. The 850 mb average of relative humidity on mid January - mid February 2014 was 70-80%. Based on visual and weather radar observation, cloud development mainly over northwest to southwest of Jakarta. Positive Australian Summer Monsoon Index affected to increase precipitation over Java area.

Masalah umum yang dihadapi dalam operasi penangkapan ikan terhadap sumberdaya yang sifatnya multi spesies dan multi-cohort di daerah tropis adalah diperolehnya hasil tangkapan bukan spesies target yang biasa disebut hasil tangkap samping (HTS) atau by-catch. Saat ini informasi mengenai HTS pada perikanan rawai tuna di Indonesia yang beroperasi di Samudera Pasifik masih terbatas. Disisi lain informasi tersebut sangat dibutuhkan dalam rangka pelaksanaan pengelelolaan sumberdaya tuna yang memadai. Penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan infomasi tentang HTS pada perikanan rawai tuna di Samudera Pasifik dilakukan di Bitung bulan Mei sampai Juli 2010. Penelitian dilakukan dengan dua cara yaitu melalui pengambilan contoh di pusat pendaratan armada rawai tuna (port sampling) dan observer di kapal rawai tuna (onboard observer). Port sampling dilakukan setiap hari pada minngu keempat selama bulan Mei sampai Oktober 2010. Onboard observer dilakukan sebanyak dua trip operasi penangkapan rawai tuna. Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi aspek operasional rawai tuna, jeni ikan HTS dan ukuran panjang cagak ikan HTS. Hasil riset menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata laju pancing HTS selama Mei sampai Oktober 2010 adalah 19,6 kg/100 mata pancing per tawur. Sebanyak 16 spesies HTS rawai tuna dapat diidentifikasi yang didominasi oleh ikan setuhuk hitam atau black marlin (Makaira indica). Ukuran low jaw fork length (LJFL) ikan ikan setuhuk hitam dan ikan meka secara berturut-turut adalah 97-198 cm (modus 141-160 cm), 94-241 cm (modus 161-180 cm) dan ukuran fork length ikan tikusan adalah 96-190 cm (modus 121-140 cm). The common fishing operation problematic in tropical waters which characterized by multispecies and multi-cohort resource is the numbers of bycatch exploited. Currently, the information of bycatch in the longline fishery especially operated in the Pacific Ocean is limited. On the other hand, this information is necessary for the implementation tuna fisheries management framework. The objective of this research is to collate the information of Pacific tuna longline bycatch landed in Bitung during the period of May until July 2010. Research conducted in two ways i.e. through port sampling at the central landing of tuna longline and observer onboard. Port sampling was conducted in the forth week during May until October 2010, whilst observer onboard was conducted in two trips within that period. Data collected consists of operational aspects of tuna longliners, species composition of bycatch and its fork length. Results of this research showed that the average of hook rate during the period of May October 2010 was 19.10 kg/100 hooks per set. Sixteen species of tuna longline bycatch have been identified and showed that black marlin (Makaira indica) was predominant. Size of Low Jaw Fork Length (LJFL) of blackmarlin, swordfish and thresher shark were 97-198 cm (mode 141-160 cm), 94-241 cm (mode 161-180 cm) and 96- 190 cm (121-140 cm) respectively.

Ikan tuna madidihang (Thunnus albacares) merupakan sumberdaya ikan unggulan yang tersebar di wilayah perairan Provinsi Aceh. Sejauh ini, para nelayan ikan tuna madidihang mengalami kendala dalam menentukan titik operasional daerah penangkapan ikan. Penentuan daerah penangkapan ikan dapat diduga dari kondisi perairan yang merupakan habitat dari suatu spesies dan biasanya digambarkan dengan parameter oseanografi. Suhu permukaan laut (SPL) dan klorofil-a merupakan parameter oseanografi yang penting untuk mengetahui keberadaan ikan tuna madidihang dan mempermudah dalam menganalisis daerah penangkapan ikan yang potensial. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji dan menganalisis daerah penangkapan ikan tuna madidihang berdasarkan parameter SPL dan sebaran klorofil-a, di perairan Provinsi Aceh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain pengambilan data hasil tangkapan ikan tuna madidihang di lapangan secara purposive sampling di perairan Provinsi Aceh, serta analisis SPL dan klorofil-a menggunakan data citra satelit Aqua Modis yang diolah dengan software ArCGIS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebaran SPL di perairan Provinsi Aceh berkisar antara 26.19- 32.8 °C. Nilai kisaran SPL tertinggi mencapai 32.87 °C terjadi pada bulan Maret, serta SPL terendah 26.19 °C terjadi pada bulan April. Analisis sebaran klorofil-a di perairan Provinsi Aceh berkisar antara 0.02- 3.47 mg/m3. Nilai klorofil-a tertinggi 3.47 mg/m3 terjadi pada bulan Mei, sedangkan nilai klorofil-a terendah 0.02 mg/m3 terjadi pada bulan Mei. Produktivitas hasil tangkapan ikan tuna madidihang tertinggi (435 kg) dicapai pada nilai SPL 28 °C dan klorofil 0.44 mg/m3. Berdasarkan analisis regresi linier berganda, sebaran SPL dan klorofil-a tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap hasil tangkapan ikan tuna madidihang di perairan Provinsi Aceh.

The triclinic crystals, space group P1̅, are isomorphous with those of the corresponding di(bromo)cuprate(I). The gold atoms of the two independent [AuI2]− anions reside on centers of inversion and have no close interanionic contacts. The structure of the complete [(Ph3PO)4Li]+ cation does not approach any standard symmetry (e. g., S4 or D2d). Its conformation is similar to that reported for the isomorphous reference compound with the anion CuBr2 −, but different from that in the bromide・ acetonitrile, Li-phthalocyaninate or iodide ・ triphenylphosphine oxide salts, suggesting that the relative orientation of the four Ph3PO molecules at the Li+ center is flexible and co-determined by the packing in the crystals. ABSTRACTSea surface temperature (SPL) information is the most important water quality parameter in the ocean, especially in coastal areas. Remote sensing technology with Terra Modis satellite data is used for periodic monitoring of SPL changes. The purpose of this study was to analyze the temporal distribution of SPL on the coast of Malang, East Java. The data used are SPL data from Terra-MODIS satellite sensors in May 2018, 2019 and 2020. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis which includes temporal analysis of SPL based on SPL fluctuations in graphical form. The results showed that the temporal variation of the 2018-2020 SPL on the coast of Malang tends to increase. The SPL value in 2018 varies between 25 ° C - 26 ° C while in 2019 it varies between 26 ° C - 27 ° C and in 2020 it ranges between 30 ° C - 31 ° C. The highest average SPL value from 2018 - 2020 is in 2020 with a temperature of 30.58 ° C. In an effort to model sea surface temperatures used calculations using mathematical models. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif yang meliputi analisis SPL secara temporal berdasarkan fluktuasi SPL dalam bentuk grafik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variasi temporal SPL tahun 2018-2020 di pesisir Malang cenderung mengalami peningkatan. Nilai SPL tahun 2018 bervariasi antara 25°C – 26°C sedangkan tahun 2019 bervariasi antara 26°C – 27°C dan tahun 2020 berkisar antara 30°C – 31°C. Nilai SPL rata-rata tertinggi dari tahun 2018 – 2020 berada pada tahun 2020 dengan suhu 30,58°C. Dalam upaya memodelkan suhu permukaan laut digunakan perhitungan dengan menggunakan model matematika. Dari hasil yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa model matematis yang paling optimal berasal dari panjang gelombang 667 nm pada tanggal 23 Mei 2020 dengan model persamaan y = -0,498ln(x) + 27,936 yang menghasilkan nilai korelasi R = 0,6561.Kata Kunci: suhu permukaan laut, terra modis, satelit, model matematis.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis variabilitas curah hujan dan hubungan curah hujan tahunan terhadap produktivitas padi di Kalimantan Barat. Lokasi penelitian difokuskan di wilayah Kabupaten Mempawah dan Kubu Raya dengan menggunakan data yang tersedia pada tahun 2000-2019. Analisis datanya menggunakan persamaan variabilitas dan dilanjutkan dengan analisis korelasi dan komposit. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabilitas curah hujan tahunan di Mempawah dan Kubu Raya termasuk dalam kategori rendah. Nilai variabilitas bulanan menunjukkan rentang yang bervariasi dari rendah hingga ekstrem di setiap lokasi. El Nino memiliki dampak negatif yang kuat terhadap curah hujan pada periode Juni-Juli-Agustus (JJA) dan September-Oktober-November (SON), sedangkanLa Nina memiliki dampak positif yang kuat terhadap curah hujan pada periode Juni-Juli-Agustus. Pada periode Desember-Januari-Februari (DJF) dan Maret-April-Mei (MAM), El Nino (La Nina) memiliki efek terhadap peningkatan (pengurangan) curah hujan. Dipole Mode Positif memberikan dampak pengurangan curah hujan pada periode SON dan MAM. Dipole Mode Negatif memberikan dampak bervariasi pada curah hujan pada periode JJA, SON dan DJF. Hubungan signifikan antara curah hujan tahunan dan produktivitas padi hanya ditunjukkan di Sungai Kunyit dan Sungai Kakap. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa curah hujan tahunan secara umum tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas padi di sebagian besar wilayah penelitian. ABSTRACTRainfall variability is closely related to climate change in a particular region and it is useful in estimating the water availability for agriculture, especially lowland rice. This study examines the rainfall variability and correlation between annual rainfall and rice productivity in West Kalimantan. The research location is focused on the Mempawah and Kubu Raya districts in 2000-2019. The variability equation accompanied by correlation and composite analysis was used in the analysis. The result shows that the variability of annual rainfall in Mempawah and Kubu Raya falls in the low category. Monthly rainfall variability values mark a range that varies from low to extreme at each location. El Nino had a substantial negative impact on rainfall in the June-July-August (JJA) and September-October-November SON period. While, La Nina had a positive impact on rainfall only in the JJA period. In the December-January-February (DJF) and March-April-May (MAM) period, El Nino (La Nina) has an anomalous effect on increasing (reducing) rainfall. Positive Dipole Mode gives the negative impact in the SON dan MAM period. Negative Dipole Mode has a varied impact on rainfall in the JJA, SON and DJF periods. The significant corellation between annual rainfall and rice productivity was shown only at Sungai Kunyit and Sungai Kakap. This indicates that the annual rainfall generally has no significant effect on rice productivity in most areas.

Abstract The mucosal surface is the major entry site for many human pathogens, however there are only a dozen of mucosal vaccines approved for human use. The challenge for mucosal vaccines is to develop safe and effective mucosal adjuvants. 3′, 5′-Cyclic di-GMP (CDG) is an attractive mucosal vaccine adjuvant candidate that activates STING (stimulator of interferon genes). However, the in vivo mechanism of action of CDG is not completely understood. Our previous studies found that intranasal immunization with CDG directly activates pulmonary dendritic cells (DCs). We found that CDG adjuvant activity depends on TNFα and not type I interferon. Deletion of STING in pulmonary DCs resulted in the reduction of antigen-specific antibodies and a decrease in Th1/Th2/Th17 responses. Here, we investigated the role of different pulmonary DCs subsets in mediating the mucosal adjuvant activity of CDG. Our results demonstrate that CDG targets unique and specialized functions of pulmonary DC subsets. Using Batf3−/− mice to deplete CD103+ DCs, we found that CD103+ DCs do not mediate the CDG-induced antibody production, but are needed for Th responses as well as the recruitment of the novel CD103+CD11b+ pulmonary DC population. The population of pulmonary CD11b+ DCs was intact in the Batf3−/− mice. CDG-induced humoral immunity completely depends on pulmonary DCs. Our data, thus, suggested that CD11b+ DCs, which were the only pulmonary DCs not depleted in Batf3−/− mice, were sufficient for CDG-induced humoral immunity. How STING mediates CDG responses in these DC subsets will be discussed. Understanding the role of different DC subsets will reveal insight in the mode of action of CDG in vivo and advance the development of CDG as an efficacious mucosal vaccine adjuvant.

ABSTRACT This study extends earlier reports regarding the in vitro efficacies of the 1,4-di-N-oxide quinoxaline derivatives against Mycobacterium tuberculosis and has led to the discovery of a derivative with in vivo efficacy in the mouse model of tuberculosis. Quinoxaline-2-carboxylate 1,4-di-N-oxide derivatives were tested in vitro against a broad panel of single-drug-resistant M. tuberculosis strains. The susceptibilities of these strains to some compounds were comparable to those of strain H37Rv, as indicated by the ratios of MICs for resistant and nonresistant strains, supporting the premise that 1,4-di-N-oxide quinoxaline derivatives have a novel mode of action unrelated to those of the currently used antitubercular drugs. Specific derivatives were further evaluated in a series of in vivo assays, including evaluations of the maximum tolerated doses, the levels of oral bioavailability, and the efficacies in a low-dose aerosol model of tuberculosis in mice. One compound, ethyl 7-chloro-3-methylquinoxaline-2-carboxylate 1,4-dioxide, was found to be (i) active in reducing CFU counts in both the lungs and spleens of infected mice following oral administration, (ii) active against PA-824-resistant Mycobacterium bovis, indicating that the pathway of bioreduction/activation is different from that of PA-824 (a bioreduced nitroimidazole that is in clinical trials), and (iii) very active against nonreplicating bacteria adapted to low-oxygen conditions. These data indicate that 1,4-di-N-oxide quinoxalines hold promise for the treatment of tuberculosis.

Fino a che punto il desiderio di maternità, frustrato dalla sterilità, può servirsi delle nuove possibilità offerte dalla FIVET? Quale criterio ci consente di distinguere tra un dominio ragionevole ed uno irragionevole sulla natura? Il ripensamento dell’indissolubilità del nesso corpo-persona, e dell’imperativo kantiano, che impone di non considerare mai l’umanità solo come messo, aiutano a trovare una misura che appare smarrita. Ma è possibile applicare l’imperativo kantiano a tutti i soggetti coinvolti nella FIVET? Attraverso una discussione con le tesi della bioetica laica, si evidenzia come quell’imperativo vada inteso, non solo a tutela del diritto dei genitori al consenso libero e informato, ma anche a tutela dell’embrione. Al di là delle distinzioni strumentali tra pre-embrione ed embrione, e al di là della diversità di opinioni se l’embrione si o no persona, sta la certezza che l’embrione è un essere umano, certezza che impone di rispettarlo “come uno di noi”.
Nel confronto con tale imperativo il desiderio di maternità trova un limite che è spesso dimenticato. Iscritto nella sfera intima, inviolabile della corporeità, il desiderio di maternità sembra regolato solo dal principio di autonomia, che su quella sfera domina. Occorre però ripensare il principio di autonomia e il modio in cui intendiamo la nostra corporeità. Rifletto come nomos che si dà un autos che è corpo/persona, il principio di autonomia trova il limite della mia indipendenza non solo nella non interferenza con gli altri, ma nella legge iscritta nella stessa corporeità, cioè nella difesa della vita, mia e altrui. È lo stesso desiderio di maternità a guidarci in questa rilettura del principio di autonomia: iscritto nel corpo, tale desiderio va oltre il corpo proprio, aprendosi alla corporeità dell’altro perché un terzo abbia vita. Di fronte alla rivendicazione dell’autonomia del procreare si leva la voce della responsabilità, da sempre insita nell’esser-madre: una voce che invita a tutelare la vita che chiamiamo al mondo sin dal suo primo apparire, e a vigilare perché le siano assicurati i diritti fondamentali dell’identità parentale e della famiglia. Inteso nella sua verità, non come desiderio di avere un figlio ma come desiderio di essere madre, il desiderio di maternità, trova in se stesso la propria regola, il correttivo a quel dilatarsi indefinito dei fini, quasi una “festa del desiderio” a cui la FIVET eterologa apre. Ciò significa imparare a cadenzare, o addirittura a fermare, il passo del desiderio, seguendo le voci antiche di Logos e Cura.

Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dan pemetaan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei sampai Juli 2016, di perairan Barru, Parepare dan Pinrang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi data citra satelit MODIS (Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer) bebas awan mencakup data level-1 dan level-2 dan data hasil tangkapan ikan pelagis di TPI (Tempat Pendaratan Ikan) Cempae yang diperoleh dari Dinas Perikanan dan Kelautan Kota Parepare serta data kegiatan penangkapan nelayan bagan perahu yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dan pengisian kusioner. Implementasi Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) di Kota Surabaya dan sekitarnya saat pandemi COVID-19 menyebabkan pembatasan berbagai aktivitas masyarakat dan moda transportasi yang sedikit berdampak pada kualitas udara khususnya emisi polutan PM10 ke atmosfer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji perubahan konsentrasi PM10 pada periode sebelum dan saat PSBB diterapkan, yaitu 27 Maret - 27 April 2020 dan 28 Mei – 28 Mei 2020 berturut-turut. Data konsentrasi PM10 dalam waktu jam-jaman serta data curah hujan, arah dan kecepatan angin harian pada periode tersebut digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Analisa statistik deskriptif, distribusi frekuensi, variasi waktu (diurnal, harian dan mingguan) dilakukan untuk mengetahui ukuran sebaran data dan kondisi konsentrasi PM10 pada waktu-waktu tersebut. Gambaran kondisi harian disajikan dalam bentuk kalender berdasarkan kategori Indeks Standar Pencemaran Udara (ISPU). Perubahan konsentrasi PM10 diuji dengan statistik U Mann Withney sebelum dan saat PSBB. Penelitian ini juga menganalisa dispersi dan dilusi polutan oleh variabel meteorologi (angin dan hujan) dengan plot windrose, PM10 polar plot, serta statistik korelasi dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan sebelum (~ 70 μg/m3) dan saat PSBB (~ 40 μg/m3) yang berarti konsentrasi PM10 menjadi berkurang atau kualitas udara membaik saat periode PSBB yang dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh faktor kecepatan angin (r=0.3).

The Autoregressive model is a time series univariate model for stationary models. In estimating parameters on this model can be done by several methods, namely yule-walker method, Least Square, and Maximum Likelihood. Each method has a different principle for estimating model parameters so that the results obtained will also be different. Based on this, in this study, the AR(1) model parameter estimation was estimated by generating data simulated 1000 times to see the performance of Yule-Walker, Least Square, and Maximum Likelihood methods. In addition, the comparison of these three methods is also done on ROA BPRS data that follows the AR(1) model. The results showed that the Maximum Likelihood method was able to provide mode results and comparison of the most suitable estimation results for simulation data and produce the smallest MAE values in the data in sample and MAPE, MSE, and MAE the smallest in the out sample data. These results show that the Maximum Likelihood method is the best method for modeling data that follows the AR(1) model.

Penangkapan berlebih dapat menyebabkan penurunan stok udang jerbung di Perairan Utara Jawa Tengah sehingga mengancam kelestariannya. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan penelitian tentang kajian biologi udang jerbung sebagai dasar pengelolaan perikanan udang di Perairan Utara Jawa Tengah. Penelitian dilakukan di tempat pendaratan udang di Cirebon dan Pemalang dari bulan April – Agustus 2015. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengkaji aspek biologi udang jerbung melalui pengamatan frekuensi panjang, hubungan panjang berat, faktor kondisi, nisbah kelamin, tingkat kematangan gonad, rata-rata panjang karapas udang matang gonad (Lm) dan rata-rata panjang karapas udang tertangkap (Lc). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, modus panjang karapas udang jantan dan betina sebesar 28 mm. Pertambahan panjang udang jantan dan betina, lebih cepat dari beratnya dengan tingkat kegemukan yang rendah. Nisbah kelamin seimbang pada bulan April-Mei dan tidak seimbang pada bulan Juli dan Agustus. Persentase tertinggi udang betina matang gonad yaitu pada bulan Mei sebesar 40,2 %. Nilai Lc sebesar 29,4 mmCL lebih rendah dari Lm sebesar 42,85 mmCL yang berarti rata-rata udang yang tertangkap merupakan udang yang belum matang gonad. Biological information of banana prawn as crucial for managing shrimp fishery in the northern waters of Central Java. The research aims to biological aspects of banana prawn. The study was conducted in landing site of prawn in Cirebon and Pemalang on April-August 2015. Length frequency, length weight relationship, Condition Factor, sex ratio, gonadal maturity, length at first capture (Lc) and length at first mature at gonad maturity (Lm) were determined. The results showed that the mode of carapace length was 28 mm. The growth of length (both male and female) were faster than the weight. The sex ratio was equal on April-Mei and unequal on July and August. The highest percentage of mature female was on May (40.2%) which indicates as spawning season. The length at first capture was 29.4 mmCL which was lower than length at first mature (42.85 mmCL). That finding implied that the average size of prawn being captured was immature prawns.

This article investigates the relationship between women’s fashion in Brunei Darussalam and the historical factors that influenced the evolution of the former in the 1960s, the 1970s, and the 1980s. By employing a qualitative visual analysis method, this study analyzed photographs of Brunei women published in the national newspaper Pelita Brunei from the 1960s to the 1980s. Document review and thematic coding analysis were employed to frame and examine the historical context within which Brunei women’s fashion experienced a significant spectrum of trends. The findings of this study indicate that the evolution of women’s fashion in the 1960s and 1970s was primarily due to a combination of domestic and external influences such as the growth of popular entertainment, education, government’s role, and, to a considerable extent, the societal expectation towards women and the Islamic resurgence in the Southeast Asian region. In comparison, in the 1980s, Brunei women’s fashion was characterized strongly by Islamic ideals due to the declaration of Melayu Islam Beraja (MIB) as the State Philosophy, concomitant to Brunei’s independence in 1984. Based on these findings, this article proposes some potential research directions that can be pursued by future research. Artikel ini menyelidiki hubungan antara busana wanita di Brunei Darussalam dan faktor-faktor sejarah yang memengaruhi evolusi gaya busana wanita di tahun 1960-an, 1970-an, dan 1980-an. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis visual kualitatif, penelitian ini menganalisis foto-foto perempuan Brunei yang dimuat di surat kabar nasional Pelita Brunei dari tahun 1960-an hingga 1980-an. Tinjauan dokumen dan analisis pengkodean tematik digunakan untuk membingkai dan memeriksa konteks historis di mana mode wanita Brunei mengalami spektrum tren yang signifikan. Perikanan pelagis di perairan Selat Bali telah diusahakan sejak lama. Data runtut tahun hasil tangkapan yang didaratkan cenderung berfluktuasi. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi spasial dan temporal karakteristik oseanografi, terkait dengan dengan dinamika perikanan pelagis di Selat Bali. Data parameter oseanografi meliputi suhu permukaan laut (SPL) dan klorofill-a (chl-a) yang diperoleh dari citra satelit penginderaan jauh Aqua/Terra MODIS, sedangkan data sumberdaya perikanan pelagis berupa hasil tangkapan/satuan upaya (Catch per Unit Effort, CPUE) ikan pelagis diperoleh dari Tempat Pendaratan Ikan (TPI) Pengambengan, Jembrana - Bali pada periode Januari 2007 hingga Desember 2015. Uji statistik regresi linear berganda digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh parameter oseanografi terhadap kondisi perubahan sumberdaya perikanan pelagis. Sebaran spasial SPL menunjukkan bahwa pada Mei hingga November suhu permukaan laut cenderung rendah serta tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara suhu di perairan pantai dan di laut lepas. Secara temporal terlihat bahwa suhu terendah terjadi pada musim timur yaitu pada Agustus 2007. Sebaran spasial chl-a menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan konsentrasi chl-a dimulai dari Mei hingga Oktober serta terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara chl-a perairan pantai dan laut lepas. Secara temporal terlihat bahwa konsentrasi chl-a tertinggi terjadi pada Oktober 2015. Faktor iklim yang merupakan faktor eksternal memberikan pengaruh terhadap perubahan konsentrasi chl-a pada lokasi penelitian. Faktor iklim tersebut adalah kecepatan angin dan kejadian El-Nino. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa perubahan parameter SPL dan chl-a secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perubahan CPUE ikan pelagis, namun secara parsial parameter chl-a memberikan pengaruh yang lebih signifikan dibandingkan dengan parameter SPL.Pelagic fisheries around Bali Strait have been exploited since decades. This study aims to determine the spatial and temporal conditions of oceanographic characteristics and how they relate to the dynamics of pelagic fisheries in the Bali Strait. The oceanographic parameter data consist of sea surface temperature (SST) and chlorophyll-a (chl-a) that obtained from Aqua / Terra MODIS remote sensing satellite imagery, while the dynamics of pelagic fish resource data indicated by Catch per Unit Effort (CPUE) derrived from landing place (TPI) Pengambengan, Jembrana - Bali in the period January 2007 to December 2015. Multiple linear regression analysis were applied to determine the effect of oceanographic parameters on the changing conditions of pelagic fishery resources. Spatial distribution of SPL indicates that in May to November sea surface temperature tends to be low and there is no significant difference between the temperature in coastal waters and on high seas. The temporal distribution shows that the lowest temperature occurred during the southeast monsoon in August 2007. The spatial distribution of chl-a showed that the chl-a concentration starts to increase from May to October and there were significant differences between chl-a coastal waters and high seas. The temporal distribution shows that the highest chl-a concentration occurred in October 2015. Climate factor which is an external factor has an effect on the change of chl-a concentration at the research location. Climatic factors are wind speed and El-Nino events. The result of the statistical analysis shows that the change of SPL and chl-a parameters together significantly influence on the CPUE of pelagic fish, but partially chl-a parameter gives highly significant effect than SST parameter.

Fishing ground atau zona penangkapan ikan adalah suatu kawasan perairan yang menjadi sasaran penangkapan ikan. Prediksi zona tangkapan ikan dapat dilakukan dengan cara mendeteksi sebaran klorofil-a dan sebaran suhu permukaan laut (SPL) dari citra Aqua MODIS. Penelitian ini bertujuan mempelajari perkiraan potensi daerah fishing ground pada variasi monsun di perairan Pulau Weh Kota Sabang dan hubungannya dengan kelimpahan ikan tongkol. Data SPL dan klorofil-a yang digunakan didapatkan dari citra MODIS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada monsun Barat-Peralihan I yang terjadi pada Bulan Desember, Januari, Februari, Maret, April, dan Mei merupakan musim dengan jumlah tangkapan ikan tinggi. Bulan Februari merupakan puncak tertinggi hasil tangkapan, dengan luas area tangkapan diprediksi mencapai 455,89 km2. Jumlah hasil tangkapan tongkol tertinggi ditemukan pada musim Barat dan kondisi ini bersamaan dengan tingginya konsentrasi klorofil-a dan rendahnya nilai SPL. Musim Timur-peralihan II yang terjadi pada Bulan Juni, Juli, Agustus, September, Oktober, dan November merupakan musim dengan tangkapan tongkol rendah. Bulan Juni memiliki hasil tangkapan ikan tongkol paling rendah, dan dari hasil prediksi penentuan daerah potensi fishing ground diperkirakan hanya mencapai 190,19 km2.. Lokasi prediksi fishing ground pada musim Barat-peralihan I dominan disebelah timur Pulau Weh, Provinsi Aceh dan sebaliknya pada musim Timur sampai peralihan II, lokasi fishing ground dominan di sebelah Barat Pulau Weh.

In an effort to maintain product quality, the writer tries to analyze every problem of reject burn, reject divert, organoleptic reject, and contaminated reject that exceeds the company standard of 0.50% based on histogram data for May 2018 - April 2019, it is found that organoleptic reject is the highest failure and the main problem is discussed using the fault tree analysis (FTA) method to analyze the root cause of failure, and the failure mode effect analysis (FMEA) method for weighting the severity, occurance and detection values in each of these three issues each problem is calculated to obtain a risk priority number (RPN) value ). From this data, it will be known that the root of the problem is the steam engine temperature value of 144 is the highest value of rpn, and the writer tries to give a proposal to improve the previous total reject 244,425 kg percentage 0.65% and after 69,284 kg percentage 0.36% with the cost before the total repair is Rp. 881,840,120 and after Rp.255,474,078 succeeded in reducing rejects below the standard while reducing costs for Rp.626,366,042.

Analisis Pengendalian Mutu Pada Proses Produksi Pembuatan Kecap Menggunakan Metode Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) dan Metode Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA). PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan industri yang menghasilkan produk kecap manis dan kecap asin untuk bumbu mie instant. Dalam upaya mempertahankan kualitas produk penulis berusaha untuk menganalisa setiap permasalahan reject gosong, reject divert, reject organoleptik, dan reject terkontaminasi yang melebihi standar perusahan 0,50% berdasarkan data histogram periode mei 2018 – april 2019 didapatkan reject organoleptik menjadi kegagalan tertinggi dan masalah utama yang dibahas dengan menggunakan metode fault tree analysis (FTA) untuk menganalisa akar penyebab kegagalan, dan metode failure mode effect analysis (FMEA) untuk pembobotan nilai severity, occurance dan detection di dalam ketiga hal tersebut setiap permasalah tersebut dihitung hingga mendapatkan nilai risk priority number (RPN). Dari data tersebut selanjutnya akan diketahui akar permasalahan tersebut adalah mesin steam suhu nilai 144 merupakan nilai rpn tertinggi, selanjutnta penulis mencoba memberikan usulan perbaikan sebelumnya total reject 244.425 kg persentase 0.65% dan sesudah 69.284 kg persentase 0.36% denga biaya sebelum perbaikan total Rp. 881.840.120 dan sesudah Rp.255.474.078 berhasil menurunkan reject dibawah standar sekaligus menurunkan biaya pengeluran sebesar Rp.626.366.042.

Salah salah satunya adalah dengan program peningkatan kapasitas pengajar yang akan melayani program kelas daring (online). Program peningkatan kapasitas pengajar ini dilakukan lewat pelatihan dan pendampingan online yang berlangsung dari bulan Mei hingga bulan Juni 2020. Hasil dari program ini adalah 16 pengajar yang siap dari segi ketrampilan dan pengetahuan untuk mengelola pembelajaran daring (online) serta sistem pengelolaan pembelajaran daring (Online Learning Management System) yang siap diterapkan. Introduction: Search for new compounds with a broad antitumor and antimetastatic potency due to multiple targeting remains important in medicinal chemistry, pharmacology and oncology. We report the efficacy of hybrid organotin agents bis-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenylthiolate) dimethyltin (Ме3) and (3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenylthiolate) triphenyltin (Ме5). Materials and methods: The compounds were administered to mice bearing the spontaneously metastatic epidermoid Lewis lung carcinoma (LLC). The efficacy of the treatment was evaluated by mean life span, percentage of tumor growth inhibition, number of lung metastases, frequency of metastasis, tumor weight 21 days after tumor cell inoculation, and a degree of lung damage according to the method of D. Tarin and J.E. Price. Results and discussion: For new organotin compounds containing an antioxidant protective fragment of 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol, moderate antitumor and pronounced antimetastatic effects were revealed in the Lewis model of epidermoid lung carcinoma; more active for Me5. Some features of the development of the process of metastasis were recorded with the introduction of various doses of hybrid organotin compounds. Conclusion: Substances Ме3 and Ме5 possess specific activity on the model under investigation, which allows one to suggest these organotins as promising series of antitumor and antimetastatic agents with multiple targeting mode of action.

Introduction: In modern medical chemistry, much attention is paid to the search for new antimetastatic agents based on metal compounds. Organotin compounds promise to be good candidates as the treatment of malignant neoplasms. In order to reduce a possible nonspecific toxic effect of tin compounds and to expand the intended therapeutic use, the paper presents hybrid tin (IV) complexes with Sn-S bond containing a fragment of 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol. The aim of the study was to evaluate the antitumor and antimetastatic effects of bis (3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenylthiolate) dimethylolol (Me3) and (3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenylthiolate) triphenylolol (Me5) in a model of transplanted melanoma tumor in B16 mice in classical and metronomic administration mode. Materials and methods: The efficacy of organotin compounds was studied in a model of a transplanted tumor with spontaneous metastasis of C57Bl/6 (female) melanoma B16 mice using the following indicators: average life expectancy, inhibition of tumor growth by weight, tumor mass, and metastasis inhibition index. Results and discussion: The most pronounced antimetastatic effect (54% and 36%) is achieved with a five-fold intraperitoneal injection of Me3 and Me5 at the total doses of 375 mg/kg and 250 mg/kg. The comparable results of the efficacy were obtained in the classical and metronomic modes of the injection of hybrid organotin compounds. With an increase in the injected dose, there is an effect of activating the tumor process with the generalized metastasis. Conclusion: Bis dimethylolol (Me3) and triphenylolol (Me5) compounds demonstrate both a pronounced antimetastatic activity and a multidirectional effect on the growth of the primary focus and the metastasis in lungs, depending on an injected dose.

Data curah hujan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data curah hujan bulanan di Kota Makassar dari tahun 1987-2016 di tiga stasiun yaitu Panaikang, Paotere, dan Biring Romang sebagai faktor endogen. Data ini diperoleh dari Balai Besar Meteorologi, Klimatologi, dan Geofisika (BBMKG) Wilayah IV Makassar. Pembentukan model VARX melalui beberapa tahap yaitu: uji stasioneritas, penentuan panjang lag optimal, uji kausalitas, diagnostik model, pembentukan model VARX dan peramalan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata puncak curah hujan di Kota Makassar terjadi di bulan Maret kemudian turun secara eksponensial. Pada bulan Mei peluang terjadinya hujan sangat sedikit. The purpose of this work was to estimate the degree of risk that might be associated with human exposure to low levels of the plasticizer di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (DEHP). DEHP is a common component, sometimes at high concentrations, of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastics and was recently reported by the National Toxicology Program (NTP) to be carcinogenic in rats and mice, inducing hepatocellular tumors in both species. This work was also designed to illustrate an approach to risk assessment that attempts to incorporate all available biological data. Based on the dose-response data generated by the NTP bioassays, we have performed extrapolations of risk to low dose levels using several procedures, including some that incorporate inferences from the available data that shed light on the likely relationship between dose level and risk at low dose levels. In drawing these inferences, consideration was given to such factors as genotoxicity, metabolism and pharmacokinetics, and physiological and biochemical effects of DEHP that might reveal its mechanism of action. The relative merits of each of the various risk estimates are described, based on current understanding of DEHP's mode of biological action. It is concluded that DEHP's mechanism of carcinogenicity in rodents most likely involves its ability to induce peroxisome proliferation and related enzymatic changes, although other mechanisms cannot be excluded. If humans and rodents are assumed to be at the same risk at the same daily dose level of DEHP, application of the various low dose extrapolation models leads to the prediction that the daily dose resulting in a lifetime risk of no more than 1 in 1 million would be between 1.5 and 791 mg/kg per day, with the most likely figure being 116 mg/kg per day. If the carcinogenicity of DEHP is dependent upon its pattern of metabolism, however, it would be inappropriate to extrapolate from rodents to man without qualification because of the major quantitative differences in metabolism in rats, mice, and primates, including man. One of the major differences in metabolism of DEHP between rats and mice and primates is in production of a metabolite whose level may be an indicator of the level of peroxisomal activity and, hence, if the peroxisome proliferation theory of DEHP carcinogenicity is correct, of carcinogenic risk. However, the substantial doubt that exists regarding the applicability of rodent carcinogenicity data to humans must be expressed in qualitative terms.

ABSTRACTThe development of novel antimicrobial agents is urgently required to curb the widespread emergence of multidrug-resistant bacteria like colistin-resistantPseudomonas aeruginosa. We previously synthesized a series of amphiphilic neamine derivatives active against bacterial membranes, among which 3′,6-di-O-[(2″-naphthyl)propyl]neamine (3′,6-di2NP), 3′,6-di-O-[(2″-naphthyl)butyl]neamine (3′,6-di2NB), and 3′,6-di-O-nonylneamine (3′,6-diNn) showed high levels of activity and low levels of cytotoxicity (L. Zimmermann et al., J. Med. Chem. 56:7691–7705, 2013). We have now further characterized the activity of these derivatives against colistin-resistantP. aeruginosaand studied their mode of action; specifically, we characterized their ability to interact with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and to alter the bacterial outer membrane (OM). The three amphiphilic neamine derivatives were active against clinical colistin-resistant strains (MICs, about 2 to 8 μg/ml), The most active one (3′,6-diNn) was bactericidal at its MIC and inhibited biofilm formation at 2-fold its MIC. They cooperatively bound to LPSs, increasing the outer membrane permeability. Grafting long and linear alkyl chains (nonyl) optimized binding to LPS and outer membrane permeabilization. The effects of amphiphilic neamine derivatives on LPS micelles suggest changes in the cross-bridging of lipopolysaccharides and disordering in the hydrophobic core of the micelles. The molecular shape of the 3′,6-dialkyl neamine derivatives induced by the nature of the grafted hydrophobic moieties (naphthylalkyl instead of alkyl) and the flexibility of the hydrophobic moiety are critical for their fluidifying effect and their ability to displace cations bridging LPS. Results from this work could be exploited for the development of new amphiphilic neamine derivatives active against colistin-resistantP. aeruginosa.

Dari penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa berdasarkan parameter NINO 3.4 SST Index dan Southern Oscillation Index (SOI) pada pertengahan Tahun 2015 hingga awal Tahun 2016 telah terjadi fenomana El Nino pada level kuat, adanya peningkatan suhu permukaan laut di sebagian besar wilayah Indonesia sejak Bulan November 2015 yang diikuti dengan penurunan indeks Dipole Mode hingga menjadi bernilai negatif (-) sejak awal Tahun 2016 serta dengan adanya peralihan Angin Muson Timur ke Angin Muson Barat di wilayah Indonesia telah menyebabkan peningkatan curah hujan yang cukup signifikan dalam batas normal di wilayah Jabodetabek pada puncak musim hujan Tahun 2015/2016 (November 2015 - Februari 2016) walaupun pada Bulan November 2015 hingga Februari 2016 tersebut masih berada pada level El Nino kuat. Latar belakang
Kejadian kasus COVID-19 pada bayi belum banyak dilaporkan dan mekanisme penularan terhadap bayi baru lahir masih belum jelas.
Tujuan
Melaporkan perbedaan karakteristik bayi baru lahir dari ibu terkait COVID-19 di RSUP Dr. Kariadi Semarang
Metode
Penelitian retrospektif dengan data sekunder catatan medik bayi baru lahir dari ibu terkait COVID-19 di RSUP dr Kariadi Semarang pada periode April-Mei 2020 dengan kelompok pembanding bayi baru lahir dari ibu tidak terkait COVID-19. Kriteria inklusi semua bayi lahir dari ibu terkait COVID-19 dirawat di rumah sakit dan dilakukan pemeriksaan PCR dengan spesimen swab nasofaring. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah usia kehamilan, jenis kelamin, berat lahir, cara persalinan, usia ibu dan jenis minum yang diberikan pada bayi. Dilakukan uji beda menggunakan uji chi square dan shapiro wilk. Analisis data menggunakan program komputer SPSS.
Hasil
Dari 46 sampel penelitian terdiri dari 23 bayi lahir dari ibu terkait COVID-19 dan 23 bayi lahir dari ibu tidak terkait COVID-19 dilakukan analisis dengan hasil tidak terdapat perbedaan bermakna dari usia kehamilan, berat lahir, cara persalinan dan usia ibu. Pada kelompok bayi lahir terkait COVID-19 mayoritas lahir dengan jenis kelamin perempuan (74%) dan jenis minum yang diberikan sekitar 86% dengan susu formula. Tidak ada bayi yang mendapat ASI eksklusif pada bayi yang lahir dari ibu terkait COVID-19. Semua bayi yang lahir dari ibu terkait COVID-19 didapatkan hasil swab nasofaring negatif dan tidak menunjukkan gejala apapun sampai dengan pulang.
Simpulan
Tidak didapatkan perbedaan karakteristik usia kehamilan, berat lahir, cara persalinan dan usia ibu. Terdapat perbedaan karakteristik jenis kelamin dan jenis minum yang diberikan pada kedua kelompok penelitian.

Background
The incidence of COVID-19 cases in newborn has not been widely reported and the mechanism of transmission to the newborn is unclear.
Objective
To report the characteristics of newborns from mothers related to COVID-19 at Kariadi Hospital Semarang.
Method
Retrospective study with secondary data on medical records of newborns from mothers related to COVID-19 at Kariadi Hospital in the April-May 2020 period with a comparison group of newborns from mothers not related to COVID-19. Criteria for inclusion of all infants born to mothers associated with COVID-19 were hospitalized and PCR examination carried out with nasopharyngeal swab specimens. Data collected were gestational age, sex, birth weight, mode of delivery, maternal age and type of dietary given to the baby. Analysis tests were performed using chi square test and Shapiro Wilk. Result
Of the 46 study samples consisting of 23 babies born to mothers related to COVID-19 and 23 babies born to mothers not related to COVID-19 were analyzed with the results that there were no significant differences in gestational age, birth weight, mode of delivery and maternal age. In the group of babies born with COVID-19 the majority were born with a female sex (74%) and the type of dietary given was around 86% with formula milk. No baby gets exclusive breastfeeding for babies born to mothers related to COVID-19. All babies born to mothers related to COVID-19 obtained negative nasopharyngeal swab results and did not show any symptoms until discharge.
Conclusion
There were no differences in the characteristics of gestational age, birth weight, mode of delivery and maternal age. There were differences in the characteristics of the sexes and types of dietary given in the two study groups.

Samudera Hindia di sebelah Selatan Jawa merupakan salah satu habitat penting bagi ikan pelagis jenis tongkol komo (Euthynnus affinis). Keberadaan stok ikan di perairan ini sangat dipengaruhi oleh proses oseanografi yang berlangsung di daerah tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji aspek reproduksi dan dugaan musim pemijahan tongkol komo di selatan Jawa berdasarkan monsun dan suhu permukaan laut (SPL). Sebanyak 152 ekor contoh ikan dan gonad diperoleh dari 3 lokasi pendaratan ikan yaitu Palabuhanratu, Sendang Biru dan Tanjung Luar pada tahun 2013. Analisa sampel gonad dilakukan tahun 2014 di Laboratorium Biologi, Balai Riset Perikanan Laut. Data Suhu Permukaan Laut (SPL) diunduh dari Citra Satelit Aqua MODIS level-3, situs resmi NASA tahun 2012-2013. Hubungan antar parameter dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan musim pemijahan berlangsung antara Mei-Oktober bersamaan dengan musim timur sampai dengan musim peralihan II, dimana durasi di perairan selatan Jawa lebih panjang dibandingkan dengan perairan lainnya. Fase matang gonad (Tingkat Kematangan Gonad IV) betina sebanyak 55% dan gonad jantan sebanyak 40% diperoleh pada bulan Juli. Berikutnya, pada bulan Oktober sekitar 11% sampel gonad ikan betina sudah memijah (spent). Fekunditas tertinggi dan diameter telur terbesar sebagai indikator pemijahan, ditemukan pada Musim Timur dan Musim Peralihan II, bersamaan dengan terjadinya upwelling di perairan selatan Jawa yang ditandai dengan nilai sebaran suhu permukaan laut (SPL) rendah. Terdapat kesamaan waktu antara puncak musim pemijahan dengan puncak musim penangkapan ikan tongkol komo di perairan selatan Jawa.Indian Ocean South off Java-Nusa Tenggara as an important habitat of pelagic fish, kawa-kawa (Euthynnus affinis). The fish stocks in those areas affected by oceanographical prosessed. This study aimed to analyze the reproduction aspects and spawning prediction of kawakawa and its relation with monsoon and sea surface temperature (SST) conditions. Gonad samples were obtained from 3 fish landing sites at Palabuhanratu, Sendang Biru and Tanjung Luar in 2013. Analysis of 152 fishes and gonad samples were conducted in 2014 at Biology Laboratory of Research Institute for Marine Fisheries. SST data was taken from Aqua MODIS satellite imagery level 3 (2012-2013), downloaded from the NASA website. The analysis is done descriptively. The results showed that spawning season of kawakawa occurs in May-October (east monsoon to transitional monsoon II), its duration was longer than in other waters. Based on the gonad maturity stages, gonad mature (stage IV) found to be dominant in July (east monsoon), which is 55% female and 40% of male gonad samples. Based on the GSI value, spawning peak season occurred in September (transitional monsoon II) and a month later (October) about 11% of female fish gonad samples showed an indication of spawning (spent). The highest fecundity with the largest egg dimater range as spawning indicator was found in east monsoon to transitional monsoon II. Spawning season of kawakawa occurs along with upwelling events in these waters, with lowest SST. The peak of the spawning season and the fishing season was happened in the same time

Alzheimer’s disease is an emerging health disorder associated with cognitive decline and memory loss. In this study, six curcumin analogs (1a–1f) were synthesized and screened for in vitro cholinesterase inhibitory potential. On the basis of promising results, they were further investigated for in vivo analysis using elevated plus maze (EPM), Y-maze, and novel object recognition (NOR) behavioral models. The binding mode of the synthesized compounds with the active sites of cholinesterases, and the involvement of the cholinergic system in brain hippocampus was determined. The synthesized curcumin analog 1d (p < 0.001, n = 6), and 1c (p < 0.01, n = 6) showed promising results by decreasing retention time in EPM, significantly increasing % SAP in Y-maze, while significantly (p < 0.001) enhancing the % discrimination index (DI) and the time exploring the novel objects in NORT mice behavioral models. A molecular docking study using MOE software was used for validation of the inhibition of cholinesterase(s). It has been indicated from the current research work that the synthesized curcumin analogs enhanced memory functions in mice models and could be used as valuable therapeutic molecules against neurodegenerative disorders. To determine their exact mechanism of action, further studies are suggested.

Abstract Introduction Fat is a metabolic fuel, but excess body fat is ballast mass, and therefore, many elite athletes reduce body fat to dangerously low levels. Uncompressed subcutaneous adipose tissue (SAT) thickness measured by brightness-mode ultrasound (US) provides an estimate of body fat content. Methods The accuracy for determining tissue borders is about 0.1–0.2 mm and reliability (experienced measurers) was within ± 1.4 mm (95% limit of agreement, LOA). We present here inter- and intra-measurer scores of three experienced US measurers from each of the centres C1 and C2, and of three novice measurers from each of the centres C3–C5. Each of the five centres measured 16 competitive adult athletes of national or international level, except for one centre where the number was 12. The following sports were included: artistic gymnastics, judo, pentathlon, power lifting, rowing, kayak, soccer, tennis, rugby, basketball, field hockey, water polo, volleyball, American football, triathlon, swimming, cycling, long-distance running, mid-distance running, hurdles, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, and ice hockey. SAT contour was detected semi-automatically: typically, 100 thicknesses of SAT at a given site (i.e., in a given image), with and without fibrous structures, were measured. Results At SAT thickness sums DI (of eight standardised sites) between 6.0 and 70.0 mm, the LOA of experienced measurers was 1.2 mm, and the intra-class correlation coefficient ICC was 0.998; novice measurers: 3.1 mm and 0.988. Intra-measurer differences were similar. The median DI value of all 39 female participants was 51 mm (11% fibrous structures) compared to 17 mm (18%) in the 37 male participants. Discussion DI measurement accuracy and precision enables detection of fat mass changes of approximately 0.2 kg. Such reliability has not been reached with any other method. Although females’ median body mass index and mass index were lower than those of males, females’ median DI was three times higher, and their percentage of fibrous structures was lower. The standardised US method provides a highly accurate and reliable tool for measuring SAT and thus changes in body fat, but training of measurers is important.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model problem based learning (PBL) menggunakan mind maple untuk mengningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi termokimia. Metode penelitian adalah metode eksperimen semu (quasi eksperimen) yang populasinya seluruh siswa kelas XI-MIA di SMA Negeri 15 Medan. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 64 siswa yang ditentukan secara random sampling. Sampel tersebut terdiri dari 2 kelas yaitu, kelas eksperimen (siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan mode PBL tanpa media dan kelas kontrol (siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model PBL dengan mind maple). Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa tes tertulis pilihan berganda untuk mengukur hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dari nilai KKM pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 2,55 dan penurunan hasil belajar siswa dari nilai KKM pada kelas kontrol sebesar 0,80. Terdapat pengaruh model problem based learning (PBL) menggunakan mind maple untuk mengningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi termokimia dengan taraf signifikansi 0,021 0,05.

My collaboration with Massimo Campanini developed around our common interests in the classics of Islamic thought, but with very different approaches, since I am more oriented towards studying the effects and developments they produced on medieval and modern Western thought through a practice of translation that was often creative in terms of inaccuracy – so the opposite of what had been done with respect to Plato and Aristotle.The same Averroes-Ibn Rushd is a fine example of name distortion, and the very formation of his work and the ways in which it was transmitted to the Jewish and Christian world are singular testimonies to the ambiguous outcomes of this translation process. I try to show how the reading of De substantia orbis in the Middle Ages and the Renaissance stimulated not only the rejection of creationism but also pantheistic beliefs, while the famous thesis on the material intellect exposed in the Commentarium Magnum to Aristotle’s De anima stimulated many variants of monopsychism, from Spinoza to Marx and the more recent post-structuralist literature.
