Abstract:
The article describes organizational principles of the mobile hardware-informational system based on the multifactorial neuro-electrostimulation device. The system is implemented with two blocks: the first block forms the spatially distributed field of low-frequency monopolar current pulses between two multielement electrodes in the neck region. Functions of the second block, specialized control interface, are performed by a smartphone. Information is exchanged between two blocks through a telemetric channel. The mobile hardware-informational system allows to remotely change the structure of the current pulses field, to control its biotropic characteristics and to change the targets of the stimulation. Moreover, it provides patient data collection and processing, as well as access to the specialized databases. The basic circuit solutions for the neuro-electrostimulation device, implemented by means of microcontroller and elements of high-level hardware integration, are described. The prospects of artificial intelligence and machine learning application for treatment process management are discussed.

Abstract:
The value of large amount of location-based mobile data has received wide attention in many research fields including human behavior analysis, urban transportation planning, and various location-based services. Nowadays, both scientific and industrial communities are encouraged to collect as much location-based mobile data as possible, which brings two challenges: (1) how to efficiently process the queries of big location-based mobile data and (2) how to reduce the cost of storage services, because it is too expensive to store several exact data replicas for fault-tolerance. So far, several dedicated storage systems have been proposed to address these issues. However, they do not work well when the ranges of queries vary widely. In this work, we design a storage system based on diverse replica scheme which not only can improve the query processing efficiency but also can reduce the cost of storage space. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first work to investigate the data storage and processing in the context of big location-based mobile data. Specifically, we conduct in-depth theoretical and empirical analysis of the trade-offs between different spatial-temporal partitioning and data encoding schemes. Moreover, we propose an effective approach to select an appropriate set of diverse replicas, which is optimized for the expected query loads while conforming to the given storage space budget. The experiment results show that using diverse replicas can significantly improve the overall query performance and the proposed algorithms for the replica selection problem are both effective and efficient.

Abstract:
Purpose – In today’s complicated and competitive business environment, companies commonly use enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to integrate management information and enhance efficiency. In recent years, due to the development of cloud computing and portable devices, a new mobility era is starting. The popularity of smartphones and tablet computers has changed the behavior of mobile-phone users and enhanced the rapid development of mobile commerce. ERP companies have discovered this trend and want to provide more convenient services and develop more integrated functions for their ERP systems in which practitioners can operate and access company information through various mobile devices anywhere, anytime. However, mobile ERP is still in the development stage. On the whole there has been relatively little research into the framework and system implementation of mobile ERP until recently. The purpose of this paper is to propose a mobile ERP framework for the sales function in an ERP system. The authors also design a mobile type sales application based on an android-based mobile device. In addition, the authors provide sale practitioners and supervisors with a more convenient and rapider service interface in which they can quickly respond to customers’ needs. Design/methodology/approach – The authors develop a mobile ERP framework taking into account the requirements of sales and distribution modules. The proposed framework can directly access the ERP system and perform more efficiently than a web service-based framework since middleware services are not involved. Findings – For the purposes of demonstrating the efficiency of the proposed mobile ERP system, the authors examine three scenarios which are commonly used in world-wide integrated circuit (IC) design companies. In this kind of company, salespersons travel to various cities and collect sales information. The three various scenarios include: (A) sales order creation; (B) order status inquiry; (C) order modification. The results of simulation show that the mobile ERP system indeed enhances the efficiency of processing operations in sales and distribution modules, particularly for salespersons visiting outside offices and traveling world-wide. Research limitations/implications – The authors investigate and propose a mobile ERP framework for a world-wide ERP system company, SAP, which is a research limitation in the paper, since SAP ERP system is not installed for all companies. In addition, from this investigation, two possible concerns might be useful in further research. The first involves other modules may be included in the proposed mobile ERP framework. The second is the need to integrate other useful analysis systems, such as business intelligence, for a more complete mobile ERP system. Practical implications – To demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed mobile ERP system, three various scenarios which are commonly used in world-wide IC design companies are considered. In addition, the comparisons of the typical procedures in terms of average processing time for existing ERP systems and the proposed mobile ERP system are provided. The simulation times finding show that the mobile ERP system indeed enhances the efficiency of processing operations in sales and distribution modules, particularly for the salespersons visiting outside offices and traveling world-wide. Social implications – The popularity of smartphones and tablet computers has changed the behavior of mobile-phone users and enhanced the rapid development of mobile commerce. Mobile ERP systems can provide more up-to-date information than typical ERP systems involving order-tracking, real-time stock quantity checking, and sales order creations since salespersons still can access or update their collected information wherever they are world-wide. The contributions of this paper have a great impact on behavior changes of mobile-phone users. It can enhance efficiency and quality of life for users. Originality/value – In the paper, the authors propose a mobile ERP framework for the sales function which can provide sale practitioners and supervisors a more convenient and rapider service interface in which they can quickly respond to customers’ needs. The proposed framework of mobile ERP perform more efficiently than typical ERP systems and a web service-based framework since middleware services are not involved.

Abstract:
This paper describes the development of an algorithm robotic plug-in of a charging system for mobile platform. In the first chapter, there is a short overview of possibilities of automatic plug-in system, including proprietary industrial solution. In the main part, there is a description of the system based on UR robot with build-in force torque sensors and Intel RealSense Camera. This camera combines IR depth lens with regular RGB camera and six DOF inertial sensor, which is used in our application too. The conventional solution of this problem is usually based on RGB image processing in various state of the art, from simple pattern matching, neural network, or genetic algorithm to complex AI solution. The quality of the solution mostly depends on robustness of image processing. In our cases, we use simple sensor fusion. Thanks to multiple information and constrain of values, we can assume, if the algorithm is proceeding successfully or not. The system uses the internal parameters of the robotic arm, e.g., end-effector position and orientation and force-torque information in tool center point. The next information is RGB camera image and camera depth image, and the inertial unit build in camera. The other important information is the location of the vehicle inlet on the mobile platform, where the shape of mobile platform is considered as a constrain for image processing. The system is validated only on a physical model with CCS type 2 plug and vehicle inlet, because the mobile platform is under construction by another team.

Abstract:
This paper describes the architecture of using the Mobile Agent and ACID (Atomicity, Consistency, Isolation and Durability) in Mobile e-Learning (mLearning). In the coming years, there will be an incremental amount of mobile learning experiments for the purpose of implementing mobile ICTs into mainstream education. In this article, the Replication Agent and Snapshot Agent architecture is proposed as an effective way to overcome the problem of heavy loading on the limited bandwidth used in wireless transmission for mobile learning environment merge replication process. The implementation of mobile agents as middleware for mLearning environment is to provide database replication between learners and off-site database e.g., Knowledge Management Centre's (KMC) databases using handheld devices. The approach using the combination of both these agents plays an important role in wireless transmission. It provides an intelligent solution to the limitation of the wireless bandwidth by lowering the bandwidth taken up during the bursts of mobile transactions. In this proposed technique, a mLearning database is determined as a Snapshot publisher where a compact edition of files and information is generated at the snapshot location which resides on the central database server. Learners may retrieve quick bursts of information through mobile applications wirelessly. The Replication Agent offers the flexibility to move from one site (user) to another (central database) for essential data synchronization. In order to provide learners with appropriate courses, a prototype on mLearning platform supporting three-layered structure and device adapting was put forward. The architecture of the platform discussed in this study as the mobile agent approach would facilitate more widespread use of mLearning, including in courses discussions between learners and academicians.

Abstract:
The present contribution focuses on the estimation of the Cartesian kinematic jerk of the hips’ orientation during a full three-dimensional movement in the context of enabling eHealth applications of advanced mathematical signal analysis. The kinematic jerk index is estimated on the basis of gyroscopic signals acquired offline through a smartphone. A specific free mobile application is used to acquire the gyroscopic signals and to transmit them to a personal computer through a wireless network. The personal computer elaborates the acquired data and returns the kinematic jerk index associated with a motor task. Abstract:
As network information resources grew in size, it was most efficient to process queries and updates at the site where the data was located. The processing accomplished by a traditional client-server network interface constrained the client to the set of queries supported by the server, or required the server to send all data to the client for processing. The former was inflexible and the latter was inefficient. Mobile agents support the movement of the client computation to the location of the remote resource. It has the potential to be flexible and efficient. Mobile agents are capable of suspending their execution, transporting themselves to another host on a network, and resuming execution from the point at which they were suspended. Mobile agents consume fewer network resources and support systems that do not have permanent network connections, such as mobile computers and personal digital assistants. This work described a prototype java based mobile agent environment for the development and deployment of mobile agent applications. The prototype called SIMMAS allowed programmer-developed applications to inherit mobility.

Abstract:
The relevance of the work lies in the application of universal image processing for further verification of data. The use of pattern recognition makes it possible to quickly identify errors in the manual entry of various information. The object of the research is business processes aimed at detailed monitoring and metering of electric power of IDGC of Center and Volga Region, PJSC, Udmurtenergo branch. Subject of research - the principles of design and practical application of the intellectual system in the enterprise. The aim of the work is to increase the level of reliability of commercial accounting of electricity. Development of the Intellectual Information System for Electric Power Metering (IISEPM) by applying the data collection terminals has been proposed in order to solve the problem of mobile electricity metering. The implementation of IISEPM will reduce commercial losses and improve the observability and controllability of the power grid infrastructure. For enterprises, which activities are aimed at providing services for the electricity transmission to a large number of consumers, it is important to have an accurate idea of the number of the provided services. In the modern conditions, it is possible to automate the process of collecting information, so that in the future it will be possible to verify the received data in a single processing center. Taking readings from metering devices is a necessary monthly procedure. The traditional way is that the consumer writes down the meter readings on paper, and then also manually calculates the amount of energy spent per month. The next step for the consumer is to transfer the readings taken from the power sales company, where employees record the meter readings and then also manually calculates the amount of energy spent per month. The next step for the consumer is to transfer the readings taken from the power sales company, where employees record the meter readings in the database. The user has the right to transfer data remotely by logging into his personal account on the company’s website. The power supply company, having received the consumer’s data, calculates the cost of the electricity consumed at a certain tariff and notifies the consumer about it, sending him a receipt of payment. Automation will reduce the amount of paper media. The human factor will also be excluded, which will increase the accuracy of the calculated energy consumption and, therefore, the inadmissibility of emergency situations will be achieved. Index Terms—convolutional neural network, data collection terminal, information-analytical complex, intelligent information mobile system, mobile energy accounting, pattern recognition, service-oriented architecture, Viola-Jones method.

Context information consumed and produced by the applications on mobile devices needs to be represented, disseminated, processed and consumed by numerous components in a context-aware system. Significant amounts of context consumption, production and processing takes place on mobile devices and there is limited or no support for collaborative modelling, persistence and processing between device-Cloud ecosystems. In this paper we propose an environment for context processing in a Cloud-based distributed infrastructure that offloads complex context processing from the applications on mobile devices. An experimental analysis of complexity based context-processing categories has been carried out to establish the processing-load boundary. The results demonstrate that the proposed collaborative infrastructure provides significant performance and energy conservation benefits for mobile devices and applications.

Abstract. The industrial and academic interest of the research on mobile service recommendation systems based on a wide range of potential applications has significantly increased, owing to the rapid progress of mobile technologies. These systems aim to recommend the right product, service or information to the right mobile users at anytime and anywhere. In smart cities, recommending such services becomes more interesting but also more challenging due to the wide range of information that can be obtained on the user and his surrounding. This quantity and variety of information create problems in terms of processing as well as the problem of choosing the right information to use to offer services. We consider that to provide personalized mobile services in a smart city and know which information is relevant for the recommendation process, identifying and understanding the context of the mobile user is the key. This paper aims to address the issue of recommending personalized mobile services in smart cities by considering two steps: defining the context of the mobile user and designing an architecture of a system that can collect and process context data. Firstly, we propose an UML-based context model to show the contextual parameters to consider in recommending mobile services in a smart city. The model is based on three main classes from which others are divided: the user, his device and the environment. Secondly, we describe a general architecture based on the proposed context model for the collection and processing of context data.

Abstract:
Purpose of research. The article deals with the adaptation of the algorithm of the extended Kalman filter for the integration of data from sensors of physical values of a mobile robotMethods. Integration of data is the process of information (data) fusion for determination or prediction of the state of an object. Integration provides increased robustness of robot control and accuracy of machine perception of information. This process is similar to repeated experiments in order to determine in direct and/or indirect ways the value of a physical quantity with the required accuracy. In the control system of a mobile robot, the integration of sensor data is carried out by one or more computing devices (for example, processors or microcontrollers) [1-5].Results. Advances in digital signal processing and image processing are based on new algorithms, increasing the speed of data processing by computing devices and increasing the speed of access to data stored in storage (storage devices) and the capacity of the latter. Computing devices also perform averaging and filtering of signals of individual sensors and their further matching. The problem of sustainable integration and processing of information from different measuring devices can be solved with the help of the Kalman filter algorithm. The Kalman linear filter algorithm and, in particular, the extended Kalman filter algorithm perform a large amount of computation in the course of their work. In comparison with the linear Kalman filter, the extended Kalman filter significantly increases the requirements for the computing power of the onboard computer (computing device, computer) of amobile robot.Conclusion. The main effect of integration is to obtain fundamentally new information that cannot be obtained from individual sensors. This approach relieves data channels of large (excessive) data flows coming directly from the sensors, and reduces the requirements for computing power of the computing device of the upper level of the structure of the mobile robot control system.

Abstract:
Mobile robots designed for agricultural tasks need to deal with challenging outdoor unstructured environments that usually have dynamic and static obstacles. This assumption significantly limits the number of mapping, path planning, and navigation algorithms to be used in this application. As a representative case, the autonomous lawn mowing robot considered in this work is required to determine the working area and to detect obstacles simultaneously, which is a key feature for its working efficiency and safety. In this context, RGB-D cameras are the optimal solution, providing a scene image including depth data with a compromise between precision and sensor cost. For this reason, the obstacle detection effectiveness and precision depend significantly on the sensors used, and the information processing approach has an impact on the avoidance performance. The study presented in this work aims to determine the obstacle mapping accuracy considering both hardware- and information processing-related uncertainties. The proposed evaluation is based on artificial and real data to compute the accuracy-related performance metrics. The results show that the proposed image and depth data processing pipeline introduces an additional distortion of 38 cm.

Abstract— The high demand for tin mining commodities has pushed the development of mining product processing technology quite significantly. However, the more difficult it is to obtain available reserves and the lower the processed Tin content, the lower the selling value. One of the tools that can be used to get good quality tin with fine grains according to its level is a rocking table. Currently, the processing of data from the processing of Tin ore using a rocking table has not been carried out optimally. This situation causes the monitoring system and optimization of the use of the rocking table to not be implemented properly. The formulation of the problme is using a mobile-based data collection system . So that the data obtained can be used as the basis for optimizing the use of the existing rocking table in each mining unit as well as increasing the ease of access to recheck on land production, especially from processing rocking table tools. Collecting precise as-built data is essential for tracking construction progress. Three-dimensional models generated from such data capture the as-is conditions of the structures, providing valuable information for monitoring existing infrastructure over time. As-built data can be acquired using a wide range of remote sensing technologies, among which mobile LiDAR is gaining increasing attention due to its ability to collect high-resolution data over a relatively large area in a short time. The quality of mobile LiDAR data depends not only on the grade of onboard LiDAR scanners but also on the accuracy of direct georeferencing information and system calibration. Consequently, millimeter-level accuracy is difficult to achieve. In this study, the performance of mapping-grade and surveying-grade mobile LiDAR systems for bridge monitoring is evaluated against static laser scanners. Field surveys were conducted over a concrete bridge where grinding was required to achieve desired smoothness. A semi-automated, feature-based fine registration strategy is proposed to compensate for the impact of georeferencing and system calibration errors on mobile LiDAR data. Bridge deck thickness is evaluated using surface segments to minimize the impact of inherent noise in the point cloud. The results show that the two grades of mobile LiDAR delivered thickness estimates that are in agreement with those derived from static laser scanning in the 1 cm range. The mobile LiDAR data acquisition took roughly five minutes without having a significant impact on traffic, while the static laser scanning required more than three hours.

Abstract:
In recent years, with the rapid development of mobile communication technology, intelligent mobile terminal tendency is increasingly popular. People are stepping into the era of mobile networks. Information systems created for enterprise or individual gradually rely on mobile networks and mobile devices. Because the mobile network is often interrupted, data synchronization working on the mobile network is very difficult. We put forward a model of the data synchronization in mobile network. JSON and data compression with parallel processing are introduced into the model. Thus, the model has high efficiency. It was applied to a company's Warehouse Management System and solved the problem of data synchronization preferably.
