Abstract:
Effective business process management is one of the key tasks of every organization if it wants to compete successfully on the market and satisfy the needs of its customers. Although there are many established best practices, techniques, and more or less complex methods in business process management, no approach can fulfill a typical organization’s needs and wants. The key to success lies in developing new or adapting existing approaches for business process management to suit the unique characteristics of individual organizations and projects. This demands a solid methodological framework and a clearly defined work process. The aim of the paper is to apply situational method engineering concepts within the realm of business process management, thereby tackling the challenge mentioned above. As a result, a situational method engineering framework is defined to construct and customize business process management methods. The study proposes the conceptual foundations of the framework and a set of processes for constructing holistic and tailored methods that cover various aspects of business process management (analysis, modeling, management, etc.). The basis of the framework is represented by general method components at a higher level of abstraction, which are assembled into holistic methods via interfaces and are transformed into versions adapted to specific situations using tailoring rules. The practical applicability of the proposed framework is validated through its implementation in a project at a large manufacturing company, where it is used to develop both a general and customized business process management method.

Abstract:
The three main Hair assessment methods in alopecia are Non-invasive (questionnaire, daily hair counts, standardized wash test, 60-s hair count, global pictures, dermoscopy, hair weight, contrasting felt examination, phototrichogram, TrichoScan), semi-invasive (trichogram and unit area trichogram), and intrusive procedures (e.g., scalp biopsy). No method is ideal or realistic. These are useful for patient diagnosis and monitoring when interpreted carefully. Daily hair counts, wash tests, etc. are good ways to evaluate a patient's shedding. Hair clinics use procedures like global photography. Phototrichogram is exclusively used in clinical trials. These procedures (like scalp biopsy) require processing and interpretation expertise. In this review article, we discuss the various hair evaluation methods.

Abstract:
The study examines the issues of improving future geography teachers’ professional training through contextual learning; it emphasizes the practicality of conceptual changes in terms of the transition from post-industrial to information society and forced distance interaction. The purpose of the article is to study the features and determine the crucial principles, approaches, stages and technologies of organizing contextual learning for future geography teachers as an organic part of their professional training. Several research methods were used to achieve the goal, including the method of comparative, substantive and reflective analysis of primary sources, advanced domestic and foreign experience, modelling, systematization and concretization of known approaches in the organization of contextual learning of future geography teachers. As a result of the review of scientific literature, the presence of two concepts of contextual learning, which are used in foreign and domestic educational practice, has been revealed. The first model of Contextual Teaching and Learning proposes the involvement of students in the learning process using real, personally meaningful situations and contexts that reflect the application of knowledge and skills in everyday life. The second is A. Verbytskyi’s model of Symbolic-Contextual Learning focusing on the assimilation of the professional context by future specialists and presuming the introduction of study material to the scope of future professional activity. It has been pointed out that both models emphasize the importance of the context in the assimilation of effective knowledge and the formation of competence in their application in practice. While the Symbolic-Contextual Learning model is mostly focused on preparing for the future professional activity of a specialist with a higher education level, the Contextual Teaching and Learning one covers a wider application of contexts in the study process of educational institutions of various levels. The content and essence of subject and social contexts for future geography teachers and the ways of their creation in the process of bachelor’s professional training have been revealed. The principles and approaches which the technology of contextual learning in the higher pedagogical school is based on have been clarified; the stages (educational activities of the academic type, quasi-professional and study-professional activities), the leading models of contextual learning (semiotic, imitative and social ones), methods, forms and techniques that are most appropriate at each of the stages have been described. The educational and professional training program for bachelors in the speciality 014.07 Secondary education (Geography) at the Kryvyi Rih State Pedagogical University has been analysed; its meaningfulness, efficiency and effectiveness in achieving the program learning outcomes planned by the Standard have been emphasised. It has been claimed that the method of contextual learning is based on student-centred and competency-based approaches and includes: the problem-searching nature of students’ educational activities, the use of collaborative learning technologies, ICT and digital technologies, the involvement of external stakeholders, the creation of emotional and moral situations, and the introduction of practice-oriented and interdisciplinary approaches, reflective and analytical assessment. It has been concluded that the integration of traditional and innovative approaches, and the introduction of contextual learning will allow future geography teachers not only to deeper learn the theoretical aspects of geographical and pedagogical sciences but also to skilfully apply them in real life and professional situation.

Abstract:
Research is devoted to Data Mining methods. A comparison of classical and mathematical and statistical methods of data analysis was made. One of the variants of correlation analysis method for intelligent data analysis is proposed and described in an argumentative manner. The question of applying different methodologies for Data Mining is actual. Classically, the following methods of knowledge discovery and analysis are offered in Data Mining: classification; regression; forecasting time sequences (series); clustering; association. As mathematical and statistical methods of analysis in applied research, the most of authors offer such methods as: statistical hypothesis testing, regression models construction and research. Since most real models are not amenable to analysis using classical methods, including regression analysis, the authors propose to use correlational analysis method in Data Mining.

Abstract:
The diabetes classification system is very useful in the health sector. This paper discusses the classification system for diabetes using the K-Means algorithm. The Pima Indian Diabetes (PID) dataset is used to train and evaluate this algorithm. The unbalanced value range in the attributes affects the quality of the classification result, so it is necessary to preprocess the data which is expected to improve the accuracy of the PID dataset classification result. Two types of preprocessing methods are used that are min-max normalization and z-score normalization. These two normalization methods are used and the classification accuracies are compared. Before the data classification process is carried out, the data is divided into training data and test data. The result of the classification test using the K-Means algorithm has shown that the best accuracy lies in the PID dataset which has been normalized using the min-max normalization method, which 79% compared to z-score normalization.
