ABSTRAK Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi permasalahan mitra yang diidentifikasi meliputi 1) Umumnya para guru merasa enggan untuk mengurus kenaikan pangkat/golongan karena persyaratan yang dirasa berat; 2) Kebanyakan guru stagnan pada pangkat/golongan IVa; 3) Guru kurang paham cara membuat karya ilmiah yang sesuai dengan standar; dan 4) Guru tidak tahu bagaimana cara mempublikasikan karya ilmiah. Adapun solusi yang ditawarkan ialah memberikan pelatihan penulisan karya tulis ilmiah bagi guru-guru SDN Kebon Pala 11, 12, dan 13 Pagi Jakarta Timur. Target luaran pengabdian ini berupa jasa pelatihan berupa informasi bagi guru-guru SDN Kebon Pala 11, 12, dan 13 Pagi terkait penulisan karya tulis ilmiah dan publikasi artikel ilmiah. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian yang telah dilakukan memiliki tiga hal yang ditingkatkan yaitu (1) memperdalam pengetahuan guru tentang karya tulis ilmiah, (2) mengenalkan dan menggalakkan kegiatan menulis artikel ilmiah di jurnal untuk meningkatkan kompetensi profesionalisme guru dan (3) memotivasi guru-guru untuk mulai mempublikasikan karya tulis ilmiah berupa artikel ilmiah di jurnal. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode ceramah, diskusi, dan tanya jawab. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu memberikan pemahaman tentang karya tulis ilmiah, alasan mengapa guru harus membuat karya ilmiah, konsep karya tulis ilmiah, dan proses menulis karya ilmiah. Selanjutnya para guru mendapatkan materi tentang cara mempublikasikan karya tulis ilmiah beserta tahapan-tahapannya. Lalu peserta diminta untuk membuat karya ilmiah sebagai tindak lanjut untuk kegiatan pengabdian berikutnya.Kata Kunci: guru sekolah dasar; penulisan karya ilmiah; profesionalisme guru. ABSTRACK This devotion activity is motivated by partner problems identified including 1) Generally the teachers feel reluctant to take care of promotion / class because the requirements are considered heavy; 2) Most teachers are stagnant in rank IVa; 3) The teacher does not understand how to make scientific work in accordance with the standards; and 4) The teacher does not know how to publish scientific work. The solution offered is to provide training in writing scientific papers for teachers at SDN Kebon Pala 11, 12 and 13 in East Jakarta. The target of this devotion output is training services in the form of information for teachers of Kebon Pala Elementary School 11, 12 and 13 in the morning related to scientific writing and publication of scientific articles. Through the devotion activities that have been carried out, three things have been improved, that is (1) deepening the teacher's knowledge of scientific papers, (2) introducing and promoting the activities of writing scientific articles in journals to improve teacher professional competence and (3) motivating teachers to start publish scientific papers in the form of scientific articles in journals. The method used is the method of lecture, discussion, and question and answer. The results of the implementation of community devotion activities are to provide an understanding of scientific writing, the reason why the teacher must make scientific work, the concept of scientific writing, and the process of writing scientific papers. Next the teachers get material about how to publish scientific papers along with the stages. Then participants are asked to make scientific work as a follow-up to their next devotion activities.Keywords: primary school teachers; teacher professionalism; writing scientific work.

RI Law No. 4 of 1990 updated with RI Law No. 13 of 2018 is very strategic to be used as an instrument in realizing the work of national collections and preserving the work of national culture of children from all regions of Indonesia from Sabang to Merauke. East Java people, publishers, record works producers, universities, local governments, private institutions/ institutions, information users are classified as active and support the Handover and Save Policy of Print and Record Works managed by the East Java Province Library and Archives Service as a deposit/ storage center East Java area collection. Good collaboration and continuity between the East Java Province Library and Archives Service with related parties have shown an increasing number of deposit collections each year and has contributed to the number of Regional Bibliographic Collections and the Indonesian National Bibliography Collection and the Number of Book Publications in Indonesia, meaning that it has succeeded in realizing the work of national collections and has the work of national culture, especially publications from the East Java region.Keywords: implementation of public policies, deposit collections, public libraries

Metode pemberdayaan yaitu FGD, wawancara<br />mendalam untuk diperoleh prioritas masalah dan kesepakatan pemecahan masalah serta penyuluhan. Masalah utama mitra adalah ketersediaan pakan alternatif yang optimal dalam rangka peningkatan produktivitas hasil. Stakeholder yang terlibat adalah fasilitator dari akademisi, penyuluh, pengelola dan mitra peternak domba. Program pelatihan pembuatan pakan hijauan dan pakan berbasis limbah potensial lokal. Pakan hijauan rumput jagung dihasilkan dari budidaya jagung dengan cara hidroponik. Pelatihan pembuaant pakan alternatif dari limbah jerami padi yang banyak tersedia di lahan. Jerami padi difermentasi. Berdasarkan hasil pre test dan post test diperoleh hasil bahwa pengetahuan dan ketrampilan peternak domba menunjukkan peningkatan.</p>

Abstract: In applying marketing strategy, the subjects or sellers must be able to educate the customers about the product superiority with integrity. They do not need to lie or deceive the clients in order to get the profit. They even need to be the good and professional communicator. The changing number of members in KSPPS Mitra Usaha Ideal Sekapuk, East Java, needs a further analysis to determine the marketing strategy in order to keep surviving in financial industry. This research applies qualitative approach in conformity with field research to obtain the data that are in correlation with the latest social condition and environment. The research findings on the marketing strategy of products of hajj savings in KSSPS Mitra Usaha Ideal Sekapuk, East Java, generate the application of marketing strategy through segmentation, targeting, and positioning by rising door to door strategy. ABSTRAK Penelitian atau kajian mengenai pelatihan bagi para aparatur sipil negara sudah banyak dilakukan, namun penelitian yang fokus pada pelatihan bagi aparatur yang bertugas pada pemerintah daerah Mitra Praja Utama masih sangat langka. Kajian ini menyajikan skema atau model alternatif peningkatan kompetensi aparatur sipil negara untuk meningkatkan kerjasama antar daerah melalui pelatihan bersama. Ruang lingkup pemerintah daerah yang menjadi kajian adalah pemerintah daerah yang tergabung dalam forum Mitra Praja Utama (MPU). MPU merupakan forum kerjasama dan koordinasi antar pemerintah daerah di Indonesia yang terdiri dari 10 Provinsi yaitu Provinsi Jawa Barat, Provinsi DKI Jakarta, Provinsi Jawa Tengah, Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, Provinsi Jawa Timur, Provinsi Bali, Provinsi Lampung, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat, Provinsi Banten dan Provinsi Nusa Tengggara Timur. Model pelatihan bersama yang disajikan pada kajian ini merupakan suatu alternatif metode yang dapat dipertimbangkan oleh lembaga diklat pemerintah, khususnya pada lembaga diklat pemerintah yang tergabung dalam Mitra Praja Utama dalam rangka peningkatan kerjasama antar daerah untuk berbagai urusan pemerintahan daerah terutama dari aspek kompetensi aparatur. Kata kunci: pelatihan, mitra praja utama, kompetensi, aparatur sipil negara ABSTRACT Research or studies on training for the state civil apparatus have been carried out a lot, but research that focuses on training for officers serving in the Mitra Praja Utama regional government is still very rare. This study presents an alternative model for enhancing the competence of civil state apparatus to increase cooperation among regions through joint training. The scope of local government to be studied is the local government who are members of the forum Mitra Praja Utama (MPU). MPU is a forum of cooperation and coordination among local governments in Indonesia consisting of 10 Provinces of West Java Province, DKI Jakarta Province, Central Java Province, Special Province of Yogyakarta, East Java Province, Bali Province, Lampung Province, West Nusa Tenggara Province, Banten Province and East Nusa Tenggara Province. The joint training model presented in this study is an alternative method that can be ascertained by special government training institutions in government training institutions incorporated in Mitra Praja Utama in order to increase inter-regional cooperation for various local government affairs. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang keberadaan para pengayom sastra pesantren di Jawa Timur dan bentuk kepengayomannya pada tahun 2000—2011. Hal tersebut sangat bermanfaat dalam rangka penyusunan sejarah sastra pesantren di Jawa Timur. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori makro sastra yang dikembangkan oleh Tanaka. Teori makro sastra adalah sebuah teori yang lebih menekankan perhatiannya pada hubungan antara sastra dan masyarakat pendukungnya. Dari pembahasan dapat diketahui bahwa para pengayom sastra pesantren di Jawa Timur dilakukan oleh lembaga- lembaga pemerintah dan oleh lembaga-lembaga swasta. Sementara itu, pengayom dari penerbit, terutama penerbit-penerbit yang beranggotakan IKAPI masih sangat terbatas. Pemuatan dan penerbitan karya sastra pesantren oleh para pengayom bersifat kultural. Bentuk kepengayoman yang dilakukan oleh penerbit, baik dari lembaga pemerintah maupun dari lembaga nonpemerintah berupa pemberian hadiah kepada sanggar sastra yang tumbuh dan hidup di pesantren, pendiskusian kesasteraaan dengan melibatkan santri, dan penerbitan hasil-hasil karya sastra.Abstract:This study focuses on the nurture of literature of pesantren (Islamic boarding school) in East Java from the years 2000 to 2011. The aim of the study is to obtain the description of the existence of the pesantren-literature nurturer in East Java and the forms of the nurture from the years 2000—2011. It is a significant part in the effort of compiling the pesantren-literature history in East Java. This study uses literary macro-theory developed by Tanaka. Literary macro-theory is a theory emphasizing its focus on the relationship between literature and its supporting community. The discussion has found that the nurturers of pesantren literature in East Java are state and private institutions. Meanwhile, there is a very limited number of nurturers from publishers, especially those which are the members of IKAPI (Association of Indonesian Publishers). The nature of the pesantren literary work publication by the nurturers is cultural. The forms of nurture by publishers, either governmental or nongovernmental, are giving awards to sanggar sastra (literary workshops) which grow and exist in pesantren, literary discussions involving santri (Islamic boarding school students), and the publication of the literary works.

Abstract:
Ceramic art products distributed in Indonesia are dominantly found as Chinese identity. This creation is aimed to create the art ceramics by Balinese style puppet ornaments. The creation method followed Gustami’s theory, namely exploration, improvisation, and embodiment. At the exploration stage, the data collection wasconducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The design process was conducted in the improvisation stage, while the process of forming, burning, and finishing were conducted in the embodiment stage. The partners involved in this creation are UD Tri Surya Keramik and Bali Technology Center of Creative Ceramic Industry (BTIIK). The results of the creation show several works which have been created were inspired by the forms of potteries from Bali, Lombok, and Java which are marketed in Bali, namely sangku (rice bowl) and vase with various ornaments and sizes. This ceramic artwork was made using rotary technique and burned to a temperature of 1250oC. Balinese puppet style ornaments were applied using painting techniques.Produk Seni keramik yang dibuat dan dijual di Indonesia dominan ditemukan berindentitas Cina. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menciptakan produk seni keramik berornamen wayang style Bali. Metode penciptaan mengikuti teori Gustami, yaitu eksplorasi, improvisasi, dan perwujudan. Tahap eksplorasi, dilakukan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Tahap improvisasi dilakukan proses desain dan pada tahap perwujudan dilakukan proses pembentukan, pembakaran dan finishing. Mitra yang dilibatkan dalam perwujudan adalah UD Tri Surya Keramik di Desa Kapal, Badung Bali dan Balai Teknologi Industri Kreatif Keramik (BTIKK) Bali. Hasil penciptaan menunjukkan beberapa karya seni keramik tercipta terinspirasi dari bentuk-bentuk gerabah Bali, Lombok, dan Jawa yang dipasarkan di Bali, seperti sangku dan guci. Karya seni keramik ini dibuat dengan teknik putar dan dibakar sampai mencapai suhu 1250oC. Karya seni keramik yang diciptakan berbentuk sangku dan guci dengan beberapa variasi ornamen dan ukuran. Wayang style Bali menjadi ornamen karya seni keramik ini, dibuat dengan teknik lukis.

Abstract:
The novel Keroncong Cinta by Ahmad Faishal was an adolescent novel about social, politics and culture life of a family due to the interracial Europe-Java marriage at the end of colonial era. This research used postcolonial approach to reveal the forms of characters hybridity and interpret it in relation to the colonial era in Dutch East Indies context. This research discovered that the hybridity in Dutch East Indies caused by marriage, concubinage, education and the spirit to gain equality experienced by the Indo. The forms of characters hybridity showed through the identity ambivalence and ambiguity as the results of contradiction between indigenous and Europe cultures. These forms among others are identity ambiguity and awareness of the Indo as the third class, the blurring of colonialism contradictive lines and a lady’s Europe orientation. This research also proofed that adolescent literatures, as a part of popular literatures, are not only literatures filled with entertainment and simplicity.AbstrakNovel Keroncong Cinta karya Ahmad Faishal merupakan novel remaja yang menceritakan kehidupan sosial, politik, dan budaya sebuah keluarga karena perkawinan antarras Eropa-Jawa di akhir masa kolonial. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan pendekatan poskolonial untuk mengungkap bentuk-bentuk hibriditas tokoh dan diinterpretasi dalam kaitannya dengan konteks masa kolonial di Hindia Belanda. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa hibriditas di Hindia Belanda disebabkan oleh perkawinan, pergundikan, pendidikan, dan semangat memperoleh persamaan derajat yang dialami kalangan Indo. Bentuk-bentuk hibriditas tokoh ditunjukkan dengan adanya ambivalensi dan ambiguitas identitas sebagai akibat dari kontradiksi antara kultur Eropa dan pribumi. Bentukbentuk hibriditas tokoh antara lain ambiguitas identitas dan kesadaran orang Indo sebagai kelas ketiga;pengaburan garis-garis kontradiktif koloniaslisme; dan orientasi ke-Eropa-an seorang Nyai. Penelitian ini sekaligusmembuktikan bahwa sastra remaja, sebagai bagian sastra populer, bukan hanya sastra yang berisi hiburan dan kesederhanaan.

Abtract Macro development both nationally in general and East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) in particular has shown a change in an increasingly good direction in various fields. However, the development of this region still requires hard work from various groups, especially Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in facing free competition and more specifically in facing the ASEAN Economic Community which has begun to take effect in 2016. The Regional Superior Product Development Program (PPPUD) aims to increase production output by accelerating the production process of MSMEs with a more modern, efficient technology-based furniture business. The PPPUD program partner is UD. Gusti Karya, who is one of the SMEs in Kupang City. According to partners, furniture crafts are currently very popular with the city of Kupang, because besides being strong, furniture can be made according to consumers' tastes. The way to increase production applied in this activity is to rejuvenate the appropriate technology equipment with a more modern system compared to the equipment they have today. The expected output from this program is to increase production so as to increase income from partners. Based on the results of the assistance and monitoring conducted after this activity, it is known that, with the application of appropriate technology, it can improve the production performance of partners up to 40 percent faster than before. Abstrak Perkembangan makro baik nasional pada umumnya dan Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) khususnya telah memperlihatkan adanya perubahan ke arah yang makin baik dalam berbagai bidang. Namun demikian, pembangunan daerah ini masih membutuhkan kerja keras dari berbagai kalangan terutama Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) dalam menghadapi persaingan bebas dan lebih khusus menghadapi Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN yang sudah mulai berlaku di tahun 2016. Program Pengembangan Produk Unggulan Daerah (PPPUD) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil produksi dengan mempercepat proses pengerjaan produksi UMKM usaha mebeler berbasis teknologi tepat guna yang lebih modern. Mitra program PPPUD ini adalah UD. Gusti Karya yang merupakan salah satu pelaku UMKM di Kota Kupang. Menurut mitra, kerajinan mebeler saat ini sangat digemari oleh masyarakat kota kupang, sebab selain kuat, mebel dapat dibuat sesuai selera konsumen. Adapun cara peningkatan produksi yang diterapkan pada kegiatan ini adalah melakukan peremajaan peralatan teknologi tepat guna dengan sistem yang lebih modern dibandingkan dengan peralatan yang mereka miliki saat ini. Luaran yang diharapkan dari program ini adalah peningkatan produksi sehingga dapat meningkatkan penghasilan dari mitra. Berdasarkan hasil pendampingan dan monitoring yang dilakukan setelah kegiatan ini diketahui bahwa, dengan adanya penerapan teknologi tepat guna tersebut dapat meningkatkan kinerja produksi mitra sampai 40 persen lebih cepat dari yang sebelumnya.

Al-Ibrīz li Ma’rifati Tafsīr al-Qur’ān al-‘Azīz by a traditionalist KH Bisri Musthafa has numerous scientific-nuanced interpretation, a nuance that basically is typical to modernist camp. Closely reading Kiai Bisri’s academic background and journey, this article finds a particular period of him studying in the Middle East particularly Mecca and Medina (1936-1937). He spent some times after conducting ḥajj (pilgrimage) for study, since he saw himself too unprepared to take control of his Father-in-law’s pesantren in Kasingan, Central Java. This period instills to him a more rational way of comprehending Islam and Islamic texts. Kiai Bisri read works of Muhammad Abduh and Ṭanṭawī Jauharī, two big names often associated to scientific interpretation to the Quran (tafsīr ‘ilmī). It is the cosmopolit nature of Mecca and Medina that does so to Kiai Bisri. The latter in turn established his own little circle of academics discussing modern interpretation of the Quran, including those closely tied to contemporary scientific discoveries. This might be an aspect of Kiai Bisri’s life that explains the existence of scientific-nuanced interpretation in his al-Ibrīz.

Abstract:
This article is part of a research on Indonesian literature in East Java which is studied from the perspective of local psychology. This study aims to explore local Javanese women in Indonesian literature. The research method used in this research is qualitative which leads to literature. The data collection technique was carried out in a documentative manner. The data analysis technique was carried out through the stages of identification, sorting, and exposure. The results showed that local Javanese women appeared in two segmentations, namely (1) Javanese local women as mother figures, having empathetic and patient behavior and (2) Javanese local women as child figures who had filial and patient behavior. This research shows that the local psychology of Javanese women that appears in literature leads to the psychology of eastern women which tends to strengthen intuition and ethical psychology.

Setelah berdiskusi dengan mitra, permasalahan kongkrit dan prioritas yang akan dibenahi, yaitu 1) Mitra belum menguasai cara pembuatan sitokinin organik berbasis potensi lokal dan 2) Mitra belum menguasai cara penggunaan sitokinin organik menurut bahan baku lokal yang digunakan pada tanaman tertentu. Solusi yang akan dilakukan adalah 1) melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan produksi sitokinin organik dan 2) pelatihan dan pendampingan sitokinin organik menggunakan ToT Organik (Training of Trainer) yang diikuti oleh 5 orang petani dari perwakilan Kelompok Tani Sumber Urip-1. Abstract Hidayatut Thulab is one of the pesantren in Kediri, East Java, which publishes many books, especially the book of morality and interpretation. Achmad Asymuni and his son Achmad Yasin Asmuni as caretakers of the Hidayatut Thulab pesantren are among the ulamas and kiai in Kediri, who are very productive in their work. This article aims to analyze one of the books by Achmad Yasin Asymuni entitled Tafsir al-Fatihah, the book of interpretation of his work is usually called tafsir bimakna petuk. The analysis was carried out using the Islah Gusmian text analysis framework with regard to the technical aspects of writing and hermeneutic aspects. From this analysis it can be seen that in the technical aspect of writing this interpretation adopts coherent systematic, detailed presentation form with persuasive exposition language style and non-scientific reference sources. As for the hermeneutic aspect, this interpretation has a Sufic theological nuance. In addition, the book of interpretation of al-Fatihah uses makna gandul with Java-pegon script by affixing the symbol of the position of the word in Arabic grammar in almost all words Keyword : tafsir al-Fatihah, makna gandul, Java-pegon Pesantren dan Madrasah Hidayatut Thulab adalah salah satu pesantren di Kediri Jawa Timur yang banyak menerbitkan kitab-kitab terutama kitab akhlaq dan tafsir. Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisa salah satu kitab karya kiai Achmad Yasin Asymuni yang berjudul Tafsir al-Fatihah, kitab tafsir karya beliau biasa disebut dengan tafsir bimakna petuk. Analisa dilakukan dengan menggunakan kerangka analisis teks Islah Gusmian dengan memperhatikan aspek teknis penulisan dan aspek hermeneutik. Dari analisa tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa pada aspek teknis penulisan tafsir ini menganut sistematika runtut, bentuk penyajian rinci dengan gaya bahasa eksposisi persuasif dan sumber rujukan non ilmiah. Adapun pada aspek hermeneutis, tafsir ini bernuansa teologis sufistik dengan metode tafsir riwa>yat. Selain itu, kitab tafsir al-Fatihah ini menggunakan makna gandul dengan aksara Jawa pegon dengan dibubuhkan lambang kedudukan kata dalam tata bahasa Arab di hampir seluruh kata-kata.

Eksplorasi flora telah dilakukan untuk mengungkap keanekaragaman flora di Kabupaten Banggai Kepulauan, sebuah kepulauan kecil di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan dan mengumpulkan spesimen A. zippelianum. Eksplorasi flora dilakukan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data taksonomi, bertempat di Pulau Peleng dan Bakalan, Kabupaten Banggai Kepulauan. Material tumbuhan dikoleksi untuk dijadikan spesimen herbarium dan disimpan di Herbarium Bogoriense (BO). Spesimen A. zippelianum yang disimpan di BO dan portal daring kemudian diamati. Sebagai tambahan, pengamatan spesimen herbarium juga dilakukan untuk memperkaya informasi tentang A. zippelianum di Malesia. Peta distribusi disediakan dan data dianalisis secara deskriptif. Terdapat satu spesimen fertil A. zippelianum yang dikoleksi di sekitar Hutan Kokolomboy, Kabupaten Banggai Kepulauan. Di Malesia, A. zippelianum dapat ditemukan di dataran rendah hingga dataran tinggi pada ketinggian mencapai 2.200 mdpl dan sebagian besar ditemukan pada area hutan. Distribusi jenis ini di alam meliputi Sulawesi, Maluku, Papua Nugini, dan Filipina. Tumbuhan ini telah diintroduksi ke Jawa (Kebun Raya Bogor), Bali (Kebun Raya “Eka Karya” Bali), dan Inggris (Royal Botanic Garden, Kew). AbstractAmydrium zippelianum (Araceae) was reportedly found in Malesia, from Sulawesi to Papua New Guinea, but it is rarely seen now. Flora exploration has been conducted to reveal flora diversity in Banggai Kepulauan Regency, a group of small islands in Central Sulawesi Province. This study was aimed to find and collect A. zippelianum specimen. Flora exploration was carried out by applying taxonomy data collecting method in Peleng and Bakalan islands, Banggai Kepulauan Regency. Plant materials were collected for herbarium specimens and deposited in Herbarium Bogoriense (BO). The specimens of A. zippelianum deposited in BO and online portal database were further examined. In addition, observations of herbarium specimens were also done to obtain more information about A. zippelianum in Malesia. A distribution map was provided and data were analyzed descriptively. One fertile specimen of A. zippelianum was successfully collected around Kokolomboy Forest, Banggai Kepulauan Regency. In Malesia, A. zippelianum can be found in lowlands to highlands at elevation up to 2,200 m asl and mostly in forest area. The distribution of this species in nature covers Sulawesi, Maluku, Papua New Guinea, and the Philippines. This plant was introduced to Java (Bogor Botanic Garden), Bali (“Eka Karya” Bali Botanic Garden), and United Kingdom (Royal Botanic Garden, Kew).

The walls of Hindu and Buddhist temples in Java are often found in the carved ornament of lotus plants that is grown from tubers or urns. In early period of Islam in Java, the existence of this decorative variety remained. Based on the books of the Hindu Purana, there is an explanation of the concept of the the universe creations embodied in the form of lotus scrolls. Meanwhile, from the old manuscripts belonging to the Wali, although limited in the scope of Sufism of the Tarekat Syaththariyah there is an explanation of the lotus with the name of the Tunjung flower. This article discusses the concept of creating works of art based on the theory of adaptation by Linda Hutcheon in his book: A Theory of Adaptation. The discussion is more emphasized on the visual aesthetic aspects contained in Lara Jonggrang Prambanan temple in Kalasan Yogyakarta, Surowono Temple in Kediri East Java and Sunan Drajat tomb in Lamongan, East Java. The ornamental variety, whose concept of creation was adapted from Purana books of Hindu, was in early Islam believed to follow the theoretical procedures, as well as in later times, but the philosophical meaning may be less well known. It can be seen on a manuscript entitled Irsyad Al-Ikhwan, work of Sheikh Ihsan Muhammad Dahlan of Boarding Schools (Pondok Pesantren) Jampes Kediri East Java. According to Sheikh Ihsan, the legal position of smoking is found only opinions / ijtihad of the scholars alone, that would be deviation (there is a difference of opinion). Smoking is not a single legal position, some have argued haram, halal, permissible, and even beneficial makruh. It happens because there is a precondition in the case of smoking.</p><p>---</p><p><br />Fatwa MUI tentang sifat bahaya rokok, memicu perdebatan di masyarakat, yaitu polemik yang melibatkan pemerintah, perusahaan tembakau, petani tembakau, konsumen rokok, kyai atau tokoh agama, organisasi kesehatan dan elemen masyarakat lainnya. This article describes the literary tradition of pesantren in writing religious texts produced by the kiais. The case examined in this article is KH. Misbah ibn Zainul Mustafa Bangilan, the leader of Pesantren AlBalagh, Bangilan, Tuban, East Java. He has written some religious texts, both translation and original work, with a variety of approaches in defining topics, language and script, as well as writing techniques. His works show that pesantren is not only as a space for the transfer of knowledge and education of character building under the guidance of kiyais. Also, they – as shown in the figure KH. Misbah ibn Zainul Mustafa also represent sufficiently rich and comprehensive literary work in various fields of Islamic studies. In the hands of kiais, pesantren has become a scriptorium and at the same place where the kiais write Islamic religious texts and publish them, so that they can be read by the public. This article discusses about the press machine posture movement effectiveness for cassava chips mold. This research was conducted at Karya Lestari Jaya which is one of the SMES in Tulungagung, East Java, Indonesia. The industry is in trouble with new manual press machine that is too rigid and heavy to handle. The operator complain of pain the arm and forearm. this means the activity has deficient posture when the operator works. This study aims to know the ergonomics risk factors for press machine and determine the best recommendation by the operator and owner SMEs Karya Lestari Jaya suggestion. We conduct a case study by collect the data from observation. We analyze the observation data by RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Assessment). Then, we do interview of eight resource person to get the attribute that required to upgrade the machine. Besides that, we analyze the best recommendation by AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). This research result a value of RULA 6 which means the attitude in pressing the dough or working facilities need to repair immediately. There are five phases to determine design there are information phase, creative phase, analyze phase, development phase and recommendation phase and the result of AHP show that the best recommendation is the addition of a pneumatic system in machine press to lighten the lever. In the end, this research can be useful to the company by knowing body posture and evaluating the upgrade machine.

Pembahasan lebih ditekankan pada aspek-aspek estetis visual yang terdapat di candi Lara Jonggrang Prambanan di Kalasan Yogyakarta, Candi Surowono di Kediri Jawa Timur dan makam Sunan Drajat di Lamongan Jawa Timur. Ragam hias tersebut, yang konsep penciptaannya diadaptasi dari kitab-kitab purana Hindu, maka pada masa Islam awal diyakini mengikuti prosedur teori tersebut, begitu juga pada masa berikutnya, tetapi makna filosofisnya mungkin kurang begitu dikenal. The walls of Hindu and Buddhist temples in Java are often found in the carved ornament of lotus plants that is grown from tubers or urns. In early period of Islam in Java, the existence of this decorative variety remained. Based on the books of the Hindu Purana, there is an explanation of the concept of the the universe creations embodied in the form of lotus scrolls. Meanwhile, from the old manuscripts belonging to the Wali, although limited in the scope of Sufism of the Tarekat Syaththariyah there is an explanation of the lotus with the name of the Tunjung flower. This article discusses the concept of creating works of art based on the theory of adaptation by Linda Hutcheon in his book: A Theory of Adaptation. The discussion is more emphasized on the visual aesthetic aspects contained in Lara Jonggrang Prambanan temple in Kalasan Yogyakarta, Surowono Temple in Kediri East Java and Sunan Drajat tomb in Lamongan, East Java. The ornamental variety, whose concept of creation was adapted from Purana books of Hindu, was in early Islam believed to follow the theoretical procedures, as well as in later times, but the philosophical meaning may be less well known. Jepaplok merupakan judul dari sebuah karya tari kelompok yang di dalamnya melibatkan sembilan penari perempuan. Kata Jepaplok yaitu berasal dari Njeplak (Manggap) dan Nyaplok (mencaplok). Karya tari ini berawal dari pertunjukan Jaranan di Tulungagung Jawa Timur. Barongan atau biasa disebut Caplokan/Jepaplok adalah penggambaran hewan mitologi berupa ular naga sebagai penguasa hutan yang jahat. Sosok yang dilihat dari segi visualnya menyeramkan dan ganas, serta dari sudut geraknya yang sangat ekspresif. Gerak-gerak dasar yang digunakan antara lain seperti leang-leong, ngaplak, ngepruk, sondongan, pattetan, dan sundangan. Karya tari Jepaplok terdiri dari 4 bagian adegan. Pada bagian introduksi dipertunjukkan sosok Barongan dan Jaranan yang berbeda ruang dan kemudian saling menyerang. Bagian 1 berfokus pada gerak Barongan tanpa menggunakan properti topeng. Pada bagian 2 persiapan penyerangan terhadap penari Jaranan, sehingga dalam bagian ini sudah menggunakan properti topeng. Bagian 3 lebih kepada esensi penggunakan topeng dan diolah dengan permainan ritme dan menggunakan komposisi berpasangan. Bagian 4 yaitu akhir dari pertunjukan karya tari Jepaplok yaitu perangan Barongan dan Jaranan. Tetapi pada bagian akhir ini tidak semata-mata saling berhadapan satu dengan yang lain melainkan hanya sebatas permainan per kelompok. ABSTRACT Jepaplok is the title of a workgroup in which dance involving nine female dancers. The word Jepaplok is derived from Njeplak (Mangap) and Nyaplok (annexed). This dance originated in the works of interest in dance salon when watching a show used Jaranan (dance horse) in Tulungagung, East Java. The point of view of the Director of the dance stopped when one of the characters enter the staging area performance Barongan. Suspenseful atmosphere emerges when section toward the battle between used Horse and Barongan. Barongan or commonly called Caplokan/Jepaplok is the depiction of mythological animals in the form of a dragon serpent as ruler of the evil forest. The figure is seen in terms of the Visual sinister and vicious, as well as from the point of highly expressive movements that inspired the stylist for him to dance in a group dance with paper based on motion and feel the music used Jaranan Sentherewe Tulungagung, East Java. The focus of the implementation work of the dance called Jepaplok is more to perangan and Barongan figures. Basic motion-motion that is used among other things such as leang-leong, ngaplak, ngepruk, sondongan, pattetan, and sundangan. In the work of this Jepaplok dance doesn't bring up the story and consists of four parts of the scene. On the introduction of a dance figure demonstrating Barongan and different spaces used Horse and then each other. Part one is more focused on motion the Barongan poured into members of the body of a dancer without using the mask property. In part two, namely more to preparation which showed Barongan attacks against dancers used Horse, so in this section are already using property mask. Part three more to the essence of the use of mask and mingled with the game rhythm and composition using paired. Part four, namely the ending of the show dance work Jepaplok, as in general the final part of the art used Horse namely perangan and Barongan used Horse. But in the end, it does not solely face each other with one another but rather only as a game between groups.

This community service activity aims to empower the potential of the two partners as prospective entrepreneurs of Tali Kur bags by providing training to market products (marketing 4.0) and educating good business management patterns. This is based on the problems faced by the two partners who have less knowledge about how to market this strap bag product. So both partners only have the ability to produce, and do not have the ability to sell or market their products. The constraints of the two partners do not have networks and channels in marketing their products in the digital era like now. The solutions offered include providing skills training in the field of marketing and training on good business management and making a brand for these products. The method used is to observe the production sites of the two partners, conduct interviews about the problems faced by the two partners, establish cooperation with the two partners to resolve the problem in accordance with the mutual agreement. The results obtained indicate that, the two partners are better prepared to become independent entrepreneurs by being given the knowledge of marketing management and having a business network digitally. The two partners gained an increase in the turnover of the number of sales of Tali Kur bags after implementing the 4.0 marketing concept. Jadi kedua mitra hanya memiliki kemampuan dalam memproduksi saja, dan belum memiliki kemampuan menjual atau memasarkan produknya. Kendala kedua mitra tidak memiliki jaringan dan channel dalam pemasaran produknya di era digital seperti sekarang ini. Solusi yang ditawarkan diantaranya adalah memberikan pelatihan ketrampilan dalam bidang pemasaran dan pelatihan tentang manajemen usaha yang baik serta membuatkan merek untuk produk tas tali kur ini. Metode yang digunakan adalah melakukan observasi ke tempat produksi kedua mitra, melakukan wawancara tentang permasalahan yang dihadapi kedua mitra, menjalin kerjasama dengan kedua mitra untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan sesuai dengan kesepakatan bersama. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa, kedua mitra lebih siap menjadi pengusaha mandiri dengan diberikan bekal pengetahuan menajemen pemasaran dan memiliki jaringan usaha secara digital. Kedua mitra memperoleh peningkatan omzet jumlah penjualan tas tali kur setelah menerapkan konsep marketing 4.0. Pesantren kerap dicurigai sebagai lahan subur penyemai bibit radikalisme yang mengancam keutuhan bangsa dan negara, sejatinya sangat akrab dengan nilai-nilai yang humanis, yang salah satunya direpresentasikan dalam karya sastra pesantren. Kajian ini membincang representasi wacana religius-humanis dalam sastra pesantren sebagai objek material, berupa tiga cerita pendek berjudul “Di Antara Dua Pilihan”, “Cinta Sejati Itu Tidak Mudah”, dan “Seruas Bingung. Ketiganya” terbit di buletin Tanwirul Afkar, sebuah buletin salah pondok pesantren Salafiyah Syafi’iyah di Sukorejo, Jawa Timur. Oleh sebab itu, teori representasi Stuart Hall dipakai sebagai alat analisis. Terkait dengan pendekatan konstruksionis model diskursif Foucauldian yang bertitik tekan pada produksi pengetahuan melalui wacana yang melibatkan sistem bahasa, ketiga cerpen dianalisis dengan memetakan wacana religius-Humanis dan dikaitkan dengan latar kontekstual tempat wacana tersebut diproduksi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dalam sastra pesantren konstruksi wacana religius-humanis dihadirkan melalui nilai- nilai kemanusiaan yang universal, alih-alih terjebak pada dikotomi yang rigid antara benar dan salah, sebagaimana pemahaman yang kerap memicu radikalisme. Nilai religius justru hadir seiring dengan nilai kemanusiaan universal sebagai satu representasi keberpihakan santri penulis terhadap wacana religius-humanis melalui sastra pesantren.Kata Kunci: wacana; pesantren; sastra pesantren; religius-humanis; representasi Pesantren (Islamic Boarding School) is suspected as a fertile place for the radicalism which treat the united nations and states of Indonesia as a republic. As a religious school, pesantren is supposed to be representative for humanism since religion is taken as a living guide for human being. This article discusses representation of religious-humanist discourse in Pesantren Literature as the material object; they are short stories entitled: “Diantara Dua Pilihan”, “Cinta Sejati Itu Tidak Mudah” dan “Seruas Bingung”. The short stories were published in Tanwirul Afkar,a monthly bulletin in Salafiyah Syafi’iyah Islamic Boarding School at Sukorejo, Situbondo, East Java Indonesia. We apply Stuart Hall’s representation theory as a tool to analyze the stories. Focusing on Foucauldian’s discursive method in constructionist model that emphasizes on the knowledge production in discourses through language, we map the contextual background to find out the genealogy of religious-humanist discourse production. The result shows that religious-humanist discourses in Pesantren literary works are presented through universal human values, instead of being trapped in a rigid dichotomy between right and wrong that lead to a radicalism. Religiosity comes along with the universal human values as a representation of santri writers’s partialit on religious-humanist discourse through Pesantren literature.Keywords: discourse; pesantren; pesantren literature; religious-humanist; representation

AbstractIn this article, we examine the role and ethics of IBF in the context of development and address the critique that IBF is merely a rebranding of the conventional sector and merely exploits and further marginalises beneficiaries for profit. We focus on Islamic microfinance (IMF) in Indonesia and explore how it is applied to poverty alleviation. In addition to a review of the research to date, we perform a qualitative sociolegal study involving 27 interviews of two IMF institutions’ (BMT Muda and BPRS Mitra Syariah in East Java) beneficiaries, field staff, management and industry stakeholders. Our fieldwork investigates how institution staff members apply Islamic rules and norms when implementing programs, noting any discrepancies between the rhetoric of the Islamic ethical framework for development and the practice. We ultimately argue that while IMF is still a work in progress that would benefit from further regulatory and institutional reform, it is generating wide-ranging economic, social and spiritual benefits. We find evidence of social empowerment and brotherhood in IMF, emblematic of Islamic ethics, as well as genuine contributions to the economic and social development of Indonesia

AbstractThis research analysed the utterance used in Ludruk, a traditional art originated from East Java. The utterance were used in accordance with the story performed by the artists. This article describes the category of illocution, function, and the purpose of the illocution in the Ludruk Joko Sambang Pendekar Gunung Gangsir showed in Kediri on 2017 by a group of East Java Ludruk artists. The research is descriptive qualitative identifying the illocution speech acts in the Ludruk. Research data are the containing speech act in the Ludruk artists’ dialogue. Data analysis technique is conducted systematically as follows: (1) Transcribing the utterance and translating the Java language into Indonesia language, (2) Categorizing the data, included the illocution utterance, (3) Analyzing data, how the context, function and its purpose. It is found four utterances categories, namely: (1) Assertive category of complaining, suggesting, fulminating, stating, and revealing mode; (2) Expressive category of giving advice, and requesting; (3) Commissive mode category of offering and promising; (4) Expressive mode category of thanking and fulminating. The declarative category is not found in the Ludruk show utterance. Data penelitian berupa ujaran yang terdapat pada dialog pemain ludruk yang mengandung tindak tutur ilokusi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara terstruktur, yaitu dengan langkah sebagai berikut: (1) mentraskripsi data dan menerjemahkan ujaran dari bahasa Jawa ke dalam bahasa Indonesia, (2) mengelompokan data yang telah diperoleh, termasuk pada kategori tuturan ilokusi, (3) menganalisis tiap kategori data yang telah terkumpul, bagaimana konteks, maksud dan fungsinya. Ditemukan empat kategori tuturan, yakni: (1) Kategori asertif dengan modus mengeluh, mengusulkan, mengecam, menyatakan, mengungkapkan; (2) Kategori ekspresif dengan modus menasihati, dan memerintah; (3) Kategori komisif modus yang muncul menawarkan, menjanjikan; (4) Kategori ekspresif modus yang muncul terima kasih dan mengecam. Kategori deklaratif tidak ditemukan pada tuturan pementasan ludruk tersebut. <em>This study aimed to describe: (1) social background novel Kambing dan Hujan, (2) the social background of the author, (3) a response from readers based on social background, (4) the value of tolerance, (5) the relevance of novel Kambing dan Hujan with teaching materials appreciation of literature in high school. This study is a qualitative research approach of sociology of literature. The data collection technique used is the analysis of documents and interviews. Analysis of the data used is an interactive model. The conclusions of this study are: (1) aspects of social background in the novel: habits, customs, traditions, ways of thinking and behaving, beliefs, and outlook on life; (2) social background author: born in Lamongan, East Java, on May 7, 1980. Living in Yogyakarta and work as a novelist, editor, and facilitator in Bengkel Menulis Gerakan Literasi Indonesia. This research activity is motivated by the lack of optimal marketing of hydroponic products produced by PKM partner, PKM Program of Kemenristek Dikti Grant 2017, Pokja 4 TPPKK and Menur Posyandu, Blabak Village, Pesantren District, Kediri City, East Java Province. The success of hydroponic cultivation has not been followed by the ability to market. The accuracy of the marketing concept is expected to be able to maximize profits, when pranoto mongso consept in the limited land, and the minimum planting point can be done by partners. Based on this background, the formulation of the problem in this study is "What is the marketing concept that is applied to new hydroponic businesses ?, which is done by partners, namely Working Group 4 TPPKK and Menur Posyandu Blabak Village, Kediri City Islamic Boarding School District. The purpose is to find out the right and effective marketing concept for the optimal sale of hydroponic products with limited planting point conditions. Using qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach, it is expected that direct observation and in-depth interviews with partners as informants. The selected informants have met criteria 5 R (relevance, recommendation, rapport, readiness, and reassurance). From in-depth interviews and observations, the data is validated through tests of internal validity (credibility), external validity (transferability), reliability (dependability) and triangulation techniques. The phenomenological analysis technique applied in this research is trancendental phenomenology analysis. The results of the study show that there is an application of the marketing concept, which is then referred to as the concept of social and relational marketing, which emphasizes networking, personal selling and direct selling with marketing media in the form of social media such as Facebook, Whatsapp, Instagram. Kegiatan penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi kurang optimalnya pemasaran produk hidroponik yang dihasilkan mitra program PKM Hibah Kemenristek Dikti Tahun 2017 yaitu Pokja 4 TPPKK dan Posyandu Menur Kelurahan Blabak Kecamatan Pesantren Kota Kediri Propinsi Jawa Timur. Keberhasilan budidaya tanaman hidroponik belum diikuti kemampuan memasarkan. Ketepatan konsep memasarkan diharapkan mampu memaksimalkan laba, ketika pranoto mongso pada lahan terbatas dengan titik tanam minimum dapat dilakukan oleh mitra. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, maka rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah “Bagaimana konsep pemasaran yang diterapkan pada usaha baru hidroponik?, yang dilakukan.oleh mitra yaitu Pokja 4 TPPKK dan Posyandu Menur Kelurahan Blabak Kecamatan Pesantren Kota Kediri. Adapun tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui konsep pemasaran yang tepat dan efektif untuk penjualan produk hidroponik yang optimal dengan kondisi titik tanam yang terbatas. Menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi, diharapkan dengan pengamatan secara langsung dan wawancara mendalam kepada mitra sebagai informannya. Informan yang dipilih telah memenuhi kriteria 5 R (relevance, recomendatioan, rapport, readiness, dan reassurance). Dari wawancara mendalam dan pengamatan, data divalidasi melaui uji validitas internal (credibility), validitas eksternal (transferability), reliabilitas (dependability) dan confirmability dengan teknik triangulasi. Teknik analisis fenomenologi yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis fenomenologi trancendental. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat penerapan konsep pemasaran yang selanjutnya konsep pemasaran tersebut disebut sebagai konsep pemasaran sosial dan relasional, yang menekankan pada networking, personal selling dan direct selling dengan media pemasaran berupa media sosial seperti facebook, whats app, instagram.

ABSTRACTPandesari Village is a village located in the Pujon District, Malang Regency, East Java Province. The agricultural sector with vegetable commodities and dairy farming are business field that dominates the livelihoods of the people in Pandesari Village, so that the potential for organic waste in the form of vegetable waste and cow dung is very high. However, waste management has not been optimal. Based on these problems, a community empowerment system is needed through microbial organic waste processing. The program involved two partners there are Mekarsari VI Farmers Group Gesingan village as the main supplier of agricultural and livestock waste and Pandesari Village Youth Organization as the second partner. The mechanism for the implementation of this service is implemented by adopting a pattern of action research implementation that includes four stages, there are: program planning, program implementation, observation, and reflection. Based on the results, there was an increase in the level of understanding of trainees regarding the principles of making and application of Local Microorganism (LM) in the growing media and organic animal feed. Assistance related to waste management in Pandesari Village has been carried out so that the village can be more independent to manage and process the waste. Labeling and packaging for LM and products from the use of LM, for example in the form of liquid fertilizer, compost, livestock probiotics which are the results of the production of the Village have been carried out but temporarily used for themselves. Kendati demikian pengolahan limbah belum optimal. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut diperlukan sebuah sistem pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui usaha olah limbah organik secara mikrobial. Program ini melibatkan dua mitra yaitu Mitra I adalah Kelompok Tani Mekarsari VI Dusun Gesingan sebagai pemasok utama limbah pertanian dan peternakan dan Mitra II adalah Kelompok Karang Taruna Desa Pandesari. Mekanisme pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini diimplementasikan dengan mengadopsi pola pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan meliputi empat tahap, yaitu: perencanaan program, pelaksanaan program, observasi, dan refleksi. Berdasarkan capaian yang telah dihasilkan, terjadi peningkatan tingkat pemahaman peserta pelatihan terkait prinsip pembuatan dan aplikasi MOL (Mikroorganisme Lokal) pada media tanam dan pakan ternak organik. Pendampingan terkait manajemen kelola sampah di Desa Pandesari telah dilakukan sehingga desa dapat lebih mandiri untu mengelola dan mengolah sampah. Jaka Tarub adalah salah satu cerita rakyat berasal dari Jawa Tengah yang menceritakan seorang pemuda yang mengintip bidadari yang sedang mandi di hutan lalu mengambil selendang salah satu bidadari hingga menjadikannya seorang istri. Pada umumnya cerita rakyat mengisahkan tentang suatu kejadian di suatu tempat atau asal muasal suatu tempat. Penggambaran cerita rakyat dikemas dalam susunan teks (uraian) berupa dongeng dan biasanya dilengkapi dengan ilustrasi. Versi cerita Jaka Tarub beragam tetapi inti cerita sama, selain itu penggambaran pun juga beragam ada yang dilukiskan dalam figur manusia realis, kartun dan wayang. Salah satu penggambaran cerita ini yaitu menggunakan figur wayang Beber Panji dengan media kanvas. Versi cerita tersebut menjadi modal awal penulis ingin mengkaji lebih jauh lukisan Jaka Tarub karya Wiyadi, karena penulis melihat ada pembacaan lain terkait figur-figur yang ditampilkan kemudian menghadirkan contoh lukisan karya Basuki Abdullah dengan judul yang sama. Lukisan Jaka Tarub ini dibuat dengan cita rasa lukisan tradisional dapat dilihat dari penggunaan figur wayang Beber Panji, gradasi pewarnaan, penambahan atribut pada figur dan hiasan berupa ornamen, isen-isen dan bentuk hayati yang distilisasi. Wiyadi ialah seorang pelukis wayang Beber yang menggambarkan Jaka Tarub dengan figur wayang beber. Wiyadi masih produktif hingga saat ini, tidak hanya wayang beber dan cerita rakyat yang dibuatnya, tetapi juga penggambaran wuku Jawa (perlintangan) atau lebih biasa dikenal dengan zodiak (Barat) dan shio (Timur). Semua hasil karya seni lukisnya mengacu pada figur wayang baik Beber Panji maupun Purwa gaya Surakarta. Penulis tertarik untuk mengkaji lebih jauh melalui pembacaan visual karya ini dengan menggunakan sudut pandang Feminisme Periode Awal (Early Feminism) dikarenakan terkait dengan penggambaran figur tokoh-tokohnya. Jaka Tarub is one of folklore from Central Java who tells a young man peeking nymph bathing in the woods and take shawl one angel to make him a wife. In general folklore tells of an incident in a place or origin somewhere. Depiction of folklore packed in the arrangement of text (description) in the form of fairy tales and usually equipped with an illustration. Jaka Tarub diverse versions of the story, but the core story of the same, but it was also a variety of existing depictions portrayed in realistic human figures, cartoons and puppets. One depiction of this story is to use a Wayang Beber figure on canvas. The story version became the start authors wanted to examine further “Jaka Tarub” painting which created by Wiyadi, because the authors saw no other reading of the relevant figures shown then presents examples of paintings by Basuki Abdullah with the same title. Jaka Tarub painting was made with flavors of traditional painting can be seen from usage the figure of Wayang Beber, gradation of color, adding attributes and ornament to the figure, Isen-Isen and biological stylized form. Wiyadi is a Wayang Beber painter who depicts Jaka Tarub with the figure of Wayang Beber. Wiyadi still productive today, not only Wayang Beber and folklore are made, but also depictions Javanese wuku (perlintangan) or more commonly known as the zodiac (the West) and the zodiac (the East). All the works of his art refers to Wayang Beber Panji figure either Wayang Beber Purwa in Surakarta style. Authors interested to study further through a visual reading of this work by using the viewpoint of Early Feminism studies due to the depiction of figures associated with the characters.

Permasalahan mitra yang dihadapi yaitu minimnya pengetahuan tentang manfaat buah mangrove pada kesehatan, belum diketahuinya tentang formula biskuit fungsional yang disubstitusi dengan tepung buah mangrove, dan pemasaran secara online. Tujuan kegiatan PKM yaitu peningkatan partisipasi kahalayak sasaran dalam pengetahuan manfaat buah mangrove terhadap kesehatan dan pendampingan produksi biscuit dari buah mangrove , serta pengembangan sistem pemasaran melalui pemasaran online. Metode yang dilakukan berupa metode sosialisasi, pelatihan/bimbingan teknis, dan pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa melalui transfer pengetahuan formulasi biskuit dari tepung buah mangrove dan pendampingan kepada khalayak sasaran mampu menarik kembali minat dan partisipasi untuk lebih peduli pada buah mangrove serta membuka peluang usaha dari kegiatan tersebut. Produk yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan ini berupa produk biskuit buah mangrove sehingga mempunyai nilai tambah dengan harapan apabila usaha ini berhasil maka dapat dikembangkan menjadi produk yang lebih bernilai ekonomi. Produk yang bernilai ekonomi dapat menambah pendapatan bagi khalayak sasaran, sehingga khalayak sasaran dapat mencapai kemandirian ekonomi di area mereka. The problem come from the limited knowledge about the benefits of mangroves on health, unknown about the functional biscuit formula substituted with mangrove fruit flour yet, and online marketing. Method that used are socialization, technical training, and guidance. Result of this activity show that the training of biscuit formulation from mangrove fruit flour and guidance can increase the interest and participate for caring to the mangrove fruit and open business opportunities from it. The created product from this program is mangrove fruit biscuit that have the more value, if this plan was success it can be valuable product. Indonesian batik is rich in decorative motifs that are developing vastly to meet the current needs of the market. Batik has become a resource for creativity that supports the commodity of creative industries. This research is an experimental study on batik creations conducted through three stages: exploration, design and implementation. Bajang Ratu temple in Mojokerto, East Java Province in Indonesia has been used as the idea resource for creating batik. The objective of this research is to create new motifs that can be used for clothing or fashion. From the experiments conducted, several compositions of batik motifs have been produced such as those with motifs of animals, plants and man-made objects. Through this research, it is hoped that the results of the batik creations may increase the development of small to medium creative business units in Mojokerto.Batik Indonesia memiliki kekayaan motif hias yang semakin berkembang dan tetap eksis menjawab kebutuhan masa kini. Batik menjadi sumber kreativitas yang mendukung perkembangan komoditas industri kreatif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen penciptaan batik yang dilakukan secara ilmiah melalui tiga tahap, yakni eksplorasi, perancangan, dan perwujudan. This community service activities were carried out to remind people, especially the current generation, that in the Tambak Kalisogo there had been a heroic event about resistance to the Dutch invaders through Jawisogo Silat. The event was showed through Puppet Sarip performance that developed into Jawisogo Wayang Silat. The activity process begins with: (1) strengthening literacy about the story of the struggle in the Tambak Kalisogo, (2) with children and young people creating Jawisogo Wayang Silat characters, and (3) doing the Jawisogo Wayang Silat Wayang performance. In the next stage, the performances were started from Tambak Kalisogo Village and then to several areas in Sidoarjo. The partners in this activity are community leaders and youth of Tambak Kalisogo Village, Jabon District, Sidoarjo, East Java. Sampah limbah rumah tangga yang dimanfaatkan adalah sisa makanan, tangkai sayuran, buah-buahan yang sudah membusuk sehingga tidak tidak layak untuk dimakan, kulit bawang, tangkai cabai dan lain sebagainya yang semuanya adalah sisa olahan makanan yang selama ini dibuang begitu saja, sehingga menimbulkan efek samping seperti bau tidak sedap akibat sampah sudah membusuk, bahkan lebih parahnya lagi ketika masyarakat memilih untuk membuang sampah limbah rumahtangga tersebut ke pinggiran sungai Citarum. Untuk itu dilakukan karya inovasi dalam mengolah sampah berupa limbah rumah tangga tersebut sehingga menjadi berdayaguna, dalam hal ini sampah limbah rumahtangga diolah menjadi pupuk organik baik berupa cairan maupun padatan. Pengolahan sampah limbah rumah tangga menjadi pupuk organik dilakukan secara sederhana segingga masyarakat mudah untuk memahami dan menerapkan dalam kegiatan sehari-hari. Dari hasil kegiatan dapat diperoleh data bahwa tingkat antusiasme masyarakat sangat tinggi, mereka memahami cara dan prosedur pengolahan serta berkomitmen untuk menerapkannya dalam aktifitas sehari-hari. Kata Kunci: Inovasi; Limbah; Pupuk Organik ABSTRACT Innovative work in processing household waste into organic and liquid fertilizers, both liquid and solid, was carried out in Dusun Sukajaya, Desa Anggadita, East Karawang, West Java for three visits on 14, 16 and 23 November 2018. Waste household waste used is leftovers , stalks of vegetables, fruits that have decayed so that they are not suitable to be eaten, onion skins, chili stalks, etc. all of which are leftover processed foods which have been thrown away, causing side effects such as bad smell due to decaying garbage , even worse when the community chose to dispose of the household waste from the Citarum river. For this reason, an innovation work is carried out in processing waste in the form of household waste so that it becomes efficient, in this case household waste is processed into organic fertilizer in the form of liquid or solid. The processing of household waste into organic fertilizer is done simply so that people are easy to understand and apply in their daily activities. From the results of the activity data can be obtained that the level of enthusiasm of the community is very high, they understand the methods and procedures of processing and are committed to applying them in daily activities. This article illustrates how smartphone can be used as a powerful tool for that purpose. When student get bored with textual learning approach to study art, simply using smartphone could make learning practice more fun and meaningful. In this article, students in junior public high school 8 in Pare, East Java, grade 8, are directed to create a simple illustration using Sketchbook application on smartphone. It is quite simple, but the process behind the product was made student really enjoy and could express their artistic taste and expression. Thus, smartphone optimazion can be one way among others to encourage student’s digital art literacy which are more enjoyful and meaningful. Ketika banyak siswa bosan dengan pembelajaran seni yang tekstual saja, cukup dengan menggunakan telepon pintar ternyata dapat membuat pembelajaran lebih menyenangkan dan bermakna. Pada artikel ini, siswa di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 8 di Pare, Jawa Timur, kelas 8, diarahkan untuk membuat karya seni berupa ilustrasi sederhana menggunakan aplikasi Sketchbook di telepon pintar. Hal ini cukup sederhana sebenarnya, namun proses di balik hasil akhir berupa produk ilustrasi tersebut telah benar-benar membuat siswa menikmati dan dapat mengekspresikan ekspresi dan selera seni masing-masing. Oleh karena itu, optimalisasi telepon pintar dapat menjadi salah satu di antara banyak cara lain untuk mendorong peningkatan literasi seni digital siswa yang lebih menyenangkan dan bermakna.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik yang dilakukan Komunitas Pelangi Sastra Malang (PSM) adalah melakukan aktivitas-aktivitas yang dapat membangkitkan kegiatan sastra, seperti kenduri literasi, diskusi sastra, bedah buku, membaca puisi, menerbitkan antologi cerpen dan puisi. PSM memiliki habitus berdiskusi sastra di kafe dan membaca puisi diiringi musik dalam setiap kegiatan yang diselenggarakan PSM. In a democratic political system political party of choice as a means to realized the ideals of the nation and the state. Political education was an effort to realized the Indonesian democracy healthy and quality. This study aimed to discussed the role of political parties in the political education of the younger generation and its implications for political resilience in the study area with the second DPD Golkar Party Malang East Java. The method in this research was descriptive qualitative, which described the complex social phenomena occured in society. The research process was done by selecting informants who were deemed eligible research with purposive sampling method. In this case the Golkar Party offi cials Malang. The technique of research by conducting in-depth interviews, observation, literature study and documentation. Then analyzed with three grooves activities that occurred simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions or verifi cation The results showed that the role of political parties in providing the cadres and political education to the public remains low. Methods and materials for political education conducted by the political parties were still very conceptual and less applicable. Evaluation methods in the provision of political education was not operating effectively, so that the role of political parties in providing awareness to the community about the rights and obligations as citizens to be low. oreover, the resulting low level of quality cadres of political parties in encouraging the improvement of people’s lives. Implications of the role of political parties in the political education of the younger generation of political resilience of region adversely affected the political participation of society and the low level of public participation in public policy-making and oversight.Keywords: Political Parties, Political Education, Youth Generation, Political Resilience of Region.

ABSTRACTWriting is one of the language skills that should be mastered by students of English as a foreign language (EFL). In order to write well, EFL students should understand the content of their writing. They should also be able to discover some writing errors they may have. Therefore, it is necessary for the students to practice writing frequently and to be willing to review their writing products. This study aimed to develop EFL students’ writing skill through self-assessment integrated with e-portfolio. It used action research design and it was conducted in a classroom consisting of 25 ten graders of Islamic Senior High School (Madrasah Aliyah Negeri) at Sumenep, East Java. The findings showed that the students’ writing skill could be improved after the implementation of self-assessment integrated with e-portfolio. It is suggested that EFL teachers consider using self-assessment integrated with students’ e-portfolio to help improve EFL students’ writing skill.ABSTRAKMenulis merupakan kemampuan berbahasa yang harus dimiliki oleh pelajar bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa asing (EFL). Abstract:
This article discusses the mystical view of Shaykh Iḥsān Jampes Kediri, East Java. He is known as a muslim jurist as well as a practical Sunnī Sufi of Nusantara (Indonesia), with a worldwide reputation. The main reason for his reputation originates from his monumental work Sirāj al-Ṭālibīn a voluminous commentary of al-Ghazālī work, Minhāj al-’Ābidīn, which had successfully reaffirmed orthodox Sunnī sufism that built and developed by al-Ghazālī. The sufism attitudes and ways of Shaykh Iḥsān in the journey were as if dealing with a sufi group which had philosophical pattern. Additionally, Shaykh Iḥsān Jampes in Sirāj al-Ṭālibīn reviewed the sufistic core stages which are called maqāmāt by many sufis, but Shaykh Iḥsān calls them steep road (‘aqabah) consisting of seven steep stages. These differences bring some consequences not only on the number of steps/stairs/maqām and the final destination of his mystical journey, namely gnosis and deification; but also question the limit of human being who physically cannot be united with God. On the other hand, God could have chosen to be invited to unite in accordance with His will. These seven ‘aqabah are to deliver a traveller towards ma’rifatullāh (gnosis) as the ultimate mystical journey.[Artikel ini membahas pandangan sufistik Syaykh Iḥsān Jampes Kediri Jawa Timur. Ia adalah ahli hukum Islam yang juga sebagai praktisi sufi sunni yang terkenal di nusantara kala itu. Alasan utama yang membuatnya diperhitungkan adalah karyanya Sirāj al-Ṭālibīn yang berupa komentar terhadap Minhāj al-’Ābidīn karya al-Ghazālī. Sikap dan jalan sufi Shaykh Iḥsān Jampes tampaknya bersepakat dengan pola sufistik falsafati. Dalam karyanya tersebut ia membahas tingkatan yang oleh para sufi biasa disebut maqāmāt, dimana ia sendiri menyebutnya dengan jalan terjal (‘aqabah) yang terdiri dari 7 tingkatan. Perbedaan ini tidak hanya membawa perbedaan konsekuensi jumlah tangga dan tujuan akhir (gnosis dan deification), tapi juga soal batasan kemampuan fisik manusia untuk menyatu dengan Tuhan. Di sisi lain, Tuhan dapat juga mengundang untuk bersatu berdasarkan kehendakNya. Tujuh tingkatan ‘aqabah inilah yang akan membawa para musafir menuju ma’rifatullāh sebagai puncak perjalanan spiritual.]

Salah satu ulama Aceh yang masih dikenal adalah Syekh Abbas Kutakarang. Ia terkenal sebagai ahli astronomi maupun astrologi di dunia Melayu. Berangkat dari hal tersebut, maka penulis ingin menelusuri bagaimana kontribusi Syekh Abbas Kutakarang tentang hisab penentuan awal bulan Hijriah. Penulis menggunakan penelitian jenis library research untuk mengumpulkan data tentang pemikiran Syekh Abbas Kutakarang dengan karyanya Tāj al-Mulūk yang terkait dengan hisab penentuan awal bulan Hijriah sebagai sumber primer. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan karya Syekh Abbas Kutakarang yang fenomenal adalah kitab Tāj al-Mulūk, di dalamnya terdapat konsep hisab urfi yang hampir sama dengan hisab aboge. Selama ini hisab urfi seperti aboge hanya dikenal di Jawa. Faktanya, Syekh Abbas Kutakarang juga menggunakan hisab seperti sistem aboge tetapi dengan konsep yang berbeda. Hisab urfi Syekh Abbas Kutakarang unik dan berbeda dengan hisab aboge dalam penentuan awal bulan Hijriah. Ia menggunakan kaidah ilmu falak tidak hanya untuk keperluan ibadah, melainkan untuk menghitung hari baik dan buruk, untuk pertanian dan menghitung musim. Hisab urfi Syekh Abbas Kutakarang dalam kajian ilmu falak tergolong dalam kajian etnoastronomi yaitu kajian yang menghubungkan antara astronomi dan budaya dalam penggunaan kaidah falak.Abstract: The development of astronomy is a work of the return of the scholars to Indonesia from Mecca and the Middle East. From then on, several celestial figures were born with their work with various calculation models and continue to grow until now. One of the Acehnese scholars who is still well known is Sheikh Abbas Kutakarang. He is famous as an astronomer and astrologer in the Malay world. Departing from this, the authors want to explore how the contribution of Sheikh Abbas Kutakarang about hisab of the beginning of the Hijri month. The author uses research library type research to collect data about the thoughts of Sheikh Abbas Kutakarang with his work Tāj al-Muluk related to hisab of early Hijri months as a primary source. The results of the study mention the phenomenal work of Sheikh Abbas Kutakarang is the book of Taj al-Muluk, in which there is a concept of urfi hisab which is almost the same as aboge hisab. So far, hisab of Ufi like Aboge is only known in Java. In fact, Sheikh Abbas Kutakarang also uses hisab like the aboge system but with a different concept. Hisab urfi Sheikh Abbas Kutakarang is unique and different from the hisab aboge in the determination of the beginning of the Hijri month. He uses the principle of astronomy not only for religious purposes, but to count good and bad days, for agriculture and for seasons. Hisab urfi Sheikh Abbas Kutakarang in the study of astronomy belongs to the study of ethnoastronomy, the study that connects astronomy and culture in the use of astronomical rules.

Tema ini dibahas dengan tujuan untuk menyingkap sesuatu di balik tabir kebesaran namanya. Kajian ini bersumber dari karya monumentalnya dalam bidang sanad yang berjudul “Hidayah al-Mustafid li Ma ‘Ala min al-Asanid.” Setelah dilakukan penerokaan secara seksama ditemukan bahwa ternyata Syaikh Muhammad Mahfuzh al-Termasi memiliki otoritas sanad dalam ilmu fiqh di samping sanad ilmu-ilmu yang lain. Setiap ilmu fiqh ia pelajari dan kitab fiqh yang ia baca kepada guru-gurunya ia diberi ijazah yang disertai dengan sanad yang bersambung kepada ulama fiqh dan pengarang kitab fiqh. Dengan demikian, prediket “fuqaha” yang telah disandangkan kepadanya, bukan karena hanya penguasaannya yang mendalam terkait materi-materi ilmu fiqh, tetapi juga karena otoritas sanad yang ia pegang dalam ilmu ini, sehingga ia menjadi fuqaha yang referesentatif bagi umat Islam, khususnya di kalangan mazhab Syafi’i. This discussion reveals about sanad in the fiqh knowledge of Shaykh Muhammad Mahfuzh al-Termasi (1285-1338 AH/1864-1917 AD), one of the Nusantara (Indonesia) scholars from Java land, whose name is very fragrant and popular in the Middle East region, especially in the Mecca city. This theme is discussed with the aim to uncover something behind the veil of his name. This study is derived from his monumental work in the field of sanad entitled "Hidayah al-Mustafid li Ma ‘Ala al Asanid." After carefully carried out it was found that Shaykh Muhammad Mahfuzh al-Termasi has sanad authority in the fiqh knowledge and the other knowledges. Every fiqh knowledge he studied and fiqh books that he read to his teachers he was given a diploma accompanied by a sanad that continued to fiqh scholars and authors of fiqh books. Thus, the predicate "fuqaha" that has been attributed to him, not because only his profound mastery of the material knowledge of fiqh, but also because sanad authority that he holds in this knowledge, so he became a representative fuqaha for Muslims, especially among Shafi'i school.

This paper presents about the interpretation of symbols that are formed in all activities in Islamic boarding schools, where the use of these symbols has a deep meaning in religious aspects, especially in building a positive image of Islamic boarding school, until it can attract public confidence in the implementation of education and learning inside of it. The symbols formed are the creations, works, and initiatives of Islamic boarding school residents, as the basic of their social behavior and actions. This research uses a qualitative with case study, with a research site at Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid, Paiton, Probolinggo, East Java. The results showed that the symbols of social interaction at Islamic boarding school has own attraction. The harmony of Islamic boarding school residents in their behavior and the meaning that contained by islamic values. Syimbol which is showed through the behavior of Islamic boardin school residents is including to the part of religious image which has function as society’s aid to recognize religious life of islamic boarding school residents well, until it can be formed positive image for Islamic boarding school persistence. Hence, symbol as media to show religious image can increase positive image which is pointed to society’s trust toward education persistence at Islamic boarding school. Tulisan ini menyajikan tentang interprestasi simbol-simbol yang terbentuk pada seluruh aktivitas yang ada di pondok pesantren, di mana penggunaan simbol tersebut memiliki makna yang mendalam dalam aspek religious, khususnya dalam membangun citra positif pesantren, sehingga mampu menarik kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap pelaksanaan pendidikan dan pembelajaran di dalamnya. Simbol yang terbentuk merupakan cipta, karya dan karsa warga pondok pesantren, sebagai basis perilaku dan tindakan sosialnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis studi kasus, dengan situs penelitian di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid, Paiton, Probolinggo, Jawa Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa simbol-simbol dalam interaksi sosial pondok pesantren memiliki daya tarik sendiri. Keselarasan warga pondok pesantren dalam berperilaku melalui simbol-simbol tertentu, disebabkan karena penyesuain perilaku dengan makna yang terkandung dalam nilai-nilai Islam. Simbol yang ditampilkan melalui perilaku warga pondok pesantren, termasuk bagian dari imaji religious yang berfungsi membantu masyarakat mengenal dengan baik kehidupan religious pondok pesantren, sehingga akan membentuk citra positif bagi keberlangsungan pendidikan di pondok pesantren. Dengan demikian, simbol sebagai media untuk menunjukkan imaji regious, mampu meningkatkan citra positif pondok pesantren yang berujung pada kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap keberlangsungan pendidikan di pondok pesantren.

Pergeseran masa menunjukkan pergeseran fungsi terhadap gapura yang saat ini menjadi penanda menuju masuknya suatu kota termasuk Kota Malang. Gapura perbatasan pintu masuk di Kota Malang teridentifikasi memiliki karakter yang mirip dengan salah satu candi peninggalan Majapahit yaitu Gapura Wringin Lawang yang terletak di Mojokerto, Jawa Timur. Studi ini bertujuan untuk memvisualisasikan kesesuaian karakter visual gapura perbatasan di Kota Malang dengan Gapura Wringin Lawang. Penyandingan empat gapura perbatasan dengan Gapura Wringin Lawang dianalisis dengan mengidentifikasi elemen desain, prinsip desain, dan ciri fisik gapura. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kesesuaian secara visual pada gapura pintu masuk di Kota Malang dengan Gapura Wringin Lawang. Kesesuaian elemen desain meliputi: garis, bentuk, massa, ruang, dan tekstur. Pada prinsip desain persamaan terdapat pada keseimbangan, kontras dan penekanan, bentuk, koneksi, makna, simbol, dan citra, pola, skala dan proporsi, ritme dan variasi. At that time, the Gapura was built as the entrance to the kingdom. Over time, the function has shifted as a signifier of a city boundary, as found in Malang City. The boundary gate of Malang City identified has a character similar to the Majapahit heritage temples, namely the Wringin Lawang Gate located in Mojokerto, East Java. This study aims to visualize the suitability of the visual characteristics of the border gate in the northern, eastern, western and southern of Malang City with the Wringin Lawang Gate. The comparison of the four gates with Wringin Lawang Gate was analyzed by identifying its elements, principles, and physical characteristics. The results of this study indicate the visual suitability. The suitability of elements found in lines, shapes, mass, space, and textures. On the principle of design, equality identified in balance, contrast and emphasis, form, connection, meaning, symbol, and image, pattern, scale and proportion, rhythm and variation. Persamaan tersebut dapat ditemukan pada makam Malik Ibrahim dibuat tahun 1419 H di Gresik, Jawa Timur dan makam Samudra Pasai pada tahun 882 H. Makam-makam yang ada di Gujarat dan Tanah Air juga memiliki bahan baku yang sama yaitu batu pualam. Dengan adanya persamaan tersebut bisa disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang aktif, terutama hubungan dagang antara Gujarat, Samudra Pasai, dan Jawa Timur. Melalui perdagangan tercipta interaksi antara penduduk Tanah Air dan para pedagang Muslim dari Gujarat. Melalui interaksi ini juga para pedagang Muslim dari Gujarat tak hanya melakukan aktivitas dagang tetapi juga menyebarkan ajaran agama Islam di Tanah Air. Sejak zaman sebelum Islam Pelabuhan Banten merupakan Pelabuhan terpenting di tanah Sunda. Hal itu disebabkan oleh letak geografisnya yang berada di tengah-tengah teluk Banten dengan jaringan Sungai Cibanten dan beberapa anak sungainya. Faktor alamiah ini merupakan hal yang sangat menguntungkan bagi pihak yang mengelola pelabuhan para pedagang. Keadaan ini yang mengakibatkan Pelabuhan Banten menempatkan diri dalam dunia perdagangan internasional di Asia.[Archaeological evidence always leaves a trail, and these include traces to track earlier times when Islam arrived in Indonesia between the 7th and the 8th centuries (CE). Archaeologist Uka Tjandrasasmita stressed the importance of the archaeological pieces of evidence in his work ‘Archaeology of Islam Nusantara’, which reveals some archaeological data in tombs decorated with ceramic fragments and palace architecture, which were considered essential materials as historical sources. All of these can be used to find out and reconstruct how Islam came to Indonesia. For example. The tombs have the same writings as the Islamic tombs in Gujarat, India. The similarities are found in Malik Ibrahim’s tombs, created in 1419 H in Gresik, East Java, and the tomb of Samudra Pasai of Aceh in 882 H. The tombs in Gujarat and Indonesia have the same raw material made from marble. Given these facts, there is a historical relationship between Gujarat, India, and Indonesia, and this could happen due to trade relations between Gujarat and Samudra Pasai and East Jawa. Through trades, interactions between the Muslim traders of Gujarat and Muslim Indonesians took place, and through these interactions, Muslim Gujarati not only carried out trading activities but also spread the teachings of Islam in Indonesia. Some historical facts show that for a long, Banten Port had become the most important port in the land of Sunda. This is due to its geographical location is in the middle of Banten Bay connected with Cibanten River networking and some of its tributaries. This natural factor is very profitable for the Sultan in managing the trades. As a result, the Banten port played a significant role in international trade in Asia.]

<p>ABSTRACT</p><p>Preference of Processed Purple Sweet Potato and Cassava in Madiun District. Through<br />Sustainable Reserved Food Garden Model (SRFGM), women farmers group "Karya Mulya" was introduced to the technology of purple sweet potato and cassava processing, which have not been utilized optimally. This assessment aimed to determine the farmers’ acceptance of the introduced technologies, to know the most preferred product along<br />with chemical and sensory quality and to know the ranking of product preferences with the influencing factors. This assessment was carried out in the Wonorejo village and Assessment Institute of Agricultural Technology (AIAT) East Java, using a randomized block design with 28 replicates. The treatments tested were purple sweet potato flour, purple<br />sweet potato ice cream, purple sweet potato jams, purple sweet potato french fries, modified cassava flour, noodles, stick and brownies from modified cassava flour. Parameters observed were women farmer acceptance and preference of the processed technologies that have been introduced, the ranking of product preferences with the factors that influence and the nutrient composition. The assessment resulted that the farmers’ responses especially on the "easiness of processing" was 3.67-4.90; "easiness of obtaining raw materials" was from 3.38 to 4.95 (easy to very easy). The consumer preference value of the purple sweet potato products was on the range of 3.81 to 4.57 (like to very like). The rank of most preferred products were ice cream, french fries, jam and flour respectively. Ice cream had the highest preference containing of 64.93%; ash 2.15%; fat 2.20%; protein 2.94%; carbohydrate 27.78%; calories 142.70 cal/100 g and anthocyanins 0.23 mg/g. The panelist preference value of cassava products was between 4.05 and 4.524 (like to very like). For cassava product, the rank of the most favored products were brownies, noodles, stick and mocaf.<br />Brownies encompassed the highest value with the water content of 30.11%; ash 1.78%; protein 5.88%; fat 19.20%;<br />carbohydrates 43.02% and calories 368.43 cal/100 g. Factors that affecting adoption of technology are the simplicity of raw material (50%), easiness of process (44.44%), efficiency of labor (5.556%) and the simplicity of tool.</p><p>Keywords: purple sweet potatoes, cassava, organoleptic test</p><p>ABSTRAK</p><p>Melalui Kegiatan Model Kawasan Rumah Pangan Lestari (M-KRPL), kelompok wanita tani (KWT) “Karya Mulya” diperkenalkan teknologi olahan ubikayu dan ubi jalar ungu, yang selama ini pemanfaatannya belum optimal.<br />Pengkajian bertujuan mengetahui penerimaan wanita tani terhadap teknologi yang diintroduksikan, mengetahui produk yang paling disukai beserta mutu kimia dan ensorisnya, serta mengetahui peringkat kesukaan produk dan faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Desa Wonorejo Kabupaten Madiun dan BPTP Jawa Timur, menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK), 28 kali ulangan. Perlakuan yang diujikan yaitu tepung ubi jalar ungu, es krim ubi jalar ungu, selai ubi jalar ungu, french fries ubijalar ungu, tepung ubikayu termodifikasi, mie, stick dan brownies dari tepung ubikayu termodifikasi. Parameter yang diamati yaitu penerimaan dan preferensi wanita tani terhadap teknologi yang diintroduksikan, peringkat kesukaan produk dan faktor yang mempengaruhinya, serta<br />komposisi nutrisi produk terpilih. Hasil pengkajian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian petani mengenai teknologi yang diintroduksikan terutama “kemudahan cara pengolahan”, “kemudahan memperoleh bahan baku” berturut-turut sebesar 3,67-4,90; dan 3,38-4,95 (mudah sampai sangat mudah). Tingkat kesukaan konsumen pada olahan ubi jalar ungu<br />sebesar 3,81-4,57 (suka sampai sangat suka). Urutan olahan ubi jalar ungu dari yang paling disukai yaitu es krim, french fries, selai, dan tepung ubi jalar ungu. Es krim menempati nilai kesukaan tertinggi, dengan nilai kadar air 64,93%; abu 2,15%; lemak 2,20%; protein 2,94%; karbohidrat 27,78%; kalori 142,70 kal/100 gr; dan antosianin 0,23<br />mg/g. Tingkat kesukaan panelis terhadap olahan ubikayu sebesar 4,05 sampai 4,524 (suka sampai sangat suka).<br />Peringkat kesukaan olahan ubikayu dari yang paling disukai yaitu brownies, mie, stick dan tepung ubikayu termodifikasi. Brownies menempati nilai kesukaan tertinggi dengan nilai kadar air 30,11%; abu 1,78%; protein 5,88%; lemak 19,20%; karbohidrat 43,02% dan kalori 368,43 kal/100 gr. This paper presents the dramaturgy of Sarip of Tambak Oso (STO), performedby Ludruk Karya Budaya Mojokerto (LKBM). LKBM as a Ludruk art group inEast Java has survived for about 47 years. The STO story has outlived the LKBMgroup. Ludruk has become a typical entertainment in East Java, and STO’s storyis one of the legends which continues to live in the people of East Java, especiallySidoarjo. STO’s story is very close to the community and the conflict in the playis a common issue in the community. This story reminds us of the importanceof good communication between the government and the community. Thisplay tells about the struggle for Sarip’ rights who does not want to pay taxesbecause of his poverty. This led to the resistance to the Dutch governmentand its accomplices. The Dutch finally found Sarip’s weakness. Sarip’s motherwould awake Sarip from death when she yelled out Sarip’s name. This storyis considered a true story by some people in the East Java region, especially inthe Oso Pond area, Sidoarjo. As the development progressed, this story laterbecame a lesson for the local community to wisely respond to all policies madeby the government. The government and the people should share the rightcommunication to create harmony. The dramaturgy study of LKBM in STO playwas important because the documentation was still relatively rare, and alsothe STO story is still contextual to date. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survai dan teknik dokumen terhadap 19 radio mitra yang peduli tentang siaran pendidikan. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah stasiun radio mitra yang berjumlah 52, sampel 19 stasiun radio mitra yang aktif menyiarkan konten pendidikan yang dikembangkan oleh Balai Pengembangan Media Radio Pendidikan (BPMRP) Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa partisipasi 19 radio mitra dalam menyiarkan konten pendidikan masih tergolong partisipasi rendah (low participation) di mana masyarakat atau radio hanya dijadikan sebagai obyek suatu kegiatan. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, di dalam mengembangkan konten siar pendidikan diharapkan lebih mengutamakan penggunaan kata-kata yang umum dan lazim dipakai, mengesankan, pengulangan kata-kata yang penting dan susunan kalimat yang logis, dan tidak melanggar kesopanan.Kata kunci: partisipasi, radio pendidikan, penyiaran radio.Abstract: The purpose of this research is to reveal the participation of radio station in broadcasting educational content.This research had been done in four months. In other words, the participation is only limited to an object of program or an activity, not as an active participation in broadcasting the educational content.
