Abstract:
The high MMR of the government issued a Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia concerning the MCH Handbook, stating that the MCH Handbook is a tool for early detection of disorders or health problems for mothers and children, so that when the MCH handbook is not utilized properly it will be difficult to detect early on mothers and child. The purpose of this study was to determine factors: perception of supervision and availability of MCH books influenced the use of MCH books. This type of observational quantitative research is cross sectional. The population of all village midwives is 124 people who work in 16 puskesmas working areas in Kolaka Regency. Sampling was done by simple rondom sampling method, obtained as many as 55 people who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The analysis uses moment or sperman’s rho product analysis, and multivariate analysis with linear regression test. Results: perception perception variables with Pearson's R. correlation test obtained r = 0.244 and p = 0.73 where the value of p> 0.05 means that there is no significant relationship between perception of supervision with the use of the MCH handbook. Variable availability of MCH books with the Spearman correlation test, s Rho obtained r = 0.157 and p = 0.25 where p> 0.05, which means there is no significant relationship between the availability of MCH books with the use of MCH books. Conclusion: the study found that the perception of supervision and provision of MCH books did not significantly influence the use of MCH books in antenatal services by village midwives in Kolaka District. Suggestions Kolaka District Health Office needs to increase the role of periodic supervision and procurement of MCH books in accordance with the target number and availability of MCH books at health service sites.

Abstract:
Bunga mawar dan bengkoang ini sering digunakan oleh masyarakat pedalaman di daerah Kalimantan Timur sebagai bahan dasar untuk perawatan bekas jerawat. Bunga mawar dan bengkoang memiliki senyawa golongan flavonoid yang berfungsi sebagai antioksidan. MCT oil sebagai pelarut nanoemulsi yang dapat melarutkan obat atau senyawa yang memiliki kelarutan rendah dalam air. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui formula nanoemulsi dengan pembawa minyak MCT oil dan karakteristik fisik dari sediaan nanoemulsi. Pada pembuatan nanoemulsi menggunakan metode sonikasi dengan 3 komponen utama yaitu pembawa minyak, surfaktan dan kosurfaktan. Bahan yang digunakan dalam nanoemulsi yaitu etanol, cremophor RH 40 dan tween 80, dengan berbagai perbandingan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh formula dengan perbandingan MCT oil: Tween80: Etanol (1: 6 : 1) dengan nilai pH 4,1, ukuran partikel 67.86nm, Indeks Polidispersibilitas 0,561.

Abstract:
MCH handbook is expected to increase community participation in controlling maternal health. Results of the coverage achievement of this handbook until December 2014 from Kerawang Health Office amounted to 63.49% and the coverage of V1 was 93.37% and this indicates a difference in which in fact both coverages should be the same as the MCH handbook is given when mothers check their pregnancy for the first time. This study aimed to obtain the utilization of MCH Handbook by pregnant women and factors associated with the utilization of MCH handbook in pregnant women in Wanakerta health center, Karawang regency in 2015. The study design was cross-sectiona The population in this study were all pregnant women at Wanakerta health center who did checkups and the sample was part of pregnant women who already had the MCH handbook, and came to checkups at Wanakerta health center in June 2015. The results of this study showed that the variables associated with the use of MCH handbook in this study were education, attitudes, support for health personnel, health cadre support, and family support. Meanwhile, age, parity, and socioeconomy were not related to the utilization of MCH handbook by pregnant women.

Abstract:
Pada tahun 2017, 36% dari 43,7 juta pemain game di Indonesia adalah anak usia sekolah. Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan menghasilkan game edukasi android Mat Croco yang memiliki kualitas baik (valid, praktis dan efektif). Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan model ADDIE. Hasil analisis uji kevalidan game Mat Croco oleh dua ahli dinyatakan memiliki kevalidan yang baik. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari skor kevalidan media pembelajaran 36,5 dan skor kevalidan soal penalaran matematika juga 36,5. Hasil analisis kepraktisan oleh dua guru matematika dan dua siswa menunjukkan bahwa game Mat Croco memiliki kepraktisan yang sangat baik. Rata-rata skor kepraktisan oleh guru 37 dan skor kepraktisan dari siswa 36. Hasil analisis uji keefektifan game Mat Croco efektif berorientasi penalaran matematika siswa. Analisis deskriptif mengalami peningkatan rata-rata nilai penalaran matematika (pretes=28,4 dan postes=84,4) dan persentase ketuntasan (pretes=0% dan postes=75,9%). Paired Samples Test menyimpulkan bahwa game Mat Croco efektif berorientasi penalaran matematika (|t| (25,200) > t tabel (t 0,025;28 = 2,368) dan sig.(0,000) < 0,0025). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa game edukasi android Mat Croco memiliki kualitas yang baik (valid, praktis dan efektif) dan layak diaplikasikan dalam pembelajaran matematika materi barisan dan deret.

Pada artikel ini, dilakukan identifikasi Mesoscale Convective Complex (MCC) di wilayah Tual. MCC adalah sistem konveksi awan skala-meso yang dicirikan oleh bentuk pola besar, berdurasi panjang, dan semi-melingkar. Keberadaan MCC dapat mengakibatkan hujan lebat dan berdurasi panjang serta dapat mengakibatkan banjir. MCC dideteksi menggunakan citra satelit kanal inframerah dengan algoritma yang dibangun berdasarkan karakteristik dari MCC berupa tutupan awan, eksentrisitas, dan durasi keberadaan awan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunujukan bahwa hujan lebat pada tanggal 18 Januari 2019 di wilayah Tual tercatat 74 mm dalam sehari terjadi akibat adanya MCC pada wilayah tersebut. Hasil akhir dari analisis algoritma pengolah citra awan berbasis data satelit pada studi kasus mampu menghasilkan koordinat lintang dan bujur lokasi MCC saat fase tumbuh, matang dan punah, yang muncul di wilayah Tual.

Abstract:
<p>A teacher's personality competence plays an important role in achieving educational goals. Personality is formed through every experience a teacher has. These experiences then govern a teacher's perspectives and thoughts and are reflected in behavior that shapes personality. Therefore, it is important for teacher candidates to do field experiences or observations in schools. This study will look at how the character of teacher candidates, such as caring, responsibility, and sensitivity to the needs of students, is enhanced during field experiences. The particpants of this study were 30 teacher candidates from several schools around Jakarta. Data taken from portfolios, reflection sheets, and mentors' observation sheets about the teacher candidates were analyzed in-depth. The reflections sheet included students’ explanations about 1) teacher management regarding student behavior and classroom environment, 2) teacher teaching strategies and instructional media, 3) teacher interaction in learning and communication skills, and 4) teacher assessment. The teacher candidates’ perspective after the field experience ended included 1) making a commitment to build communication and relationships with students as a form of a caring attitude, 2) making a commitment to share responsibility related to the assessment process, and 3) realizing that teachers need to be sensitive to diverse students during the learning process.</p><p><strong>BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRAK: </strong>Kompetensi kepribadian guru berperan penting dalam tercapainya tujuan pendidikan. Kepribadian ini terbentuk dari setiap pengalaman yang didapat oleh seseorang. Pengalaman ini akan mengatur cara pandang dan pikir seseorang dan dicerminkan dalam bentuk tingkah laku dan terakumulasi menjadi sebuah kepribadian. Oleh karena itu penting bagi MCG melakukan Program Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) di sekolah. Penelitian ini akan melihat bagaimana karakter MCG, ditinjau dari perspektif mereka, seperti kepedulian, kesediaan berbagi tanggung jawab, dan kepekaan akan kebutuhan siswa selama melakukan PPL. Data diambil dari refleksi mahasiswa yang dianalisis secara mendalam mengenai 1) manajemen guru mengenai perilaku siswa dan lingkungan kelas, 2) strategi mengajar guru dan media pembelajaran yang digunakan, interaksi guru dalam pembelajaran dan keterampilan berkomunikasi, dan 3) penilaian yang dilakukan guru dan didukung oleh observasi guru mentor terhadap MCG. Pertumbuhan karakter MCG setelah pelaksanaan PPL: perspektif yang ditimbulkan oleh MCG setelah pelaksanaan PPL: 1) memiliki komitmen untuk membangun komunikasi yang <em>clear</em> dengan siswa sebagai wujud sikap peduli seorang guru, 2) memiliki komitmen untuk berbagi tanggung jawab. MCG menjurus pada tanggung jawab guru dalam melaksanakan peniliaian pada siswa. MCG melihat bahwa instrument untuk proses penilaian harus dipersiapkan dengan baik oleh guru dan siswa mempersiapkan diri dalam proses tersebut sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab mereka setelah menerima materi, dan 3) menyadari bahwa dibutuhkan perilaku guru dalam kepekaan tentang kebutuhan siswa yang beragam. MCG memusatkan pada perilaku memberikan kontribusi selama proses pembelajaran untuk menolong siswa dalam memenuhi kebutuhan belajarnya.</p>

Abstract:
The green synthesis of nanoparticles (NPs) is currently under worldwide investigation as an eco-friendly alternative to traditional routes (NPs): the absence of toxic solvents and catalysts make it suitable in the design of promising nanomaterials for nanomedicine applications. In this work, we used the extracts collected from leaves of two cultivars (Leccino and Carolea) belonging to the species Olea Europaea, to synthesize silver NPs (AgNPs) in different pH conditions and low temperature. NPs underwent full morphological characterization with the aim to define a suitable protocol to obtain a monodispersed population of AgNPs. Afterwards, to validate the reproducibility of the mentioned synthetic procedure, we moved on to another Mediterranean plant, the Laurus Nobilis. Interestingly, the NPs obtained using the two olive cultivars produced NPs with different shape and size, strictly depending on the cultivar selected and pH. Furthermore, the potential ability to inhibit the growth of two woman cancer cells (breast adenocarcinoma cells, MCF-7 and human cervical epithelioid carcinoma, HeLa) were assessed for these AgNPs, as well as their capability to mitigate the bacteria concentration in samples of contaminated well water. Our results showed that toxicity was stronger when MCF-7 and Hela cells were exposed to AgNPs derived from Carolea obtained at pH 7 presenting irregular shape; on the other hand, greater antibacterial effect was revealed using AgNPs obtained at pH 8 (smaller and monodispersed) on well water, enriched with bacteria and coliforms.

Abstract:
Leptospirosis merupakan penyakit menular pada hewan dan manusia yang disebabkan oleh bakteri motil dengan genus Leptospira. Penyakit ini ditemukan di seluruh dunia baik pada hewan atau manusia, terutama di daerah tropis atau sub tropis dengan curah hujan yang tinggi. Leptospirosis pada awalnya sering salah didiagnosis sebagai meningitis, influenza, penyakit hepar atau demam (pyrexia) dari sumber yang tidak diketahui. Banyak metode yang digunakan untuk mendiagnosis penyakit leptospirosis, salah satunya adalah metode serologis dengan uji MAT (Microscopic Agglutination Test) untuk diagnosis antibodi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tahapan dalam melakukan uji MAT untuk diagnosis penyakit leptospirosis. Metode MAT dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu alat dan bahan untuk persiapan kultur antigen Leptospira dan alat dan bahan untuk uji MAT. Tahapan uji MAT dibagi menjadi tiga tahap, yaitu persiapan kultur antigen Leptospira, persiapan sampel yang ingin diuji dan uji MAT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa uji MAT yang dilakukan di laboratorium Bakteriologi B2P2VRP Salatiga dibagi menjadi tiga tahap, yaitu persiapan kultur antigen Leptospira, persiapan sampel yang akan diuji dan prosedur uji MAT. Ada satu sampel serum manusia dari total 32 sampel yang menunjukan aglutinasi.

Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyeleksi dan menentukan unit penangkapan ikan yang tepat guna di Perairan Pulau Enggano Provinsi Bengkulu. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Kahyapu yang merupakan desa penghasil ikan terbesar di Pulau Enggano. Nelayan lokal menggunakan alat tangkap tradisional, namun hasil tangkapan yang diperoleh tetap maksimal. Hal tersebut mengindikasikan adanya potensi yang bisa digali lebih dalam untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat di pulau terluar dan terpencil di Provinsi Bengkulu. Pulau Enggano juga telah dicadangkan sebagai Kawasan Konservasi Perairan Daerah (KKPD) oleh Pemerintah Bengkulu Utara. Hal inilah yang menjadi latar belakang penelitian, supaya aktivitas ekonomi masyarakat dari kegiatan perikanan tangkap dan upaya pelestarian yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah Bengkulu Utara dapat berjalan tanpa tumpang tindih. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan Multiple Criteria Analysis (MCA) terhadap aspek biologi, teknologi, sosial dan ekonomi dari dua jenis alat tangkap yang digunakan oleh nelayan Desa Kahyapu, yaitu gillnet dan rawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa unit penangkapan ikan tepat guna yang memiliki urutan prioritas utama adalah rawai yang unggul dalam ke-empat aspek pengamatan. Rawai secara finansial dan benefit memberikan nilai yang lebih tinggi bila dibandingkan dengan gillnet. Hasil analisis MCA untuk standarisasi B/C ratio dari alat tangkap rawai adalah 0,49 sedangkan gillnet adalah 0,34. Nilai R/C ratio alat tangkap rawai yang telah distandarisasi menggunakan analisis MCA adalah 0,51 sedangkan gillnet adalah 0,33.Kata kunci:gillnet, multi kriteria analisis, pulau enggano, rawai, seleksi unit penangkapan ikan

Abstract:
The dissertation thesis deals with the analysis of prospective environmentally compatible electrical insulating fluids for electrical engineering in relation to their chemical structure. The thesis starts with the overview of the current state of the art and of the latest trends in the use of synthetic and biodegradable natural oils. In the experimental part were studied these oils: mineral oils, rapeseed oil, sunflower oils, soybean oil, methyl oleate, peanut oil, MCT oil, castor oil and other. Dielectric properties were measured using LRC meter Agilent 4980A including dielectric liquid test fixture Agilent 16452A and also by the Novocontrol Alpha-A analyzer. Electrical properties are presented in the frequency range 10 mHz – 1 MHz range in the temperature interval 253 K to 363 K. The work goes on with the study of the suitability of individual oils for lower temperature, including the impact of the chemical structure and formulation on electrical properties.

Sumpah tujuh keturunan bukan sumpah biasa-biasa. Usai padang jarak padang terkukur tersemat di dada zaman, tamatlah jua sumpah seorang pejuang budaya dan sejarah di bumi Langkawi yang terpendam di dasar hati puluhan tahun. Pejuang tidak pernah berundur. Sekalipun bercerai nyawa dari badan, berdikit-dikit beliau terus berpencak secara terus agar seni budaya dan sejarah Mahsuri tidak hilang begitu sahaja.Gelanggangnya adalah masyarakat. Kuda-kuda ditegapkan selama ini bagi menangkis musuh. Musuhnya adalah masa dan peradaban. Namun, Abata tetap dijunjung dan diletakkan pada singgahsana termahal. Ku Halim Ku Hassan bukan manusia biasa-biasa. Sajak-sajaknya umpama keris berlok tujuh yang dilangir dengan limau dari 99 pulau.Ku Halim Ku Hassan dilahirkan pada 11 Oktober 1947 di Kampung Raja, Padang Mat Sirat Langkawi. Pesara kerajaan ini telah mula terlibat dengan bidang seni sejak awal persekolahan serta amat meminati pengkajian sejarah. Pernah menjadi seorang pendidik pada sekitar 1966 dan bertugas sebagai anggota tentera dalam Rejimen Semboyan pada tahun 1968 hingga 1975. Semangat patriotik dan kecintaan terhadap bangsa dan negara begitu kuat dalam dirinya.Beliau mula menghasilkan karya kreatif dalam bentuk puisi tradisional (syair dan pantun) serta puisi moden (sajak) sejak 30 tahun lalu. Puisi beliau sering menjadi perhatian beberapa orang ahli politik tempatan khususnya dalam Parlimen Langkawi kerana elemen nasionalisme yang diterapkan dalam setiap nukilannya. Beliau pernah menerima beberapa pingat kebesaran antaranya Ahli Mangku Negara (AMN), Ahli Mahkota Kedah (AMK), Bintang Khidmat Masyarakat (BKM) dan Pingat Jasa Kebaktian (PJK). Penulis juga telah dilantik sebagai fasilitator seni budaya oleh Pusat Latihan Kemahiran Negara (PLKN) Langkawi serta sering diundang memberikan pengkisahan tentang sejarah Langkawi, Mahsuri, serta Beras Terbakar yang terletak dalam kawasan rumah beliau.Kini beliau aktif bergiat dalam seni kreatif di Langkawi dan merupakan antara individu yang merestui penubuhan Persatuan Gabungan Penulis dan Penggiat Seni Budaya Langkawi (PGSBL) sebagai entiti memartabatkan seni sastera dan budaya di Langkawi.
