Abstract:

Abstract:

Abstract:

Abstract:
Her uygulamanın istediği izinler birbirinden farklıdır. Elde edilen 246 veriden 218’i araştırmaya dahil edilirken 28 anket geçersiz sayılmıştır.

Abstract:
Purpose Shifting to mobile-based banking transactions from physical banking transactions can be considered as a social distancing mechanism, which helps to prevent the spread of Covid-19 virus. As the spread of Covid-19 is expected to continue for long, the continued usage of mobile-based payment services as a strategy to maintain social distancing has to prevail. Hence, this study aims to propose an integrated framework of mobile payments adoption and its continuance intention by integrating health belief model (HBM) and expectation confirmation model (ECM) of information system continuance. Design/methodology/approach The subject of the study constitutes new adopters of mobile payments. A total of 654 respondents participated in the survey. The conceptual model was empirically validated using structural equation modeling and serial mediation analysis. Findings The study found that the HBM constructs, namely, perceived severity, perceived susceptibility and self-efficacy significantly influenced adoption/confirmation of mobile-based payment services. The continuance intention was significantly predicted by perceived usefulness and perceived satisfaction. Furthermore, the perceived health threat (comprising perceived severity and perceived susceptibility) indirectly affects continuance intention through confirmation, perceived usefulness and satisfaction. Practical implications There are short-term and long-term implications for the study. Short-term implications include triggering the HBM at policy levels, to adopt mobile payments/banking as a means of social distancing in the wake of the increasing threat of Covid-19 in India. Long-term implication for service providers is to convert adopters into loyal consumers by enhancing usefulness and satisfaction. Originality/value The study proposes a novel attempt to explain the adoption and continuance of mobile-based payment as a preventive health behavior to contain the spread of Covid-19 outbreak. The study proposes an integrated framework of HBM and ECM to explain pre-adoption and post-adoption behavior of consumers with respect to mobile-based payment services during Covid-19 context.

Abstract:
ObjectivesThe aim of this study was to describe the characteristics of hand-to-environmental contact (HEC) and to identify the factors influencing HEC behavior in Korean adults’ indoor daily life.MethodsThirty participants were enrolled from January 14 to February 12, 2018 after providing informed consent for being videotaped. Data were collected by recording their indoor daily lives for 2 hours, resulting in 4,732 HEC cases. To ensure the accuracy and reliability of the HEC readings, 3 training sessions were conducted for the videotape readers. Rereading and verifying randomly selected data ensured the validity of intra- and inter-reader readings.ResultsThe most frequent contact items were phones, papers, computer accessories, and furniture surfaces. The contact density (frequency-duration/min) was highest for category II (items occasionally shared by others, 56.8), followed in descending order by category I (items for individual use, 35.9), and category III (public use items, 3.4). Significant differences in contact density were found according to participants’ demographic characteristics.ConclusionAs mobile phones were the most frequent contact item, regular and strict mobile phone cleansing or disinfection strategies are needed, in addition to preventative measures taken for category II and III items. Avoiding sharing personal items with others, refraining from unnecessary HEC, and maintaining strict hand hygiene are recommended.

10022 Background: Patients with incurable cancer often experience marked anxiety that is associated with poor quality of life (QOL), high symptom burden, and complications with medical treatment. The aim of this study was to test the efficacy of a mobile app-based cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) intervention to treat anxiety symptoms in patients with incurable cancer. Methods: From 2/15 to 8/16, 145 patients with incurable cancers (e.g., advanced lung, breast, GI/GU, sarcoma, melanoma) who screened positive for at least mild anxiety symptoms (Hospital Anxiety & Depression Scale-Anxiety subscale, HADS-A > 7) were randomized 1:1 at two cancer centers to receive either the CBT mobile app for anxiety or a mobile health education program (control), delivered via tablet computers. The CBT app included 7 modules teaching skills to relax the body, reduce worry, stay present-focused, improve communication, and plan/pace activities, which patients completed over 12 weeks. To assess anxiety, mood, and QOL, we administered the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAM-A), Clinical Global Impression Scale (CGI), HADS, and Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-General at baseline and 12 weeks. General linear models were used to assess the effect of the intervention on patient outcomes over time. Results: The sample was predominantly female (73.8%) and white (91.7%), with a mean age of 56.45 ( SD= 11.30) years. Both study groups reported significant improvements in anxiety, depression, and QOL from baseline to post-assessment (all p-values≤002), with no differences in the improved outcomes between groups. Secondary analyses showed interaction effects on anxiety between the intervention and baseline HAM-A scores. Among patients with higher baseline anxiety, those randomized to the CBT app had greater improvements on the HAM-A ( p= .043), CGI ( p= .048), and HADS-A ( p= .001) compared to the health education control group. Conclusions: Patients with incurable cancer who received either a CBT mobile app intervention or mobile health education program reported improvements in anxiety, depression, and QOL. However, the CBT mobile app had better outcomes than health education for patients with higher baseline anxiety. Clinical trial information: NCT02286466.

Abstract:
IntroductionClinical assessment for depression, to date, has relied heavily on patients’ retrospective report, which is liable to recall bias.ObjectivesA number of mobile applications for ecological momentary assessment (EMA) of depressive disorder have been piloted, however, evidence regarding their validity and acceptance is limited.AimsIn this study, we examined the association between Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression (HAM-D) and EMA of depressive symptoms via a smartphone application and demonstrated the level and determinants of utilization.MethodsOur mobile phone application, iHOPE, would perform EMA of depression, anxiety, sleep and cognitive ability. Outpatients with depressive disorder were invited to use iHOPE for 8 weeks. Smartphone usage patterns and clinical characteristics were assessed.ResultsWe enrolled 59 outpatients with depression (38 [64.4%] women; mean [SD] age = 37.3 [13.9] years). In 8 weeks, participants interacted with iHOPE for an average of 10.8 (SD = 12.3) days; a trend of decreased frequency of use (P = 0.03) was observed. Scores of HAM-D at baseline was associated with, of the first 14 days, scores of PHQ-9 (P = 0.005), visual analogue scale of depression (P = 0.003) and anxiety.ConclusionsEMA via mobile technology appears to be valid and feasible for Asian patients with depression. Mobile health has a potential for the assessment of depressive disorder in areas with limited awareness and resource for mental health conditions.Disclosure of interestThe authors have not supplied their declaration of competing interest.

Abstract:
Flavocytochrome b2 (yeast l-lactate dehydrogenase) carries one FMN and one protohaem IX on each of its four subunits. The prosthetic groups are bound to separate domains, the haem domain (residues 1–99) and the flavin domain (residues 100–485), which interact for electron transfer between lactate-reduced FMN and haem b2; in vivo, the latter reduces cytochrome c. In the crystal structure, one haem domain out of two is mobile. Previously we have described a monoclonal antibody, raised against the tetramer, that only recognizes the native haem domain and prevents electron transfer between flavin and haem, while having no effect on flavin reduction by the substrate [Miles, Lederer and Lê (1998) Biochemistry 37, 3440–3448]. In order to understand the structural basis of the uncoupling between the domains, we proceeded to site-directed mutagenesis, so as to map the epitope on the surface of the haem domain. We analysed the effects of 14 mutations at 12 different positions, located mostly in the domain interface or at its edge; we also analysed the effect of replacing protohaem IX with its dimethyl ester. We used as criteria the antibody-mediated inhibition of cytochrome c reduction by flavocytochrome b2, competitive ELISA tests and surface plasmon resonance. We have thus defined a minimal epitope surface on the haem domain; it encompasses positions 63, 64, 65, 67, 69 and 70 and one or both haem propionates. When the haem and flavin domains are docked for electron transfer, the 65, 67 and 70 side chains, as well as the haem propionates, are excluded from solvent. The present results thus indicate that, when bound, the antibody acts as a wedge between the domains and constitutes a physical barrier to electron transfer.

Abstract:
It is known that mobile robot applications have a preponderant role in industrial and social environments and, more specifically, helping human beings in carrying out difficult tasks in hostile environments. From teleoperated systems to autonomous robots, there is a wide variety of possibilities requiring a high technological level. Many concepts such as perception, manipulator design, grasping, dynamic control, etc. are involved in the field of industrial mobile robots. In this context, human–robot interaction is one of the most widely studied topics over the last few years together with computer vision techniques and virtual reality tools. In all these technical fields, a common goal is pursued, i.e., robots to come closer to human skills. In this paper, first some important research projects and contributions on mobile robots in industrial environments are overviewed. Second, a proposal for classification of mobile robot architectures is described. Third, results achieved in two specific application areas of mobile robotics are reported. The first is related to the tele-operation of a mobile robot called ROGER by means of a TCP/IP network. The control system of the robot is built up as a distributed system, using distributed object oriented software, CORBA compatible. The second is related to the teleoperation of an underwater robot called GARBI. (Research project co-ordinated with the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (Prof. Josep Amat) and financed by the Spanish Government.) The utility of this kind of prototype is demonstrated in tasks such as welding applications in underwater environments, inspection of dammed walls, etc. Finally, an industrial project involving the use of intelligent autonomous robots is presented showing how the experience gained in robotics has been applied.

Abstract:
The main issue that occurs in battery powered applications in Mobile Ad Hoc networks (MANETs) is energy efficiency. Routing protocols are mainly based on energy related parameters which are used to extend the lifetime of networks. In most of the situations Shortest path routing protocols are used in MANETs which do not consider the energy awareness. Hence power failure of the nodes affect the life time of the network. In this paper we focus on Energy efficiency in Ad-hoc On Demand Distance Vector (AODV) and Dynamic Source Routing (DSR) protocol by using High Energy First (HEF) algorithm to overcome the shortcomings that occur in MANETs due to increase in node density. Simulations are performed using NS-2 and we have compared the performance of AODV and DSR using HEF with the performance of existing DSR and AODV to prove the maximization of lifetime of the network. Simulation results show that the proposed protocols with HEF are efficient than the existing protocols.

Abstract:
AbstractA highly sensitive, specific and rapid LC-ESI-MS/MS method has been developed and validated for the simultaneous quantification of bendamustine (BM) and γ-hydroxybendamustine (HBM) in small volume (20 µL) mice and dog plasma using phenacetin as an internal standard (IS) as per regulatory guidelines. Both the analytes and IS were extracted from mice and dog plasma using a liquid-liquid extraction method. Chromatography was achieved on Atlantis dC18 column using an isocratic mobile phase (0.2% formic acid:acetonitrile, 25:75) at a flow rate of 0.40 mL/min. The total chromatographic run time was 3.0 min and the elution of BM, HBM and IS occurred at ~1.2, 1.2 and 2.0 min, respectively. A linear response function was established 0.11–518 ng/mL for both the analytes in mice and dog plasma. The intra- and inter-day accuracy and precisions were in the range of 3.46–12.9 and 3.63–8.23%; 1.15–9.00 and 7.86–9.49% for BM and HBM, respectively in mice plasma and 2.15–6.49 and 1.73–13.1%; 4.35–13.9 and 4.33–10.5% for BM and HBM, respectively in dog plasma. This novel method has been applied to a pharmacokinetic study in mice and dogs.

AbstractObjective: The compatibility of four binary active substances combinations adapalene – levofloxacin (ADP-LFX), adapalene – miconazole nitrate (ADP-MCZ), levofloxacin – meloxicam (LFX-MLX) and levofloxacin – miconazole nitrate (LFX-MCZ) was analysed to be comprised in new transdermal therapeutic systems. Also, the compatibility of selected active substances and four polymeric excipients (hydroxypropyl methyl-cellulose - HPMC 15000, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose - HPMC E5, ethyl cellulose - EC 10, and hydroxyethyl cellulose – HEC) was studied. Methods: Thin layer chromatographic method (TLC) and four selected mobile phases were used. On the plate (in situ) were obtained the binary combinations (active substances and active substance-polymer).Results: A good compatibility of ADP-LFX was found using ammonia : methanol : acetonitrile : methylene chloride 2:4:1:4 mobile phase. Using chloroform : acetone : glacial acetic acid 34:4:3 on the chromatogram of ADP-MCZ, only ADP spots appeared but without changes in the shape of the spots and Rf values. Any modifications of LFX and MLX spots (from LFX-MLX mixture) had been observed using toluene : glacial acetic acid : methanol 11:1:0.5 mobile phase, although LFX spots have remained on the baseline. Only LFX spots were visible from LFX-MLX and LFX-MCZ mixtures (ammonia : methanol : acetonitrile : methylene chloride 2:4:1:4 mobile phase). Distinctive spots were observed for ADP, LFX and MLX with variable results from no chemical interactions to limited chemical interactions when the compatibility with polymers was verified. Conclusions: ADP-LFX and LFX-MLX mixtures were found to be compatible. ADP with HPMC polymers and LFX with HPMC E5 and HEC had presented excellent compatibility; for the other binary combinations, different analytical methods will be necessary.

Abstract:
Abstract Objectives The objective of this pilot study was to test the feasibility of implementing a mobile health intervention, “Nutricity,” within pediatric well-care and explore outcomes on child diet quality, child BMI and parental nutrition literacy. Methods Participants in this single-arm intervention pilot study were 18 parent-child dyads recruited from pediatric primary care before a scheduled well-care visit. Parents were English-speaking, identified as primary food decision-maker, had internet access at home, and owned a web-enabled device; children were 1–5 years old with unrestricted diets. Dyads were given three months’ access to Nutricity mobile tools during the child's well-care visit and were guided on use. Nutricity tools included a mobile formatted website to access instructional videos, games for kids, and quizzes for parents, and weekly text messages for nutrition goal setting. Content was focused on applying nutrition information at supermarkets, home, and restaurants. Feasibility was evaluated by % completion, parent likability survey, website usage, and % text responses logged. At baseline and three months, parent nutrition literacy (Nutrition Literacy Assessment Instrument, NLit); diet quality (2,24-hour diet recalls used to calculate a Healthy Eating Index, HEI – 2015 score), and BMI were collected with differences analyzed by paired t-tests. Results Of 18 dyads enrolled, 17 (94%) completed the study. Parents rated likability of the website and text messages as ‘good-excellent,’ reporting they applied ‘half-most’ of goals set through text-messaging. A common emergent theme was need for more individualized text messages. Mean response rate to text messages was 62%, and dyads logged an average of 43.7 minutes and 5.2 sessions on the website. Non-significant improvements were seen in parent NLit and overall child HEI scores, and no difference was seen in child BMI. However, HEI component scores improved for dairy by 1.2 points (P = .055) and seafood/plant proteins by 1.3 points (P = 0.046). Conclusions Delivering Nutricity via a pediatric well-care visit is feasible and demonstrated potential for improving child diet quality. A larger, adequately powered study is warranted. Abstract:
The spam detection is a big issue in mobile message communication due to which mobile message communication is insecure. In order to tackle this problem, an accurate and precise method is needed to detect the spam in mobile message communication. We proposed the applications of the machine learning-based spam detection method for accurate detection. In this technique, machine learning classifiers such as Logistic regression (LR), K-nearest neighbor (K-NN), and decision tree (DT) are used for classification of ham and spam messages in mobile device communication. The SMS spam collection data set is used for testing the method. The dataset is split into two categories for training and testing the research. The results of the experiments demonstrated that the classification performance of LR is high as compared with K-NN and DT, and the LR achieved a high accuracy of 99%. Additionally, the proposed method performance is good as compared with the existing state-of-the-art methods.

With shrinking resources such as financial and infrastructures, there is also a huge demand for the university to move forward and perform better in Research and Development (R&D) in each evaluation year. Key Performance Indicator (KPI) is an excellent tool to enculturate research in a Higher Education Institution (HEI). The culture must be built upon HEI’s strength and weaknesses. Hence, the right decision making tool must be develop to priorities different agendas such as QSWUR, THE, etc. Mobile platform provide an efficient way to engage with stakeholders particularly to measure HEI performance on R&D. There are three main activities involves for developing a decision support tool for measuring R&D impact in HEIs i.e. development of decision model using multi criteria decision making, dashboard prototype development including and UI/UX for mobile platform. This paper describe the importance of measuring the impact of R&D, prioritization technique and the process of prototype development. Abstract:
The role of remote sensing and human–environment interactions (HEI) research in social and environmental decision-making has steadily increased along with numerous technological and methodological advances in the global environmental change field. Given the growing inter- and trans-disciplinary nature of studies focused on understanding the human dimensions of global change (HDGC), the need for a synchronization of agendas is evident. We conduct a bibliometric assessment and review of the last two decades of peer-reviewed literature to ascertain what the trends and current directions of integrating remote sensing into HEI research have been and discuss emerging themes, challenges, and opportunities. Despite advances in applying remote sensing to understanding ever more complex HEI fields such as land use/land cover change and landscape degradation, agricultural dynamics, urban geography and ecology, natural hazards, water resources, epidemiology, or paleo HEIs, challenges remain in acquiring and leveraging accurately georeferenced social data and establishing transferable protocols for data integration. However, recent advances in micro-satellite, unmanned aerial systems (UASs), and sensor technology are opening new avenues of integration of remotely sensed data into HEI research at scales relevant for decision-making purposes that simultaneously catalyze developments in HDGC research. Emerging or underutilized methodologies and technologies such as thermal sensing, digital soil mapping, citizen science, UASs, cloud computing, mobile mapping, or the use of “humans as sensors” will continue to enhance the relevance of HEI research in achieving sustainable development goals and driving the science of HDGC further.

Abstract:
This paper summarizes the arguments and counterarguments within the scientific discussion on the marketing activities of blood service for over the last 20 years. The main purpose of the research is to understand the content and characteristics of existing research in the field of marketing in blood service to determine the direction of future research for both scientists and practitioners. Systematization of the literary sources and approaches for solving the problem of marketing in blood service indicates that a large amount of research in the field of marketing activities of blood service for the last 20 years requires a synthesis of existing research. The relevance of this scientific problem decision is that one of the criteria for the health level of the country’s population is the availability of a sufficient number of blood donors (Global, 2017). Moreover, marketing activities of blood service allow to attract and retain the required number of donors and receive from them a sufficient amount of blood and its components. Investigation of the topic of the marketing activities in the blood service in the paper is carried out in the following logical sequence: it was determined the influence of authors, journals, and articles about marketing in the blood service, studied and identified marketing clusters in the blood service, conducted the content analysis and presented the visualization of scientific literature on marketing activities in the blood service. Methodological tools of the research methods were 2000-2019 years. The object of research is 262 relevant articles published in 25 journals over the period 2000–2019 because, namely, they explain the essence of marketing activity in blood service facilities. The paper presents empirical analysis publications on marketing in the blood service during the last 20 years, which showed that the most influential journals were Transfusion, Vox Sanguinis, and Transfusion Medicine Reviews. The most famous authors are Wakefield M.A., Gillespie T.W., Glynn S.A., Lemmens K.P.H., Bednall T.C., Sojka B.N., Masser B.M. The classification literature on marketing in the blood service is presented in the areas of recruitment and retention strategies, influence, and incentives for planned behavior, decision-making on donation. Each five-year plan covers research in the following areas: understanding donor behavior to develop engagement and use strategies, finding ways to recruit new donors, marketing tools to work with donors, focusing on donor retention, and using modern marketing communication tools. The research empirically confirms and theoretically proves that it is advisable to focus on the introduction of the most modern tools of marketing communications (messengers, mobile applications, ringtones on mobile phones, social networks) in combination with traditional (radio, brochures, videos, SMS messages, motivational interviews, and loyalty programs). It is also recommended to pay attention to average when building the loyalty of existing donors to increase the amount of blood donated by more donors and improve the quality of donors and blood safety. The results of the research can be useful for blood services and companies who promote unpaid voluntary donation. Abstract:
Smishing is a security attack that is performed by sending a fake message intending to steal personal credentials of mobile users. Nowadays, smishing attack becomes popular due to the massive growth of mobile users. The smishing message is very harmful since its target to financial benefits. In this article, the authors present a new feature-based approach to detect smishing messages in the mobile environment. This approach offers ten novel features that distinguish the fake messages from the ham messages. In this article, the authors have also identified the nineteen most suspicious keywords, which are used by the attacker to lure victims. This article has implemented these features on benchmarked dataset and applied numerous classification algorithms to judge the performance of the proposed approach. Experimental outcomes indicate that proposed approach can detect smishing messages with the 94.20% true positive rate and 98.74% overall accuracy. Furthermore, the proposed approach is very efficient for the detection of the zero hour attack.

Abstract:
Purpose Drivers, travellers/tourists, pedestrians, paramedical officers, road safety officers, police officers and other security agencies in emergency times in developing countries are often challenged. The purpose of this paper is to explore the intervention of a quick mobile contact called “My Contact Person” (MCP) during such emergencies. Design/methodology/approach This study used a quantitative research method to collect data. The research tool is a researcher-made questionnaire with items developed using the five innovation dimensions and domestication. The data was analyzed with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The reliability values were above the postulated demarcation of 0.7, while the average variance extracted conforms to the norm of 0.5. The study participants were mobile phone users who own and use a mobile phone. Owing to the study’s nature, a simple random sampling technique was used to appraise 196 respondents across Nigeria’s demography. Findings The results show that the mobile users in a developing context are willing to observe “MCP’s” efficacy before they try to appropriate it to their daily lifestyle. Further, “MCP’s” compatibility with the telephone user is an antecedent of its relative advantages over the existing telephone lists. The results reveal that the respondents perceived integrating and adapting “MCP” to their daily lives as a complicated process. In this study, most participants did not regard observability and trialability as a means of appropriating MCP to their daily lifestyle. Research limitations/implications This paper’s findings’ generalizability is limited because the present study was conducted using two higher education institutions (HEI) with a relatively small sample in Nigeria. Probing MCP domestication in more institutions and other communities, as significant communities’ aside HEI use mobile phones will increase our research findings’ generalizability. A parallel investigation of a range of developed and developing countries should be explored to ascertain mobile phone users’ perceptions across context. Practical implications This study has several implications for citizens, especially in the developing world. MCP will provide quick contact opportunities to loved ones of the traumatized, saving lives by significantly avoiding worry, fear, anxiety and depression. MCP also has the potential of increasing input needs to be undertaken to accelerate the appropriate use of digital technology by health-care consumers, including enhancing education and technological literacy and providing access to low-cost digital technology. Originality/value “MCP” will be a quick intervention for drivers, travellers/tourists, pedestrians, paramedical officers, road safety officers, police officers and other security agencies in the time of emergency. For the managers, the relative advantage is the preferable factor to create awareness for “MCP”, while observability needs more effort to persuade the mobile phone users to accept and use MCP.

An Innovative approach and strategies are the main objectives of the Vision 2030 for the development of the country. Academia is focusing on various methodologies, which will help in elevating the importance of Saudi Higher Education Institution (HEI) to international standards. Social Media Technologies (SMTs) has turned into a developing phenomenon by numerous and diverse classifications in community and educational practice. The term SMTs denotes to web-oriented and mobile based applications that enable peoples and societies to produce, involve, and share new applications or current content, in digital world through multi-path communication. The emergence of Social Media Technologies has enforced mentors to think differently about the way learning occurs. HEI are investigating the use of various domains of Social Media Technologies for pedagogical purposes. These domains comprise blogs for instructions, wikis for shared content creation and podcasting to record teaching materials and making videos. However, HEI of the Kingdom are lagging behind in the incorporation of SMTs in learning and teaching. This research aims to establish contemporary instructions, learning practices, attitudes and scope of SMTs in the HEI pedagogy. A case study has been carried out in Jazan University that involved a mixed method approach to explore the practice of Social Media Technologies in the educational process.

Abstract:
The variations of the mechanical properties of the CoCrFeMnNi high entropy alloy (HEA) during groove cold rolling process were investigated with the aim of understanding their correlation relationships with the crystallographic texture. Our study revealed divergences in the variations of the microhardness and yield strength measured from samples deformed by groove cold rolling and conventional cold rolling processes. The crystallographic texture analyzed by electron back scattered diffraction (EBSD) revealed a hybrid texture between those obtained by conventional rolling and drawing processes. Though the groove cold rolling process induced a marked strengthening effect in the CoCrFeMnNi HEA, the mechanical properties were also characterized by an unusual decrease of the Young’s modulus as the applied groove cold rolled deformation increased up to about 0.5 before reaching a stabilized value. This decrease of the Young’s modulus was attributed to the increased density of mobile dislocations induced by work hardening during groove cold rolling processing.

Patient safety is a global public health concern nowadays, especially in elderly people who need physiological health monitoring systems integrated with a technology which will help to oversee and manage the medical needs. In this direction, we propose a lightweight effective healthcare monitoring system designed by using the Internet of Things (IoT) and Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tags. In this technique, we use dual-band RFID protocols which are the one working at a high frequency of 13.56 MHz and useful to figure out the individuals, and 2.45 GHz microwave bands are used to monitor corporal information. Sensors are used to monitor and collect patient physiological data; RFID tag is used to recognize the patient. This IoT-based RFID healthcare monitoring system provides acquisition of physiological information of elderly people and patients in hospital. Further, it is aiming to secure patient’s health recordings using hyper elliptic curve- (HEC-) based signcryption algorithm while allowing the doctor to access patient health information. Privacy is provided to variable length patient medical records using different genus curves, and the evaluation shows that the proposed algorithm is optimal with respect to healthcare.

Abstract:
The article summarizes current trends in financial support for digital health in Ukraine, considering the requirements and recommendations of international institutions. The research goal is to identify problems and challenges in public funding in Ukraine and find effective ways to solve them based on world experience. The systematization of scientific sources and approaches to solving the problem of financing digital health projects has shown that most studies present the results on finding effective mechanisms for financing health care or technical aspects of digital health and its components. However, under the WHO report, the lack or insufficient level of sustainable funding is an insuperable obstacle for implementing digital health projects in most countries. Thus, the above confirmed the relevance of the investigated scientific problem. Methodical tools of this research were systematization, structural and comparative analyses, logical generalization. The practical implementation of the study was carried out using the tools of Excel 2016. In the study, the start point for gathering data was 2016, which is the beginning of the digital health transformation in Ukraine. For gaining the research goal, this study was conducted in the following logical sequence: analyzing the effectiveness and stability of budget funding for the electronic health record projects in Ukraine within the eHealth initiative; defining the current state of Telemedicine and Mobile Medicine financings; identifying the potential directions for solving the problem of lack of funding based on world experience; determining the innovative digital medicine projects implemented by startups; setting the relationship between the amount of venture financing, the maturity and number of employees of companies. Following the findings, the authors developed the recommendations to use AI, Big Data, blockchain technologies, the Internet of Things to establish cooperation between the private, public sectors, academia, and non-governmental organizations.

Abstract:
This study examines the impacts of materialism and collectivism on consumers’ prestige sensitivity and value consciousness. Also, it examines the impacts of consumers’ prestige sensitivity and value consciousness on ongoing search behaviour. A test based on a sample of 268 mobile phone consumers in HCM City reveals that collectivism has a positive impact on value consciousness and that materialism has a positive impact on prestige sensitivity. The results further show that both prestige sensitivity and value consciousness exert positive effects on consumers’ ongoing information search behaviour.

Abstract:
This paper presents a resources-based theory perspective of managing a SAP project team in order to realize a sustainable competitive advantage. Resource-based theory suggests that resources which are durable, not easily replicable, and imperfectly mobile can be effectively leveraged by the firm in order to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage over its competitors. The analysis which is presented in this paper suggests that the effective implementation of the SAP system by a firm requires not only an acquisition of a high level of technical expertise, but a change in organizational culture from one which rewards individual brilliance to one which encourages project teams. This will create an environment in which the success of any individual in his job is critically dependent on the skills possessed by the other team members. This will render the human component of the SAP resource imperfectly mobile and increase the capability of the firm to leverage this resource in order to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage.
