Vestavený hardware je velice populární v této době. Proto jsme se rozhodli vytvořit desku s mikrokontrolérem AT91SAM9261 spolu so standartným a nestandartným hardwarem. Standartným, běžným by se dal nazvat port LAN alebo audio vstup-výstup. Nestandartným, špecialním by mohl být obvod FPGA firmy Xilinx o velikosti 200k. Toto dovoluje využít zažízení v oblastech, kde výpočetní síla obyčejnýho CPU již není dostačující.

Abstract:
Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia cause cognitive disabilities in the afflicted person. As a result, the person with dementia often requires assistance from a primary caregiver. However, while the caregiver is away from the home they are unaware of the person's status and may not be able to find out without returning to the home due to dementia's effects on cognition. In this thesis work, a system of embedded devices is presented which tracks a solitary dementia patient in the home in real-time. The system is composed of three main hardware components. Multiple passive and active sensors are strategically placed to monitor the patient. A number of custom battery-powered embedded systems read the sensors and wirelessly transmit the sensor's values. A central computational node collects the wireless transmissions and analyzes the data. Two algorithms were developed that detect the patient's eating activities and location throughout the home from the sensor data. A web-based user interface was designed that allows a primary caregiver to remotely view the patient's status while away from the home. Numerous trials are performed which test the system's ability to monitor the patient's eating activities and location. The positive results of the trials show that the proposed system is able to detect eating patterns as defined by rules and localize in real-time the patient in the home, accurate to a single quadrant of a room. The proposed embedded system is highly affordable and has two novel features, namely eating detection and patient localization accurate to a single quadrant of any room in the home. Both features use sensors installed in the home and do not require the patient to wear any sensors on their person. The state-of-the-art products currently available are able to localize only to a single room without the patient wearing sensors.

The development of the 8051 Evaluation and Training Board was in response to fulfill a need to have a training board available for students at the start of a micro-controller course. This board must be used to get hands-on experience in the internal architecture, programming and operation of the controller through the testing of sample programs and exercises. It can act as an example of a practical micro-controller application board, and also as part of, or as an aid in the design and application of own projects. The board had to be cheap enough so that each student can be issued with a personal board for the duration of the course. It had to be adequately selfsufficient to be portable and to operate independent of a host PC. In addition, it had to contain adequate "intelligence" to guide the student in the use of the board: have a quick re-programming turn-around cycle; and it must be possible to use the board for user program testing and debugging. After drawing up an initial set of objectives and investigating the economic viability of similar systems in industry, an outline of the required design was made. This included the selection of suitable communication between the onboard Operating System and a user; the easiest way to load user programs into the board memory; and methods to test and debug this program. All the normal support circuitry required by a micro-controller to accommodate a minimum system for operation was included into a single Field Programmable Gate Array. The execution of the project was therefore divided into three distinct sections, the hardware, the firmware (Programmable Array configuration) and the software. In the design, the harmony between these sections had to be consolidated to yield a successful final product. The simplicity and ergonomics of the operation and application from a user's point of view, had to be accentuated and kept in mind throughout. In a design of the complexity such as this, careful planning and the investigation of various methods of approach were essential. The use of many computer-aided design and other relevant computer packages was incorporated. Interaction between the user and the Operating System on the board was done through a standard 16-character by 1-line LCD Display Module and a 32-key keyboard. The main feature of the Operating System was to enable the inspection and editing of all the memory locations on the micro-processor.

Abstract:

A channel board was designed for a DRFM circuit. The DRFM is implemented in a Virtex-4 FPGA from Xilinx. In the future a similar channel board is intended to be used for target echo generation in ELSI which is an electronic warfare simulator at Saab Bofors Dynamics in Linköping.

Besides the DRFM circuit the channel board consists of analog-to-digital converters, digital-to-analog converters, Ethernet plug-in board with a microcontroller, voltage regulators, FPGA configuration memory, voltage amplifiers, current amplifiers, oscillator, buffers/drivers and bus transceivers. The sample rate is 200 MHz and LVDS signalling standard is used between the DRFM circuit and the converters.

The channel board has a JTAG interface which enables in-system programming of the FPGA. This implies that the DRFM can easily be redesigned. An external computer can manage the channel board via Ethernet. Software was developed for the microcontroller on the channel board and for the external computer. The function of the channel board is heavily dependent on the DRFM circuit.

The channel board design resulted in the assembly of a prototype circuit board. Measurements were performed in a lab and the channel board was approved to be integrated in ELSI for further tests.

The master's thesis is devoted to the development of a remote system for control and monitoring of the photovoltaic system. The main task of the remote system is quick and easy access to the monitoring panel of the photovoltaic system with the ability to conveniently view and store all possible input data from the device. The electric structural scheme, electric schematic scheme and the description of these schemes are made in the work, the calculation of elements of the scheme is made, the block scheme for a software part is developed. The device includes an ESP32-WROOM microcontroller.

This paper describes the draft and implementation of a system for identifying failures on the soldered joints from already existing system, which is, however, limited by dependence of the operating system of the human factor. The innovated system provides us an automatic testing of soldered joints using a computer, with subsequent processing of data electronically using the corresponding software. The first part is devoted to the theory of the formation of flaws on the soldered joints and to the familiarization with uninnovated system. Subsequently, work continues with the practical part, which introduces us the procedure and implementation of the innovated system for identifying failures on the soldered joints. The final part of this paper is an evaluation of the results and fulfilment of work requirements.

In the first part of my thesis, I was studying materials about using solar energy. Then I write search about all components that are necessary to be used in solar systems. After that I designed the structure of solar system used for heating the hot water for a family house about 4 persons. For this system I designed a regulator and one layer circuit board using Eagle layout editor 4.12r2, which I assembled and tested. This followed creating and debugging program for microprocessor that controls the whole device. This functional regulator for solar collectors connected in a box together with the necessary electronic components is my final product of this project.

У частині проекту розкрито призначення, область застосування та технічні вимоги до проектованого радіопристрою, здійснено вибір елементної бази, описано принцип роботи по електричній принциповій схемі, та виконано її аналіз, виконано розрахунок електричних параметрів окремих каскадів та обґрунтування виробу і опис конструкції, розраховано надійність пристрою, здійснено аналіз технологічності конструкції виробу і розроблено маршрутно-операційної технології складання і монтажу друкованого вузла.
The topic of the bachelor's qualification work is the development of the digital time timer design based on the AT90S2313 microcontroller, its main technical parameters are calculated, qualitative and quantitative assessment of manufacturability is carried out, operating conditions and cost indicators are determined. In the part of the project the purpose, scope and technical requirements to the designed radio device are revealed, the element base is selected, the principle of work according to the electric schematic scheme is described, and its analysis is performed, calculation of electric parameters of separate stages and product substantiation is performed. the analysis of manufacturability of a design of a product is carried out and the route-operational technology of assembly and installation of the printed assembly is developed.

The theoretical part is focused on characterization of suitable hardware elements and communication technologies. In the practical part, the thesis deals with the description of possible communication schemes, used hardware, developed algorithm, software of individual members and diagnostic tools developed for thesis's purpose. In the last part, attention is paid to testing the resulting solution.

Calculations were made, the elementary base for the printed circuit board was chosen. Printed circuit board created. Abstract:
The goal of this Master thesis is to design a power convertor for BLDC motor 48V/2kW. Emphasis is placed on the small dimensions of the final printed circuit board. Therefore, power SMD transistors STL135N8F7AG are used in small packages PowerFlat 5x6. To reduce area of the PCB, electrolytic capacitors are mounted on a separate board, which is located above the main PCB. Small high-capacity 22F/100V ceramic capacitors are used in the DC-LINK as well. They are located as close as possible to the power SMD tranzistors. Control logic will be provided by microprocesor STM32G474RE. High resolution timer HRTIM1 is used. The first part of this thesis is devoted to the brief description of BLDC motor construction and driving. Next parts are focused on the design itself.

This Master's thesis deals with design and a realisation of a device controlling an OLED display, Densitron DD-25664-1A. This display has a resolution of 256 x 64 pixels and allows displaying of 4-bit grayscale. The proposed utility software implements the initialization and termination functions, two sets of fonts { Latin and Greek letters and functions for rendering graphics and text. The result of the project is a device with the controlling software.

Abstract:
The master’s thesis is focused on the UHF RFID reader EXIN-1 signal processing. The first part describes the concept of the EXIN-1 front end, its basic testing and possible communication interfaces for reader control and for receiving and transmitting baseband signals. The second part of this work is aimed to a simple description of EPCglobal Class-1 Generation-2 UHF RFID Protocol, especially to used modulations and codings. In the last part, a block connection between the front end and an ARM Cortex-M4 microcontroller discovery board is designed. The microcontroller is used for generating of all required signals and also for receiving incoming signals and processing them for identification numbers of RFID cards (tags), which are in the reading range of the reader. A decoding algorithm is designed in MATLAB software and implemented to the selected microcontroller. Obtained identification data are displayed on an LCD display and also sent to a PC through a serial communication.

Master‘s thesis reviews the characteristics of the AVR32 architecture, AVR32UC microarchitecture, and especially AT32UC3A0512 microcontroller. This microcontroller is mounted on the board EVK1100, which is used for debugging applications. The entire analysis is focused on the ability to process audio signals on this board. For the board is created AD/DA interface and its control library. Follows necessary description of used DSP-lib library. The last part is a description of the theory and implementation of two sound effects and implementation of operating system FreeRTOS.

However, despite comprehensive real-time systems support, Ada lacks the abstraction at the heart of these systems: cyclic tasks. Without it, users resort to solutions decomposing their designs: introducing unnecessary complexity to a real-time systems primitive. Furthermore, the only Ada executive for microcontrollers, GNAT for Bare Boards, impedes the timing analysis of tasks and schedulability analysis of systems. Consequently, Ada and its environments do not reach their potential of producing low-cost, reliable and maintainable real-time systems. This thesis unlocks this latent potential through the development of the Cyclic Task Specification and Acton. The Specification extends Ada to incorporate cyclic tasks within Ada’s existing task abstraction using a simple but powerful model. Acton, on the other hand, is a new Ada executive built from the ground up to support real-time systems, forgoing an existing Ada tasking run-time in favour of building the tasking semantics natively within its kernel. The result is a flexible and portable Ada executive which correctly apportions execution time and enforces cyclic task attributes. Furthermore, tasks only perform user assigned activities and lower priority tasks cannot interrupt a running task. Their contributions come at the cost of a more complex language and larger execution time overheads for kernel operations. For Acton, the up to order of magnitude larger overheads is the cost of simplifying task timing and system schedulability analysis. For the Cyclic Task Specification, the added complexity simplifies the expression of cyclic task patterns for a wide range of systems. Its simple model centred on task attributes permits model expansion outside the formal language, addressing aversions to incorporating high-level abstractions. Together, the Cyclic Task Specification and Acton advance real-time systems by providing the clarity, structure and simplicity needed to express cyclic tasks and have their real-time constraints enforced at run-time. Furthermore, real-time analysis tools can now use the same cyclic task semantic information as the compiler to provide automatic timing verification and run-time enforceable cyclic constraints. Consequently, the contributions of this thesis allow real-time systems to use less code and have less scope for faults: reducing the life-cycle cost of real-time systems through quicker development and maintenance.

Abstract:
Technology is evolving, creating an impact on our everyday lives and Telehealth. Telehealth encapsulates the provision of healthcare services and information via a technological approach. Several studies document the benefits of using web-based methods to provide healthcare help. Nonetheless, few health and psychological help studies combine this method with wearable sensors. This study aims to create an online platform for users to receive self-care help and information using wearable sensors. In addition, researchers developing a similar project obtain a solid foundation as a reference. This dissertation provides descriptions and analyses of the software and hardware architecture. Exhibits and explains a heart rate dynamic and efficient algorithm that continuosly calculates the desired sensors values. Presents diagrams that illustrate the website deployment process and the web server means of handling the sensors data. The goal is to create a working project using Arduino compatible hardware. Heart rate sensors send their data values to an online platform. A microcontroller board uses an algorithm to calculate the sensor heart rate values and outputs it to a web server. The platform visualizes the sensor data, summarizes it in a report, and creates alerts for the user. Results showed a solid project structure and communication from the hardware and software. The web server displays the conveyed heart rate sensors data on the online platform, presenting observations and evaluations.
A tecnologia está a evoluir, criando um impacto nas nossas vidas e na telessaúde. A telessaúde engloba a prestação de serviços e informações de saúde usando uma abordagem tecnológica. Vários estudos documentam os benefícios de métodos baseados na web para fornecer ajuda médica. No entanto, poucos estudos de saúde e ajuda psicológica combinam esse método com sensores vestíveis. Este estudo tem como objetivo criar uma plataforma online para utilizadores receberem ajuda e informações sobre autocuidado, usando sensores vestíveis. Além disso, investigadores a desenvolver um projeto semelhante têm uma base sólida como referência. Esta dissertação fornece descrições e análises da arquitetura do software e hardware. Exibe e explica um algoritmo eficiente e dinâmico de frequência cardíaca que calcula continuamente os valores desejados dos sensores. Apresenta diagramas que ilustram o processo de implementação online do site e os meios que o servidor da web utiliza para lidar com os dados dos sensores. O objetivo é criar um projeto funcional que usa hardware compatível com Arduino. Os sensores de frequência cardíaca enviam os seus valores para uma plataforma online. Uma placa de microcontrolador usa um algoritmo para calcular os valores de frequência cardíaca do sensor e envia-os para um servidor web. A plataforma visualiza os dados do sensor, resume-os num relatório e cria alertas para o utilizador. Os resultados mostraram uma estrutura sólida do projeto e da comunicação do hardware e software. O servidor da web exibe os dados do sensor de frequência cardíaca na plataforma online, apresentando observações e avaliações.
