Abstract:
U radu Romani Mirka Kovača Sofia Kalezić-Đuričković pravi kritičko-teorijski osvrt na najvažnija ostvarenja ovog velikog crnogorskog, srpskog i hrvatskog pisca. Kao u svojevrstan problemski nukleus, Kovač uranja u prostore svog užeg i šireg zavičaja, iz romana u roman bogateći i usložnjavajući njegovu fenomenologiju. Krajnje slikovit, zgusnut i snažan pripovjedački govor jedna je od krucijalnih osobina Kovača kao pisca, čije učestale tematske krugove predstavljaju porodični udesi izazvani društvenim, političkim i ekonomskim previranjima. Slijedeći najkvalitetnije literarne obrasce u okvirima svjetske i domaće književnsti, djelo ovog književnika okrenuto je putovanju kroz sjećanje, označenom modernim narativnim tehnikama. Ispripovijedano čistim jezičkim idiomom plemenitog i izgrađenog izraza, djelo Mirka Kovača nosi originalan pečat autorske prepoznatljivosti i umjetničke ljepote. U Kovačevim romanima autor i recipijent nalaze se u stvaralačkom sukobu, koji podrazumijeva priroda spisateljskog poziva. Kovač pripada piscima koji se mogu nazvati bodlerovskim prirodama jer posjeduju razvijenu svijest o vlastitim kreativnim traganjima. Okviri literarnih uticaja na njegovo djelo kreću se u širokom luku od Biblije do latinsko-američkih i savremenih evropskih književnika. Zato i kritičar i čitalac moraju biti oprezni pri susretu sa ostvarenjima ovog literate jer je u njima mnogo privida i svjesno postavljenih zamki, koje izlaze iz piščevog bogatog umjetničkog repertoara. Prožete sa puno humora, ironije i lucidnih zaključaka, ova ostvarenja ujedno predstavljaju i esencijalni izbor piščevih razmišljanja o književnosti.

Abstract:
U Božićevoj Trilogiji o Kurlanima pojavljuje se cijeli niz ženskih likova čija zastupljenost varira od čestoga pojavljivanja do sporadičnih i rjeđih susreta s njima. Neke od njih pisac neposredno gradi opisujući njihov izgled, emocionalno stanje, društveni status te kroz dijaloge i monologe ozbiljuje njihove muško-ženske i žensko-ženske odnose, ali i posredno, naslućujući njihov odnos s pojedincima ili pak kolektivom. Ova ženska lica, umjetnički izvanredno ostvarena, podignuta su na razinu pojma kakvim se, između ostalih, pokazuje Perka na koju je i usmjerena interpretacija u ovome radu. Riječ je o silovitome, ali kaotičnome ženskom liku koji Božić ostvaruje kroz polifonijsko prožimanje erosa, smrti i boli. Iznimna ekspresivnost elemenata naturalizma kojima autor potencira ovaj lik ozbiljuje se elementarnošću Božićeva jezika iz kojega, zapravo, i izvire snaga njegova književnog stvaralaštva.

This paper deals with geography lexics and terminology found in a Mirko Banjević poem Sutjeska. This poem has been published several times. It was published just after the First World War for the first time in 1946 by "Pobjeda" from Podgorica, and then it was published by publishing house "Rad" from Belgrade in 1953, publishing house "Kosmos" from Belgrade in 1958 and finally by Yugoslav academy of sciences and arts from Zagreb in 1961. Materials used in this paper came from the Kosmos edition from 1961.

Abstract:
In 2 pot experiments, potato (cultivars Element, Mirka, Ostara and Astarte), pea, sugarbeet, onion, flax, spring barley, faba beans, spring wheat and spring rape were inoculated with V. dahliae by root dipping or by growing the plants in artificially infested soil. In both treatments the dry matter yield and formation of microsclerotia were determined for aerial parts. In plants grown in infested soil, the DW and microsclerotia formation were determined in stubbles and roots as well. The highest numbers of microsclerotia per g plant material and per pot in the root dipping treatment were found on potato, flax and barley. The microsclerotia density on potato cv. Element, pea and barley was higher in the root dipping treatment than in the soil infestation treatment. The reverse was true for potato cultivars Ostara and Mirka. Dry matter yield of the harvestable organs of potato cultivars Element and Astarte, flax, sugarbeet and barley was lower in the root dipping treatment than in the soil infestation treatment. The greatest inter-crop differences in the microsclerotia yield/pot were in the aerial parts. Flax gave the highest numbers of microsclerotia/pot, followed by the 4 potato cultivars. The other crops had a much lower microsclerotia yield. It is suggested that the results will be useful for modelling effects of various crops on the soil population at crop and farm level.

Članak se bavi počecima osnutka Moderne galerije u Zagrebu i stvaranja njenog fundusa. Preispituju se uvriježeni podaci o prva tri djela za zbirku, slici Pred vratima smrti Mirka Račkoga, skulpturi Timor Dei Ivana Meštrovića i reljefu Isus i Marija Magdalena Františeka Bíleka, te se na osnovi arhivskoga gradiva i kataloga izložaba Društva umjetnosti predlaže preciznija kronologija i slijed okolnosti njihove nabave. Djela Meštrovića i Račkoga danas su u stalnom postavu Gliptoteke HAZU, odnosno Moderne galerije, dok je Bílekov drveni reljef u vlasništvu Moderne galerije, na temelju Ugovora između dviju ustanova, pohranjen u depou Gliptoteke HAZU.

Abstract:
Ovaj rad na temelju neobjavljenih izvora, periodike, tiskane građe te referentne literature donosi rekonstrukciju dijela biografije Mirka Buića, pravnika, poduzetnika, publicista te visokoga lokalnog i državnog dužnosnika za vrijeme Kraljevine Jugoslavije. U profesionalnom smislu najdublji je trag ostavio u Trgovačko-obrtničkoj komori u Splitu, u kojoj je djelovao kao tajnik od kraja 1924. pa sve do sredine 1938. godine. Pred kraj međuratnoga razdoblja (1938. – 1939.) Buić je obnašao dužnosti splitskoga gradonačelnika, ministra tjelesnoga odgoja Kraljevine Jugoslavije te bana Primorske banovine. Njegova politička orijentacija bila je unitarno jugoslavenska i prorojalistička premda nije aktivno sudjelovao u stranačkom životu međuratnoga Splita. Buić je ostavio važan trag u splitskom sokolskom društvu, u kojem je imao rukovodeću ulogu između svjetskih ratova.

Abstract:
En las Estaciones Experimentales del Instituto de Investigaciones Agropecuarias de Chile (INIA), en Santiago (La Platina) y Osorno (Remehue), se establecieron dos ensayos de evaluación, por dos temporadas consecutivas con el propósito de evaluar el comportamiento de variedades y líneas experimentales de diverso origen, introducidas por el Centro Internacional de la Papa, (CIP). Para ambas temporadas se incluyeron 19 genotipos de papa, de los cuales 15 correspondieron a cultivares introducidos. Como testigo se utilizaron las variedades comerciales: Yagana-INIA, Ultimus, Mirka y Desiree. De las evaluaciones efectuadas durante dos años, el cultivar más promisorio fue Serrana-INTA, con un rendimiento comercial promedio para Osorno y Santiago, de 63.8 y 45.8 t/ha, respectivamente. El cultivar Piratini, también presentó un amplio nivel de adaptación, y mantuvo un comportamiento uniforme en ambas Estaciones Experimentales.

Abstract:
Mirka (2009) has recently argued that the 18th-century metrical theories of Heinrich Christoph Koch can be revelatory for a reconstruction of contemporary ways of hearing Viennese high classicism. Koch’s claims revolve around interactions between the metrical placement of cadences and the articulation of specific beat levels, and these claims are most specific and testable for common time and 6/8. This paper reports two statistical surveys of works by Mozart that were designed to gauge the fit between the corpus and Koch’s theory. In the works examined, the theory was strongly supported for common time, strongly disconfirmed for 6/8, and weakly supported for the other meters encountered. It is argued that these results point toward caution regarding the use of Koch’s theories but not toward their outright rejection, and that unexpected statistical contrasts within the corpus indicate the need for a fine-grained approach to meter in music of the later 18th century.

ABSTRACTVienna, 21 August 1773: Mozart signs off a letter to his sister Nannerl in his usual jocular manner: ‘oidda – gnagflow Trazom neiw ned 12 tsugua 3771’. This ‘arseways’ spelling of his signature is an early example of Mozart's well-known fondness for jesting and playing with patterns – spatial, arithmetical, linguistic and musical. Mozart appears to have been especially committed to such games in the 1770s. This was a period when he was also involved with the more serious matter of advancing his career, in which the composition of the first six so-called ‘difficult’ yet also ‘popular’ keyboard sonatas, k279–284, played an integral part. This article reads certain inexplicable gestures in the first sonata, k279, as reflecting Mozart's preoccupation with witty expressions at this time, seemingly as part of his attempt to gain the favour of prospective patrons, publishers and employers. The idiosyncrasies of the sonata result from an intersection of the syntax of phrase-level patterning and large-scale form with the semiosis of musical topics, eliciting laughter or simply a smile. Mozart's communicative strategy is situated in a broader context of the compositional play, wit and humour discussed in late eighteenth-century theory and aesthetics. It also allows us to revisit several implications arising from Danuta Mirka and Kofi Agawu's Communication in Eighteenth-Century Music of 2008, including the importance of ‘context’ for successful communication, the susceptibility of eighteenth-century artefacts to present-day misreading and the problem of Kenner, Liebhaber and audiences in general.

Abstract:
Purpose: Epithelial-to-Mesenchymal Transition (EMT) was reported to play a key role in the development of Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC). The process of EMT is regulated by the changes of miRNAs expression. However, it is still unknown which miRNA changed the most in the process of canceration and whether these changes played a role in tumor development. Methods: A total of 36 SCLC patients treated in our hospital between 11th, 2015 and 10th, 2017 were enrolled. The samples of cancer tissues and paracancer tissues of patients were collected and analyzed. Then, the miRNAs in normal lung cells and NSCLC cells were also analyzed. In the presence of TGF-β, we transfected the miRNA mimics or inhibitor into NSCLC cells to investigate the role of the significantly altered miRNAs in cell migration and invasion and in the process of EMT. Results: MiR-330-3p was significantly up-regulated in NSCLC cell lines and tissues and miRNA- 205 was significantly down-regulated in NSCLC cell lines and NSCLC tissues. Transfected miRNA-205 mimics or miRMA-330-3p inhibitor inhibited the migration and invasion of NCIH1975 cell and restrained TGF-β-induced EMT in NSCLC cells. Conclusion: miRNA-330-3p and miRNA-205 changed the most in the process of canceration in NSCLC. Furthermore, miR-330-3p promoted cell invasion and metastasis in NSCLC probably by promoting EMT and miR-205 could restrain NSCLC likely by suppressing EMT.
