Menurut penulis artikel ini, perdebatan mengenai pelaksanaan hukuman mati perlulah disandarkan kepada Pancasila dan ajaran Agama, bukan kepada pemikiran Barat yang sekuleristik, sebab disanalah muara pembenaran hukuman mati. Tuntutan hukuman mati memang disandarkan pada sikap keluarga korban terlebih dahulu, yaitu hak menuntut qisas. Tetapi kadar iman dan taqwa amat menentukan atas apresiasi seseorang terhadap hukuman mati. Bagi mereka yang memiliki iman dan taqwa, hukuman mati adalah jalan terbaik bagipenebusan atas perbuatan membunuh makhluk Tuhan lainnya.

Pidana mati merupakan sanksi yang terberat diantara semua jenis pidana yang ada dan juga merupakan jenis pidana yang tertua, terberat dan sering dikatakan sebagai jenis pidana yang paling kejam dan yang paling kontroversial dari semua sistem pidana, baik di negara-negara yang menganut Common Law, maupun di negara-negara yang menganut Civil Law. Salah satu fenomena paling penting dari pidana mati adalah kondisi masa tunggu. Dalam kondisi ini, terpidana berada di posisi tidak pasti karena menunggu eksekusi mati. Pemerintah pada dasarnya tidak memiliki rumusan yang pasti siapa yang akan dieksekusi, melihat data di bawah ini, maka lama masa tunggu dari terpidana mati sangat bervariasi. Kebijakan Pemerintah (Political Will) di bidang hukum yang belum memadai karena pengaruh politik atau tekanan internasional dan juga karena hingga sampai saat ini Indonesia belum memiliki Sistem Hukum Nasional Indonesia yang komprehensif, integral dan sesuai dengan karakter, falsafah, dan budaya serta adat istiadat Indonesia.

Hukuman mati merujuk pada hukuman yang dijatuhkan atas tindak pidana yang telah dilakukan oleh seseorang atas kesalahan yang diperbuat. Seluruh aspek di Indonesia menggunakan Konstitusi sebagai acuannya dikarenakan Indonesia merupakan negara hukum. Pidana hukuman mati masuk dalam golongan hukuman paking berat dengan tujuan menjadi benteng atas adanya beban kriminal dan membatasi pengulangan tindakan tersebut. Hukuman mati tidak dibebankan pada seluruh jenis kriminal, melainkan pada kasus tertentu mencakup penbunuhan, perdagangan narkoba, terorisme, serta pengkhianatan. Ketidamserasian pendapat mengenai hal ini secara umum terpisah menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu pada grup yang ingin mempertahankan aturan hukuman mati ini dengan grup yang ingin menghapus praktik hukuman mari. Studi ini mengkaji mengenai terapan hukuman mati di Indonesia atas HAM melalui metode normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan.

Dengan beban hukuman mati bagi para penjahat Narkoba, dapat membunuh Narkoba yang berurusan dengan Indonesia, mengingat hukuman penjara saat ini belum terlalu berhasil & sangat membuka pintu bagi para terpidana untuk menjadi residivis atau bahkan menguasai bisnis Narkoba didalam Remedial. Yayasan, misalnya, kasus dugaan diajukan oleh Freddy Budiman, terpidana mati. Hukuman mati dianggap memiliki kapasitas yang lebih menonjol untuk membuat ketakutan di antara para penjahat di mata publik jika dibandingkan dengan disiplin ilmu yang berbeda, terutama penahanan seumur hidup. Hukuman mati telah dipaksakan pada beberapa pihak yang bersalah obat-obatan hingga tahap keempat eksekusi. Meski demikian, berdasarkan kajian BNN dan BPS, tingkat penyalahgunaan obat terus meningkat. Hal ini menjelaskan bahwa hukuman mati tidak memberikan efek jera bagi pelaku narkoba. Padahal beban hukuman mati atas kesalahan Narkoba ialah memberikan dampak penghambatan. Bagaimanapun, sebenarnya sampai saat ini tingkat penyalahgunaan Narkoba terus meningkat, bahkan pelakunya beragam dari anak-anak hingga orang tua. Negara Indonesia mengenal suatu upaya istimewa terhadap vonis pidana mati, yaitu terpidana mati berhak mengajukan grasi kepada Presiden. Namun, terdapat permasalahan terkait eksekusi mati serta hak terpidana untuk mengajukan grasi. Isu hukum yang dibahas pada penelitian ini yaitu terkait dengan eksekusi mati pasca Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 107/PUU-XIII/2015 dan akibat hukum dari eksekusi mati sebelum diterbitkan Keputusan Presiden mengenai diterima atau ditolaknya permohonan grasi. Dalam hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa pasca Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 107/PUU-XIII/2015 permohonan grasi tidak terikat pada tenggang waktu tertentu dan dapat diajukan lebih dari satu kali, maka berdasarkan Pasal 2 ayat (3) Undang-Undang tentang Grasi, eksekusi mati dapat dilakukan setelah lewat waktu dua tahun sejak tanggal penolakan grasi. Selain itu, ketentuan Pasal 3 dan Pasal 13 Undang-Undang tentang Grasi pada intinya melarang terpidana mati untuk dieksekusi, sebelum Presiden memberikan jawaban atas grasi yang diajukan. Apabila terdapat terpidana mati yang mengajukan grasi, maka hal ini berakibat hukum kepada suatu eksekusi mati tidak dapat dilaksanakan dan harus ditunda dahulu hingga diterbitkan Keputusan Presiden mengenai penolakan grasi.

Penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis. Hasil peneltian ini adalah 1) dampak dari pelaksanaan hukuman mati yang dirasakan dampak positif banyak dari terpidana mati yang dirasakan adalah terpidana mati lebih mendekatkan diri kepada Tuhan sedangkan dampak negatif banyak diantaranya yang mengalami stress dan gangguan jiwa di dalam Lapas. 2) hal yang berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan hukuman mati yang tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan dalam UU No. 2 PNPS Tahun 1964 Tentang Tata Cara Pelaksanaan Hukuman Mati dan tidak sesuai ketentuan Perkapolri No. 5 Tahun 2010 tentang Tata Cara Pelaksanaan Pidana Mati. Simpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) dampak dari pelaksanaan hukuman mati terdapat dampak negatif dan dampak positif yang dirasakan terpidana mati dan mengalami tingkat stres yang paling tinggi ketika memasuki tempat isolasi. 2) hal yang terkait dengan sistem hukum baik legal structure adalah aparat penagak hukum dalam menjalankan tugasnya tidak sesuai dengan UU, kemudian legal substance adalah aturan terkait jangka waktu eksekusi tidak dirumuskan dalam UU sehingga salah satu faktor penyebab penundaan eksekusi dan yang ketiga adalah legal culture, ketika terpidana di eksekusi di depan umum akan menimbulkan dampak negatif bagi keluarga dan akan dicap jelek oleh masyarakat.The study aims to identify and analyze the impact of the execution of death row inmates to psychiaytric conditions. And the second to determine and analyze any matters related to the implementation of the death sentence in accordance with applicaple regulations. The author uses qualitative methods with sosiological juridical approach. The results of this study were 1) the impact of the implementation of the death penalty on death row feel is more draw closer to God, while the negative impact of which many are experiencing setres and mental disorders in correctional institution. 2) the second, is matters relating to the implementation of the death penalty is not in accordance with the provisions of law No.2 PNPS 1964 on procedures for the execution and not in accordance with the provisions of Perkapolri No. 5 of 2010 regarding the prosedure of execution. Conclusions from the result of this study are 1) the impact of the implementation law of the death penalty there are negative impact and positive impacts perceived and experienced death row setress highest when entering the isolation room. Then a second conclusion is related to the legal system is both legal structure of law enforcement officers in carrying out their duties are not statutory, then legal substance is associated rule execution period is not defined in the legislation so that it becomes one factor the postponement of the execution, and the third is the legal culture, when death row was executed in public, it will cause a negative impact the form of the families were going to stamp ugly in eyes of society.

Menghadapi situasi narapidana yang mengalami sakit hingga divonis oleh Dokter mengalami sakit kronis, Pasal 7 Undang-Undang Nomor 2/Pnps/1964 tentang Tata Cara Pelaksanaan Pidana Mati yang Dijatuhkan Oleh Pengadilan Di Lingkungan Peradilan Umum dan Militer mengatur tentang penundaan eksekusi mati. Hukum pidana di Indonesia masih memberlakukan pidana mati. Politik hukum Pemeritah Indonesia berpengaruh pada penjatuhan dan/atau eksekusi pidana mati. Pemerintah Indonesia saat ini memberlakukan moratorium atas ekesekusi pidana mati, tetapi tidak pada penjatuhan pidananya. Dalam perkembangan pembahasan Rancangan Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (RKUHP), pidana mati diklasifikasikan menjadi pidana alternatif, bukan lagi sebagai pidana pokok. Pertanyaan Penelitian ini adalah bagaimana dasar hukum, prosedur, dan syarat-syarat yang dibutuhkan untuk mengubah pidana mati menjadi pidana penjara melalui pemidanaan secara alternatif? Kajian ini ditujukan untuk menjawab petanyaan penelitian tersebut. Penelitian merupakan penelitian hukum normatif yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan istilah Terpidana Mati dan Narapidana memiliki konsekuensi hukum yang berbeda. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa peraturan tersebut seharusnya diselaraskan sehingga Lembaga Pemasyarakatan (LAPAS) dapat berperan efektif dalam pembinaan kedua pihak tersebut. Pembinaan yang dilakukan LAPAS terhadap Terpidana Mati maupun Narapidana seharusnya tidak hanya pertimbangan tentang umur dan jenis kelamin, tetapi juga tindak pidana dan jenis pidana sehingga tujuan pemidanaan dapat berjalan efektif. Pembinaan atas terpidana mati dalam kurun waktu 10 (sepuluh) tahun dinilai dapat menjadi dasar bagi Terpidana Mati untuk memohon perubahan pidana mati menjadi pidana penjara sementara waktu, yang harus diatur dalam undang-undang.

Abstract:
Group 3 metal clusters are synthesized by laser vaporization in a pulsed cluster beam source and identified with laser ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry. The adiabatic ionization energies and vibrational frequencies of these clusters are measured using mass-analyzed threshold ionization (MATI) spectroscopy. Their structures and electronic states are determined by combining the MATI spectra with quantum chemical calculations and spectral simulations. This dissertation focuses on the study of several small molecules, which include LaO2, La2, M2O2, M3O4, M3C2, and La3C2O, where M = Sc, Y, and La. Except for La2, these molecules exhibit strong ionic characters between the metal and oxygen or carbon atoms and can be described as [O-][La2+][O-], [M2+]2[O2-]2, [M8/3+]3[O2-]4, [M2+]3[C3-]2, and [La8/3+]3[C3-]2[O2-]. The interactions between the metal atoms form covalent bonds, which can be described by a triple bond in La2, a two-center two electron bond in M2O2, a three-center one electron bond in M3O4, and a three-center three electron bond in M3C2. In addition, the electron in the non-bonding highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) is localized in the La 6s orbital in LaO2 and La3C2O. The ground states of these molecules are all in low electron-spin states with the spin multiplicities of 1 or 2. Although the ground electronic state of LaO2 is a linear structure, the excited quartet state of the molecule is determined to be a bent structure. M2O2 and M3O4 have the planar rhombic and cage-like structures, respectively; whereas M3C2 has a trigonal bipyramid structure. La3C2O is formed by oxygen binding with two La atoms of La3C2. Ionization removes a metal-based (n+1)s electron in all neutral molecules, and the resultant ions have similar geometries to those of the corresponding neutral states. In the case of La2, additional ionization of a La 5d electron is also observed.

Abstract:
Metal-hydrocarbon complexes were prepared in a laser-vaporization molecular beam source and studied by single-photon zero electron kinetic energy (ZEKE) and mass-analyzed threshold ionization (MATI) spectroscopy. The ionization energies and vibrational frequencies of the metal complexes were measured from the ZEKE and MATI spectra. Metal-ligand bonding and low-lying electronic states of the neutral and ionized complexes were analyzed by combining the spectroscopic measurements with quantum chemical calculations and spectral simulations. In this dissertation, the metal complexes of mesitylene, aniline, cyclooctatetraene, benzene, ethene, and propene were studied. For each complex, different effects from metal coordination have been identified. Although metal-bis(mesitylene) sandwich complexes may adopt eclipsed and staggered conformations, the group VI metal-bis(mesitylene) complexes are determined to be in the eclipsed form. In this form, rotational conformers with the methyl group dihedral angles of 0 and 60° are identified for the Cr complex, whereas the 0° rotamer is observed for the Mo and W species. The unsuccessful observation of the 60° rotamer for the Mo and W complexes is the result of its complete conversion to the 0° rotamer in both He and He/Ar carriers. For group III metal aniline complexes, the ZEKE spectrum of each complex exhibits a strong origin band, a short M+-aniline stretching progression, and several low-frequency ligand based vibrational modes. The intensities of most of the transitions can be explained by the Franck-Condon (FC) principle within the harmonic approximation. However, the intensity of the low frequency out-of-plane ring deformation mode is greatly overestimated by the FC calculations and may be caused by the anharmonic nature of the mode. Although aniline offers two possible binding modes for the metal atoms, a п binding mode is identified with the metal atom over the phenyl ring. For Ce, Pr, and Nd(cyclooctatetraene) complexes multiple band systems are observed. This is assigned to the ionization of several low-lying electronic states of the neutral complex. This observation is different from the Gd(cyclooctatetraene) complex, for which a single band system is observed. The presence of the multiple low-energy electronic states is caused by the splitting of the partially filled lanthanide 4f orbitals in the ligand field. The ZEKE spectrum of the Gd(benzene) complex exhibits a strong origin band, whereas the spectrum of Lu(benzene) displays a weak one. The benzene ring is planar in the Gd complex, but bent in the Lu complex. Dehydrogenation and C-C coupling products are observed in the reaction of La atom and ethene/propene. For the La and ethene reaction, La(C2H2) and La(C4H6) complexes are identified. With propene, C-H bond activation leads to the formation of the La(C3H4) and H-La(C3H5) complexes, whereas the C-C coupling yields the La(trimethylenemethane) complex. In addition, the La(CHCCH3) and La(CHCHCH2) isomers of La(C3H4) are observed, which are produced by the 1,2- and 1,3-hydrogen elimination of propene.

For at least 35 years, Argumento has become one of the best-known works of the Amazonian songbook by the name of Nao Mate a mata, since it received its first record in the Simple Compact LP Adelson (1980) and was played in the main Amazonian radios. Authored by the singer-songwriter, Adelson Santos, the work is recognized by artists and lovers of local music as a true ode to environmental conservation in the Amazon. The song reached social recognition only in 1980, positioning Adelson Santos as the most representative Amazon composer. The sociocultural context in which this artist began to reflect on the environmental problem through his music was marked by a series of important events for the consolidation of the Ecological Movement around the world. In its more than 40 years of creation, this musical piece has demonstrated its pioneering and timeless character, metamorphosing in arrangements from Boi-bumbá to instrumental jazz, re-readings performed by artists from different generations and different musical segments in the State of the Amazon. With the accomplishment of this study, we aim much more than to make just an inventory of the ecological songs of Adelson Santos, to analyze from the perspective of ethnomusicology and anthropology of the musical performance his most important work Argument, or simply to reconstruct configurative traits of his biography for prove its condition as an ecological subject. The radical critique of the environmental crisis contained in the work of Adelson Santos is seen by us as another possibility to reaffirm the position of centrality of Culture in the discussion on Sustainable Development worldwide in the post 2015. In seeking to establish an interface between the production of musical sounds, nature and sustainability, we are also creating a space for the valorization of multiple discourses and knowledge, as well as the many ecological subjects existing outside a naturalistic tradition, since Ecology, in present day, is assumed as a migrant idea, finding itself very close to social movements. In revealing these ecological subjects outside the areas of knowledge of naturalistic tradition, we want to provoke a discussion about the interdisciplinary and aggregating vocation of Environmental Sciences, as well as Music itself, based on the new theoretical orientation proposed by Ecomusicology and also of the already consolidated field of ethnomusicology. We promote a discussion of the ecology of knowledge and new perspectives for the reform of scientific thought and the deconstruction of the old models of technoscience that still prevent the existence of a reciprocity between the various forms of reproduce and know the world we live in.
Há pelo menos 35 anos a composição Argumento tornou-se uma das mais conhecidas obras do cancioneiro amazonense pelo nome de Não mate a mata, desde que recebeu seu primeiro registro fonográfico no LP Compacto Simples Adelson (1980) e passou ser tocada nas principais rádios amazonenses. De autoria do cantautor manauara Adelson Santos, a obra é reconhecida por artistas e apreciadores da música local como uma verdadeira ode à conservação ambiental na Amazônia. A canção atingiu reconhecimento social apenas em 1980, posicionando Adelson Santos como o mais representativo “cantautor ecológico” amazonense. O contexto sociocultural no qual este artista começou a refletir sobre a problemática ambiental por meio de sua música, esteve marcado por uma série de eventos importantes para a consolidação do Movimento Ecológico em todo o mundo. Em seus mais de 40 anos de criação, a referida peça musical tem demonstrado seu caráter precursor e atemporal, metamorfoseando-se em arranjos desde o Boi-bumbá ao Jazz instrumental, de releituras de realizadas por artistas de diversas gerações e segmentos musicais distintos no Estado do Amazonas. Com a realização deste estudo, objetivamos muito mais do que realizar apenas um inventário das canções ecológicas de Adelson Santos, analisar sob a perspectiva da etnomusicologia e da antropologia da performance musical sua mais importante obra Argumento, ou simplesmente, reconstruir traços configurativos de sua biografia para comprovar a sua condição de sujeito ecológico. A crítica radical à crise ambiental contida na obra de Adelson Santos é vista por nós como mais uma possibilidade para reafirmar a posição de centralidade da Cultura na discussão sobre o Desenvolvimento Sustentável em todo o mundo no pós-2015. Ao buscarmos estabelecer uma interface entre a produção de sons musicais, natureza e sustentabilidade, estamos também criando um espaço para a valorização de múltiplos discursos e saberes, bem como dos inúmeros sujeitos ecológicos existentes fora de uma tradição naturalista, uma vez que a Ecologia, nos dias atuais, se assume como ideia migrante, encontrando-se em posição bastante próxima aos movimentos sociais. Ao revelarmos estes sujeitos ecológicos fora das áreas do conhecimento de tradição naturalista, queremos provocar uma discussão acerca vocação interdisciplinar e agregadora das Ciências do Ambiente, bem como, da própria Música a partir da novíssima orientação teórica proposta pela Ecomusicologia e, também, do já consolidado campo da Etnomusicologia. Fomentamos com isto uma discussão acerca da ecologia de saberes e, ainda, novas perspectivas para a reforma do pensamento científico e a desconstrução dos velhos modelos da tecnociência que ainda impedem a existência de uma reciprocidade entre as diversas formas de reproduzir e conhecer o mundo em que vivemos.

Abstract:
Lanthanum (La)-promoted hydrocarbon activation reactions were carried out in a laser vaporization metal cluster beam source. Reaction products were identified by time-of-flight mass spectrometry, and the approximate ionization thresholds of La-hydrocarbon complexes were located with photoionization efficiency spectroscopy. The accurate ionization energies and vibrational frequencies of the La complexes were measured using mass analyzed threshold ionization (MATI) spectroscopy. Their molecular structures and electronic states were investigated by combing the MATI spectroscopic measurements with quantum chemical and Franck-Condon factor calculations. In this dissertation, La-mediated C-H and C-C bond activation reactions were investigated for several small alkynes (acetylene, propyne) and alkenes (propene, 1,3-butadiene, 1-butene). The C-H bond activation was observed for both alkynes and alkenes and the C-C bond activation for alkenes. The metal-hydrocarbon intermediates formed by the C-H or C-C bond cleavage reacted further with one or more parent hydrocarbon molecules to produce larger species by C-C bond coupling reactions. Structural isomers of the intermediates and products were identified within an energy range of several kilocalories per mole. Reaction pathways for the intermediate and product formations were studied by theoretical calculations. The ground electron configuration of La atom is 4d16s2.Upon the hydrocarbon coordination, La atom is excited to a 4d26s1 configuration to facilitate the formation of two La-C bonds. After the metal-hydrocarbon complex formation, only one electron is left in the 6s orbital of the metal center. Therefore, the most stable electronic state of the La complexes studied in this work is in a doublet spin state. Ionization of the doublet state yields a preferred singlet ion state. Although La is in the formal oxidation state of +2, the ionization energies of the metal-complexes are significantly lower than that of the free atom. This observation suggests that the concept of the formal oxidation state widely used in chemistry textbooks is not useful in predicting the change of the ionization energy of a metal atom upon ligation. Moreover, ionization has a very small effect on the geometry of the hydrocarbon fragment in each complex but significantly reduces the La-C distances as a result of an additional charge interaction.

Lanthanum-mediated bond activation reactions of small hydrocarbon molecules, including alkenes, alkynes, and alkadienes, were carried out in a laser vaporization metal cluster beam source. Time-of-flight mass spectrometry and mass-analyzed threshold ionization (MATI) spectroscopy, in combination with quantum chemical and multi-dimensional Franck-Condon factor calculations, were utilized to identify the reaction products and investigate their geometries, electronic structures, and formation mechanisms. La-hydrocarbon association was only observed in the reaction of La with isoprene. C-H bond activation was observed in all reactions, hydrogen elimination was observed as the prominent reaction for the alkenes (2-butene, isobutene, 1-pentene, and 2-pentene), alkynes (1-butyne, 2-butyne, and 1-pentyne), and 1,4-pentadiene, and C-C bond activation was observed for the five-membered hydrocarbons (1-pentene, 2-pentene, 1-pentyne, isoprene, and 1,4-pentadiene). The La-hydrocarbon radicals formed in these reactions had lanthanacyclic structures in various sizes, and each of the La-hydrocarbon complexes had a doublet ground state with a 6s1 La-based electron configuration. Ionization removed the 6s electron, and the resultant ion was in a singlet state. Formations of dehydrogenated products were either through a concerted hydrogen elimination process or the dehydrogenation after ligand isomerization. The C-C bond activation proceeded through La-assisted hydrogen migration, followed by C-C bond cleavage, or vice versa.

Benih biji bawang merah (TSS) disimpan sebelum dilakukan penanaman/distribusi oleh produsen benih. Kondisi simpan dan waktu penyimpanan sangat mempengaruhi mutu benih setelahnya. Infomasi terkait itu masih terbatas. Oleh karena itu dilakukan percobaan terkait penyimpanan benih TSS. Percobaan dilakukan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dua faktor. Faktor pertama ruang simpan (refrigerator, suhu ruang, dan gudang benih generatif) dan lama simpan (0, 6, 12, 18, 24 bulan) diulang empat kali. Parameter yang diamati antara lain panjang hipokotil, daya berkecambah, jumlah benih mati, kecepatan tumbuh dan laju pertumbuhan. Data yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa refrigerator dan gudang benih generatif dapat mempertahankan kualitas hingga 24 bulan, sedangkan suhu ruang dapat menurunkan daya berkecambah dan kecepatan tumbuh benih TSS setelah disimpan 6 bulan.

This paper first reviews the principal monitoring requirements of the WFD and discusses the monitoring network for diffuse pollution in Albania in the context of implementation of the EU Water Framework Directive (WFD). Considerations on water quality of surface waters from main Albanian rivers based on ecological and chemicals indicators are reported. Quality measurement are essential to demonstrate the comparability of obtained data and they form the basis for correct decisions related to management of water resources. The existing surface water quality monitoring network provides only restricted information to select between different management options when implementing river basin management plans (RBMP) under the WFD. We then clearly define and exemplify the roles, the functions and the need for a new set of monitoring tools support of implementing the WFD, using the case studies based on datasets that we obtained during recurrent monitoring campaigns in the Rivers Ishmi, Erzeni, Shkumbini and Mati.

Although hydrogen has one of the highest specific energies, its energy density in terms of volume is very poor compared to liquid fuels. Thus to achieve attractive energy density for hydrogen, either high pressure compression or a storage method is needed. For onboard (vehicles) hydrogen storage, up to 700 bars are needed for commercial fuel cell vehicles. This creates extreme requirements for material strength and thus safety concerns. A new metal-organic framework (MOF-5) was selected as the adsorbent for H2 storage, as it provides promising storage capacity and is commercially available. Under the same H2 storage capacity and tank volume, the adsorption system is expected several folds reduction in pressure. Under the current study, a unique Modular Adsorbing Tank Insert (MATI) design paired with conduction enhanced compressed MOF-5 beds was introduced and experimentally compared for thermal performance, which determines system charge and discharge cycle times.

Greenhouse adalah sebuah bangunan untuk membudidayakan tanaman, parameter didalamnya dapat diatur sesuai dengan kebutuhan tumbuh kembang tanaman. Di Indonesia masih banyak sistem greenhouse yang dikontrol secara manual. Sistem greenhouse ini menggunakan programmable logic controller yang digabungkan dengan arduino uno sebagai driver sensor electrical conductivity dan pH. Parameter yang dikontrol pada sistem ini yaitu: pH, electrical conductivity, temperatur, dan level tanki. Aktuator yang digunakan untuk sistem ini adalah pompa air dan motor agitator. Sistem ini juga mengitegrasikan LCD untuk menampilkan nilai pH, electrical conductivity dan temperatur, sehingga memudahkan pengamatan. Hasil dari pengujian sistem untuk nilai EC kurang dari 1,5 pompa nutrisi A dan B menyala sampai nilai electrical conductivity mencapai 1,5. Pompa asam menyala jika nilai pH lebih dari 7 dan mati jika pH kurang dari. Pompa penyiraman menyala pada pukul 6 pagi sampai pukul 6 sore atau ketika temperatur greenhouse lebih dari 26o C.

Abstract:
The purpose of document is to provide readers with the coding protocol that authors used to code 22 mathematics intervention meta-analyses focused on participants with or at-risk of disabilities. The author drafted this coding protocol based on the meta-analysis quality indicators recommended by Talbott et al. (2018, pp. 248–249); specifically, the author considered the variables presented in Table 1 of Talbott et al. and supplemented the information so that the variables and definitions were specific to the purpose of this systematic review. We coded each meta-analysis for 53 variables across eight categories, including: Quality of Clear Research Questions, Quality of Eligibility Criteria, Quality of Search Procedures, Quality of Screening Criteria, Quality of Coding Procedures, Quality of Research Participants and Contexts, Quality of Data Analysis Plan, and Quality of Reporting Results. The mean interrater reliability across all codes using this protocol was 87.8% (range across categories = 74% –100%).

Abstract:
The International Health Regulations (2005) are legally binding on 196 States Parties, Including all WHO Member States. The IHR aims to keep the world informed about public health risks, through committing all signatories to cooperate together in combating any future “illness or medical condition, irrespective of origin or source, that presents or could present significant harm to humans.” Under IHR, countries agreed to strengthen their public health capacities and notify the WHO of any such illness in their populations. The WHO would be the centralized body for all countries facing a health threat, with the power to declare a “public health emergency of international concern,” issue recommendations, and work with countries to tackle a crisis. Although, with the sudden and rapid spread of COVID-19 in the world, many countries varied in implementing the WHO guidelines and health recommendations. While some countries followed the WHO guidelines, others imposed travel restrictions against the WHO’s recommendations. Some refused to share their data with the organization. Others banned the export of medical equipment, even in the face of global shortages. The UN Compliance Research group will focus during the current cycle on analyzing the compliance of the WHO member states to the organizations guidelines during the COVID-19 pandemic.
