Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical value of ultrasound plus magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) for the diagnosis of breast masses and fibroids. Methods Clinical data for 357 patients with breast masses diagnosed at our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. The diagnostic performances were compared between 243 patients who underwent routine ultrasound examinations (control group) and 114 patients who underwent routine ultrasound plus MRI (test group). Results The overall accordance rates of routine ultrasound and routine ultrasound plus MRI for the diagnosis of breast masses, based on postoperative pathological diagnoses, were 70.78% (172/243) and 90.35% (103/114). The addition of MRI significantly improved the overall diagnostic performance of routine ultrasound for breast masses. The diagnostic accordance rate of routine ultrasound for the diagnosis of breast fibroids (fibroadenomas) was 74.12% (63/85 cases) compared with 93.94% (31/33 cases) for routine ultrasound plus MRI. The diagnostic performance of routine ultrasound plus MRI was therefore also significantly higher than routine ultrasound alone for diagnosing breast fibroids. Conclusions Routine ultrasound plus MRI can greatly improve the diagnostic accordance rates for breast masses and fibroadenomas.

It.is in accordance with the process of the authoritative political tranformation to the reformation era which undoubtedly the expression freedom to be a basic of the formation of democratic citizen life. Mass media has an important role in delivering tje political message to the public significantly, because the mass media has some advantages such as mass media has a broad range to the public and directly also immediately affects to the message receiver. In addition, the mass media indeed cannot determine what to think, but affect what to think about. By choosing certain news and ignore others, media forms our world image as the media presents. Therefore, it is reasonable if the mass media involvement in the developing of certain political and democracy system is very crucial.

Abstract:
Atomic masses (weights?) is an essential information for mining and metallurgy. The paper discusses four subjects around this problem. First, the classification of all the elements is suggested into 4 classes, based on their isotope features, determining the accuracy of their known atomic masses. As part of that, the class of elements is discussed with uncertain atomic weights in accordance with the 2009 IUPAC recommendations. A better (easier to use) format of atomic weights is presented for this class of elements. Third, it is found not informative to leave empty spaces instead of approximate atomic weights for elements with unstable isotopes. Fourth, the term atomic weight vs the term atomic mass is discussed shortly, in agreement with the SI system of units and in contrary to the questionable IUPAC convection.

We show that binaries of stellar-mass black holes formed inside a young protoglobular cluster, can grow rapidly inside the cluster’s core by accretion of the intracluster gas, before the gas may be depleted from the core. A black hole with mass of the order of eight solar masses can grow to values of the order of thirty five solar masses in accordance with recent gravitational waves signals observed by LIGO. Due to the black hole mass increase, a binary may also harden. The growth of binary black holes in a dense protoglobular cluster through mass accretion indicates a potentially important formation and hardening channel.

This situation is in accordance with the change of human lifestyle as the concequences of Information Communication Technology (ICT) adoption. Their tools in communicating offer more opportunies and interactive characteristics. Moreover, the use of social media applications, which one of them is blog based on web 2.0, opens possibilities for the audience to give more active roles in gathering and distributing news, just like what professional journalists do. The question now is about how the practioners of mainstream news face this phenomenon, what they should do to maintain their existence in media industry. They should not ignore the growth of virtual community as well as citizen journalism. They cannot also pretend that there is no change on their audience behavior in consuming media. The article examines the opportunity to use extracts and Aronia melanocarpa (Michx.) Elliot fruit powders in the production of sugar confectionery for the substitution of synthetic dyes. In the technology of manufacturing confectionery masses, synthetic dyes are used that can cause various allergic reactions, as well as hyperactivity syndrome and lack of concentration in children. The composition of hydroalcoholic extracts was analyzed, and the metabolites of polyphenols, individual anthocyanins and organic acids were quantified. Antioxidant capacity and CIELab chromatic parameters were tested. The technology for manufacturing confectionary masses with extract and powder of aronia was developed. The sensory profile, physicochemical and microbiological quality parameters, antioxidant activity and color characteristics of the confectionary masses with the extract and powder of aronia addition were determined on the 1st and 50th day from the production date. The evolution of DPPH antioxidant activity of confectionery masses during storage was measured in vitro, in the conditions of gastric digestion. The results showed that Aronia melanocarpa (Michx.) Elliot extract is rich in polyphenols, flavonoids and tannins, the main organic acids being represented by malic, citric, acetic and ascorbic acid. During the 50th storage day, the antioxidant activity was higher in confectionery masses containing aronia compared to the control. The sensory and microbiological testing of confectionary masses demonstrated that the combination of extract and aronia powder ensures the optimal shelf life and organoleptic scores. It was demonstrated that during the storage of confectionery masses with aronia, the physicochemical indicators of quality were in accordance with the regulated admissible values. Positive effects of aronia were observed on confectionery masses’ color saturation. These results underline the opportunity to use aronia extract and/or powder in confectionery industry to replace synthetic dyes and obtain products with enhanced functionality.

The distribution of the prokaryotic biomass (from both abundance and cell volume measurements) and microbial community respiration (by ETS activity) in the main water masses of the Southern Tyrrhenian Sea were studied. The data were collected from surface to the bottom depth (max 3600 m) in July and December 2005. Prokaryotic abundance and microbial respiration were higher in summer than late-autumn and decreased with depth in accordance with the water masses. The opposite was found for the prokaryotic cell volumes that increased with depth and were higher in December. The cell carbon content varied within the water masses and study periods (range 9–34 fg C cell−1) and overestimations and underestimations of biomass there would have been by using the routinely adopted conversion factor (20 fg C cell−1). The depth-integrated respiratory rates resulted comparable in the photic and aphotic layers. In July, 210 and 225 mg C m−2 day−1 in the euphotic and aphotic zones, respectively, were remineralized while in December, 112 and 134 mg C m−2 day−1, respectively, were. Speculations to quantify the carbon flow mediated by microbial community suggested the occurrence of different microbial behavior within the different water masses.

Abstract:
AbstractIn a previous study published in Astrobiology, we focused on the evolution of habitability of a 10 M⊕ super-Earth planet orbiting a star akin to the Sun. This study was based on a concept of planetary habitability in accordance with the integrated system approach that describes the photosynthetic biomass production taking into account a variety of climatological, biogeochemical and geodynamical processes. In the present study, we pursue a significant augmentation of our previous work by considering stars with zero-age main-sequence masses between 0.5 and 2.0 M⊙ with special emphasis on models of 0.8, 0.9, 1.2 and 1.5 M⊙. Our models of habitability consider geodynamical processes during the main-sequence stage of these stars as well as during their red giant branch evolution. Pertaining to the different types of stars, we identify the so-called photosynthesis-sustaining habitable zone (pHZ) determined by the limits of biological productivity on the planetary surface. We obtain various sets of solutions consistent with the principal possibility of life. Considering that stars of relatively high masses depart from the main-sequence much earlier than low-mass stars, it is found that the biospheric lifespan of super-Earth planets of stars with masses above approximately 1.5 M⊙ is always limited by the increase in stellar luminosity. However, for stars with masses below 0.9 M⊙, the lifespan of super-Earths is solely determined by the geodynamic timescale. For central star masses between 0.9 and 1.5 M⊙, the possibility of life in the framework of our models depends on the relative continental area of the super-Earth planet.

Abstract:
The scattering and transmission properties of vibrational waves in a perturbed two-dimensional wave-guide in the harmonic approximation are presented. The perturbation is characterized by an isolated adatom defect boundary separating two planar waveguide crystalline lattices, illustrated by a linear chain of defect masses. The theoretical approach using the matching procedure for calculating phonon scattering at their domain boundaries is also presented. The reflection and transmission probabilities in the scattering region are calculated and illustrated for heavy and light defect masses. The conductance properties, in full accordance with the Landauer–Büttiker description of electron transport, are also calculated in these two cases. It is shown that the influence of defect masses can be explained by the strong decreases of conductance values caused by the asymmetric Fano resonance type. The realistic example presented here is instructive and may constitute a precursor model for analyzing the scattering of vibrational waves by an isolated defect in the two-dimensional crystalline lattice formed by atoms adsorbed on the surface of crystal substrates such as physisorbed noble gas films on close-packed atomic planes of the metal surface. A detailed discussion on the vibrational waves in the scattering region is given.

For Tp<1 GeV the data are in accordance with Roper excitation and σ correlations in the ππ system, respectively. For Tp>1 GeV they agree with ΔΔ excitation in the special configuration (ΔΔ)0+. For the π0π0 channel an enhancement at low Mπ0π0 masses is observed, which possibly points to Bose-Einstein correlations.

Abstract:
Abstract Many calculations for science or trade require the evaluation and propagation of measurement uncertainty. Although relative atomic masses (standard atomic weights) of elements in normal terrestrial materials and chemicals are widely used in science, the uncertainties associated with these values are not well understood. In this technical report, guidelines for the use of standard atomic weights are given. This use involves the derivation of a value and a standard uncertainty from a standard atomic weight, which is explained in accordance with the requirements of the Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement. Both the use of standard atomic weights with the law of propagation of uncertainty and the Monte Carlo method are described. Furthermore, methods are provided for calculating uncertainties of relative molecular masses of substances and their mixtures. Methods are also outlined to compute material-specific atomic weights whose associated uncertainty may be smaller than the uncertainty associated with the standard atomic weights.

Introduction. The objective of the research is to study the effect of the complex activation of the alumina raw material on the rheological properties of the ceramic mass. In addition, the authors investigate solutions for the application of optimal coagulation structures based on loams and ash together with plastic certificates.Materials and methods. The authors used the local forest like reserves of clay loams at the BashKarasu, ash fields of the Bishkek Central Heating Centre (BTEC) and plasticizer (sodium naphthenate obtained from alkaline chemical production wastes) as fibrous materials. Moreover, the authors defined technological properties of raw materials within standard laboratory methodology in accordance with current GOSTs.Results. The researchers tested plastic durability on variously prepared masses for the choice of optimal structures. The paper demonstrated the plastic durability of complexly activated compounds comparing with non-activated and mechanically activated compounds. The sensitivity coefficient increased the amount of clay loams by mechanically and complexly activated, which predetermined the possibility of intensifying the process of drying samples based on complexly activated masses.Discussion and conclusions. However, mechanical activation of clay material reduces the period of relaxation and increases the elasticity coefficient of ceramic masses by 1.8–3.4 times, meanwhile decreases elasticity, viscosity and the conventional power during molding, which generally worsens the molding properties of the masses. Сomplex activation of ash-clay material decreases the period of relaxation and provides an increase in elasticity, plasticity of ceramic masses by 46–47%, reduction in viscosity by 1.5–2 times, conventional power on molding by 37–122% in comparison with MA clay loams. Ceramic masses based on spacecraft alumina raw materials belong to the SMT with improved rheological properties; products based on them pass through the mouthpiece for 5–7 seconds.

Abstract:
Abstract. Current glacier melt rates in West Antarctica substantially exceed those around the East Antarctic margin. The exception is Wilkes Land, where for example Totten Glacier underwent significant retreat between 2000 and 2012, underlining its sensitivity to climate change. This process is strongly influenced by ocean dynamics, which in turn changes in accordance with the evolution of the ice caps. Here, we present new oceanographic data (temperature, salinity, and dissolved oxygen) collected during austral summer 2017 offshore the Sabrina Coast (East Antarctica) from the continental shelf break to ca 3000 m depth. This area is characterized by very few oceanographic in situ observations. The main water masses of the study area, identified by analysing thermohaline properties, are the Antarctic Surface Water with potential temperature θ>-1.5 ∘C and salinity S<34.2 (σθ<27.55 kg m−3), the Winter Water with -1.92<θ<-1.75 ∘C and 34.0<S<34.5 (potential density, 27.55<σθ<27.7 kg m−3), the modified Circumpolar Deep Water with θ>0 ∘C and S>34.5 (σθ>27.7 kg m−3), and Antarctic Bottom Water with -0.50<θ<0 ∘C and 34.63<S<34.67 (27.83<σθ<27.85; neutral density γn>28.30 kg m−3). The latter is a mixture of dense waters from the Ross Sea and Adélie Land continental shelves. Such waters are influenced by the mixing processes they undergo as they move westward along the Antarctic margin, also interacting with the warmer Circumpolar Deep Water. The spatial distribution of water masses offshore the Sabrina Coast also appears to be strongly linked with the complex morpho-bathymetry of the slope and rise area, supporting the hypothesis that downslope processes contribute to shaping the architecture of the distal portion of the continental margin. Abstract:
While interacting with objects during every-day activities, e.g. when sliding a glass on a counter top, people obtain constant feedback whether they are acting in accordance with physical laws. However, classical research on intuitive physics has revealed that people’s judgements systematically deviate from predictions of Newtonian physics. Recent research has explained at least some of these deviations not as consequence of misconceptions about physics but instead as the consequence of the probabilistic interaction between inevitable perceptual uncertainties and prior beliefs. How intuitive physical reasoning relates to visuomotor actions is much less known. Here, we present an experiment in which participants had to slide pucks under the influence of naturalistic friction in a simulated virtual environment. The puck was controlled by the duration of a button press, which needed to be scaled linearly with the puck’s mass and with the square-root of initial distance to reach a target. Over four phases of the experiment, uncertainties were manipulated by altering the availability of sensory feedback and providing different degrees of knowledge about the physical properties of pucks. A hierarchical Bayesian model of the visuomotor interaction task incorporating perceptual uncertainty and press-time variability found substantial evidence that subjects adjusted their button-presses so that the sliding was in accordance with Newtonian physics. After observing collisions between pucks, which were analyzed with a hierarchical Bayesian model of the perceptual observation task, subjects transferred the relative masses inferred perceptually to adjust subsequent sliding actions. Crucial in the modeling was the inclusion of a cost function, which quantitatively captures participants’ implicit sensitivity to errors due to their motor variability. Taken together, in the present experiment we find evidence that our participants transferred their intuitive physical reasoning to a subsequent visuomotor control task consistent with Newtonian physics and weighed potential outcomes with a cost functions based on their knowledge about their own variability.

Abstract:
Kata Kunci: Frekuensi resonansi, cepat rambat gelombang, sensor pick up magnetic, massa per satuan panjang, jarak antara driver coil dengan sensor pick up magnetik Abstract Measurement of the resonant frequency in accordance with Marsenne's law and the propagation of the waves was carried out using a sonometer. Sonometer can be applied to laboratory instrumentation lab tools. The measurement method is a string with a mass per unit length of 0.39; 0.78 and 1.12 kg / m are placed on the wood along 80 cm alternately which is loaded at the end and the hook at the other end by adding a coil driver component connected to the AFG (Audio Frequency Generator) input source and two bridges. The waves propagate through the strings and are detected by a magnetic pick-up sensor connected to an oscilloscope. Resonant frequency measurements were performed by manipulating the mass per unit length of the string (0.39; 0.78 and 1.12 kg / m) and the distance between the driver coil and the magnetic pick-up sensor (0.39 and 0.18 m). The three manipulations of mass per unit length of string for a distance of 0.3 m yield a frequency of 220.48; 264.20 and 373.63 Hz and for a distance of 0.18 m the resulting frequency is 36.75; 44.03 and 62.27 Hz. These measurements prove that the shorter the distance, the greater the resonant frequency is obtained, while the smaller the mass per unit length of the string, the greater the resonant frequency. Both of these are in accordance with Marsenne's law. Measurement of the velocity of the wave propagation is done by manipulating the mass of the length of the string 0.39; 0.78 and 1.12 kg / m. The three manipulations were obtained 354.46; 250.64 and 209.17 m / s. Therefore, it can be explained that the smaller the united mass of the strings, the faster the waves propagate. Abstract:
AbstractNuptial feeding is a very common strategy shown by males of various insect taxa in order to obtain copulations. In the majority of cases these gifts presented during or after courtship and/or copulation can be considered as mating effort. In this study we present data which indicate that nuptial feeding in Panorpa vulgaris (Mecoptera: Panorpidae) represents paternal investment. During copulations males produce salivary secretions which are consumed by the females. The more salivary masses a male produces the longer the copulation will last. Since sperm are transferred continuously during copulation and fertilization of eggs follows the fair raffle principle, females allocate paternity in accordance to copulation duration and therefore to the amount of nuptial gifts they receive from a certain male. In the present study we are able to show that the number of salivary masses consumed significantly affects the number of eggs a female produces. Thus, in P. vulgaris the nuptial gift increases the reproductive output of females and hence must not only be considered as mating effort but also as paternal investment. The mechanism by which salivary masses increase female fecundity is yet unknown. We hypothesize that the secretions may not only transfer nutrients but may possibly operate as carriers for an allohormone that manipulates the females' physiology in terms of increasing egg production.

Abstract:
During ore deposit development, vast networks of excavations are designed, and the volume of their intersections reaches 10%. At excavation intersections, the prediction of stress-strain state changes is complicated due to spatial geometry, the cross-coupling effect, construction sequence, etc. Mechanical properties of rocks, joint set parameters and the initial stress field also have a significant impact on stress redistribution. According to studies, up to 40% of the total number of failures in excavations occur during their intersections’ construction or reinforcing. Loads on the intersection support in accordance with existing methods are determined as for single excavations with an equivalent span and defined as the width of the larger excavation. The trend towards the intensification of mining, an increase in depth and the complexity of mining and geological conditions also complicate stress state assessment. Existing approaches need to be revised and updated for a more accurate prediction of the stress-strain state at intersections, and should consider spatial geometry, joint sets and initial stress field parameters. In this research, discrete element numerical modelling in 3DEC is done and the results are compared with existing empirical methods. Numerical models are created in a spatial setting and contain explicit representations of joints in the rock mass. Models are verified based on in-situ data, and the obtained results show a difference of up to 2 times in comparison with empirical results. This indicates that the reliability of the existing empirical methods is low, which may lead to stability loss on an intersection. Therefore, empirical methods should be updated. This can be done on the basis of numerical modelling, which shows sufficient convergence with in-situ data.

Abstract:
Most of the folded mountain ranges of our planet include masses of ophiolites. In accordance with the today 's predominant theory this is explained by obduction of ocean floor masses. Since 1956 Professor Brunn formulated the theory of undersea extrusion of mantel material. Our recent research in the areas of Vourinos, Vermion and Pindos have lead us to the conclusion that: The ophiolites are in normal, no tectonic contact with their supporting layers. This contact shows a typical thermal transformation with layers of homstein, amphibolites and granatites. The directly beneath underlaying series shows progressive and clear evolution from a carbonate platform into a subsea environment with increasing volcanic influences including pillow lava flows. As a conclusion of these observations we can state that we should not automatically interprete ophiolitic findings of the folded ranges to obduction of oceanic floor material. Probably an early compression of the future orogenic areas leads to the creation of rifts with obligue direction to the main axe of compression. Through these rifts hot ultrabasic magma flowed over the sea floor which crystalises in a differencial process.

Abstract:
The assemblages of foraminifera present in eight box cores collected on the continental slope between Abrolhos Bank (BA) and Cabo Frio (RJ), were studied to determine the Holocene paleoceanographical history of the region. This study employed classical techniques for the analysis of paleoceanography, such as stable oxygen isotopes, micropaleontology and AMS 14C datings. Information on sea surface paleotemperature was obtained by measuring the abundance of various taxa of foraminifera: Globigerinoides ruber and Globigerinoides sacculifer as indicators of warm water masses; Globigerina bulloides and Globigerinita sp. of cold water masses; Globorotalia menardii of warm climate and Globorotalia truncatulinoides of cool climate. The data obtained are in accordance with the results of isotopic analysis and other studies which have been carried out in this region. This study revealed a strong relationship between temperature and primary productivity in the Cabo Frio region, variation in the terrigenous input furnished by the Rio Doce, and occurrence of a regional upwelling southward of the Abrolhos Bank that was associated with sea level changes reflecting events associated with the Last Glacial Maximum (ca. 18 Ka BP).

Abstract:
ABSTRACT Objectives: This article aims to explain the causes of criminal acts of violence that occur in cases of violence involving the masses and explicate the concept of preventing violent crimes involving masses who have a transcendental paradigm. Methodology: This research was qualitative nondoctrinal research. The strategy of applying Preventive Law with a Transcendental paradigm as a concept of preventing criminal acts of mass violence with religious nuances is as a way to reduce the emotions of the masses and eliminate the intention of the masses to commit acts of violence. The sources of data were in the form of research and interviews of cases of mass violence. The data analysis used interpretation techniques based on the (premise) stage of mass violence, according to Niel Smelser and transcendental preventive patterns in accordance with the literature reviews of books and scientific journals. Results: The results showed that violence is an act against the law (onrechtmatige daad), where it is the human state of nature. In the crowd, people will imitate other people's actions, lose control, and take aggressive actions. The law is a tool for social engineering to prevent crime, maintain an orderly society, and provide protection for citizens. Law enforcement is prioritized using soft methods (the soft hand of society) to prevent violence from happening with a transcendental paradigm approach to restoring human nature, according to Surah Ali Imran (3) paragraph 110, namely amar ma'ruf, which contains transcendental ethical values. Functions: This research is useful in the implementation of the Transcendental Preventive Law for law enforcement officers, in this case, the National Police, as an effort to break the 4th stage, namely the stage before triggering incidents occur. It is intended that at the time of mass violence, the Preventive Transcendental Law can cool down the emotions of the masses while at the same time restore human awareness that peace, compassion, and the world and its contents are a gift that must be accountable to God Almighty. Originality/Novelty: Transcendental Preventive Law is an effort to prevent violent crime in mass violence that is based on transcendental principles, by giving a religious touch to remind the masses that violence is a sinful act and to remind the existence of God Almighty.

Abstract:
The article analyzes the optimal ratio of saturated, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids in food, which plays a significant role in serving the physiological needs of the human body. The ratio of polyunsaturated fatty acids (omega-3 and omega-6 groups) is considered the most significant for the human body. Essential polyunsaturated fatty acids are not synthesized in the human body, but are sufficiently found in fish, especially in sea fish leading an active lifestyle. The fatty acid composition of various aquaculture objects, freshwater and sea fish species is analyzed. There has been carried out modeling of minced fish recipes based on the biomedical requirements and the functional and technological properties of the raw materials used. To optimize the fatty acid composition of minced fish in accordance with the physiological needs of humans, it has been proposed to mix different types of fish meat: sea and river fish, aquaculture objects. Pacific herring, Caspian sprat, cod (sea fish species), pike perch, pike, crucian carp (river fish species), silver carp, clari catfish, and Nile tilapia (aquaculture objects) were used as raw materials in developing recipes for the combined minced fish. Fatty acid composition of the finished product was optimized by mathematical modeling of the recipe mixture of minced meat of various fish species and based on the analysis of the ratio of saturated, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids in the meat of the studied fish species. Two recipes, which include Pacific herring, cod, crucian carp, and Nile tilapia (recipe No. 5), as well as Pacific herring, cod, pike, and clari catfish (recipe No. 6), most fully meet the specified requirements.

Abstract:
Biomass is one of the solutions for Indonesia to obtain energy because Indonesia has the potential for biomass like biodiesel and bioethanol. The biomass to be studied is Bioethanol. One of the main ingredients in the manufacture of bioethanol is forest bananas, where this type of banana is very easy to find in rural areas around the district of Bulungan. Forest bananas are a type of wild plant that grows in the forest and it’s not consumed by residents because there are many seeds in the banana. Therefore, forest banana waste is increasing due to the lack of utilization of the waste. Based on these problems, it is necessary to conduct research that aims to test the characteristics of bioethanol from forest bananas to the variation of yeast mass. The stages of the research method that will be done include several stages, namely 1) the manufacture of bioethanol, 2) the stage of measuring ethanol levels, and 3) the stage of testing the characteristics of bioethanol. The stages of bioethanol testing are characteristic tests, including: 1) Ethanol Content Analysis, 2) Water Content Analysis, 3) Density Analysis, 4) Specific Gravity and API Gravity Analysis, 5) Heat Value Analysis. Based on the research results obtained, the quality of bioethanol produced has the value of density and specific gravity in accordance with the quality standard of bioethanol which is 0.78 in yeast 3% of raw materials. The caloric value that has a close relationship with API Gravity is close to the maximum value of the bioethanol quality standard which is 3702.30 kcal/kg in yeast of 5%. The value of the largest ethanol content was obtained at the total yeast content of 5% which is 24.8%. The lowest water content value is obtained at the total yeast content of 3% which is 75%.

Abstract:
A large number of gold deposits are concentrated in the Russian part of the Amur river basin. Gold units are characterized by various formation conditions, and, due to this, by a variety of structural factors, as well as stability of rock masses. Structural features, qualities and properties of ore-bearing rocks determine the specifics of choosing mining systems for the units. Geological and geomechanical data obtained in the course of exploration and exploitation of objects allowed us to identify groups of deposits with similar genetic conditions and form common features of their development through the development of appropriate models. There are five major groups of gold deposits. They are represented by deposits formed in epiplatform conditions of young volcanism, in intrusive-tectonic and intrusive-dome structures of Cretaceous age, in metamorphic domes, as well as in tectonic wedges. The selected groups of deposits are localized in masses with different rock stability. In accordance with these features, we developed structural and geomechanical models of gold deposits in the Amur region. The models are used for correcting the methodology of studying deposits and justifying rational methods of their development.

Abstract:
One of the functions of the vehicle air conditioner is to provide thermal comfort in the cabin space. Thermal Comfort can provide benefits such as reducing driver fatigue and increasing driving efficiency and safety, so it is important that the temperature of the vehicle is in accordance with human thermal comfort (22.8-26oC). The purpose of this study was to see how much volume and pressure the car air conditioner had in order to get optimal thermal comfort by varying the volume of the refrigerant in the air conditioner and recording the pressure, temperature in the condenser, evaporator and cabin space. The test equipment in this study was a 2008 Toyota Innova Diesel with refrigerant R 134a with a volume variation of 600 grams, 700 grams, 800 grams, 900 grams, 1000 grams and 1,100 grams. The results showed that the more refrigerant volume will make the low pressure and high pressure in the AC system rise. Optimal low pressure (1.5 bar) and optimal high pressure (15.1 bar) were obtained at a refrigerant volume of 700 grams. The relationship between the refrigerant mass and the temperature in the evaporator line has a tendency if the volume of refrigerant plus the temperature in the evaporator line and the cabin will decrease to a certain point the temperature will tend to rise. The pattern which includes the addition of refrigerant mass will reach the optimum cabin temperature (achieve thermal comfort), and then decrease (the temperature will increase). The lowest temperature achieved in the cabin (24.6oC) was at a refrigerant volume of 700 ml.

Abstract:
The end of ideology has been declared for several times by different writers like Raymond Aron, Daniel Bell and Francis Fukuyama. However, ideology still has an important role in the social order even though its structure has been adapted to the contemporaneous material conditions. Consumption, the consumptive production of labour power, has turned into a new language of socio-symbolic meanings in the twentieth century. In this way, consumption overshadowed its material basis, the needs, and obtained a new duty in the ruling ideology as an ideological State apparatus, keeping the masses in line. This article aims to investigate this aspect of the modern consumption practice in accordance with ideology approach of Louis Althusser.

Abstract:
mportance of the SAG (Semi Autogenous Grinding) mills for the mineral complexes persuades many researchers to study the behavior of these huge equipments. Laboratory mills and the DEM (Discrete element method) software are the prevalent and reliable methods of modeling the mill behaviors. The former is very costly and the latter not only takes the much time but also needs the very advanced computers. In the present work, a method is presented to predict the charge profile and shoulder and toe positions for a case study mill. Experimental relations are manipulated to determine the en masse geometry and the kinetic relations are used to explain the ball movement on the liner in order to determine the shoulder and toe positions. Model results have very good accordance with the experimental results obtained of a laboratory mill. The model is used to predict the load behavior of a SAG mill in the Sarcheshmeh copper complex in Iran. Acceptable results due to low cost and quickness make it as an appropriate method for predicting the charge profile in that tumbling mill.

Abstract:
To understand the diversity of scorpion venom, RNA from venomous glands from a sawfinger scorpion, Serradigitus gertschi, of the family Vaejovidae, was extracted and used for transcriptomic analysis. A total of 84,835 transcripts were assembled after Illumina sequencing. From those, 119 transcripts were annotated and found to putatively code for peptides or proteins that share sequence similarities with the previously reported venom components of other species. In accordance with sequence similarity, the transcripts were classified as potentially coding for 37 ion channel toxins; 17 host defense peptides; 28 enzymes, including phospholipases, hyaluronidases, metalloproteases, and serine proteases; nine protease inhibitor-like peptides; 10 peptides of the cysteine-rich secretory proteins, antigen 5, and pathogenesis-related 1 protein superfamily; seven La1-like peptides; and 11 sequences classified as “other venom components”. A mass fingerprint performed by mass spectrometry identified 204 components with molecular masses varying from 444.26 Da to 12,432.80 Da, plus several higher molecular weight proteins whose precise masses were not determined. The LC-MS/MS analysis of a tryptic digestion of the soluble venom resulted in the de novo determination of 16,840 peptide sequences, 24 of which matched sequences predicted from the translated transcriptome. The database presented here increases our general knowledge of the biodiversity of venom components from neglected non-buthid scorpions.

Abstract:
The Cox-Merz rule is an empirical relationship that is commonly used in science and industry to determine shear viscosity on the basis of an oscillatory rheometry test. However, it does not apply to all polymer melts. Rheological data are of major importance in the design and dimensioning of polymer-processing equipment. In this work, we investigated whether the Cox-Merz rule is suitable for determining the shear-rate-dependent viscosity of several commercially available high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe grades with various molecular masses. We compared the results of parallel-plate oscillatory shear rheometry using the Cox-Merz empirical relation with those of high-pressure capillary and extrusion rheometry. To assess the validity of these techniques, we used the shear viscosities obtained by these methods to numerically simulate the pressure drop of a pipe head and compared the results to experimental measurements. We found that, for the HDPE grades tested, the viscosity data based on capillary pressure flow of the high molecular weight HDPE describes the pressure drop inside the pipe head significantly better than do data based on parallel-plate rheometry applying the Cox-Merz rule. For the lower molecular weight HDPE, both measurement techniques are in good accordance. Hence, we conclude that, while the Cox-Merz relationship is applicable to lower-molecular HDPE grades, it does not apply to certain HDPE grades with high molecular weight.

Abstract:
Scott Joplin was an African American composer and pianist of singular merit and influence. Academic interest in Joplin has increased in recent years, leading to new discoveries about the composer’s activities, yet teaching materials have not been updated at the same pace as 21st-century findings. Joplin was an entrepreneur, a performer, and a teacher, yet his biography is often reduced to a “celebratory” narrative of a composer creating toe-tapping music for the masses. “A Ragtime Life,” the first article in a three-part series, presents a modern understanding of the biographical context which shaped Scott Joplin's music, thought, and practice. It also provides suggested classroom activities for exploring Joplin’s life and works written in accordance with NAfME’s 2014 National Music Standards.

Abstract:
Abstract In this study, we compared the cytological, histopathological, and immunohistochemical diagnoses of 71 canine cutaneous and subcutaneous masses. Cytological diagnoses included 56 tumors (21 mesenchymal, 15 epithelial, 16 round cell, four melanocytic), 13 inflammatory reactions, and two cysts. Of the 21 cytologically diagnosed mesenchymal tumors, three were later confirmed non-tumoral (hematoma, granulation tissue, fibroepithelial polyp). Thirteen out of 15 epithelial tumors were correctly diagnosed cytologically, whereas two cases were confirmed to be non-tumoral (fibroepithelial polyp, granulation tissue) after histopathological examination. One mast cell tumor was later confirmed as fibrous hyperplasia; diagnoses were correct in other round cell tumors. Cytological diagnoses were correct for all melanocytic tumors and cystic lesions. Five cases which had been cytologically diagnosed as inflammatory reactions were diagnosed as tumors (lymphoma, papilloma, sebaceous adenoma, and squamous cell carcinoma) after histopathological examination. Immunohistochemistry confirmed the histopathological diagnoses of all epithelial and round cell tumors, while the diagnoses of six mesenchymal tumors were changed after the immunohistochemical examination. The total accuracy of cytology in the diagnosis of tumoral/non-tumoral masses was 84.5%, and the accuracy in the determination of benign/malignant behavior was 83%. Diagnostic accordance between histopathology and immunohistochemistry was 86.6%. High success rates obtained with cytological diagnoses prove that cytology is a reliable diagnostic tool. The main diagnostic challenge remains with mesenchymal tumors and tumors accompanied by inflammatory reactions. The results suggest that immunohistochemistry is fundamental for diagnoses of most mesenchymal tumors.
