Abstract:
Currently, not all children that need speech therapy have access to a therapist. With the current international shortage of speech–language pathologists (SLPs), there is a demand for online tools to support SLPs with their daily tasks. Several online speech therapy (OST) systems have been designed and proposed in the literature; however, the implementation of these systems is lacking. The technical knowledge that is needed to use these programs is a challenge for SLPs. There has been limited effort to systematically identify, analyze and report the findings of prior studies. We provide the results of an extensive literature review of OST systems for childhood speech communication disorders. We systematically review OST systems that can be used in clinical settings or from home as part of a treatment program for children with speech communication disorders. Our search strategy found 4481 papers, of which 35 were identified as focusing on speech therapy programs for speech communication disorders. The features of these programs were examined, and the main findings are extracted and presented. Our analysis indicates that most systems which are designed mainly to support the SLPs adopt and use supervised machine learning approaches that are either desktop-based or mobile-phone-based applications. Our findings reveal that speech therapy systems can provide important benefits for childhood speech. A collaboration between computer programmers and SLPs can contribute to implementing useful automated programs, leading to more children having access to good speech therapy.

Abstract:
A mobile agent system is a special distributed system with moving programs in networks. Mobile agent systems provide a powerful and flexible paradigm for building high performance distributed systems. Due to dynamic configuration property, assuring quality of a mobile agent system is a challenge work. Formal specification and analysis of a mobile agent system provides one of the best approaches to ensure the correctness of a system design. However, it is difficult to find a formal specification tool for modeling a mobile agent system with an easy to understand and concise model. In addition, it is a challenge but also important work to provide an automatic formal analysis approach for verifying whether a system specification correctly meets certain requirements in a mobile agent system. In this paper, a framework for specification and analysis of mobile agent systems is defined. First, Predicate/Transition nets are extended with dynamic channels for modeling mobile agent systems. The formalism has the expressive power to naturally model the software architecture of a mobile agent system, and easily capture the properties especially the mobility, mobile communication and dynamic configuration of a mobile agent system. Then, model checking is instrumented to the framework for automatically verifying the correctness of the specification of a mobile agent system. In order to illustrate the capability of the formalism and the verification strategy, a medical image processing system using mobile agents is modeled using the extended Predicate/Transition nets and system properties are verified using the SPIN model checker.

Abstract:
Dance sports is an emerging sport that can not only exercise the body but also please the mind and body. Under the theoretical guidance of “lifelong sports” and “health first,” in recent years, sports dance courses have not only been introduced in ordinary colleges and universities in China, but the overall quality development of students has been greatly improved, and the call for quality education for the whole people has also been answered. In recent years, the rapid development of mobile communication systems around the world has greatly enhanced the communication services of developed and developing countries to various places. This paper studies the current situation of sports dance based on mobile communication and links the century-old sports dance project with modern mobile communication to promote Chinese sports dance education and summarize more practical experience and methods with reference value. This paper introduces the development of mobile communication technology in detail, focusing on improving the user experience and service quality of sports dance, and introducing the mobile communication network into the geographic grid to solve the problem of the association between the data attributes of the base station and the geographic space. In addition, this paper systematically investigates the current situation of sports dance in A district and designs a targeted questionnaire. On the basis of the analysis of the current situation, corresponding countermeasures and measures are put forward, aiming to provide reference for the development of sports dance and make a modest contribution to promoting the widespread development of national fitness movements and promoting social harmony and civilization progress in the region. The results of the survey show that the residents’ sports dance programs have obvious age characteristics, and 77% of the students are 10-20 years old and over 50 years old. In the investigation of the main restrictive factors of sports dance development, sports dance coaches and students both put the restrictive factor of the teaching staff in the first place.

Abstract:
AbstractTimed Concurrent Constraint Programming (tcc) is a declarative model for concurrency offering a logic for specifying reactive systems, i.e., systems that continuously interact with the environment. The universaltccformalism (utcc) is an extension oftccwith the ability to express mobility. Here mobility is understood as communication of private names as typically done for mobile systems and security protocols. In this paper we consider the denotational semantics fortcc, and extend it to a “collecting” semantics forutccbased on closure operators over sequences of constraints. Relying on this semantics, we formalize a general framework for data flow analyses oftccandutccprograms by abstract interpretation techniques. The concrete and abstract semantics that we propose are compositional, thus allowing us to reduce the complexity of data flow analyses. We show that our method is sound and parametric with respect to the abstract domain. Thus, different analyses can be performed by instantiating the framework. We illustrate how it is possible to reuse abstract domains previously defined for logic programming to perform, for instance, a groundness analysis fortccprograms. We show the applicability of this analysis in the context of reactive systems. Furthermore, we also make use of the abstract semantics to exhibit a secrecy flaw in a security protocol. We also show how it is possible to make an analysis which may show thattccprograms are suspension-free. This can be useful for several purposes, such as for optimizing compilation or for debugging.

Abstract:
In this paper, we propose a simulation application that allows an aerial vehicle to land autonomously on a moving platform in the presence of uncertainties and disturbances. We have tested our method with various speeds and positions for the landing platform. In the context of this article, the autonomous control of landing on mobile platforms consists in synchronizing the movement of an aerial vehicle with the movement of the mobile platform. As a first step, the Spacelab INCAS laboratory group has developed an offline simulation application that allows an ABB robot to receive information on the movement of a Stewart-type mobile platform in order to conduct a landing process. The application can initiate a landing process on the mobile platform and guide the vehicle for perfect docking on the platform. Offline simulation allows the study of several scenarios of a robot working cell - the mobile platform before setting up the production cell. The offline application has a distributed client-server structure. The client communicates with the server through specific communication protocols. The client and server can reside on the same computer. The client application is developed in the Matlab environment and has as object the simulation and programming of the PS-6TL-1500 platform; the server one simulates and programs an ABB 7600-500/2.55 robot that moves on the track, in the RAPID language under RobotStudio ABB simulator.

Abstract:
The Internet of Things (IoT) is a new revolution defined by heterogeneous devices made up of intelligent, omnipresent items that are all hooked up to The internet. These devices are frequently implemented in different areas to offer innovative programs in various industrial applications, including intelligent urban, medicine, and societies. Such Internet of Things (IoT) equipment generates a large volume of private and safety information. Because IoT systems are resource-constrained in terms of operation, memory, and communication capability, safeguarding accessibility to them is a difficult task. In the blockchain concept, the majority, or even all network nodes, check the validity and accuracy of exchanged data before accepting and recording it, whether this data is related to financial transactions, measurements of a sensor, or an authentication message. In evaluating the validity of exchanged data, nodes must reach a consensus in order to perform a special action, in which case the opportunity to enter and record transactions and unreliable interactions with the system is significantly reduced. Recently, in order to share and access management of IoT devices’ information with a distributed attitude, a new authentication protocol based on blockchain has been proposed, and it is claimed that this protocol satisfies user privacy while preserving security. Today’s identification and authentication techniques have substantial shortcomings due to rapidly growing prevalence and implementation. As a result, the protection of such gadgets is critical to guarantee the program’s efficacy and safety. A decentralized authentication and access control method for lightweight IoT systems are proposed in this work and a blockchain-based system that enables identification and secures messaging with IoT nodes. The technique is built on fog information systems and the idea of a blockchain system; when contrasted to something like a blockchain-based verification system, the testing findings show that the suggested mechanism outperforms it. The authentication and verification system undergoes using the blockchain technique. Our method takes advantage of blockchain’s inherent advantages while also associated with development authentication systems. Our suggested blockchain-based approach, structure, and layout, in particular, provide for transparency, consistency, and provenance while also providing tamper-proof records. The article describes the general systems architectural style and the analysis and execution of a real scenario as just a prototype system. The authentication included give as protected prototype that can transmit data with secured protocol and achieves minimum error rate.

Abstract:
E-health sustainable systems can be optimized by empowering patients in self-care programs through artificial intelligence ecosystems in which both doctors and patients interact in an agile way. This work proposes agent-based simulators as a mechanism for predicting the repercussions of certain self-care programs in certain patients for finding the most appropriate ones. In order to make this easy for both doctors and patients, mobile agents are used to configure an app for each patient, and this app provides the resources to each self-care program. Mobile agents include a machine-learning module for learning which programs are the most appropriate for each patient. This approach is illustrated with two agent-based simulators for respectively reducing negative emotions such as depression and controlling heart rate variability extreme values related to stress. The resulting app was evaluated with a group of users with the Usefulness, Satisfaction and Ease of use (USE) scale and obtained 73% in usefulness, 77% in satisfaction, and 68% in ease of use. Abstract:
Although there are several Software Development kits and Application Programming Interfaces for client-side location-based services development, they mostly involve the creation of self-referencing location-based services. Self-referencing location-based services include services such as geocoding, reverse geocoding, route management and navigation which focus on satisfying the location-based requirements of a single mobile device. There is a lack of open-source Software Development Kits for the development of client-side location-based services that are cross-referencing. Cross-referencing location-based services are designed for the sharing of location information amongst different entities on a given network. This project was undertaken to assemble, through incremental prototyping, a client-side Java Micro Edition location-based services Software Development Kit and a Mobicents location server to aid mobile network operators and developers alike in the quick creation of the transport and privacy protection of cross-referencing location-based applications on Session Initiation Protocol bearer networks. The privacy of the location information is protected using geolocation policies. Developers do not need to have an understanding of Session Initiation Protocol event signaling specifications or of the XML Configuration Access Protocol to use the tools that we put together. The developed tools are later consolidated using two sample applications, the friend-finder and child-tracker services. Developer guidelines are also provided, to aid in using the provided tools.

Abstract:
With the rapid development of wireless technologies, traditional mobile devices, such as pagers and cellular phones, have evolved from a purely communications and messaging-oriented medium to one that supports mobile data communication in general and acts as an application platform. As shown in a recent survey conducted by MDA, easy access to the present-day wireless Internet has resulted in mobile devices gaining more and more attention and popularity. The growth of and demand for mobile Web applications is expected to increase rapidly in the near future, as a range of software companies and mobile device manufacturers release increasingly accessible tools for creating mobile Web application and services. From a variety of possible development environments of this kind, the author has selected and examined two leading contenders, the J2ME and the Microsoft .NET mobile Web application development environments. This document reports the product life cycle of pilot mobile web applications, designed and implemented in each host environment in tum. A feature-by-feature investigation and comparison of the J2ME and .NET environments was carried out, covering the range of issues necessary for a complete mobile Web application development life cycle. The resulting analysis addresses features and efficiencies of the application development environment and the target deployment environment, the degree to which the resultant services are compatible on a variety of platforms, and the ease with which applications can be designed to be extensible. The thesis offers an objective evaluation of the J2ME and the .NET mobile development environments, which highlights their strengths and weaknesses, and suggests guidelines for designing, creating, and deploying high quality mobile Web applications. The research uncovers no clear winner across all categories assessed. J2ME currently favours situations in which bandwidth is limited and client side processing power is relatively sufficient, it exerts the processing power of mobile devices over distributed network environments. .NET requires a less constrained network throughput, but performs adequately on clients with more limited processing power, supports a more diverse target platform range, and offers a more efficient, in terms of development time, development environment. Both technologies are likely to receive significant user support for some time.

Abstract:
Mobile devices, such as smartphones and tablets, are becoming more popular everyday. This new devices class is constantly evolving on what concerns computing capabilities, allowing users to switch from larger computers to smaller mobile devices in several cases. Everyday new apps for these devices are developed and published in software repositories, enabling users to quickly install and benefit from new software. In order to deal with the multiple resource requests from different applications running in parallel, the operating system’s resource management design plays a key role. Most resource managers available to mobile phones are designed to maximize the performance of the system as a whole, not always taking into account the characteristics of the processes requiring resources in the application layer. This type of strategy can lead to cases where some applications experience longer latencies than desired while accessing resources, compromising the Quality of Service or system security. This work aims to offer a new resource management model for mobile devices, allowing the creation of rules that can prioritize the resource allocation for specific applications according to their needs. Also it implemented a proof of concept prototype version of this model, using the Android platform, confirming its viability.

Abstract:

The purpose with this essay is to examine the phenomenon SMS in TV. Partly by identify the communication process behind the phenomenon and partly by describing it in a editorial and technical point of view. We have analysed the communication process regarding scientific theories in communication, interaction and convergence. With a qualitive approach we have fulfilled four interviews and two small ethnographical field observations. Objects for the interviews and observations have been two Swedish produced debate-programs, broadcasted in TV; Diskus in TV4 and Debatt in SVT2. Our conclusions shows that the phenomenon SMS in TV provides the traditional one-way communicative medium TV a new opportunity to create a feedback-channel between the TV-viewer and the TV-producer. The main purpose with SMS in TV from a TV-producers point of view is to let the TV-viewer have the possibility to send a SMS-message with his or her thoughts or questions to the TV-producer and by that affect the TV-program. Our conclusions also describes how the phenomenon is used in a editorial way and how it’s produced and used in a technical point of view. Further discussions are made regarding problems connected to the phenomenon and it’s future possibilities.

ENGLISH ABSTRACT: Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) is a technological trend which individuals of all ages are embracing. BYOD involves an employee of an organisation using their own mobile devices to access their organisations network. Several incremental risks will arise as a result of adoption of a BYOD program by an organisation. The research aims to assist organisations to identify what incremental risks they could potentially encounter if they adopt a BYOD program and how they can use a framework like COBIT 5 in order to reduce the incremental risks to an acceptable level. By means of an extensive literature review the study revealed 50 incremental risks which arise as a result of the adoption of a BYOD program. COBIT 5 was identified as the most appropriate framework which could be used to map the incremental risks against. Possible safeguards were identified from the mapping process which would reduce the incremental risks to an acceptable level. It was identified that 13 of the 37 COBIT 5 processes were applicable for the study.

Abstract:
The foreign language teaching in Brazil has been subject of lots of discussions around the theoretical approaches and methodologies, which offer improvement to the learning process. The inclusion of the new technologies applied to the school context may support this process, once students since very early get in touch with such tools, what may make facilitate the teacher’s job. The arrival of the mobile devices (smartphones e tablets), with the instantaneous and ubiquitous into the classrooms it has shown itself as being an important pedagogical support, which makes the didactic contents more authentic, appealing and challenging. Abstract:
The Smart City program has become a step towards the development of digital space in the urban environment of megacities such as Moscow. Despite the global nature of the idea of the communicative-digital urban model, an attempt at a human-oriented approach remains. In the digital space, the function of anthropocentrism is assumed by interactive design that serves as an adaptation of the manifold urban environment. Design becomes a tool creating a person's comfort zone, implementing various urban socio-cultural scenarios interactively, taking into account the psycho-emotional state of a person. In the developed concept of WATT interactive application a person acts as an energetic and emotional "component" of the city. The product answers the goal of the design system of the sensual stratum of the environment, forming the concept of a Sensitive city and its important parameter: an indicator mood of the urban environment’s mood. The innovative character of the approach lies on the city aimed at the creation of an new energetical product - a tool that forms the eco-energy exchange between the resident and the city, results as an index of resident’s "happiness". The application becomes an example of the hybrid existence of urban environment, harmonizes the relationship between the digital field and the citizen: it supports the emotional and psychological state and offers various rehabilitation programs. This becomes especially relevant due to the need to neutralize the consequences of self-isolation after the pandemic.

Abstract:
The peculiarities of the application of computerized systems of wireless remote control of drives, which include single-board computers with Wi-Fi communication channels, are considered. The advantages and disadvantages of programming controllers for wireless control of drives of mobile devices using the Matlab environment are analyzed. The tasks of integrating the IDE programming environment for the most common single-board computers and the video interface to the Matlab environment are set. To assist programmers and developers in creating software for such devices, observation and control modules have been developed as a model for machine simulation and programming skills. Interfaces that ensure the implementation of Simulink graphical programming environment tools into the educational process are proposed. Using the example of creating and setting programs for remote wireless control of elements of robotic systems, including mobile devices for restorative medicine. This report presents a method of programming Arduino boards based on visual support of actions. The created model for visual representation of the operation of a robotic technical system with four degrees of freedom is considered. The clarity, simplicity and effectiveness of such interactive support have been demonstrated. This method is preferred because it does not require prior programming skills to write code to create complex tasks. The method is expected to lend itself well to teaching basic programming skills due to the visual elements offered. Further integration and experience of control program modules in Simulink will require the use of drop-down menus containing informational messages and links to examples. Simulation modeling and statistical evaluation will obviously become the basis for further improvement of the interface, which realizes the advantage of the board when programming using a Wi-Fi network. In addition, an important opportunity for collective problem solving opens up thanks to the transparency and convenience of teaching students programming and process modeling in the Matlab software environment.

Abstract:
XML is a markup language developed by the WWW Consortium. It has become a standard for data representation and exchanging over the Internet. This paper introduces the application of XML on a remote machine monitoring and fault diagnostic system through Internet and mobile communication, such as mobile phones and PDAs. The remote monitoring system takes XML as a core and uses it to encode diagnostic data. The capabilities provided by XML on Internet and mobile communication include the display of different contents in a XML file based on different requirements; the enquiry of current running conditions of an inspected machine via an Internet connected PC, or a mobile phone, or a PDA; the import of diagnostic data to a remote client program by using the XML based structure. Using XML makes all these capabilities become possible. Indeed, XML makes the sharing of data between different applications and the broadcasting of diagnostic data easier. It also uplifts the expandability and sustainability of the remote monitoring system.

Abstract:
Abstract This paper presents an overview of the ROSSINI project, illustrating its general objectives and how it places itself within the overall field of seismic risk-aware navigation systems. In particular, it describes the use of a sensor array for the integrated risk-aware navigation in industrial plants at risk of NaTech accidents. The integration of structural and environmental risks estimated and measured in different ways is presented as part of an integrated risk identification and evaluation (RIE) module. This module will be used along with a series of logic to combine and map the possible risks spatially within an industrial plant’s layout. It is seen how this information can then be used to not only compute the safest path to safety for a worker located within such a plant but also how mobile communications can be used to aid and guide them in different scenarios. All of this stems from the use of a sensor array network in a relatively novel way within this particular context. The paper discusses the progress to date and presents the ongoing results of a pilot case study application of the system to an industrial plant facility in Italy.

Abstract:
Swift changes in society, related to sciences technicians’ development, technologies, by the increase of general volume of information, pull out new requirements for maintenance, structure, and quality of education. It requires teachers to diversify a tool in the direction of the increase in possibilities of the use of mobile technologies and computer systems. Lately in the world, more attention spared to the use of mobile learning, which in obedience to «Recommendations of UNESCO on the questions of a policy in the area of mobile learning» foresees the use of mobile technology, both separate and together with other by informational computer technologies. [1]. Mobile learning allows using the open informational systems, global educational networks, unique digital resources which belong to different educational establishments and co-operate with each other. The use of existent educational resources and creation of own, based on the academic resources from informative space, allows to promote the interest of students to the study of physics, to take into account the individual features, and also features of region and framework of society of the country. During the last years in Ukraine competency-based approach to the organization of studies certainly one of basic. The new Education Act addresses the key competencies that every modern person needs for a successful life, including mathematical competence; competence in natural sciences, engineering, and technology; innovation; information and communication competence [2]. This further emphasizes the importance of providing students with quality physical education and the problems associated with it. Using mobile technology in professional teaching work, the teacher has the opportunity to implement the basic principles of the competence approach in teaching physics. An analysis of the data provided in the official reports of the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment showed that the number of students making an external independent assessment in physics and choosing a future profession related to physics has decreased significantly. This is due to the loss of students' interest in physics and the complexity of the content of the subject, as well as the increase in the amount of information that students need to absorb. In this article, we explore the possibilities of mobile technology as a means of teaching physics students and give our own experience of using mobile technology in the process of teaching physics (for example, the optics section in primary school).
